An “all-in-one” formula for instantly increasing your energy levels and improving memory: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/MoreEnergy Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SleepLessAndMoreEnergy References - J Altern Complement Med. 2011 Jul;17(7):635-7. - Unpublished data on file. Now, many people know Dopamine as a “feel good chemical”. More specifically, Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood and cognition. Dopamine is involved in motivation, addiction, attention, lust, desire and happiness. But the problem here is that as great as you feel with the increase in dopamine, the LESS sensitive your dopamine receptors become and thus, you need MORE “stimulation” to get the same “happiness” or “high”. Thus, one reason for “addiction”. Unfortunately, dopamine levels decline as we age resulting in decreased mental performance, depression, "drive", energy levels, happiness, Parkinson's disease and accelerated brain aging. Now, one of the best ways to improve this is to take herbs which naturally increase both dopamine levels AND dopamine receptor sensitivity. When these 3 clinically proven herbs are combined in the correct dosage and extract, you’ll have: elevated brain dopamine levels 74% improvement in mental acuity. 57% improvement in mental processing time and speed increase alpha-brain waves and electrical brain activity improved mood and better relaxation. My Three Favorite Herbal Extracts Okay, so let’s get started. Velvet Bean extract (Mucuna pruriens) (20% catecholamines; 15% L-dopa extract) While L-DOPA can cross the blood-brain barrier, dopamine cannot, making L-DOPA the preferred compound to elevate brain dopamine levels. Neuravena® Wild Green Oat extract inhibits the monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) enzyme. This is important, because age-related decline in dopamine is largely caused by rising levels of MAO-B. In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, there was a 74% improvement on a standard test of mental acuity 6 and 57% improvement in mental processing time and speed Neuravena is the only clinically proven form of wild green oat extract shown to acutely improve attention and concentration as well as the ability to maintain task focus in older adults. It's also been proven to enhance cerebral vasodilation, which can help improve cognition and reduce the formation of plaque in the brain. Great Tea Extract / L-Theanine Great tea extract has small amounts of an amino acid called L-Theanine. You’ll need to drink a LOT of green tea to get the clinical benefits of L-Theanine, so that’s why I just recommend taking L-Theanine by itself. Now, L-Theanine produces calming effects in the brain by increasing levels of serotonin and dopamine, and blocking the binding of L-glutamic acid to glutamate receptors.25-31 This allows L-theanine to cross the blood-brain barrier and increase dopamine levels in your brain. The calming, mood-enhancing effect is achieved by helping to increase alpha-brain waves, electrical brain activity commonly present when you are very relaxed, literally putting you in a better mood.30 Now, even though you are relaxed, your energy levels are higher. Additionally, It has anti-depressant and anti-anxiety effects, reduces mental and physical stress, and leads to improvements in learning and memory in humans and animals. The Best Combination That’s Clinically Proven However, the good news is that if you want to increase your energy levels, mood, cognition, memory and physical stamina by optimizing your youthful hormones and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, stress hormones, ATP, and mitochondria, I suggest using one of my favorite all-natural solutions called Body-Brain Energy. Now, I recommend Body-Brain Energy because it already combines these 3 ingredients with other, clinically proven ingredients…. at the correct extract AND dosage amount. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Fish oil can be obtained from eating fish or by taking supplements. Fish that are especially rich in the beneficial oils known as omega-3 fatty acids includes mackerel, herring, tuna, salmon, cod liver, whale blubber, and seal blubber. Two of the most important omega-3 fatty acids contained in fish oil are Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Sick and tired of being called skinny and weak? Looking for a sure way to gain weight or add muscle? If so, this video is just for you! Yes, we know just how hard it can be to buff up — it can even be as difficult as losing weight! But hey, there's good news — you can successfully gain weight and muscle; that's only if you can give yourself to eating the right foods. So what foods are we talking about? Well, there are a whole lot of foods that can help but this video will let you in on five of the best. More like the ones that can increase your chances of getting your dream body in no time. Let's check them out! 1. Milk Taking the first place is milk — an excellent choice for anyone looking to gain weight and build muscle. Of course, milk has been here for decades and the good thing is, it never fails to deliver. For the most part, this food is chock full of protein making it perfect for those trying to add more muscle. What's more, milk is a great source of calcium, vitamins and other essential minerals. Just focus on drinking a glass or two after your workout session — you'll definitely see results! 2. Protein Smoothies — Stick with Homemade Looking for a sure, quick and highly nutritious way to gain weight? If so, we'll recommend give protein smoothies a shot. And oh, we know you might be considering store-bought protein shakes, but trust us, making yours will be much better. The thing is, those commercial versions are typically loaded with sugar and also lack nutrients. Remember — we're looking to gain weight and muscle the healthy way; no diversions! The good news? There are a whole lot of super tasty variations you can try — just do your homework, mix and start drinking! 3. Red Meats Yes, red meats also happen to be on our list — in fact, they're one of the best muscle-building foods right now. For the most part, red meats contain dietary creatine; an amazing muscle-building supplement. And oh, if you're a big fan of steak, you'll be happy to hear that it contains leucine; about 3 grams per 6 ounces. Essentially, leucine is an essential amino acid the body needs to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and add new muscle tissue. But what if you're just looking to add some weight? Well, red meats are perfect for you; they contain the right amount of fat and calories! In fact, they're way better than lean meats in this regard. Don't hesitate to eat up! 4. Nuts and Nut Butters Nuts and nut butter — both are just perfect for your weight gain journey. First off, nuts are chock full of calories. In fact, eating just two handfuls a day as a snack can quickly add hundreds of calories. And if you're considering almonds, you'll be happy to hear that just a small handful contain more than 7 grams of protein and 18 grams of healthy fats. What more could you ask for? As for nut butter, you can choose to get some (preferably 100% nut butter) and add to whatever snack that tickles your fancy. 5. Rice Last but definitely not the least is rice — just a single serving can give you a high amount of carbs and calories. It's also good to know that rice is super easy to consume and digest. But be careful though, some types of rice are high in arsenic; a chemical element that can cause metal toxicity. And oh, once you prepare your rice, don't forget to add some protein and healthy fats to the mix — you'll be incredibly glad you did! And that's it! Five highly nutritious foods that can increase your chances of buffing up, gaining weight and looking great. Now it's up to you to make your pick and eat up! ▶ Subscribe to the channel! - https://goo.gl/nJ8d6r Royalty free Pictures from www.pixabay.com www.pexels.com Royalty Free Music from Audio Library – No Copyright Music

Have leaky gut (http://draxe.com/7-signs-symptoms-you-have-leaky-gut/) 3.) If you struggle with diarrhea or IBS 4.) Thinning hair 5.) Inflammatory skin issues like acne, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis One of the biggest factors in causing zinc deficiency is high levels of emotional stress. The second most common cause of zinc deficiency is over-exercise. The third most common reason your zinc deficient is if you’re pregnant or breast feeding. Lastly, if you’re older, you may tend to have malabsorption, which causes a zinc deficiency. In order to get more zinc in your diet, you need to consume more zinc-rich foods. The top 5 zinc-rich foods are pumpkin seeds, oysters, grass-fed beef, sprouted nuts and seeds, and peas. Additionally, probiotics are a key supplement to take when zinc deficient because it can help your overall absorption of nutrients. TIMESTAMPS You get sick really often. 1:55 You constantly feel tired. 2:46 You suffer from chronic backache and pain in your bones. 3:28 You suffer from bone loss. 4:08 You have skin problems. 4:45 You have problems with excess weight. 5:19 Your wounds heal too slowly. 5:48 You have hair loss. 6:21 You have depression. 6:40 You suffer from muscle pains. 7:04 Which groups of people have a higher risk of vitamin D deficiency? 8:05 Why is vitamin D so important? 8:46 Which foods are rich in vitamin D? 9:27 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -In recent years, there have been several extended studies that have found a proven connection between vitamin D deficiency and infections of the respiratory tract, such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and the common cold. -One woman suffered from headaches and chronic fatigue. When she had her blood tested, doctors saw that the level of vitamin D in her body was 5.9 nanograms per milliliter. Vitamin D supplement solved her health problems. -People with low vitamin D levels were two times more likely to suffer from bone pain in their ribs, legs, and joints. -Researchers found a connection between low vitamin D levels and bone loss in the 1,100 menopausal and postmenopausal women that participated in the study. -One of the many consequences of a weakened immune system is that your skin cells may start producing more oil. Another skin problem that can result from a shortage of vitamin D in your system is psoriasis. -Studies have shown that people who have enough vitamin D lose weight more easily. -Vitamin D boosts the production of special compounds that are vital for the wound-healing process. These compounds are basically responsible for forming new skin. -Severe hair loss may be caused by low levels of vitamin D, especially in women and children, as research has shown. -65% of studies on the topic have found a connection between depression and low levels of vitamin D. -In 2014, researchers at Bern University Hospital in Bern, Switzerland found that 71% of those who suffer from chronic muscle pain have a shortage of vitamin D. -Adults aged 55 and older, office workers who spend most of their time indoors, people with darker complexions, people who have a high percentage of body fat are at a higher risk of developing a vitamin D deficiency. -If you’re vitamin D deficient but you’re not aware, it will progress and can lead to some nasty problems, including: soft bones in children and misshapen bones in adults, different types of cancer, cardiovascular, autoimmune, or neuromuscular diseases. -Fatty fish, cod liver oil, canned tuna, oysters, shrimp, mushrooms, are super rich in vitamin D. How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days (copy the same formula): 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/BloodFlow-Formula Or see the best sleeping position for better blood flow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZgO8yITTyM&index=16&list=PLkoAH5env5qVd3BMOH-jPUsmyuED97_1i ======================================= 💓 Best Supplements to Improve Blood Flow ======================================= They’re okay to short term to quickly improve blood flow should you run into a blood clot or something similar. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Sadly, most people just aren’t patient enough to wait for improvements. Additionally, the resulting improvement in circulation, isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood flow quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And this is what we all want. And because of this, people are able to improve their blood flow and strengthen their blood vessels and KEEP it that way daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered about a dozen natural ingredients that are clinically proven to improve blood flow: 4 Proven Herbs Let’s first start with the top 4 clinically proven herbal extracts. Ginger (Standardized Extract 15%) Ginger promotes an anti-inflammatory response. Fight against atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries. Inhibits abnormal platelet aggregation, which is a part of blood that can "clump" together and cause blood clotting. Increase contractile strength of the heart (strengthens the heart muscle) Nattokinase It fights Fibrin Buildup, which is an insoluble protein that impedes flow of blood (not what you want) Nattokinase is nature’s very own natural blood thinner known to support healthy blood pressure and improve circulation to every part of your body, so you can feel young and energized. Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols, 50% EGCG) Contains potent natural antioxidants catechins and flavonoids, which decrease plaque buildup in your arteries. Improves blood flow by increasing production of nitric oxide, promoting vasodilation. Improves both cholesterol and blood pressure levels. White Willow Extract (25% Salicin) Natural form of aspirin, but without the negative side-effects. Helps thin the blood Reduces inflammation Amino Acids In addition to herbs, we have 4 specific amino acids you should take. N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) This is a very important amino acid because it helps remove heavy metals and toxins, helps cleanse your kidneys and boosts your immune system. Even though NAC helps improve blood flow, the main reason I use it is because it helps cleanse your blood and decreases toxins. Having clean blood is just as important as good circulation. L-Carnitine Blend Carnitine is an amino acid that has many heart health benefits. However, a special blend of Acetyl L-Carnitine, Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (GPLC) and L-Carnitine Fumarate have been scientifically proven to increased blood flow to the brain Increased oxygenation of heart tissue Improve blood flow to vascular tissue Reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) So the combination of these 3 forms of Carnitine can be magical in results. Vitamins & Minerals Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 4 most important ones are: Magnesium blend Vitamin K2-7 Vitamin D3 Vitamin E ======================================== Thank you for watching. My favorite, clinically proven formula for naturally increasing your testosterone and sex drive: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/MoreTestosterone Or you can look at this complete A to Z video about testosterone: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wAaxL3UMuY #testosterone, #erectiledysfunction =============================================== 4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally =============================================== Healthy testosterone levels is important for optimal health, bone density, positive mood, sex drive, maximum muscle and strength, and also disease and cancer prevention for BOTH sexes. The good news is that many people, including doctors are aware of the numerous benefits of optimal testosterone levels. Unfortunately, many people are looking for a quick fix with “exogenous” (outside) testosterone -- such as injections, creams and pills. Unfortunately, when you add testosterone into your body, it has many negative side-effects if it’s not managed properly. It can actually cause the OPPOSITE effects over time. Doing it naturally is much better because you won’t have the negative effects and you’ll easily be able to maintain all the benefits long-term. Besides, even if you wanted to take exogenous testosterone (injections, creams, pills, etc.), utilizing today’s “natural” methods will only ENHANCE the positive effects and give you even more benefits. Diet What you eat, is just as important as what you DON’T eat. Food controls your hormones. PROTEIN About 25-35% of your protein source should be from fish, eggs and free range, grass fed bison/buffalo. All the other sources, even the “free range” chicken and cow/beef, still have lots of negative hormones -- despite what the government or “label” tells you. Make sure you also have WHOLE eggs daily because the cholesterol is needed to produce testosterone and other sex hormones. Just make sure it’s free range eggs. CARBS Have about 40-50% of your diet from healthy carbohydrates -- vegetables, fruits, lentils, yams, quinoa, and some white rice is fine in small amounts. FATS Make sure you have some healthy fats, about 25-30% of your diet. It helps produce many of your sex hormones, including testosterone. Most people eat the WRONG forms of fats, which can lower testosterone.13,14,15 Good fats are RAW coconut oil, macadamia oil, hemp oil, avocado, raw nuts/seeds and egg yolks. Exercise The RIGHT type of exercise can have dramatic effects on your hormones -- positive OR negative. Lifting heavy weights (6-10 repetitions) increases testosterone. You only need 3-4x weekly because too often will do the opposite because it’ll increase your stress hormone, Cortisol. Eliminate intense cardio such as running because it lowers testosterone and increases Cortisol, your stress hormone. Life-Style Lifestyle changes has to do more with stress management and rest. Sleep is very important. Most of us don’t get enough. So try to get to bed earlier. Squeeze in a little nap in the day as well if you can. This means negative thoughts, information, media … as well as negative people. You can’t eliminate it, but you can certainly REDUCE some of the negatives in your life. Supplements -- Natural Herbs & Vitamins Most of us are deficient in numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals. In fact, it’s estimated that we would need to eat at least 27,575 calories daily to get all the nutrients our bodies need. Because of this, I HIGHLY suggest you take specific herbs, vitamins and minerals to help boost your testosterone levels naturally, from within. Not only will your libido and sex drive increase, but you’ll feel younger, have more energy, increase your muscle mass and lose belly fat because of the naturally higher testosterone levels. And because this all happens naturally from WITHIN your own body, it’s safe for long-term use. Some of most effective and clinically proven herbal remedies boosting your testosterone are: Testofen® Fenugreek Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum; 50% fenusides, 50% Saponins) Avena Sativa Extract (Oat Straw 100:1) Tongkat Ali Extract (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack 100:1) Maca Root (6% Extract) Bulgarian Pro-Tribulus™ Terrestris Extract (90% Sapongenins + 40% protodioscin) Stinging Nettle (95% Extract) (Urtica Dioica) L-Arginine Zinc + Copper Click here for a proven, 100% natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/MoreTestosterone Or you can watch other videos related to erectile dysfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGfazrFHi70 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT8_UoaqTC4 ========= Thank you for watching. For more on Vitamin B12 foods, you can check out my article: https://draxe.com/top-10-vitamin-b12-foods/ In this video, I’m going to talk about how to overcome Vitamin B12 deficiency and the health benefits of Vitamin B12. Surprisingly, about 40% of the population is deficient. Some of the big warning signs that you are Vitamin B12 deficient are if you struggle with low energy, fatigue, lack of focus, poor memory, poor cellular function, autoimmune disease, anemia, or thyroid condition. The biggest reason most people have Vitamin B12 deficiency is because they don’t have a healthy digestive system to digest this vitamin properly, also known as leaky gut. If you can’t absorb nutrients and vitamins properly, then you won’t be able to absorb the vitamins you need for optimal health. People who struggle with leaky gut or digestive issues, vegans or vegetarians, and people who don’t have enough probiotics in their diet all tend to have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Some of the benefits of Vitamin B12 include red blood cell formation, which is vital to heart health, cellular function, and supporting the brain and nerve system. If you want to overcome Vitamin B12 deficiency, then you must follow these specific steps: 1. Consume more Vitamin B12-rich foods (liver, wild-caught fish, grass-fed lamb and beef, and raw dairy products) 2. Take a Probiotic (increases absorption) 3. Heal your gut (getting inflammatory foods out of your diet) 4. Supplementation (Vitamin B12, B complex, desiccated liver supplement) If you can follow these steps, you will notice improvements immediately and overcome your Vitamin B12 deficiency. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Testosterone boosting herbs such as tribulus, maca, longjack and avena sativa may be useful for increasing libido, but not for bodybuilding and fitness purposes. The one thing you can do, however, is use specific supplements that will optimize your testosterone levels if they are currently at a slightly below normal range. The first 2 natural "testosterone boosters" that might be of use in a situation like this are magnesium (200-400mg daily) and zinc (20-30mg). These minerals are drained from the body through sweat and play an important role in maintaining proper testosterone balance. Deficiencies are common in hard-training lifters, and supplementation can bring them back to the proper level. The second testosterone boosting vitamin is Vitamin D3 at 2000-5000IU per day. Unless you live in a very warm climate and spend multiple hours a day outside in the sun, there's a very good chance that your vitamin D levels will not be at the proper range. This can negatively impact testosterone production which may impact muscle growth and fat loss. Vitamin D supplementation may also help out when it comes to maintaining balanced mood and energy levels. Although these 3 testosterone increasing supplements will not take you to an above normal range, they will help to optimize your natural test levels if they have been lowered as a result of hard-training and lifestyle factors. You can either go with a high potency multivitamin or just purchase all 3 items separately.

In this video, you'll learn what experienced biohackers believe to be the best energy supplements to buy in 2019. One of the easiest and first things we humans do for an energy boost is grab a cup of coffee or energy drink. But the thing is the caffeine in coffee or an energy drink that we associate with an energy boost is not truly a boost in energy at all. It’s simply a decrease in sleepiness. Caffeine is an adenosine antagonist. Adenosine naturally increases during the day as a byproduct of energy production in mitochondria by adenosine triphosphate (ATP). As adenosine builds up in your system, your body and brain receive signals to start shutting down for the day. Caffeine simply delays this signal. So to get a real energy boost we need to do more than delay sleep. We need a stack of nootropic supplements that will increase energy. In this video, you'll learn which nootropics will provide sustained, daily energy when you need it. Without the crash you get from using caffeine and other stimulants. Add these energy supplements to you nootropic stack. Nutritional Yeast Tablets: https://shop.drberg.com/nutritional-y... Dr. Berg talks about how to raise your dopamine naturally. It is a considered a "motivation molecule". Dopamine helps you focus and concentrate better. When someone takes drugs, they are really stimulating dopamine, its not the drug directly that gives you that sensation. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which need a strong acidic stomach to turn protein into amino acids (the precursor). Also insulin resistance can block the ability to absorb amino acids that are needed to make dopamine. L-tyrosine is also a good amino acid to take to build up more dopamine. Being deficient can cause lowered libido, feeling cold, mental sluggishness and carb craving. Vitamin B1 can also help you make more dopamine. Holy basil, rodiola are both great herbs to take to lower stress. But stress or cortisol can block the production of dopamine. Uridine is another compound you can take to increase dopamine levels and this is present in Nutritional Yeast. Also being out in the sun can spike vitamin D and help as well. Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Heal your pancreas naturally with these foods The pancreas is really the life saver in all of us. It plays a very important role for your health and well-being. It produces your insulin. If it is damaged, you will not get insulin. Without insulin, your glucose metabolism suffers. Your body cells cannot produce energy from food. Please visit The Refreshing Point Web store for Healthy Products discussed in my videos: https://www.amazon.com/shop/therefreshingpoint The pancreas plays a crucial role in digestion. When food empties from your stomach into the small intestine, it mixes with digestive enzymes from the pancreas that neutralize stomach acid, preventing damage to the intestine. These enzymes are also essential for your body to reduce inflammation caused by trauma, injury, allergens, toxins and infections. But most importantly, the pancreas produces insulin, which reduces blood sugar levels and allows your body to store food energy for future use. Eating the right foods can heal and nourish your pancreas. Foods That Heal The Pancreas Probiotic Yogurt Research finds that eating 3 servings of low fat or fat free yogurt that contains active cultures to help ease digestion, protect the pancreas and digestive system, and reduce the overall risk of pancreatic cancer. Cabbage A regular consumption of cabbage may help protect susceptible individuals against pancreatic cancer. Cabbage is loaded with vitamin C, but it also contains vitamin B6 and folate. Spinach The pancreas needs both iron and Vitamin B to function properly, and spinach has both. A pancreas that is properly nourished will be less likely to become inflamed or to be vulnerable to the onset of cancer. Licorice Licorice root is an excellent treatment for many problems with pancreas. Traditional Chinese used licorice root for thousands of years. Research even shows that this common root is loaded with an anti-inflammatory compound that reduces pain and swelling that is associated with pancreatitis. Cherries It’s really hard to eat just a handful of cherries, which is great news since the fruit is rich in antioxidants and perillyl alcohol (or POH), a compound that’s been linked to the prevention of pancreatic cancer. Garlic This is a major help for the pancreas. Garlic reduces the amount of sugar in the blood and stimulates the pancreas to produce sufficient levels of insulin. Aim to eat one to two slightly crushed cloves of garlic each day in addition to adding some to your foods. Red Reishi Mushrooms Used in China for thousands of years to restore balance inside the body, red rishi mushrooms reduce inflammation and have similar benefits of onions and garlic for pancreatic health. If are hard to find in your local grocery store, try the Asian foods section at a specialty grocery store. Sweet Potatoes Sweet potatoes along with other orange and yellow vegetables like carrots, corn and squash contain nutrients which are beneficial for the pancreas and may help prevent cancer. Other foods that also heal the Pancreas are Blueberries, Broccoli, Red Grapes, and Tomato Vegetable Soup. Because the pancreas is very easily damaged by an unhealthy diet, eating these certain food will boost its health. That feeling when you're utterly drained of energy, and nothing can entice you to get off the couch and get moving. Low energy levels can make it difficult to be productive at work or to engage in everyday activities. Fortunately, there are natural ways to get a lift in energy. Whether they are quick fixes that work in the short-term, or lifestyle habits that help you to have longer-lasting energy with longer term benefits, here are top 6 natural energy boosters. 1.Increase your magnesium. magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in our body, including baking glucose down into energy. This means that low magnesium levels can have a very quick impact on our energy levels, causing them to drop. Magnesium rich food includes spinach, chard, bananas, almonds, Avocado, etc. You can also try taking an Epsom salt bath which not only relaxes your muscles but will make you sleep better at night. 2.Start your day with Lemon water. Lemon-juice is packed with electrolytes like magnesium and potassium, which are essential for energy production. Squeeze juice out of half a lemon and add it to 150 ml of warm water. Add a pinch of salt and drink it first thing in the morning to start your day off with an energy boost. 3.Get plenty of sleep each night. While you sleep, your body repairs itself and the brain restores its energy supply so that you can wake up in the morning feeling ready for the day. Depriving yourself of sleep can drain your body because sleep acts like a charger that charges your brain cells and replenishes your energy levels. • Adults typically need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night. • To sleep better, try having a warm glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric powder before bedtime. 4.Get more Exercise. Physical activity is a known energy booster, and can also help you get a better night's sleep. Physical activity releases ‘happy hormones’ called endorphins. Endorphins helps in elevating the mood and regulation of your appetite, all of which can help to boost your energy levels. 5.Drink plenty of water. Inadequate water consumption can lead to dehydration, which causes fatigue and feelings of low-energy. Help fight fatigue by staying hydrated throughout the day. • Experts recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day to stay properly hydrated. 6.Laugh! Laughter is so important in this stressful world. A good belly laugh can raise your blood pressure and boost your heart rate. This means more oxygen-rich blood travelling through your brain and your body, and a quick boost of positive energy. It isn't nice to feel drained, but often it's a vicious cycle. We feel too tired to exercise or eat properly, which only saps our vitality more. The best advice? Use those last traces of energy to get up, have a drink of water and eat some energy food. Go for a quick ten-minute walk, have a stretch, and you'll feel a whole lot better.

In fact, the statistics are scary because these “brain health” diseases kill more people each year, than breast AND prostate cancer, COMBINED! In fact, it’s the 6th leading cause of death in the US.1 And this is very important if you’re over the age of 35… when the “decline in brain health” begins. However, the good news is that there’s a lot more research about “brain health” these days and how you can potentially delay, prevent, avoid and even reverse these problems. And because this topic is very close to me - both emotionally, as well as genetically, I’m going make a series of videos about it and how you can improve your brain health. And today I'm going to discuss 2 proven ingredients to help achieve this goal - which is to improve your memory and cognition, while reducing the aging of your brain. It’s All About Circulation & Oxygen Typically when I mention “circulation, blood flow and oxygen”, people think about veins, arteries, muscles, heart and so forth. Most people don't know that the brain requires a great deal of oxygen and circulation. In fact, cerebral blood flow is about 15% of cardiac/heart output... Which is where all of your "blood" pumping is done. Thus, proper brain health, diseases prevention and anti-aging benefits, requires optimal cerebral/brain circulation and oxygen utilization. So let me quickly give you two of my favorite, most powerful, safest and clinically proven herbs that help achieve our goal. Ginkgo Biloba Extract - both neuro (brain) and cardio (heart) protective. Ginkgo extract contains flavonoids which are known to strengthen capillaries, promote healthy blood flow to the brain, and help maintain cognitive health 2-6 Ginkgo also helps enhance oxygen utilization and cellular respiration.7 … This mean more oxygen and nutrients to your brain cells. Lastly, Ginkgo extract has also been shown to reduce age-related decline and oxidative damage in to mitochondria. Which results to more brain energy and faster function.70 What you want to do is take about 60 mgs daily, of a 24% extract (24% ginkgo flavone glycosides, 6% total terpene lactones). This is the clinically proven dosage. Finally, the second ingredient is Vinpocetine. Which is an extract derivative of the periwinkle plant. It’s very powerful because it enhances cerebral blood flow by dilating blood vessels and reducing blood viscosity (thickness). It also helps improves cerebral metabolism by helping to maintain healthy blood flow and oxygen utilization to the brain. 9-11 A good dosage is 10 mgs daily. Taking both of these in the morning would be ideal. The Best Combination That’s Clinically Proven Now, I don’t recommend you take each of these ingredients individually because it’s time consuming, not convenient and becomes expensive over time. However, the good news is that if you want to improve your memory, reduce your risk for neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s… while also increasing energy levels, mood, cognition, and physical stamina by optimizing your youthful hormones and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, stress hormones, ATP, and mitochondria, I suggest using one of my favorite all-natural solutions called Body-Brain Energy. ======================================== Thank you for watching. For more info: https://draxe.com/3-steps-to-heal-adrenal-fatigue/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Nov-2014&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=adrenalfatigue In this video, I’m going to walk you through the steps to overcome adrenal fatigue. Most fatigue problems and adrenal insufficiency come from issues with the adrenal glands. About 80% of the population deals with this common problem. There are several warning signs that indicate you may have adrenal fatigue. If you struggle with fatigue, are stressed, anxious, have trouble with concentration, poor memory, thyroid issues, or gained mysterious weight, you may have adrenal fatigue. There are three steps you will want to take to get rid of adrenal fatigue for good. The first starts with your diet. Foods to get out of your diet are caffeine, sugar, and hydrogenated oils. Foods that are high in vitamin B12 and magnesium are going to support your adrenal glands and blood sugar levels, so you will want to add these foods into your diet. Foods like coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut, olives, olive oil, raw dairy products, grass-fed butter, organic meats, loads of vegetables, and seaweed are all crucial to your diet as well. Secondly, you will want to support your adrenals by taking supplements like adaptogenic herbs (such as ashwagandha, holy basil, and licorice root), which will help your body adapt and deal with stress. Additionally, a vitamin B complex, magnesium, vitamin D, selenium will support the healing of your adrenals. Lastly, you should focus on lowering your stress levels. Try getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night, reflect and address your stressors, add fun activities into your routine, and exercise. If you follow these three steps, you will be well on your way to naturally healing adrenal fatigue. Creatine is one of the few supplements out there that is actually well-backed by research in terms of its effectiveness. However, there’s a lot of confusion out there as to how to take creatine and how creatine works. In terms of “what does creatine do”, it simply allows a faster regeneration of ATP in our muscles. Since ATP is the main form of energy for our muscles, this enables us to perform an extra rep or two during our training. As for the best creatine to take and how to use creatine effectively, stick to creatine monohydrate and take your creatine with your post-workout meal. There seems to be a slight benefit to taking creatine post-workout, and it actually drastically improves its effectiveness by taking creatine with carbohydrates and protein. Now as for whether creatine causes hair loss or other side effects, research is inconclusive at the moment. Long-term creatine supplementation does not cause any adverse health effects but may increase DHT which is a hormone that accelerates male pattern baldness in those who are susceptible or have it in their family history. Thus, those who are susceptible may want to consider that. But more research is definitely needed – the findings aren’t as serious as many people make it out to be. Essential Amino Acids and BCAAs: The Breakdown Out of the 22 different aminos, there are nine amino acids that our body cannot manufacture itself and must be consumed through food or supplementation form. These specific nine are known as Essential Amino Acids. Out of these nine come the three most important aminos in your body which are leucine, isoleucine and valine. These are known as Branched Chain Amino Acids or BCAAs. These three play a very critical role when it comes to muscle building and repair. What makes BCAAs different? BCAAs, comprising almost a third of the aminos in muscle tissue, are different from all of the other aminos in that fact that they are metabolized in the muscle versus the liver. This allows them to be a quick energy source when the body needs it most as they are used by the muscle cells to produce what is known as ATP. ATP is our body’s primary source of fuel when training. BCAAs offer a wide variety of benefits such as supporting quicker muscle recovery and repair post-workout, helping to increase energy levels, added muscle building potential, increasing strength and power and even have a preventing muscle loss while dieting. BCAAs are the drivers to muscle building. All BCAAs, but especially leucine, inform the body to start building muscle. Recent studies have shown that by taking leucine you can activate more protein synthesis; therefore, increasing the body’s ability to product new muscle tissue. Protein Powders vs BCAAs At this point you may be questioning yourself about taking a protein powder, a BCAA powder or both. The answer to sustaining real muscle growth, recovery and repair, is taking one another together. You are getting amino acids and BCAAs in your protein powder but due to the way that they the amino acids are formed, they do not work the same way within the body. The amino acids you get in your protein powder are known as “bonded aminos”, meaning they are linked together in a chain. BCAAs on the other hand are “free form aminos”. In simpler terms, do you want your body taking time to break down the chain of aminos to get them into your muscle or do you already want them broken separately to get into the muscle faster and with better absorption, leading to quicker muscle response and growth? With the combo of both, you are increasing the body’s ability to grow with the BCAA’s, but the body can’t grow without the rest of the aminos on hand. This is where protein powders step in. Obviously the key to growing more muscle and getting the effects of both the protein powder and the BCAAs is response time. This is why BEST BCAA stands out amongst the competition. BEST BCAAs uses Oligopeptide-Enzymatic Technology. This helps speed up the absorption, digestion rate and bioavailability of these the BCAAs. This technology makes BEST BCAA your best choice for taking pre-, intra- or post-workout, as well as in the morning if you are doing fasted training. Speaking of protein, is your protein actually really protein? Amino spiking, or protein spiking, is a technique used by supplement companies to put in less protein than what’s actually listed on the label by adding in separate amino acids or ingredients such as gylcine, taurine, leucine and creatine to boost nitrogen levels. It’s the industry’s dirty little secret! So if you are looking at your protein label and notice these ingredients in the “Other Ingredients Section”…beware. The only way to verify that what is on the label is actually in the jug is by having a third-party company test it for protein content and see if there are excess amounts of these nitrogen increasing aminos. This is why BPI Sports has created a partnership with ChromaDex. Chromadex, one of the most respected names in sports nutrition, combines proprietary science-based chemistry solutions and the necessary expertise to implement a true quality verification seal program. Every bottle that comes of BPI’s manufacturing line is put through several tests checking for label accuracty, looking for trace amounts of metals and confirming the purity and quality of the ingredients. Now when you grab a bottle of BPI’s Best Protein, look for the Chromadex verification stamp right on the front. Finally a brand and product you know matches what is on the label!

For more info: https://draxe.com/brown-rice-nutrition/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Sept-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=rice Today I am answering the question, “Is rice healthy?” and explaining the difference between white rice and brown rice. My answer is that it really depends on you. I will show you the pros and cons of rice and go over what I believe is the healthiest rice today. There is a debate today about if you should consume rice or not: ⁃ The paleo diet community says to stay grain-free and therefore that rice is not healthy ⁃ Chinese medicine followers and vegans think rice can be an incredible superfood I believe there is validity to both but it depends on the person and the preparation of the rice. Rice to stay away from: Refined White Rice (This is not jasmine or basmati rice but the sticky white rice from fast food or Chinese restaurants.) Rice Cons: • Fiber, minerals and vitamins have been removed. • Study shows that people are twice as likely to develop diabetes as opposed to those eating whole grain brown rice. • Contains phytic acid (enzyme inhibitor) which keeps you from absorbing and digesting vitamins and minerals. • Contains proteins that are difficult to digest Rice Pros: • Whole grain brown rice is high in B3 which is good for heart health. • Whole grain brown rice is high in selenium which supports the thyroid and kidneys. • Certain types of rice contain GABA, a neurotransmitter that can support the brain and help reduce anxiety as well as support metabolism. So ... is rice healthy? Is brown rice healthy? It depends on how it is prepared. I believe if rice is soaked and sprouted, it unlocks the vitamins and minerals versus most rices that aren’t sprouted. I personally consume an organic rice from the company, True Roots. It is a germinated brown rice (soaked and sprouted) which kills off phytic acid and is easier to digest. In Chinese medicine, look up “qi” or “chi.” They believe that short grain brown rice increase your body’s “qi” which is your body’s life source and energy. It is considered to be one of the #1 healing foods. I suggest my patients make a “congee” with chicken bone broth, brown rice and vegetables such as carrots and celery. This chicken vegetable rice soup is healing and nourishing to the body. In conclusion, is rice healthy? Yes, it can be if you are doing sprouted rice that is traditionally prepared. Simply put, stay away from white refined rice that is void of vitamins and minerals and can cause a spike in your blood sugar and insulin levels. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only.
