Meanwhile, add olive oil ,onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 2 minutes and add red bell pepper and cook, add beef crumbling with a spatula, until the meat is browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano and coriander, salt, cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add tomatoe sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve the spaghetti topped with the chili and cheese. 2 Turkey and Chickpea Chili recipe 360 calories (1 serving) For a hearty meal that doesn't feel heavy, this turkey and chickpea chili recipe is the perfect choice for a cozy night in. Cut into 8 squares and serve. 4 Peanut butter cookies 210 calories (6 serving) Ingredients 1 egg 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp honey 1 cup white whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese 2 oz greek yogurt 1 tbsp honey Preparation Preheat the oven to 180c In a blender add egg, vanilla extract, salt, peanut butter, honey and blend for 1 minute. In a medium bowl combine white whole wheat flour, baking powder. Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine all of the ingredients. Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet. Flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown. Remove from baking sheet and cool. Make the frosting by combining cream cheese, greek yogurt, honey, using a handheld mixer. Spread a dollop of frosting onto the bottom of one cookie and gently place the second cookie on top. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm. 4 Taco rice recipe 350 calories (1 serving) Ingredients 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 cup diced onion 2 oz pound lean ground turkey 1/2 cup cooked brown rice 1/4 tsp taco seasoning (see below for taco seasoning) Salt and Black pepper 1/4 cup corn kernels 1/3 cups crushed tomatoes 1 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, reduced-fat 1/4 cup green onions *** Ingredientfor taco seasoning*** 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp. Paprika 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin Preparation On medium heat cook onions and ground turkey in skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil, breaking up the turkey with a wooden spoon, until cooked through. until it's no longer pink. Add crushed tomatoes taco seasoning salt and black pepper and and mix well. Add the coked rice green onions corn kernels. Stir and fry the mixture until heated through and combined and serve. You can also add bacon, sausage, or other vegetables. Adjust to you liking. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oiled tray (I used olive oil). Then bake for 20-25 minutes (or more if you have more ingredients) at 180 degree celsius /355 degree fahrenheit. ☆ Overnight oats The standard recipes is: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk (almond milk) Cinnamon Maple Syrup Berries 1 tsp Vanilla extract Adjust to your liking! ☆ Lunch & Dinner • 3 Large sweet potatoes I like it to cut them into chip size because it cooks faster. It takes about 20-30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Flip them over after the first 10 to 15 minutes. • 2 Large Red capsicums and 2 Yellow Capsicums (Bell Peppers) Takes about 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius to cook to my liking. You can leave it in the oven a little shorter if you like it crunchy. (200 degree celsius us around 390 degree fahrenheit) • 3 Bunch of Asparagus. This takes less than 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. If they're small and tiny then 5 minutes will do. I like them crunchy. • Kale with Garlic Add some to a pan and fry the garlic for a minute then add the kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and done! • 2 big Salmon Fillets Season with salt and pepper (that's all I do). You can add your favourite seasonings. Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. I don't like them overdone. and 9-10 minutes are normally just right depending on the thickness. • 2 big White Fish Fillets Rubbed some olive oil on the fish. Half a lemon juice, Ginger powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. • 1kg of Chicken Breasts Rubbed some olive oil on the chicken. Season with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. Again add your fav spices! Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. Again this is dependent on the thickness of the chicken breast. I had mine sliced in half. After all these are cooked, I just divide the chicken breasts into 5 portions. Add sweet potatoes, capsicums and asparagus to create 5 chicken/veg meals. For the fish meals, I have quinoa, kale and the fish. I didn't measure anything so I just eyeball everything here. For white fish, I added more sweet potatoes because white fish are lower in fat, hence lower in calories. ☆ Healthy Hummus 2 cans of chickpeas (500g drained chickpeas) 20g of tahinis 60g of olive oil 2 garlic cloves 1 Lemon Juice Almond milk to water it down. (Just add enough so that it's not too thick) Pink Himalayan Salt Cumin (optional) Blend them all together! I like to eat it with Wholemeal Pita Pockets. It is sooooo good. The ones I love most is from Mission. Don't forget to add some fruits or nuts as snacks if you're hungry. Also don't restrict too much. Need ice cream, have some ice cream. Don't overindulge and also don't under indulge. Stay happy and healthy. That's all! I hope you find this video helpful!

Hey everyone! This episode of extreme weight loss meals features a very basic introduction meal: Salmon and Asparagus. Fish is very light and high in protein and is a very common thing to work into your own weight loss diet. Personally, I really enjoy the taste of salmon and this is a very simple way to prepare it. Salt, pepper, lemon slices, and onion wedges baked at 425 F for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily. I paired it was asparagus for two reasons; 1. I had it leftover in my fridge 2. it cooks at the exact same time and temperature as the salmon so it was really easy to throw in at the same time. Salmon is a really easy meal to work in a variety of veggies like a stir fry, broccoli, spinach salad, the list goes on. Again, this meal is only an introduction to cooking to lose weight. It is not meant to be anything extravagant, it simply serves as an example of how easy it is to cook and prepare food that contributes to a goal of maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle, or contributing to losing weight to meet a target fitness goal. I would highly suggest trying out some different ways of preparing this meal and pairing it with other sides, at the end of the day you will only become more versatile in your kitchen!
