http://www.positivepanicattacks.com/naturalvitaminsherbsandsupplementsforanxietypanicattacks.html Natural supplements, herbs, vitamins to help with Panic attacks & Anxiety There has been a huge shift over recent years to alternative medicine as people get disillusioned with conventional medicine to overcome anxiety. Natural and herbal supplements are becoming popular as people re-engage with nature. The list of potential side effects from drugs and the rebound effects from withdrawing often make the thought of taking medication unpleasant. Often the promise of how effective the medication can be is exaggerated or it simply does not have the effect it should because everyone is unique. Most people want some sort of instantaneous solution to their anxiety, so medication become there first thought, often as a ‘quick fix’. However once they realize the complications with medication, any help they can receive from natural remedies becomes more attractive. Whether you take natural or prescription medication, there is no quick fix solution. I once suffered for years from anxiety and panic attacks and I can assure you the long term cure is combining it with a program of recovery you can integrate within your lifestyle. Ultimately you don’t want to be taking any medication, vitamins or supplements for extended periods of time unless you have too. Medication also implies you have an illness or disease. This is wrong because you have neither. If you had an infection you can take some antibiotics as this is a physical illness that needs a physical substance like Penicillin. Anxiety is different; it’s not something you can physically treat like an infection. Anxiety needs a much more general course of action. It requires you treat different areas within your life with a holistic approach. - See more at: http://www.positivepanicattacks.com/naturalvitaminsherbsandsupplementsforanxietypanicattacks.html

The Vitamin B Complex my friend and I use for stress and anxiety: ►http://naturalhealthevolution.com/does-vitamin-b-help-with-anxiety/ DISCLAIMER: My videos is information only and is not medical advice. I simply inform and also share my personal experiences. If you need medical advice, please see your doctor. Again, my videos are NOT medical advice! Link to the B vitamin for anxiety study on PubMed: ►https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4290459/ Todays subject: Vitamin B For Anxiety | Does vitamin B help with anxiety? Does vitamin B help with anxiety? Hey it’s scandinavian Bob here for Natural health evolution. Are you aware of the fact that we can use vitamin b for anxiety and stress? If not then stay with me to the end of the video as this is an important one. And if you want more tools and natural remedies for anxiety remember to subscribe so you’ll get notified when I release new videos on how to crush anxiety. Can we really use vitamin B for anxiety? Well, let’s talk about it. In the B vitamin family there are eight members. Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12 I’m surprised that so few people know that supplementing with a good vitamin b complex actually can be really helpful for reducing anxiety levels. Vitamin B12, for example, is very important for the regulation of stress and anxiety responses because it is highly involved in the function of the central nervous system. Vitamin B12 along with vitamin B9 is one of the major players for (maintaining the health and correct functioning of the nerve cells.). Vitamin B12 is also a key player in neurotransmitter signaling and if we have low levels of vitamin B12 our thinking processes and cognitive functions can not work as well as they should. This will often result in depression, anxiety or stress. And speaking of low levels...some experts estimate that over 30% of people in the United States are deficient in this vitamin. Vitamin B For Anxiety | Using a Vitamin B Complex to Help With Anxiety Then we have vitamin B9 which has a key role in the production of serotonin in our brains. Serotonin is what we call a neurotransmitter and having healthy levels of serotonin makes us feel relaxed, safe, satisfied AND it even makes us have higher self esteem.... ...kind of funny how a chemical in the brain can give us better self esteem but that’s just the way it works...we humans are pretty funny creatures. You probably heard about serotonin as there are anxiety and depression drugs that targets the serotonin system. for example SSRI’s.(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. And SSRI’s are frequently safe, satisfied AND it even makes us have higher self esteem. So if we can find healthy alternatives to those nast drugs...then hey, I’m all for it! Using A vitamin B complex for anxiety There was an interesting double-blind, randomized and placebo controlled study made on 60 people. They put the participants on a three month vitamin B regimen and the results showed that the people who supplemented with a vitamin B complex noticed a significant reduced anxiety levels at work. This particular study was aimed at workplace related anxiety but there are other studies that shows the same stress reduction in “non-work” situations as well. I want to tell you about my friend. Just like me,she also suffers from anxiety and depression. She is a middle aged woman who has been struggling with panic attacks starting 6 years ago as a result from a nasty divorce she went through… ...watch the video to know what happened to her. (There is not enough room in the description box to write everything down) If you want to know what brand me and my friend use you can click the link under this video and go read about it on my website. Now will the vitamin B work to reduce YOUR anxiety? I don’t know! Everyone is different and what works for one might not work for another but it is certainly worth a try as it could potentially be another very effective tool to put in your anxiety toolbox...so, I guess the only way to know is to try it out. That’s all about vitamin B for anxiety and using Vitamin B12 for anxiety... ...remember to subscribe and I’ll be back with more tools and natural remedies for anxiety later. Have a happy and awesome day. Thank you for watching the video “Vitamin B For Anxiety | Using a Vitamin B Complex to Help With Anxiety” -Natural Health Evolution-

Check out the other information about NUTRITION: http://tinyurl.com/EndPur1 (Trouble Spot Nutrition) FACEBOOK : https://www.facebook.com/endpur.healthyliving Music By : http://www.bensound.com In the busy world that we live in today, stress can be a very real threat to your health. In addition to throttling your brain with negative thoughts, stress can lead to serious physical symptoms that can be a major detriment to your body and mind. When the mind is stressed, the body wanes and the vitamins and minerals it needs are used up much more rapidly. For this reason, it can be a great idea to take vitamins for stress to help minimize the damage stress can have on your body. Studies show that people who are in a stressful mind state tend to have lower levels of B-complex vitamins. Deficiencies of the B-complex can lead to a host of other problems, including depression, irritability, and irregular nerve functioning. Vitamins C and E are also depleted faster when the mind is under stress. These vitamins are antioxidants, which are also key to health. Deficiencies of these nutrients can result in damage to cell membranes caused by free radicals. Beyond these vitamins, minerals are also depleted when the body is in a stressful state. Magnesium and zinc are two prime examples of minerals sapped from the body during these tough times. In addition to taking supplements to decrease these deficiencies, there are several other remedies that can help aid the damage caused by stress. Beta glucan, shown in studies to enhance immune system performance, can be a great asset to the stressed mind. Maitake mushrooms also stimulate the immune system, helping the stressed body as well. Gotu Kola is another herbal supplement, which, in addition to helping stress, and help to ease anxiety. A combination of taking these vitamins for stress, the required minerals, and an herbal remedy to help ease stress in general, can result in a knockout punch to the stress that may be affecting you. Your body cannot operate to its full potential without the nutrients it needs, and these supplements can help you get back on the right track. vitamins for stress vitamin for stress natural remedies for anxiety herbs for anxiety supplements for anxiety herbal remedies for anxiety vitamins for anxiety natural anxiety remedies natural stress relief natural supplements for anxiety natural anxiety relief anxiety relief anxiety supplements natural remedy for anxiety herbal supplements for anxiety natural herbs for anxiety stress relief tips anti anxiety supplements stress vitamins stress relief techniques anxiety remedies anxiety natural remedies natural cures for anxiety natural stress relievers vitamins for depression ways to reduce stress herbal remedy for anxiety ways to relieve stress natural anxiety supplements stress pills remedies for anxiety vitamin for anxiety natural treatment for anxiety how to deal with stress supplement for anxiety medicine for stress natural stress remedies best supplements for anxiety natural anti anxiety herbal anxiety remedies stress relievers stress relief pills dealing with stress stress b complex stress supplements supplements for stress how to manage stress how to relieve stress how to reduce stress stress reduction natural remedies for stress stress how to handle stress herbal stress relief reducing stress home remedies for stress managing stress stress medication stress management tips vitamins that help with anxiety ways to deal with stress herbs for stress anxiety vitamins how to relieve stress at work treatment for stress how to lower stress herbal remedies for depression stress reducer natural remedies for depression natural anxiety treatment natural supplement for anxiety relieving stress natural anxiety medication

My favorite, clinically proven formula for naturally increasing your testosterone and sex drive: 🤜 http://drsam.co/yt/TestTheFormula You can also watch this video on my channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU Refference: 1. Vijayprasad S, et al, "Effect of vitamin C on male fertility in rats subjected to forced swimming stress." J Clin Diagn Res. 2014 Jul;8(7):HC05-8. ======================================= 💪 The Vitamin That’s Clinically Proven To Increase Your Testosterone After Exercise ======================================= Today I’ll reveal a very common vitamin, that when used at a specific dosage, is clinically proven to increase your testosterone and libido, after you exercise. Most people don’t know, but exercise actually DECREASES your testosterone levels. This is especially true for “endurance” exercises such as running, jogging, biking, etc. Even though lifting weights can actually INCREASE your testosterone levels, for many people this is temporary. Afterwards, there is a big drop in testosterone. So, why does this happen? Well, there are lots of reasons. Lower blood sugar due to glucose depletion in your muscles, increases your cortisol levels and can cause a decrease in testosterone. Stress on your nervous system (CNS) due to an exhaustive or overly strenuous workout, increases your cortisol and will cause a decrease in your testosterone. Not eating well, being depleted of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, causes stress on your body and again, raises your cortisol and decreases your testosterone. As you see - the common problem is STRESS and the increase in your cortisol hormone. There are 3 ways to fix this problem and reduce this from happening: Make sure you have enough food in your body, before AND after exercise. This means have a good, light meal about an hour or two before exercise. And make sure to eat carbs and protein soon after your workout, to replenish your empty glucose and protein levels. Keep your workouts short. No more than 30-45 minutes. No more than 3-4x weekly. Don’t kill yourself. You should leave the gym feeling GOOD and refreshed. Not as if you just got done wrestling Kingkong and you’re dead tired. Take vitamins and herbs after your workout, that are clinically proven to reduce cortisol and increase your testosterone. And one of the simplest ways to do this is to take Vitamin C. Recent research shows that taking about 500 mgs of Vitamin C, before AND after your workout,1 can Decrease your stress hormone, cortisol. Dramatically reduce the drop in testosterone levels. Improve sperm count and the desire to have sex. There have been many other clinical studies showing how powerful Vitamin C is at reducing stress. Combined with other ingredients that boost your testosterone, and you have a winning formula. Personally, here’s what I’ve been doing for years. An hour before exercise: I have a light meal, maybe a protein shake. I take 1000 mgs of Buffered Vitamin C 2 pills of AlphaViril to boost my testosterone. 30-60 minutes after my workout: I have another meal, carbs + protein. More calories. I take more Vitamin C, this time 2000 mgs And I take another 2-3 pills of AlphaViril to decrease my negative hormones and boost my testosterone even further. You can find out more about how AlphaViril works, by clicking the special link to a bonus video about it. Combined with high dose Vitamin C, even 500 mgs before and after your workout, the combination makes dramatic improvements in your testosterone, muscle mass, fat loss and sex drive. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How to Reduce Stress with Magnesium: is an eye-opening window into a common core mineral deficiency that can affect almost every system of your body. Stress is all around, us, and it's a big part of what I talk about at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com but in this specific video, I dive into why this one master mineral, Magnesium, might just be one of the biggest roots of our stress issues. I explain how magnesium binds to the NMDA receptor within the body which can cause you to get stressed out much easier (1), and I also talk about how increasing levels of magnesium can make it so that you sleep better. There is such a strong correlation between how we perform in business, in the gym, at home and of course with how we eat. Within this video I hope to open your eyes to some of the benefits of taking additional magnesium or seeking the right foods that will provide you with what your body likely isn't getting! 1: Nikolaev MV, Magazanik LG, Tikhonov DB. Influence of external magnesium ions on the NMDA receptor channel block by different types of organic cations. Neuropharmacology. 2012 Apr;62(5-6):2078-85. doi: 10.1016/j.neuropharm.2011.12.029. The blog post about my favorite tool for anxiety can be found here: ►http://naturalhealthevolution.com/provanax-review-my-experience-with-provanax/ Sudy about fish oil for stress and anxiety: ►https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12909818 omega 3 fish oil for anxiety | EASY natural remedy for anxiety Today’s video omega 3 fish oil for anxiety | Easy natural remedies for anxiety Using omega 3 fish oil to reduce your anxiety. Hey what’s up guys, It’s Scandinavian Bob here coming at you today with another natural remedy for anxiety. Before I start I want to remind you to subscribe because in just a few days I will post several videos with more tools and tips for reducing anxiety and by subscribing you’ll avoid the risk of missing out on that. Now, omega 3 fatty acids are good for the brain. That’s nothing new. They are also good for our cardiovascular system and comes with a lot of other health benefits as well but right now we are going to talk about the benefits omega 3 fish oil can have on stress and anxiety. -omega 3 fish oil for anxiety- Natural remedy for anxiety There was a study made on fish oil and stress, by the way I can put a link to that study in the description box down under, anyways the study had people take 7,2 grams of fish oil per day during a 3 week period. They tested the participants and how their bodies reacted to stress before the three weeks and how they reacted after the 3 weeks on using fish oil.... ...well, the results showed that before the 3 weeks of taking fish oil mental stress significantly increased heart rate, mean blood pressure, and energy expenditure as well as cortisol and adrenaline, our stress hormones, that is. But then the interesting part is the same stress test was done after the three weeks of a diet supplemented with omega 3 fatty acids, and now the stimulation from mental stress significantly blunted the release of plasma adrenaline, cortisol and other stress responses.. ....so what does that mean? -omega 3 fish oil for anxiety- Natural remedy for anxiety Well, it means that supplementing with a high dose omega 3 fatty acid inhibits the strongest response to stress our body so often gets. Those strong stress responses that we, as anxiety sufferers, so desperately want to avoid in order for us to have reduced anxiety levels, and I quote from the study “This is presumably through effects exerted at the level of the central nervous system” omega 3 fish oil for anxiety - natural remedy for anxiety Now, just a few words of warning here, if you’re going to try this for your own anxiety: first make sure you are getting a very high quality fish oil as there are bad ones on the market and second: also make sure that the fish oil you buy has NOT added any extra vitamins in it (like some fish oil brands like to add extra vitamin A’s for example). Because you are going to take a higher dose than normal you want a supplement that only contains the fish oil. And also, if you are on any medications or have any other health issues then ask your doctor before trying this out. Also, in the study they tested 7,2 grams per day but of course there is no need to go that high right away. Conduct your own experiment and see what works for you. I can put a link to the study under this video for you and speaking of links I can also put a link to a blog post where I write about my experience with another very effective tool I use for my own anxiety and stress and with THAT the results can be truly amazing. You’ll see what I mean if you go and read about it. Ok, that’s it for today. Remember to subscribe and I’ll be back with more tools and tricks later. Have a happy and awesome day. Two new studies show antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and ginseng reduce blood pressure and improve memory. n the circulation study, researchers recruited 30 men who had, but were not being treated for, high blood pressure (essential hypertension). Scientists randomly gave a placebo or a combination of 1,000 mg of vitamin C plus 400 IU of vitamin E per day for eight weeks and at the end of the study tested and found that those who had taken the vitamins had more flexible arteries and increased blood flow from the shoulder to the elbow (brachial artery). Compared to placebo, blood-fluid (plasma) levels of antioxidants were higher in the vitamin group and as the antioxidant level increased, markers for cell damage (oxidative stress) decreased. In the night-shift study, researchers recruited 30 healthy male and female nurses aged 20 to 45 and administered memory, mood and fatigue tests immediately before and after a three-night work shift. Nurses scored lower on all three tests after working for three nights. For the next 12 weeks, scientists randomly gave half the nurses a placebo while the other half took a combination of 40 mg of Panax ginseng extract, 4. 8 mg of beta-carotene, 150 mcg of biotin, 200 mcg of folic acid, 18 mg of nicotinamide, 1. 4 mg of vitamin B1, 1. 6 mg of vitamin B2, 2 mg of vitamin B6, 1 mcg of vitamin B12, 60 mg of vitamin C, 200 IU of vitamin D3, 10 mg of vitamin E, 100 mg of calcium, 2 mg of copper, 10 mg of iron, 2. 5 mg of manganese, 40 mg of magnesium, 50 mcg of selenium and 1 mg of zinc per day. Doctors repeated the test-work-test cycle at six and 12 weeks and found that compared to placebo, after six weeks, the supplement group reported being calmer. After 12 weeks, the ginseng-vitamin-mineral group memorized and recalled more words and reported less fatigue than did those in the placebo group. Fight stress and fatigue with vitamins and ginseng Thank you for watching the video subscribe: https://goo.gl/uud1Mj

I simply inform and also share my personal experiences. If you need medical advice, please see your doctor. Again, my videos are NOT medical advice! This link goes to a good quality "Magnesium Threonate" that we can recommend: ► http://naturalhealthevolution.com/magnesium-for-anxiety-and-depression/ ------------------------------------------------------------------ Today’s video subject is: TOP 5 Best Natural Supplements for Anxiety That Works [FAST] Scandinavian Bob here from Natural Health Evolution coming at you today with a video on the top 5 best natural supplements for anxiety. Anxiety freaking sucks and over the year I have spent so much money on trying out all kinds of supplements so stay with me all the way to the end so you’ll learn about all the best natural anxiety relief supplements. And remember to subscribe for more informative videos. This is going to be a good one so let’s go: Best Natural anxiety Supplements NUMBER 1: Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that’s popular in Ayurvedic medicine and has been used for more than 2,500 years. It’s one of the most used and researched adaptogen herb out on the market right now. Best Anxiety supplements, NUMBER 2: Magnesium. If you are deficient in magnesium it is almost impossible for you to overcome anxiety as your muscles will be tense and twitchy and your nervous system can not do it’s job properly. If we don’t get enough magnesium our cortisone levels will soar and the risk for anxiety and depression or other mental issues becomes huge. In addition to this magnesium helps to raise the calming neurotransmitter GABA. Magnesium also helps the muscles relax. And relaxed muscles, in turn, helps calm the brain. If suffering from anxiety supplementing with magnesium is almost a must since no matter what we do it won’t help if we are very deficient in this mineral. I use to say that getting a good magnesium supplement, while it may not cure anxiety, it is the FIRST step we have to take if we want to stand a chance in the battle against anxiety. I would not go a day without supplementing with magnesium myself. Best natural product for anxiety, NUMBER 3: CBD Oil. quite a few studies on CBD oil has been done and shows it as a proven method of reducing stress and anxiety. I think many of you know that stress and anxiety can be treated by medications that targeted the serotonin systems. Well, studies show that CBD oil can increase serotonin receptors signaling even more rapidly than SSRI’s (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors..and if you didn’t know it most prescription antidepressant drugs are SSRI’s.) Best natural anxiety supplement, NUMBER 4: Is a product called provanax. this one is probably one of the most effective supplements out there and It has many ingredients in it that helps with anxiety and also with depression. It’s a pretty effective supplement with ingredients like: Phenibut 5-HTP St. John's Wort Passion Flower L-Theanine Valerian Inositol L-Taurine GABA I have to give a bit of a warning as I know, from what i have learned during my years on this planet that some these can interfere with prescription antidepressants drugs like SSRI’s, like the St. John’s Worth for example. IF you are on an antidepressant already then the general rule is alway to do a little research before your try out ANY supplement at all and always, when in doubt, ask you doctor. Best natural anxiety supplement, NUMBER 5: Kava root. Kava is a plant that has been used for hundreds of years by Pacific Islanders. The root is known for its ability to reduce stress and lower anxiety levels and some people find it to be very calming. I have to be honest with you, this is the only anxiety supplement I have not yet tried myself...but it is very high on my list of supplements to try. Quite a few studies show that kava is effective at treating anxiety however, they also show some differences in regard to doses and the length of treatment, so the researchers add that more studies still have to be done however Kava does indeed work for many people and it is certainly worth giving a try, Alright those were the five best natural supplements for anxiety and panic attacks and here is the DISCLAIMER: The material contained in the videos are there for informational and educational purposes only and is NOT medical advice. In the busy world that we live in today, stress can be a very real threat to your health. LINK HERE: http://www.PanicAttacksCure.org FOR MORE INFO | What is Panic Disorder? Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by unexpected and repeated episodes of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms that may include chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, or abdominal distress. Signs & Symptoms: People with panic disorder have feelings of terror that strike: suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. During a panic attack, most likely your heart will pound and you may feel sweaty, weak, faint, or dizzy. Your hands may tingle or feel numb, and you might feel flushed or chilled. You may have nausea, chest pain or smothering sensations, a sense of unreality, or fear of impending doom or loss of control. More about Signs & Symptoms: Treatment: Effective treatments for panic disorder are available, and research is yielding new, improved therapies that can help most people with panic disorder and other anxiety disorders lead productive, fulfilling lives. Panic Disorder is a serious condition that around one out of every 75 people might experience. It usually appears during the teens or early adulthood, and while the exact causes are unclear, there does seem to be a connection with major life transitions that are potentially stressful: graduating from college, getting married, having a first child, and so on. There is also some evidence for a genetic predisposition; if a family member has suffered from panic disorder, you have an increased risk of suffering from it yourself, especially during a time in your life that is particularly stressful. Please remember that only a licensed therapist can diagnose a panic disorder. There are certain signs you may already be aware of, though. One study found that people sometimes see 10 or more doctors before being properly diagnosed, and that only one out of four people with the disorder receive the treatment they need. That's why it's important to know what the symptoms are, and to make sure you get the right help. Many people experience occasional panic attacks, and if you have had one or two such attacks, there probably isn't any reason to worry. The key symptom of panic disorder is the persistent fear of having future panic attacks. If you suffer from repeated (four or more) panic attacks, and especially if you have had a panic attack and are in continued fear of having another, these are signs that you should consider finding a mental health professional who specializes in panic or anxiety disorders. Body: There may be a genetic predisposition to anxiety disorders; some sufferers report that a family member has or had a panic disorder or some other emotional disorder such as depression. Studies with twins have confirmed the possibility of 'genetic inheritance' of the disorder. Panic Disorder could also be due to a biological malfunction, although a specific biological marker has yet to be identified. All ethnic groups are vulnerable to panic disorder. For unknown reasons, women are twice as likely to get the disorder as men. Mind: Stressful life events can trigger panic disorders. One association that has been noted is that of a recent loss or separation. Some researchers liken the 'life stressor' to a thermostat; that is, when stresses lower your resistance, the underlying physical predisposition kicks in and triggers an attack. Both: Physical and psychological causes of panic disorder work together. Although initially attacks may come out of the blue, eventually the sufferer may actually help bring them on by responding to physical symptoms of an attack. For example, if a person with panic disorder experiences a racing heartbeat caused by drinking coffee, exercising, or taking a certain medication, they might interpret this as a symptom of an attack and , because of their anxiety, actually bring on the attack. On the other hand, coffee, exercise, and certain medications sometimes do, in fact, cause panic attacks. One of the most frustrating things for the panic sufferer is never knowing how to isolate the different triggers of an attack. That's why the right therapy for panic disorder focuses on all aspects -- physical, psychological, and physiological -- of the disorder. It’s normal to feel depressed once in a while, when it’s connected to loss, life’s struggles, or a hurt self- esteem. But if deep sadness and feelings of being hopeless, helpless, and worthless become a part of your life and stop you from living normally, you may have clinical depression, a common but serious mood disorder. 1. Green Tea Drinking tea, especially green tea, is connected to a much smaller risk for depression. Because it has so many antioxidants and amino acids, green tea can help you fight depression in a natural way. Drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea every day to help lift your mood and your overall health as well. 2. Almonds Almonds have a lot of magnesium, which make them good for fighting depression. This is because magnesium helps make serotonin, a “feel good” brain chemical. This mineral also helps you have energy. Snacking almonds every day will help change your mood in a great way. 3. Salmon Because salmon is full omega-3 fatty acids, it is great for fighting depression. People who have depression usually don’t take in enough omega-3 fatty acids, which helps the brain work properly by lowering the swelling. 4. Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate can help raise serotonin levels in the body, which is almost like antidepressants. It also has carbohydrates in the form of sugar, which will tell the body to make more serotonin. Dark chocolate will also slow down the making of stress hormones, which will therefore lessen anxiety. Another thing dark chocolate can do is lessen the effects of chronic fatigue syndrome, because of its flavonoid content. 5. Eggs Eggs are another great food for fighting depression. This is because eggs, which are packed with protein and other nutrients also have zinc. Zinc is an important micronutrient that the body needs to help create neurotransmitters, and to keep them working properly. By eating foods full of zinc, like eggs, you can fight zinc deficiency and depression and maybe even other disorders. Eggs are also one of the few foods that have vitamin D. A lack of vitamin D is connected to depression and other mental health problems. 6. Bananas If you’re ever feeling low or depressed, try eating 1 or 2 bananas. Bananas have a lot of tryptophan which will raise the body’s serotonin level. They also help make tyrosine, which is needed for making norepinephrine and dopamine, two important neurotransmitters that can change your mood. 7. Avocados Because avocados have a great amount of omega-3 fatty acids they are a smart choice for people with depression. Avocados are full of tryptophan, an amino acid that helps lessen stress and relax a person. 8. Blueberries Blueberries have a lot of antioxidants that help the brain work properly and raise cognitive functioning. They also help a lot against depression. Blueberries also have mood- boosting nutrients like B- complex as well as selenium, zinc, and potassium. All these nutrients help neurologic and brain health in a good way. 9. Spinach Spinach is another great idea for fighting depression, because it is filled with nutrients like folic acid, magnesium, and zinc. These are important ingredients for brain health and fighting signs of depression. Try to eat more spinach by using it as a salad or for a green smoothie, or by adding it to your hot meals. 10. Asparagus Another green veggie that’s good for fighting depression is asparagus. Asparagus helps raise low folic acid levels that are linked to depression. It also has B vitamins which can help boost the mood. Asparagus has tryptophan, which helps create serotonin in the brain and blocks depression and anxiety. And this is because foods interact and control your hormones, neurotransmitters and other chemicals in your body that can cause you to feel more happiness and joy … or stress, anxiety and depression. So today I’m going to quickly discuss the 3 best types of foods that will help make you happier, improve your mood - while reducing feelings of stress, worry, anxiety and depression. What important to note is that you want to “combine” these types of foods together and eat them daily because you’ll get a “synergistic” effect, which will make big improvements, quickly. Foods That Reduce Cortisol Cortisol is your body’s primary “stress” hormones. When this goes up, a lot of your positive hormones go down. You get irritated quickly, you have blood sugar highs and lows, and it causes sleep problems and insomnia. Foods that lower cortisol citrus foods that contains high amounts of Vitamin C… such as Papayas, oranges, Kiwi, pineapples and strawberries. Also vegetables such as Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Red bell peppers and Broccoli are also high in Vit. C. Additionally, omega-3 fatty acids are good at reducing cortisol. Salmon, hemp oil, flax seeds walnuts are highest in Omega-3 fatty acids Foods That Increase Dopamine Dopamine is a neurotransmitter in your brain and its associated with the “pleasure system”. The higher your dopamine levels and the better your dopamine receptor sensitivity is, the happier you are… You’re more driven and excited about life. You feel more enjoyment in daily activities. Unfortunately as you age, dopamine levels decrease, as does your “sensitivity” to it. This can lead to memory loss, depression, dementia and Parkinson’s Disease One thing you want to do to increase dopamine, is eat foods high in the amino acid - L-Tyrosine, which is needed to produce dopamine. Foods highest in L-Tyrosine are: Fava beans Duck Chicken Oatmeal, Edamame Dark chocolate Seaweed Wheat germ Additionally, eating foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids, specifically the DHA -- helps increase dopamine. As mentioned earlier, fatty fish such as Salmon and also walnuts are the best. Foods That Increase Serotonin Levels Serotonin is sometimes called the “happy hormone”, even though it’s not a hormone. It’s a chemical that helps improve your mood and sleep. It also reduces hunger and sugar cravings. Higher serotonin is also linked to living longer. One of the main types of foods that increases serotonin are our favorite type of foods, which is carbohydrates. Of course, not all carbs are good for you and the insulin/sugar spikes will actually cause mood fluctuations. You want “clean” carbohydrates such as white rice, yams/sweet potatoes and fruit. You can also have small amounts of oatmeal and whole grains. Whole eggs, nuts and seeds are also good. Eat Turkey is good because it contains higher amounts of L-Tryptophan, which helps boost serotonin. And once again, Omega 3 fatty acids also help improve serotonin. So make sure you eat some fatty fish such as salmon and sardines, as well as walnuts. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Visit Link Bellow: http://www.PanicAttacksCure.org Anxiety is a physiological response to a stressful or potentially dangerous situation. http://www.PanicAttacksCure.org In its normal state, anxiety is an important human coping mechanism. When anxiety becomes excessive, irrational, or inappropriate, interfering with the normal functioning of a person's life, it is considered an anxiety disorder. What are the different types of Anxiety Disorders? Generalized Anxiety Disorder is marked by "free floating anxiety," with persistent and pervasive feelings of fright. The person experiencing this anxiety constantly feels threatened. Symptoms may include muscle tension, twitchiness, an inability to relax, autonomic hyperactivity (increased heart rate and sweating), an upset stomach, and headaches. Basically, the person suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder experiences a chronic state of hypervigilance and tension without any clear source or focus.Panic Disorder is comprised of very intense panic attacks of short duration (minutes to a few hours). The person feels as if they are going to faint and even die. Symptoms may include chest pains, heart palpitations, hot and cold flashes, feelings of unreality, dizziness, or faintness (though it is extremely rare for anyone experiencing a panic attack to actually faint). Another important feature in a Panic Disorder is that the person cannot identify any specific reason for the panic. It feels as though it comes out of nowhere, making it even more terrifying. Phobias are persistent and recurrent fears of a particular situation, object or activity. There are several types of Phobias: Agoraphobia: The most severe of the phobias, it includes a fear of open spaces, public places, and crowds. It is also common for agoraphobics to fear being alone, so they usually stay at home with a friend or relative present. Agoraphobia often begins with a panic attack while the person is away from the house, and the person then stays at home to avoid experiencing that situation again. Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia) is when a person has an excessive and unreasonable fear of interacting with other people in social situations. A person with social phobia constantly fears they will embarrass themselves or make mistakes in front of other people, developing a negative self-consciousness. When placed in a social situation, they become anxious or may have a panic attack. As the illness progresses, persons with social anxiety disorder may have distorted thinking, and may begin to avoid contact with other people, becoming isolated. This may interfere with work, school and personal relationships. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is experienced as obsessive thoughts followed by compulsive behaviors. Those with OCD typically are quite rigid in their thinking and behavior, and seek consistency and avoid spontaneity (which is perceived to be dangerous). Uncontrollable thoughts are usually considered by the person to be socially unacceptable, such as bizarre sexual thoughts, or thoughts of hurting someone. The person then engages in compulsive behaviors (such as counting, touching something repetitiously, and other ritualistic behaviors) in an attempt to control the obsessive thoughts. With severe OCD, the engagement of multiple compulsive behaviors can be extremely debilitating and may result in major disruptions in the person's life. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is often considered an anxiety disorder and is frequently associated with other anxiety disorders. PTSD develops in response to actual or threatened extreme danger or trauma, such as wartime experiences, torture, natural disasters, rape, incest, or even psychotic. Symptoms include nightmares, dissociative states, vivid flashback memories of the traumatic event, loss of control, emotional detachment (psychic numbing), hyper-arousal, and survivor guilt. Typically, symptoms of PTSD consist of recurrent re-experiencing of the trauma, avoidance behaviors or phobias, and chronic physical signs related to hyper-arousal, including anxiety, sleep disorders, difficulty concentrating, hypervigilance, memory problems, and fatigue. Anxiety Disorders consist of phobias, social anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, agoraphobia, and post-traumatic stress syndrome. Often, when a person with an anxiety disorder seeks help, they are not treated in the most effective manner. Many practitioners will put a person with an anxiety disorder on benzodiazepines, such as Valium or Xanax or Ambien. Holistic therapies round out our treatment system, with yoga, art therapy, mindfulness meditation, massage, and acupuncture all available. Anxiety disorders are often treated with medications. Antidepressants, Beta-blockers, low dose antipsychotic medications, benzodiazepines, and other anti-anxiety medications are commonly prescribed

http://www.cashback4you.org - Vitamins For Stress And Anxiety If you wish to take vitamins for stress and anxiety that is a very good place to start, but see your practitioner if your symptoms don’t improve. Many people don’t get the correct amount of B vitamins as they eat a diet of processed food. Processing food involves a severe loss of B vitamins which are essential to nerve function. Start by sorting out your diet to include fresh, whole foods. It’s these foods which contain the B vitamins. Try to regulate your sugar intake and cut down on alcohol. For more info: https://draxe.com/3-steps-to-heal-adrenal-fatigue/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Nov-2014&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=adrenalfatigue In this video, I’m going to walk you through the steps to overcome adrenal fatigue. Most fatigue problems and adrenal insufficiency come from issues with the adrenal glands. About 80% of the population deals with this common problem. There are several warning signs that indicate you may have adrenal fatigue. If you struggle with fatigue, are stressed, anxious, have trouble with concentration, poor memory, thyroid issues, or gained mysterious weight, you may have adrenal fatigue. There are three steps you will want to take to get rid of adrenal fatigue for good. The first starts with your diet. Foods to get out of your diet are caffeine, sugar, and hydrogenated oils. Foods that are high in vitamin B12 and magnesium are going to support your adrenal glands and blood sugar levels, so you will want to add these foods into your diet. Foods like coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut, olives, olive oil, raw dairy products, grass-fed butter, organic meats, loads of vegetables, and seaweed are all crucial to your diet as well. Secondly, you will want to support your adrenals by taking supplements like adaptogenic herbs (such as ashwagandha, holy basil, and licorice root), which will help your body adapt and deal with stress. Additionally, a vitamin B complex, magnesium, vitamin D, selenium will support the healing of your adrenals. Lastly, you should focus on lowering your stress levels. Try getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night, reflect and address your stressors, add fun activities into your routine, and exercise. If you follow these three steps, you will be well on your way to naturally healing adrenal fatigue. The condition of lactic acidosis is the culprit. It was completely figured out by 1959, then swept under the rug by drug-centered medicine. Now, more people suffer from it because of our nutrient deficient food supply. Please Like, Share, and Subscribe! -Dr. Schmidt You have already taken the first step to better your health by watching my video! Next, I recommend that you join our Long Distance Patient Program so that you can get diet modification and supplement recommendations designed specifically for you by me or one of my fellow practitioners in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. You have to be a patient of our office in order to receive supplements, per our distribution agreement with the producer of the Standard Process brand supplements. Becoming a Long Distance Patient as outlined below allows you that access. In order to be part of our online patient program, you would purchase an annual membership for $200. This membership includes an initial 30 minute phone appointment with me or one of our practitioners. At that time, the practitioner will make a recommendation to you for diet modifications, supplements and the quantities that you should take. After the phone call, you are able to order supplements for a year, as needed, directly from our website and our app. We will then promptly ship the supplements out to you. Follow up phone calls with your practitioner are $125 for a 20 minute phone/SKYPE appointment. If you would like to move forward and take advantage of this opportunity, please call: (734) 302-7575 or email email@example.com to schedule your phone appointment, and make the $200 payment. You can reach us by phone Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm EST. To learn more about our office and clinical practice, go to: http://thenutritionalhealingcenter.com Since not everyone is fortunate enough to live within driving distance of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and many feel that an telephone/online consultation is not enough to meet their clinical needs, I am happy to offer you our Long Distance Patient Travel Package. The package is comprised of a series of appointments with myself or another practitioner that are time sensitive, and a time allowance of 48-72 hours in our beautiful city is required. Not only are your health issues of concern thoroughly evaluated, but you receive a comprehensive full body evaluation, two different computerized cardiac health tests, a great deal of teaching and health education, and leave with a program of diet modification and supplement support that the practitioner is confident will improve your health and quality of life. This program can initiate your relationship with our clinic, and be followed up with telephone/online consultations, or it can be incorporated into your already existing program with our clinic to further enhance the program you already have in place. The cost for the Long Distance Travel Package is $560 and includes everything mentioned above. We also have a relationship with a lovely landmark hotel conveniently located less than 2 miles from our office, that offers a reduced nightly rate to our patients. http://www.ultimateenergyguide.com Athletic Greens - Stress Nutrients and Vitamins: Stress becomes a part of the day to day life of many people. The world we live in is full of stress. In some ways, stress is good for the body. However, too much stress is detrimental to one’s health. It leads to fatigue and other health issues. Chronic stress leads to unbalanced glucose level, which leads to hunger pangs. There is a possibility of overeating and other physical symptoms that can affect both the mind and body. When the body is under a great deal of stress, the body weakens and causes the stored vitamins and minerals to be used rapidly. The good news is there are plenty of ways to combat fatigue and stress and one of which is eating a healthy balanced meal. Make sure you eat the right foods to get all the essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your body needs. Stress can be minimized by having a healthy eating habit, eating the right foods, and taking in vitamins and minerals. The following vitamins and minerals should be included in your day to day diet: • Zinc – It can modulate the body and brain’s response to stress. It increases the body’s resistance to infection. Zinc is abundant in protein-rich foods like chicken, beef, and fatty fishes. Although, it can also be sourced from beans and grains. • Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) – It helps the powerhouse of the cell burn fuel effectively. It protects the brain and the entire nervous system. It powers the cells and gives the much-needed energy to fight free radicals. More so, CoQ10 helps achieve a positive state of mind and improves mood. It can also decelerate the aging process. • Vitamin B12- A Vitamin B12 deficiency makes your body susceptible to stress and fatigue. Increasing the level of vitamin B12 and essential B complex help fight stress, improve mood, reduce the level of toxic amino acid, and give the body the energy it needs to keep going through the day. • Vitamin E – It strengthens the immune system and strengthens the body’s physical reaction to stress. Excellent sources of vitamin E are dried fruits, wheat germ, and raw vegetable oils. • Vitamin A – It helps fight stress by improving the body’s energy level. If the body lacks energy, it becomes more susceptible to stress. Foods that trigger stress: Stress triggering foods should be avoided such as processed foods, alcoholic beverages, caffeinated beverage, and foods containing artificial sweeteners. Too much stress can jeopardize your health and life as a whole. Hence, you should make the right choice to improve your body’s resistance to stress. Start with proper diet, healthy lifestyle, and taking supplements containing essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Athletic Greens is an all-in-one stress-fighting product. In this video I share the 9 best supplements for stress and how it can improve your life. Article: https://feelawesomecompany.com/stress-supplements/ Recommended Supplements: Vitamin C: https://amzn.to/2BdYmoe Iron: https://amzn.to/2Dv0Lww Vitamin B Complex: https://amzn.to/2Q4780w Vitamin D: https://amzn.to/2KcUK92 5-HTP: https://amzn.to/2Q8TRUg Melatonin: https://amzn.to/2S1scC2 Ashwagandha: https://amzn.to/2TpBusU Rhodiola: https://amzn.to/2BdXVKQ Ginseng: https://amzn.to/2ORviGD Here’s the fact of the matter, in the last 20+ years, we have had a MASSIVE increase in documented stress and a MASSIVE decrease in nutritional content of our food. The following listed below are some of the best supplements that can help reduce stress and avoid the problems associated with it. VITAMIN C Many associate vitamin C with the prevention of colds and flu. This is not the only function this vitamin provides for us. It is instrumental in boosting our immune system, and allows us to fight off illness and disease that stress may create. It is also needed for the production of collagen which we use to build tissue and healthy bones. IRON Oxygen is carried throughout our body by red blood cells and iron is essential to the formation of these cells. This provides us with energy and vitality. When you are lacking iron, oxygen is not distributed where it is needed and you will experience a feeling of exhaustion. Women have higher requirements for iron than men do. It is recommended they receive 15 mg per day where men should have 9 mg. Having too much iron can damage vital organs so it is recommended that you consult with your doctor. VITAMIN B Complex This is sometimes called the “anti-stress” vitamin because it keeps feelings of anxiety and depression that are associated with stress at bay. It regulates hormones that are responsible for these feelings. The B Vitamins help us maintain a healthy mind as well as acting as an energy booster aiding us to fight fatigue and build stamina. It is recommended that adults have 5 mg per day. It also aids our immune systems to operate at peak levels. VITAMIN D Many will recognize this as the “sunshine vitamin”. The main benefit for those experiencing stress is that it is responsible for the production of autoimmune system killer cells. These cells destroy harmful bacteria and cells that are infected with viruses aiding in keeping us healthy. There have been several studies lately that have found more than 70% of people in the US and around the world are vitamin D deficient. This is caused by several factors. We now have lifestyles that are not providing us with the necessary exposure to sunlight combined with the overuse of sunscreen. Additionally if you live in a cold whether environment it is difficult to obtain the correct amount of sunlight during winter months, and is the reason that colds and flu is more prevalent during the winter. 5-HTP While the processes are complex, 5-HTP or 5-hydroxytryptophan is an amino acid required for the production of serotonin. Studies have shown that low levels of serotonin can lead to depression, insomnia, irritability and anxiety. Therefore, supplementation with 5-HTP can help alleviate these symptoms and is particularly useful as a holistic treatment for stress. When discussing the effectiveness of herbal supplements versus prescription medications, keep in mind that 5-HTP works in much the same way as SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors). Melatonin This helps those with insomnia fall asleep and stay asleep. In several properly documented studies, melatonin was given to test subjects as an alternative to a class of sedatives called benzodiazepines. Ashwagandha Studies show that ashwagandha can significantly lower the stress hormone cortisol, and when cortisol levels decrease so does your stress on a physiological level. This is important for reducing chronic stress and helping to naturally balance your hormones. Rhodiola This is another powerful adaptogen helping you to deal with all the different types of stress life brings you. Rhodiola is great for boosting physical and mental energy, enhancing your mood, while also relieving stress and anxiety symptoms. Ginseng Ginseng helps to balance hormones and keep your body in homeostasis, reducing stress and anxiety, while also boosting your mood and cognitive functioning. Ginseng also eases inflammation throughout the body, which can be the root cause of many types of stress On top of that ginseng nourishes the nervous system and helps reduce the occurrence of psychological diseases such as anxiety and depression.
