How to Naturally Treat Acid Reflux

05:50
For more info: https://draxe.com/acid-reflux-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Nov-2014&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=acidreflux In this video, I’m going to go over how to naturally treat acid reflux. I will share my acid reflux diet, the best supplements to take, and the lifestyle changes you need to make in order to heal your body of acid reflux. Triggers for acid reflux usually involve not getting enough enzymes in your diet, causing low stomach acid. In order to address this issue, you need to change your diet. I would recommend avoiding citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, carbonated beverages, grain products, and hydrogenated oils. Replace those foods with foods that are high in enzymes and easy for your body to digest like vegetables, fruits, organic meats, bone broth. Additionally, you want to supplement your body with a digestive enzyme supplement (two capsules with meals) or HCL with pepsin (start with one capsule with protein). You will also want to focus on your lifestyle by eating less at meals and slowing down your eating pace. Lastly, start using apple cider vinegar, which is the number one home remedy for acid reflux (one tablespoon before your meal). Apple cider vinegar is effective because it contains acedic acid which helps you to digest food. Following all of these tips will improve your symptoms and help you overcome acid reflux all together. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. GERD (acid reflux). Hiatal Hernia Treatment. Why bother?

06:50
GERD (acid reflux). Hiatal Hernia Treatment. Why bother? Hiatal hernia often is the cause of GERD ( acid reflux, heartburn). Surgical treatment of hiatal hernia is ineffective because underlining causes such as obesity, constipation, chronic cough are not addressed. All those causes create increased intra-abdominal pressure and push stomach through the diaphragm into the chest cavity. When I (or chiropractor) treat patients with GERD due to hiatal hernia, I always try to address causes at the first appointment: obesity, constipation, chronic cough, acid reflux and GERD. Taking PPIs (Prilosec, Prevacid, Aciphex, pantoprazole (Protonix)) for GERD due to hiatal hernia does not make a lot of sense because you will be taking them every day for the rest of your life or until you fixed your hiatal hernia. PPIs have "black box warning", meaning that you cannot take them for more then 4-8 weeks. If taken more then 8weeks they may cause serious side effects, that is why I recommend some of my patients to go to a chiropractor and fix both: underlining problem and hiatal hernia. Here is the link to the video i use as an example: The Best Chiropractor I've Ever Seen For Hiatal Hernia Treatment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EynT8nG3qKs To cure GERD sign up for my 4 weeks coaching course, but first: 15 min conversation to see if i can help you: http://drwaks.com/contact-me/ stay healthy dr. v. waks

Click the link to see "a Unique 5 Step Natural Remedy For Heartburn": http://bit.do/AcidRefluxRemedy Acid reflux is a condition in which the acid in the stomach flows upwards and causes heartburn. It is very common nowadays due to eating disorders and extreme changes in eating habits. While there are a number of over the counter antacids you can easily get, many natural home remedies have been proven equally effective with minimal or no side effects. Vegetables, fruits, spices and herbs have been traditionally used to treat health conditions. They were the earliest form of medication. While most people rely on modern medication for most of their illnesses, many are now trying natural home remedies, as they have been proven more beneficial. Over the counter medicines can cause very bad side effects when used for a long time; this can be avoided using natural home remedies. Causes: Pregnancy Over-eating Excessive intake of fat foods Obesity Alcoholic drinks Caffeine Smoking Hernia Stress Symptoms Bloating Burning sensation in the chest Nausea Burping Vomiting or bloody stools Hiccups Loss of weight Dysphagia or narrow oesophagus Sore throat or dry cough Following are five remedies that you can try at home: 1.Chewing Gum: Chewing gums accelerate the flow of saliva, which in turn washes out all the extra acid that accumulates in the stomach and offers great relief. 2.Aloe Vera: The Aloe Vera juice is excellent for soothing upset stomach, drinking it can help in getting rid of unwanted stomach acids. It also reduces inflammation in the oesophagus. Drinking half a cup of Aloe Vera juice before meals is recommended. 3.Baking Soda: Adding half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drinking it offers instant relief. This must not be done regularly, as baking soda is high on salt. 4.Carrot Juice: Drinking a cup of carrot juice also offers quick relief. You can also drink cabbage juice as an alternate. 5.Ginger: The mixture of lemon juice and ginger juice is excellent to control acids in the stomach. To get ginger juice, you can crush the ginger and squeeze it. You can also add a small piece of jaggery with the crushed ginger. You will need to suck the mixture until you get the juice into your throat. It will instantly get rid of acidity. To be healthy it is important to live a healthy lifestyle. What Causes Tinnitus?

04:32
What Causes Tinnitus? ⇛ http://linkout.us/tnt First the good news - we know what causes tinnitus. And now the bad news - conventional medical science cannot cure it. Not permanently at least. Sure enough, your doctor would suggest a few remedies, and it may seem to you that the noises you hear are going down. As a result, you begin to relax believing that a pesky problem has been resolved. But suddenly the sounds return again. This is a very common problem actually. So let us turn to the causes instead, and see whether we can try to solve the issue from this end. ⇛ http://linkout.us/tnt Here Are Some of the Most Common Causes of Tinnitus Exposure to noise - Did your mom always tell you in your younger days to turn down the volume? She was right. Exposure to loud noise can give you tinnitus. In fact, rock musicians, and those who work with them, or in night clubs often have it. Those who work in construction sites also have tinnitus. So turn down that volume while you still can. You could begin to hear all kinds of noises if you have been exposed to just a single high-pitched noise. Or it could be due to a continuous attack of loud noises close to your ear. This is what happens. ⇛ http://linkout.us/tnt Prolonged exposure to noise can damage the Cochlea and cause tinnitus. So if you cannot simply stay away from all that noise, at least get some protection. Use an ear plug when you can. Head injury - Take care of your head because a severe blow or a slight bang could make you hear the tinnitus noises. The head is of course one of the most sensitive parts of the human body. But some people cannot live without an injury, such as those who are into sports - boxers and football players. That's why athletes are more prone to a tinnitus attack. Even a dental surgery could make you hear them. Ear infections and other ear problems - An ear infection, and even sinus can lead to tinnitus as well. When there is an allergy or a sinus infection, the mucous thickens within the inner ear, and this causes more pressure. The extra pressure can lead to tinnitus. Meniere's disease, where the fluid level goes up inside the middle ear is another reason. It could even cause hearing loss. ⇛ http://linkout.us/tnt Prescription medications - Conventional drugs often cause side effects, and tinnitus is one of them. Actually, all kinds of drugs have been blamed for instigating this condition. Such as antibiotics like Aminoglycosides, Erythromycin and Vancomycin, Aspirin or medicines containing it. Anti inflammatory drugs like Advil, Aleve, Anaprox, Clinoril, Feldene, Indocin, Lodine and Motrin have also been blamed. Sometimes people heard noises after taking chemotherapy agents such as Cisplatin, Nitrogen Mustard and Vincristine. And some others have even blamed quinine and loop diuretics for this. ⇛ http://linkout.us/tnt Stress - You must already know that excessive stress is not good for your health. It could result in all kinds of medical problems, and some of them can also be fatal. Stress can cause tinnitus too. A lot of it is damaging for your immunity, and this can lead to a misfire in the sound/brain waves. This adversely affects your nervous system, and makes you hear the noises. Depression - Some people believe that depression causes tinnitus. And there are those who say that tinnitus causes depression. But most of them agree that there is a relation between these two. And anyway, if your tinnitus is bothering you endlessly, it can make you depressed. Naturally this will further complicate matters. Take on these causes to achieve a permanent relief from tinnitus. Just tackling the symptoms will never work. After all, if the causes remain, the symptoms are bound to return. ⇛ http://linkout.us/tnt The only way you could ever get rid of your tinnitus for good is by following the holistic approach to healing. By using a multidimensional treatment for tinnitus, we are tackling all tinnitus causative factors and eliminating these triggering elements from the root. This is the only path for permanent freedom from tinnitus. This article is based on the book, "Tinnitus Miracle" by Thomas Coleman. Thomas is an author, researcher, nutritionist and health consultant who dedicated his life to creating the ultimate Tinnitus solution guaranteed to permanently reverse the root of ear ringing and naturally and dramatically improve the overall quality of your life, without the use prescription medication and without any surgical procedures. The Great Gildersleeve: Apartment Hunting / Leroy Buys a Goat / Marjorie's Wedding Gown

01:29:30
Premiering on August 31, 1941, The Great Gildersleeve moved the title character from the McGees' Wistful Vista to Summerfield, where Gildersleeve now oversaw his late brother-in-law's estate and took on the rearing of his orphaned niece and nephew, Marjorie (originally played by Lurene Tuttle and followed by Louise Erickson and Mary Lee Robb) and Leroy Forester (Walter Tetley). The household also included a cook named Birdie. Curiously, while Gildersleeve had occasionally spoken of his (never-present) wife in some Fibber episodes, in his own series the character was a confirmed bachelor. In a striking forerunner to such later television hits as Bachelor Father and Family Affair, both of which are centered on well-to-do uncles taking in their deceased siblings' children, Gildersleeve was a bachelor raising two children while, at first, administering a girdle manufacturing company ("If you want a better corset, of course, it's a Gildersleeve") and then for the bulk of the show's run, serving as Summerfield's water commissioner, between time with the ladies and nights with the boys. The Great Gildersleeve may have been the first broadcast show to be centered on a single parent balancing child-rearing, work, and a social life, done with taste and genuine wit, often at the expense of Gildersleeve's now slightly understated pomposity. Many of the original episodes were co-written by John Whedon, father of Tom Whedon (who wrote The Golden Girls), and grandfather of Deadwood scripter Zack Whedon and Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog). The key to the show was Peary, whose booming voice and facility with moans, groans, laughs, shudders and inflection was as close to body language and facial suggestion as a voice could get. Peary was so effective, and Gildersleeve became so familiar a character, that he was referenced and satirized periodically in other comedies and in a few cartoons. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Gildersleeve
