10 Early Warning Signs Your Estrogen Levels Are Too High & How To Fix It

04:56
Nothing helps the body work like it should than when its hormones are perfectly balanced. The key to making sure that women’s bodies are hormonally balanced is making sure that their estrogen levels are where they need to be. Estrogen also plays an important role regulating the menstrual cycle. Bloating and a decreased sex drive are just two indicators of estrogen dominance—what takes place when your estrogen level gets and stays too high. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of too much estrogen can help you know to make sure your hormones stay regulated. Weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, and pregnancy are some of culprits of estrogen dominance. Let’s take a closer look at these and more. Here are 10 signs that you have estrogen dominance: 1. Weight Gain Putting on more than a few extra pounds can be an indication of too much estrogen. It causes bloating and makes it even harder to lose the weight. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, your estrogen can’t suffer rapid changes. 2. Heavy Menstruation When your estrogen levels rise, it can have the unwanted side effect of giving you a heavier period than normal. So, if that happens, you might want to consider having your estrogen level checked. 3. Decreased Sex Drive When you just don’t want intimacy with your significant other, it could mean a significantly increased amount of estrogen. High amounts of estrogen point to a lowered sex drive; however, you don’t want your estrogen to fall too low. It can also affect your desire for sex. 4. Irregular Period As we’ve already seen, your hormones and your period are closely related. When your estrogen fluctuates more than it should, the time between your period becomes unpredictable also. 5. Swollen Breasts When your hormone levels change, your breasts can become overly sensitive. So, when your breasts get tender to the touch, it might mean that you’ve got too much estrogen. 6. Changes in Mood Estrogen can affect your mental health. Too much of the female hormone has been attributed to panic and anxiety attacks as well as depression. 7. Frequent Headaches Have you recently experienced migraine headaches? Have you begun to get headaches more than normal? These issues could be cause by estrogen dominance. 8. Hair Loss When your body produces too much estrogen, your hair begins to thin. As it thins, it begins to fall out. Balancing your estrogen levels can take care of this irritating problem. 9. Insomnia When you’re having trouble sleeping, the cause could be too much estrogen. Our bodies know when there are problems and often times has problems adjusting. Sleep loss can be a reflection of that. 10. Cold Extremities Estrogen levels can affect circulation too. If your hormone levels are abnormal it could be the reason you're having a hard time keeping your hands and feet warm. Balance Your Hormone Levels with These 5 Foods 1. Rosemary Rosemary doesn’t just add flavor to your favorite recipes. It can also improve memory function, boost your metabolism, and contribute to a properly functioning thyroid. Best of all, rosemary is one of the foods responsible for producing estrogen. 2. Cruciferous Vegetables I3C, or indole-3-carbinol as this nutrient is properly known, is found in cruciferous vegetables like spinach, bok choy, kale, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli. These all have the important job of ridding the body of excess estrogen because the I3C converts into a substance that helps the liver flush the body when it has too much estrogen. 3. Flaxseed Another food that assists in getting rid of excess estrogen is flaxseed. The lignans and phytoestrogens present in these tiny seeds help regulate estrogen in the body by controlling how much of the hormone is able to bind to estrogen receptors. 4. Isoflavones Found in several herbs such as Trifolium pratense, Puerari montana, and Pueraria lobata, isoflavones have antioxidant properties that boost low estrogen levels. These herbs can be found in certain teas and are a great way to balance estrogen levels. 5. Activated Folic Acid You often hear about the importance of folic acid in women’s health. That’s because it’s present in the same leafy green vegetables that are high in I3C. It’s able to change estrogen into a form that actually lowers the risk of some forms of cancer. 9 Hormonal Imbalance Signs Everyone Should Know

07:41
Here are the 9 most common symptoms of hormonal imbalance that can negatively affect you. If you suspect that you have any of these symptoms, talk to your doctor immediately! The rhythm of life, with all its stresses and environmental problems, doesn’t let you fully take care of your physical health. Despite this fact, your body and the way you look may be sending you signals about major health concerns that need to be dealt with. We all want to look our best but this doesn’t necessarily have to involve overpriced salon services, cosmetics or exercise. Your own hormones can “speak” for themselves. The development of the human body greatly depends on the function of hormones. These tiny signaling molecules are responsible for our mood, emotions, behavior and even our looks. TIMESTAMPS Acne 1:07 Excess weight 1:47 Fatigue 2:32 Sweating 3:16 Dark circles under the eyes 3:53 Depression 4:39 Breast changes 5:24 Hair loss 5:59 Unwanted hair 6:37 SUMMARY - Outbreaks of acne can be the result of improper skin care, an unbalanced diet, or your menstrual cycle. However, if acne has become a consistent foe, it’s probably a symptom of a hormonal disorder. - Many people struggle with their weight their whole lives, resisting food cravings and doing exercise; others are thin without any particular effort. Hormone-related problems are most likely to be the culprit of this injustice. - Always feeling tired despite no changes in your habits or environment is a much more serious problem known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which can be a result of hormones that are off balance. - If you have fluctuations in your body temperature, the issue could be both neurological and hormonal. Again, contact a health professional if you feel like you’re experiencing these symptoms. - Chronic insomnia may be the result of testosterone insufficiency in men and progesterone insufficiency in women. The good news is that sleep deficiency due to hormonal imbalance can be cured! - Depression can be another symptom of fluctuating hormone levels. Anxiety and depression can occur just before a woman’s menstrual cycle, during pregnancy, and during menopause. If you’re having more frequent panic attacks and anxiety, talk to an endocrinologist. - Low levels of estrogen can make breast tissue less dense whereas excessively high levels of this hormone can cause lumps or cysts. If you notice any changes in your breasts or you feel any lumps in your breast tissue, consult a doctor immediately. - Excessive hair loss is one of the most common symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Take control of your eyesight and headaches. Worsening vision and frequent headaches may signalize instability in the pituitary gland, the hormone epicenter. Don’t just give up and blame it on stress and hard work. Get yourself checked out! Taking care of your health should be top priority. Know your body and listen to the signals it’s sending to you so that you can be in tip-top shape. Top 5 Signs of Hormonal Imbalance You Shouldn't Ignore

03:34
Hormones — tiny, busy little chemical messengers that do a lot of work to keep your health and life in tiptop shape. Yes, hormones are responsible for telling your organs and body tissues to carry out their functions for your overall well-being. Speaking of which, these busy little chaps affect your body temperature, mood, metabolism, se-xual functionality, growth, and development just to name a few. With this in mind, you can relate when we say it's super important to keep them in balance. In fact, doing this is crucial to your holistic health. But exactly how can you know when all is not right with your hormones? Well, for the most, there are some common tell-tale signs to look out for. And of course, this video will let you in on up to 5 signs you wouldn't want to ignore. Let's get started! 1. Chronic Fatigue Do you find yourself feeling washed every now and then? And no, we're not talking about how you feel after a long day at work. It's more like that extreme tiredness that hits you for no reason whatsoever. Well, if you experience such tiredness, chances are you're having some sort of hormonal imbalance. For example, low estrogen and progesterone could mess with your energy levels and leave you feeling exhausted throughout the day. 2. Excessive Weight Gain/Loss Moving forward, inexplicable weight gain and weight loss is yet another sign of hormonal imbalance. So yes, if you find that you've been eating healthily and working out for months but just can't seem to get the body of your dreams, then there's a good chance that your hormones are all over the place. Likewise, if you keep losing weight for no just cause, head to the doctor's office and check your hormones. 3. Low S e x Drive There's no point going into the details here — it's pretty self-explanatory. Yes, if you're finding it super difficult to get intimate with your partner, it may be time to look into your testosterone (men) and estrogen (women) levels. In a nutshell; low libido is a pretty common sign of a hormonal imbalance that shouldn't be ignored. 4. Constant Hunger and Sugar Cravings Ever eaten a filling meal but still find yourself craving more food (especially sugary ones) shortly afterward? Well, just know that you're not a glutton — the hormone ghrelin is simply messing with your brain. In other words, increased levels of ghrelin (our appetite hormone) can cause you to eat like you haven't eaten in days. 5. Mood Swings Feeling happy in one moment, then angry or sad in another is pretty common sign of hormonal imbalance. So no, don't feel like a freak — just figure out how to fix your hormones and create the balance. You'll be just fine! 💋 7 Scary Signs That You Have Low Testosterone & Under Performing Testicles

How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/NaturalTBooster Or go and watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbNyVIqZ36s Refferences: 1. http://www.urologyhealth.org/urologic-conditions/low-testosterone-(hypogonadism) 2. https://www.webmd.com/men/what-low-testosterone-can-mean-your-health#1 3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5031462/ 4. http://www.foxnews.com/story/2004/10/27/low-testosterone-linked-with-memory-loss.html 5. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3770847/ =============================================== 💋 7 Scary Signs That You Have Low Testosterone & Under Performing Testicles =============================================== Statistics clearly show that men’s testosterone are at an all-time low in history, half of what they were over 100 years ago.1 Sadly the the lowering of testosterone starts as early as your mid 20’s. However, what’s really bad is that you’ll look and feel like “older”, go to the doctor, do a blood test and he’ll say “oh, it’s fine… you’re in the ‘normal’ range” and then off you go with no solution. The problem is that this “normal range” is very big: 250 ng/dL to 1100 ng/dL … If you fall anywhere in between, you’re considered “normal”. However, there’s a BIG difference between “normal” and OPTIMAL, right? It’s just like making money…. Maybe the normal yearly salary is $50K … But what if you could easily make $250K a year, simply by making some small changes in your lifestyle? And that’s what you’ll discover at the end of today’s video, just ONE small change and you can double or triple your your testosterone! And I’ll get to that in 2 minutes. However, I first want to reveal 7 warning signs that you have suboptimal and most likely, “low” testosterone. And I say “warning signs” because low testosterone … or “not optimal” testosterone levels as I like to call it, is directly linked to many disease and health alilments2: High cholesterol Diabetes Thyroid problems High blood pressure Depression Memory loss Prostate cancer Osteoporosis etc Simply stated, low testosterone is causing you to age faster. So I’m going to quickly list the top 7 signs that you have low testosterone and then one of my favorite, natural solutions. 1 -- Low Sex Drive / Libido One of the biggest signs is that you have low libido. This includes physical and/or emotional drive. So, don’t think it’s just limited to erectile dysfunction or a physical “urge”. 2 -- Depression of Feeling “Unmotivated” Like I said, your brain has testosterone receptors also and thus, low testosterone leads to a lack of drive in life, not just sex. You’re not as motivated, you’re more irritable and “grumpy”.5 3 -- Muscle Loss I’m sure you already know that testosterone plays a big role in muscle size. If you are exercising and not gaining muscle… or you’re slowly losing muscle each year, then you have low testosterone. 4 -- Increase Body Fat Low testosterone is also a big indicator of higher body fat, especially the unhealthy belly fat and “love handles”. 5 -- Fatigue Have you ever noticed that men typically require less sleep than women? Well, testosterone plays a big role here. And if your tired and need naps and can barely get through the day, let alone have the energy to exercise or do much of anything else - then you probably have low testosterone. 6 -- Memory Loss Again, remember that the brain has many receptors for “sex hormones” such as testosterone, cortisol, estrogen and other female hormones. However, what’s interesting is that your brain’s memory centers are loaded with testosterone receptors.4 7 -- Accelerated Aging (hair loss, wrinkles, etc.) Have you ever noticed how some “older” men just look younger than someone their same age -- better skin, more head hair and so forth? This is because testosterone is a “youth” hormone and it plays a very important role in skin and hair production. Most people erroneously believe that hair loss is due to having “high” testosterone -- however, the opposite is true -- it’s from low testosterone. IF “high” testosterone was the reason, then all the teenagers and guys in their 20’s would be bald, but that’s obviously NOT the case, right? Testosterone also improves skin collagen and elasticity, joint health and prostate size. So if you’re starting to look older than your age, time to increase your testosterone. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. What Are Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms?

06:05
For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. What Are Common Signs And Symptoms Of Menopause? - Women's Healthy Hormones

02:50
Question: What Are Common Signs And Symptoms Of Menopause? http://www.womenshealthyhormones.com/ Hi, my name is Dr. Timothy Morley. If you're suspicious that you're experiencing some of the symptoms of menopause, you might actually have the symptoms of menopause. There are so many symptoms - there's over a hundred symptoms in menopause - and so many women have these symptoms and they think they are going crazy. I'm here to say, again, you're not going crazy - you are just experiencing the normal natural process of going through menopause. These symptoms include weight gain, 20 pounds is a normal amount of weight to gain when you are going through menopause, hot flashes, night sweats, this leads to insomnia, vaginal dryness, irritability and mood swings - I see that so much in my practice. Depression, depression is a very common sign of menopause. Things like weakening of the muscles, weakening of the bones, hair loss, frequent urinations, snoring, breast tenderness, lack of libido - I hear that one a lot. And there are also some things that you may not realize that are coming from menopause, things like odd dreams, urinary tract infections are happening a little bit more often, bloating, vascular changes, such as varicose veins, that could be from menopause. A very common symptom that I hear is memory loss. Women say, "I walk into a room and I don’t know why I walked into the room" or "I'm going into the refrigerator and I don’t remember why," very common. I think it is also important to know that many of these symptoms can occur before you even know that you are going through menopause. You could be in a perimenopausal state. These symptoms can occur up to ten years before you even know you're going through menopause. You may be experiencing some or many of these symptoms as you go through menopause because menopause is a time in your life when your hormones are not in balance. And that’s an important point - when your estrogen and progesterone change, as it does during menopause, those hormones affect other hormones. For example, up to 20% of women who go through menopause experience low thyroid, hypothyroid. When you experience low thyroid, you can experience so many different symptoms, such as your hair falling out, your skin being dry, forgetfulness, intolerance to cold, things like that. So these hormones affect other hormones, it's like a symphony - you don’t just have one hormonal imbalance, it affects other hormones.

7 Signs of Low Vitamin D (How Many do You Know?)

07:46
So many people in the industrialized nations are deficient in Vitamin D, it is truly an epidemic. When you consider that it is not just a vitamin, but also a pro-hormone, you can begin to understand the importance of this deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to weakened bones, yes, but it can also lead to weakened immune systems as well. The risk of cancer, and many other illnesses, increases with a dropping vitamin D level. The best way to get Vitamin D is from the Sun and from your diet. If you live too far north for the Sun, and can't get enough in your diet, then you should supplement. 10 Common Signs of Thyroid Problems, No. 3 is Shocking

15:00
10 Common Signs of Thyroid Problems About 4.6 percent of the United States population suffers from underactive thyroid . The risk for developing hypothyroidism and infertility is higher in women over age 50 and postpartum females. If you have multiple signs and symptoms of this problem, ask your doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels and get treatment of thyroid. Here are the signs and symptoms that you have Thyroid Problems review : 01:02 Unexplained Weight Gain 02:05 Dry and Flaky Skin 03:08 Muscle Soreness and Pain 04:06 Hair Loss 05:11 Constant Fatigue and Tiredness 06:08 Menstrual and Fertility Problems 1. Unexplained Weight Gain Weight gain without any change in diet or physical activity may indicate low levels of thyroid hormones. These hormones help regulate basal metabolism and thermogenesis as well as the metabolism of fats and glucose. An underactive thyroid contributes to a lower metabolic rate, which may cause excess weight gain. If you have unexplained weight gain, it is essential to consult your doctor to determine the exact cause and get hypothyroidism treatment weight loss. 2. Dry and Flaky Skin If you are following your usual beauty and skin care regimen and haven’t changed any of the products you use but your skin is dry and itchy, it could be a symptom of hypothyroidism or thyroid dry skin. The change in skin texture and appearance can be due to reduced blood circulation, one of the side effects of having low thyroid hormones. In addition, a slowed metabolism due to low thyroid hormone production can reduce sweating. Without proper sweating, the skin becomes dry and flaky. As these skin signs are rather nonspecific and often subtle, people tend to ignore them or attribute them to other causes. It is best to consult your doctor to see if there is an underlying health condition causing these skin changes. 3. Muscle Soreness and Pain People suffering from hypothyroidism often experience muscle weakness, pain, stiffness, or cramping. There may also be general joint pain. Low metabolism disrupts how your body burns energy, which can affect how your muscles feel after doing your regular exercises. Low thyroid often increases inflammation that may be contributing to your muscle and joint pain. In fact, about 40 percent of the hypothyroid patients had predominantly sensory signs of a sensorimotor axonal neuropathy early in the course of thyroid disease. 4. Hair Loss hypothyroidism hair loss and Proper functioning of the thyroid gland is essential for the development and maintenance of the hair follicles, and an underactive thyroid can result in significant changes in hair growth and texture. It may also affect eyebrows and body hair. The thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) modulate several aspects of hair anatomy, from the hair growth cycle to the hair’s pigmentation. If you are worried about hair loss and other hair-related issues, see your doctor to get your thyroid checked. 5. Constant Fatigue and Tiredness Fatigue and extreme tiredness are very common in people who have an underactive thyroid. When low thyroid hormones flow through the blood, cells do not function properly, leading to less energy, fatigue and constant tiredness. These symptoms persist even after getting proper sleep and rest. A 2012 study published in the European Journal of Endocrinology notes that autoimmune hypothyroidism patients had significantly higher levels of fatigue as compared with differentiated thyroid carcinoma patients health thyroid. 6. Menstrual and Fertility Problems Women with hypothyroidism may experience menstrual as well as fertility problems. Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about low testosterone and it's symptoms, it's causes and solution. There are things you can do to boost low testosterone (adding zinc, vitamin D, vitamin A and getting better sleep). However, what is even more important is to avoid or lower these 3 things: 1. Insulin (lower this hormone). 2. Estrogen 3. Cortisol Out of these 3 hormones, estrogen is the most common elevated hormone in men. This comes from mostly from consuming commercial chicken and beef because of the soy feed given to these animals. You must get grass-fed animal products because soy is highly estrogenic not to mention being GMO. And adding the GMO corn feed on top of these can really effect your hormones. Dry Skin The skin is one of the first areas to show physical symptoms of poor circulation. Despite getting enough water, your skin may dry out. Swelling of Your Feet & Hands On the opposite end, you may also start to retain water in areas, so you don’t see it on the surface of your skin… which results in swelling of your feet and hands. Skin Discoloration When your hands and feet don’t get adequate amounts of oxygenated blood, you may also notice discoloration of the skin covering these parts of your body. Decreased Memory & Cognition People don’t realize that your brain requires a lot of blood flow, over 15% of cardiac (heart) output. Dizzy Spells and Headaches Dizzy spells are also extremely common. Your brain isn’t getting the oxygen to keep it working efficiently. Even if you get plenty of water, you won’t improve the dizziness. Loss Of Appetite Now, this is a less obvious symptom, but it’s even a BIGGER problem. This is because poor blood flow to your gut means poor digestion, which leads to malnutrition. Digestive Problems This goes hand-in-hand with the loss of appetite and it’s typically misdiagnosed… and that’s why I bring it up. Weak Immune System This also is connected to digestive problems and lack of appetite. Decreased Libido Even though a decrease in libido has a lot to do with your hormones, poor blood flow is important because it means lack of key hormones and enzymes being delivered to this area … Hair Loss, Brittle Hair & Nails Also, due to the lack of nutrient-fill blood in your body’s extremities, new growth of hair and nails may become weak and brittle. Remember, your blood ALSO contains hormones. Varicose Veins Poor circulation can cause the veins just under the surface of the skin on your legs to become swollen, twisted, and very visible. Tightening of Chest & Difficulty In Breathing When you have poor circulation, your heart doesn’t get as much blood flow as it normally should. Frequent Exhaustion or Lack of Energy When your circulatory system slows down, it no longer has the capacity to deliver oxygen, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and more importantly, HORMONES throughout your body as it should. ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. Are Hormone Imbalance Symptoms Misleading You?

08:01
Hormone imbalance symptoms alone can be misleading. So we explore specific hormonal symptoms of low thyroid and low adrenal output and how they have distinct and some overlapping hormone symptoms. Have you not been feeling like yourself lately maybe you feel like you have increased irritability fatigue you're gaining weight out of nowhere your hair's thinning or falling out you got acne out of nowhere you're getting more headaches could all these be from one thing? many people with these and many other symptoms attribute them to being all hormonal issues. they may be right but the key to giving these symptoms that one attribute is there elephants in other words do the symptoms fit together coherently with the broader picture of what's going on with your health do they create the picture we call hormonal imbalance in this video we're going to explore this concept in more detail. hi my name is dr. Teranella and in our practice our goal is always to find and treat the cause. many times hormonal imbalance is that cause. so in this video I'm gonna share with you some common hormonal imbalance symptom patterns that correspond to hormones that are out of balance so let's take a look. so remember it's the hormone levels that affect your symptoms that give you the symptoms or the absence of symptoms. sometimes symptoms alone can be misleading as many hormones have similar effects on the body or give to similar symptoms when they're not in sufficient levels. so depending on which symptoms you're more concerned about or most concerned about you may be misled by simply looking up you know one symptom on the internet or somewhere. so the point here will be to show how easy it is to be mislead and hopefully you'll remember when trying to find the cause of your health issues to stay open-minded to what the possibilities could be of what's wrong. from that place the problem you know when you're staying open mind and the problem should actually reveal itself. when you're continuing to search and keep an open mind you'll be able to link up to the actual source or sources if there are multiple so I'm going to going to compared some symptoms of low thyroid output also known as hypothyroid and we're going to also look at low adrenal output or low cortisol output and compare the two. yeah so first I'm just going to read the hormone imbalance symptoms of one of them and I'd like you to try to guess and see if you can pick out the symptom pattern that matches which.

Testosterone warning signs -7 Scary Signs That You Have Low Testosterone &Under Performing Testicles

05:10
Click Here For The Best Testosterone Booster For Men ►►https://bit.ly/2yKKgvr Testosterone warning signs -7 Scary Signs That You Have Low Testosterone &Under Performing Testicles Testosterone warning signs The testosterone levels of men right now are the lowest in history according to statistics. Reportedly to be about half as it once was a century ago. A man’s testosterone levels begin to plummet once they hit their 20s. If you do, it is common for you to look and feel older. Do not hesitate to consult adoctor and get your labs taken. But more often than not, your problem does not show up during blood tests and your problem remains undiagnosed. The thing you should consider is that the gap for the normal range for testosterone levels is quite wide. It ranges from 250 ng/dL-1100 ng/dL. As long as your results appeared anywhere within this range, then you are considered safe and normal. You should understand that there is a big disparity between “Normal” and “Optimal”. Similar to when you make cash. For instance, the average annual salary is $50k but it is also possible for you to earn as much as $250k by tweaking your lifestyle a bit. The same thing applies to your testosterone levels. Hence, it is a must to learn the 7 warning signs of low testosterone levels. Not only will it affect a man’s ability to procreate but can increase your risk of other health conditions such as: • High blood pressure • High cholesterol • Diabetes • Prostate Cancer • Thyroid problems • Osteoporosis • Memory loss • Depression You age faster if your testosterone levels are below optimal. Discover what the top 7 signs of low testosterone levels and then one natural solution to beat this common problem shared by men: 1. Low Libido/ Low Sex Drive The first thing a man will notice is a significant drop in libido inclusive of physical and emotional signs. If you do not feel like doing it, don’t think that it is Erectile Dysfunction right away because it may be just due to low levels of testosterone. 2. Depression (Feeling Unmotivated) Since there are receptors in the brain for testosterone, low levels do not mean you aren’t just low in libido but also generally feels unmotivated in life. You may appear easily annoyed and grumpy but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. 3. Muscle Loss How big your muscle is, is also dependent on the amount of testosterone levels on your system. Blame your depleting testosterone reserves if you keep on working out but your muscles aren’t growing or you are even losing muscles as the years go by. 4. Increase in Body Fats If you find yourself gaining more fats now especially in your midsection, it is likely due to low testosterone levels. 5. Fatigue (Feelings of Exhaustion) If you have noticed it, men usually sleep less than women and it is because they have higher testosterone levels than their female counterpart. Your testosterone levels are definitely going down if you often feel exhausted and need naps to get through the day or just plain tired to do much in your day-to-day. 6. Memory Loss The brain has testosterone receptors as well as for other sex hormones. It is interesting to note, though, that there is an abundance of testosterone receptors in your brain’s memory centers. 7. Premature Aging We are all unique. Sometimes, one guy may be older than the other but look younger. It is not because of cosmetic surgery but having better skin, healthier hair, and have a more youthful appearance but because they have a healthy dose of testosterone running in their system. FYI, testosterone is known as a “youth hormone” and plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy hair and skin. You become prone to hair loss when your testosterone levels are below normal. Just think about it, teenagers and those in their 20s have high testosterone levels but they’re not going bald, so it’s actually the opposite that causes hair loss. Other important contributions of testosterone to your aesthetics is that it increases collagen levels, thereby enhancing skin elasticity. Aside from that, it maintains normal joint and size of the prostate. Do something about your depleting testosterone levels as soon as you notice you are looking older than your actual age. low testosterone testosterone low testosterone signs boost low testosterone what is testosterone low testosterone muscle pain low testosterone over 60 testosterone in males how to raise testosterone levels what helps low testosterone low testosterone one testicle signs of lack of testosterone signs of decreased testosterone low testosterone causes do i have low testosterone

Estrogen Is Killing Men: How To Lower Estrogen Naturally

06:05
Estrogen is killing men. In the next 60 seconds I'm going to show how the sneaky hormone estrogen is killing your manhood, and what you can do to stop it. Read more about how to lower estrogen naturally here - https://www.truthnutra.com/pages/testro-x-benefits So first off, let's take a look at… What is estrogen? Estrogen is the primary female hormone that is stimulated by the brain into production that influences your reproductive system. While most people associate estrogen with women, the truth of the matter is, men produce it too. Balanced levels of estrogen are necessary in men, however due to certain modern circumstances, our entire population of men has seen a massive rise in male estrogen levels over the past 50 years, leading to all sorts of dangerous health issues, including disease. Now, what is estrogen dominance? Estrogen dominance is characterized by the androgen to estrogen ratio in men. When the body has a proper androgen to estrogen ratio (meaning there are higher amounts of androgens produced relative to estrogen), it uses that estrogen produced for a couple key things and effectively removes it from the bloodstream, or methylates it, keeping the balance and keeping men healthy and disease free. A healthy body has a high androgen to estrogen ratio, which means it needs to make less estrogen to stay healthy. Better yet, having a higher androgen to estrogen ratio allows the male body to function properly for more energy, building muscle, and will also help the body store less fat. What's even better, is that a better androgen to estrogen ratio is going to lead to higher T levels in men. Now what are some signs that a person might have estrogen dominance? Or have been exposed to too much estrogen? And how to reduce estrogen levels in men? High estrogen levels can cause weight gain, higher estrogen levels can cause aging, higher estrogen levels can cause reduced T, higher estrogen levels increases cravings for junk foods, and also leads to slow metabolism issues and poor thyroid function. In the body, most calcium is located in bones, only about 1% is in the blood and extracellular fluid. The amount of calcium in circulation is regulated by 2 hormones: parathyroid hormone, PTH, and calcitriol. When serum calcium level is low, PTH is UPregulated. PTH acts to PROMOTE calcium release from bones and REDUCE calcium loss from urine. At the same time, it stimulates production of calcitriol, which promotes absorption of calcium in the small intestine while also INcreases RE-absorption in the kidney. Together, they bring UP calcium levels back to normal. The REVERSE happens when calcium level is high. This feedback loop keeps serum calcium concentrations within the normal range. HYPOcalcemia refers to ABnormally LOW levels of calcium in the blood and is generally defined as serum calcium level LOWER than 2.1 mmol/L. Because the total serum calcium includes albumin-bound and free-ionized calcium, of which only the LATTER is physiologically active, calcium levels must be corrected to account for albumin changes. For example, DEcreased albumin levels, such as in liver diseases, nephrotic syndrome, or malnutrition, produce LOWER serum calcium values but the amount of FREE calcium may STILL be normal. On the other hand, in conditions with high blood pH, albumin binds MORE calcium; leaving LESS FREE-ionized calcium in the serum while the total calcium level may appear normal. The most common cause of hypocalcemia is PTH deficiency resulting from DEcreased function of the parathyroid glands, or HYPOparathyroidism. HYPOparathyroidism, in turn, may be caused by a variety of diseases and factors. These include: - accidental removal or damage of the parathyroid glands during a surgery - autoimmune disorders - congenital disorders: mutations that set the “normal calcium levels” to a lower value - other genetic disorders that produce underdeveloped or non-functional parathyroid glands - magnesium deficiency Other causes of hypocalcemia include low vitamin D intake/production, and excessive loss of calcium from the circulation such as in kidney diseases, tissue injuries or gastrointestinal diseases. While chronic moderate hypocalcemia may be Asymptomatic, ACUTE and severe hypocalcemia can be life-threatening. Most symptoms of acute hypocalcemia can be attributed to the effect it has on action potential generation in neurons. Because extracellular calcium INHIBITS sodium channels, and consequently DEpolarization, REDUCED calcium level makes it EASIER for depolarization to occur. Hypocalcemia therefore INCREASES neuronal excitability, causing neuromuscular irritability and muscle spasms. Early symptoms often include numbness and tingling sensations around the mouth, in the fingers and toes. As the disease progresses, muscle spasms may manifest as tetany, wheezing, voice change, and dysphagia. Seizures may occur in severe cases. Effects of hypocalcemia on cardiac function include long QT interval due to prolonged ST fragment, congestive heart failure and hypotension. Acute hypocalcemia should be treated promptly with intravenous calcium. Chronic hypocalcemia is usually treated with oral calcium and possibly vitamin D supplementation.

5 Warning Signs Of Low T And What You Can Do About It -- With Clark Bartram

14:05
Get the toned midsection you've always wanted now: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1eY Hey guys, Clark Bartram here to address why men over 40 may be feeling such symptoms as chronic fatigue, lack of drive, troubles maintaining lean mass and worse... an inability to get rid of excess body fat... And it isn't because of something that you did or didn't do... It's a natural process that comes along with aging. It's the deterioration of your body's natural ability to produce your most important male hormone... Testosterone. 1:30 - Let's start with the 5 main symptoms of Low-T. First off, depression... And there is no "one size fits all" symptom to differentiate if you are experiencing depression or not but a good rule of thumb here is to compare your current life experience to that of when you felt you were in your prime years... Any difference? If there is a negative slope or decline of quality of life, you could be facing the initial symptoms of mild depression. 3:00 - The next sign of low-T is weight gain, especially in the midsection. 3:30 - The 3rd sign is the obvious one... Low sex drive. If you lack desire, or the urge to perform in the bedroom, this is a key indication that your test is not where it should be. 5:00 - Another symptom is low energy. Lack of zeal for life or chronic fatigue are very strong signs of having low-T. 5:50 - The FIRST thing you need to do is get your blood drawn... All of the answers and solutions lie within our blood work. It's the only way to know flat out where your hormones are at. 8:50 - This is the only way that you can have clinical proof behind where your hormones are. 9:15 - Next, we need to look at our workload vs our recovery time... Now a lot of guys will work to the bone, fatigue their bodies and refuse to take much-needed rest or even focus on getting 8 hours of sleep every night... But recovery is essential to a man's ability to produce the maximum amount of test. 12:30 - Consider how you eat, how you move, and how you think, and even how you supplement... Once you consider the decisions you are or are not making in these lifestyle categories, it'll become a whole lot easier to pin-point the natural solutions to upping your test levels. How men over 40 can get into killer shape fast: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1eY Thanks for tuning in, guys - Now, if you are anything like me, getting older has definitely thrown my ability to drop weight fast out the window... Due to changing hormones and lifestyle shifts, getting into great shape and maintaining it has definitely become a much more challenging process... But not impossible. I've discovered a fast, easy approach for men over 40 to use in order to rejuvenate their hormones and get the body they've always wanted. To learn how you can drop your body fat fast, check this out: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1eY See you guys next time, -Clark Bartram P.S.: Don't forget to share this video with your friends on Facebook: http://youtu.be/cGVDK4Nse_8

6 Effects Dopamine Has On The Body

04:33
Ever heard of dopamine? There's a good chance of hearing people talk about this chemical. It's typically known as the "feel good" neurotransmitter primarily because of its link to pleasure and reward responses. It's the chemical behind that's behind our dreams and deepest secrets. So what is Dopamine? Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that's synthesized in some regions of the brain from L-Dopa. Essentially, we produce this chemical when we consume foods that contain amino acids including tyrosine and phenylalanine. It's important to note that some symptoms are likely to occur when a person's levels become too high or low. High dopamine levels can lead to schizophrenia and cocaine addiction while low levels are associated with Parkinson's disease. But the big question is, "what are the effects of dopamine?" Join us as we explore just about everything you need to know! • Dopamine Boosts the Anticipation of Pleasure First off, whenever we come across a rewarding stimulus, the brain releases more dopamine and this pushes us to seek out the fun or pleasurable activity. For the most part, pleasurable experiences or moments like sex, games, eating tasty foods and even drugs can stimulate the release of dopamine. It's however important to note that dopamine doesn't mediate pleasure; instead, it enhances the expectation of pleasure in humans. The bottom line; you enjoy most of these pleasurable activities because of dopamine. • Dopamine Improves Memory and Learning The effect of dopamine in the brain helps with memory and learning. Essentially, dopamine is crucial for long-term memory storage and retrieval. What's more, this neurotransmitter reminds you of important events especially those that have motivational significance. It's also good to point out that Dopamine plays a big role in working memory; that's the capacity to use information from short-term memory to guide your actions. • Dopamine Increases Your Drive Also known as the "motivation molecule," dopamine gives us the motivational as well as the internal drive to do things. As we know, we usually do things because we find them to be worth it or rewarding. What you should know is that dopamine is the chemical that's responsible for your reward-seeking behavior — your drive is as a result of high dopamine levels. On the flip side, people with low levels of this neurotransmitter are less likely to work for things and care less about the rewards that come afterward. • Dopamine Controls Movement It's also good to point out that dopamine plays an essential role in movement. How? Well, the basal ganglia (largest and most important sources of dopamine in the brain) is the biggest factor that comes into play here — it actually controls movement. For the most part, the basal ganglia require high levels of dopamine to function optimally — this is just how it works. If limited amounts of dopamine reach the basal ganglia, several different voluntary motions may become uncoordinated — this is especially common in Parkinson's disease. • Dopamine Increase Wakefulness As humans, we're more likely to stay awake when we have higher levels of dopamine in the brain — this is precisely why you're always active during the day. On the flip side, dopamine levels fall during the night, and melatonin takes over; as you probably guessed, this chemical makes you sleepy! • Dopamine Processes Pain Besides its role in increasing your urge for exciting experiences, dopamine is also released when you come across unfavorable or sad events — more like when you have an epic argument with your boyfriend or girlfriend. Finally, you should be aware that dopamine has a link to addiction. Essentially, excessive intake of drugs can decrease dopaminergic function and eventually increase addiction to drugs. ▶ Subscribe to the channel! - https://goo.gl/nJ8d6r Royalty free Pictures from www.pixabay.com Royalty Free Music from Audio Library – No Copyright Music

Are You Overtraining? | The Effects of Overtraining on Hormones- Thomas DeLauer

Are You Overtraining? | The Effects of Overtraining on Hormones- Thomas DeLauer: Balancing Workouts, Diet, Career, and Family is all a balancing act, and that's why I specialize in it at http://www.thomasdelauer.com So you found the inner fire inside of yourself and it is go time - time to eat healthy and workout hard! But you have heard that it is good to start slowly and work your way up. It may surprise you that this is not only for the purpose of not injuring your body. Working out is one of the quickest ways to affect your hormone production. Working out is a stress on your body. When you have healthy amounts of stress your body has time to heal and recover, leaving it stronger than it was before. When you do not give yourself that time to recover from stress, this can lead to a whole bunch of issues. We all know that too much stress is a bad thing; chronic stress has been linked to headaches, overeating and obesity, restlessness, illness, and digestive problems. Our body’s stress response is similar when we exercise as when we experience a life stress, such as traffic or losing a job. Signals are sent that queue the release of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, into our blood from our adrenal glands. Elevated cortisol levels can signal that your body is undergoing chronic stress, which could be caused by life situations or by over exertion during workouts. One study from the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research found that cortisol levels in saliva were higher for those who underwent long duration, high intensity exercise (over 59 minutes of high intensity cardio.) Studies have also found that a similar increase in cortisol is experienced during heavy weight training workouts. Another study looked at cortisol levels in those performing the same workout under two conditions: no additional emotional stress and additional emotional stress. Those that were exposed to emotional stress at the same time as working out had higher cortisol levels. This signifies the importance of both our wellbeing and our workout load on our hormone levels. Alright, so we see that high intensity exercise can lead to raised cortisol levels. How does this impact us? Overtraining Syndrome: If you work out too hard and do not allow adequate recovery time, you may suffer from OTS. Symptoms include: -Problems sleeping -Disrupted mood and behavior -Fatigue -Hindered athletic performance -Sexual dysfunction - reduced sexual desire, even infertility -Bone loss -Weakened immune system -Difficulty losing weight -Amenorrhea (absence of menstrual bleeding) -Physical injuries What causes these symptoms? One of the large factors is an imbalance in your hormones. Hormones: Chronically high cortisol levels can lead to your body being in a catabolic state, where your body is not breaking down fat but rather muscle for fuel. It can also lead to a weakened immune system. If you have one hormone that is out of whack, it is likely to impact your other hormones. Chronically elevated cortisol levels lead to a decrease in the level of testosterone, estrogen and progesterone. These are the sex hormones, and are very important to our daily wellbeing. These changes reflect a change in the balance of catabolic hormones and anabolic hormones. This danger is particularly of concern for women. When your sex hormones are imbalanced you can experience amenorrhea, when your body enters a state where it no longer is able to menstruate. Eventually the adrenal glands go into a state of exhaustion, known as adrenal fatigue, where hormone production overall is slowed. In this state your body is not as capable of dealing with stress. At this state even your cortisol levels are low, leading to many of the down feelings associated. Tips: If you think you may be experiencing OTS, it may be time to take a step back and do what is best for your body. Give yourself time to recover. If you are experiencing high stress at home or work, do a more relaxing exercise, such as yoga. This can help to reduce your cortisol rather than raise it, which will happen if you run hard for a long time or lift heavy weights. References: 1. 5 SIGNS OF LOW TESTOSTERONE IN YOUNG MEN

09:03
The most common signs and symptoms of low testosterone in young men. ►Subscribe: https://goo.gl/YsE2AE to learn more secret tips. FREE E-mail course: https://tripleyourt.com A couple of years ago, my health was on the floor. I didn't know it at the time but I was suffering from low testosterone. The following are the 5 common signs of low testosterone in young males. 2:22 Low Testosterone Symptom #1: Depression After analyzing the blood work of more than 3,500 subjects, researchers found that the men with the lowest levels of testosterone also had the highest amounts of depression. When these same men are given testosterone treatments, they report significant improvements in mood. 3:58 Low Testosterone Symptom #2: Brain Fog Brain fog is when you have difficulty concentrating and memory loss. The exact mechanisms behind how testosterone affects the brain aren't known, but preliminary research points to the fact that testosterone plays a role in preventing brain tissue decay. This is why men with low testosterone also have an increased risk of developing Alzheimer's. 5:10 Low Testosterone Sign #3: Increased Body Fat Studies have found men with lower levels of testosterone to have significantly higher levels of body fat. The relationship between testosterone and body fat goes both ways. Not only does low testosterone lead to high body fat, but high body fat lowers testosterone even further. 6:23 Low Testosterone Sign #4: Decreased Muscle & Strength A common side effect of low testosterone is difficulty building muscle and strength. But again, the relationship goes both ways. So one of the critical ways to turn the table on low testosterone is by lifting weights to build muscle and strength so that your body has an increased demand of producing testosterone. 7:37 Low Testosterone Sign #5: Loss of Libido This is the first symptom that comes up in a lot of guys since testosterone is the primary male sex hormone. Low testosterone causes both a psychological and physiological decrease in sex drive.
