I have been doing OMAD for almost 2 months. At first I was drinking a lot of water, but now I find that drinking water just makes me more hungry, and I am feeling better now, just accepting hunger, which has become much more manageable. Now I drink very little water.
Please explain: Is this a particular fasting day? Or.... bec. I thought you fasted everday, so do you feel the need to slow things down, not be productive like that every day? Am super-curious to know, thanks! :O)
+mqldelta Processed foods are PART of the problem. But there are also problems caused by how we manage non-processed foods. We've been told by mainstream science that FATS cause obesity, but the body actually needs a lot of (healthy) fats. Anyway, the debate here will get rather complicated and I urge you to seek out other opinions besides those presented on this channel. And I think intermittent fasting is good, but not necessarily eating one meal a day forever and ever. Again though, I don't wish to debate it further here.
+mqldelta No, you can't put all animals in the same category as humans. All animals don't even have the same diets. Some are carnivores, others not. But you're right. I'm not an expert on what constitutes an optimal diet, except from what I've read and how I feel when I eat. This person has made some claims which I think are bs, such as "GMOs are merely a buzzword". That's why I don't trust anything he says. Proving or disproving an entire diet plan is complicated as it may take years of trial and error before being able to determine how good or bad it is.
