There are problems long term that can occur with drinking artificially make alkaline water - the neutralization of body acids (stomach, large intestines and urine). Drinking water on a regular basis is both important and essential to our health. Most use UV filters and RO purifiers to keep their water clean. Is Vitamin Water healthy? One way to find this out is to look at the ingredients and nutrition label. Vitamin Water nutrition information (per serving): Calories: 120 Protein: 0g Carbohydrates: 31g Fat: 0g In this example, the Vitamin Water contains 120 calories and 31 grams of sugar, in just one serving! In the morning! • As multivitamins contain both water and fat soluble vitamins, be sure to include some healthy fats with your meal for optimal absorption. -B-Complex vitamins - Taking B vitamins with breakfast helps to boost your metabolism and convert your food into energy, which can be used throughout the day. -Vitamin C- Vitamin C is best taken in the morning to support the immune system and boost energy levels. • Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that lasts only a few hours in the blood stream, so if your formula recommends more than 1 tablet per day, take it in divided doses with meals to get the full benefit. This video will help people who have a hard time keeping their water intake up as well as give your water a little boost with added vitamins, phytonutrients, and minerals. We are going to make delicious vitamin water, not the sugary fake stuff sold in the store. This version is healthy, delicious and really easy. In this video we are making a ginger lemon, a berrytastic, a cucumber mint and then last I'll make a quick clay water that I drink occasionally. ingredients that you will need: Water distilled, purified or alkaline mason jars of any size or glass water bottle Wooden spoon Blueberries Strawberries Blackberries Mint Cucumber Lemon Ginger When I say these are super quick and easy I mean it! Ginger Lemon Fill the jar with water Slice the lemon place in the water 3 inch chunk of peeled ginger and cut up. Mash with wooden spoon and place lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours for the flavors to release This is excellent to alkalize the body, and helps with any nausea Berrytastic 3-4 strawberries or more 10 blueberries 10 blackberries Slice the strawberries and place in jar of water along with blueberry and blackberries stir and mash a little with a wooden spoon. This gives your water a delicious light berry flavor and berries are packed with antioxidants Cucumber mint Slice cucumber 10 mint leaves Tear mint leaves and place in water place cucumber slices in water. This is a very hydrating and light and refreshing water. Clay water Bentonite clay has many uses. A high quality clay can be ingested to improve digestive health and also to help if you have a stomach bug. For this recipe, you need a high quality bentonite clay. I take one tablespoon and stir it into water and let it sit several hours or overnight allowing the clay to settle at the bottom. Pour the water off. And drink. That's it! VITAMINWATER Refresh With Vitaminwater Is Not A Good Option For Your Health. As the percentage of the clinically obese in America is higher than it has ever been and continues to rise, people are more and more seeking easy ways to better their health condition and obtain all the nutrients that they required. A convenient truth that has recently become more popular is that the liquids that people consume can be more responsible for weight regulation than the choice of food. This has given rise to vitamin water. The market for such a product has grown so much that Coca-Cola could not resist to get in on it. Creating a product that is bad for you is something that no one in their right mind would underestimate Coca-Cola from being able to create. In 2009 the non-profit Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) in allegiance with two law firms pursued a lawsuit against the top-dog beverage company to prohibit the claims that their vitamin water has a beneficial effect on a person’s eyes and joints and that overall it leads to better physical and mental health. Although health experts have publicly questioned the bogus claims of Vitamin Water for years, people mysteriously continue to pay good money for what is essentially sugary, flavored and colored water. The vitamins added are also the most synthetic and poorly absorbed. So why buy this poison instead of making your own natural and healthy version with real nutrients from living foods? One can only imagine the creators of the original vitamin water product meeting to hatch the idea for the next trendy “health” drink. “What if we take some plain water, add random vitamins to it, and blend in sugar and artificial flavors to make it taste good,” suggests the company’s top marketing guru. Why would someone pay money for water with vitamins, color, flavor and sugar in it when they could just take a vitamin pill and drink regular water without any calories? Why do we allow companies like Coca-Cola to tell us that drinking a bottle of sugar water with a few added water-soluble vitamins is a legitimate way to meet our nutritional needs?

Imagine the surprise when the scope shows something like this still remaining. It's actually a prescription tablet meant to break down and be taken up into the body. Instead you're flushing it down the toilet with barely the coating removed. If the supplements break down better there, then there is much more surface area of the supplement exposed to your digestive system as it passes through.
