Wait can we run something back here. Had the program been optimized the natural group would have had the most gain? Look let's not lie here if you had all 3 the same program all good programs the test group will win every time. Test is just to powerful.
Why compound exercise boost testosterone I don't know. But I do know that your vital organs are in your core body. So if you have a healthy core, not necessarily a perfect six pack, but just normal and no pains, than that is the basic fundamental platform of outputting strength, to your limbs.
Do testosterone lvl need increase? but why? Sex. It guarantees that you get offspring. while we associate fitness with testosterone because of bodybuilding. It's actually that we should associate Sex with Fitness and survival of species. Cause Sex is actual in a way sexual fitness. Testosterone is making sure that you get offspring by applying Sexual Labor. So yeah, it also comes in handy with training, but main reason was for the process that ultimate should lead to coitus. But messing with hormones is an uncharted territory. Doing right okay, but doing it wrong Estrogen takes over baby. No you will not become total female, just like girls can not easily build muscles cause Estrogen lvl is higher than Testerone generally speaking.

an educated guess, cause the human body might think/feel it's simulating the muscle use etc like a sexual exercise maybe? who knows? Brain is a very powerful thing, also experts say that only just by having an erection, boost testosterone lvl. So my advice think about sex during training and feel those muscles just like having sex. All those successful bodybuilders are all pervs.
First off ... wow thank you so for such a professional video ! On sure you put a lot of time for this videos and I just wanna let you know that is really appreciated. Now about all the thing as that you said ... combining strength training and endurance (like running) you recommended to don't do endurance for too long... what's that too long means to you ... I strength training and run 3 times a week, I run around 30 minutes and my long run might be 1 hour ... my goal in too increase my testosterone levels and increase my strength getting lean.
Am I kn the right path?

the biggest contributor to dropping testosterone levels OVER TIME (as in a 10+ year time span) in addition to chronic underfeeding is the consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids. their estrogenic and anti-androgenic effects are well-documented and they are present in almost all processed foods available. while the effects of soy alone are probably minimal, the studies done on the subject aren't really satisfying. your body can adapt to a lot of nutritional factors on the short term, given that you are consuming enough calories. the fact that high amounts of soy in your diet are shown to decrease testosterone even on a short term basis doesnt could suggest that a longer term study on the effects of a constant presence of dietary would have a different outcome than the short term one. that said, there are plenty of harmful and well-documented negative effects of soy that don't have to do with testosterone, especially regarding testicular health. perhaps the greatest way to nuke your testosterone levels short term is cutting out carbs from your diet. this has disastrous consequences lol
Everyone is different just workout and eat better. As you learn you’ll tweek for your routine and get results. First step is to just get started, what works for one won’t work for another learn yourself and how your body reacts.
*Hint* Set up a Dr's appointment with your PCP. Tell him you are tired all the time, lethargic, unable to stay awake at work. Tell him you heard about Testosterone, act dumb. He will tell you see a Urologist. Tell the Uro the same thing. He will issue either the shots, the capsule, (Which are surgically implanted), or the deodorant roller ball.
I recommend the shots. You can either go to the Doctor, or they will prescribe. Some people ask, "Why the fuck would you go to the doctor"? Because some men are pussies and deathly afraid of needles.
I take the shots EVERY Thursday. I get a 6 week supply from my Rx, cost = $10. This is FAR fucking cheaper than any bullshit you will ever get from GNC. And the shit from GNC is bullshit. There is NO SUCH PRODUCT sold OTC that elevates Test, except Test itself which is prescribed by a Dr.
An average mans T-Levels are around 250 - 350. With the shots, I stay at 750. I have been around a 1000 before. Im a FIRM believer, the shit works.
Downside; Hair growth. I have never had hair on my back, and now its a fucking forest.

for me the number one thng that works is to keep everything simple in your head. workout daily. eat healthy and alot daily. sleep good "nightly" and the results will come. i notice that so many people spend more time tryna find shortcuts rather than just putting in the work. i used to be impatient but then i grew the fuck up. just workout and eventually the results will come. big results take years but even small results take months. there aint no shortcut. only shortcut that exists is genetics. some ppl simply get bigger and bigger faster than others. keep it simple in your head.
I'm a simple guy.. I clicked thinking i was coming here for shorty's tight ass stretching them blue shorts.. Instead I was given a half ass science lesson from mr "science book" which I had no other choice than to KILL IT, and so i ended up leaving the classroom halfway through as not so simple.. Smdh
