How To Heal Tooth Decay And Reverse Cavities Using This Easy Remedy

Cavities are a type of tooth decay that occur when certain bacteria produces an acid that destroys the tooth’s enamel. Its so powerful that it also destroys the underlying layer (the dentin). Not many people know that it's actually possible to reverse it. There are several ways to naturally reverse cavities. According to a study published in the British Medical Journal, cavities and tooth decay can potentially be reversed with a change in diet. In this study 62 children with cavities were divided into three diet groups. Group 1 ate a standard diet plus oatmeal, rich in phytic acid. Group 2 ate a normal diet and supplemented with Vitamin D, while Group 3 ate a grain-free diet and also took Vitamin D. Researchers found that Group 1, who had a diet high in grains and phytic acid, had an increase in cavities. Group 2 showed improvements in cavities, while Group 3, who followed a grain-free diet with nutrient-rich foods and a Vitamin D supplement, saw the greatest improvements. Remove Sugar For healthy, cavity-free teeth, sugar cannot be a part of your diet. Consume Nutrient-Rich Foods Beating tooth decay requires an increase in fat-soluable vitamins and minerals. Eliminate Phytic Acid Phytic acid is a mineral blocker and enzyme inhibitor that’s found in grains, nuts, seeds and beans that are not organic or GMO-free. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. After a review of evidence, they felt that these products may claim to help: the metabolism normal energy, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the hair maintenance, a normal skin and mucous membranes, the metabolism normal food, normal mental functions, if and only if these products contain at least 7.5 micrograms of Vitamin B8 (biotin) per 100 g, 100 ml or per package if the product contains only one portion. By cons, food and food supplements containing Vitamin B8 (biotin) may NOT qualify: be essential for healthy bones, teeth, hair, nails or skin; help strengthen the resistance of the nails; reduce fatigue and maintain vitality. These effect are now banned claims for foods and dietary supplements containing Vitamin B8 (biotin). Deficiency, uses and properties assumed vitamin B8 Biotin intake deficiency is sometimes seen in people who suffer from alcoholism or kidney failure , and among those who take treatment against epilepsy. Biotin deficiency is reflected, for example, skin problems, hair loss, of conjunctivitis or muscle cramps. Biotin is proposed to treat fragile and brittle nail problems, the acne , oily skin problems, as well as the fall and graying hair. It is sometimes used to relieve foot pain that accompany advanced forms of diabetes . How effective for vitamin B8? The effects of biotin on skin problems have been demonstrated. Studies have also demonstrated efficacy on fragile nails. However, except in cases of deficiency , the biotin administration has shown no effect on the fall or graying hair. Precautions Vitamin B8 No adverse effects are known to date, even if important contributions. Biotin is soluble in water, the excess contribution is eliminated in urine. Forms and dosage of Vitamin B8 Biotin is in the form of tablets, capsules or injectable solutions. The recommended daily intake is 50 mcg per day (0.05 mg) and a balanced diet normally covers the needs. When used to treat skin disorders or nails, biotin is usually prescribed at a dose of 15 mg per day. Food sources of Vitamin B8 Biotin is found primarily in the egg yolk, liver, kidneys, milk, soybeans, oats, mushrooms, sprouts, the yeast and the royal jelly . My gums were soft and the teeth were loose in the sockets. Scary stuff. I got the minerals and vitamins; and the cracked tooth is growing back. The other teeth are solid in the gums. The tooth cracked on April 20th - today is May 15th, and I feel my teeth are back on track. Pretty quick work. Vitamin C (heavy and frequent doses); gelatin, by way of Jello; and beef and chicken broth - for their natural gelatin. Liquid sulfur and the Vitamin K that is for bone support. Thank you God! Coffee is beneficial because it contains massive amounts of antioxidants, which help slow the aging process and protect you from free radical damage. Coffee also helps stimulate the liver and increases circulation, helping blood flow to the brain. Coffee can be harmful in some ways because of the amount of caffeine it contains. The caffeine in coffee can overstimulate the body, burn out your adrenal glands, and overtax your body. About 80% of people in the world will struggle with thyroid problems or fatigue issues. For this group, I wouldn’t recommend coffee because it will burn out your adrenal glands. However, if you’re generally healthy, then drinking coffee in moderate amounts can be fine, and even good for your health. I wouldn’t recommend drinking coffee past lunch time because it can affect your sleep cycle that night. Depending on the condition of your body, if you’re suffering from an autoimmune disease, coffee can make your disease worse. If you’re pretty healthy, looking for a pick-me-up, or looking for more antioxidants, then coffee can provide you these benefits. When picking out your coffee beans, I would recommend choosing all natural, organic coffee because it’s one of the most highly sprayed plants in the world. We often get this vitamin from exposure to sunlight, but it is also obtained by eating certain foods such as fish and dairy products. Vitamin D supplementation is also popular, since getting enough of this vitamin is difficult from diet alone. Unfortunately, there are quite a few individuals who are deficient in this vitamin without even knowing it as the signs and symptoms are either subtle or not well known. Over time this could have a negative effect on an individuals quality of life. Lets discuss some signs and symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. 1. Those who are vitamin D deficient may feel more fatigued and tired. Since there are so many reasons why we can feel tired and fatigued during the day, such as lack of sleep or obesity, vitamin D deficiency is often overlooked. Vitamin D deficiency can cause daytime fatigue or even make it harder to get out of bed in the mornings, even with quality sleep. 2. Vitamin D plays an important role in keeping our immune system strong and free from different bacteria and illness. This is because vitamin D directly effects the cells that are responsible for fighting against infection. Therefore, another sign and symptom of vitamin D deficiency is getting sick more often. Low levels of vitamin D can be a contributing factor to becoming infected with cold and flus more often. As well, it has been found that taking vitamin D supplements may reduce the risk of certain respiratory tract infections. 3. Another possible symptom of vitamin D deficiency is bone and lower back pain. Vitamin D is an important vitamin for maintaining overall bone health. It supports bone health and helps with the body’s absorption of calcium. It has been found that those individuals with a vitamin D deficiency were more like to have back pain which often limited their daily activities. As well, they were also more likely to have bone pain through out their bodies, such as in their legs and joints. A deficiency in this vitamin will not only cause bone pain, but it can also cause bone loss since it not only helps with calcium absorption, but also bone metabolism. This can lead to lower bone mineral density. 4. Vitamin D deficiency may also negatively effect our mood. Feelings of depression may be a sign of vitamin D deficiency. This has often been linked to older adults. By being deficient in this vitamin, it may also cause seasonal depression during the colder months, when exposure to sunlight is limited. Depression and all mental health symptoms are complex and should be discussed with your medical practitioner to determine its exact cause and remedy. 5. Lastly, another sign and symptom of vitamin D deficiency may be hair loss. When hair loss is severe, this can be the result of nutrient deficiency. Hair loss may be a sign of vitamin D deficiency in female-patten hair loss. As well, there have been links found between low levels of vitamin D and alopecia areata, and low levels of this vitamin may be a risk factor for developing this autoimmune disease which can effect hair loss. Be sure to discuss any of the above signs and symptoms with your medical practitioner to determine their exact cause and also to discuss the correct amount of vitamin D you should be taking daily to support your health. We know that regular visits to the dentist are not the most pleasant procedure, but it’s always better to prevent a problem than to treat it. No matter how well you brush or floss your teeth, there will always be areas that are hard to reach. A dentist will clean near the gum line on the back and front of your teeth to remove any plaque and tartar. Regular cleaning is a very important step in the fight against cavities. Many people say that they enjoy cleanings and the lovely smooth feel of their teeth afterward. Make sure that you book an appointment at least once or twice a year. We’ve already discussed eliminating sweets and candies from your diet, but there’s one more thing you can do to help your saliva fight dental plaque. Vitamins are essential for establishing the good health of your teeth. To promote salivation, you need to consume a lot of foods rich in fiber such as fruits, nuts, and vegetables. There are some foods out there that can actually help keep your teeth looking great. Granted, they may not erase years’ worth of stains, but once you have white teeth, they can help you keep them for longer before you have to use harsh products again. Cut a hard slice like aged gouda. The tough surfaces can also nix stains that are caused by the build-up of food particles. 2. Apples An apple won’t replace your toothbrush, but biting and chewing an apple stimulates the production of saliva in your mouth, reducing tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria. Apples also contain malic acid, a chemical used in teeth whitening products, which helps dissolve stains. Apples help to clean the plaques from the roots of the teeth naturally. 3. Bananas Packed with vitamins, minerals, potassium bananas are loaded with positive health benefits. The fruit does not stick to teeth and the inner part of the banana peel helps in whitening teeth. To whiten teeth with banana peel is very safe and healthy for teeth as banana peels are a wonderful source of minerals and vitamins. They do not have the abrasiveness that other natural whiteners have and best of all they are inexpensive. Take a piece of the inside of the banana peel and gently rub around on your teeth for about 2 minutes. 4. Oranges Eat oranges for the calcium and Vitamin C, they contain. I've repaired my gum tissue two or three times; after having gum disease. Lightly brushing with baking soda or / mixed with hydrogen peroxide as a mild paste has worked for me. Keeping bacteria away from the gums allows for the growth of new gum tissue just as our skin heals and repairs. It's simple cell growth. Frequency and consistency is the key.
