What the Color of Your Pee Says About Your Health. Your pee may not always be pale yellow. Sometimes that’s OK, sometimes it’s an issue. Red, pink or brown urine is the most concerning. If you have any concerns about the color of your urine, talk with your healthcare provider. You might be surprised to learn that, aside from the basic yellow hue, pee can actually come in a rainbow of colors some healthy, some not. Jonathan Harper, M.D., a urologist and UW Medicine's Chief of Endourology and Minimally Invasive Surgery, explains what the spectrum of pee color can mean—and when the color of your pee might signal a serious health problem. 1. If your pee is Red or pink. Red or pink urine can be a sign of a mild or serious health issue. The big concern with any sort of pink or red urine is bleeding, called hematuria. This could signal an easy-to-treat urinary tract infection or kidney stone—or something more serious, such as urinary tract cancer. If there is obvious blood in the urine, you should contact a healthcare provider. Before you get too alarmed with any change of urine color, take note of what you’ve eaten. Beets and berries, especially blackberries, can stain your pee a light pink to crimson shade. 2. If your pee is Orange. It’s probably a safe side effect of a medication you’re taking. Phenazopyridine, a drug used to relieve symptoms of urinary pain and discomfort, contains a dye that could leave you thinking you drank too much orange fruit punch. Rifampin, which is used to treat tuberculosis, can also have this startling side effect. Carrots have been known to do the same. 3. If your pee is Pale yellow. Congrats, your pee is normal! Typically, if you’re well-hydrated, your urine will be a pale yellow hue. If it’s not on the pale side of yellow, it’s not something to be concerned about, it just means you might want to drink a little more water throughout the day. On the other hand, if you’re dehydrated, your urine will be more concentrated and will be a darker shade of yellow. That’s a sign that you might want to chug some H2O, especially if you are prone to kidney stones. 4. If your pee is Bright yellow. Does your morning regimen include popping handfuls of vitamins and supplements? High-dose vitamins can turn your pee a bright, almost neon yellow color. The most common culprit is vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, which is found in most multivitamins. The neon color in pee is just a harmless sign that you’re taking more than your body needs, and the excess is mixing with your pee. 5. If your pee is Green or blue. Pseudomonas, bacteria that can cause urinary tract infections can turn your urine a deep shade of bluish green. It’s pretty unusual, and most often happens in people with catheters, but it’s something to be aware of. Eating asparagus, which is known to make your pee smell weird, can also tint your pee light green. 6. If your pee is Brown. If your pee is ever cola colored, call your healthcare provider as soon as possible. It could be a pigment from something you ate, but it could also be a side effect of liver disease. Rhabdomyolysis, which is a release of protein into the bloodstream that’s toxic to the kidneys and it is a side effect of extreme exercise or trauma that can turn your pee brown, too. Brown-looking pee can also be from blood. Blood in the urinary tract may form a clot and turn the urine a very dark color if not peed out quickly. It takes a while for urine to travel from the kidneys, where it is produced, down to your bladder, and not everyone completely empties their bladder every time they pee. It takes a while for urine to travel from the kidneys, where it is produced, down to your bladder, and not everyone completely empties their bladder every time they pee. It takes a while for urine to travel from the kidneys, where it is produced, down to your bladder, and not everyone completely empties their bladder every time they pee. If this is the case, you may not have bleeding in your kidneys or bladder right now, but because you did at some point, you should have the issue addressed. 7. If your pee is Foamy or cloudy. Maybe you’ve jumped on the ketogenic diet bandwagon or you just love steak. Either way, eating a very high-protein diet can occasionally result in protein in the urine and cause it to appear foamy. This can happen in people with kidney disease, too. In some cases, cloudy or milky-looking urine can also be a sign of infection. 8. If your pee is Clear. You get a gold star for hydration, but you might actually be overdoing your water intake. People who get recurring kidney stones should aim to have urine that’s close to clear, but for everyone else, there’s no shame in the yellow pee game. Here is what Your Urine Color Tells about Your Health. ▶PLEASE SUBSCRIBE OUR CHANNEL ... https://goo.gl/QcKCWL If your eyes are the window into your soul, your toilet bowl is a window into your health. Urine is made mostly of water and a surprisingly list of ingredients like urea, chloride, sodium, potassium, creatinine and other dissolved ions as well as various inorganic and organic compounds. Any sort of imbalance in the body can affect the color, consistency and odor of the urine. Here is what various urine colors tell about your health. Number 1. Cloudy or Murky If your urine appears cloudy or murky, it can be a sign of a urinary tract infection (UTI) or kidney stones. In the case of a UTI, the urine will also have a strong ammonia, foul or even slightly sweet odor. The bacteria causing the infection produce the foul smell as a by-product Number 2. Red If your urine is a shade of red or pink, it could be due to a variety of causes. One simple reason behind this could be what you ate a few hours back. Foods like carrots, blackberries, beets and rhubarb can turn your pee a pinkish-red color. Number 3. Orange If your urine has a light orange shade, there is nothing much to worry about. This possibly indicates mild dehydration. Other minor causes include eating a lot of foods rich in beta-carotene, which is excreted via your urine. Number 4. Brown If you notice your urine color has changed to dark brown or cola-colored, it can be due to diet, medication, or certain health issues. Eating large amounts of fava beans, rhubarb or Aloe Vera can cause brown urine. A number of drugs can darken urine, especially antimalarial drugs, laxatives and muscle relaxants. Number 5. Neon or Dark Yellow While transparent yellow urine is a sign of a normal hydrated body, vibrant, fluorescent or dark yellow urine is not a good sign. Especially if your urine is amber or honey-colored, it could indicate that you are not drinking enough water. Number 6. Green Eating asparagus can change the color of your urine to a greenish tint. Artificial food coloring, green beer and black licorice can also be to blame. In addition, some medications and drugs can cause your urine to turn green, but only if they contain dyes. In some cases, diarrhea can give a greenish tint to your urine. Number 7. Colorless Colorless or absolutely transparent urine could be a sign of overhydration, possibly meaning that you are drinking too much water. An excess of water in your body can disturb the electrolyte balance in the body. Drinking alcohol in excess may also cause your urine to turn clear, as it is a diuretic. Most women can take prenatal vitamins and won’t experience any side effects or complications. Yet, like with any medication or supplement, side effects are possible. More often than not these prenatal vitamins side effects are minor and not to worry about. They can easily be treated. The different side effects of prenatal vitamins Headaches Even though it’s quite common to have headaches during your pregnancy, you should seek medical advice if your headache is strong and if you think it might be due to an overdose. Intestinal cramps Morning sickness may be a problem when taking prenatal vitamins. If your stomach is upset when you take the vitamins, change the time of the day or switch to a different prenatal supplement. ::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "2ZA7TBND" Constipation or diarrhea Prenatal vitamins can cause constipation due to their high level of iron. Whereas you absolutely need an increased amount of iron when you’re pregnant, too much of it will cause bowel problems. To avoid this, you can eat more fiber-based food, drink more water and if nothing else helps, switch to a prenatal vitamin with less iron. Nausea and vomiting Most pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting without taking any prenatal supplement. But these symptoms can be caused by prenatal multivitamins as well. Whereas you might feel queasy from time to time without worrying about it, vomiting on a regular basis after the use of your prenatal vitamins is more alarming. You might want to change the time of the day and prefer to take your supplement at night before going to bed or right after a meal. ::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "2ZA7TBND" Metallic taste Some women report a metallic taste in their mouth just after taking their prenatal vitamins. This is caused by the increased levels of estrogen occurring during pregnancy, but might be reinforced by your vitamins. Yellow-orange discoloration of the urine In particular B vitamins can cause your urine to change color and become bright yellow or green. Other side effects can be insomnia, loss of appetite, fatigue, gas or belching and muscle aches and pains. Please note that many people using prenatal vitamins do not encounter serious side effects. As you may have noticed, many of these potential side effects of prenatal vitamins are also symptoms that are common during pregnancy. It can therefore become difficult to be certain that the prenatal vitamins you take are the cause of these side effects. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice. ::: http://nuralis.com/prenatal ::: Limited Time Offer: Get 20% Off Immediately With Coupon Code "2ZA7TBND"

Urine color and health Nobody cares for the urine color as far as the health goes. You must pay attention to the smell and other signs since they tell a lot for the health. the urine is 95% water and other items are creatinine, potassium, urea and all are organic and inorganic dissolved. The color is due to the urobilin – waste items from red cells breaking down. THE COLORS: Clear– too much hydration and dissolved electrolytes due to chemical imbalance. Light yellow– normal color and good hydration. Cloudy– a bladder infection and too much mucus and proteins in the body. Medium yellow– have more water to hydrate. Dark yellow– serious dehydration. Have more tea and water, but reduce the vitamin B too. Orange– too much bilirubin inside the body. Also this can mean gallstone issues and bile duct issues. Liver disease is also possible. Pink– the urine gets pink from too much beets and blood drops even. See a doctor. Dark pink shade– this is more than just 1 blood drop. Or it can be bladder infection or cancer. Stones can be the reason too. Dark pink– this is way too much blood and can be cancer. See doctor ASAP. Brown– meds for malaria like chloroquine and metronidazole make the urine this color. Also liver or kidney disease can be the reason or even too much workouts. This way the muscles use myoglobin for energy and leak in the urine and blood too. Make a myoglobin test in this case and see if the kidney fails. Green or blue– diet of artificial colors can cause this. Even jello can make this. Meds like Uribel too make the urine blue. Just have more water and is all good

Transparent. Colorless urine may indicate over-hydration. While not as dangerous as dehydration, over-hydration can dilute essential salts, such as electrolytes, creating a problematic chemical imbalance in the blood. 2. Pale straw color. Normal, healthy, well-hydrated. 3. Transparent yellow. Normal. 4. Dark yellow. Normal, but suggestive of mild dehydration. 5. Amber or honey. Possibly dehydrated. Note: A lot of popular sites recommend drinking water to address some of the colors above, but Dena Rifkin MD, a staff nephrologist at UC San Diego Health and assistant professor of medicine, suggests prudence. “I never advise people to examine their urine color for hydration and never would recommend hydrating based on urine color. Instead, ‘drink to thirst.' The eight glasses of water per day is an urban myth as far as most physicians are concerned and the only people who should be concerned about drinking more are those with a history of kidney stones.” 6. Light orange. Possibly dehydrated, but may also be caused by liver or bile duct problems, consumed food dyes or the excretion of excess B vitamins from bloodstream. Talk to your doctor. 7. Orange. Some medications, such as rifampin or phenazopyridine, can cause this coloration. Ask your doctor. 8. Dark orange or brown. A possible symptom of jaundice, rhabdomyolysis or Gilbert’s syndrome. Also caused by severe dehydration. See your doctor. 9. Pink. For some people, eating beets, blueberries or rhubarb can do this. “If you’ve eaten beets and have urine color changes, you do not need to see a doctor,” said Rifkin. On the other hand, a pinkish hue might be a first indicator of a bigger problem. See red. 10. Red. This color could be a worrisome sign of many things. Blood in the urine, called hematuria, can be benign, idiopathic or a sign of a kidney stone, infection or tumor in the urinary tract. It may signal a problem with the prostate. Or possible lead or mercury poisoning. Or a group of rare inherited disorders known asporphyrias. Red urine is a red flag to immediately consult a physician. 11. Green. Eating asparagus does this for some people, though many more people note the vegetable’s odorous effect upon their urine. Some medications and food dyes produce harmless green urine too, but it can also signal a bacterial infection in the urinary tract. Ask your doctor. 12. Blue. Some medications and food dyes produce bluish urine. So too does a rare inherited metabolic disorder known as familial hypercalcemia or “blue diaper syndrome,” which is characterized by incomplete intestinal breakdown of tryptophan, a dietary nutrient. Consult a physician. 13. Dark brown or black. Benign causes include ingesting large amounts of rhubarb, fava beans or aloe. Some medications darken urine too. More worrisome, however, are potential causes like copper or phenol poisoning or melanoma, which can result in blackish urine called melanuria. See your doctor. 14. White or milky. This may be caused by an overabundance of certain minerals, such as calcium or phosphate, a urinary tract infection or excessive proteins. Consult your doctor. ================================= Thank you for watching Our videos For more –like-comment-share & subscribe ================================= DISCLAIMER: The information provided on this channel and its videos is for general purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. 7 Things Your Pee Is Trying to Tell You About Your Health It might sound strange, but every time you go to the toilet you have a chance to check up on your health. By checking the color of your urine, you can see whether your body is doing well or if you need to see a doctor. Sounds easy, right? Now you just need to know the possible reasons (serious or not) behind each color. Health Digest researched what the color of your urine reveals about your health and suggestions for what you can do. Have you ever seen your urine appear to be one of these colors? 1. Orange 2. Pink and reddish 3. Green or blue 4. Brown 5. Foaming or fizzing 6. Transparent 7. Pale straw yellow, transparent yellow, dark yellow Summary: Some anti-inflammatory drugs (Azulfidine), chemotherapy drugs, and laxatives with senna can cause an orange color. Overconsumption of vitamin B2 or beta-carotene (carrots) could also be a reason. If you were not exposed to any of the above, then: Drink more water. Dehydration can cause urine to be highly concentrated and vary from dark yellow to orange. In just a couple of hours, it should return to its normal clear yellow color. Check your eyes. If you notice any yellowish tint in the whites of your eyes, then orange urine can be a sign that your liver is not functioning properly. You should make an appointment with a doctor immediately. It’s probably alarming to see reddish or pink urine, but it is not necessarily serious as it could be caused by food or medications. Before worrying, see the reasons behind this color. Foods: If you ate beetroot, blackberries, or rhubarb, then you have nothing to worry about. Some of the compounds that make these foods red are excreted in your urine after the kidneys do their job. Normally, it clears up by the next day. If it doesn’t, you should make an appointment with a doctor. Medications: Certain antibiotics (like Rifadin and Rimactane) used to treat tuberculosis can turn urine reddish. Phenazopyridine, which is used to treat urinary tract infections, and laxatives containing senna can also be reasons for a pinkish color. Blood: Blood in your urine can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, kidney disease, cancerous or noncancerous tumors, or bladder or kidney stones. If you see any blood clots or other tissues in your urine, see your doctor immediately. Specialists stress that this is rare but underdiagnosed, especially in women as they usually shrug it off as a weird period fluke. It might be shocking to see this color, but it’s rare and could be caused by: Foods: Eating artificially dyed foods or asparagus. Nothing to worry about. It will clear up in a day or 2. If you see brown shades in your urine, it could be a sign of dehydration. Among the foods that can turn your urine brown are rhubarb and fava beans. But it’s better to get it checked out, especially if you drink lots of water but the color doesn’t go away. Brown urine could indicate problems with your liver and kidneys. Attention: If your brown urine is followed by abdominal pain, rashes, and seizures, there is a high possibility of a genetic condition. Also, blood appears brownish when it disintegrates, and this can be a sign of a more serious condition like a tumor. Having foamy urine from time to time is normal and is usually due to the speed of urination. But if it keeps coming back and is more noticeable over time, you should see your doctor. Foamy or fizzing urine can be a sign of protein in your urine, and this needs professional evaluation as an increased amount can signal a serious kidney problem. These colors mean you have nothing to worry about. Ideally, your urine should be a pale gold color. A pale yellow shows a good balance between being under and over hydrated. More concentrated urine is a sign that you need more water. Just keep in mind one golden rule: if it looks like lemonade — good for you! You Should Never Take a B Complex Until You See This Video - VitaLife Show Episode 254 In today's episode Dr. Janine Bowring, ND explains why you should never take a conventional B Complex Vitamin! Most of the B complex vitamins on the market today are synthetically made, usually from the petrochemical industry. For instance B1 is made from coal tar and ammonia, B3 is made from Formaldehyde and ammonia, and B12 cyanocobalamin, which is cyanide + cobalamin and inexpensive way to bind the B12 and get it into the body. Not something we recommend. Some of the side effects of taking synthetic B12 vitamins include rashes from taking niacin in the synthetic form, insomnia, stomachaches, super bright yellow urine, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea. All tell tale signs that you are ingesting a synthetic form of vitamin B. At VitaTree we use whole food nutrients/ sources for our vitamins, and in terms of our B12 we use adenosylcobalamin a much better form of B12 that does not need the intrinsic factor. VitaTree Vitamin B12 also contains a mixture of nature’s best blue green algae Chlorella, which contains important cofactors for the best absorption of B12. What should I think of bright neon yellow urine during pregnancy? I'd be more concerned about glow in the dark pee or green stuff. I've heard that is a sign that you are carrying a boy. The odds are 50-50, though the odds are higher if your husband is younger. The odds of having a boy go down if you are a vegetarian. So bright yellow urine isn't a sure sign of a blue nursery. Is it a problem? If your urine is dark yellow or bright yellow, it is a sign that you are dehydrated. The solution is to drink a lot of water and juice. Or soda. That actually dehydrates you because it regularly contains sodium, AKA salt. And stay away from coffee and alcohol. I knew to stay away from alcohol. Don't need a kid with fetal alcohol syndrome. Another possible cause is the prenatal vitamins. Some B vitamins prescribed for morning sickness can turn your pee yellow. If it changes the color of my pee, does that mean the vitamins are wasted? No, at least some of it was absorbed by your body. But not all of it, which is why a lot of septic tank truck operators talk about the hard gravel left behind by all the multivitamins people take. I guess it could be worse. It could really, really stink. That's probably a sign of a urinary tract infection. If it smelled sweet, you might have prenatal diabetes. That's not a problem I'm dealing with. I just always have to go. Part of that is normal for pregnancy. If you are drinking drinks that dehydrate you like soda, coffee and tea, it'll make you have to go a lot more. And what makes me need to pee less? Labor? I don't think that's a fair trade.

Are you worried about your urine turning a bright yellow colour after you take CanXida Rebuild? Don't worry. This is a perfectly normal reaction, please let me explain! So let's talk a little bit about B vitamins and about riboflavin or B2. There are many different types of B vitamins. B1 is thiamine. B2 is riboflavin. B3 is niacin. B5 is pantothenic acid. B6 is pyridoxine or pyridoxal thiophosphate. Then we've got B7, which is biotin. We got B9, which is folic acid. And we've got B12, which is cobalamin or methylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin. All the B vitamins are critical for your health. B vitamins are robbed really bad when you drink alcohol. If you drink coffee, tea, alcohol, you're going to really reduce the amount of B vitamins in your body. This is why people often get tired and edgy because the Bs are responsible for converting food into energy. The Bs are responsible for many detoxification pathways. Each particular B vitamin has its own particularly effect on the body, which we haven't got time to go into. I'd love to do a video on that one day. Bs you only get from really good quality food if you're going to eats lots of good quality vegetables, nuts and seeds and some grains. They're all good sources of B vitamins. Riboflavin or B2 is very important because it has many effects on the neurological function of person. It helps to mature red blood cells and it also helps to heal the lining of the digestive system. You're going to bet it again out of all the foods that we mentioned before. Your urine can turn bright yellow because of the Flavin component, so it's florescence. There is was a guy in 1872 who discovered this vitamin. And how he discovered it because he was doing research on milk and found that through careful analysis of milk, there was like a yellow color to it. When he discovered that yellow color, he discovered it was a particular vitamin, a B vitamin and it got called riboflavin. Flavin means "yellow" or "gold" in Latin. Don't think you're dying when you're doing a wee when you're urinating after a B vitamin or CanXida Rebuild and the urine comes out yellow. It's quite normal for that. It can be yellow green color or a yellow color. Because your body can only really absorb about 12 or 15 milligrams of B2 at once and the rest gets passed out through the urine. Many doctors have told me over the years as an aside that supplements only create expensive urine and that they're a waste of time taking. I had a letter from a cardiologist once saying, "Dr. Bakker, your supplements are a waste of time. They create expensive urine." I sent him back a whole lot of stuff because he thought that A, C and E had no effect on the heart. I sent him a lot of literature back and refuting that. I said, "Dr. X, I believe that specialists like you produce the most expensive urine because you're the guys that go out and have a bottle of wine for dinner and a lobster and really big meals. That produces really expensive urine. Not taking a multi-vitamin every day, which is preventative health." Never heard back from the guy. Wonder why. Maybe he didn't get the joke. Thanks for tuning in.

and diseases. How dark or light the color is tells you how much water is in it. Vitamin B supplements can turn urine bright yellow. Some medicines, blackberries, beets, rhubarb, or blood in the urine can turn urine red-brown. Clarity. Urine is normally clear. Bacteria, blood, sperm, crystals, or mucus can make urine look cloudy. Odor. Urine does not smell very strong, but has a slightly "nutty" odor. Some diseases cause a change in the odor of urine. For example, an infection with E. coli bacteria can cause a bad odor, while diabetes or starvation can cause a sweet, fruity odor. Specific gravity. This checks the amount of substances in the urine. It also shows how well the kidneys balance the amount of water in urine. The higher the specific gravity, the more solid material is in the urine. When you drink a lot of fluid, your kidneys make urine with a high amount of water in it which has a low specific gravity. When you do not drink fluids, your kidneys make urine with a small amount of water in it which has a high specific gravity. pH. The pH is a measure of how acidic or alkaline (basic) the urine is. A urine pH of 4 is strongly acidic, 7 is neutral (neither acidic nor alkaline), and 9 is strongly alkaline. Sometimes the pH of urine is affected by certain treatments. For example, your doctor may instruct you how to keep your urine either acidic or alkaline to prevent some types of kidney stones from forming. Protein. Protein is normally not found in the urine. Fever, hard exercise, pregnancy, and some diseases, especially kidney disease, may cause protein to be in the urine. Glucose. Glucose is the type of sugar found in blood. Normally there is very little or no glucose in urine. When the blood sugar level is very high, as in uncontrolled diabetes, the sugar spills over into the urine. Glucose can also be found in urine when the kidneys are damaged or diseased. Nitrites. Bacteria that cause a urinary tract infection (UTI) make an enzyme that changes urinary nitrates to nitrites. Nitrites in urine show a UTI is present. Leukocyte esterase (WBC esterase). Leukocyte esterase shows leukocytes (white blood cells [WBCs]) in the urine. WBCs in the urine may mean a UTI is present. Ketones. When fat is broken down for energy, the body makes substances called ketones (or ketone bodies). These are passed in the urine. Large amounts of ketones in the urine may mean a very serious condition, diabetic ketoacidosis, is present. A diet low in sugars and starches (carbohydrates), starvation, or severe vomiting may also cause ketones to be in the urine.

URINE COLOR AND HEALTH | URINE COLOR MEANING | NATURAL HOME REMEDY What is your urine color saying about your health... Urine isn't necessarily a topic we think or talk about. However, there is a reason you are asked to pee in a cup for most doctor's visit. The color, consistency and smell of your urine are tell tale signs of what is happening in your body. Your urine color can tell if you had a simple diet change or a serious cancer diagnosis. Let's look at the color of your urine and what it says about your health! Symptoms of Urine Color change. Normal urine color usually falls within the yellow spectrum, ranging from a pale yellow to a dark amber. The amount of water you consume or how well you are hydrated, influences the color of your normal urine. If you consume a lot of water or is usually well hydrated your normal urine color is usually a pale yellow. On the other hand, if you are dehydrated or lack water, your urine color could be more of a dark amber. Any other color variation outside of this yellow spectrum is considered abnormal and you should consult your physician. What causes Urine Color to change? • Diet, Vitamins and Minerals. Natural foods, such as berries and beets, as well as processed foods, contain food dye. This can combine with the urine pigment to change urine color. Supplements and multivitamins containing B vitamins, vitamin C and beta-carotene can also affect the color of your urine. • Medications. Prescripton and over-the-counter medications can affect the color of your urine. These include laxatives, antibiotics and chemotherapy drugs. • Health conditions. The color of your urine could be a sign of problems with your bladder, kidneys or liver. • Exercise. If you don't consume water or fluids after a workout, you could become dehydrated, which could result in a darker colored urine. • Pregnancy. Urine color could be influenced during the early stages of pregnancy. Urine Color and what it means. • Clear or Transparent Urine. Your consumption of water may be excessive. You may need to cut back. • Fizzy or Foamy Urine. This is normal, if it occurs occasionally. However, if persistent, it could be a sign of excess protein or kidney problem. You should consult your doctor. • Pale Straw Yellow Urine. This indicates that you are normal, healthy and well hydrated. • Transparent Yellow Urine. You are Normal. • Dark Yellow Urine. This indicates that you are dehydrated. You must consume liquid immediately. It could also be a result of taking b- vitamins or beta-carotenes. • Orange Urine. This could be a sign of dehydration. It could also be caused from a gallstone, liver or bile duct condition, or possibly food dye. Consult your doctor. • Brown Urine. This could be a sign of severe dehydration or liver disease. Consume some water immediately. If it persists, consult your doctor. • Pink/Red Urine. This could be caused from a recent consumption of beets, blueberries or rhubarb. If not, you may have blood in your urine, as a result of kidney disease, tumors, prostate or urinary tract infection. As well as it could be Mercury or lead poisoning. Consult your doctor. • Blue/Green Urine. This could be a sign of a rare genetic disorder or could just be bacteria that causes urinary tract infection. It could also be from medications or food dye from food consumption. If it persists, consult your doctor. Here's to your health! Know what Your Urine Color Tells about Your Health Fluid intake dilutes the yellow pigment in urine, so the more you drink, the clearer your urine looks. When you drink too little water or other fluids, the body becomes dehydrated and the color becomes a more concentrated yellow. 1. Cloudy or Murky. If your urine appears cloudy or murky, it can be a sign of a urinary tract infection (UTI) or kidney stones. In the case of a UTI, the urine will also have a strong ammonia, foul or even slightly sweet odor. The bacteria causing the infection produce the foul smell as a by-product. 2. Red. If your urine is a shade of red or pink, it could be due to a variety of causes. One simple reason behind this could be what you ate a few hours back. Foods like carrots, blackberries, beets and rhubarb can turn your pee a pinkish-red color. Some of the compounds that give color to these colorful foods are excreted in the urine once the kidneys finish their processing work. If this is the case, your urine color will be back to normal within a day. 3. Orange. If your urine has a light orange shade, there is nothing much to worry about. This possibly indicates mild dehydration. Other minor causes include eating a lot of foods rich in beta-carotene, which is excreted via your urine. Supplements and medicines like vitamin B complex and several blood thinners can also cause orange-yellow urine. 4. Brown. If you notice your urine color has changed to dark brown or cola-colored, it can be due to diet, medication, or certain health issues. 12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

4 Reasons Why Your Urine is Dark in Color Dark urine is deeper in color than urine that is usually straw to yellow in color. Darker urine can be different colors, but is usually brown, deep yellow, or maroon. However, it can vary significantly depending on hydration level, food consumed, or when some medications are taken. Color change can also be caused by certain diseases. What to do if you have dark colored urine? If you observe urine that seems darker than usual, first make sure you drink enough water as it is the most common reason for it. If you have eaten a food or taken a medicine known to tint urine brown, you’ve likely found your cause. If not, be on the lookout for other symptoms. For example, if your urine is dark brown and you also notice a yellowing of your skin and eyes, see your doctor. These could be signs of a liver problem. watch like & subscribe me channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzy9ZuJpGBcqKn4TQNh_3dw https://plus.google.com/u/0/113902397349304340361 https://web.facebook.com/Daily-Health-Tip-137473493551256/?ref=settings

HealthForce Nutritionals Truly Natural Vitamin C 500 grams Order at this link: https://www.rawlife.com/store/Truly_Natural_Vitamin_C_500_grams.html Ingredient: Acerola Cherry Powder. Each 1.5 teaspoon serving provides 270 mg of naturally occurring, non-toxic, highly absorbable vitamin C that is not excreted as expensive, bright yellow urine! Vitamin C is an essential nutrient, but when it is in an isolated and/or synthetic form, it is quite poorly absorbed and can actually adversely affect our health! According to one human study, 1500 mg (1000total) of isolated and/or synthetic vitamin C per day can cause iron deficiency and anemia! Ingredients: Acerola Cherry Powder. Each 1.5 teaspoon serving provides 270 mg of naturally occurring, non-toxic, highly absorbable vitamin C that is not excreted as expensive, bright yellow urine! Most of the isolated and/or synthetic vitamin C consumed is unused by the body. What's worse, it puts a negative strain on your liver and kidneys to excrete it, and it is quite acid forming in the body! If a vitamin C is an ingredient of a product, it is synthetic and/or isolated. If it is naturally contained in the ingredient(1000s), it is naturally occurring (1000as it is in our product)! Ascorbic Acid and Calcium Ascorbate are synthetic/isolated forms of Vitamin C. "Ester-C" has a few elements added back to an isolated vitamin C molecule and is therefore more absorbable than Ascorbic Acid or Calcium Ascorbate. However, Truly Natural Vitamin C has all of the naturally occurring elements synergistically present and bonded (1000including naturally occurring bioflavonoids) because it is 100% food (1000100% Acerola Cherry Powder). Other products sometimes give the illusion of being totally or partially whole food products, but in reality, they actually are not! There are many "Vitamin C with rose hips and acerola" type products out there. Every one of those products we have seen has a very small amount of rose hips and/or acerola (1000which are plants naturally high in absorbable vitamin C) with a whopping amount of synthetic and/or isolated Vitamin C! Vitamin C mixed with whole foods is not the same as vitamin C contained in whole foods. The superfoods added "on the side" are good for you, but not the main ingredients or the supplement as a whole! Get your Vitamin C the way nature truly intended! Order at this link: https://www.rawlife.com/store/Truly_Natural_Vitamin_C_500_grams.html

Your Urine color Reveal a lot Information about your health 1. Clear If your urine is clear, then it can signal that you're healthy. Typically, the lighter your urine, the healthier you are. But as the 'ideal' healthy urine colour is straw yellow, clear wee might not be such a good thing. While you could just have a very well-hydrated body, it could also mean that you are over -hydrated or could even be a sign of diabetes. If you show symptoms of diabetes, such as increased thirst and frequent urination, then you should consult your doctor. 2. Pale yellow This is what we're all aiming for. Healthy bodies produce urine that isn't too dark, which signals that you are well hydrated. At the same time, you don't want it to be too clear - this points to a low concentration of waste in what you are passing. If this were the case, you would have to go to the toilet more to excrete the waste your body doesn't need. 3. Bright yellow Is your pee a good colour of yellow but is a bit, well, bright? You can blame B vitamins for this. Riboflavin (B2) is naturally fluorescent when exposed to UV light, so it can make your toilet bowl a bit of an alarming colour. 4. Dark yellow This is typically a sign that you are not drinking enough water, and is at the darkest end of the "normal" spectrum. If you don't hydrate yourself enough, then the waste products your body is getting rid of aren't diluted, causing a darker colour than is healthy. The lesson to be learned from this? Increase your intake of water. 5. Brown Light or dark brown urine can signify blood in the urine or a potential liver or kidney disorder. It can also show that you've been overworking your muscles, which release a substance called myoglobin when damaged that can turn urine brown. Urinary tract infections and liver disorders, such as cirrhosis, are other causes. 6. Green If you've had a green pint on St Paddy's Day, you will probably notice that the food colouring in the beer has turned your urine the same hue. Asparagus can cause your wee to take on a greenish tint - but health issues can also do this According to urinecolors.com: "Bile and diarrhea can cause a greenish tint to your urine, and pus from a urinary tract infection could also cause green urine." If you don't present any of these symptoms, it's still probably to do with something you've ingested. But if you're concerned, always consult a healthcare provider. 7. Blue Blue urine is mostly caused by foods or medications you've taken recently. Triamterene, Rinsapin and Viagra are all medications that can cause your wee to have a blue tinge - along with any other pills that use a blue dye. Even if it looks like something out of Avatar, it's probably not going to be down to an ongoing health issue and is more likely to be due to something you've ingested. 8. Orange As previously stated, dehydration can cause a darker urine colour that can sometimes appear orange. Jaundice can also be a factor here, causing bile to show up in your wee that gives it an orange hue. If this change in colour is food-related, then it will probably only last a day or two at most. If it lasts more than a couple of days, you should consult your doctor. 9. Pink or red Unless you've been eating lots of beetroot, this could be a sign that you are passing blood when you go to the toilet. Blood in your urine could be a sign of a urinary tract infection or urinary stones. These are usually accompanied by pain and discomfort, so you would probably notice other symptoms.

Experts tell us the colour of healthy urine is pale straw — so the green hue of the urine in this patient’s catheter bag is certainly different.Indeed, this image provoked much discussion when posted on Figure 1, a website where doctors around the world share medical images and canvass their colleagues’ opinions. But there are a host of reasons why urine might be green; some benign, others more worrying. For instance, asparagus may have this effect in some people who lack the genes to break down the pigments which give the vegetable its colour, says Richard Viney, a consultant urological surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and The Bladder Clinic. ‘Other explanations include consumption of food dyes or the use of drugs containing chemical compounds called phenols.’These medicines include cimetidine, often used to treat reflux; the antidepressant amitriptyline; and an antihistamine called promethazine.Phenols are broken down into a green compound that is excreted into urine.Another explanation could be a urinary tract infection caused by Pseudomonas bacteria. However, the urine in this picture is in a catheter bag, which suggests other, more serious causes. Catheter bags are typically used in intensive care or after surgery to help monitor the output of urine.‘There is a dye called methylene blue, which may be used during surgery to make certain body fluids and tissues easier to see,’ says Mr Viney. This dye can also be used as an intravenous drug in seriously ill cardiac patients — as was the case here.‘In this situation, the patient would be in shock following surgery, which means their blood pressure is too low and their organs start to fail,’ says Mr Viney.‘This is often caused by over-dilation of blood vessels in response to infection.‘Initially, doctors use adrenaline-like substances to constrict the blood vessels and raise blood pressure. But if these don’t work, another option is methylene blue, as this can also cause dilated blood vessels to constrict.’Indeed, the registered nurse who posted this image explained that the patient had been given methylene blue.Due to its blue colour — and urine being yellow — the result was green urine.
