This preserves protein, amino acids and prevents against atrophy and muscle loss. Each glucose molecule need one ion of potassium to able to hold glucose in the liver and muscle. Stored glucose is called glucogen (stored glucose). This helps regulate blood sugar and without potassium, your body will store more fat. Potassium... Your Secret Weight Loss Weapon

01:32
Would you like a Secret Weapon to help battle weight gain? Potassium plays an important role in controlling the carbohydrate chaos that occurs in our body. Potassium is necessary for converting glucose into glycogen. And once converted, glycogen can then be stored in the liver and muscles for future energy… before the process of fat creation. How I Lost Weight WITHOUT Exercising!!

How I Lost Weight WITHOUT Exercising!! https://goo.gl/GJpfSV Check this out LOSE Weight fast Weight Loss/ Healing Guide For breakfast, eat a large amount of fruit, preferably melons. If melons aren't available, eat your favorite fruit(s). Try to stay away from bananas. Limit bananas to about twice per week if your goal is to lose weight. You will eat one meal per day with very little to no meat. Whatever meal you decide, you will eat it at least 4 hours before lying down. If you must eat something right before lying down, make it fruit ONLY preferably melon since it is made of mostly water and will easily pass. Oranges is also good since it have the good acids in there to help burn fat. For the rest of your day, you will eat fruit. That means breakfast, dinner, snack time, etc. If you eat nuts, only eat a palm full. As quickly as possible, purchase Magnesium tablets. I have attached the ones I take but you can find them other places. Just never get your supplements/food from wal mart. http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/source-naturals-magnesium-malate-1250-mg-360-tablets/sr-5312 P.S. Once per week you will ONLY eat fruit for the entire day. If you can push yourself to do it 3 times per day, that will put you on the fast track. Try not to go too hard on yourself though but if you can do it more than once per week you will see a drastic change. This is your new "lifestyle plan". It will take some getting use to but it works. After a month, we will alter the plan slightly because you will eventually stop losing weight so quickly because your body is now used to the plan. Let me know when your month is almost up so that I can give you a new plan. Please Note: ***If you eat salt, please eat himalayan salt or sea salt ONLY. Preferably himalayan salt since it has very helpful minerals that our body needs on a daily basis. In fact, go ahead and trash all table salt today and buy it no more. *** Everyday you will add a half teaspoon of baking soda to an 8 oz glass of water and drink it at once. ***If you happen to eat something fried(I don't suggest), make sure you take a half a teaspoon of baking soda in an 8 oz glass of spring water when done. Never let the grease just sit on your stomach. *** Cut out any dairy products and soy from your diet. We will only look at ingredients now. Calories don't matter when you consume the right kind of calories. ***I know organic foods is not always possible but if you wanna up your game, be sure to substitute organic instead of regular ESPECIALLY MEATS. (If you have to eat fast food, try Chipotle. They have no hormones, antibiotics, etc) It's actually healthy for you. *** Also Please record your process. Take pics, start a diary, etc. Because if it works for you, I wanna share it with others to help them as well. How I Lost Weight WITHOUT Exercising!! https://goo.gl/GJpfSV

POTASSIUM: The MOST Important Electrolyte - MUST WATCH!

Get Dr. Berg's New Electrolyte Powder: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-powder-regular Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis Download Keto Essentials https://m.me/drericberg?ref=w2128577 Dr. Berg discusses potassium and the importance of this electrolyte. Your heart, your fluid, your energy, your nutrients in and out of the cell is dependent on the sodium and potassium pump. However, potassium is the most difficult to get from the diet. High levels of cortisol (stress), insulin, sugar, diuretics, excessive salt, surgery, all can deplete potassium. However, you need between 7-10 cups of salad or veggies to get your daily requirement of 4700mg. Hey guys, Dr. Berg here. I want to do a video on the most important electrolyte. Let me explain what an electrolyte is, if you ever take salt and put it in the water and dissolve it, the sodium and chloride disconnect and they become two separate minerals and that fluid is very electrically conductive. Basically electrolytes have to do with minerals that help conduct electricity in the body. They help with a lot of different things. As far as the electrolytes, it will be like potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, chlorides, and all those minerals. Potassium out of all the electrolytes is the one that we need in a very large quantities. Why is that? Why do we need potassium in a large amount? I am talking 4,700 mg to 6,000 mg every single day and that is equivalent to 7 to 10+ cups of salad or vegetables every single day. Let’s go dig further into exactly to why we need potassium. There are something in the body called sodium-potassium pump. It is built in a little protein connected to an enzyme, it forms a whole enzyme in the surface of your cells and you will have between 8,000 to 30million of this little tiny pumps and they are little generators that generate electricity to allow things to go through the cell so it take a lot of energy, in fact the energy of 1/3 of your diet goes to running those pumps. You also have another pump in the stomach called the hydrogen potassium ATPas, it is basically another pump that is built with a potassium that allows you to create stomach acid to help you digest. This pumps are also in the muscles, nervous systems and the pumps in the nervous system used about 60% of your body’s chloric intake of energy. In other words, these pumps are really critically important in exchanging nutrition, glucose, amino acids and other minerals to allow them to transport in other cell. Potassium is essential for building the pumps to allow these functions right here, they charge the cell electrically, so your cells have a certain voltage to allow things to work and go in and out of the cell to create different energy. In fact your energy that you have that controls your metabolism is controlled partly by these little pump. So it charges the cell electrically, it gives you energy. It helps the muscle contracts and relax because it allows calcium to go into the cell as well. It controls the transport of calcium. DR. Water Retention: How to Reduce Bloating from Sodium- Thomas DeLauer

06:24
Water Retention: How to Reduce Bloating from Sodium- Thomas DeLauer… http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com is where it's at! Dandelion Root: Dandelion is the name of Taraxacum, a large family of flowering plants found everywhere in the world. Dandelion acts as a natural diuretic, which is any substance that promotes diuresis, that is, the increased production of urine. Dandelion causes kidneys to increase the volume of urine and expel the extra salt accumulated inside the body. By stimulating more urine production, dandelion affects the blood volume and water balance in your body, causing excess fluid to move out of the body tissues. Additionally, dandelion contains taraxasterol. The diuretic effect of dandelion is believed to be due to taraxasterol. This plant sterol removes fluids from spaces between tissues and the skin. Taraxasterol is also anti-allergic, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory. (1,2,3) Magnesium: Magnesium is important in the body because of its affinity for phosphates in biological systems. For this reason, it is needed for any biochemical reaction involving ATP (Adenosine triphosphate), the chief energy molecule in the cell. Magnesium is also required for synthesizing DNA and RNA. In humans, the mineral can be found mostly in the skeleton and inside the cells. Exercise: Aside from diuretics, such as dandelion and magnesium, exercise can also play a role in the reduction of water retention. Exercise does not need to be intense - simple, regular exercises are appropriate, and you should take a few minutes of rest while exercising to prevent the development of exercise-induced edema. Swimming: Swimming/treading water helps to reduce symptoms of edema. The force exerted by muscles against the pressure of water helps in moving the fluid buildup from tissues. This is favorable for those with edema because there is less stress on muscles and joints. Walking: The leg contractions while walking, helps in releasing the trapped fluid out of the tissues. It also improves blood circulation that flushes out the excess fluids. References: 1) Dandelion and Water Retention - How it Helps - ProgressiveHealth.com. (n.d.). Eating 3000+ calories for weight loss // let's talk calories!

11:56
This is my personal experience and I am not telling you how many calories your unique body needs. Only YOU are able to know how many calories your body needs. I do not recommend calorie counting for those who find it triggering. However, it is helpful if you are worried about eating ENOUGH calories or if you are curious and are not triggered by numbers. I never ever ever thought that I would one day be able to eat this many calories and lose/maintain a healthy weight, as I used to literally eat HALF the amount I do today. I made this video because I would have LOVED to see this video in my own recovery. I hope this video is helpful for you guys! I'd be happy to share my full cronometer account with you guys, if any of you know how to do that, let me know! Hope you have a beautiful day! ♡ If you want more 1-on-1 support with me, join my support group here: https://www.patreon.com/bePatron?c=1478912&rid=2302324 Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/aliceoliviawatts Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aliceoliviawonder/ Tumblr: http://potassium-princess.tumblr.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/PotassiumPrincess/ Intro/Outro: PBD by Grey (Buy his album, he's a vegan rapper!) https://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/missed-calls-ep/1261632420

Morning Drink Recipe: Weight Loss and Adrenal Fatigue: Thomas DeLauer

Thanks for 100K Subscribers! Please Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Morning Drink Recipe: Weight Loss and Adrenal Fatigue: Thomas DeLauer Coconut Cranberry Smoothie Ingredients - Coconut Water/Milk - Cranberries - Pink Himalayan Sea Salt - Cream of tartar - Maca Root (powder) Coconut Water or Coconut Milk One side effect of adrenal fatigue is high blood pressure A 2005 study found that when subjects were given coconut water for two weeks, their systolic blood pressure was 71% lower and their diastolic blood pressure was 29% lower than those who drank plain water. The high potassium content of coconut water has led researchers to investigate the potential benefits for reducing cardiovascular disease risk. Cranberries It is the high levels of the specific substance proanthocyanidins (PACs) that are found in cranberries that helps the body’s immune function to ward off illness and disease. Proanthocyanidins refers to a larger class of polyphenols - these powerful polyphenols are able to nurture the lining of the gut, where a large majority of the immune system is actually located. Because cranberries can ward off harmful bacteria from accumulating and growing in the gut lining, healthy immune-boosting bacteria are able to thrive and create a powerful defense against sickness. The polyphenols may help prevent the build-up of plaque on vessel walls, and the antioxidant components of cranberries are also linked to a reduction in blood pressure. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt It supplies an astonishing 84 unique trace minerals. There are 21 trace minerals that are widely agreed upon to be necessary for the body's metabolic processes Himalayan salt is mined from 200 million year-old seabeds; it is completely free of the heavy metals and other toxins that show up in sea salts harvested from today's oceans. When the adrenal glands are fatigued, they fail to produce adequate amounts of several hormones, including aldosterone. Lack of aldosterone can disrupt the sodium balance at a cellular level. This can actually increase your needs for natural sodium and helps explain the salt cravings many people with adrenal fatigue experience (could explain why certain people favor salty foods more than others). (3) Cream of Tartar Cream of tartar, also called potassium hydrogen tartrate, is an acidic natural by-product of winemaking. Adrenal fatigue can cause hypertension, or high blood pressure, and can lead to heart attack and strokes. If you do suffer from low potassium, however, cream of tartar is a simple fix, packed with 16,500 mg of potassium in a mere 100 grams of cream of tartar (4) Secret Ingredient: Maca Root (powder) Clinical trials have shown that maca has positive effects on energy, stamina, and mood. Maintaining positive energy levels is related to having lower levels of anxiety and depression, both of which maca has been shown to positively help achieve. Maca root is an adaptogen herb, which means that it helps only where it is needed. For instance, if your body is overproducing a hormone, it regulates it back to normal and if your body under-produces a hormone, it helps raise the level until it is balanced. The adrenal glands are part of the endocrine system and are managed by the hypothalamus and the pituitary glands. When someone is suffering from adrenal fatigue, their adrenal glands are unbalanced causing excessive tiredness and horrible stress. Maca root, when used consistently, has the power to nourish and stimulate the hypothalamus and the pituitary glands which in turn brings balance to the adrenal glands References 1) Electrolytes & The Adrenals - Metabolic Healing. It's dangerous to lose weight like most wrestlers because they are not only losing fluid but electrolytes. Potassium is most difficult electrolyte to get simply because most people do not consume enough vegetable or salad. Our body needs 4700 mg every day - that's 7-10 cups of salad per day. How to Eat Carbs and Still Lose Weight

11:18
How to Lose Weight Fast. Many of us limit what we eat to get in shape or stay there. Most often, we try to cut down on carbs and limit our intake of our favorite foods. No-carb diets bring quick results, but there’s a problem: once you start eating carbs again, odds are you’ll put a lot of that weight right back on. Your body will suddenly start having extra fuel again, and it will store that fuel as fat. How can you eat your favorite foods and still lose weight? Let’s look at some key information about carbs from nutritionists. We’ll also look at a list of tasty foods that will help you diet safely and get rid of that excess weight once and for all — and keep it off! TIMESTAMPS Why no-carb diets are bad for you 0:33 Carbohydrates and Weight Loss 2:02 Complex carbs 2:28 Simple carbs 3:01 7 Complex Carbs You Should Eat 4:15 7. Chickpeas 4:49 6. Corn 5:33 5. Pasta 6:29 4. Green beans and asparagus 7:35 3. Mushrooms 8:27 2. Rice 9:09 1. Potatoes 10:03 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -Cutting out carbs entirely causes a condition called hypoglycemia, which can produce feelings of hunger, shakiness, dizziness, confusion, difficulty speaking, or anxiety. If your body goes into ketosis, it starts burning reserves of fat for energy. -The most important thing to remember about carbs is that they provide us with energy. They are our body’s main fuel source, and they are key to metabolizing fat and protein. -Complex carbs contain starch, fiber, pectin, and glycogen. They include bread, beans, cereals, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, and nuts. -Simple carbs contain glucose, fructose, galactose, sucrose, and maltose. They include fruit, milk, sweets, pastries, beer, and most fast food. -Eating all carbs, even complex carbs, will saturate your body with fuel, and it will have to store all that excess fuel somewhere. Eat what you need to support your level of activity and exercise regimen. -Chickpeas give you a good hit of fiber, which slows digestion to a healthy pace and helps control the amount of food we eat. -The protein and vitamins contained in corn help us get healthy skin, hair, and nails, contribute to fat burning, and have fiber to stimulate the work of the intestines. -Whole grain pasta contains complex carbs, which supply us with energy and clean our body of toxins. -Green beans contain potassium, which strengthens muscles and normalizes the work of the intestines. Asparagus possesses the same benefits. It contains fiber and large amounts of vitamins, helps lower high blood pressure, cleans out toxins, and stimulates the work of the heart. -Amino acids, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, and vitamins B, C, and D make mushrooms a very healthy dish. -Wild rice contains a small number of calories and a huge amount of fiber, protein, and tryptophan, an amino acid that serves as a natural sedative. -Boiling potatoes or baking them with vegetables and a little olive oil preserves their useful elements. Spike Your Potassium: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-p... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr.Berg talks about salt sensitive or potassium deficient. People that are salt sensitive are usually told to stay away from sodium. But did you know that we need 1000mg of sodium and 4700mg of potassium RDA? If you are deficient in sodium, you experience headaches, fatigue, lethargy, nausea, and weak muscles. Sodium and potassium work together. Instead of accepting the diagnosis that you need to cut down your salt, try to increase your potassium intake to 4700mg daily. This will especially help with high blood pressure. Increase your potassium by taking supplements, but it's best to eat 7-10 cups of vegetables. DR. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. 6 Signs You May Have A Potassium Deficiency

03:43
6 signs you may have a potassium deficiency. You're always tired. Maybe your muscles are soft or your heart is racing. The problems may be affected by not enough potassium. Like all nutrients, potassium is essential to keep your body healthy. It's actually a type of electrolyte that helps your muscles contract and your nerves and muscles communicate. If you are low in potassium, your body will then pump out more insulin. Potassium in the nutrient that is needed the most in the body. You need it for energy, muscle synthesis, balancing fluids, adrenal health but mostly for storing glycogen, keeping blood sugars healthy, etc. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 52 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. The citrate from potassium citrate helps to breakdown and prevent stones and in the case of uric acid - you need potassium citrate because it can alkalize an overly acid situation. This helps also in the transformation from glucose metabolism to fat (ketone) metabolism. B-vitamins - are also necessary - for this use nutritional yeast. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PJ3IPMI Vitamins - I recommend raw wheat grass juice powder (lemon) For those people who have insulin resistance or diabetes, I recommend Insulin & Glucose support. Top 3 Minerals for Fasting & a Low Carb Keto Diet

07:33
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Top 3 Minerals for Fasting & a Low Carb Keto Diet - Thomas DeLauer When you're on a ketogenic diet, a low carb diet or even if you're fasting for that matter, there's some things that you need to be paying attention to when it comes down to your minerals. Now I mention in a lot of videos increasing your sodium intake, in some videos I talk about magnesium, some videos I talk about potassium. But in this video I want to break it down all into one. I want to help you understand what happens in your body when you're in a low carb state or when you're in a fasted state and why minerals become extremely, extremely, extremely important. So we have to remember that even when we're fasting or when we're cutting card out of the diet, we are not holding nearly as much water. You see for every one gram of carbohydrate that you consume, you hold on average 3.7 grams of water. So that means when you cut these carbohydrates out your body is losing a lot of water. Now, to make matters worse, ketones like beta hydroxy butyrate that our body produces when we're fasting or when we're in a ketogenic state are proven to be somewhat of a diuretic as is, so they make it a little bit worse. They cause your body to excrete even more water. So let's talk about three minerals today. I want to talk about sodium, I want to talk about potassium and I also want to talk about magnesium. So let's start with sodium. Heres the thing, first and foremost when your body isn't holding onto the water as much you're going to drop some sodium. It's going to head on out along with the water. You're just going to excrete it out. But there's an additional thing that happens that we have to be cognizant of and that's the fact that your insulin levels are very low. So whether you're fasting or on a ketogenic diet, your insulin levels are lower and insulin helps regulate the kidney's ability to reabsorb sodium. So when insulin isn't present, the kidneys tend to just flush that sodium out of the equation. So now you have two different things going on. Your losing water because you don't have the carbs, you don't have the actual volume. But then you actually have a function of the kidneys themselves that are causing the body to just excrete extra sodium. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because I will honestly say that the benefits of having lower levels of insulin probably supersede the actual negative aspects of your body excreting sodium because it's a lot easier to add more sodium into the diet. There was one study that was published in the American Journal of Medicine that took a look at 51 obese patients. Now these 51 obese patients they put on a low carb diet, okay, they put them on a 25 carb diet for about six months. They kept their calories still relatively high though, they just cut their carbs down. Well what they found was that at the end of six months, all the patients that were on the low carb diet had an increase in blood urea nitrogen levels. What does this end up meaning? This means that their body was losing sodium. They also found that their blood levels of sodium were significantly reduced compared to those that didn't go on a low carb diet. So we do have legitimate telltale proof that going on a low carb diet does slow down the ability to retain sodium and it does make it so you lose a little bit of that salt that's helping your blood pressure stay up. You need potassium, trace minerals for the enzymes, not to mention fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K2) and vitamin B complex and C. The most common deficiencies are potassium and trace minerals. However, if you have insulin resistance, protein will not enter the cell as well because insulin controls the absorption of amino acids. But mostly, muscle loss is not a lack of dietary protein. High levels of cortisol from stress can also create a catabolic effect on the muscles and prevent the growing of muscles. INTERMITTENT FASTING: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwCRj... Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe for Fasting: Thomas DeLauer

06:43
Please Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week + Live Broadcasts! http://ThomasDeLauer.com Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe for Fasting: Thomas DeLauer… Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar Cream of Tartar Pink Sea Salt Lime Juice Monk Fruit (optional) Acetic Acid: Apple Cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which is a synthetic carboxylic acid with antibacterial and antifungal properties. It also reduces glycemic and insulin responses to foods such as a starchy meal by delaying gastric emptying. (1) Polyphenols: Apple cider Vinegar also contains polyphenols – Polyphenols act as a prebiotic-type substance, meaning that they increase the amount of healthy bacteria in the gut, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria strains. They also inhibit growth of potentially pathogenic bacteria. Catechin – a polyphenol – inhibits the proliferation of Clostridium histolyticum, a pathogenic bacteria (2) Cream of Tartar: Cream of tartar, also called potassium hydrogen tartrate, is an acidic natural byproduct of winemaking. Fasting can result in the loss of minerals, specifically potassium – low levels of potassium can result in high blood pressure problems. One teaspoon of cream of tartar = 495 mg of potassium. Potassium tends to decrease during longer period of fasting the fastest, especially if you’re working out. Cream of tartar provides a fairly bioavailable form of potassium rather than taking a potassium supplement. Hypokalemia - low potassium: Muscle weakness, fatigue and cramping are all associated with decreases in potassium, so essentially, by adding some potassium in to the mix, you can make your fast easier. (3) Pink Himayalan Salt: Consuming sea salt ensures that you maintain sufficient sodium levels, and this helps balance your sodium-potassium ratios. Sodium and potassium are two electrolytes that work together to ensure that there is proper fluid balance in your body’s cells as well as your blood plasma and extracellular fluid. They work together to make sure that the cell gets the water that it needs to continue the process of ion exchange between sodium and potassium in the cell utilizing Na/K ATPase to create energy. This will help maintain energy during your fast. Lime Juice: Limes contain flavonoid antioxidants known as flavonol glycosides. These antioxidants have been found to help protect against deadly bacteria such as cholera. Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry saw that Liminoids, one of the components of limes induced levels of glutathione s - transferase which is what essentially helps bind to free radicals, aiding in the detoxification process. (4) Monk Fruit: The compounds that give it a sweet flavor (called mogrosides) are actually antioxidants. Mogrosides are be able to protect tissues in the body from the damage of free radicals. Monk fruit compounds actually exhibit beneficial anti-microbial properties that may help maintain proper bacterial balance. Extracts from the fruit and leaves have been shown to inhibit candida, streptococcus, and bacteria responsible for gum disease in the mouth. References: 1) acetic acid | CH3COOH - PubChem. (n.d.). How to Lose Water Weight Overnight | Causes of Bloating | Foods Cause bloating Relief after eating

How to lose water weight overnight | Causes of Bloating | Foods that cause bloating Relief after eating 🔥 FREE 6 Week Challenge: https://gravitychallenges.com/home65d4f?utm_source=ytube&utm_term=bloating Fat Loss Calculator: http://bit.ly/2O8bRKa Would you like to know how to lose water weight overnight? Well luckily for you I have a great all encompassing answer starting from the causes of bloating and ending with bloating relief. If you would like to know how to get rid of water weight overnight you can find out by watching this video. It is important to note that this video is not about how to lose body fat fast. This video is about how to lose water weight fast. There is a big difference and each topic has its uses for different people. If you are someone looking to get rid of excess water weight to cut weight for a competition or someone looking for bloating relief and would like to get rid of some puffy skin then the tips presented in this video is for you. One of the best ways to lose water weight overnight is by sweating out extra water weight in a cardiovascular program. That's right when you go running or perform some other type of cardio you will be sweating much more than usual and will lose plenty of water weight that way. Another way to do this is by sitting in a sauna and cycling your rounds in there. In this video I recommend 4 rounds of 15 minutes. If this is too challenging then cut your rounds shorter and giver yourself more breaks. A sweat suit is a great way to get rid of bloating fast because it gives you the sauna effect (high heat) while exercising. Helping you sweat significantly more. The best way to lose water weight is by first identifying the foods that cause bloating. Bloating and puffy skin is caused by a high amount of water retention that sits between the skin and your muscles inhibiting you from looking your leanest. Your diet has a huge part to do with this and one of the biggest factors in your diet that leads to bloat is salt. That's right we want to cut out as much salt as possible and you should not have more than a teaspoon or 2,300 mg of sodium per day. That includes salt from seasonings, processed foods, and frozen foods. Sugar is also at the forefront of causes of bloating so make sure that simple nutrition void sugar is out of your diet. That includes sugars found in sodas, candy, and simple carbs as well. Stick to more protein based and high fiber/complex carbohydrate diet, and you will see drastic changes in your health, mood, and aesthetics. You can also supplement with potassium either in pill form or from fruits such as bananas. Potassium is an electrolyte that is thought to help reduce sodium's effect on the body. Asparagus has similar effects as well. I have heard positive reviews from many people about asparagus ability to fight bloating after eating. Dandelion tea is a natural diuretic that will help with puffy skin and help you get rid of water weight overnight as well. Distilled water is very special because it attaches to sodium and will actually flush the sodium it is attache to out of your system. Make sure that in general you are drinking a lot of water if your goal is to lose water weight. I know that may not make sense, but our bodies get very needy when they don't get enough of something. If your body doesn't get enough water, it will store and retain every last bit. Finally, one of the best tips for how to lose water weight overnight and bloating relief is by taking an Epsom salt bath. Epsom salt not only is capable of getting up to 20-30 lbs of water out of your body. It is also a very great way to get toxins out of your system and help you feel rejuvenated. Try it out next time you need to lose water weight.
