12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged

04:55
12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

Causes of high blood pressure - Top 9 Causes Of High Blood Pressure Revealed

Click Here For The Best High Blood Pressure Supplement ►►https://bit.ly/2Kppypv Causes of high blood pressure - Top 9 Causes Of High Blood Pressure Revealed Causes of high blood pressure what causes high blood pressure (SOURCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfS74a_MSgg) Hey everybody it’s Sean White- health researcher at Natural Health Crusader. On today’s topic we’re going to reveal the top 9 causes of high blood pressure. Most people, especially doctors, try to lower blood pressure (hypertension) by using harmful prescription drugs. But as you may already know these prescription drugs are just loaded with negative side effects. And it’s really unfortunate because there are proven all-natural solutions that are safer and better than the blood pressure medications that doctors hand out like candy. 1.AGE One thing that many people don’t realize is that AGE is actually one of the BIGGEST factors when it comes to high blood pressure. It’s said that 32% of people aged 40-59 have hypertension, and that number climbs to a whopping 65% of people over the age of 60. So if you are over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. However it IS your responsibility to take steps in fixing it right away. 2.GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Not much can be done here, because you can’t change your genetics or who your family is. This is actually my own problem because I have a family history on both sides of hypertension, heart issues, and strokes. Under this video, you can see a link to a free guide on naturally lowering blood pressure levels. But if you do have any family history, you MUST take action today to help prevent any future complications from high blood pressure. 3.SMOKING Alright, well you already know smoking has NO health benefits and is a major cause of high blood pressure. So if you are a smoker… PLEASE STOP! Not much else can be said about this one. 4.ALCOHOL Now a little bit of alcohol is fine. Especially if it’s organic red wine. But alcohol is a toxin, acidic, and overall bad for your body. And if you are drinking every night- you will cause damage your arteries, liver, and heart over time. It can also lead to accelerated aging, disease, and all sorts of other stuff it’s just not good to be an alcoholic drinker. Drink in moderation and you’ll be better off. 5.OVERWEIGHT Now another factor is just being overweight. Similarly to smoking, being overweight has zero health benefits. And the older you get, the tougher it is to shed that unwanted fat. So try to keep your body moving, get regular exercise, and keep your weight in check if you want to lower your blood pressure. 6.SODIUM One factor that many people don’t take into account is sodium. Salt actually has many benefits. However regular table salt and salt found in processed packaged foods is very BAD for you. You want to look for natural salts such as Himalayan or Celtic sea salt. These natural salts in moderation can be good for you and actually help with lowering your blood pressure. 7.STRESS We all know stress is bad and causes strain on your body. However, since you can’t completely get rid of it, it’s important that you learn to MANAGE it better. 8.LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY Let’s face it… we sit WAY too much these days. Make it a priority to get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. 9.MEDICATION We talked about this earlier, but strangely enough - many heart medications can actually lead to MORE heart problems in the long run. If you want a more detailed guide on lowering your blood pressure quickly and naturally, I’ve put together a FREE guide that can help you do just that. 10 Warning Signs Your Heart Isn't Working Properly

09:25
How to Prevent Heart Disease. About 610,000 people die from heart disease each year in the U.S. alone. There are tons of factors that can cause a person to develop heart problems, but most of them come down to poor lifestyle choices. Your body gives you warning signs early on so that you can catch an illness in its early stages or even prevent it altogether and save your life. Here are 10 of the most common red flags that indicate bad heart health. #heartproblems #healthyheart #bodysigns A cough that won't quit 1:38 A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. For instance, a chronic cough that produces a pinkish bloody liquid is very common in people with heart failure. Despite what it sounds like, heart failure doesn't mean that the heart completely stops beating. It just means that a person’s heart isn’t pumping blood as well as it should be. As a result, the body doesn't get enough oxygen since it’s carried to all the tissues by the blood. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. The reason for that is built-up fluid around the liver and intestines that interferes with proper digestion. These symptoms are usually accompanied by abdominal pain, upset stomach, or feeling bloated. In fact, abdominal cramps that come and go in short spurts are extremely common right before a heart attack. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 Being naturally pale doesn’t necessarily mean you have a heart condition. But sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. Shock, which can be caused by any condition that prevents the blood in your body from circulating properly, is the main reason why people who are suffering from a heart attack or heart failure turn pale all of a sudden. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 Fatigue can be one of the main symptoms indicating an impending heart attack. Women are more likely to experience heart-related fatigue than men, with 70% of female heart attack patients reporting that they’d felt extremely tired before their episode. Physical or mental activity isn't the reason for such exhaustion, and it increases by the end of the day if it’s due to a failing heart. It’s really hard for this symptom to go unnoticed. Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower. Music: The 126ers - Darkness of My Sun Density & Time - City of Jewels https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS 10. Pain that spreads to the arm 1:01 9. A cough that won't quit 1:38 8. Swollen legs, ankles, and feet 2:25 7. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 6. Extreme levels of anxiety 3:47 5. Lightheadedness or fainting 4:26 4. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 3. Skin rashes or unusual spots 6:20 2. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 1. Increased perspiration 7:45 SUMMARY -If their heart isn’t working properly, a lot of men feel pain in their left arm, while women experience the same pain in either or both arms. -A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. -When your heart isn’t pumping enough blood through the body, fluid from your blood vessels leaks into surrounding tissues. Your lower extremities are the most affected simply due to gravity. -A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. -People who suffer from extreme anxiety from a very early age or most of their life are more prone to developing coronary heart disease. -Feeling lightheaded and experiencing temporary loss of consciousness, also known in the scientific community as “syncope”, is super common among heart patients. -Sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. -People with eczema were found to have a 48% chance of suffering from high blood pressure and a 29% possibility of having high cholesterol. -Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower before a heart attack. -People experience flu-like symptoms, have clammy skin, and sweat regardless of the air temperature or physical exertion. ► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. Alcoholic Hypoglycemia - Effects, Causes, Symptoms, and Treatment

02:14
Alcoholic Hypoglycemia - Effects, Causes, Symptoms, and Treatment What is Hypoglycemia? This is the opposite of Hyperglycemia; it is when you have chronic low levels of blood glucose. Causes include: Drinking too much alcohol Skipping meals or not eating enough at mealtime Overdosing on diabetes medication Overexertion What are the Symptoms of Hypoglycemia? Symptoms include: Hunger Nervousness and shakiness Perspiration Dizziness or light-headedness Sleepiness Confusion Difficulty speaking Feeling anxious or weakness Treatment for Hypoglycemia Some of the treatments for hypoglycemia include raising your blood sugar levels by eating glucose or simple carbohydrates. That means eating something like some raisins, regular soda (the sugary kind), some hard sweets or jellies, or even eating pure table sugar, honey, molasses, or maple/corn/golden syrup. You can then recheck your levels after a quarter hour, if they haven’t risen sufficiently, eat more. In more advanced cases, the patient will need an injection of glucagon, a hormone which will stimulate glucose release from the liver. Outlook The best way of dealing with the problem is early detection. You can better control the condition by eating a good diet, getting plenty of exercise, and reducing/eliminating alcohol. He always enjoyed drinking from 16 y/o and onward. He binge drank but never thought he had a problem. Further, he never saw himself not drinking because it was ingrained in his social behavior and life. In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro talks about how he quit drinking by accident. Alpha used to dip tobacco for 16 years. He was crazy addicted and ashamed. He decided to quit in 2010, and he knew he had to quit alcohol because it was a trigger to nicotine. He went from drinking 30 - 40 drinks a week to 10 drinks a year. He loves a bourbon every once in a while as well as wine at a nice dinner. He hasn't been drunk in a LONG time. Ultimately, he has a better respect for alcohol. The moment he stopped tobacco and alcohol everything has exponentially and astronomically changed. All of the sudden, all of the cloudiness dissipated, and it felt incredible! His life is 1,000xs better in every aspect. Changes for Alpha as a Result of Not Drinking 1. He stopped doing stupid things 2. He felt awesome every day when he woke up 3. His mind was so much clearer, and his senses were heightened 4. He became more creative due to not being clouded by a hang-over and not feeling good 5. His productivity sky-rocketed 6. He started making more money due to more focus & productivity (as well as not spending as much money as drinking is expensive!) 7. He looked better including his skin 8. Staying in shape was so much easier after quitting drinking (combine calories from alcohol with crappy food that typically goes along with drinking) 9. He was proud of himself rather than hating himself for being self-destructive 10. He is happier! All of the benefits to not drinking outweigh that beer / wine / bourbon. He wouldn't trade all the money in the world for all of this clarity and sobriety. It's remarkable.

How To Reduce High Blood Pressure Naturally | How To Prevent High Blood Pressure Naturally

How To Reduce Blood Pressure | How To Prevent Blood Pressure | How To Lower High Blood Pressure | Lifestyle | Diet Hey, guys! This weeks video is about high blood pressure and how you can prevent getting it with simple yet effective lifestyle changes. Healthcare professionals refer to high blood pressure as the silent killer and for a good reason! High blood pressure increases risks of many diseases and shortens your life significantly. WHAT IS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: Blood pressure is measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and is given as two figures: Systolic pressure – The pressure when your heart pushes blood out. Diastolic pressure – The pressure when your heart rests between beats. As a general guide: High blood pressure is considered to be 140/90mmHg or higher (or an average of 135/85mmHg at home) Ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg Low blood pressure is considered to be 90/60mmHg or lower. A blood pressure reading between 120/80mmHg and 140/90mmHg could mean you're at risk of developing high blood pressure if you don't take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. HOW TO PREVENT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure can often be prevented or reduced by eating healthily, maintaining a healthy weight, taking regular exercise, drinking alcohol in moderation and not smoking. SALT & DIET: Cut down on the amount of salt in your food and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. The NHS Eatwell Guide highlights the different types of food that make up our diet, and shows the proportions we should eat them in to have a well-balanced and healthy diet. Salt raises your blood pressure. The more salt you eat, the higher your blood pressure. Aim to eat less than 6g (0.2oz) of salt a day, which is about a teaspoonful. Eating a low-fat diet that includes lots of fibre – such as wholegrain rice, bread and pasta – and plenty of fruit and vegetables also helps lower blood pressure. Aim to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. Eatwell guide link: https://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Goodfood/Pages/the-eatwell-guide.aspx ALCOHOL INTAKE: Regularly drinking alcohol above recommended limits can raise your blood pressure over time. Staying within these recommended levels is the best way to reduce your risk of developing high blood pressure: Men and women are advised not to regularly drink more than 14 units a week. Spread your drinking over three days or more if you drink as much as 14 units a week. Find out how many units are in your favourite drink and get tips on cutting down: https://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/alcohol/Pages/alcohol-units.aspx GET ACTIVE & LOSE WEIGHT: Being active and taking regular exercise lowers blood pressure by keeping your heart and blood vessels in good condition. Regular exercise can also help you lose weight, which will also help lower your blood pressure. Adults should do at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity such as cycling or fast walking every week. CUT DOWN CAFFEINE: Drinking more than four cups of coffee a day may increase your blood pressure. If you're a big fan of coffee, tea or other caffeine-rich drinks, such as cola and some energy drinks, consider cutting down. STOP SMOKING: Smoking doesn't directly cause high blood pressure, but it puts you at much higher risk of a heart attack and stroke. Smoking, like high blood pressure, will cause your arteries to narrow. If you smoke and have high blood pressure, your arteries will narrow much more quickly, and your risk of heart or lung disease in the future is dramatically increased. SLEEP: Long-term sleep deprivation is associated with a rise in blood pressure and an increased risk of hypertension. It's a good idea to try to get at least six hours of sleep a night if you can. Low Potassium Symptoms – 10 Signs You Need More of It!

05:25
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to dietary supplements and herbal remedies! Today I'm going to share the main low potassium symptoms and what this substance really does to someone. When potassium was first discovered in the early 1800's one of its early uses was to create soap. Then it started to get used in creating fertilizer, glass, detergents, photography and it's in dietary supplements. When it comes to human health the uses for potassium are about as numerous as there are stars in the night sky. One of the massive ways the human body needs potassium is so that it can be used by muscles. This also includes the most important muscle we have and do you know what that is? It's the coronary heart. This means if a person doesn't get enough of this substance they may experience irregular heartbeats, chest pains and perhaps even a heart attack. Potassium has a role in ensuring muscles relax, so a few signs of a deficiency would be muscles that ache, cramp up and generally not feel very good. If left untreated a deficiency in this vitamin could lead to the breakdown of muscle tissues, which leads to a host of other problems like weight gain. Muscles burn more calories and that is why you don't want to lose them. Speaking of food you need muscles for that as well. If someone has problems getting enough potassium it could lead to constipation, diarrhea and stomach pains. There is one other area that muscles are needed so we can survive and do you know which area this is? The answer is the lungs. In severe cases of potassium deficiency lung paralysis can take place. These reasons alone should motivate you not to become deficient in this substance, but there are even more negative symptoms. Potassium works with sodium to control fluid build up in cells. If someone doesn't have enough potassium, fluid can build up in cells and this elevates blood pressure. High blood pressure can damage arteries leading to scarring that could make arteries more narrow, which restricts blood flow and increases the chance of a heart attack. Since cells need this substance this could lead to a number of other problems if they don't get it. These symptoms include fatigue, memory loss, nervous system problems and dizziness. Even someone's skin may also be affected which can include, dry skin, acne and blisters. To sum everything up the leading low potassium symptoms include muscle pains, digestive problems, irregular heart beats, chest pains, high blood pressure, fatigue, dizziness, memory loss and skin problems. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.

Blood Pressure Affected by Alcohol

02:05
A study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests there are long term effects with binge drinking and heavy alcohol consumption related to high blood pressure. Ian del Conde, Cardiovascular Specialist at Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute, says binge drinking is bad not only for the liver, which is probably the organ that is best known to be affected by alcohol but also by blood pressure. "You can actually have a very high blood pressure on a Saturday morning if you were binge drinking on Friday, so that's something we should really avoid", he explains.

→ 3 Things You Didn’t Know Can Cause Poor Blood Flow & Circulation

06:04
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets! ►►http://drsam.co/yt/30DaysSolution ======================================= 3 Things You Didn’t Know Can Cause Poor Blood Flow & Circulation ======================================= So today I’m going to quickly discuss 3, little-known causes of poor blood flow and circulation. 1 -- Binge Drinking Studies have shown that drinking a glass of alcohol (distilled spirits, wine, or beer) a day can help the heart function better. It also helps maintain balance and the right proportions of fat in the blood and helps lower your chances of developing blood clots and blocked arteries. However, science also reveals that more than two drinks of alcohol a day can harm the heart. How?... Large amounts of alcohol can affect how the heart works. If the heart isn’t pumping blood throughout your body effectively, other organs may suffer from lack of oxygen or nutrients. If the person drinking has clogged blood vessels, the heart has to work even harder. Studies1 on middle-aged and older people resulted in linking binge drinking to a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases like stroke, sudden cardiac death, and heart attack. Binge drinking may also lead to hardening of your arteries, which further increases your risk of cardiovascular disease. Obviously, binge drinking should be avoided in order to have a healthy blood circulation. Typically, binge drinking happens in groups. So try to limit the time you spend with your friends who tend to be binge drinkers. 2 -- Sitting For Too Long, Especially With Bad Posture While a brief period of sitting here and there is natural, long periods of sitting day-in and day-out can seriously impact your health and shorten your life. Excessive sitting is bad for your back and is one of the causes of poor circulation. Unfortunately, most of us are sitting even more than ever because of computers. And with prolonged sitting, comes negative damages to your organs The Heart – In a sitting position, blood flow slows down and muscles don’t burn enough fat, which permits fatty acids to clog in the heart much faster. The Pancreas – The body’s ability to properly respond to insulin is badly affected by just one day of prolonged sitting. This leads the pancreas to produce more insulin, and this cause low energy, fat again and diabetes. Colon Cancer – Excessive sitting may increase your risk of colon, breast, and endometrial cancers. So, how can you avoid sitting for too long? Set an alarm on your computer, watch or phone and stand up every 30-60 minutes. Move around, stretch, grab a glass of water or do something physical. If possible, go outside for a quick 10 minute walk. Instead of sitting and talking on your cell phone, walk around. There are no cords, so you have no limits. 3 -- High Intake Of Salt A high intake of sodium is a more common cause of poor circulation. For clarity, I’m referring to regular table salt or salt found in most packaged foods. Not so much with more “natural” salts such as Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt Sodium is a mineral and electrolyte that’s crucial for your body to function well. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention2, around 90% of sodium you get comes from salt. Sodium assists in controlling blood volume and blood pressure. However, your circulatory health may suffer if you get too much of it. A high sodium diet is linked to hypertension. According to the CDC, if sodium rises, blood pressure rises too. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2010 recommends you limit salt intake to less than 2,300 milligrams/day. You should not consume more than 1,500 milligrams daily if you’re over the age of 50, African-American, or have health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or chronic kidney disease. Processed foods and restaurant foods are full of salt. Don’t eat these foods and you’ll be able to avoid the majority of your salt intake. You can also add in potassium rich foods or supplements, to counteract and balance the sodium intake. What REALLY Causes High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)?

03:53
Give Dr. Berg a Review: http://bit.ly/DrBergReviewGoogle VIDEOS ON INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8h... Dr. Berg talks about the link between high blood pressure and insulin resistance. Insulin resistances, which is high insulin stiffens your arteries, disrupts the endothelial layer of your arteries, which start the hardening of the arteries as well as the cascade effect of cholesterol and calcium to accumulate in the arteries. High insulin (insulin resistance) creates inflammation in the arteries. This condition also causes sodium retention and a loss of potassium because insulin is necessary to allow this mineral in the cell. Diuretics also have a side-effect of causing insulin resistance. The treatment of hypertension is mainly medications because we are told that there is no cure, only treatment. The pathophysiology is in reality a disruption of the artery wall creating vasoconstriction, stiffness and less elasticity. The additional symptom of hypertension is headaches and a risk for stroke and heart attack. The home remedies involve actions to lower insulin - cutting out sugar, adding vegetables to get your potassium and even apple cider vinegar can help. 10 Tips Manage Your Blood Pressure With Out Using Pills

04:39
Hi Friends, Watch ► 10 Tips Manage Your Blood Pressure With Out Using Pills #Orangehealth #BloodPressure #HighBP : https://goo.gl/UnZvu8 What is the normal blood pressure range? What does my blood pressure mean? What is a dangerously high blood pressure? What is average blood pressure by age? 10 Tips to manage your BP without using Pills If you've been diagnosed with high blood pressure, you might be worried about taking medication to bring your numbers down. Lifestyle plays an important role in treating your high blood pressure. If you successfully control your blood pressure with a healthy lifestyle, you might avoid, delay or reduce the need for medication. Here are 10 lifestyle changes you can make to lower your blood pressure and keep it down. 1. Walk and exercise regularly Exercise is one of the best things you can do to lower high blood pressure. Regular exercise helps make your heart stronger and more efficient at pumping blood, which lowers the pressure in your arteries. In fact, 150 minutes of moderate exercise, such as walking, or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise, such as running, per week can help lower blood pressure and improve your heart health. 2. Reduce your sodium intake Salt intake is high around the world. In large part, this is due to processed and prepared foods. For this reason, many public health efforts are aimed at lowering salt in the food industry. In many studies, salt has been linked to high blood pressure and heart events, like a stroke. If you already have high blood pressure, it's worth cutting back your sodium intake to see if it makes a difference. 3. Eat more potassium-rich foods It helps your body get rid of sodium and ease pressure on your blood vessels. Modern diets have increased most people's sodium intake while decreasing potassium intake. To get a better balance of potassium to sodium in your diet, focus on eating fewer processed foods and fresher, whole foods. 4. Drink less alcohol Drinking alcohol can raise blood pressure. In fact, alcohol is linked to 16% of high blood pressure cases around the world. While some research has suggested that low-to-moderate amounts of alcohol may protect the heart, those benefits may be offset by negative effects. Drinking alcohol in any quantity may raise your blood pressure. Limit your drinking to no more than one drink a day for women, two for men. 5. Lose weight if you’re overweight If you’re overweight, losing even 5 to 10 pounds can reduce your blood pressure. Plus, you’ll lower your risk for other medical problems. 6. Cut back on sugar and refined carbohydrates Many scientific studies show that restricting sugar and refined carbohydrates can help you lose weight and lower your blood pressure. The low-carb diet lowered blood pressure by 4.5 mm Hg diastolic and 5.9 mm Hg systolic. The diet of low-fat plus the diet drug lowered blood pressure by only 0.4 mm Hg diastolic and 1.5 mm Hg systolic. 7. Eat less processed food Most of the extra salt in your diet comes from processed foods and foods from restaurants, not your salt shaker at home (17). Popular high-salt items include deli meats, canned soup, pizza, chips, and other processed snacks. Foods labeled “low-fat” are usually high in salt and sugar to compensate for the loss of fat. Fat is what gives food taste and makes you feel full. 8. Quit smoking Among the many reasons to quit smoking is that the habit is a strong risk factor for heart disease. Every puff of cigarette smoke causes a slight, temporary increase in blood pressure. The chemicals in tobacco are also known to damage blood vessels. 9. Eat berries Berries are full of more than just juicy flavor. They're also packed with polyphenols, natural plant compounds that are good for your heart. One small study had middle-aged people eat berries for eight weeks. 10. Try meditation or deep breathing While these two behaviors could also fall under "stress reduction techniques," meditation and deep breathing deserve specific mention. Both meditation and deep breathing are thought to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is engaged when the body relaxes, slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure. ================================= Thank you for watching Our videos For more –like-comment-share & subscribe ================================= DISCLAIMER: The information provided on this channel and its videos is for general purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. 5 Key Points You Should Remember If Have High Blood Pressure

Get it here: http://bloodpressure.healthywithleezoe.com 5 Key Points You Should Remember If Have High Blood Pressure Making healthful changes in your eating and exercise habits is an excellent first step to dealing with your high blood pressure. Your efforts will show results in just a few weeks. 1. Exercise regularly. Exercise is powerful medicine. Walking briskly for 30 minutes to 45 minutes, five or six days a week, can lower your blood pressure up to 10 points. We recommend combining an aerobic activity that you enjoy - such as walking, swimming, running or biking - with some type of resistance exercise, such as lifting light weights. 2. If you are overweight, lose weight. Excess weight raises blood pressure. You can lose pounds, if you need to, by cutting calories, increasing physical activity and eating proper foods. 3. Eat a healthy diet. Food is another powerful medicine. Whether or not you need to lose weight, eating well can improve your blood pressure. That means eating fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy oils (such as olive and canola), foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, tuna, walnuts and flaxseed, for example) and two or three servings daily of low-fat or nonfat dairy products. Researchers studying the effects of diet on high blood pressure created the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, or DASH diet. This also is a good diet to help with losing weight. 4. Limit your salt usage. A sudden jump in blood pressure may be a sign of salt-sensitive hypertension. Overall, about half of Americans with high blood pressure are sodium sensitive. Cutting the salt in your diet can result in anything from a small to a dramatic improvement in high blood pressure. 5. Drink alcohol moderately. Although moderate alcohol consumption does not reduce the risk of high blood pressure, it is associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism defines "moderate" consumption as an average of no more than two drinks per day for men and one drink per day for women. Drinking more than a moderate amount increases the risk of high blood pressure. Hypertension relates to rush of blood pressure in the arteries. Constant high blood pressure can lead to life-threatening complications like: • Heart attack • Stroke • Kidney failure • Eye damage • Arteriosclerosis, etc. Normally, systolic and diastolic blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm/Hg. However, when it shoots up to 149 mm/Hg and 90 mm/Hg or more, then it is referred to as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract. Diastolic reading refers to the pressure exerted on the artery walls between heartbeats as the heart relaxes. The most common symptoms of this condition are: • Severe headache • Shortness of breath • Nausea • Dizziness • Nosebleed • Palpitation However, many people do not experience the symptoms even when the blood pressure readings are alarmingly high. Hypertension cannot be attributed to one single factor. It can be caused by a combination of factors such as: • Smoking • Alcoholism • High-salt diet • Lack of exercise • Stress • Obesity • Genetics • Increasing age • Chronic kidney disease • Pregnancy • Adrenal diseases • Certain medications, antidepressants, decongestants, oral contraceptives, etc. But don't lose heart. To keep the 'silent killer' at bay, some simple home remedies can be of use to you: Home Remedy 1 • Take a cup of warm water. • Squeeze half a lemon in it. To reduce sourness, you can add honey. • Mix it well. • Drink this on empty stomach, regularly. Home Remedy 2 • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). • Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening. • If you do not have poppy seeds, just add ground watermelon seeds in warm water and steep for half an hour. Strain the solution and drink it. Home Remedy 3 • Have 1-2 crushed garlic cloves daily. • If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Tips • Include watermelons and bananas in your diet. • Coconut water is also good for high blood pressure and nausea. • Have oats. • Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. • Reduce salt intake. To avoid salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices, even lemon.

Modern diets have increased the sodium intake of most people while decreasing the intake of potassium. BLOOD PRESSURE | LOW BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI

06:37
BLOOD PRESSURE | LOW BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI Low Blood Pressure When person’s Systolic pressure falls below normal then blood pressure also falls and when blood pressure falls below normal, less blood circulates to the vital organs of the body like heart, lungs and liver. This is referred as low blood pressure. The heart, which pumps blood into arteries, generates blood pressure; but less blood is supplied to the heart when a person is suffering from Low Blood Pressure leading to less amount of blood supply to all the parts of the body. When less blood is supplied to the important parts of the body kidney, lungs and brain they will not function normally and they might be temporarily or permanently damaged. The good news for people suffering from Low Blood pressure is that they tend to live longer than the people suffering from high or even normal blood pressure. Low Blood Pressure Symptoms: Most of the people with lower blood pressure don’t have any sudden symptoms. Some of the symptoms that can be taken into account are as follow: Patient feels lazy and weak. Light headache and temporary blindness Panic attacks Sudden change in heart beats and finding hard to breath Feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or even faint as less oxygen and nutrients and oxygen is supplied to brain as a result it stops responding. Suddenly standing up while sitting or lying. A sudden shock and this is also a most threatening symptom. Shock occurs because persistently low blood pressure causes organs to fail rapidly. Low Blood Pressure Causes: There are many causes of low blood pressure some of them are listed below. When sugar levels of a diabetes patient rises then blood pressure falls down to a critical point. Dehydration is the major cause of low blood pressure. Patients suffering from diseases like diarrhea and vomiting are likely to suffer from Low Blood Pressure as a lot of water is lost in diarrhea and vomiting. Bleeding also drops down the blood pressure level of the body. Weak heart muscle cause heart to pump the blood with less pressure thus it results in low blood pressure. A slow heart rate can also decrease the amount of the blood pumped by the heart. Excessive usage of alcohol also drops down the blood pressure of the body. Low Blood Pressure Cures: The best way to cure the Low Blood Pressure is to find the root cause of low blood pressure. It is always useful to consult the doctor but here we will mention little measure that can be taken into account. Drink as much water as possible because if low blood pressure is caused be dehydration then its only cure is to drink a lot water to pull the body back to the normal water level. Salt can also be used but don’t use it excessively because it can also increase the blood pressure. Eating food full of vitamins and proteins is also helpful. 10 Ways to Control High Blood Pressure Without Medication. Cure HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Naturally! By making these 10 lifestyle changes, can lower your blood pressure, reduce your risk of heart disease. If you've been diagnosed with high blood pressure, you might be worried about taking medication to bring your numbers down. Lifestyle plays an important role in treating your high blood pressure. If you successfully control your blood pressure with a healthy lifestyle, you might avoid, delay or reduce the need for medication. Here are 10 lifestyle changes can make to lower your blood pressure and keep it down. 1. Lose extra pounds and watch your waistline Blood pressure often increases as weight increases. Being overweight also can cause disrupted breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea), which further raises your blood pressure. Weight loss is one of the most effective lifestyle changes for controlling blood pressure. Losing just 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms) can help reduce your blood pressure. Besides shedding pounds, you generally should also keep an eye on your waistline. Carrying too much weight around your waist can put you at greater risk of high blood pressure. In general: Men are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 40 inches (102 centimeters). Women are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 35 inches (89 centimeters). These numbers vary among ethnic groups. Ask your doctor about a healthy waist measurement for you. 2. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity at least 30 minutes most days of the week can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again. If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. The best types of exercise for lowering blood pressure include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing. Strength training also can help reduce blood pressure. Talk to your doctor about developing an exercise program. 3. Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet. It isn't easy to change your eating habits, but with these tips, you can adopt a healthy diet: Keep a food diary. Writing down what you eat, even for just a week, can shed surprising light on your true eating habits. Monitor what you eat, how much, when and why. Consider boosting potassium. Potassium can lessen the effects of sodium on blood pressure. The best source of potassium is food, such as fruits and vegetables, rather than supplements. Talk to your doctor about the potassium level that's best for you. Be a smart shopper. Read food labels when you shop and stick to your healthy-eating plan when you're dining out, too. 4. Reduce sodium in your diet Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 mm Hg. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams (mg) a day or less. However, a lower sodium intake — 1,500 mg a day or less — is appropriate for people with greater salt sensitivity, including: African-Americans Anyone age 51 or older Anyone diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease To decrease sodium in your diet, consider these tips: Read food labels. If possible, choose low-sodium alternatives of the foods and beverages you normally buy. Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing. Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food. Ease into it. If you don't feel you can drastically reduce the sodium in your diet suddenly, cut back gradually. Your palate will adjust over time. 5. Limit the amount of alcohol you drink Alcohol can be both good and bad for your health. In small amounts, it can potentially lower your blood pressure by 2 to 4 mm Hg. But that protective effect is lost if you drink too much alcohol — generally more than one drink a day for women and for men older than age 65, or more than two a day for men age 65 and younger. One drink equals 12 ounces of beer, five ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. Drinking more than moderate amounts of alcohol can actually raise blood pressure by several points. It can also reduce the effectiveness of blood pressure medications. 6. Quit smoking Each cigarette you smoke increases your blood pressure for many minutes after you finish. Quitting smoking helps your blood pressure return to normal.

Low blood pressure: Know all about it

04:49
Low blood pressure causes, symptoms and cure. 7 tips to manage the numbers Low blood pressure, or hypotension, symptoms include dizziness, fainting or blurry vision among others. You can manage your low blood pressure numbers with a healthy diet and ensuring that you stay hydrated all the time. Low blood pressure is a condition characterised by a sudden dip in normal blood pressure levels (120/80 mm Hg). If you have been having frequent bouts of dizziness, fainted a few times, developed blurry vision and find it difficult to concentrate, you probably have low blood pressure. Low blood pressure, also known as hypotension, is normally not considered a worrying factor by many people, while high blood pressure, commonly known as hypertension, is taken much more seriously. Low blood pressure is a condition characterised by a sudden dip in normal blood pressure levels (120/80 mm Hg). Doctors define hypotension as consistent readings below 90/60 mm Hg, in some cases either of the numbers is in that range or lower. It could be a sign of a serious heart issue, or an endocrine or neurological disorder. Just as hypertension can be naturally controlled with foods, for hypotension too, a well balanced diet and a few changes in lifestyle can make a big difference. Here are some ways in which you can naturally control low blood pressure. However, make sure you consult a doctor and take professional help: Balanced diet Food items should be high in at least two out of three power minerals: calcium, magnesium and potassium. A balanced diet with these foods in your diet can cut down the risk of stroke and heart attack nearly by half. “White beans, kiwi, peaches, banana, bell pepper, broccoli, sweet potato, quinoa, avocado, greek yogurt , eggs, olives, tulsi leaves, almonds, munaka, sea salts (within limits) and coffee is what you should include in your diet,” says Priyanka Aashu Singh, nutritionist, Portea Medical, Bangalore. Stay hydrated Dehydration is one of the major causes of low blood pressure. In summer months, particularly, make sure you drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water to keep the body hydrated. “When you are dehydrated, the body struggles to deliver oxygen and nutrients, as well as remove waste products. The body cannot store fluid, and thus, it is important to drink adequate water to replace this loss of fluid and maintain a normal blood pressure. Apart from frequent water intake, include coconut water, aam panna, pomegranate juice, bael sharbat as part of your liquid intake as these drinks have the necessary electrolytes to maintain optimum blood pressure,” advises Singh. Hydration is imperative for keeping your low blood pressure in check. (Shutterstock) Avoid heat exhaustion “Exposure to heat over time can lead to dehydration which is a major cause of low blood pressure. It is therefore important to avoid venturing out in the day too much, particularly in the summer,” says Dr Haresh Tolia, general physician on Lybrate, Mumbai. Avoid alcohol Alcohol in limited quantities is good for the health but prolonged use can lower blood pressure. “Alcohol being a diuretic can make you lose more water leading to dehydration. Those diagnosed with hypotension should therefore look at tapering the use of alcohol and consume non-alcoholic beverages instead,” explains Dr Tolia. Resting Avoid resting for prolonged durations. Change positions slowly. Do not sit down or stand up suddenly as this can make you feel dizzy. Increase sodium intake Although excess salt is bad, it is still required by our body in moderate quantities. According to WHO, your daily diet should contain about one teaspoon of added salt besides what is obtained from fruits and vegetables. Those suffering from low blood pressure can increase their consumption of salt moderately in consultation with an expert. Healthier alternatives are sea salt, rock salt, black salt and Himalayan salt- as mineral content is high in these as compared to white salt. Increase blood flow You shouldn’t spend too much time in the sauna or steam room. This can be done with the help of compression stockings. They help in better circulation of blood throughout the body. As mentioned earlier, one should also drink adequate quantity of water. The more liquid circulates in the veins, the higher the blood pressure is. Singh also advises some other things: Avoid spending long time in steam rooms, hot tubs and saunas. Change body positions slowly such as getting up from the bed, standing up and so on. A drop in blood pressure is commonly observed during first few weeks of pregnancy, this condition usually goes away later on in the pregnancy or post delivery. Yet pregnant women should always monitor their blood pressure to eliminate underlying causes for it such as an ectopic pregnancy or anemia

Blood pressure warning - what causes low blood pressure? Are you at risk of hypotension?

03:37
If you're new, Subscribe! → https://bit.ly/2sH1zbw Low blood pressure is a reading of 90/60mmHg or less, according to the NHS.While the condition, which is also known as hypotension, doesn’t always cause symptoms, there are some warning signs to look out for. Lightheadedness, blurred vision and a general feeling of weakness could all be signs of low blood pressure. If you get low blood pressure symptoms when you stand up or suddenly change position, you could have postural hypotension, the NHS added. But, what actually causes the condition? A vitamin B12 deficiency or underlying heart problem could all contribute to your hypotension, it’s been revealed. You could be at risk of low blood pressure if you don’t have enough vitamin B12 in your diet, according to the American Heart Association. You can lower your risk by eating more vitamin B12 foods, include eggs, shellfish and some dairy products. Certain medications could also cause your blood pressure to drop. These include diuretics and other drugs that treat hypertension. Some beta blockers, erectile dysfunction drugs and alcohol could also reduce your blood pressure, the charity said. “A decrease in blood volume can also cause blood pressure to drop,” it added“A significant loss of blood from major trauma, dehydration or severe internal bleeding reduces blood volume, leading to a severe drop in blood pressure. “Anaphylactic shock is a sometimes-fatal allergic reaction that can occur in people who are highly sensitive to drugs such as penicillin, to certain foods such as peanuts or to bee or wasp stings. “This type of shock is characterised by breathing problems, hives, itching, a swollen throat and a sudden, dramatic fall in blood pressure. ”Prolonged bed rest, pregnancy, or endocrine problems could also lead to hypotension. Your blood pressure reading will have two readings; a systolic and diastolic pressure. The systolic blood pressure - the first number - is the force at which your heart pumps blood around the body. The diastolic blood pressure - the second number - is the resistance to blood flow in the blood vessels. An ideal blood pressure is considered somewhere between 90/60mmH and 120/80mmHg.All adults over 40 are advised to have their blood pressure checked at least every five years.

Metabolic Coaching, a 3 month educational and behavior modification program to help you successfully transition to a very low carbohydrate diet (aka LCHF diet or ketogenic diet), to reverse the signs and symptoms of the metabolic syndrome (weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, inflammation, etc…). Local and distance coaching available. THE METABOLIC COACHING RADIO SHOW - Carb Intolerance, Alcohol & More - October 4, 2017 - AM 580 On today’s episode we discuss carbohydrate intolerance, alcohol & more on the very low carbohydrate, LCHF Metabolic Coaching diet. Topics in today’s show: - Calories In/Calories Out dieting has failed many Americans. The human body is regulated by hormones, not regulated by counting calories. - I lost 40 pounds and kept it off almost 5 years by counting carbs, not counting calories. - TIP 1: Write down your daily weight on a sheet of paper. It makes your weight a priority. - TIP 2: Keep a food diary. It works as an accountability partner to keep you honest. - Carb Intolerance: some people are just carbohydrate intolerant (like some people are lactose intolerant). If you are lactose intolerant, then consuming lactose (milk products) gives you digestive symptoms, bloating, and diarrhea. If you are carb intolerant, then consuming carbohydrates make you overweight, gives you high blood pressure, or diabetes, or other symptoms. - TIP 3: Then net carbs in fermented milk products like yogurt are actually LESS than it says on the label. The label counts net carbs BEFORE fermentation (which removes some of the carbs turning them into lactic acid). So you can take the net carbs listed on the back of the yogurt and divide that number in half, to get the actual net carbs after fermentation. - Alcohol is always a hot button issue. First, there are lots of carbs in alcohol like beer. So choose the lowest carb alcohol you can, and count the carbs. Second, there is gluten in beer which can be inflammatory for some people. So choosing a distilled spirit might be a better choice, or a gluten-free, low carb beer. Third, alcohol can cause low blood sugars for diabetics. Dr. Berstein says one drink is OK for a diabetic on the diet, but not two. That is because the liver stops making glucose and switches to detoxifying the alcohol, leading to low blood sugars (not a good way to lower blood sugars, and can be dangerous). Fourth, alcohol itself is a toxin. That’s why drinking too much makes unable to walk straight. So purposefully pumping yourself full of a toxin that your liver will have to detoxify, is not a recipe for optimal health and feeling great. - Check your sugar. Diabetics can test out anything that I say about food or blood sugar (or anyone can with a blood glucose meter). Simply check your blood sugar before eating, one hour after, and two hours after. You will see the difference between a bowl of oatmeal (spiking your sugar through the roof), and an omelet with eggs, bacon, cheese, sausage, and veggies (keeping your blood sugar absolutely normal). When it comes to the male libido, its usually social and psychological components that can effect it. We have all heard of aphrodisiac foods. But did you know that the food we eat can be on of the causes of low libido? When are sex drive becomes low turn to your Refrigerator for help! When it comes to having and maintaining an erection, its all about circulation. Greasy, fatty foods clog the arteries which effect the heart. And the male erection is all dependent on the functioning of the heart. So a person may have the desire, but cannot perform. These foods may not have an immediate effect on the libido but over time it can greatly diminish it. What foods causes low libido in men Trans fats: Or better known as the fast food fats. In the American diet trans fats are a staple. Trans fats are typically used to enhance shelf life and flavor. It sounds like its a good thing. But these fats have been directly linked to cardiovascular and heart disease. They are typically found in cookies, frozen foods and many fast food chains cook with it. In 2006, the food manufactures were required by FDA to list trans fat on their ingredients list. Salt: You might want to think again when reaching for those salty potato chips. High sodium contributes to high blood pressure, which in turn causes erectile dysfunction. 2. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity — at least 30 minutes most days of the week — can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). 5 ways to control high blood pressure without medication

For more Info: http://healthywithdaniel.com/bloodpressure Lower Your Blood Pressure With Diet And Exercise When you click here http://bit.ly/2tefyG3, you'll see a video that explains so much more and gives you an opportunity to beat this disease. Making healthful changes in your eating and exercise habits is an excellent first step to dealing with your high blood pressure. 3.Eat a healthy diet. 5. Drink alcohol moderately, if at all.
