What are the causes of sudden nose bleed? - Dr. Lakshmi Ponnathpur

03:14
"There are lot of conditions which give rise to acute nose bleed. We can go systematically as one of the cause being trauma. During any blows nose is the most vulnerable structure which gets injured. Any injury with a fractured nasal bone or soft tissue injury to other structures of the cheek bones and other bones can result in a brisk nose bleed. Infective conditions include acute rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, acute sinusitis, acute exacerbations of allergic rhinitis, forceful blowing of the nose. Nose picking is another common condition of nose bleed. Not to forget about the septal spurs which are kinking upon the local blood vessels and whenever least amount of trauma occurring on to the septum the individual can result from nose bleed. Some of the rarer causes being malignant conditions of the nose and in adolescent males the condition called angiofibroma of the nose where there can be very brisk severe nose bleed. Sometimes coming to the systemic causes we have to keep in mind hypertension. Raised blood pressure is a very important cause of recurrent nose bleed. This is a posterior epistaxis coming from high up in the nose. Uncontrolled blood pressure really results in a massive nose bleed. Some of the blood dyscrasias also can cause serious epistaxis. Purpuras, haemophilia and any other clotting or bleeding factor deficiency can result in a brisk recurrent nose bleed. There is another condition called hereditary haemorrhagic telengiectasia where there are small abnormal capillaries scattered all around the mucosa of the nose. These people keep on coming with recurrent minor or sometimes major nose bleed. Medications like aspirin or clopidogrel can result in thinning of the mucosa result in quite copious epistaxis. Sometimes environmental conditions like excessive heating or dryness of the air can result in epistaxis. "

Every four minutes someone dies from a stroke, but 80 percent of strokes are preventable. Stroke is the fifth leading cause of death and the leading cause of disability in adults in the United States. During a stroke, the blood supply to a part of the brain is disrupted, and the cells are unable to receive oxygen. Without an immediate restoration of blood supply, brain cells are permanently damaged, resulting in significant physical or mental disability. Recognizing symptoms and risk factors are essential for prompt medical intervention when a stroke occurs. Warning signs of stroke 1 Sudden numbness or weakness in the arms face, or legs If a person complains of sudden numbness or is experiencing weakness in their arms, legs or face, do not ignore it. Perform a quick test by stretching the person's arms (palms up) for 10 seconds. If an arm goes down, it can be a sign of stroke. Look for weak muscles or facial limbs The person may be unable to hold objects or suddenly lose balance while standing. Look for signs that only one side of the person's face or body has weakened. One side of the person's mouth may fall into a smile or may not be able to hold both arms above his or her head. 3 Look for confusion or trouble speaking or understanding speech When certain areas of the brain are affected, the individual may have difficulty speaking or understanding what is being said. Your loved one may seem confused by what you are saying, respond in a way that indicates you do not understand what was said, slur your words, or speak in confused noises that do not look like speech. This can be very frightening. Do your best to calm it down after you call your local emergency number for emergency medical treatment. 4 Ask if the person has vision problems in one or both eyes During a stroke, the vision may suddenly be affected. People say they lose sight in one or both eyes or see double. As the person can not see or is seeing double (if you are having trouble talking, ask him to nod with yes or no if possible). Symptoms of a stroke 5 Watch for the loss of coordination or balance When the person loses strength in their arms or legs, they may notice that the person has difficulty with balance and coordination. He may not be able to pick up a pen or can not coordinate the ride because a leg can not function properly. 6 Sudden and severe headache A stroke is also called a "stroke" and can result in a sudden headache that is described as the worst headache someone has experienced. A headache may be associated with nausea and vomiting because of increased pressure in the brain. 7 dizziness Dizziness is the most common symptom of a stroke. People may misinterpret this symptom by thinking that the person is intoxicated, but he or she may have a stroke. 8 Shortness of breath A person suffering from a stroke will also experience shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. This usually happens when the part of the brain responsible for the respiratory function is affected due to a reduced blood flow.

The most common causes of nosebleeds are drying of the nasal membranes and nose picking (digital trauma), which can be prevented with proper lubrication of the nasal passages and not picking the nose. Subscribe Us for Latest News & Updates ►http://bit.ly/NMFNEWS Download the NMF News APP ► http://bit.ly/2gIeX6Y Stay Connected with Us : Facebook ► http://bit.ly/2hrPApV Tumblr ► http://bit.ly/2gIe1zq Blogger ► http://bit.ly/2grbqwa

Signs of High Blood Pressure

03:52
http://bit.ly/bloodPressureNow Signs of High Blood Pressure Blurry vision, trouble breathing, nausea, and disorientation are all serious signs of high blood pressure—especially when experienced together. Generally, such signs don't manifest themselves until someone reaches critical blood pressure levels that require immediate medical attention. If unattended, severe levels of blood pressure can result in life-threatening episodes, such as seizures, aneurysms, and heart attacks. High blood pressure can also cause metabolism to fluctuate, resulting in weight gain and an increased risk of diabetes, strokes, and heart problems. Very high blood pressures can also cause permanent damage to one's vision. The signs of high blood pressure, or hypertension, are often so subtle as to appear nonexistent. When they do manifest, the most conspicuous signs of high blood pressure are dizziness, blurry vision, breathing problems, and a pounding pulse. Less clear symptoms include headaches, nose bleeds, and nausea. Most individuals with early-stage hypertension don't experience noticeable or worrisome symptoms, although some do. Potentially life-threatening levels of high blood pressure typically are reflected in one or more of the aforementioned symptoms. Individuals who don't yet experience constant, severe blood pressure levels may not realize their condition, due to subtle or nonexistent symptoms. What symptoms do manifest may be difficult to interpret as signs of high blood pressure. Such individuals may experience an increase in headaches, for example, or have more nose bleeds. Occasionally, they may experience a faster heart rate that results in the sensation of a pounding in the chest, neck, and head. They may also experience irregular heartbeats. Such symptoms are likely to continue to manifest if high levels of blood pressure become more severe. Due to the fact that signs of high blood pressure are notoriously difficult to detect, it's important that adults be vigilant about having their blood pressure checked at least once every couple of years. Many cases of high blood pressure—cases that would otherwise go undetected—are discovered during a routine doctor's visit. Without routinely checking one's blood pressure, hypertension problems might not become apparent until they reach severe levels. If for some reason a visit to a doctor is problematic, many grocery stores feature stations where individuals can check their blood pressure for free or for a nominal fee. These stations are able to give a general idea of one's blood pressure, but their readings aren't nearly as accurate as at a doctor's office. Certain demographics should be extra vigilant about detecting signs of high blood pressure. Blood pressure is affected by age, which means that as individuals get older, they should accordingly take more measures to regulate and monitor blood pressure. Blood pressure is also affected by being overweight, and stress also can cause blood pressure to rise. Diets insufficient in potassium and vitamin D, and diets too rich in sodium are known to elevate blood pressure as well. Individuals who smoke tobacco or drink alcohol also should be aware that such substances can adversely affect blood pressure. Pregnant women also are at an increased risk for hypertension, which can lead to preeclampsia, a possibly deadly condition. Lastly, anyone whose family has a history of complications with blood pressure should be extra vigilant about watching out for their own increased risk of developing hypertension http://bit.ly/bloodPressureNow Signs of High Blood Pressure https://youtu.be/s95FX_mGOlc

Lower Blood Pressure Naturally - 8 Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure

Click here to get 3 Easy Exercises Drop Blood Pressure Program https://bit.ly/2yrqIss =============================================== Lower Blood Pressure Naturally - 8 Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure Most people with high blood pressure will not experience any symptoms. It is often known as the "silent killer" for this reason. However, once blood pressure reaches about 180/110 mmHg, it is considered a medical emergency known as a hypertensive crisis. At this stage, symptoms will show. 1.Headache. Headaches are a sign of high blood pressure. Be conscious of how frequently you have migraines, too. Malignant hypertension is exceedingly high blood pressure that creates a force in the cranium, the part of the skull that surrounds the brain. As the blood pressure increases to dangerous levels, pain builds up in the head, often causing migraines or severe headaches. 2. Nausea. When blood pressure increases, the heart pumps out less blood, and as such, your organs may receive less oxygenated blood. A lack of oxygenated blood to the brain causes uneasiness and nausea. If you have nausea for no other reason you can identify, you may have hypertension. 3. Brain Fog. As you age, you may believe that slower brain function is normal, but it can also be a sign of high blood pressure. Some people completely lose interest in carrying out daily activities. Don’t ignore this symptom; consult your doctor right away. 4. dizziness. People with hypertension usually experience dizziness. A lack of oxygen to the brain sometimes causes you to feel off balance. While dizziness can be a side effect of some blood pressure medications, high blood pressure does not cause dizziness directly. Sudden dizziness, loss of balance or coordination, and trouble walking are all warning signs of a stroke, and high blood pressure is a leading risk factor. 5. blurred or double vision. High blood pressure can cause parts of your brain to swell, which leads to blurred vision. The part of the brain directly connected to the nerves of the eyes expands — this connection is especially sensitive to heightening hypertension. More the inflammation in the brain worsens, the optic nerve may also swell, which will cause vision impairment, as well. 6. Nosebleeds. Hypertension can cause nosebleeds. If the nose occasionally starts to bleed and it worsens, it may be a sign of hypertension. If you start noticing your nose bleeds more frequently, have your blood pressure checked; more than one nosebleed a week might be a sign of hypertension, occurring because the increased blood flow harms the tiny blood vessels in your nose. 7. Swollen Feet. Pulmonary arterial hypertension or PAH is an extreme byproduct of high blood pressure. The swelling of your feet, legs, and ankles could be the result of your kidneys malfunctioning. Fluid retention is more likely the longer you have PAH. Swollen feet can also be a sign of heart disease. Seek medical attention if you have this symptom of high blood pressure. 8. Breathlessness. Difficulty breathing is an indicator of high blood pressure. hen heart chambers thicken, there is not as much space for the blood, which pumps out to the rest of the body. If easy tasks suddenly leave you short of breath, take this as a warning and immediately seek medical hypertension treatment as you may have intracranial hypertension. blood pressure too high symptoms

https://courses.uberhealthblog.com/p/lower-your-blood-pressure-naturally https://uberhealthblog.com/ Blood pressure too high symptoms? The honest answer is usually none! It's pretty much a myth that it causes headaches and nose bleeds. High blood pressure has the nickname 'The Silent Killer' for good reason - it's the commonest cause of premature death. (1) You can be walking around feeling fine, but have high blood pressure without knowing. High Blood Pressure Too High Symptoms - Due To Consequences The ultimate 'symptom' of high BP is death - it often gets written into death certificates. It's also one of the commonest causes of serious illness and disability. The consequences of high blood pressure play out as it accelerates damage and wear and tear on the arterial system around the body. When they finally succumb under the pressure they either block or burst. The results depend where in the body this happens. Mini Strokes & Strokes A disabling stroke is a common reason people end up in nursing homes. People assume this only happens to 'old people', but this isn't true. The youngest person I've seen in a nursing home, completely disabled by a stroke was 49. She couldn't talk or even get herself out of bed. Angina & Heart Attacks If you have a heart attack part of your heart dies for good. It depends how much you lose as to how much this will affect the rest of your life. Heart Failure Working against the relentless effort of high blood pressure the heart begins to failure. It basically gets knackered and starts to give up. People in this state can get very tired and not be able to do a lot due to getting short of breath as their lungs fill up with fluid. The brain and heart really suffer, but so too do many other parts of the body: Kidneys begin fail Eyes suffer putting your sight at risk Big arteries blow up like balloons and can pop - this could easily kill you Big arteries can close off leading to limb loss Take Your Blood Pressure Seriously. If you haven't had your BP checked within the last 5 years - get it done. If you've put on a lot of weight recently - get your BP checked as that can push it up a lot. If you're on medication already but your BP is still too high - don't be reassured that all will be well. High blood pressure is often only the first step onto a treadmill of ill health and tablets - you might need a suit case for them all soon if you're not careful! High blood pressure IS NOT NORMAL AT ANY AGE, and it means you have created ill health in your body. But the good news is you can reverse a lot of that ill health, even reverse it completely by taking care of your body. High blood pressure is not caused by a lack of pharmaceutical drugs - it's caused by diet and lifestyle choices. And these choices of yours can change if you want to restore health to your body. Causes symptoms and treatment of high blood pressure

01:50
Causes symptoms and treatment of high blood pressure High blood pressure is also known as hypertension. Anyone whose blood pressure is 140/90mmhg or more for a sustained period is said to have high blood pressure. Causes of high blood pressure 1) Age: The older you are the higher your risk of having high blood pressure. 2) Family history: If you have close family members with hypertension, your chances of developing it are significantly higher. 3) Overweight: Overweight refers to having extra body weight from muscle, bone, fat and/or water. Overweight people are more likely to develop high blood pressure, compared to people of normal weight. 4) Smoking: Smoking causes the blood vessels to narrow, resulting in higher blood pressure. 5) Alcohol intake: The risk may even sometimes include people who drink regularly, but not in excess. 6) High salt intake: Researchers from the University of Michigan Health System reported that societies where people don't eat much salt have lower blood pressures than places where people eat a lot of salt. 7) Mental stress: Various studies have offered compelling evidence that mental stress, especially over the long term, can have a serious impact on blood pressure. Some levels of stress which are not managed properly can raise the risk of hypertension. 8) Diabetes: People with diabetes are at a higher risk of developing hypertension. 9) Pregnancy: Pregnant women have a higher risk of developing hypertension than women of the same age who are not pregnant. Symptoms of high blood pressure typically include: • Headache - usually, this will last for several days. • Nausea - a sensation of unease and discomfort in the stomach with an urge to vomit. • Vomiting - less common than just nausea. • Dizziness - Lightheadedness, unsteadiness, and vertigo. • Blurred or double vision (diplopia). • Epistaxis - nosebleeds. • Palpitations - disagreeable sensations of irregular and/or forceful beating of the heart. • Dyspnea - breathlessness, shortness of breath. Anybody who experiences these symptoms should see their doctor immediately. Complications of high blood pressure Below is a list of some of the possible complications of high blood pressure: • Stroke - blood flow to the brain is impaired by blockage or rupture of an artery to the brain, and brain cells die. • Heart attack - heart muscle dies due to a loss of blood supply. • Heart failure - the heart struggles to pump enough blood to meet the needs of the whole body. This happens because after pumping blood against higher pressure into the blood vessels the heart muscle thickens. • Kidney disease - hypertension often damages the small blood vessels in the kidneys, resulting in kidneys that do not work properly. Eventually the kidneys can fail completely (kidney failure). • Eyes (hypertensive retinopathy) - untreated hypertension can lead to thickened, narrowed or torn blood vessels in the eyes, which can lead to vision loss. Changes in lifestyle can help lower high blood pressure The following are recommended lifestyle changes that can help you lower your blood pressure. Regular exercise: Exercising for 30 to 60 minutes five days a week will usually lower a person's blood pressure by 4 to 9 mmHg. Reducing alcohol consumption: Alcohol consumption is a double-edged sword. Some studies indicate it helps lower blood pressure, while others report the opposite. In very small amounts it may lower blood pressure. Eating healthily: This means eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, good quality unrefined carbohydrates, vegetable oils, and omega oils. Lowering salt (sodium) intake: Studies have shown that even a moderate reduction in sodium intake can lower blood pressure levels by 2 to 8 mmHg. Losing weight: Studies have revealed that even moderate weight loss - just ten pounds - can have a significant impact in lowering elevated blood pressure. If you are overweight, the nearer you get to your ideal weight the more your blood pressure is likely to fall. Sleep: Not getting enough sleep can increase a person's risk of developing high blood pressure. References: 1. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Healthy-lifestyle 2. Why nosebleed? nosebleed home remedies - Epistaxis - Causes. Epistaxis is bleeding from the nose. At least 11% of all Americans have at least one nosebleed in your life. Nosebleeds are very common in athletes who participate in contact or collision activities, such as boxing, wrestling, hockey and soccer. There are two types of nosebleeds: anterior (front) and posterior (rear). Posterior nosebleeds is at least severe general, but may be more alarming because the blood is oozing from the nostril. Unlike the anterior nosebleed, the posterior nosebleeds are not readily visible because blood slides down the back of the throat. The anterior nosebleed usually occurs in younger patients, as a result of an injury to the nose or nasal membranes dry. Posterior nosebleeds usually occurs in elderly patients where vessels and arteries harden the rear nose and break. Why nosebleed? Causes and Risks The most common cause of nosebleed is trauma (sudden, forceful injury) in the nose. Trauma can cause nasal broken bones, which in turn can cause lacerations (cuts) to the nasal membranes. Upper respiratory tract infection, allergies, inhaling drugs, and sinusitis can cause inflammation of the membranes, leading to tissue that may bleed easily. Some medications, such as aspirin, nasal drops, and anticoagulants, and certain diseases, such as aplastic anemia, leukemia, hemophilia, Hodgkin's disease, rheumatic fever, atherosclerosis, hypertension, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) and liver disease, can also cause nosebleeds. Dry climates and high altitudes can cause the vessels of the nariznsangren easily, especially when nose rings. Why nosebleed? Signs and symptoms In an anterior nosebleed, blood is usually seen running from the nose. If the bleeding area is located near the nostril, you can see bright red blood. If the bleeding area is deeper in the nose, the blood is usually dark red. Dizziness, palpitations and shortness of breath may be experienced if a lot of blood is lost. Why nosebleed? Prevention Since most nosebleeds come from direct trauma, use of protective equipment for head and face during sports activity can reduce the risk of injury. Treatment of any underlying medical condition may also prevent nosebleeds. During the winter months and in dry climates, humidify the air can help moisturize the nasal passages and avoid excessively dry nasal tissues. how to stop nose bleed, nose bleeding, nose bleed, how to stop a nose bleed, frequent nose bleeds, random nose bleeds, nose bleeds in kids, what causes nosebleeds, nosebleed, nosebleeds, causes of nosebleeds, nosebleed causes, nose bleeds, stop nose bleed, what causes bloody noses, bloody nose causes, nose bleeds in pregnancy, what to do for a nose bleed, sinus, sinusitis, sinus problems, epistaxis, epistaxis causes, epistaxis treatment ►Why NoseBleed? – NOSE BLEEDING Home Remedies – Epistaxis – Causes - https://youtu.be/-RrLme4HPeU

Causes & management of early morning nosebleed in adult - Dr. Sreenivasa Murthy T M

03:22
In adults early morning bleeding is usually secondary to sudden increase in blood pressure, so the patient will be generally known hypertensive and taking medication or they may be hypertensive and not at all taking any medications, their first presentation would be bleeding in the nose. We can also see this in adults who are on blood finners or taking anticoagulants for various other ailments in the body. Now other age group in whom we can see early morning bleeding which usually happens between 3-5 am in elderly age or middle age man like early 60's and late 50's who have high blood pressure who are on medication, their B.P. tends o be high early in the morning 3-5 am and can start bleeding in the nose, these people can be bleeding torrentially meaning volumes exceeding 50 ml of blood. In the elders or adult age if they have bleeding we should check whether it is from the front part or the back part of the nose, in elders back part of the nose bleeds commonly arising from one of the branches from the main blood supply of the nose called sphenopalatine artery and in these patients since the blood loss can be on high volumes and torrential, they may lead to some intervention either in the form of packing initially so that they can get control over bleeding to appropriate anti-hypertensives, some rest and then removal of the pack after 24 hours. If it doesn't reoccur then control of blood pressure alone would be sufficient. Few unfortunate people tend to bleed frequently, they may bleed 3rd day, 4th day or every week to such people we offer surgical procedure endoscopic sphenopalatine artery ligation as the artery can be easily accessed through an endoscope and this can be clipped and the success rate of this surgery is very good in these patients.
Brain Aneurysm Symptoms -- Know the Signs to Prevent Serious Damage!

05:25
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free guide to choosing and buying dietary supplements. There are all these arteries going through the brain that carry blood to where they are needed. A brain aneurysm really has to do with a weak spot in one of these arteries, that like bulges out. Sort of like the battle of the bulge in World War 2 Eventually the wear and tear may lead to an opening in which case blood will leak out. If the weak area ruptures then that isn't good, and around 50% of the time it will lead to death. If someone doesn't die then a huge majority of people will experience an everlasting disability. There are a variety of reasons that can bring about this condition and one of them is genetics. If someone in your family has aneurysms then it increases the odds of you getting it. Another very common cause could be high blood pressure, which is considered a silent killer because usually there are no symptoms. Having high cholesterol levels, kidney problems, old age, alcoholism and diabetes can all play a part as well. A person can have an aneurysm for many years and not notice anything, especially if it's small. Once it gets large and presses on something or disturbs the flow of your health, then you are going to notice something. When something goes wrong usually the first warning sign is pain. So, the very first symptom is going to be a headache. This pain can expand to the neck area as well as the face. Apart from the pain additional things can go wrong for instance; having blurry vision as well as problems with talking can develop. As the body starts to get sick the person could experience feelings of wanting to vomit. Next there can be symptoms of confusion, dizziness, sensitivity to light and vision problems. A person may even experience a seizure as the brain tries to cope with the injury. A seizure is really when the brain sends out abnormal signals that change how the body functions. This could either be light shaking of a person's hands, or it could be heavy turbulent shaking of the body. This seizure might make someone unconscious or perhaps not. The important thing to realize with these symptoms is that everyone gets a headache occasionally, but when it gets unusual and brings about other symptoms, perhaps it's best to get it checked out. I remember when I was a kid and had appendicitis. The pain got to be so great, and unusual, but I didn't get it checked out. My appendix actually burst and did a lot of damage that all could have been prevented. Besides getting normal checkups and seeing a professional if you experience warning signs, the best thing you can do is prevent this problem in the first place. Since this health problem has to do with the cardiovascular system anything that enhances it is going to help. If someone smokes cigarettes they are much more likely to develop this disease. It fact some health experts estimate that 70 to 80 percent of people who get aneurysms either smoke tobacco are used to. Another great thing someone can do is to exercise, reduce your intake of saturated fats, manage your stress and get plenty of rest. There are also plenty of herbal remedies that can assist someone. Anything that lowers blood pressure and clogging of the arteries can help, and there are more herbs that do this than you can imagine. For starters garlic can help, the hawthorn herb, omega 3 fats and many other choices that someone can get in a dietary supplement. Before you do go out and start shopping for these dietary supplements to improve your health, I highly recommend you get educated about the industry. The supplement world is similar to the Wild West in United States history and this means that there are not too many laws and rules. Sure government agencies provide some protection, but it's very small. Companies can make their labels as persuasive as they want, without truly backing it up with the product you think you're buying. Due to this I created a guide that can walk someone through the process of choosing a good brand over more of a risky choice. It talks about what to take for certain medical conditions, herbs to consider and more. The best part is that it's completely free and you can check it out by clicking on the link http://utahtexans.com/.

How To Give Yourself A Nosebleed | 3 PAINLESS WAYS!

02:56
How to Give Yourself a Nosebleed Subscribe: https://goo.gl/cMLYQ9 https://www.facebook.com/joelkawira https://www.twitter.com/joelKawira https://www.instagram.com/joelkawira/ Queries Of The Interweb (QOTI) © Joel Kawira, LLC Music: Light Background - The Sixth Gate Music (Courtesy of WeVideo Music Library) The ultimate tool for YouTube growth:: https://www.tubebuddy.com/QOTI I hope you don’t have hemophobia ‘cause in this video, I’m this video I’m going to be teaching you how to give yourself a nosebleed. Now there’s some obvious ways you could give yourself a bloody nose. You could walk into a door, you could punch yourself fin the face, or you could just start snorting coke, but I care about your wellbeing, so I’m boing to show you three ways to give yourself a bloody nose that are the least painful ways that at least I could find. Now keep in mind that a self induced nosebleed might not work for everyone. I’ve never had a nosebleed in my life, at least not naturally. I’ve been hit in the nose and then I’ve bled, but I’ve never just started bleeding from the nose profusely. METHOD 1: EXCESSIVE NOSE PICKING So this first method to get yourself a nosebleed is excessive nose picking. Okay I know some of you already do this, Charlie. If your name is Charlie and you pick your nose a lot, you’re probably going to get a nosebleed at some point. If you pick your nose excessively, there’s a chance that you’ll rupture the blood vessels in your nose and you’ll start bleeding. Careful with this one. You don’t want to shove your down too deep into your nose. So if you’re going to take the nose fingering method, tread lightly. METHOD 2: BLOW NOSE HARD This second method for how to get a bloody nose is to blow your nose really, really hard. If you’re trying to get a bloody nose fast, this can be an effective method. Again, you don’t want to hurt yourself but you want to blow pretty hard and pretty long. Don’t play that last sentence out of context. I know some of you have sick minds. METHOD 3: DRY OUT NOSE This third way to give yourself a bloody nose is to dry your nose out. If you can dry out your nose, you could very well trigger your nose bleed. So how do dry out your nose? Well there’s several things you can do. You can breath in cold air. Go to your freezer and just inhale. Use your hair dryer, or your blow dryer or whatever dryer you have in your house. Don’t shove your head in the dryer, that might not work. Except for you Charlie, you can shove your head in the dryer and nobody, nobody will stop you. Frick’n Charlie. There are also some nasal decongestants which also clear out noses when you have a cold. Try using one of those just to dry out your nose.
