Anemia & Hair Loss: My Story and Recovery

MEGA FOOD BLOOD BUILDER ⇨ http://amzn.to/2rjTfyC ——————————————————————————————— Iron deficiency anemia develops if your body doesn't have enough iron to build healthy red blood cells. Hemoglobin is the protein inside red blood cells that carries oxygen through the body. Oxygen helps the growth and repair of all body cells including the cells that make up hair follicles. This leads to hair thinning, hair loss and brittle nails. ——————————————————————————————— In this video, I discuss my battle with iron deficiency anemia and how I recovered. I have struggled with anemia for a good portion of my life. I have finally reached a point where I feel that I have the anemia under control. I have also found the BEST iron pills on the market that do not hurt your stomach or have painful side effects. Sometimes hair loss can be genetics but sometimes it can be caused by anemia. If you believe you may be anemic I urge you to visit a doctor and have your blood levels tested first before taking any supplements. I hope that my story was able to help at least 1 person out there. I know I have struggled for years with my hair and not knowing why it was thinning. Please share your stories, tips and advice down below! ———————————————————————————————

5 Signs And Symptoms Of IRON Deficiency YOU NEED To Know

Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com If we want to be at our best when it comes to our health, it is important that we are consuming adequate nutrients. A deficiency in these nutrients can lead to certain health complications that may impact you on a day-to-day basis. This is certainly true for those individuals who suffer from iron deficiency, and are not getting adequate levels of this mineral. Iron deficiency is very common around the world, and is one of the most widespread nutrient deficiencies. When our bodies don’t have enough iron, this can lead to health complications since iron is important to get enough oxygen throughout our body. Iron is also used to make hemoglobin and impacts the red blood cells in our bodies. Lets discuss some other signs and symptoms of iron deficiency. 1. First, one of the most common signs of iron deficiency is fatigue and lack of energy. These fatigue feelings are prevalent even after getting a good nights sleep. This is because iron deficiency may cause less oxygen to reach your tissues, as mentioned previously. When there is this lack of oxygen, our bodies can be deprived of important energy to fuel us during our busy day. Not only will you feel fatigued and tired, but iron deficiency can also bring on symptoms of irritability, weakness and an inability to focus like you once did. 2. Another common iron deficiency sign or symptom is an increase in the paleness of your skin color. As mentioned previously, a deficiency in this nutrient can negatively affect hemoglobin levels in your body. Hemoglobin is responsible for giving your blood its reddish color, which provides your skin with a more rosy hue. Low levels of hemoglobin can affect this, and leave your skin looking more pale. Not just skin tone is affected from this. It can also make your gums, lips and even the bottom of your eyelids less red as well. 3. It is also common for those individuals with iron deficiency to suffer from headaches and head pain. This is because when your are iron deficient, your body will work to prioritize getting important oxygen to your brain, before it will distribute it to the rest of your bodily tissues. Even still, those with an iron deficiency will still get less oxygen in their bodies than it normally would. This lack of oxygen can cause arteries in the brain to swell, resulting in unwanted headaches and pain. 4. Iron deficiency can also negatively affect your hair. This is especially true when this deficiency progresses into iron deficiency anemia, since it can lead to hair loss in both men and women. Again, due to the bodies lack of sufficient levels of oxygen, your body will supply this oxygen to support the most vital functions of the body, which generally does not include keeping the hair healthy, strong and intact. Not only is hair loss possible, but the overall look of your hair can decrease, while becoming brittle and weak. 5. Lastly, iron deficiency can lead to increased feelings of anxiousness and worry more often. Decreased oxygen in the body, along with low levels of iron, can negatively affect your nervous system and increase anxiety. As well, low iron levels can cause your heart to race, which can increase feelings of fight-or-flight. These anxious feelings can come on even when there is nothing particularly to cause you increased anxiousness or stress. Please note, all of the above signs and symptoms should be discussed with your medical practitioner in order to determine their direct cause and and their best treatment for you. As well, you should also discuss your iron levels with your doctor, and adequate intake levels to support your health. Foods high in iron include oatmeal, spinach, various meats such as beef, chicken and liver and tofu. Thank you for watching the video! Please like, comment and share. 6 Unusual Signs of Iron Deficiency

06:21
6 Unusual Signs of Iron Deficiency Iron is a mineral that plays a vital role in health and well-being. Without it, many bodily functions would malfunction. “The primary role of iron is to carry oxygen in the blood to every cell in the body,” says Beth Thayer, RDN, MS, director of the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. Iron is an important component of hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs and transports it throughout the body. If your body doesn't have enough iron, it cannot produce enough healthy oxygen-carrying red blood cells. Iron deficiency can cause anemia, which means you have too little hemoglobin. Women in their childbearing years are at higher risk for iron deficiency because of the loss of blood during menstruation. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the recommended daily dietary allowance for iron for 19-to-50-year-old women is 18 milligrams (mg). Pregnant women should be consuming 27 mg per day. Adult men, on the other hand, need about 8 mg of iron per day. “Women who are pregnant need the most amount of iron,” says Marilyn Murr, MD, clinical assistant professor of family and community medicine at the School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. “The baby acts as a parasite taking iron, and the woman increases her blood volume to circulate through the baby and create the baby’s blood volume.” There are two types of iron: heme iron from animal sources and non-heme iron from plant sources. Heme iron is absorbed more readily by the blood. Foods rich in iron include beef, liver, oysters, beans, fortified cereals, and dark leafy greens like spinach. Insufficient iron levels can wreak havoc all over the body. Here are seven surprising signs of iron deficiency. 1. Extreme Fatigue and Exhaustion The principle sign that your body is not getting enough iron may be the most difficult to link to iron deficiency. “This is one of the most common signs of iron deficiency because it means your body is having trouble carrying the oxygen to your cells so it’s affecting your energy levels,” Thayer says. People lacking enough iron in their blood often feel sluggish, weak, and unable to focus. Though fatigue can be the sign of numerous conditions, if it does not go away with adequate rest, consider having your iron levels checked. 2. Frequent Infections Iron plays a key role in a healthy immune system, so lower levels of the mineral can make someone more susceptible to infections. “Red blood cells help to transport oxygen to the spleen, which is one place where infections can be fought off,” Dr. Murr says. Red blood cells also carry oxygen to the lymph nodes, which house infection-fighting white blood cells. “When someone has an iron deficiency, the white blood cells aren’t being produced as well, and they’re not as strong because they’re not getting enough oxygen, making that person more susceptible to infections,” she says. 3. Pale Skin Though it’s not always the case, pale skin is often associated with being sick, and there’s good reason for that. Hemoglobin gives skin its rosy color, so low levels cause the skin to become lighter. “When red blood cells become low with iron, they become smaller and paler in the center so skin also becomes paler,” Murr says. This may be easier to detect in people with lighter complexions, but no matter what your skin tone, if the area inside your bottom eyelid is lighter than normal, this may be a sign of iron deficiency. 4. Swollen Tongue Lack of oxygen can also cause muscles to enlarge and become painful. “It happens to all the muscles really, but the tongue is the only one you can see,” Murr says. Cracks on the side of the mouth are also common among people with iron deficiency. 5. Restless Legs Syndrome Some people who have iron deficiency develop restless legs syndrome, a disorder that causes you to have a strong urge to move your legs. The urge often comes with an unpleasant, crawling sensation in the legs that can make it hard to sleep. 6. Hair Loss Iron deficiency, especially when it develops into anemia, can cause hair loss. “When hair follicles don’t get enough oxygen, they go into a resting stage, and hair falls out and doesn’t grow back until anemia is improved,” Murr says. It is normal to lose about 100 strands of hair per day. However, if you notice your hair loss is excessive and it is not growing back, this may be a sign of iron deficiency. If you’re experiencing these symptoms and think you may be iron deficient, speak to your doctor. He or she can help you find ways to include more iron-rich foods in your diet and determine whether you need to take iron supplements. Iron Studies and Hair Loss

03:18
Iron Studies and Hair Loss http://www.hair-loss-treatments.com.au/ http://www.brisbanehairloss.com.au/ http://www.hair-loss-sydney.com.au/ info@absolique.com.au When looking at Iron in the body, it seems so simple, you are either in the acceptable medical range or not. But there is a lot more to iron. Iron is an essential element for blood production. About 70 percent of your body's iron is found in the red blood cells of your blood called hemoglobin and in muscle cells called myoglobin. Hemoglobin is essential for transferring oxygen in your blood from the lungs to the tissues. The immune system is dependent on iron for its efficient functioning and physical and mental growth require sufficient iron levels, particularly important in childhood and pregnancy, where the developing baby solely depends on its mother's iron supplies. Iron Studies and Hair Loss, the full picture: • Iron • Transferrin or Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) • Transferrin Saturation • Ferritin • Hemoglobin Iron is lost by the body through a variety of ways including urination, defecation, sweating, and exfoliating of old skin cells. Bleeding contributes to further loss of iron which is why women have a higher demand for iron than men. If iron stores are low, normal haemoglobin production slows down, which means the transport of oxygen is diminished and can result in symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness and lowered immunity. When faced with hair loss, hair thinning or autoimmune disorders, your total iron picture is very important. It may seem ‘normal’ in the medical world to support essential body functions, but may be out of order with highs and lows that affect the quality of hair growth, hair regrowth and autoimmune conditions. Iron deficiency does not always appear as a simple low iron level, all elements of iron studies and associated nutritional levels need to be considered and be within a normal range to support the immune system, the body and last but not least, the hair, skin and circulation. Absolique Trichologist is finding many highs and lows in many client’s blood work indicating lowered immunity and poor storage not only of iron but of all the other associated minerals and vitamins. The human body is very complex and requires and equilibrium to function as designed. At Absolique Hair Health Clinic we are holistic in our approach, therefore need to understand all symptoms and causes to help advise the best hair loss treatments for your individual circumstances, and the total blood work is becoming a very important part of understanding your body, your body reactions and achieving results, as that is always our focus. Low Ferritin, Hair Loss and Hypothyroidism Explained

14:26
Low ferritin (and thus low iron) is extremely common in hypothyroidism. Low thyroid states cause an increased risk for developing iron deficiency due to the fact that iron is required for iron absorption. In addition, low ferritin causes symptoms that mimic hypothyroidism such as: - Fatigue or low energy - Hair loss - Inability to exercise - GI related issues - Immune-related issues There is a difference between iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia that must be addressed if you want to fix the problem. The toxins we have already discussed are putting a strain on the immune system and add to that synthetic hormones in a state of low iron, low ferritin and low vitamin D, it’s a recipe for hair loss problems and other health problems and are now common Causes of Hair Loss in Women. Here we share Miss J’s results, she is only 24 years old and had visible hair thinning. She shared she has always had thin hair since she was a child but it had changed over the last four years and was much thinner than it had ever been. Trichology Consultation found there was a family history of female pattern thinning and she had used the birth control pill since she was 16 with prescription changes because of associated weigh gain. Current blood tests showed low iron and ferritin on top of a vitamin D deficiency. Hair Health Check Microscopic examination found common Causes of Hair Loss in Women: • Hair cycle concerns • Diffuse hair thinning from the past as hairs were not growing properly • 16 diffuse damaged hairs/cm in terminal area well away from the pattern thinning area • 6 translucent hairs/cm in terminal area that are invisible without a microscope • Female pattern thinning • Empty follicles and vellus hairs • Scalp oil and poor scalp circulation All the symptoms found with the microscope made sense and are consistent with someone who has had diffuse hair loss from starting/stopping/changing birth control or from low iron or low ferritin, so because there was a few things going on the hair had not grown back to its genetic hair type and the scalp environment had changed. We went in with combination therapy hair loss treatments addressing all Causes of Hair Loss in Women and the symptoms for 4 months to deliver this impressive result. One has to understand here that there is a lot going on and the first 4 months are the hardest but certain will show you positive hair growth then we help to continue with simple maintenance hair loss treatments. Visit: ►►► http://endhairloss.eu for the video course on how to stop hair loss naturally. Can low iron level cause hair loss? Read more in our blog post: http://endhairloss.eu/best-supplements-for-hair-loss/can-low-iron-levels-cause-hair-loss/ Well, even though it is not the direct cause, different dermatologists have observed that low levels of iron make hair loss worse. Iron is an essential mineral, and it helps distribute oxygen to all the tissues of our body. Blood red cells will not be healthy if your irons levels are low. But dont do the mistake that many do, take a iron supplement only under your doctor supervision, in order to avoid overload. Eat iron rich foods such as beans, lentils, lean beef, rasins, spinach and oysters, in order to avoid or prevent baldness caused by low starage levels of this mineral. Womens Hair Loss Treatments with Low Iron http://www.hair-loss-treatments.com.au/ http://www.brisbanehairloss.com.au/ http://www.hair-loss-sydney.com.au/ info@absolique.com.au Staying with recent discussion about iron, as Absolique Trichologist I would like to share the result of hard work and long term effort the address severe hair thinning from long term iron deficiency. The images we share here are a four-month comparison to ensure iron levels were raising enough to achieve the desired hair regrowth. This young lady presented in my clinic back in January 2014 wearing a wig to cover the extent of her hair thinning diffusely all over the scalp with a secondary problem of early onset female pattern thinning at the top, front and recessions of the scalp. It is important to understand here that at a very young age of 22, she had visually noticed hair problems for seven years, which actually means the underlying health problem of severely low iron, had been lingering in the back ground as far back as age 15. Womens Hair Loss Treatments with Low Iron: • Combination therapy • Address the hair cell and the hair cycle topically • Address the early onset female pattern thinning topically and nutritionally • Base support nutritional therapy for cellular correction • Pointed iron supplementation addressing low ferritin • pH testing and alkalizing • 4 monthly blood tests to check ferritin levels working with doctor In this case we also had the birth control pill that had been introduced at age 17 for acne problems. The pill was changed around a few times because the desired result on skin was not occurring and other complications were arising. So there was a clear history of events that certainly cause both hair loss and hair thinning at the same time over a long period of time. We had a lot of work to do with the goal of reaching a full head of hair again, as there was no permanent damage, but this would take time to be able to trade the wig for own natural healthy hair. The photos we share here are from April – August 2015. She is now wig free and we check in every 4 months to make sure hair and health are on track because we will never let the hair loss or hair thinning return by sticking with simple and affordable maintenance. We hope this story inspires someone to take action as it is never too late for Womens Hair Loss Treatments Results. Hair Loss Treatment for Women, FMPT + Low Ferritin

Hair Loss Treatment for Women, FMPT and Low Ferritin http://www.hair-loss-treatments.com.au/ http://www.brisbanehairloss.com.au/ http://www.hair-loss-sydney.com.au/ info@absolique.com.au Late 20’s female concerned about hair thinning most notable in last 2 months. History of birth control to treat acne and endometriosis. GP was treating low iron. We found additional low ferritin and anemic state upon viewing blood work. The hormonal influence of birth control can cause Female Pattern Thinning (FMPT). Low iron, low ferritin and an anemic state can cause hair loss and result in hair thinning. With a correct diagnosis, diffuse hair thinning, FMPT, low iron and low ferritin, we could form a treatment plan to assist alongside of GP. Absolique focus is always on symptoms and causes where possible. To support the hair cell, hair cycle and raising iron and ferritin, combination therapy was the best option. Hair Loss Treatment for Women, FMPT and Low Ferritin: • Clean and prepare scalp for safe hair loss treatment • Support hair cell and hair cycle topically • Use topical antioxidants to address FMPT • Nutritional therapy to support iron and ferritin absorption Absolique hair loss treatment runs for 4 months. This is how long it takes changes at a cellular level to reach the surface of the scalp to be seen as healthy hair. Topical treatment is applied every 2nd day or 3 times a week as part of your home hair washing regime. Nutritional therapy is taken twice a day on a hungry, empty tummy. Results are checked at the 4-month mark with a digital comparison and the start of microscopic tracking. Both digital and microscopic images showed marked improvement. Blood results showed ferritin was raising, iron still needed some work and we were no longer in an anemic state, all progressive. Topically we remained the same for continued results and now decided to address FMPT topically only. Nutritional therapy reduced to once a day to support iron and ferritin and healthy hair growth along with positive diet changes. Next check in will be in 4 months with fingers crossed both iron and ferritin will be back in safe range. Please take note from this story not to use birth control to treat acne or hormonal problems. Always ask for a copy of your blood tests and understand both iron and ferritin are important for health and hair growth. If your levels are in range but low, it can cause a hair growth problem. Signs and Symptoms of Iron Deficiency You Should Not Ignore

10:04
10 Signs and Symptoms of Iron Deficiency / anemia symptoms. Iron is an important dietary mineral that is involved in various bodily functions. It is commonly known for aiding the production of hemoglobin, a protein that helps red blood cells deliver oxygen throughout your body. It also acts as a transport medium for electrons to travel within the cells and is needed for many enzymes to function normally. Here are the top 10 signs and symptoms of iron deficiency. review : 01:02 Fatigue and Tiredness 02:06 Shortness of Breath 03:12 Pale Skin 04:06 Brittle Nails 05:11 Hair Loss 06:05 Craving Nonfood Substances 1. Fatigue and Tiredness Fatigue and tiredness are common in people who have a low iron level. Iron is important for maintaining optimum levels of hemoglobin, which is the oxygen-carrying chemical in the bloodstream. Lack of oxygen in the body causes constant fatigue and tiredness. A 2000 study published in Quality of Life Research suggests that iron deficiency is associated with decreased general health and well-being and increased fatigue. If you are frequently tired and feeling fatigued, get your blood checked to find out whether you have an iron deficiency. Proper diagnosis and timely treatment will help reduce the symptoms quickly. 2. Shortness of Breath Due to a low iron level, less oxygen reaches different parts of your body. When the body’s oxygen level is low, it will cause shortness of breath, no matter how deeply you breathe. This shortness of breath occurs even while doing things that you’d normally handle just fine, such as climbing the stairs, taking a short walk or even carrying small objects. The breathlessness can be mild, moderate or severe, and breathing often returns to normal after a rest period. If you need to puff for air more often, get your iron level checked to rule out the possibility of this nutrient deficiency. 3. Pale Skin Another common sign associated with iron deficiency is pale skin or a washed-out appearance. Due to a low iron level, your body is unable to manufacture sufficient hemoglobin. It’s the hemoglobin that gives your blood its red color and your skin its rosy hue. As the iron deficiency worsens, your skin begins to lose its normal color and becomes pale. This sign is more prominent in people who have a lighter skin tone. If your skin starts looking paler than usual and you are not sick, consult a doctor to determine the cause. 4. Brittle Nails If your nails look pale, fragile and brittle, it can be a possible sign of iron deficiency. Along with brittle nails, a concave or spoon-shaped depression in the nails can indicate an insufficient iron level in the body. A low iron level hampers your body’s ability to produce enough hemoglobin, which helps carry oxygen throughout your system, including to your nails. This lack of oxygen prohibits the healthy growth of your nails. Apart from nutritional deficiencies, aging, long-term use of nail polish and frequent exposure to water can lead to brittle nails. 5. Hair Loss There are many possible causes for hair loss and iron deficiency is one of them. A low iron level sends your body into survival mode, during which it channels oxygen to support vital functions as opposed to less important functions like hair growth. In fact, women with iron deficiency are at a risk of telogen hair loss, according to a 2009 study published in Acta Dermatovenerologica Croatica. To find out whether an iron deficiency is the cause of your hair loss, it is important to measure the amount of ferritin in the blood. 6. Craving Nonfood Substances Pica is a condition in which a person has an unusual craving for non nutritive substances that can cause significant health risks. This condition can be sign of a low level of iron or other nutrients in the body. In a 2010 study published in the Journal of Medical Case Reports, experts considered pica an important sign of iron deficiency that should never be ignored. A recent 2014 study published in the Journal of Nutrition found that pregnant teens with significantly lower iron levels had cravings for ice, cornstarch, vacuum dust, baby powder, soap and other nonfood items. If you are craving nonfood items, bring it to the attention of your doctor to find out the exact reason behind it. Music: Royalty Free Music from Bensound

Hair Loss Treatment Success with Iron Deficiency

Hair Loss Treatment Success with Iron Deficiency http://www.hair-loss-treatments.com.au/ http://www.brisbanehairloss.com.au/ http://www.hair-loss-sydney.com.au/ info@absolique.com.au This is a special story shared by Absolique Trichologist, to give anyone struggling with iron deficiency, some hope. If you don’t already know, iron deficiency can cause hair loss. If the iron deficiency continues, then the hair loss will continue also. The hair loss is telling you there is something wrong in the body. When you are diagnosed with low iron or iron deficiency, you should be recommended an iron supplement. You take the iron supplement as directed, hopefully. We had a current case of iron deficiency which had a history of low iron. There was a lot of hair, so the gradual hair thinning from the ongoing hair loss was not obvious to any observer, but my client knew the hair had changed. The current iron status was so low, we had current hair loss also. As Absolique Trichologist, I understand of supporting iron supplementation with the right type of iron and the right environment to absorb along with supporting nutritional elements. Iron supplementation alone will never raise iron to keep it from dropping again. It is very much a chemistry equation. Hair Loss Treatment Success with Iron Deficiency: • Struggling with iron deficiency, this should give you some hair hope • Case of iron deficiency which had a history of low iron • Hair Loss Treatment included topical and nutritional • Supporting the cell nutritionally can support hair growth • Focusing on iron alone rarely raises iron to support hair growth Hair Loss Treatment included topical and nutritional to slow the hair loss, assist the hair cell and hair cycle and raise the iron. We call it combination therapy hair loss treatment addressing all symptoms and causes. There was a treatment plan in place and the time frame for this is always 4 months. During this time, in this case, we had problems with illness which also has an impact on iron. Additionally, there are many other health and lifestyle reasons why one would not absorb iron from food and or supplements. At our 4 month check in we did digital comparison, microscopic comparison and checked the blood work. The iron was still not in the place we would say is safe to avoid hair loss, and was certainly not near the level we require for hair growth. What we found in our comparisons was there was hair growth, very unlikely with the body still in this state. What this demonstrates is supporting the cell nutritionally, creating an alkaline environment for absorption and supporting the hair cell and hair cycle topically, are positive steps to take while working on raising the iron levels. We will continue to work on this case and if we don’t get the iron levels we expect, know where to turn to for assistance. 6 Unusual Symptoms of Iron Deficiency

06:24
7 Unusual Iron Deficiency Symptoms Iron is a mineral that plays a vital role in health and well-being.

Which Iron for Your Hair Loss

03:00
Which Iron for Your Hair Loss? http://www.hair-loss-treatments.com.au/ http://www.brisbanehairloss.com.au/ http://www.hair-loss-sydney.com.au/ info@absolique.com.au The jury is still out on which iron is best to address low iron, imbalanced iron studies or more commonly, low ferritin, and research can be conclusively confusing! As Absolique Trichologist, I am guided by personal experience with iron deficiency and low ferritin, understanding of chemistry, nutrition and absorption. The wrong type of iron can be detrimental to ferritin stores, this is normally found in elemental iron to which is inorganic, direct from the earth, like iron filings which won’t absorb in the body to raise ferritin. Elemental or inorganic iron supplements helps straight forward low iron and energy, but if the associated iron studies are not considered, fluctuations in all related iron levels could result, or more seriously for the hair, ferritin levels can remain low, and may eventually effect the immune system and other body functions. Which Iron for Your Hair Loss, organic iron supplements and absorption: • Need to be taken in a pH alkaline environment • Should be Organic and liquid • Should be taken with Organic, liquid minerals • Best combined with Vitamin C and B vitamins • Keep track of levels with your doctor and blood tests When talking about ‘Organic Iron’, it means it is in an absorbable form for the intestines. One would expect to find ferritin levels raising and iron studies stable from supplementing in the right combination, but sometimes this is not the case. It is becoming more common that autoimmune disorders, some hereditary conditions and malabsorption are limiting absorption of organic iron to raise ferritin, but one must be careful not to turn to elemental iron if your actual iron levels are ok. Iron has many important functions in the body and is very complex in the transport, saturation and eventually storage in the body. Iron is closely related to energy in the body, support of the immune system and normal hair growth. High, low and changeable iron studies can cause diffuse hair loss and diffuse hair thinning where there is no iron left over for your hair to grow normally, so the hair grows, but it is weak hair, dry hair, frizzy hair, loses color and luster and will break easily resulting in hair breakage. There are certain things that need to be corrected with hair problems associated with iron so be sure to get the full picture as addressing only the iron does not normally fix the hair and is in most cases short term solution. Our goal at Absolique Hair Health Clinic is to help you support your hair, health, body and iron in the short and long term for continued health and healthy hair. For more information on which iron for your hair loss or to get a snap shot of your own iron studies, contact us at Absolique Hair Health Clinic. Hair loss due to iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism | female pattern baldness part - 2

09:14
Iron deficiency and thyroid disease have a lot of symptoms along with hair loss. Hair loss due to these conditions is well treated by medicine, diet and general measures. Most of the studies related to iron deficiency anemia and hair loss look at hair loss in women. Female pattern hair loss, also known as androgenetic alopecia, is the most common hair loss type in women. Female pattern hair loss usually refers to thinning hair in the middle portion of the scalp. People with this hair loss pattern may also have thinning or receding hair on the hairline along their forehead. Research has determined that there is not enough evidence to say for sure that iron deficiency anemia can cause hair loss in men or women. While some studies have found that people experiencing hair loss were deficient in iron, there is little evidence to suggest that an iron deficiency is a cause. However, the research does suggest that iron deficiency hair loss seems to be related to hair loss that does not scar the hair follicles. This is promising for regrowth because it means that the follicles are not severely damaged and may be able to grow hair again. Similar if we talk about the thyroid disorder we found your hair was dry and scalp might be itchy. so both diseases contribute to doing more hair loss in this video I try to focus on both disease and for recovery, you can start treatment and treat the cause.
