You can lose eight fast with the Military Diet. It will make you lose 10 pounds in 3 days. That's very fast weight loss. There are many different types of diets that are constantly being advertised and recommended. The trouble is finding one that can actually “talk the talk and walk the walk.” According to Dr. Mark Hyman, a nine-time #1 New York Times bestselling author, states that one of the number one reasons diets fail is because the person doesn’t have a plan that fits them. Good health is not something that is just given to people, they have to plan and earn. These are some weight loss tips for you. #MilitaryDiet #DietPlan #LoseWeight Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music Summary: Here is the 3-day military diet that can help you lose 10 pounds! (This diet is intended for women, but men are recommended to add an extra 100 calories a day in the form of protein.) Breakfast may be one of the most essential meals of the day simply because it will give you that desired energy first thing in the morning and it can help kickstart your metabolism. For your first meal of this 3 day military diet you can have half a grapefruit, 1 slice of toast (preferably whole wheat or multigrain) with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. If you have a peanut allergy you can substitute it with almond butter, soy butter, sunflower seed butter, hummus, pumpkin butter, or bean dip. And any breakfast isn’t complete without 1 cup of black coffee or caffeinated tea. Please note, you cannot add any sugar, cream, milk or sweeteners into your coffee or tea. These beverages are not essential to the diet as you can substitute it with any amount of water. But green tea and coffee both have thermogenic properties (burns more calories) and black coffee has the ability to suppress your appetite. The next meal of the day (lunch) consists of half a cup of tuna, another slice of toast (but no peanut butter this time) and water, black coffee or tea. If you need to season your foods then go with alternatives such as garlic salt, pepper, honey mustard, and any other low or no calorie seasoning. For dinner, you can have 3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 cup of green beans, half a banana, one small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream. As you can tell, there isn’t a lot of food in this diet and that’s because lowering calories is what causes weight loss. If you wanna drop the pounds, you got to cut the calories! The next morning, breakfast should include one slice of multigrain or whole wheat toast, one whole egg, and half a banana. This diet is intended to last three days, and then take 4 days off. Rinse and repeat until you achieve the results you desire. The 4 days off do not mean you can binge eat and eat yourself to sickness. The goal should still be to eat around 1,500 calories or less. For lunch, you are entitled to one cup of cottage cheese (or you can replace it with 1 slice of cheddar cheese), 1 hard boiled egg and 5 saltine crackers. Dinner is served! You can have two hot dogs (minus the buns), 1 cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana, and half a cup of vanilla ice cream. This diet dictates vanilla ice cream only (why? I have no clue) but you can substitute ice cream (who would do that?) with one cup of apple juice or one cup of vanilla, strawberry or banana flavored almond milk. The vegetables on this diet should be steamed, baked, boiled or eaten raw. Meat should be grilled or baked, and if you are a vegetarian then you can substitute the protein sources with tofu, lentils, beans and/or portobello mushrooms. The third and final day has arrived! You’re almost there, don’t give up now! For breakfast, you are to have 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 small apple. Saltine crackers can be replaced with rice cakes (one for one) and cheddar cheese can be replaced with ham, eggs, cabbage or soy cheese. Don’t forget your black coffee or caffeinated tea! This lunch is going to be a bit small but on the menu is one slice of whole wheat or multigrain toast and one hard boiled egg. You can switch the egg out for one cup of milk, or two slices of bacon or just one chicken wing. As you can probably tell, from day 1 to day 3 there is a slow and gradual reduction of even more calories (hence the rapid weight loss.) For the last meal of day 3, you can have 1 cup of tuna, half a banana and one cup of vanilla ice cream. And remember, there is no snacking allowed on this diet. This is a sample of a Full Meal Plan to help you Lose Weight and achieve your goals. They are made of simple ingredients, quick and very easily put together. The foundation of this meal plan has: • 3 ounces of lean protein • 1 complex carb • Unlimited vegetables • 1 healthy fat Each meal should be about 350 calories (or fewer) Example of Protein you can use: Chicken, Turkey, Fish (any kind), tuna, tofu, eggs, beef or pork tenderloin. Example of Complex Carbs: Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Wholemeal Bread, Wraps, Pita Bread. Example of Healthy Fat: Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Avocado, Omega-3 (from fish) In order for this plan to be Effective, you are recommended to: 1) Prepare Your Food in Bulk lasting 2 -- 3 days to make it stress free. 2) These meals are interchangeable. So you can have your snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch etc. 3) Only use and Prepare high quality food like chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables or fish. So no white bread, white rice, processed food and ready meals at all. 4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully. 5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day. 6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion. 7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track. 8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track. 9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress. 10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF. WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25? I said "SOUP" can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening). Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks: Lemon / Lime Pineapples Apples Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING). GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal. Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal. Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping). TIPS & WARNINGS: Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart. Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does. Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement. Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream. Hope I haven't missed out any important Tips or Additional Information. This way you can decide for yourself if making these drinks is even something that you really want to spend your time on and if detoxing is actually even a real thing. 3 top detox water recipes "Slimming Detox Drink" ½ gallon purified water ½ lemon, sliced ½ lime, sliced ½ grapefruit, sliced 1 cup cucumber, sliced "Metabolism Boosting Detox Drink" 1 inch Ginger Root, peeled and sliced 1 cup of preferably frozen Mango but fresh is fine too In a big pitcher of water "Fat Burning Detox Recipe" 1 lime, thinly sliced 5 inch cucumber, sliced into rings 5 mint leaves In a pitcher of water The idea behind detoxing is all about toxins and getting them out of your body. These toxins which are talked about very vaguely in the detox industry come from everywhere including our food, chemicals in the air, and pretty much anywhere else you can think of. The reason we are told that we should detoxify our body is because we are lead to believe that our body can't do it efficiently on its own and the toxins somehow get backed up in our system. If this is true it means that yes we now need a detox drink to get all those toxins out. However, this may not be true. Edzard Ernst is a professor of complementary medicine at Exeter University. He says that If toxins did build up in a way your body couldn’t excrete, he says, you’d likely be dead or in need of serious medical intervention. “The healthy body has kidneys, a liver, skin, even lungs that are detoxifying as we speak,” “There is no known way – certainly not through detox treatments – to make something that works perfectly well in a healthy body work better.” Other than living a healthy lifestyle there is no need to detoxify the body. And if you haven't been living a healthy lifestyle all you have to do to detoxify the body is start living a healthy lifestyle. This detox thing has become a huge fad. By creating a supposed toxin problem, detox marketers have capitalized on fear and ignorance, and have made and continue to make millions upon millions of dollars doing so. It is important to understand that basically anything can be toxic; Have you ever actually asked yourself, "does your body need help with detoxification to begin with." I mean you have to ask because this whole detox thing is a relatively new phenomenon. Your body is already very good at detoxifying your system on its own. You're body has natural ways to deal with toxins by itself can be summed up with the 4 p's peeing - You're kidneys will flush waste out of your system. Make sure you drink enough water and try to stay hydrated enough to keep your pee looking almost transparent. If you take vitamins your pee may look a little more yellow. pooping - Eat more fiber and drink more water to encourage more bowel movements. Eat beans and you'll be well on your way to detoxifying your system probably better than apple cider vinegar can. Perspiring - You're skin is the single largest organ of elimination. This is why I tell people you have to sweat. You're pores are most open to detoxing when you exercise and work up a sweat regularly. If you're too lazy to exercise you're in luck there are some alternatives. Using a sauna, steam room, or taking an Epsom salt bath will help you sweat and detoxify. Keep in mind though that when you exercise you end up getting many other benefits than just sweating Pranayama - People that are into yoga would explain this as regulating your breath. This is essentially deep breathing, Pranayama is a practice where you consciously try to take deeper breaths where you try to breathe deep into your belly. Now sitting there taking deep breaths may not be the best way to detoxify using your lungs. I promise you that if you do some intense exercising you won't be breathing like short shallow breaths, you're going to be breathing really really deep. Exercise is known to improve the power of your lungs.
