http://www.eng3corp.com - Activated Air is a proven technology used by professional and individuals who want to enhance performance, promote healthy aging or restore health. Eng3’s approach is to trigger the body’s natural response to oxidative stress and improve cellular activities like cell metabolism and the uptake of oxygen. Your body’s cells through the course of your life go through disease, aging and stress. The conversion of O2 gets weaker and weaker as we age deviating you from your optimum level...organs and cells do not get the optimum amount of energy and our metabolic system slows down. As an adult there is an aggressive increase in free radicals and the aging process is accelerated. Improved cellular activity leads to better cell metabolism including cell energy production. It; enables peak mental and physical, performance, supports the immune system and prevents diseases and promotes healthy aging. Activated Air helps to increase your body’s ability to absorb oxygen for a more efficient oxygen metabolism. Your body’s energy budget is improved, metabolism is stimulated and the bodies self-healing and regeneration powers are accelerated. Rejuvenated and revitalized cells are the best foundation for protecting and fighting against age-related health problems and disorders caused by inefficient energy production. The benefits of improved cell performance are confirmed with test results. Heart Rate Variability, which is a measure of your underlying health is an easy way for doctors or individuals to measure improvement. Numerous more specific tests can be used to show results. Some of these tests are identified here.

https://www.tempir.com/product/finger-pulse-oximeter/ Normal Oxygen Saturation Levels. Today I am reviewing the Tempir Pulse Oximeter. It comes in this box and it is well packaged. With styrofoam to keep it safe through delivery. Also it comes with a nice carrying case fits in there and closes with velcro. Comes with a strap which you attach in that little hole which is nice so you would not drop it, it is not going to fall on the ground and break. They do give you Energiser batteries which you install and put the cover back on. To turn it on you have that grey button, just press it and you can see that the meter now is reading that way, if you want to change the position of the meter then depending whether you are right handed or left handed you just keep pressing that button and it will change how your display is being shown. http://denofgoods.tumblr.com/ Normal Oxygen Saturation Levels - To change the settings you take the grey button and hold it in and there are all your settings just press down to where you want and hold it in to make any changes, I am going to exit it and we are back to the meter. All you have to do is take the meter and you can see the red light flashing, pop it on to your finger and within a couple of seconds it is going to start reading and we have, that is how quick it gives you a reading. I have got to move the camera so you can see it better, hopefully. Normal Oxygen Saturation Levels - On the left is the oxygen and right now mine is 94 which is pretty good as 95 to 100 is average, there you are we are up to 95 now. My heart rate is on the right handside which is around 76. To the right of the heartrate, you can see beats of your heart so it is actually calculating that. It is very accurate. I have a pacemaker and I tried it when I was resting and my resting rate is 60 and it was dead-on. I also tested it with my hand checking it with my pulse and again it was dead-on. Very very accurate. It is easy, very easy to set up and use as you can see and once you are done, you just take it off and within 15 seconds it will shut off by itself. It could not be easier, it is well made, very accurate, very easy to use, highly recommended to anybody. Thank you. http://www.amazon.co.uk/tempir http://www.amazon.com/tempir

Oxygen is transported in the blood in two ways: oxygen dissolved in blood plasma (pO2) and oxygen bound to hemoglobin (SaO2). About 97% of oxygen is bound to hemoglobin while 3% is dissolved in plasma. SaO2 and pO2 have direct relationships, if one is decreased so is the other. The relationship between oxygen saturation (SaO2) and partial pressure O2 (PaO2) is referred to as the oxyhemoglobin (HbO2) dissociation curve. SaO2 of about 90% is associated with PaO2 of about 60 mmHg. For more information on PaO2, SaO2 and oxyhemoglobin dissociation curve visit this link HERE. What would cause increased levels? What Cause Low Blood Pressure Hypotension is low blood pressure. Your blood pushes against your arteries with each heartbeat. And the pushing of the blood against the artery walls is called blood pressure. Low blood pressure is good in most cases. But low blood pressure can sometimes make you feel tired or dizzy. In those cases, hypotension can be a sign of an underlying condition that should be treated. Blood pressure is measured when your heart beats, and in the periods of rest between heartbeats. The measurement of your blood pumping through your arteries when the ventricles of the heart squeeze is called systolic pressure or systole. The measurement for the periods of rest is called diastolic pressure, or diastole. Systole supplies your body with blood, and diastole supplies your heart with blood by filling the coronary arteries. Blood pressure is written with the systolic number above the diastolic number. Hypotension in adults is defined as blood pressure of 90/60 or lower. What causes hypotension? Everyone’s blood pressure drops at one time or another. And it often doesn’t cause any noticeable symptoms. Certain conditions can cause prolonged periods of hypotension that can become dangerous if left untreated. These conditions include: pregnancy, due to an increase in demand for blood from both mother and the growing fetus large amounts of blood loss through injury impaired circulation caused by heart attacks or faulty heart valves weakness and a state of shock that sometimes accompanies dehydration anaphylactic shock, a severe form of allergic reaction infections of the bloodstream endocrine disorders such as diabetes, adrenal insufficiency, and thyroid disease Medications might also cause a drop in blood pressure. Beta-blockers and nitroglycerin, used to treat heart disease, are common culprits. Diuretics, tricyclic antidepressants, and erectile dysfunction drugs can also cause hypotension. Some people have low blood pressure for unknown reasons. This form of hypotension, called chronic asymptomatic hypotension, isn’t usually harmful. Types of hypotension Hypotension is divided into several different classifications according to when your blood pressure drops. Orthostatic Orthostatic hypotension is the drop in blood pressure that occurs when you transition from sitting or lying down to standing. It is common in people of all ages. As the body adjusts to the position change there may be a brief period of dizziness. This is what some people refer to as “seeing stars” when they get up. Postprandial Postprandial hypotension is a drop in blood pressure that occurs right after eating. It is a type of orthostatic hypotension. Older adults, especially those with Parkinson’s disease, are more likely to develop postprandial hypotension. Neurally mediated Neurally mediated hypotension happens after you stand for a long time. Children experience this form of hypotension more often than adults. Emotionally upsetting events can also cause this drop in blood pressure. Severe Severe hypotension is related to shock. Shock occurs when your organs do not get the blood and oxygen they need to function properly. Severe hypotension can be life-threatening if not treated promptly. Hypotension symptoms People with hypotension may experience unpleasant symptoms when their blood pressure drops below 90/60. Symptoms of hypotension can include: fatigue lightheadedness dizziness nausea clammy skin depression loss of consciousness blurry vision Symptoms can range in severity. Some people may be slightly uncomfortable, while others may feel quite ill. Treatment for hypotension Your treatment will depend on the underlying cause of your hypotension. Treatment could include medications for heart disease, diabetes, or infection. Drink plenty of water to avoid hypotension due to dehydration, especially if you are vomiting or have diarrhea. Staying hydrated can also help treat and prevent the symptoms of neurally mediated hypotension. If you suffer from low blood pressure when standing for long periods, be sure to take a break to sit down. And try to reduce your stress levels to avoid emotional trauma. Treat orthostatic hypotension with slow, gradual movements. Instead of standing up quickly, work your way into a sitting or standing position using small movements. You can also avoid orthostatic hypotension by not crossing your legs when you sit. Shock-induced hypotension is the most serious form of the condition. Severe hypotension must be treated immediately. Emergency personnel will give you fluids and possibly blood products to increase your blood pressure and stabilize your vital signs. Outlook Most people can manage and prevent hypotension effectively by understanding the condition and being educated about it. Learn your triggers and try to avoid them as best you can.

5 Hypoxia Pain Symptoms (Low Blood Oxygen) Our Sosmed: Follow us on FaceBook: https://www.facebook.com/Health-Zone--1614844022149501/?ref=bookmarks 5 Hypoxia Pain Symptoms (Low Blood Oxygen) Hypoxemia occurs when a person experiences lower-than-normal oxygen levels in the blood, specifically in the arteries. According to WebMD, this can lead to what’s known as hypoxia, “when your blood doesn’t carry enough oxygen to your tissues to meet your body’s needs,” although hypoxia is often used to describe both conditions. This can occur suddenly as a result of taking certain medications or having an asthma attack, or develop over time due to heart problems or lung diseases like chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and emphysema. Although symptoms of hypoxia often vary from person to person, the following are the five most common ones to be aware of. 1. Skin Color Changes As red blood cells are what carry oxygen to the body’s tissues, an insufficient amount of them can cause the skin to change color. Known as cyanosis, the skin will typically appear a dark bluish-red, and is most noticeable if oxygen levels drops dramatically. For those with darker skin colors, MedlinePlus says cyanosis “may be easier to see in the mucous membranes (lips, gums, around the eyes) and nails.” 2. Confusion The NHS defines a state of confusion as “not being able to think clearly or quickly, feeling disorientated, and struggling to pay attention, make decisions, or remember things.” If you notice yourself or someone else suddenly exhibiting any of these symptoms, it may be an indication of hypoxia. Sudden hypoxia could be caused by a variety of reasons, from a severe asthma attack to a problem with the heart or lungs. 3. Coughing One of the most common causes of hypoxia is a severe asthma attack, during which it can be hard to get sufficient air into the lungs as the airways have narrowed. In an attempt to clear the lungs, a person may cough frequently. While this is a natural reaction, it can prove dangerous as WebMD says “coughing to clear your lungs uses even more oxygen and can make symptoms worse.” 4. Rapid Heart Rate and Breathing An increased heart rate most often occurs when engaging in physical activity, so if it happens while at rest it may be an indication of hypoxia. When the body isn’t receiving sufficient oxygen, Livestrong.com says that the heart begins pumping faster in order to “help circulate oxygen-containing blood throughout the body in an attempt to meet the cells’ needs.” Breathing also becomes more rapid when the body’s oxygen needs aren’t being met, in an effort to increase intake. While people normally breathe at a rate of 12 to 16 times per minute, in these situations rates may increase to 24 breaths or higher. 5. Shortness of Breath Shortness of breath is considered one of the most obvious symptoms of hypoxia, and often occurs as a result of the increased heart rate and breathing mentioned previously. It often occurs while at rest, and can become so severe that it feels as though you’re choking. Shortness of breath will be especially pronounced when engaging in physical activities, and may decrease one’s tolerance for them. It may also happen during sleep, causing you to wake up out of breath. In some cases, shortness of breath may also be accompanied by wheezing, a high-pitched whistling sound that occurs when breathing, particularly exhaling. See Our Another Vedeos: 1. Guided Meditation for Health http://bit.ly/2i71daG Learn more about how to lower your heart rate naturally on Facebook : http://bit.ly/2hWvswP How to lower heart rate quickly from 86 to 55 BPM in 14 seconds http://bit.ly/2iwZeIR I was a normal person who practiced MINDFULNESS MEDITATION and LONG BREATHING several times a day. My BLOOD PRESSURE was very normal, just sometime it went naturally lower than average human range (at my age) in some levels of meditation. I don't have any bradycardia symtom. I eat normally, I am still not a vegetarian and pretend to like fruits and vegetables, sleep averagely less than 7 hours a day. I use self-massage technique to relax the tight muscles and help me to breathe smoother. And without any aerobic exercise training, my RESTING HEART RATE go to the same as WELL TRAINED ATHLETES (46-55 beats/min) everyday. MRSB Technique : Mindfulness Meditation Relaxation Stillness Breathing Pulse oximeter PULOX PO-300 Blood oxygen levels under 90 percent are considered low and warrant immediate medical attention, according to the Mayo Clinic. Low and Normal blood oxygen levels: What to know Blood oxygen level is the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood. Most of the oxygen is carried by red blood cells, which collect oxygen from the lungs and deliver it to all parts of the body. The body closely monitors blood oxygen levels to keep them within a specific range, so that there is enough oxygen for the needs of every cell in the body. ABOUT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries, which carry blood from your heart to other parts of your body. Blood pressure normally rises and falls throughout the day. But if it stays high for a long time, it can damage your heart and lead to health problems. High blood pressure raises your risk for heart disease and stroke, which are leading causes of death in the United States. High blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms, and many people do not know they have it. The only way to know if you have it is to measure your blood pressure. Then you can take steps to control it if it is too high. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS High blood pressure is called the "silent killer" because it often has no warning signs or symptoms, and many people do not know they have it. Rarely, high blood pressure can cause symptoms like headaches or vomiting. There's only one way to know whether you have high blood pressure—have a doctor or other health professional measure it. Measuring your blood pressure is quick and painless. EFFECTS OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE High blood pressure can damage your health in many ways. It can seriously hurt important organs like your heart and brain. Fortunately, you can control your blood pressure to lower your risk for serious health problems. Decreased Blood Flow to the Heart High blood pressure can harden your arteries, which decreases the flow of blood and oxygen to your heart and lead to heart disease. In addition, decreased blood flow to the heart can cause: • Chest pain, also called angina. • Heart failure, a condition when your heart can’t pump enough blood and oxygen to your other organs. • Heart attack, which occurs when the blood supply to your heart is blocked and heart muscle begins to die without enough oxygen. The longer the blood flow is blocked, the greater the damage to the heart. The Brain High blood pressure can burst or block arteries that supply blood and oxygen to the brain, causing a stroke. Brain cells die during a stroke because they do not get enough oxygen. Stroke can cause serious disabilities in speech, movement, and other basic activities, and a stroke can kill you. The Kidneys Adults with diabetes, high blood pressure, or both have a higher risk of developing chronic kidney disease than those without these diseases. Approximately 1 of 3 adults with diabetes and 1 of 5 adults with high blood pressure have chronic kidney disease. MEASURING BLOOD PRESSURE Measure your blood pressure regularly. It is quick and painless, and it is the only way to know whether your pressure is high. You can check your blood pressure at a doctor’s office, at a pharmacy, or at home. HOW BLOOD PRESSURE IS MEASURED First, a doctor or other health professional wraps a special cuff around your arm. The cuff has a gauge on it that will read your blood pressure. The doctor then inflates the cuff to squeeze your arm. After the cuff is inflated, the doctor will slowly let air out. While doing this, he or she will listen to your pulse with a stethoscope and watch the gauge. The gauge uses a scale called “millimeters of mercury” (mmHg) to measure the pressure in your blood vessels. Another option is to get a blood pressure measurement from the machines available at many pharmacies. There are also home monitoring devices for blood pressure that you can use yourself. WHAT BLOOD PRESSURE NUMBERS MEAN Blood pressure is measured using two numbers. The first number, called systolic blood pressure, measures the pressure in your blood vessels when your heart beats. The second number, called diastolic blood pressure, measures the pressure in your blood vessels when your heart rests between beats. If the measurement reads 120 systolic and 80 diastolic, you would say “120 over 80” or write “120/80 mmHg.” The chart below shows normal, at-risk, and high blood pressure levels. A blood pressure less than 120/80 mmHg is normal. A blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg or more is too high. People with levels in between 120/80 and 140/90 have a condition called prehypertension, which means they are at high risk for high blood pressure. Risk factors include; • Health conditions. • Your lifestyle. • And your family history that can increase your risk for high blood pressure. Some of the risk factors for high blood pressure cannot be controlled, such as your age or family history. But you can take steps to lower your risk by changing the factors you can control. 5 Warning Signs You Don’t Have Enough Oxygen In Your Blood Breathing is an involuntary action that our bodies do whether or not we’re conscious of doing it. That means that we have to actively force ourselves not to breath, rather than the other way around. Our bodies need oxygen to survive, not only to keep us breathing, but to circulate oxygen through our blood, which then circulates oxygen to all of our vital organs, our cells, and the tissue in our bodies. When our blood doesn’t have enough oxygen, it’s called hypoxemia. “Hypoxemia can be acute, occurring suddenly because of an emergency situation, or chronic, taking place over time because of a long-term health condition like COPD,” adds Deborah Leader RN, BSN, PHN. Whether or not a low level of oxygen in the blood is causing extreme problems, there are still ways to tell when your blood is not getting the level of oxygen that it needs. Here Are Five Signs Your Blood Does Not Have Enough Oxygen 1. Weakness Or Dizziness A common sign of having low oxygen levels in your blood is getting weak or dizzy more quickly than normal. Most people have experienced standing up too quickly and getting dizzy or their vision blacking for a short moment. However, people who don’t have enough oxygen in their blood often find that this happens on a daily basis, during any level of light or strenuous activity. Family physician Dr. D. Love states, “The muscle can burn fuel without oxygen for a limited period of time, but it cannot be maintained indefinitely. Therefore, chronically low oxygen levels will cause muscle weakness. It would be unusual that a low oxygen level will cause muscle weakness as a sole symptom; it would be expected that there would also be shortness of breath.” Since your blood carries oxygen all throughout your body, getting weak or dizzy quickly is a sign that your blood is not carrying enough oxygen to all the places that it needs to go. 2. FATIGUE Chronic fatigue is a major sign that your body is not getting the oxygen that it needs in its blood. There are different types of feeling tired, but fatigue that is associated with hypoxemia is chronic and never-ending. According to an article on Healthline, medically reviewed by Dr. Graham Rogers, “Without the proper exchange of gases, your body can’t get the oxygen it needs. Over time, you will develop low blood oxygen levels, a condition called hypoxemia. When your body is low on oxygen, you feel tired. Fatigue comes more quickly when your lungs can’t properly inhale and exhale air.” People often report feeling exhausted halfway through the day, and no amount of sleep seems to be helping. Getting tired more quickly than others, or more quickly than you used to, is also a sign that your blood is not getting enough oxygen. 3, POUNDING OR RACING HEART Feelings of anxiety are often categorized by a racing or fast-beating heart. This is a sign that your heart is working hard to get oxygen to all the places that it needs to go inside of your body because there is not enough of it. If you’ve never experienced anxiety symptoms before and your body has started to exhibit a racing heart without other anxiety symptoms, it might be due to a low level of oxygen in the blood. 4. SHORTNESS OF BREATH Of course, lack of oxygen means that you’re going to have trouble breathing. When you have trouble breathing and pulling in oxygen, you’re going to have trouble getting enough oxygen into your blood as a result. People who have a lack of oxygen in their blood also report being short of breath whether or not they’re performing a strenuous activity. 5. HEADACHE AND CONFUSION Ever get a pounding head after holding your breath? Many people experience headaches, and they can vary in severity. By themselves, headaches aren’t a worrying sign of lack of oxygen in the blood. But paired with confusion, dizziness and lack of coordination, headaches can be a sign that your body is not circulating the amount of oxygen that it needs. “Your brain needs a certain amount of blood flow and oxygen to run efficiently and for us to feel healthy, and if that mechanism is damaged, your brain knows other ways to generate the pressure that it needs,” says Dr. Dr. Patrick M. Nemechek When your blood lacks oxygen, it can be difficult to concentrate and coordinate your body, leading to headaches and confusion. “Without enough oxygen in the lungs, the organs cannot function properly. As a result, toxins accumulate in the bloodstream and vascular headaches ensue. This happens because low oxygen levels initiate the widening of blood vessels and bring on migraines,” says Dr. Mark Wiley. A lack of oxygen in the blood can be cause of concern, because it’s often the cause, or caused by, other diseases or illnesses. Fortunately, going to the doctor will help figure out how best to treat the issue. Subscribe Our Channel Health & Lose Weight Fast Tips : https://bit.ly/2H0JD1e #Warning#Signs#Oxygen#Blood

It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce.

In the past these readings relied on your doctor or nurse to listen with a stethoscope for the tiny should of your heart beat while watching a pressure gauge slowly decrease in pressure. At best it was a rough 'guess' as to your actual blood pressure. Now, with advanced software techniques, the movement of blood through your capillaries in your arm can be assessed to accurately deduce your true blood pressure. This smart device introduces an advanced science in a way that you can acquire measurements on the fly or produce detailed measurements using an associated app (WearFit). Here is a link to the video on our first reviewed Blood Pressure watch. It explains a bit more about this type of measurement compared to the traditional cuff and sound approach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFbhOcX_45M BIOMETRIC MEASUREMENT WARNING: This device claims to read Blood Pressure without using a cuff to measure actual Blood Pressure directly. The accuracy of the readings HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED and MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. As such, you are advised to proceed with caution and to *NOT* rely upon Blood Pressure readings from this or any similar devices for making decisions regarding your medical condition or health. Fitness/Health watches/bands offering biometric measurements such as heart rate, Blood Pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue, breath rate, etc., should be considered supplemental to seeking true and accurate readings taken under optimal conditions by trained professionals using accurate, calibrated equipment. If you feel concerned about your health, do not self-diagnose, especially from using inexpensive, uncalibrated non-medical wearable devices such as this one. Seek proper medical advice. 5 Warning Signs You Don’t Have Enough Oxygen In Your Blood 5. Weakness or Dizziness. Getting weak or dizzy is one of the most common signs of having low oxygen levels in the blood. Most people have felt dizzy as a result of standing up too quickly. However, those having low oxygen level in the body experience this on a regular basis, during any level of light of strenuous activity. Family physician Dr. D. Love states, “The muscle can burn fuel without oxygen for a limited period of time, but it cannot be maintained indefinitely. Therefore, chronically low oxygen levels will cause muscle weakness. ......................... BLOOD PRESSURE | LOW BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI Low Blood Pressure When person’s Systolic pressure falls below normal then blood pressure also falls and when blood pressure falls below normal, less blood circulates to the vital organs of the body like heart, lungs and liver. This is referred as low blood pressure. The heart, which pumps blood into arteries, generates blood pressure; but less blood is supplied to the heart when a person is suffering from Low Blood Pressure leading to less amount of blood supply to all the parts of the body. When less blood is supplied to the important parts of the body kidney, lungs and brain they will not function normally and they might be temporarily or permanently damaged. The good news for people suffering from Low Blood pressure is that they tend to live longer than the people suffering from high or even normal blood pressure. Low Blood Pressure Symptoms: Most of the people with lower blood pressure don’t have any sudden symptoms. Some of the symptoms that can be taken into account are as follow: Patient feels lazy and weak. Light headache and temporary blindness Panic attacks Sudden change in heart beats and finding hard to breath Feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or even faint as less oxygen and nutrients and oxygen is supplied to brain as a result it stops responding. Suddenly standing up while sitting or lying. A sudden shock and this is also a most threatening symptom. Shock occurs because persistently low blood pressure causes organs to fail rapidly. Low Blood Pressure Causes: There are many causes of low blood pressure some of them are listed below. When sugar levels of a diabetes patient rises then blood pressure falls down to a critical point. Dehydration is the major cause of low blood pressure. Patients suffering from diseases like diarrhea and vomiting are likely to suffer from Low Blood Pressure as a lot of water is lost in diarrhea and vomiting. Bleeding also drops down the blood pressure level of the body. Weak heart muscle cause heart to pump the blood with less pressure thus it results in low blood pressure. A slow heart rate can also decrease the amount of the blood pumped by the heart. Excessive usage of alcohol also drops down the blood pressure of the body. Low Blood Pressure Cures: The best way to cure the Low Blood Pressure is to find the root cause of low blood pressure. It is always useful to consult the doctor but here we will mention little measure that can be taken into account. Drink as much water as possible because if low blood pressure is caused be dehydration then its only cure is to drink a lot water to pull the body back to the normal water level. Salt can also be used but don’t use it excessively because it can also increase the blood pressure. Eating food full of vitamins and proteins is also helpful. https://www.tempir.com/product/finger-pulse-oximeter/ http://goo.gl/KHfIdL https://goo.gl/o3Jm8p Oxygen Saturation Levels - How To Read Them. In the event you have not ever heard about a finger pulse oximeter, you're fortuitous. This means that you do not have a member of the family who is going through persistent respiratory system issues or even coronary disease. Oximeters measure the level of oxygen saturation in the blood, and people with problems like asthma, cystic fibrosis and also other ailments which impact the respiratory system need to test these levels consistently. https://plus.google.com/114988419609360993937/posts Until recently, these checks needed to be carried out at the doctor’s surgery or perhaps at the hospital. Now, because of the TempIR company, it is undoubtedly a possibility to check out oxygen saturation levels from the comfort of the home using this quick yet sophisticated device. Simply place the gadget on the forefinger of the patient. The light source, light detector and microprocessor encased within the device will then get a reading based on the circulatory action of the blood flow and its particular colour as it flows through the veins. A good oxygen saturation level amount is between Ninety five and Ninety eight per cent. If ever the reading falls below this rate, you may need to seek out medical help, however at least it is possible to observe the condition of the individual at home by means of this excellent unique unit. http://www.amazon.com/Pulse-Oximeter-Professional-Finger-fingertip-Guarantee/dp/B00H8MXR1M/ http://www.amazon.co.uk/TempIR-professional-finger-fingertip-pediatric-guarantee/dp/B00H8MXR1M/

Blood pressure (BP) is the pressure exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels. When used without further specification, "blood pressure" usually refers to the arterial pressure in the systemic circulation. It is usually measured at a person's upper arm. Blood pressure is usually expressed in terms of the systolic (maximum) pressure over diastolic (minimum) pressure and is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It is one of the vital signs along with respiratory rate, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and body temperature. Normal resting blood pressure in an adult is approximately 120/80 mm Hg. Blood pressure varies depending on situation, activity, and disease states. It is regulated by the nervous and endocrine systems. Blood pressure that is low due to a disease state is called hypotension, and pressure that is consistently high is hypertension. Both have many causes which can range from mild to severe. Both may be of sudden onset or of long duration. Long term hypertension is a risk factor for many diseases, including kidney failure, heart disease, and stroke. Long term hypertension is more common than long term hypotension in Western countries. Long term hypertension often goes undetected because of infrequent monitoring and the absence of symptoms. Scientists Confirmed: This Is The World’s #1 Food For Hypertension, Heart Attack, Stroke, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE & CHOLESTEROL! Dates are ones of the healthiest fruits you can consume, as they are rich in beneficial ingredients that treat various health issues, including hypertension, heart attacks, strokes, and high cholesterol. They also accelerate the metabolism. Here are 8 of their health benefits: Dates prevent diarrhea Dates are high in potassium, which prevents diarrhea by the healthy bacteria and thus relieving the belly flora and the intestines. Dates regulate cholesterol Dates cleanse blood vessels and prevent the formation of blood clots, so they effectively regulate the unhealthy cholesterol or LDL. Dates regulate blood pressure Dates are high in potassium and contain no sodium, so they are perfect in the case of hypertension. Moreover, 5-6 dates contain 80 mg of magnesium, which boosts the blood flow and is spread through the blood vessels. To reduce blood pressure, you need about 370 mg of magnesium. Dates for anemia These fruits are a rich source of iron, so they are extremely useful in the case of anemia, pregnancy, and for children. 100 grams of dates daily will provide 0.9 mg of iron, which is about 11 % of the recommended daily intake of iron. Iron has a beneficial effect on the red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps the oxygen flow through the blood. Dates prevent strokes The high potassium content in these fruits enhances the nervous system and prevents strokes. Hence, the daily intake of 400 mg of potassium successfully prevents strokes. Dates for heart health Soak the dates in water during the night, and in the morning eat them or add them to your smoothie to support heart health. Dates soothe constipation Dates are extremely useful in the case of constipation. You should keep them in some water overnight, and then drink the water in the morning to help digestion, and use their mild laxative properties. Dates help weight loss The consumption of dates on an empty stomach will help you control your body weight, as they contain no cholesterol. #heart-attack, #high-blood-pressure, #hypertension, #HOW-To-Low-High-BLOOD-Pressure, #Low-High-BLOOD-Pressure,high blood pressure remedies,HOW To Low Cholesterol, how to reduce cholesterol, how to lower cholesterol,cholesterol,...

Normal blood pressure is important for proper blood flow to the body’s organs and tissues. The force of the blood on the walls of the arteries is called blood pressure. Blood pressure is measured both as the heart contracts, which is called systole, and as it relaxes, which is called diastole. Normal blood pressure is considered to be a systolic blood pressure of 115 millimeters of mercury a diastolic pressure of 70 millimeters of mercury (stated as "115 over 70"). If an individual were to have a consistent blood pressure reading of 140 over 90, he would be evaluated for having high blood pressure. If left untreated, high blood pressure can damage important organs, such as the brain and kidneys, as well as lead to a stroke. High blood pressure is a common disease in which blood flows through blood vessels (arteries) at higher than normal pressures. Measuring Blood Pressure Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps blood. High blood pressure, sometimes called hypertension, happens when this force is too high. Health care workers check blood pressure readings the same way for children, teens, and adults. They use a gauge, stethoscope or electronic sensor, and a blood pressure cuff. With this equipment, they measure: Systolic Pressure: blood pressure when the heart beats while pumping blood Diastolic Pressure: blood pressure when the heart is at rest between beats Health care workers write blood pressure numbers with the systolic number above the diastolic number. For example: 118/76 mmHg People read "118 over 76" millimeters of mercury. Normal Blood Pressure: Normal blood pressure for adults is defined as a systolic pressure below 120 mmHg and a diastolic pressure below 80 mmHg. It is normal for blood pressures to change when you sleep, wake up, or are excited or nervous. When you are active, it is normal for your blood pressure to increase. However, once the activity stops, your blood pressure returns to your normal baseline range. Blood pressure normally rises with age and body size. Newborn babies often have very low blood pressure numbers that are considered normal for babies, while older teens have numbers similar to adults. Abnormal Blood Pressure Abnormal increases in blood pressure are defined as having blood pressures higher than 120/80 mmHg. The following table outlines and defines high blood pressure severity levels. The ranges in the table are blood pressure guides for adults who do not have any short-term serious illnesses. People with diabetes or chronic kidney disease should keep their blood pressure below 130/80 mmHg. Although blood pressure increases seen in prehypertension are less than those used to diagnose high blood pressure, prehypertension can progress to high blood pressure and should be taken seriously. Over time, consistently high blood pressure weakens and damages your blood vessels, which can lead to complications. Types of High Blood Pressure There are two main types of high blood pressure: primary and secondary high blood pressure. Primary High Blood Pressure Primary, or essential, high blood pressure is the most common type of high blood pressure. This type of high blood pressure tends to develop over years as a person ages. Secondary High Blood Pressure Secondary high blood pressure is caused by another medical condition or use of certain medicines. This type usually resolves after the cause is treated or removed. Blood pressure (BP) is the pressure exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels. When used without further specification, "blood pressure" usually refers to the arterial pressure in the systemic circulation. It is usually measured at a person's upper arm. Long term hypertension is more common than long term hypotension in Western countries. Long term hypertension often goes undetected because of infrequent monitoring and the absence of symptoms. Physiology: During each heartbeat, blood pressure varies between a maximum (systolic) and a minimum (diastolic) pressure. Q. What blood pressure should I have? What is normal blood pressure?

In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov and Volker Schmitz discuss the relation of hypertension and breathing retraining. From Dr. Artour Rakhimov's experience breathing retraining works really well for students with hypertension. If people maintain a high body-oxygen level they can continue to not have hypertension. To maintain a high body-oxygen level students have to practice breathing exercises and physical exercises. Measuring the body-oxygen level is done with a simple DIY control pause test. It is described in Dr. Artour Rakhimov's other YouTube videos. Following are some practical topics discussed. What is the initial stage of someone that has hypertension? There was a medical study that examined breath holding time in people with different degrees of hypertension. People with severe forms of hypertension had very low results for the test. The test results were equivalent to about 10 seconds for the control pause test. One breathing retraining student with 10 seconds on the CP test was Dr. Artour Rakhimov's father. His father visited him in Canada with that level. Dr. Artour Rakhimov's father had very severe hypertension with headaches. Previously he was very active and would like to ski. In Canada, he was breathing with his chest and through his mouth. This has drastic effects on body-oxygen levels. Going upstairs would make him breathe heavily. Also, he was overweight by 30 pounds and he had problems with sleep. Dr. Artour Rakhimov taught his hypertensive father and nephew breathing retraining together. They would compete to get a higher CP level. When he achieved about 20 seconds, he was able to walk fast with only nasal breathing. He started to reduce medication by about half. More details about natural treatment of hypertension: http://www.normalbreathing.com/buteyko-method-treat-hypertension.php . There is also a Spanish page about "hipertensión cuando comenzaron el reentrenamiento respiratorio" http://www.respiracionnormal.org/aprendizaje-corazon/ . When Dr. Artour Rakhimov's father reduced his breathing, his medication was too strong for him. It is important to be monitored when doing breathing retraining and taking medication. Having too low blood pressure can be dangerous and you can faint. High blood pressure changes relatively fast when doing breathing retraining. This is good for getting rid of symptoms but requires a careful review of medication dosages. Dr. Artour Rakhimov had many students with hypertension that achieved 30 seconds for the body-oxygen test. They were mostly able to get stop taking medication. It is required to maintain 40 seconds for the morning control pause. Overnight is when body-oxygen levels tend to drop for many students. Having 40 or 50 seconds on the test people will have lots of energy and be able to exercise a lot. Based on Dr. Artour Rakhimov's experience and thousands of doctors in the Soviet Union, hypertension was the second most common problem after asthma to be treated with breathing retraining. Our YouTube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/artour2006 The YouTube URL of this video is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-D9Dio6fiA /. The video features Dr. Artour Rakhimov, Amazon writer, breathing teacher and trainer of practitioners, and Volker Schmitz (Hamburg, Germany) who is also a Buteyko breathing practitioner trained by Dr. Artour.

SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/DrJohnKiel FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/medicinelifestyle TWITTER: https://twitter.com/LifestyleMedYou I wanted to take a moment to talk about salt and it's effects on your body. Specifically, I wanted to talk about how it can raise your blood pressure. By better understanding the effects of salt on your blood pressure, you may be better able to manage that aspect of your health moving forward. Before I get started, I want to mention that salt has many roles in the human body and I'm going to specifically focus on blood pressure in this lecture. In a nutshell, sodium (or Na+), which I'll just refer to as salt ( NaCl) for now, helps your kidneys retain water. This serves a very essential function to our overall health and well being. The salt circulating in our bloodstream, and in the rest of our body, helps keep our circulatory system filled and allows the heart to do its job of delivering oxygen around the body. It is the job of your kidneys to regulate the amount of salt in your circulatory system. If total salt goes up, your kidneys will filter more out. If total salt goes down, those filters will close and your body will try to retain salt. This affects your blood pressure directly because the water "follows" the salt if you will. It does this through a physical process called osmosis. According to the American Heart Association, we require about 1500 mgs of salt per day. As Americans, we consume about 3,400 mg/day, more than twice what we need. Furthermore, 75% of the salt we consume comes from processed food and restaurant, and less than 25% from what we add ourselves. It's also worth noting that some people are more sensitive to salt intake than others. So if you have no heart or kidney problems, you're most likely able to filter out the excess salt. However, if you have heart or kidney issues, or you are particularly sensitive, then the excess salt can start causing problems and potentially damage some of your organ systems. Salt has several names including sodium, Na, Na+, NaCl, KCl and low sodium. Unsalted, no salt added, sodium free are terms you should look for on a nutrition facts label. Elevated sodium levels are associated with heart disease, heart attack, myocardial infarction, CAD or coronary artery disease, embolisms and blood clots, brain disease, stroke, dementia, vascular disease, atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, arteriostenosis, kidney disease, kidney failure, osteoporosis, stomach cancer, kidney stones and headaches. Symptoms of too much salt include dehydration, bloating, puffiness, weight gain, increased thirst, and excessive thirst. There are many ways to lower, decrease salt intake. One example is DASH diet or dietary approaches to stop hypertension (high blood pressure).

In this video I discuss what is blood pressure, what blood pressure readings mean, and what is hypertension. I cover some causes of high blood pressure, and how to lower blood pressure. Transcript What is blood pressure? As the heart beats, it pumps blood through blood vessels to and from all areas of the body. As blood is traveling through the arteries, which are blood vessels where oxygen rich blood travels to organs and tissues, it pushes on the sides of the artery walls. Blood pressure is a reading of the force of how hard blood is pushing on the sides of the artery walls. High blood pressure, also called hypertension, is when this force is too high. Health care professionals will measure your blood pressure, while you are sitting at rest, with a device, usually a blood pressure cuff, which will produce 2 numbers. The 1st number is called systolic pressure, and it gauges blood pressure when the heart beats, while it is pumping blood. The 2nd number is called diastolic pressure, and it gauges blood pressure in between heart beats, when the heart is at rest. So, an example reading might be 117 over 79, with the 1st number being systolic pressure and the 2nd number being diastolic pressure. Normal blood pressure is defined as lower than 120 for systolic, and lower than 80 for diastolic. Your blood pressure will change throughout the day, being higher when you are active or under stress, and lower when you are resting. The chart on the screen lists the different stages of high blood pressure along with the systolic and diastolic readings for them . High blood pressure can cause severe damage to the body over time. It can cause artery damage and narrowing by damaging the cells of interior artery walls, which can lead to atherosclerosis or hardening of arteries. It can damage the heart, making it work harder to pump blood. High blood pressure can also lead to damage to the brain, kidneys and even the eyes, as well as bone loss and trouble sleeping. Some of the risk factors of having high blood pressure include age, heredity, being overweight, smoking, having high cholesterol levels, consistently being under stress, physical inactivity, and poor diet, including over consumption of foods with a high salt/sodium content. You can do some things to help control blood pressure. Improve your diet, which may include reducing salt and increasing potassium, get more active, maintain a healthy weight, find ways to manage stress, avoid tobacco products, and limit alcohol consumption.

Hypotension is treatable, however, if left untreated, it can weaken the heart and cause symptoms of lethargy, weakness, lightheadedness, fatigue, and even fainting due to inadequate blood flow to the heart, brain, and other vital organs. Low blood pressure or hypotension may cause inadequate blood flow to the heart, brain, and other vital organs.
