Despite finding out she had cancer in her bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen, Clea Sackville refused to be beaten. Once she had a diagnosis, she made a plan and went full-steam ahead. Free & Flat Rate Shipping | Look for the B-Elite Badge ► http://bbcom.me/2pimgcC Muscle-Building Supplements ► http://bbcom.me/2pisvgD Ready Clea Sackville's Full Story ► http://bbcom.me/2pizlTv Growing up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Clea Sackville spent her early days riding horses and playing soccer. She'd always had a good base level of fitness, but once she started working a consistent job, she began falling in love with the gym again. That is, until she started getting tired. When she noticed lumps on her neck, armpit, and collarbone, Clea sought help. A quick trip to a walk-in clinic on her lunch break unveiled something that would change her life forever: Clea had stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma. While it didn't happen overnight, chemo eventually took its toll. "It literally feels like you have the worst hangover of your life," Clea says. "Your brain doesn't work, your body's exhausted, and you don't want to eat, drink, or move. It's easy to get beaten down." Watching her hard-earned muscle disappear and the extra pounds accumulate, Clea decided she wouldn't sit idly by and let chemo and cancer ravage her body. This is Clea's story. How Did Your Fitness Journey Begin? When I was younger and in university, I was into drinking and partying. I didn't care much for the gym. That changed a couple of years before my diagnosis. I'd started eating properly and working out regularly, and I loved the feeling it gave me. About 6-8 months before I started my transformation, I began to feel extremely fatigued. I stopped having the energy to work out. I stopped eating properly, and I started losing all the progress I'd made. A few months later, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma. How Did You Find The Strength To Forge On, Despite Your Diagnosis? When I was first diagnosed, I took it easy and did some light workouts. After I started chemo in September 2015, I quickly noticed it starting to take over my body. I really started to look and feel sick. The medication caused me to gain a lot of weight, and my hair fell out. I no longer felt like me. I remember asking my doctor if I could work out. She looked at me like I was crazy, but gave me the OK. That was when I said, "Screw it. I am not going to let this disease defeat me. I'll train my way through this." So, I did. How Did You Start To Make Changes? The main thing was picking a workout routine and starting. I remember taking my first "before" photo and feeling sad at how the disease was taking over my body. It solidified my decision to push forward. I also enlisted the help of an online coach, Paige Hathaway. She helped keep me accountable and gave me a program. For my nutrition, I leaned on experience and research articles on Bodybuilding.com. There were days I didn't want to get out of bed, and days I almost couldn't, but I pushed myself. I told myself, "Just get out of bed. Just get dressed. Just walk to the gym, and then just do 10 minutes." Once I got started, it was always easy to finish the workout. ============================================= | Clea Sackville's Favorite Supplements | NLA for Her Aminos ► http://bbcom.me/2piuSjq - Comprehensive Amino Acid Blend! - Increases Endurance, Builds Lean Muscle, & Enhances Recovery!* Kaged Muscle In-Kaged ► http://bbcom.me/2piCCCe - Intra-Workout Endurance Fuel - Proven, Patented Ingredients to Help Improve Endurance, and Enhance Your Toughest Workouts* Dymatize ISO-100 ► http://bbcom.me/2pimelh - Whey Isolate Powder for Building Muscle* - Ultra-Fast Absorption to Build and Repair Muscle* ============================================= | Bodybuilding.com | Sales & Specials ► http://bbcom.me/2q1djSY Fitness Articles ► http://bbcom.me/2q1p7Vq #1 Online Supplement Store ► http://bbcom.me/2q1os6y Free Fitness Plans ► http://bbcom.me/2q1dhKU #1 Women's Fitness Site ► http://bbcom.me/2q1ouvc ============================================= | Follow Us | Twitch ► http://bit.ly/2q1dttE YouTube ► http://bit.ly/1RSJFa4 Facebook ► http://on.fb.me/1lomhpr Instagram ► http://bit.ly/1LzBxab Twitter ► http://bit.ly/1RSJQlL Google+ ► http://bit.ly/1NRe8qu Pinterest ► http://bit.ly/1OOZgY4 Spotify ► http://spoti.fi/1NRebm0 We are Bodybuilding.com. Don’t rely on routine tests alone to protect you from cancer. It’s just as important to listen to your body and notice anything that’s different, odd, or unexplainable. Here are some signs that are commonly overlooked: 1. Wheezing or shortness of breath One of the first signs many lung cancer patients remember noticing is the inability to catch their breath. 2. Chronic cough or chest pain Several types of cancer, including leukemia and lung tumors, can cause symptoms that mimic a bad cough or bronchitis. Some lung cancer patients report chest pain that extends up into the shoulder or down the arm. 3. Frequent fevers or infections These can be signs of leukemia, a cancer of the blood cells that starts in the bone marrow. Leukemia causes the marrow to produce abnormal white blood cells, sapping your body’s infection-fighting capabilities. 4. Difficulty swallowing Trouble swallowing is most commonly associated with esophageal or throat cancer, and is sometimes one of the first signs of lung cancer, too. 5. Swollen lymph nodes or lumps on the neck, underarm, or groin Enlarged lymph nodes indicate changes in the lymphatic system, which can be a sign of cancer. 6. Excessive bruising or bleeding that doesn’t stop This symptom usually suggests something abnormal happening with the platelets and red blood cells, which can be a sign of leukemia. Over time, leukemia cells crowd out red blood cells and platelets, impairing your blood’s ability to carry oxygen and clot. 7. Weakness and fatigue Generalized fatigue and weakness is a symptom of so many different kinds of cancer that you’ll need to look at it in combination with other symptoms. But any time you feel exhausted without explanation and it doesn’t respond to getting more sleep, talk to your doctor. 8. Bloating or abdominal weight gain Women diagnosed with ovarian cancer overwhelmingly report unexplained abdominal bloating that came on fairly suddenly and continued on and off over a long period of time. 9. Feeling full and unable to eat This is another tip-off to ovarian cancer; women say they have no appetite and can’t eat, even when they haven’t eaten for some time. 10. Pelvic or abdominal pain Pain and cramping in the pelvis and abdomen can go hand in hand with the bloating that often signals ovarian cancer. Leukemia can also cause abdominal pain resulting from an enlarged spleen. 11. Rectal bleeding or blood in stool This is a common result of diagnosing colorectal cancer. Blood in the toilet alone is reason to call your doctor and schedule a colonoscopy. 12. Unexplained weight loss Weight loss is an early sign of colon and other digestive cancers; it’s also a sign of cancer that’s spread to the liver, affecting your appetite and the ability of your body to rid itself of wastes. 13. Upset stomach or stomachache Stomach cramps or frequent upset stomachs may indicate colorectal cancer. 14. A red, sore, or swollen breast These symptoms can indicate inflammatory breast cancer. Call your doctor about any unexplained changes to your breasts. 15. Nipple changes One of the most common changes women remember noticing before being diagnosed with breast cancer is a nipple that began to appear flattened, inverted, or turned sideways. 16. Unusually heavy or painful periods or bleeding between periods Many women report this as the tip-off to endometrial or uterine cancer. Ask for a transvaginal ultrasound if you suspect something more than routine heavy periods. 17. Swelling of facial features Some patients with lung cancer report noticing puffiness, swelling, or redness in the face. Small cell lung tumors commonly block blood vessels in the chest, preventing blood from flowing freely from your head and face. 18. A sore or skin lump that doesn’t heal, becomes crusty, or bleeds easily Familiarize yourself with the different types of skin cancer —melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma — and be vigilant about checking skin all over your body for odd-looking growths or spots.

10 Signs That You May Have Leukemia When we hear the word cancer we are probably quick to think of things like skin cancer, lung cancer, or maybe even especially unforgiving forms of cancer such as pancreatic cancer. Leukemia is a type of cancer that’s quite different from most other forms since it is actually cancer of the blood. Like so many other forms of cancer, what causes is it is still a mystery. It usually starts in the bonee marrow and causes the formation of white blood cells that are abnormal. Leukemia is normally diagnosed with a blood test of a bonee marrow biopsy. Treatment usually consists of chemotherapy, radiation or bonee marrow transplant. The 5-year survival rate for people diagnosed with leukemia is about 57 percent, which may provide a measure of hope for those who are diagnosed. The following are signs and symptoms that could indicate leukemia. 1. Tiny Spots or Dots on the Skin These tiny spots are technically known as petechiae and may show up as patches of very small purple or red dots that are often observed on the arms, back, chest and face. Since leukemia can cause a decrease in the number of clot-forming platelets in the blood, smaller blood vessels are more likely to break causing petechiae, which can easily be mistaken for some type of rash. 2. bonee and Joint Pain This is one of the most common symptoms of people who have developed leukemia and is characterized by pain that feels like it originates deep in the bonees. This type of pain results from an excess of abnormal white blood cells that accumulate in the bonee marrow and causing it to expand. This pain is most common in the long bonees such as the legs and arms. There are many other potential causes of bonee and joint pain so it would be premature to assume a few aches and pains are the result of leukemia. 3. Headaches This symptom may not be mentioned as frequently as some of the others but it is something that should not be ignored. The headaches associated with leukemia tend to be long-lasting and can be quite severe. In some cases, a condition called pallor may accompany the headaches and will make the skin color appear significantly more pale or white than normal. Seizures may also be more likely during these episodes as blood supply to the spinal cord and brain can be reduced. 4. Swollen Glands Since leukemia has a damaging effect on the blood, it is much more difficult for the body to fight off opportunistic infections and that can cause glands and lymph nodes to swell. This can manifest as small lumps or bumps that show up in places such as the neck, stomach, under the arms or in the groin area that may take on a color that has hints of blue or purple. Normally, these kinds of abnormalities form as a result of less serious infections and do not generally persist for longer than a week, or so. 5. Fatigue The blood is absolutely essential for delivering a constant supply of nutrients and oxygen to the cells of the body and when leukemia interferes with that process, feeling tired or worn out all the time is often the result. It will often become very difficult to complete routine physical tasks when suffering from these symptoms, which can also take an emotional toll on victims of this disease. 6. Bruising and Bleeding As mentioned previously, the blood is often unable to do its job properly when leukemia is a factor, and this often makes it much easier to suffer bruising just about anywhere on the body. It’s especially telling when bruises begin to show up in areas where bruising has never been a problem previously. Bruises may also appear darker in color and look worse than they have in the past. Since the blood will not be able to clot as efficiently as normal, bleeding will often be more difficult to control. 7. Fever and Infection 8. Weight Loss 9. Breathing Problems 10. Abdominal Swelling and Pain Help us to be better SUBSCRIBE for more videos here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXdJqh4rOHguFcgwLlatjLw?sub_confirmation=1 More from Health Area: -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WG2mJutazsE -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RH6rdRQ9Ibc -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UtSQrsbnpQ 10 Signs That You May Have Leukemia By HEALTH AREA

If you go to your doctor when you first notice symptoms, your cancer might be diagnosed at an earlier stage, when treatment is more likely to be effective. The most common symptoms of lung cancer are: A cough that does not go away or gets worse Coughing up blood or rust-colored sputum (spit or phlegm) Chest pain that is often worse with deep breathing, coughing, or laughing Hoarseness Weight loss and loss of appetite Shortness of breath Feeling tired or weak Infections such as bronchitis and pneumonia that don’t go away or keep coming back New onset of wheezing If lung cancer spreads to distant organs, it may cause: Bone pain (like pain in the back or hips) Nervous system changes (such as headache, weakness or numbness of an arm or leg, dizziness, balance problems, or seizures), from cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord Yellowing of the skin and eyes (jaundice), from cancer spread to the liver Lumps near the surface of the body, due to cancer spreading to the skin or to lymph nodes (collections of immune system cells), such as those in the neck or above the collarbone

Since the blood will not be able to clot as efficiently as normal, bleeding will often be more difficult to control. 7. Fever and Infection 8. Weight Loss 9. Breathing Problems 10. Don't Ignore These Early Signs Of Cancer! Natural Remedies Breast cancer has become a global problem. In recent years, it’s become the most common cancer among women worldwide. Hundreds of thousands of women are affected every year. Breast cancer is usually noticeable by a lump in the breasts. At that point, you can be sure that something bad is happening there. But if you notice the early symptoms, you have a much better chance of stopping the cancer. One of the biggest problems with breast cancer is late detection. Many organizations advocate for early detection and diagnosis by trying to raise awareness. If you have any of the signs, do not ignore them. Instead, schedule a visit to the doctor. Signs of Breast Cancer Aches and pains in the breast area- As we mentioned at the beginning, a lump in the breast could be a sign of breast cancer. But before the lump develops, you’ll notice unexplainable pain and aches in the breast area. The moment you feel unusual aches, along with occasional throbbing and discomfort, visit your doctor. One of the common mistakes women make is they think of this pain as isolated and localized. But breast cancer is not always a full lump; sometimes, there’s no lump at all. Sometimes, it can be just strange-looking skin appearance, accompanied by pain in the chest area. Hoarse throat and annoying cough- Breast cancer is not an isolated type of cancer. In most cases, breast cancer spreads to the uterus, but it can also spread to the lungs. In the latter case, the result is persistent coughing and a hoarse throat. And no, that is not your regular cold/flu cough. You’ll notice the difference, as the coughing never stops. Some statistics show that in more than half of the cases, breast cancer spreads to the lungs. The result is shortness of breath, dry cough, and hoarse throat. Unexplained fatigue and tiredness Fatigue and tiredness can be symptoms for so many diseases. For example, fatigue is also a symptom of magnesium deficiency. However, if you haven’t done anything to trigger the tiredness and fatigue, it might be time to think about cancer. Yes, you can be fatigued by physical exercises, but if you feel tired without having done any physical exercise, you may have breast cancer. The nipples Your nipples are one of the best indicators of breast cancer. As with a lump, a change in appearance of the nipples is a very visual early sign of breast cancer. Here are some symptoms you might experience: - Pulling in of your nipple - Itchy, sore, and scaly nipple - Rash on your nipples - Nipple discharge that starts suddenly - Irregular bladder movement - Irregular bowel movement occurs as a result of hormonal and chemical imbalance. Women with breast cancer experience a change in their hormones, and as a result, their urethra dries out and they experience urinary incontinence. Back pain You’re probably wondering how back pain can be an early sign of breast cancer. early symptoms of breast cancer, early signs of breast cancer pictures, breast cancer symptoms pain, 12 signs of breast cancer revealed, seven warning signs of breast cancer, visible and hidden signs of breast cancer, breast cancer signs and symptoms, pictures of inflammatory breast cancer in early stages, It’s simple: it has to do with the mechanics of the body. When breast tumors are developing, they put pressure on the ribs and the spine. As a result, you experience upper back pain. But we have differentiate between back pain from herniated disc and spondylitis and breast cancer. For the latter, the pain feels like it comes from deep within the bones. So you need to be aware of any changes in your upper back, neck, and spinal column. If you notice unexplained pain in the upper back, it’s time to visit a physician.

Sleep expert Matthew Walker breaks down the many effects of sleep deprivation on your brain and body. Tech Insider tells you all you need to know about tech: gadgets, how-to's, gaming, science, digital culture, and more. Subscribe to our channel and visit us at: http://www.businessinsider.com/sai TI on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/techinsider TI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tech_insider/ TI on Twitter: https://twitter.com/techinsider -------------------------------------------------- Following is the transcript of the video: Matthew Walker: My name is Matthew Walker, I am a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and I am the author of the book "Why We Sleep." We certainly know that a lack of sleep will actually prevent your brain from being able to initially make new memories, so it's almost as though without sleep the memory inbox of the brain shuts down and you can't commit new experiences to memory. So those new incoming informational emails are just bounced, and you end up feeling as though you're amnesiac. You can't essentially make and create those new memories. We also know that a lack of sleep will lead to an increased development of a toxic protein in the brain that is called beta amyloid and that is associated with Alzheimer's disease because it is during deep sleep at night when a sewage system within the brain actually kicks in to high gear and it starts to wash away this toxic protein, beta amyloid. So if you're not getting enough sleep each and every night, more of that Alzheimer's-related protein will build up. The more protein that builds up, the greater your risk of going on to develop dementia in later life. What are the effects of sleep deprivation on the body? Well, there are many different effects. Firstly, we know that sleep deprivation affects the reproductive system. We know that men who are sleeping just five to six hours a night have a level of testosterone which is that of someone ten years their senior. So a lack of sleep will age you by almost a decade in terms of that aspect of virility and wellness. We also know that a lack of sleep impacts your immune system. So after just one night of four to five hours of sleep, there is a 70% reduction in critical anticancer-fighting immune cells called natural killer cells. And that's the reason that we know that short sleep duration predicts your risk for developing numerous forms of cancer. And that list currently includes cancer of the bowel, cancer of the prostate, as well as cancer of the breast. In fact, the link between a lack of sleep and cancer is now so strong that recently the World Health Organization decided to classify any form of nighttime shift work as a probable carcinogen. So in other words, jobs that may induce cancer because of a disruption of your sleep rate rhythms. We also know that a lack of sleep impacts your cardiovascular system because it is during deep sleep at night that you receive this most wonderful form of effectively blood pressure medication. Your heart rate drops, your blood pressure goes down. If you're not getting sufficient sleep, you're not getting that reboot of the cardiovascular system, so your blood pressure rises. You have, if you're getting six hours of sleep or less, a 200% increased risk of having a fatal heart attack or stroke in your lifetime. There is a global experiment that is performed on 1.6 billion people twice a year and it's called daylight saving time. And we know that in the spring, when we lose one hour of sleep, we see a subsequent 24% increase in heart attacks the following day. Another question, perhaps, is what is the recycle rate of a human being? How long can we actually last without sleep before we start to see declines in your brain function or even impairments within your body? And the answer seems to be about 16 hours of wakefulness. Once you get past 16 hours of being awake, that's when we start to see mental deterioration and physiological deterioration in the body. We know that after you've been awake for 19 or 20 hours, your mental capacity is so impaired that you would be as deficient as someone who was legally drunk behind the wheel of a car. So if you were to ask me what is the recycle rate of a human being, it does seem to be about 16 hours and we need about eight hours of sleep to repair the damage of wakefulness. Wakefulness essentially is low-level brain damage.

Here are some cancer symptoms everyone ignores. If many of these signs of cancer occur, you should go and see a doctor. Cancer is a medical condition, which could lead to death when disregarding these symptoms. Subscribe for new videos: http://goo.gl/SaufF4 Voiceover by Rodney Tompkins: https://www.youtube.com/c/BigBadada2012 13: Noticeable skin and mole changes Skin cancer is not only the most common cancer in the US, but its early signs are also tricky to recognize. Skin cancer is nasty and disfigures you terribly, so catching it early on is important for a good prognosis. Melanoma is a malignant skin cancer that develops from our pigment-producing cells, the melanocytes 12: Sores that refuse to heal Cold sores in the mouth are normal, and are usually triggered out of hiding by stress and fever. Usually they aren't a cause for worry, but if you notice a particular sore that's not healing past a three week mark, then go see a doctor. A normal sore would have healed itself 11: Unexpected vaginal bleeding All women should be aware of the regularity of their menstrual cycles so that they could detect any changes that are out of the norm. Any vaginal bleeding outside of the normal cycle is a cause for concern, and could be an early sign of cervical cancer. This also applies to women who have undergone menopause. 10: Weight loss with no apparent reason Easy and unexpected weight loss might sound like a dream for some, but not when it comes with a deadly disease. Adults usually try hard to shed weight, but if your weight obviously goes down without much effort, then it's an indication of a medical problem 9: An unusual lump This should be a no brainer, as anyone with common sense would absolutely think "tumor" upon feeling an unusual lump on their body. But you'd be surprised at the number of people who ignore this symptom 8: Frequent fevers and infections Fever is the body's way of fighting off an infection. While it is a good defense mechanism, frequent and persistent fevers is a sign that the body is consistently being the victim of repeated infections due to a low immune system. Immune deficiency can be caused by any disease that affects the primary disease-fighting agents which are the white blood cells. In the case of leukemia 7: Persistent difficulty in swallowing A sore throat makes swallowing not only difficult, but also painful. If you continuously experience difficulty in swallowing, don't ignore it. Several different cancers can cause this symptom such as neck 6: Unexplained and persistent pain Contrary to what some people think, pain is not a main symptom of cancer. In fact, most cancers start out completely painless. However, any persistent pain should not be ignored as they could still indicate cancer. Brain cancer for example, is the last thing anyone would think of when they get a headache. But intense and persistent ones, especially for those who are not prone 5: Unusual and excessive bruising So you wake up one day with an unusual bruise on your arm, with no idea how it got there. No need to worry, you probably ran into something the previous day and forgot about it. But if bruises start appearing all the time with no apparent reason, and at strange 4: Feeling tired all the time We all have those days when we feel completely exhausted, but a good rest and sleep should be enough to recharge our energy. But if you experience persistent fatigue on a daily basis for over a month or shortness of breath when you didn't before, then be sure 3: Nail changes Did you know that many diseases and illnesses can be seen in the nails alone? There are approximately 30 different nail signs that can be associated with medical conditions including lung cancer, heart diseases, and nutrient deficiencies. Vertical dark lines are common in people with dark skin, but can also indicate a form 2: Changes in bowel habits and bloody stools Everyone has their own regular bowel habits, and goes to the toilet at a certain frequency that they're used to. But when there is a notable change for long periods, either having to go more often, or less, this could be a bad sign. Especially when the nature of the stool has also changed, appearing smaller, larger, or somewhat deformed, this could be a sign of colon cancer. A mass in the intestines could hinder the smooth movements of a stool, or disturb the absorption of water and elements inside the colon, making the resulting stool appear different in size, shape, and color 1: Persistent cough or hoarseness of the voice Everyone gets colds and usually there is absolutely nothing to worry about, even if you feel like coughing up a lung. But when it is accompanied with hoarse sounds, or blood, it's a red flag, and time for you to see a doctor. Especially when no other symptoms that usually accompany colds and allergies like a stuffy nose is present. Although most coughs are benign, a bloody or persistent one that's different than your regular cough must be examined to rule out lung

Original Video Link http://youtu.be/-hUoyXKf81c This is the story of 54 year old Sharon Kelly, a wife and mother who was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in December 2013. She was given no chance of survival and told she would only have months to live. Luckily the decisions she would make would prove her "doctors" wrong. On Monday, December 16th, 2013 Sharon started complaining of a small pain on her left side around her ribs. She had gotten a massage on the previous Friday so she thought that must be a side effect of the massage. As the days went on the pain increased and when Sharon took a deep breath she started to have terrible pain in that same spot. So she decided to get checked out and on December 19th, 2013 Sharon Kelly was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer. By the middle of January 2014 the diagnosis had gotten worse. The Doctors told Sharon the cancer had spread to the lining of her lung & lymph nodes and they classified it as stage IV Terminal Lung Cancer. She was given only 6-9 months to live. She asked if anything could be done like an operation or radiation but she was coldly told "the horse had bolted and was way too late to do anything". They told Sharon they do not offer radiation treatment for stage 4 lung cancer. Sharon was even told that chemo was "not really worth doing" as it would only make her more sick. The doctors were more concerned with her enjoying the "short time" she had left than actually trying to help her live. They had given up on her upon their diagnosis and it was obvious to Sharon they didn't seem to want to treat her. Sharon had a 5cm primary tumor in her left lung (pictured in the CT scan to the left). She had a number of lymph nodes in her chest that were cancerous as well as a lymph node in the base of her neck that was inflamed with cancer. She had considerable fluid around her heart which they said was cancer in the plura lining of the left lung. Sharon knew NOTHING about cannabis oil at this point. By the end of January the doctors had still yet to start any treatment for Sharon. They were still trying to get a biopsy of the primary tumor to test Sharon for EGFR mutation. Sharon demanded they do something, so they finally agreed to start chemo, almost 2 months after being diagnosed. Sharon suffered through 2 rounds of chemo from the end of January to the beginning of February before she tested positive to the EGFR mutation. This meant she would no longer be treated with the first chemo she was given, but would be put on a chemo tablet called Tarceva. Sharon was told that the Tarceva could only slow down the spread of the cancer. They told her that there had been some cases of the Tarceva shrinking cancer, but not many, and that it only works for a short time. Over time the cancer would come back with a vengeance. The Tarceva was only given to help extend her life. Sharon was given no hope of surviving and was sent home by her "doctors" to die. With no hope or any options left Sharon's youngest daughter turned to the internet in hope of finding some answers. After seeing some of the testimonials from people who have had success with cannabis oil, like Stan Rutner who beat his lung cancer with cannabis oil, Sharon's daughter called her mother and suggested she try cannabis oil since there was nothing else left. Luckily Sharon was open minded to the cannabis oil treatment and agreed to give it a try. What did she have to lose? Sharon started her cannabis oil treatment on February 26, 2014. Her husband made her first batch of oil using skills he learned here on our "Make the Oil" page. Sharon started her cannabis oil doses small but still struggled with tiredness she got from it. She was taking about a rice grain under the tongue every 3 hrs with a bigger one before bed. Along with the cannabis oil Sharon started to juice fresh cannabis leaves and bud every morning and added that to her "super smoothie". By May 2014 Sharon had learned about cannabis oil suppositories. Sharon was still having trouble with the oil making her tired when she took it orally. She found that taking cannabis oil as a suppository did not give her the tired feeling it gave her when she took the oil orally under her tongue. Using suppositories she was finally able to take the full 1 gram of oil per day that is recommended for aggressive cancer. She settled on suppositories being the best application for her. To make her suppository she would mix her cannabis oil with organic Coconut Oil. She would mix ½ cannabis oil and ½ coconut oil putting it in a syringe and administering it as the “up and in” method which Sharon calls it. Sharon was taking 1½ to 2 grams of cannabis oil as a suppository spaced out evenly throughout her day.' - See FULL STORY at: http://www.cureyourowncancer.org/the-sharon-kelly-story-how-she-beat-her-lung-cancer-with-cannabis-oil.html#sthash.c7ol9HEg.dpuf

http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to dietary supplements and alternative medicine! Almost every single person will get epstein barr at some point in their life. In this video I will share with you the symptoms of it and what you can do to destroy this virus. Epstein barr is a virus that is in the same family as herpes, chickenpox and shingles. Just like herpes once you get epstein barr it probably will stay dormant in your body for life. Now that you know it's connected with herpes, what do you think is one of the main ways a person can get the virus? Yes, the most common way is through coming into close contact with someone and kissing them. According to CDC in America the most common symptom of this virus will be feeling more tired and exhausted than a person normally feels. There could be a sore throat, a fever and enlarged lymph nodes. I like to compare lymph nodes to prisons. Their job is to filter the bad guys that you don't want and they also have some immune cells to help you. It makes sense that they can get bigger when you're sick. These lymph nodes are located in the neck region as well as under the arms. Another sign of epstein barr are swollen or enlarged glands. Glands make hormones, which are like little tiny messengers that travel around telling other things what to do. Lastly, there could be an enlarged spleen as well as a swollen liver. Both of these organs are used in filtering and cleaning your body. The good news is that depending on how strong a person's immune system is the symptoms will disappear, just like the flu or cold virus. On rare occasions the symptoms can last months and that isn't good. When you get sick the body blasts the bad guys and this creates free radicals. Free radicals contribute to aging and various health problems. Also, if you take any drugs to get well it also gives unwanted side effects and free radicals. The CDC recommends that the best treatments involve supporting your body heal itself. This includes drinking tons of water, which helps the immune system and getting a lot of rest. Another very good idea, which many forget about is stress. Stress can wreak havoc on the immune system and dealing with it can be a challenge. What has helped me is breathing deeply and just focusing on that for a while. If you have any other ideas on dealing with stress please share in the comments below. Another idea, which tons of people don't know is there are many herbs that can do some very wonderful things. It is a shame that these herbs are not advertised more, but like most things in life it comes down to money. Drugs make people money and so the people who make them spend money on advertising. A few great ideas would be olive leaf extract, black cumin seeds as well as turmeric. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.

Lung cancer, also known as carcinoma of the lung or pulmonary carcinoma, is a malignant lung tumor characterized by uncontrolled cell growth in tissues of the lung. If left untreated, this growth can spread beyond the lung by process of metastasis into nearby tissue or other parts of the body. The vast majority (80–90%) of cases of lung cancer are due to long-term exposure to tobacco smoke. About 10–15% of cases occur in people who have never smoked. These cases are often caused by a combination of genetic factors and exposure to radon gas, asbestos, or other forms of air pollution, including second-hand smoke. Worldwide, lung cancer is the most common cancer among men in terms of both incidence and mortality, and among women has the third highest incidence, and is second after breast cancer in mortality. Learn the signs of lung cancer to catch the disease early and ensure a positive outcome. Below are some early signs of lung cancer according to healthline.com. No Warning Lung cancer may not produce any noticeable symptoms in the early stages. In approximately 40 percent of people diagnosed with lung cancer, the diagnosis is made after the disease has advanced. In one third of those diagnosed, the cancer has reached stage 3. Cough That Won’t Quit Be on alert for a new cough that lingers. While a cough associated with a cold or respiratory infection will go away in a week or two, a persistent cough that lingers can be a possible sign of lung cancer. Don’t be tempted to dismiss a stubborn cough, whether it is dry or mucus-producing, as “just a cough.” Change in a Cough Pay attention to any changes in a chronic cough, particularly if you are a smoker. If you are coughing more often, your cough has a deeper or hoarse sound, or you are coughing up blood or more mucus than usual, it’s time to make a doctor’s appointment. Breathing Changes Shortness of breath or becoming easily winded are also possible symptoms of lung cancer. This symptom can occur if lung cancer blocks or narrows an airway, or if fluid from a lung tumor builds up in the chest. Make a point of noticing when you feel winded or short of breath. If this symptom occurs after climbing the stairs to your house, bringing in groceries, or performing another task you could previously do without finding it hard to breathe, don’t ignore it. Pain in the Chest Area Lung cancer may produce pain in the chest, shoulder, or back area. This aching feeling may not be associated with coughing. Tell your doctor if you notice any type of chest pain, whether it is sharp, dull, constant, or comes and goes. You should also note whether it is confined to a specific area or is occurring throughout your chest. When lung cancer causes chest pain, the discomfort may result from enlarged lymph nodes or metastasis to the chest wall, pleura (lining around the lungs), or the ribs. Wheezing When airways become constricted, blocked, or inflamed, the lungs produce a wheezing or whistling sound when you breathe. Wheezing can be associated with multiple causes, some of which are benign and easily treatable. However, wheezing is also a lung cancer symptom, which is why it merits your doctor’s attention. If wheezing continues, don’t assume it’s asthma or allergies. Have your doctor confirm what’s causing it. Raspy, Hoarse Voice If you hear a significant change in your voice, or if someone else points out that your voice sounds deeper, hoarse, or raspier, get checked out by your doctor. Hoarseness can be caused by a simple cold, but this symptom becomes worrisome when it hangs on for more than two weeks. Hoarseness related to lung cancer can occur when the tumor affects the nerve that controls the larynx, or voice box. Drop in Weight An unexplained weight loss of 10 pounds or more may be associated with lung cancer or another type of cancer. When cancer is present, this weight drop may result from cancer cells using energy in the body. It could also result from shifts in the way the body uses food energy. Don’t write off a change in your weight if you haven’t been trying to shed pounds—it may be a clue to a change in your health. Bone Pain Lung cancer that has spread to the bones may produce pain in the back or in other areas of the body. This pain may worsen at night while resting on the back. Additionally, lung cancer is sometimes associated with shoulder, arm, or neck pain, although this is less common. Be attentive to your aches and pains, and discuss them with your doctor. Headache Headaches may be a sign that lung cancer has spread to the brain. However, not all headaches in people with lung cancer are associated with brain metastases. Sometimes, a lung tumor may create pressure on the superior vena cava, which is the large vein that moves blood from the upper body to the heart. This pressure can also trigger headaches. Talk with your doctor if your body shows these symptoms.

Hi, my name is Ada and I'm from San Diego, California. I've been with Dr. Lam's nutritional coaching office for four months now. I found out about Dr. Lam online searching for information about Adrenal Fatigue. Before the program I would always feel exhausted. Not just tired, exhausted. I had no energy really to even get dressed, go to work, take care of my household responsibilities. I was irritable, constipated, up until 1 AM, I couldn't even get to sleep at night, when I would have to get up early in the morning, and try to make it through the day. Most of the time unsuccessful, had to be laying down resting. Since doing the program, I have energy now. I can more easily get up, I go to bed, I can sleep at night. I even have energy to get dressed sometimes in the morning to work. I work from home, a lot of the times I would just get up and go and work in my pajamas. Now I'm able to get dressed, put makeup on, do a morning routine. Learning to pace myself. I can take walks now, sometimes 10 or 20 minutes a day depending on how I feel. I'm not missing work as much, as I've said. I have more energy to spend time with my family and to do my household responsibilities. I highly recommend Dr. Lam's nutritional coaching office for anyone suffering from fatigue. Especially people that have been having prolonged fatigue and maybe have been tested for other things, and nothing has been found. I myself had many tests done. I was diagnosed with lupus and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Both of those things I was told was under control even after many times I kept going to the doctor, telling them that I did not feel good. They did do everything within their power and knowledge, within their realm of knowledge to help me but it just didn't work. So once online searching for answers as well I found Dr. Lam and I finally decided to call. And I'm grateful that I did because it's really made a difference in the way that I feel, in the quality of my life, and I would recommend it to anyone. http://www.drlam.com/index.php

5 Colon Cancer Symptoms that are Easy to Overlook Colon and rectall cancer, together known as colorectall cancers, are the third most common type of cancer in men and women, resulting in nearly 50,000 deaths per year. Colon cancer is more common than people might think, which can cause the warning signs to be overlooked. The signs and symptoms of colorectall cancer depend on the location of the cancer, how advanced it is and how it affects the organs and tissue. One sign or symptom alone may not be enough to determine the cause, but if several symptoms are present, a doctor can get a better idea of the potential cause. At times, symptoms of colorectall cancer may not show up until the cancer has advanced. Because symptoms can go unnoticed during the early stages of the disease, guidelines recommend colon cancer screenings begin at age 50. Statistics show that regular screenings could prevent over 60 percent of deaths from colon cancer. 1. Unexplained Weight Loss Sudden weight loss is often a symptom of several types of cancer, including colon cancer. Unintentional weight loss is the loss of 10 pounds or more in six months or less without knowing the reason. Colorectall cancer can lead to unexplained weight loss in a variety of ways. Cancer cells use up a lot of the body’s energy supply, and the immune system also uses energy as it works hard to fight the disease. Cancer cells can release substances into the body that change the way food is converted to energy, which can cause weight loss. Additionally, if a tumor in the colon gets large enough, it could block the colon. This blockage can affect a person’s bowell habits, which can then lead to unexplained weight loss. 2. Fatigue and Weakness It can be easy to confuse fatigue with simply being tired. Between work and personal obligations, everyone can feel run down at times. If the exhaustion does not go away with rest, it could be fatigue. In addition to colorectall cancer, fatigue and weakness could also be symptoms of diabetes, anemia and heart disease. Fatigue Causes Similar to unexplained weight loss, cancer cells can cause fatigue as they use up the body’s energy. Sometimes colon cancer can cause fatigue due to internal blood loss from the disease. In many cases, the symptoms of colon cancer are connected. Other colon cancer symptoms, such as unintentional weight loss and a change in bowell habits, can increase the feeling of weakness. Fatigue Symptoms Fatigue is typically a symptom of an underlying condition. Fatigue is a constant state of weakness and exhaustion with no apparent cause. If you feel what could be fatigue, it’s important to visit your doctor to determine the cause. 3. Abdominal Cramps Many people have abdominal pain at some point in their lives, and like many symptoms, it can seem minor. It is a common symptom of noncancerous conditions, such as hemorrhoids and irritable bowell syndrome. However, abdominal pain that began recently and is severe and long-lasting can be a sign of cancer. Colon cancer occurs in the large intestine, which can affect bowell habits. This change in bowell habits can lead to cramping, bloating and abdominal pain and could be an indicator of colon cancer. 4. Blood in Stool A warning sign for colon or rectall cancer is blood in the stool. Sometimes you may notice bright red spots, and other times it may not be visible to the nakedd eye. The severity of symptoms depends on the advancement and location of the disease. Stool could also appear very dark or black, signifying the presence of dried blood. If you see any sign of blood in your stool, you should consult your doctor. A fecall occult test can detect whether there is blood in the stool, and additional examinations can help your doctor determine the source of the blood and the proper course of treatment. 5. Change in Bowell Habits A colon polyp, a small clump of cells on the lining of the colon, can develop into cancer over time. Once the polyp turns into cancer, the slow growth of the tumor often affects bowell habits, which can produce symptoms. If you’ve noticed your stool becoming thinner or a change in the frequency of bowell movements, it could be a sign of colorectall cancer. 9 subtle signs of cancer you should never ignore 1. Unexplained weight loss Dropping a dress size might seem like good news at first, but if you haven’t made any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, it could be a sign that something is wrong. “Many different cancers cause weight loss,” says Dr Clare Morrison, speaking on behalf of MedExpress (medexpress.co.uk). “This is because tumours use up a lot of energy and nutrition as they grow.” Small fluctuations in weight are normal, and it’s not uncommon for a noticeable change in your size to happen after a stressful event – but unexplained significant weight loss should never be ignored. “Many people with cancer experience weight loss at some point, but it occurs most often with cancers of the stomach, oesophagus, pancreas or lung,” says Dr Tim Woodman, medical director at Bupa UK (bupa.co.uk). If you’re struggling to put any lost weight back on, speak to your GP, as they will be able to rule out any serious illnesses. 2. Ongoing tiredness We all have those days where we can’t seem to keep our eyes open at our desk, and if your lifestyle is particularly demanding and you’re not getting enough sleep, then it stands to reason that you’re going to feel tired. But unusual exhaustion that’s been going on for a while, could be due to something else going on beneath the surface. “Fatigue can be an early sign of cancer; a continuous feeling of exhaustion that doesn’t get better even after you rest,” says Dr Jan Schaefer, chief medical officer at Medigo (medigo.com). “This a symptom that is relatively easy to miss, especially if you lead a busy lifestyle.” Often, fatigue occurs in the early stages of cancer because of blood loss in the body. “Cancers of the digestive tract tend to cause internal bleeding,” says Dr Morrison. “While the blood loss may be too subtle to notice in one’s faeces, it may gradually lead to anaemia. The first sign of this may be fatigue and exhaustion, as well as shortness of breath, palpitations and ankle swelling.” 3. Unexplained or irregular bleeding Both women and men can experience this, explains Dr Schaefer. “If a woman bleeds 12 months after menopause, it’s a worrying sign – no matter if the bleeding is light or not – as it could signify cervical or endometrial cancer.” Irregular periods and bleeding between cycles, or after sex, can also be a cause for concern in younger women, but this could also be indicative of other health problems or hormonal fluctuations. As before, it’s always best to go and see your doctor as soon as possible, and let them decide if further investigations are needed. Additionally, rectal bleeding shouldn’t be ignored. “While it’s most commonly linked to a haemorrhoid, rectal bleeding with dark blood should be enough of a concern to make a trip to the GP,” adds Dr Schaefer. 4. Swelling in the neck Medical advice says that we should regularly check our breasts and testicles for any errant lumps or bumps, but your neck could also be a key indicator of cancerous cells. “Many patients don’t realise the significance of a persistent neck lump, and leave it too long before seeing a doctor,” warns Dr Morrison. “It is a worrying symptom, as it can signify a tumour anywhere in the head or neck, including cancer of the mouth, throat, ear, sinuses, larynx [voice box] or thyroid.” She explains that neck growths can also be a sign of blood cancer and lymphoma: “Neck swellings are common with viral infections, but these usually settle down within a couple of weeks. If a swelling persists for six weeks or more, they should be examined by a specialist.” 5. Mouth ulcers that don’t heal A mouth ulcer is a pretty run-of-the-mill complaint, which should clear up on its own within a week or two. If an ulcer’s causing discomfort for more than three weeks however, or you’re getting lots of stubborn ulcers, it could be a sign of something more serious going on. “Many of us experience mouth ulcers when we’re a bit run down and our immune system is weakened,” says Dr Schaefer. “The lining of the mouth renews itself every two weeks, which usually helps any ulcers heal themselves. So if you’re experiencing persistent ulcers for over three weeks, make sure to seek medical advice.” 6. Persistent bloating 7. Changes to bowel habits 8. Non-healing skin blemishes 9. 9 HIV symptoms every woman needs to know Left untreated, HIV can progress to AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), which can make you even more susceptible to severe illnesses and eventually lead to death. The only way to really know whether you have HIV is to get tested (which you should be doing at least once a year if you’re sexually active and have unprotected sex). Still, it’s helpful to be aware of these HIV symptoms in women: 1. You have a fever and chills. A low-grade fever -99.5 to 101 F-accompanied by chills is one of the more common HIV symptoms you might notice. “Your body is trying to fight a foreign body that isn’t supposed to be there, in this case ineffectively,” says Horberg. While raising your body temperature does actually kill some weaker viruses, like the flu, it’s not enough to wipe out HIV. The fever usually lasts for a week or two, but it can pop up for just a day. “If there’s any chance you could have been infected, get tested,” Horberg adds. 2. You’re always waking up with night sweats. Getting damp on a muggy night without air conditioning is definitely not the same as night sweats, which result in puddles of sweat that’ll make you want to change your sheets. “The body is trying to release off toxins,” says Horberg. Although HIV can cause night sweats, plenty of other potential culprits do as well, including menopause, mononucleosis, and cancers like lymphoma and leukemia, says Horberg. So if you’re soaking your sheets over the course of a few nights, definitely check in with your doctor. 3. You’re breaking out in a rash. Some people who experience HIV symptoms notice a light red rash all over their bodies, including their arms, torso, and legs-although it can appear in just one or two spots. “It’s a general redness, not discrete red bumps. If you’ve ever had a drug reaction rash, it’s similar to that,” says Horberg. It usually lasts at least a week, and most patients say it’s not itchy; it’s a reaction to fever along with your body’s natural inflammation response as it fights off infection. 4. Your throat is so sore. An inflammatory response to a serious viral infection can also cause your throat to become inflamed, making it hard to swallow. But, unlike strep, your doctor won’t spot patches of white, just redness and inflammation like you’d get with a cold. “Lots of viruses effect your throat,” says Horberg; but if you’re concerned about HIV, it’s best to see a doctor about this one. 5. You feel sleepy and achy all over. You might feel generally uncomfortable (and really fatigued) for at least a week after you’re first infected with HIV, says Horberg. It’s an unrelenting exhaustion-even going to work or just sticking to your daily routine will be a chore. “Everything hurts. It’s hard to move, and you just can’t make yourself comfortable,” says Horberg. “Your body is fighting the HIV virus, and it’s tired.” 6. Your neck-and armpits, and groin-are swollen. Your lymph nodes-located in your neck, armpits, and groin-manufacture infection-fighting cells, and they’re working overtime at the same time they’re under direct attack from HIV. That’s why over a third of people who’ve been exposed to the virus notice these glands appear bigger than normal, explains Horberg. If you feel several swollen lymph nodes in different locations, it’s definitely a symptom to check with your doctor stat. Daily News @ http://RevolutionNews.US ~ Hemp Oil Dosage Information... It takes the average person about 90 days to ingest the full 60 gram treatment. I suggest that people start with 3 doses per day about half the size of a grain of dry rice. A dose such as this would equal about ¼ of a drop. After four days at this dosage, increase your doses every four days until you are at the point where you are ingesting about 1 gram in 24 hours, so each dose should equal 1/3 of a gram. It takes the average person about 5 weeks to get to the point where they can ingest a gram per day. Once they reach this dosage they can continue at this rate until the cancer disappears. A gram is just slightly less than 1ml. By using this method it allows the body to build up its tolerance slowly, in fact, I have many reports from people who took the oil treatment and never got 'high'. We all have different tolerances for any medication. Your size and body weight have little to do with your tolerance for hemp oil. Be aware when commencing treatment with hemp oil that it will lower your blood pressure, so if you are currently taking blood pressure medication, it is very likely that you will no longer need it. When people are taking the oil, I like to see them stay within their comfort zone, but the truth is, the faster you take the oil the better the chance of surviving. At the end of their treatment most people continue taking the oil but at a much reduced rate. 6 to 12 grams a year would be a good maintenance dose. I do not like to see people overdosing on the oil, but an overdose does no harm. The main side effect of this medication is sleep and rest which plays an important role in the healing process. Usually, within an hour or so of taking a dose, the oil is telling you to lay down and relax. Don't fight the sleepy feeling, just lay down and go with it. Usually within a month, the daytime tiredness associated with this treatment fades away but the patient continues to sleep very well at night. The only time I would recommend that people start out with larger doses would be to get off addictive and dangerous pain medications. When people who are using such medications begin the oil treatment, they usually cut their pain medications in half. The object is to take enough oil to take care of the pain and to help the patient get off these dangerous pharmaceutical drugs. Taking the oil makes it much easier for the patient to get off these addictive chemicals. I simply tell people the oil will do one of two things; it will either cure your cancer or in cases where it is too late to affect a cure, the oil will ease their way out and they can at least die with dignity. Hemp oil has a very high success rate in the treatment of cancer, unfortunately many people who come to me have been badly damaged by the medical system with their chemo and radiation etc. The damage such treatments cause have a lasting effect and people who have suffered the effects of such treatments are the hardest to cure. It should also be mentioned that the oil rejuvenates vital organs like the pancreas. Many diabetics who have taken the oil find that after about six weeks on the oil that they no longer require insulin since their pancreas is again doing its job. Properly made hemp medicine is the greatest healer on this planet bar none. Once you experience what this medication can do you will understand why history and I call hemp medicine a cure all. Lung Cancer Signs - 10 Common Warning Signs of Lung Cancer Lung cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer, claiming the lives of more than a million people every year. Despite these worrying numbers, lung cancer is not necessarily a death sentence if you catch it early enough. The problem is that most people aren’t aware of the early symptoms, which could potentially save lives. In this guide, we will review the ten most common early symptoms of lung cancer, that everyone should know. 1. Chronic Cough If you’re coughing so often that you’re now hoarse, and the coughing still won’t stop, it may be a warning sign. Many of us will associate the coughing initially with a recent cold or seasonal allergies, but if your cough has been going on for eight or more weeks, consult with your physician. Patients report the cough worsens at night, making it harder to sleep. So, if this is the case with you it could be an early indicator. 2. Quick, Unexplained Weight Loss Western society tends to celebrate weight loss, which is the result of the high obesity rates and the subsequent heart diseases they entail. As nice as it may be to shed those extra pounds, if you’re not actively trying to lose weight (either by exercising or by dieting), yet it seems to be dropping nonetheless, you may want to contact your doctor. The cause of this unexpected weight loss is that your body knows that there is a tumor growing inside, and it is burning all of its energy reserves trying to fight it. 3. Labored Breathing Suffering from shortness of breath or wheezing isn’t necessarily an indicator of lung cancer, so most people will not associate these symptoms with this disease. However, if these symptoms appear all of a sudden, even during activities that you used to do with ease, it may serve as a warning sign. It is advisable to get checked by your physician, particularly if you have a history of lung cancer in your family, or if you are a smoker. 4. Pains in Your Hands and Fingers If you’re feeling tired and your fingers are hurting, it can be an early warning sign of cancer. If the skin on your palms is getting thick, and you notice the appearance of white or pale folds, you might be experiencing a condition called “tripe palm”, placing you within a high-risk group for cancer. 5. Chest Pains If you’re experiencing pain while laughing, coughing, or lifting something, it might very well be a significant warning sign, particularly if the pain is persistent. The pain is caused by tumors that are growing inside your lungs, pressing against the surrounding tissues. In addition, lung cancer tends to spread to the bones. So if your chest pains are accompanied by bone pains (especially in the back or hips), contact your physician immediately! 6. Unexplained Mood Swings Sudden, unexplained irritability is often a sign of cancer, but most patients and doctors don’t make the connection right away. If you’re experiencing sudden bouts of irritability or anger, followed by depression or exhaustion that is accompanied by other symptoms on this list - you ought to make a doctor’s appointment as soon as possible. 7. Blood in Your Phlegm If you notice blood in your phlegm, it is never a good sign, and even just small spots can spell trouble. While bloody phlegm doesn’t automatically indicate lung cancer, it’s still a warning sign, so don’t wait to have it looked at, particularly if you’re coughing up large amounts of blood, or the bleeding doesn’t stop. 8. Irregularities in Breast Tissues Men suffering from lung cancer can experience development of breasts, as the cancer forces the body to release hormones it wouldn’t normally secrete. Change in the breasts will take place over a period of a few weeks to a few months. Do not ignore such changes and make it a priority to consult with your family doctor. 9. Pain in the Shoulders You may think it’s irrelevant, but chronic shoulder pain can sometimes be the result of a tumor that is pressuring the nerves in the armpit, leading to tingling sensations, aches, and shooting pains from the shoulder and down the arms. This sign is more common in later stages of the cancer, when the tumor is already very large. You may also feel pain in the ribs near the armpit, swelling of the lymph nodes and face, and general aches in your body. 10. Repeated Infections If you’re suffering from recurring infections, such as pneumonia or bronchitis, in addition to other infections, particularly of the airways, know that it is closely associated with lung cancer. These chronic infections are caused by the body’s immune system being weakened from battling tumors.

14 Early Leukemia Symptoms You Shouldn’t Ignore At All Costs! Recognizing early leukemia symptoms could save your life! Look at them and notice them on time, and of course, seek medical assistance right away! Leukemia is a disease of the blood by which the bone marrow produces abnormal white blood cells called leukemia blast cells or leukemia cells. These cells divide by reproducing themselves, which causes a neoplastic proliferation of altered cells that do not die when they age or are damaged, so they accumulate and are displaced to normal cells. This decrease in healthy cells can cause difficulties in the transport of oxygen to tissues, in the healing of infections or in the control of bleeding. It is therefore crucial to know how early leukemia symptoms manifest and pay close attention to them. Early leukemia symptoms. 1. Fatigue and weakness. These are also the symptoms of anemia, not production of red blood cells. You may feel a little tired, but sometimes the attacks of tiredness can be more severe. 2. Breathing problems. Frequent breathlessness is another early leukemia sign. Patients begin to pant when they walk or talk. Sometimes, moving from one place to another inside their home can be a difficult task for them. 3. Injury for no apparent reason. Bruises may appear for no reason. Sometimes a slight blow is enough to produce a large hematoma. They are caused by a lack of thrombocytes. Almost always, bruises appear on the legs and arms. 4. Unusual bleeding. Frequent nosebleeds, gums, and other organs can also be symptoms of leukemia. 5.Petechiae (cutaneous vascular effusions). Generally, they are due to the fragility of the capillaries of the skin. Each time these small vessels are broken, a small amount of blood is lost, creating red spots on the skin 6. Inflammation of gums. Doctors first look for this symptom when they suspect leukemia. You may feel discomfort and laxity in the gums, so you may also find these early leukemia symptoms. 7. Full and swollen stomach. Doctors call this “quick satiety”. Inflammation of your stomach makes you feel as if you have eaten too much. 8.Discomfort and pain in the left side of the upper part of the stomach. Inflammation of the spleen can cause discomfort or even severe pain in the stomach. You should not bear this pain, since the spleen can be the cause of the death of the patient. 9.High fever. A quarter of all leukemia patients have this symptom. In addition, fever (around 37 ° C) is a sign of infection and a weakened immune system. 10. Night sweats. A sign of many diseases is the abundant nocturnal sweating. So, if you’ve been sweating a lot while you sleep lately, check with your doctor as soon as possible. 11. Migraines. Acute headaches are a very common but very dangerous symptom of leukemia. They can be associated with anemia or even with a lethal stroke. 12. Paleness. Drowsiness, weakness and lack of appetite and becoming unnaturally pale are also early leukemia signs. 13. Discomfort in the bone system. The onset of leukemia is in the bone marrow. So, if you feel anything, from light to sharp, severe pain, consult the doctor. 14.Inflamed lymph nodes. Check your body: armpits, neck and groin areas looking for painless but rarely inflamed lymph nodes. Your glands and tonsils may swell and shrink when you have an infection, but if they continue to grow, it may be the symptom of lymphoma or leukemia. Do not be alarmed if you have found that you have some of these symptoms shown. These are the symptoms of a weak immune system and other diseases. However, we advise that you perform a complete check, since any disease is easier to prevent than to have to treat it. Symptoms There is no clear-cut list of possible symptoms for cancer. The following are symptoms that may indicate cancer. If you are concerned about symptoms, ask for advice from your GP or the nurse in your local surgery. Prolonged coughing - Coughing or hoarseness that lasts more than three weeks could be caused by one of the cancers of the head and neck. Ongoing indigestion or swallowing problems - Indigestion that will not go away or keeps coming back, or swallowing problems, could indicate cancer of the oesophagus, stomach or throat. Unexplained tiredness - Feeling very tired is often a key factor in many cancers. Unexplained weight loss - Most people with cancer will experience weight loss at some point. Unexplained weight loss may be the first sign of cancer. Some possible causes of cancer of the oesophagus Reflux - Barrett's oesophagus occurs primarily as a result of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease where refluxed gastric contents give rise to reflux oesophagitis. Very rarely, BO can also arise following ingestion of corrosive chemicals such as caustic acid or alkali, a condition referred to as corrosive oesophagitis. Why BO develops in some patients with severe oesophagitis and not in others remains to be determined but there may be a genetic predisposition in some individuals. Food - Nitrates form part of our normal diet and are found in pickled and unpickled vegetables, cured meats, fish, and various alcoholic drinks. Lettuce, spinach, celery and beetroot have relatively high concentrations of nitrate, while potatoes and cabbage contain moderate levels. The nitrate concentration in vegetables is rising. This has been attributed to the vast increase in use of artificial nitrogen-containing fertilizers that have been employed by intensive farming practices over the past 30 to 40 years. These observations are interesting with respect to the rising incidence of gastro-intestinal cancers. It would seem unfortunate yet possible that eating a diet rich in nitrate-laden vegetables and fruit containing vitamin C may increase the risk of developing these cancers. However, good oral hygiene may help protect against nitrates - the use of antibacterial mouthwashes containing chlorhexidine will result in less nitrite entering the stomach. Many foods, including chocolate, high-fat foods, essence of peppermint and caffeine, have been shown to decrease lower oesophageal sphincter pressure. By avoiding such foods, as well as moderating the size of each meal, the severity of GORD could be reduced. Patients should also avoid lying flat after meals and not eat within 3 hours of bedtime. Chewing gum or sucking an oral lozenge after meals will prolong salivation and should aid acid clearance from the oesophagus. Smoking - Smoking is a well-recognised risk factor in a large number of cancers, particularly those of the lung, pharynx, larynx and oesophagus. Cigarette smoke and other tobacco products contain a large selection of highly carcinogenic compounds, but due to the delayed effect of cigarette smoking on cancer, it may take another 20 to 30 years before the relationship between oesophageal cancer and smoking can be assessed. Alcohol - Like smoking, alcohol is known to decrease the pressure of the lower oesophageal sphincter. Alcohol is also a source of ingested nitrates. Excessive alcohol consumption is a known gastric irritant that predisposes to reflux. The toxic nature of alcohol has also been proposed to damage the gastric and oesophageal tissues directly. Obesity - Being overweight has been linked to oesophageal adenocarcinoma. Indeed obesity was found to be an independent risk factor for oesophageal adenocarcinoma. In order to minimise strain-induced reflux, overweight individuals should avoid tight-fitting clothing, stop smoking, reduce the size of each meal and most importantly lose weight.

Signs and Symptoms of Fibromyalgia,....: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNrjXC3jMfI Subcribe my chanel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYWEoxZsBePnM-qQ3b5Ew9g?sub_confirmation=1 6 Skin Cancer Symptoms That are More Than Skin Deep When you think of skin cancer, you probably picture telltale lesions on the skin of a patient (which aren’t always cancerous, by the way). However, those with skin cancer may experience a host of other health problems that might not be obvious to them or a medical professional without an exam. Cancer is cancer – meaning although each type tends to affect a certain organ first (in this case the skin), it can affect your overall well-being. Here are six symptoms that may be related to skin cancer, especially if you have physical signs like sores or lumps – but get checked out by a doctor either way… 1. Swollen Liver This is one you can’t see from the outside, but is associated with melanoma, a type of skin cancer (it’s often referred to as metastatic melanoma if it has moved to other locations in your body). Sources point out this can lead to pain, which will prompt you to see a doctor to pinpoint the cause. However, there are a number of other causes of an enlarged liver including liver disease, hepatitis, and genetic conditions such as Wilson’s disease, explains the Mayo Clinic. 2. Trouble Breathing Skin cancer can affect the lungs, which can make it difficult for the patient to catch their breath in some cases. The American Cancer Society notes shortness of breath can be from a tumor, but also from cancer treatments, allergic reactions, or even stress. The society advises you to stay calm if you’re having trouble breathing, and to sit up or raise your body to a 45-degree angle. Take any medicines prescribed for breathing assistance, and try inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through tightened lips. If you can’t seem to regain normal breath, or you’re experiencing dizziness, call 911, it adds. 3. Itching or Numbness Cancer.net said some forms of skin cancer could spread along the nerves, leading to some unusual sensations in your skin (or no sensations at all). “If this happens, it can cause itching, pain, numbness, tingling, or a feeling like there is ants crawling under the skin,” notes the source. If you notice changes in your skin along with these sensations, then it’s important to consult a doctor, notes the source. It may be non-melanoma skin cancer, or it might be a completely unrelated health condition, it adds. 4. Fatigue This is another symptom that the American Cancer Society says is common to many cancers. Fatigue is not just being a bit tired from a long workday – it’s “extreme tiredness” that can impact how you function from day to day, notes the source. The reason cancers can cause you to feel very tired is because cancer cells may actually be using up energy intended for healthy cells, “or they may release substances that change the way the body makes energy from food,” it adds. 5. Lumps Under the Skin These particular lumps associated with skin cancer can’t be seen from the outside, but you (or a doctor) will be able to detect them in areas such as your groin, armpits, or neck, notes Prevention.com. This is not from skin cancer alone, but “may be an indication of skin cancer that has spread to your lymph nodes,” it adds. The source also suggests that your immune system may have healed the primary mole or lesion that’s a visible sign of skin cancer, even though the disease itself has spread. In fact, you may have never noticed the lesion to begin with before it disappeared, it adds. “A good rule of thumb: If you find a lump anywhere, see your doctor,” suggests the source. 6. Weight Loss Weight loss can be a symptom of almost any type of cancer, although WebMD specifically mentions pancreas, stomach, esophagus, or lung cancer as being related to losing pounds without explanation. It’s normal to have slight weight fluctuations, “But it’s not normal to lose 10 pounds or more without trying,” adds the source. Losing pounds will obviously register on the scale, but may not be obvious to onlookers that see you on a regular basis. Remember, unexplained weight loss is often not cancer – it can also be from stress or a thyroid issue (or a change of diet), notes the source. Diet and stress (or stomach cancer) can also lead to constant indigestion, which may lead you to eat a bit less.

Swollen lymph nodes (lymphadenopathy) are common. Cancer and infection can be causes for lymph node enlargement or inflammation (felt as pain). This can occur in the cervical (neck), epitrochlear (elbow), axillary (arm pit), and inguinal (groin) areas. Although lymph nodes are commonly referred to as glands, they are not true glands. http://utahtexans.com/ click on the link above for a free guide to shopping for dietary supplements. Nobody is exactly sure what causes cancer, but everyone agrees that it has something to do with a damaged cell. Instead of a cell dying and recreating itself like it normally does it starts to grow out of control, and create additional cancer cells. When the cancer cell enters the blood stream it can hitch a ride anywhere in the body and start to grow. Ultimately cancer causes death if not stopped. The bad news with brain cancer is that sometimes there will be no warning signs of this disease until someone dies. This is why it's a good idea to get routine medical checkups, which is the only guaranteed way to identify a problem and stop it from really causing mayhem. The first warning sign that a person has brain cancer is going to be pain like a headache. A person could experience some confusion, being clumsy with hand eye coordination, as well as with balancing. These signs are very similar to someone being intoxicated when they are not. Another common warning sign of brain cancer would be seizures and epilepsy. A seizure occurs when the brain sends out too much information to body parts and can involve a loss in conscious, which could be brief or it could take place for many minutes. Sometimes a person could be shaking so bad you think they were possessed by an evil spirit, and at other times it could be extremely mild like someone drank too much coffee. If you ever hear the term epilepsy that just refers to multiple seizures, which I'm sure can be very annoying. A few other signs of brain cancer could be sudden issues recalling names or faces as well as with concentration. Other problems could include vision difficulties, vomiting, and trouble with speaking, hearing as well as with emotional health. When I'm referring to emotional health this could involve being very irritable, moody, sad or a feeling of intoxication. The hardest decision is when a person should go see a medical professional about these symptoms. The best answer is that your body is smarter than you, and you should go with your first instinct. If you think for a second that some type of health problem could be serious, you should see a doctor immediately. One of the best things someone can do to prevent this horrible health problem would be to take a good multi-vitamin supplement. If someone is deficient in just one vitamin it could really increase the chance of cancer. Yes, a person can get vitamins from food, but the truth is that the food that we do eat does not have the vitamins and minerals like it did when our grandparents ate it. The next thing you can do would be to take a good omega 3 supplement. Omega 3 fats are incredibly important for the body and we can't create them. You can get them from seafood, but fish usually have mercury and contaminations that make them unhealthy. In your brain there are all these neurons and the protective coating on the neurons is made of omega 3. Without enough Omega 3 fats it's easier for these neurons to be damaged and this can harm the brain. Plus these healthy fats help with skin care, cardiovascular health, vision health and much more. Also someone can not do stupid stuff like smoke a lot of tobacco, eat trans fats, and another great idea would be to enhance the immune system to kill cancerous cells and there are many herbs that can do this. I do believe that one of the greatest inventions of society is supplements. Like almost every good thing there is a dark side to it. The main problem with dietary supplements is that in many countries It's not very difficult for companies to make crappy products and to sale them. Every year thousands of people get harmed from buying these supplements, which they think are helping them. What is even worse is that shopping for these products can be incredibly confusing. Due to this I actually searched really hard for all kinds of tips and advice when it comes to shopping for supplements. Then I put all these tips together in one guide that I really feel has a lot of value and can help a lot of people. It shares a bunch of warning signs that a product could be of low quality and can hurt people. It goes over how to identify a good product and just because it's more expensive that doesn't mean it's a superior quality. It helps to simplify herbal remedies; it talks about the job of governments regarding supplements and even provides some online resources. The best part about it is that it's completely free and you really should check it out. You can learn more about this free guide by clicking on the link http://utahtexans.com/.
