Vitamin D is better than ANY vaccine and increases the immune system by 3-5 times

08:35
Germans found that Vitamin D increases the immune system by 3-5 times and is BETTER than any vaccine at helping the immune system beat the h5n1 (bird flu) virus. See 2:20 Research from PubMed: In 1981, R. Edgar Hope-Simpson proposed that a 'seasonal stimulus' intimately associated with solar radiation explained the remarkable seasonality of epidemic influenza. Solar radiation triggers robust seasonal vitamin D production in the skin; vitamin D deficiency is common in the winter, and activated vitamin D, 1,25(OH)2D, a steroid hormone, has profound effects on human immunity. 1,25(OH)2D acts as an immune system modulator, preventing excessive expression of inflammatory cytokines and increasing the 'oxidative burst' potential of macrophages. Perhaps most importantly, it dramatically stimulates the expression of potent anti-microbial peptides, which exist in neutrophils, monocytes, natural killer cells, and in epithelial cells lining the respiratory tract where they play a major role in protecting the lung from infection. Volunteers inoculated with live attenuated influenza virus are more likely to develop fever and serological evidence of an immune response in the winter. Vitamin D deficiency predisposes children to respiratory infections. Ultraviolet radiation (either from artificial sources or from sunlight) reduces the incidence of viral respiratory infections, as does cod liver oil (which contains vitamin D). An interventional study showed that vitamin D reduces the incidence of respiratory infections in children. We conclude that vitamin D, or lack of it, may be Hope-Simpson's 'seasonal stimulus'- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16959053?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DiscoveryPanel.Pubmed_Discovery_RA&linkpos=4&log$=relatedreviews&logdbfrom=pubmed For more information please see my other video: Vitamin D kills the flu virus so STOP BLOCKING OUR SUNLIGHT- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRmSV8OUzq0 This is a re-upload from roberte747's channel- http://www.youtube.com/user/roberte747

Visit my homepage for more Optimal Health Tips http://www.AmeerRosic.com SUBSCRIBE FOR OTHER VIDEO TIPS AND NEWS! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=Ameerrosic T cells are immune cells in your body. You need Vitamin D for your T cell and immune system to function optimally. The head of the Department of International Health, Immunology and Microbiology at the University of Copenhagen, found. They draw this conclusion based on their experiments with isolated naïve human T cells. "When a T cell is exposed to a foreign pathogen, it extends a signaling device of 'antenna' known as a vitamin D receptor, with which it searches for vitamin D," Geisler said in a prepared statement. If there is an inadequate vitamin D level, he noted, "they won't even begin to mobilize."

Vitamin D Health Benefits: Vitamin D increases your Immune System and Strength of your Bones. When calcium is needed, vitamin D hormone activates the intestines to transfer calcium from food to the blood. When calcium intake is too small to support normal functions, both vitamin D and the parathyroid hormone trigger a process in which stored calcium is mobilized from the bones . How to restore your Vitamin D levels and increases your Immune System and Strength of your Bones. 1# Go outside all you need is 20 min a day of Sun exposure to get adequate level of Vitamin D around 10 000 IU 2# Cod Liver oil ( Carlson brand is Good ) 1 tablespoon of Cod liver oil at each meal. Cod Liver oil has Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Omega 3 and Omega 6. By following these simple protocols you can restore your natural levels of Vitamin D and gain Optimal Health! www.dbowker3d.com Created for Abbott Labs. This animated video focuses on emerging research around the importance of Vitamin D its connection to a range of vital systems in the human body. For this project (which was produced while working at Animation Technologies) I and a junior animator created a range of sequences from macro level illustrations to micro-level animations of DNA transcription, parathyroid regulation, and tissue absorbtion. Music and a voice-overs were incorporated. www.dbowker3d.com An overview of selected clips and projects. My 3D animation work spans over fifteen years, both as a full-time senior staff animator, and for the past six years as an independent consultant. Each client and project is looked at as chance to learn something new and help them tell their story better than their competitors. I have a degree in product design and a professional dedication to problem solving. I've worked with clients creating large trade-show animations, sales collateral materials, instructional videos, and winning trial and litigation graphics.

Vitamin D kills the flu virus so STOP BLOCKING OUR SUNLIGHT !

Did you know JP-8 jet fuel exposure suppresses the immune response to viral infections?- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19022873?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DiscoveryPanel.Pubmed_Discovery_RA&linkpos=2&log$=relatedarticles&logdbfrom=pubmed So why are they spraying chemtrails or chemical contrails which block out natural sunlight? WHY are they doing this? If the World Health Organisation were so concerned about the swine flu pandemic they would be aware that natural sunlight is a very good source for the body to make vitamin D and would be concerned about the artificial cloud covering which is being created by aircraft now worldwide. My first videos in April 2009 started with the heavy chemtrail spraying in my area showing blue skies turn a hazy white blocking out the sun for the rest of the day. I know from users who contact me that there is a 24/7 campaign of chemical spraying in the atmosphere in the USA. From my research I found that chemicals could be added to aviation fuel. Please see my video: CHEMTRAILS CHEMICALS ADDED TO AVIATION FUEL GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT NOW ONLINE- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIPgdZcQUws For the DEFRA documents. DEFRA says chemicals added to aviation fuel can be a cost effective way to spray a so-called protective screen as to block out the suns rays and reduce global warming. ( This however would have an opposite effect. Please look up Global Dimming and the Hydrological Cycle on Google. ) BUT, is this really about protecting the earth or is it about stopping you receiving natural sunlight and making vitamin D? Vitamin D is important for helping the immune system fight the flu virus. One reason why the flu may be more contagious in the winter time is because of the lack of sunlight. The lack of sunlight prevents our skin from producing sufficient levels of vitamin D. There is now documented evidence about the roles of solar ultraviolet-B radiation and vitamin D in reducing case-fatality rates from the 1918-1918 influenza Pandemic in EU. I quote: There are two mechanisms whereby vitamin D can reduce the risk of death once the pandemic influenza virus infection took hold: reduced production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and reduced risk of bacterial pneumonia. The type of vitamin D which can fight viruses can ONLY be made from natural sunlight. It is known as D3, which is made from sunlight when 7-dehydrocholesterol in our skin reacts with UV light. I quote: It is then twice activated in the liver and kidney to make 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D. This attaches to receptors on genes that control their expression, which turn protein production on or off. Vitamin D regulates the expression of more than 1,000 genes throughout the body. They include genes in macrophages, cells in the immune system that, among other things, ATTACK AND DESTROY VIRUSES. A report in The Washington Post on August 3rd 2009 says: Millions of Children In U.S. are Found to Be Lacking Vitamin D- http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/08/02/AR2009080202114.html There are articles documenting that exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation in sunlight before immunization suppresses systemic as well as local immune responses- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19450899?ordinalpos=6&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DefaultReportPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum Which mean the vaccination doesnt work so well as a unsuppressed immune response is needed to build up anti-bodies and immunity to that particular vaccine. So another reason to block out the natural sunlight. If our governments were so concerned about the swine flu surely they would put a stop to these climate change experiments which blocks out everyones natural sunlight. The fact that they or the media will not even report on the chemtrails happening above us only leads me to be more suspicious of what the chemical spraying is really about. Vitamin D . Rickets - Everything You Need To Know - Dr. Nabil Ebraheim

08:38
Dr. Ebraheim’s educational animated video explains about the Importance of vitamin D for bone health. Vitamin D is an essential vitamin needed for normal calcium and phosphate homeostasis. Unfortunately, over 100 million Americans including children have a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is important for proper maturation and development of bone. The importance of vitamin D is also discussed in immunity, cancer and other conditions. Some people claim vitamin D to be a miracle hormone. vitamin D is essential for strong bones, because it helps the body use calcium from the diet. The man action of vitamin D is absorption of calcium and phosphate from the intestine. Where does vitamin D come from? vitamin D comes from diet and exposure to the sun. vitamin D is naturally found in fish. Both vitamin D from diet and converted by sunlight are not biologically active and needs to be activated before achieving all of its functions. What foods are rich in vitamin D? 1-cod liver oil, best source but it tastes bad. 2-Fish such as salmon, tuna, swordfish, and oysters (need to eat a lot to meet the required amount) 3-Ham, salami, sausages 4-Fortified cereals 5-Mushrooms 6-Eggs 7-Dairy products such as milk and cheese (not a lot of vitamin D) 8-Supplements •Cod liver oil (3.5 oz): 8500 international units (very good source) •Raw herring (3.5 oz ): 900 international units •Salmon (3.5 oz) : 600 international units •Multivitamin: 400 international units •Milk ( 1cup): 100 international units (not a very good source) How about the sun? known as the sunshine vitamin, vitamin D is produced by the body in response to skin exposed to sunlight. Cholesterol derived precursor ( pro-vitamin D3) is formed in the liver and stored in the skin. Provitamin D is activated by ultraviolet light yet it still requires more steps for activation. 10-15 minutes per day is enough exposure for light skinned individuals and darker skinned people need more exposure. If you are in the sun for 15 minutes, you may get about 10,000 units of vitamin D. How does metabolic activation occur? Metabolic activation occurs by adding two hydroxyl groups. One is at he carbon 25 in the liver and one at the carbon 1 in the kidney. Hydroxylation to 25 vitamin D3 occurs in the liver. The big organ takes the big number-25 25 (OH)- vitamin D3. Another hydroxylation occurs in the kidneys. The small organ takes the small number -1. The result will be 1,25 (OH)2- vitamin D3. This is the active form vitamin D and works mainly on the intestines and bones. Activation of vitamin D is controlled by the PTH hormone (Parathyroid hormone) any problem with this activation process of vitamin D will lead to deficiency due to an insufficient diet, lack of sun exposure, liver or kidney disease. Dilantin impairs the metabolism of vitamin D in the liver. Once the vitamin D is activated in the kidneys, it is then carried by a carrier with vitamin D binding protein to its target tissue. The target cells have receptors and vitamin D is bound to these receptors which lead to conformational changes in the nucleus. The receptors are found in the intestines, the bones and maybe the kidneys. The primary function of vitamin D is absorption of calcium and phosphates from the intestines. vitamin D influences activity of the cells that remodel and build the bone. 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D stimulates RANKL expression. RANKL (ligand) is secreted by osteoblasts and binds to the RANK receptor on osteoclast precursor and mature osteoclast cells. Osteoclast activation stimulates bone reabsorption. In the kidneys, vitamin D helps in regulation of calcium absorption in the tubules. The parathyroid glands are on the back side of the thyroid gland. Elevated vitamin D decreases the formation of parathyroid hormone. Parathyroid hormone stimulates the conversion of 25 vitamin D3 to 1,25 hydroxyvitamin D in the proximal tubules of the kidneys by stimulating 1 alpha hydroxylase enzymes. Receptors are also found in the cardiovascular and immune systems. What are the stimuli for the release of 1,25 vitamin D? •Low serum calcium concentration •Low serum phosphate concentration •Elevated PTH levels. What are the factors that inhibit the production of vitamin D3? •Decreased parathyroid hormones •Elevated serum calcium and elevated serum phosphate. What are the net effects of vitamin D on plasma calcium and phosphate concentration •Increased plasma calcium •Increased plasma phosphate. There are three types of rickets related to vitamin D: •Vitamin D deficient •Vitamin D dependent •Vitamin D resistant. Vitamin D: Bone Health, Strong Immune Function and Blood Pressure Regulation

00:31
http://www.thenaturalguide.com - Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin required for normal calcium metabolism, which makes it important to bone health. Vitamin D also has important immune modulating effects. It enhances appropriate immune function to help us prevent getting sick. It also decreases overactive immune responses such as inflammation and autoimmune disease. Lastly, Vitamin D is cardiovascular protective due to its role in the regulation of blood pressure and insulin secretion. Vitamin D Functions • Maintain normal serum calcium levels • Cell differentiation: cells divide appropriately, and not prolifically (e.g., cancer and tumors) • Strong immunity and immune response (prevents cold & flu, cancer prevention) • Blood pressure regulation • Insulin secretion (better blood sugar control) Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms • Rickets: soft bones in children (e.g., proper mineralization does not occur) • Osteomalacia: soft bones in adults, usually elderly • Muscle Weakness and Pain • Weak immune system (e.g., get sick a lot) Vitamin D Sources • Sunshine, several times a week approximately 10 minutes a day (no sunscreen) • Darker skinned people require more sun time than lighter skinned people • Fatty fish (mackerel, salmon, sardines) • Fish liver oils • Sunscreen at SPF 8 or higher reduces Vitamin D production by 95% Vitamin D Supplementation • Avoid Vitamin D2, which is synthetic Vitamin D (conventional prescription) • Vitamin D3 is the recommended form of Vitamin D to take (health food stores) • 2,000 IU to 10,000 IU per day (don't exceed 10,000 IU per day) Conditions Effectively Treated With Vitamin D • Recurring bone fractures • Soft bones • Low immune function • Cancer • Diabetes • Autoimmune disease • High blood pressure Vitamin D Resources http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/vitamins/vitaminD/ http://www.vitamindcouncil.org Book: Encyclopedia of Nutritional Supplements by Dr. Michael Murray, N.D. How Lupus Attacks Immune System? | Lupus disease - Manipal Hospital

04:25
This animated video is an informative elaboration of an autoimmune disorder called Lupus. Lupus is a disease in which your immune system attacks tissue in your own body. In a autoimmune disease such as lupus, your white blood cells mistakenly make anti bodies to mark some of your own body cells and circulation chemicals for destruction. The immune disorder causes the your white blood cells in your body to attack healthy cells as if they were foreign antigens. Over time, this autoimmune disease Lupus causes inflammation in the parts of your body wherever this attack is happening. Inflammation makes the blood vessels in the affected area to expand and leak fluid, causing redness and swelling. The symptoms of lupus autoimmune disease happen as your immune system begins to attack different areas of your body. You may develop a butterfly-shape skin rash in your cheeks and nose. Small sores or ulcers may form inside your nose or mouth. You may develop arthritis in which your joints may inflamed and swollen. There is no cure for Lupus, however you may prevent or reduce flare-ups by avoiding direct sunlight and wearing sunscreens outside. Watch the video to know more about lupus and the types of lupus. Our diets of course have a great impact on our immune system health. Some foods are packed with nutrients that help immune system functions whereas others can actually decrease its power to fight back in case we get ill. Stay tuned cause in this video, we are going to mention the top 8 ways to boost your system naturally. No 1: Eat antioxidant foods. Antioxidants are nutrients that help control and repair the damage of free radicals in our bodies. These could be vitamins like A, C, and E as well as minerals like Zinc, Selenium, and Potassium. Some good antioxidant food sources to take are berries, broccoli, cauliflower, nuts, seeds, citrus fruit, pineapples, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, seafood and corn. No 2: Take more zinc. Zinc is a mineral that acts as an enzyme factor in white blood cells. When there is a deficiency of zinc in your system, your immune system will tend to become weaker. Some good food sources of zinc are meat, fish, and dairy products. You can also take a zinc supplement but do so under the supervision of your doctor. No 3: Sleep adequately. When you don’t sleep enough, your system doesn’t release enough hormones to help regenerate your system and your immune system’s function is weakened. No 4: Get yourself out in the sun. Sun can be damaging for your skin if you don’t protect yourself but mild sun exposure helps release vitamin D in your body which is quite beneficial for your immune system and puts you in a great mood as well. Just 15 minutes are enough to get a healthy dose of sun and reap its benefits. No 5: Eat more garlic. Yes, eating garlic will make your breath smell but you’ll be surprised to learn that it has multiple benefits for your health. This flavorful and robust her can both boost your immune system and clear circulatory issues for better heart health, according to a study conducted at the University of Maryland Medical Centre. No 6: Quit smoking. You’ve heard it a million times before and you’ll hear at again--smoking is bad for you, period. It wreaks havoc to your internal organs and weakens your immune system because it blocks sufficient oxygen from being delivered to your body cells. Additionally, it contains carcinogenic substances which dramatically raise risk of developing cancer and make your immune system too weak to react. No 7: Control your alcohol intake. Alcohol is another harmful substance you should avoid because once it enters your system, it causes all sorts of harmful chemical reactions and even kills your white cells, the cells responsible for fighting illness and infections. Not only that, it interferes with the absorption of vitamins and minerals necessary for a healthy white cell count. No 8: Laugh with your heart. They say laughter is the best medicine and there is a point to that. It beats stress, keeps your heart racing, and strengthens the energy of your immune system so it can fight back illnesses more effectively. So don’t forget to laugh and spread laughter--it’s contagious. Music: Happy Acoustic Summer Fun - DmytroIgnatov licensed from audiojungle https://goo.gl/K3skc7

04:25
Vitamin D deficiency - 9 Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency You Can Identify Yourself You probably know that the primary source of vitamin D is right outside your door and up in the sky. The sun helps synthesize vitamin D in the skin — promoting the growth of strong muscles and bones, lowering blood pressure, and slowing the progression of multiple sclerosis. But just as vitamin D can promote good health, a lack of it may lead to health issues. For a number of reasons, many people aren’t getting enough vitamin D to stay healthy. This is called vitamin D deficiency. Here are 9 signs, symptoms and risk factors for Vitamin D deficiency. Science shows us that even immune cells contain Vitamin D receptors, demonstrating that Vitamin D exerts some level of influence over our immunity. If you’re getting sniffy more often than you’d like, it could be due to lack of Vitamin D. Slow healing of wounds after surgery or injury may be a sign that vitamin D levels are too low. If you have recently become overweight or obese, this could be a sign of low vitamin d and weight gain. Vitamin D is involved in maintaining bone health through a number of mechanisms. Bone pain and lower back pain may be signs of inadequate vitamin d deficiency fatigue levels in the blood. Vitamin d deficiency depression: A study published reports that inadequate levels of vitamin D in the bloodstream will double the chances of a depression diagnosis. Among the possible causes of TE include vitamin d deficiency hair loss. One study concluded that low ferritin and vitamin D levels were associated with both types of hair loss. Patients with autoimmune thyroiditis had significantly vitamin d deficiency thyroid, and that it correlated with thyroid antibodies. They concluded that vitamin D deficiency may be involved in hypothyroidism. Click Here To Subscribe: https://goo.gl/40vkOn

Vitamin D is important for bone so you must find best treatment for vitamin d deficiency or you can get vitamin d supplement, cartilage and muscle function. Lack of adequate vitamin D in the body can cause general muscle pain, muscle cramps and chronic joint pain. Due to low vitamin D, calcium does not reach your skeletal system, thus contributing to bone pains. All these health issues have a common symptom – joint pain get vitamin d deficiency test. Your body needs vitamin D for energy. If you are constantly tired without any known reason, get your vitamin D level checked. Low vitamin D leads to fat accumulation. This in turn lowers your metabolism rate and makes you less energetic. A deficiency of the sunshine vitamin can also lead to sudden mood swings. Vitamin D aids production of serotonin, the brain hormone associated with mood elevation and happiness. Increased serotonin can also help lessen the impact of stress and prevent or treat mild depression. Deficiency of vitamin D may also relate to other affective disorders, such as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), premenstrual syndrome and fibromyalgia. Studies have found that some people suffer from mild depression during the winter months, known as SAD, mainly due to lack of sun exposure. Vitamin D Deficiency

05:22
This video is all about vitamin D Deficiency. Vitamin D is the main essential supplement of our body. Feeling fatigued might have become a common phenomenon in today’s fast-paced life, but then when the fatigue lasts for a longer time - it is time to raise the alarm. That is exactly what happened to me some time ago. I would often feel exhausted and tired, and more concerning was the fact that I was finding it difficult to focus and keep my interests up. To be honest, that is not a usual feeling for me as I am extremely conscious about my fitness regime and my diet; yet why was I not feeling my usual upbeat self? A few tests, a couple of consultations and Vitamin D Deficiency turned out to be the culprit. Alternatively, should I say, I was the culprit for the lack of Vitamin D in my body. I was put on Vitamin D Supplements, and it took me a good 3 months to recover completely. Now, why am I narrating this story to you? In all probabilities, even you could be Vitamin D Deficient without even knowing about it. Research says that about 90% of the people in Dubai are Vitamin D deficient and consequently, I spoke to Dr. Abul Fazil from Aster Clinic and Hospital to understand more about Vitamin D Deficiency. The aspects that he put forth are quite concerning. However, the most concerning part here is the fact that there are no edible resources of Vitamin D. Sardines, salmon, eggs, portobello mushrooms, tofu, almonds can provide some amount of Vitamin D…just about 10-20%, and that is definitely not enough. Vitamin D supplements are administered, like in my case, but then the body can absorb not more than 5-10% from these supplements. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to a lot of issues like depression, kidney disorders, and bone disorders in infants and elderlies, and much more. So then what’s the way to acquire enough Vitamin D.? It is quite simple actually…just get up and soak in the morning sunlight. Watch the video for Dr. Fazil’s valuable input on this for your benefit. At the end of it, I would just like to point out at one aspect. Our gyms are air-conditioned, homes have huge curtains, offices are behind dark glasses; in general and our lives are spent in concrete boxes. In this modern world, we have conveniently shielded ourselves from the primary source of life – The Sun, in turn disturbing the complete bio-chemical cycles of our body. So the next time that you feel fatigued and tired, feel disinterested, or even if you do not feel any of them; just get up wherever you are, walk out in the open, and soak in all the sunlight. Because feeling happy and bright under the sunshine…should need no reason. Do share any advice you may have for the viewers on dealing with Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D3 Protects Against Viruses, Cancer, and Autoimmunity

04:15
A report in the journal, Journal of Leukocyte Biology, showed that levels of vitamin D3 below 20 ng/ml led to a higher incidence of viral infections, cancer, and autoimmune disorders. This, of course, suggests that supplementing with vitamin D3 could help prevent or treat these conditions. Low levels of vitamin D3 lead to higher production of antibodies (the Th 2 immune system), but lower levels of cell mediated immunity (the Th 1 immune system) that we need to fight viral infections, certain cancers, and autoimmune diseases. With the epidemic of vitamin D deficiency, it is especially important that we replace people who are ill, especially in our hospitals, with vitamin D3 supplementation. Levels of vitamin D3 below 20 ng/ml leads to a higher risk of fractures, heart attacks, cancer, and all cause mortality, especially in the elderly. For more information, visit http://doctorsaputo.com

Sunlight energises immune cells

02:03
Sunlight energises immune cells http://en.prothom-alo.com/lifestyle/news/133581/Sunlight-energises-immune-cells Apart from helping for a healthier living by producing vitamin D, getting some sunlight may also energise T cells -- immune cells -- that play a central role in fighting infections in the human body, a study has found. "We all know sunlight provides vitamin D, which is suggested to have an impact on immunity, among other things. But what we found is a completely separate role of sunlight on immunity," said Gerard Ahern, Associate Professor at the Georgetown University in the US. "Some of the roles attributed to vitamin D on immunity may be due to this new mechanism," Ahern added. The findings showed that the skin, which is the body's largest organ has a large share of T cells -- approximately twice the number circulating in the blood -- stays alert to the many microbes that can nest there. While production of vitamin D requires ultra violet (UV) light -- known to promote skin cancer and melanoma, the low levels of blue light found in the sun's rays is safer and helps makes T cells move faster. This blue light, which can reach the dermis -- the second layer of the skin -- enables the T cells to move throughout the body, the researchers stated. "T cells, whether they are helper or killer, need to move to do their work, which is to get to the site of an infection and orchestrate a response. This study shows that sunlight directly activates key immune cells by increasing their movement," Ahern said. In addition, the researchers also found that the synthesis of hydrogen peroxide -- a compound that white blood cells release when they sense an infection in order to kill bacteria and mount an immune response -- activates a signalling pathway to increase T cell movement. The study was published in the journal Scientific Reports. Please SUBSCRIBE to My Channel for Daily Videos Sunlight energises immune cells https://youtu.be/u3wwBZEZIwg

7 Ways To Boost Your Immune System Naturally

03:22
Are you constantly fatigued? When cold and flu season comes around, do you find that you almost always get sick? How about allergies? If you experience chronic aches, pains, sniffles, and illnesses, you may be suffering from a weakened immune system. This can be an extremely frustrating state of being and can have a significant impact on virtually every area of your life, including energy, mood, stress management, physical vitality, sleep quality, body composition, and even your longevity and overall risk of developing chronic disease. Here are 7 very easy, all-natural steps you can take to strengthen your immune system 1.Get enough sleep and manage stress. Sleep deprivation and stress overload increase the hormone cortisol, prolonged elevation of which suppresses immune function. Whatever amount of sleep you need to feel refreshed in the morning, whether that’s 6-hours or 8—make sure you get it 2.Consider probiotics Did you know that 80% of your immune system is located in your gut? There are trillions of beneficial bacteria in your intestines that help you fight disease and absorb nutrients. Keeping this population healthy and strong is arguably your strongest defense against colds, flus and many other diseases. Replenish your gut flora daily by incorporating wholesome fermented foods and drinks into your diet like yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut and kimchee. Not only will it keep your gut flora healthy help protect you from disease, but it can also give you better-digestion. 3.Catch some rays.  Sunlight triggers the skin’s production of vitamin D. The majority of adults and children in the U.S. are deficient in the sunshine vitamin, putting them at greater risk for all infections. A number of recent medical trials have demonstrated that individuals with the lowest levels of vitamin-D had the highest rates of serious illness and infections. You can get Vitamin-D naturally by daily exposing your arms and face for 20-minutes in the sun, but most people need more than this. Good dietary sources include good old fashioned cod liver-oil, grassfed beef liver, egg yolks from pasture-raised chickens, and fatty fish like salmon. You can also buy liquid Vitamin-D supplements which are very effective and easy to take. 4.Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds Fruits & Vegetables will provide your body with the nutrients your immune system needs. A study in older adults showed that boosting fruit and vegetable intake improved antibody response to the Pneumovax vaccine, which protects against Streptococcus pneumonia. 5.Avoid tobacco, smoke & Alcohol. Smoking undermines basic immune-defenses and raises the risk of bronchitis and pneumonia in everyone, and middle ear infections in kids. Excessive consumption of alcohol impairs the immune-system and increases vulnerability to lung infections. 6.Go for garlic.  Garlic is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent and immune-booster. Because heat deactivates a key active ingredient, add it to foods just before serving. 7.Eat medicinal mushrooms  Mushrooms such as shiitake and maitake (sometimes sold as “hen of the woods”). A recent study showed that a concentrated extract of shiitake enhanced immune-function in women with breast-cancer.

Amazing immunity-boosting food for winter that will boost your immune system . Winter has arrived! And as you all know, winter has always had a bad name as you’re likely to catch the winter bug that’s hitting the town! In this cold season, often called the flu season, when temperatures drop, viruses thrive indoors and attack your immune system. And at such times, if your immune system isn’t up to the task, what do you think will happen? Less energy? Possible health complications? A feeling of lethargy and irritability? Yes!! All of it at once! Isn’t that too much to handle? So, I suggest the best way to get rid of cold is to prevent it! How many times have we heard that prevention is better than cure! So why not start implementing it? And you can start doing it right now by having the right foods that will boost your immunity during winters! So all you have to do is follow these simple winter hacks that I am going to tell you today and you can continue to get more out of life despite the weather forecast. Eat a balanced diet with whole foods Nutrients such as vitamins A, C, D and E, as well as minerals, selenium and zinc, and Omega 3, help in strengthening your immune system. So focus more on getting these in your food by eating whole foods, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds, and also plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. If you eat animal protein, please make sure, it is of good quality and hormone free! Avoid processed meats, fried stuff, processed or baked foods, soft drinks or any food product with artificial sweeteners or refined sugars. Eating too much of them suppresses the immune system. They help strengthen our immune system and keeps our body healthy and energetic. All you need for this is a handful of berries. You can also eat citrus, kiwi, bell peppers, and dark green vegetables to get a dose of vitamin C. Use herbs and spices Pack your food with a good amount of herbs and spices. Cook with onions, garlic, ginger, black peppercorn, cayenne pepper, allspice, curry, and turmeric and all the nice spices you can think of. The special ability of spices is to fight infections which will ultimately help you keep those diseases at bay! Take care of your gut health Did you know that 80% of our immune system is located in our digestive system? Imagine, in that case, how important it is to keep a healthy gut to have a strong immune system? When your gut is healthy, you have a large amount of probiotics thriving in there. And these probiotics are the good bacteria that you get from whole and fermented foods, such as raw sauerkraut, miso, yogurt, kefir, kimchi and microalgae, or in the form of supplements. In case you choose supplements for nutrition, please choose a brand that offers different sources of bacteria and one that’s ideally refrigerated. Exercise! This is one thing I have been motivating people to do since the time I have started talking about wellness and health! Exercising is not only a great way to get in shape, but it also improves our immunity, enhances quality of sleep, and makes our body stronger. If you are too busy at work or have no time at hand, take out just 15 minutes of your day and have a quick exercise session. If you are suffering from any ailments, go for a small walk at least. But please do not give yourself excuses for not exercising! You can check out my fitness videos for some simple quick exercises that you can do anytime anywhere. So no excuses my tribe. Hit the gym! Do that yoga! Dance! Do anything you like but please exercise! It really helps remove toxins and keeps you energetic and healthy. Soak up some sun One of the most important vitamins, Vitamin D comes from the sun. To strengthen our immune system, Vitamin D is extremely important. It helps in keeping your bones strong and your immune system healthy. So head out of your home early morning without sunscreen, when the sun is not at its highest and have a nice walk under the sun. You can also have fatty fish to get small doses of Vitamin D. Being healthy should not be an implication, it should be a choice you make to have a better life! After all, every moment in this world counts and why live it in a way that’s not so pleasant! Virus couldn’t be killed because it isn’t alive in the first place, it is a piece of genetic material wrapped into a sac and could live off in the body’s energy. The key is to keep the resistance high, immune system in check and if you are susceptible to virus it will start to affect the bodies – It has to do with the immune system. The most important part of the body that will keep viruses in remission is the adrenal glands, it adapt to the stress states. Being under stress, the body will be more open to viruses. Virus Triggers: • Stress • Poor Nutrition – especially in trace minerals like low in zinc or selenium. • Radiation • High Sugar Diet Anti-viral nutrients: • Vitamin C – the most powerful antiviral (Sauerkraut, Bell Peppers, Leafy Greens) • Vitamin A – cod liver oil • Vitamin D – good to keep viruses in check • Calcium – Calcium Lactate Hello. In this video we're gonna talk about how to keep your viruses in remission. The first thing you need to know is that viruses are not alive. They're piece of genetic material wrapped in a sac and they're actually dormant and they're waiting until your resistance is low, you're sick, tired and getting older. And then they come out and they invade your cells, hijack the copy machine and start reproducing themselves so it can then spread and destroy different parts of your body. So your own immune system then has to work harder to then counter that attack and that's why sometimes it takes seven to ten days or even longer sometimes to dismantle these virus infections because antibiotics don't work for viruses. Viruses are like everywhere in the environment. Now even in the sea, per liter of the sea water you have over a hundred billion viruses and they are there to help break down bacteria and keep the overgrowth of bacteria from coming to large and so they break down this bacteria and other microorganisms down to the very very small carbon atoms so they kind of help balance the excess of certain microorganism. Now the thing I want to tell you about viruses is that they can't really harm you unless your cells let them harm you. In other words you have to be susceptible to the virus. There has to be some weak barrier or weak membrane and that comes mainly from stress or poor nutrition or even radiation and there's other things that can trigger viruses. But stress is the big one. Most infections, what happens just before the person gets the infection or shall I say allows the virus to invade the body because the virus is already there, is the stress. Stress activated like herpes or shingles pain. So many different viral infections occur right after stress events.
