Antibiotics are medicines used to treat bacterial infections. There are different types of antibiotics that work against different strains of bacteria and some types of parasites. When used properly, they either kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria that cause a particular health problem. This in turn helps your natural immune system fight the infection. But antibiotics often have side effects that cause other temporary health issues. Some common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, vaginal yeast infections, allergic reactions and inner ear problems. 1. Eat Probiotic Yogurt When taking antibiotics, it is highly recommended to include yogurt with ‘good bacteria’ in your diet. Eating yogurt that contains ‘live cultures’ (also labeled as probiotic yogurt) helps your body recover from diarrhea, one of the common side effects of antibiotics. These live cultures are gut-friendly bacteria that provide a layer of protection in the intestines and help generate lactic acid to get bacterial toxins out of the body. 2. Eat Fermented Foods or Take a Probiotic Supplement. Apart from yogurt, many fermented foods naturally contain a high amount of probiotics. So, in addition to yogurt, include kombucha, kefir, sauerkraut, pickles, pickled beets, pickled turnips, pickled carrots and kimchi in your diet. 3. Eat Garlic. Garlic is a natural antibiotic that helps kill harmful microbes without the side effects of antibiotic medicines. Also, it contains an important compound known as allicin that protects your kidneys and liver from the potential damage of antibiotics. 4. Take Milk Thistle Supplements. Taking traditional antibiotics can be hard on your liver, which is responsible for breaking down the medications you ingest. To protect your liver from any damage due to a course of antibiotics, the herb milk thistle is very effective. The rich antioxidants in this herb help protect the liver. 5. Sip Ginger Tea Whether you suffer from diarrhea, nausea or vomiting due to prescribed antibiotics, ginger is effective in dealing with these side effects. Ginger’s natural antibiotic property helps prevent and treat many health problems caused by bacteria. Fresh ginger has an antibiotic effect against food-borne pathogens as well as respiratory and periodontal infections. 6. Eat Bland Foods. Some of the most widely reported side effects of antibitoics include diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. To counter these issues, it is advisable that you eat only bland food during and after a cource of antibiotics. These types of food inlcude dry crackers, plain bread, white rice, etc. 7. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic. Apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties that help fight harmful bacteria in your body. Also, it is a good remedy for controlling diarrhea, one of the common side effects of antibiotic medicine. 8. Drink Enough Fluids. To counter dry mouth caused by medicines and a mild loss of fluids from diarrhea or vomiting, drink more water. Drinking an ample amount of water throughout the day will keep your body hydrated. For a more-severe loss of water, drink fluids that contain water, sugar and salt to help replace electrolytes that the body needs. 9. Stay Healthy. One way to deal with side effects of antibiotics is to stay healthy so you don’t have to take them for long. Take steps to support your health in the following way. 10. Take Antibiotics as Directed. Last but not least, you must always take your antibiotic medicine as directed by your physician. For instance, some antibiotics should be taken only with water. Others need to be taken with food in order to increase their absorption in the body and ward off an upset stomach, a common side effect of antibiotics. Side effects for this antibiotic are worse than infections it's prescribed for

02:28
The FDA just announced that it will require more warnings on the label for a class of antibiotics known as fluoroquinolones because the side effects they cause are worse than the actual infections they are commonly prescribed for. Side effects include permanent muscle and nerve damage, when the infections they're prescribed for usually clear up on their own, without the need of any medication. Antibiotic Body Damage Recovery (Levaquin Cipro Side Effects and How I Healed)

09:06
It is my opinion only, that the damage these antibiotics are causing to people's bodies may be partially or fully due to the drug's destruction of crucially important healthy forms of bacteria in the gut. This, along with leaky gut which I believe is epidemic, may cause both a fungal version of yeast called candida to breach the barrier in the gut, and give the immune system a particularly difficult time managing it, as well as oxalate to also permeate the entire body causing a potential double-whammy that if addressed, may reverse the condition. Lots to be pissed off about with this situation. But one biggie is in how people are being told this condition is permanent. Although I believe it can be difficult to reverse, I believe it is entirely possible if approached from the above theoretical standpoint. That is how I approached it, and have had tremendous results. See my programs as well as the free info over at http://MaintenanceMotions.com. If you have some organic expeller-pressed coconut oil...or oil of your choice according to options available via Ayurvedic tradition...I'd give oil pulling a try, sticking with it for a solid few months. I have found it to be incredibly effective for joint/tendon issues, with dietary change, gut health with probiotics, and candida management to offer profound improvements. I need to consistently maintain the effort, but it's a part of my lifestyle regardless. Then I added some high quality ubiquinol to assist with mitochondrial damage, and energy production. http://FacelessFatloss.com My Over 40 program: http://Over40andRipped.com And Facebook: http://facebook.com/tim.ripped Love, Happiness, Health and Peace.........Tim .

Accutane- 5 tips by Dermatologists

06:06
http://www.fioriinstitute.com For tips on having acne free skin Accutane – 5 Tips by Dermatologists Accutane or Roaccutane is a tablet is also known as isotretinoin and is a form of vitamin A. It has been the mainstay for the management of severe acne or scarring acne in Australia, Europe, US and Asia for the past 30 years. Accutane works by targeting the oil glands, and reducing oil production. In lower does it can help remodel dermal collagen and reduce scar formation- including acne scars, Accutane can also reduce blackheads, whiteheads, zits, cysts and pimples. Should I go on Accutane for my acne? Roaccutane should only be used if your acne is severe, cystic or scarring. An off label indication of Roaccutane is if your acne does not respond to normal acne medications. An assessment and discussion with a Dermatologist is needed to ascertain if you are suitable for this medication, as there are numerous side-effects associated with this drug. Accutane has a 99% success rate for the treatment of acne. An average person will need a course lasting between 7-10 months. Improvement is seen within a few weeks of starting this medication. In severe cases of acne, an early and transient ‘flare up’ maybe seen, however your Specialist will undertake steps to minimise this side-effect. What side effects can I expect on Accutane? The most common side effect is dryness of the lips and skin. Universally seen common and very easy to manage. Moisturise frequently and you will sail thru the course of treatment. Use a lip balm at least 3-5 times per day, and moisturise your skin at least twice a day. Some patients may get dry eyes on Roaccutane/ Accutane and using eye drops may help, especially if you wear contact lenses. Your Dermatologist will also order special blood tests throughout your treatment course, making sure your Liver and Cholesterol levels are in check. Female patients are warned in regards to the serious consequences in regards to birth defects whilst on Accutane. Other side effects that are less common including- Flare up of acne (usually early in the course of treatment) Headaches Abnormal period cycles Muscle aches and pains Ingrown toe and finger nails Abdominal symptoms Mood changes and depression How long is a course of Roaccutane treatment? The course of Roaccutane/ Oratane is variable and will depend on many factors including the type of acne, your body weight, the location of your acne and the side effects you may experience on this tablet. As a guide- Average length of treatment 6-9 months Severe acne involving bacne acne, trunkal acne 10-12 months Low dose Roaccutane / Oratane program 14-20 months Your Dermatologist will decide as to what is the optimal course of Roaccutane/ Accutane treatment based upon your acne type and your lifestyle. Will a course of Accutane treat my acne scars? That is a difficult question to answer, as results are variable. Accutane is not designed as a treatment for acne scars, but a treatment to treat and cure acne. Treating active acne forms the foundation for acne scar treatment. In regards to Accutane and acne scars the following facts apply- Some patients can receive mild improvement of acne scars on this drug. Low dose Accutane has been shown to remodel scars and increase collagen production. Roaccutane/ Accutane patients are not candidates for laser scar revision during the course of Roaccutane, and a wash out period of 3-6 months will be needed. We now have a method of treating acne patients on Roaccutane with a non- laser method of scar revision called RF or RadioFrequency. This treatment has proven to be safe and effective in the majority of patients, however careful monitoring is needed. This forms the basis of the Acne Free RF Program, which was designed by Dr Davin Lim. What skin care should I use whilst on Accutane/ Roaccutane Treatment? Looking after your skin whist on Roaccutane/ Oratane/ Accutane is vitally important and can markedly reduce the side effects of this medication. Keep your acne skin care regime simple, and moisturise frequently! Clean your skin twice a day with a low irritant cleanser- I recommend Cetaphil, QV Wash or Neutrogena Gentle wash. Moisturise your skin twice a day- I recommend Cetaphil moisturiser. Moisturise your lips 4-6 times a day, most importantly just before bedtime as this will reduce severity of ‘dry lips on roaccutane’. Using a high factor SPF sunscreen twice a day can reduce the incidence of sunburn on this medication. I recommend La Roche Posay. Doxycycline as an Agent for "Wound Chemotherapy"

03:15
Essential Medical Textbooks: http://astore.amazon.com/nichogiovi-20 Popular Running Shoes: http://astore.amazon.com/nichogiovi-20?_encoding=UTF8&node=2 Doxycycline is a semi-synthetic tetracycline compound. Classically, this drug is used in podiatry and wound care for its properties of antibiosis and antisepsis. There have, however, been some investigations of doxycycline and other chemically modified tetracycline species (CMTS), which demonstrate its potential as an inflammatory modulator. These qualities may prove useful within a wound environment. This is particularly so, as an inhibitor of nitric oxide (NO) production, matrix metalloprotease (MMP) activity, and tissue necrosis factor alpha converting enzyme (TACE). MMP activity has been identified as a key player in the environment of chronic wounds as well. Although MMP's are part of the normal breakdown and remodeling of tissues within the human body, non-healing ulcers are particularly less governed by regulatory mechanisms and therefore see an overabundance of MMP activity, and consequently lead to the persistence of inflammation and degradation of the epithelial matrix in situ. The chemical structure of doxycycline has been investigated, and demonstrates satisfactory results as an inhibitor of such zinc catalyzed protease activity. By inhibiting the activity of various MMP species in a wound bed, the breakdown of wound matrix may be prevented. Similar to MMP inhibition, TACE (otherwise known as ADAM17) is a member of the same metalloprotease superfamily and thus inhibition works by zinc binding as well. As a surface bound enzymatic protein, TACE degrades pre-TNF-a, thereby converting it to a biologically active form. Doxycycline has demonstrated convincing results in lowering the conversion of pre-TNF-a to its active form. Because TNF-a has long been known as a powerful member of the entourage of inflammatory cytokines of chronic wounds, the ability to suppress its expression could potentially be to the patient's advantage. Next, the presence of Nitric Oxide within a wound environment is made possible by its production via the iNOS enzyme. The mRNA molecule which codes for iNOS is expressed during times of cytokine and inflammatory stimulation. This mRNA molecule has a relatively short half life, which is presumed to be for regulatory purposes, and is stabilized by the presence of p38 MAPK binding to one of several 'AUUA' motifs. When Doxycycline prevents p38 MAPK from stabilizing iNOS mRNA, via competitive binding to metallic ions, subsequent degradation of the iNOS mRNA molecule takes place and therefore acts to decrease the concentration of Nitric Oxide within the wound environment. Although further investigation is needed to ascertain the true beneficial value of Doxycycline as a wound chemotherapeutic agent, laboratory data is highly suggestive of this possibility. LYME--Long-term antibiotics : Explained

10:36
Thanks for being here! website: http://www.thriving-with-lyme.com/ facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/242464736244053/ I hope this was encouraging to you! DISCLAIMER: The information in this video is what is taught to the LLMD's. Even though this is how it is explained I want to tell you that every person is different and every person reacts differently to antibiotics. The most important thing is to listen to your body. I would definitely recommend cleansing and cleaning up your diet BEFORE you start ANY antibiotics, if you choose to go that route. I chose to only do 6 months of antibiotics, as my mental conditions got worse on them (anxiety etc) even though I was doing a lot of probiotics. And my husband only did 4 months of antibiotics. He became much worse and I do not believe it was all a herx reaction. Listen to your body! There are other healing options available that have long lasting results and don't tear up your body like antibiotics do.

Norflox-TZ Tablet नॉरफ्लॉक्स टीज़ेड टैबलेट uses side effects dosage precaution how to use & review NORFLOX-TZ Tablets (Norfloxacin , Tinidazole , Lactic acid bacillus) NORFLOX-TZ Each Film coated Tablet contains Norfloxacin IP......400 mg Tinidazole IP......600 mg Lactic Acid Bacillus......120 x 106 spores (Appropriate overages added) Colours :Titanium Dioxide and Lake Quinoline Yellow WS Norfloxacin inhibits bacterial deoxyribonucleic acid synthesis and is bactericidal. At the molecular level, three specific events are attributed to norfloxacin in Escherichia coli cells Norfloxacin has been shown to be active against most strains of the following microorganisms both in vitro and in clinical infections: Gram-positive Aerobes Enterococcus faecalis Staphylococcus aureus Staphylococcus epidermidis Staphylococcus saprophyticus Streptococcus agalactiae Gram-negative Aerobes Citrobacterfreundii Enterobacteraerogenes Enterobacter cloacae Escherichia coli Klebsiellapneumoniae Neisseria gonorrhoeae Proteus mirabilis Proteus vulgaris Pseudomonas aeruginosa Serratiamarcescens Tinidazole Tinidazole is an antiprotozoal, antibacterial agent. The nitro-group of tinidazole is reduced by cell extracts of Trichomonas. The free nitro-radical generated as a result of this reduction may be responsible for the antiprotozoal activity. Indications Treatment of diarrhea and dysentery of amoebic, bacterial or mixed origins. Dosage and Administration The dosage is one tablet twice daily for 5 days. Contraindications In patients hypersensitive to quinolone or to tinidazole or any other excipient History of hypersensitivity, tendinitis, or tendon rupture associated with the use of norfloxacin or any member of the quinolone group of antimicrobial agents Tinidazole should be avoided in patients with organic neurological disorders. Tinidazole is contraindicated in patients having, or with a history of, blood dyscrasia, although no persistent haematological abnormalities have been noted in clinical or animal studies. Warnings and Precautions Tendinopathy and Tendon Rupture Fluoroquinolones, including norfloxacin, are associated with an increased risk of tendinitis and tendon rupture in all ages. This adverse reaction most frequently involves the Achilles' tendon, and rupture of the Achilles' tendon may require surgical repair. Tendinitis and tendon rupture in the rotator cuff (the shoulder), the hand, the biceps, the thumb, and other tendon sites have also been reported. The risk of developing fluoroquinolone-associated tendinitis and tendon rupture is further increased in older patients, usually over 60 years of age, in patients taking corticosteroid drugs, and in patients with kidney, heart or lung transplants. Factors, in addition to age and corticosteroid use, that may independently increase the risk of tendon rupture include strenuous physical activity, renal failure, and previous tendon disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis. Exacerbation of Myasthenia Gravis Fluoroquinolones, including norfloxacin, have neuromuscular blocking activity and may exacerbate muscle weakness in persons with myasthenia gravis. Safety in Children and Adolescents, and during Pregnancy and Lactation The safety and efficacy of oral norfloxacin in paediatric patients, adolescents (below the age of 18 years), pregnant women, and nursing mothers have not been established. The oral administration of single doses of norfloxacin, six times the recommended human clinical dose (on an mg/kg basis), caused lameness in immature dogs. Histologic examination of the weight-bearing joints of these dogs revealed permanent lesions of the cartilage. Other quinolones also produced erosions of the cartilage in weight-bearing joints and other signs of arthropathy in immature animals of various species. #onlinemedicine,#medicine,#ayurveda,#ayurved ,#Ayurvedic

Rocky Mountain spotted fever (Rickettsial fever)

02:12
Subscribe to this channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKDwY2bhQtcMUZ3UFdN3Mng?sub_confirmation=1 Other Infectious Disease Lectures: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfBFwAwues0nUpkmeLncvvUV315dXVo4o Rocky Mountain spotted fever (RMSF) is the most lethal and most frequently reported rickettsial illness in the United States. Initial signs and symptoms of the disease include sudden onset of fever, headache, and muscle pain, followed by development of rash. The disease is caused by Rickettsia rickettsii, a species of bacterium that is spread to humans by Dermacentor ticks. The disease can be difficult to diagnose in the early stages. It is distinct from the viral tick-borne infection, Colorado tick fever. Rocky Mountain spotted fever is a potentially life-threatening infectious disease. Approximately 0.3% of people who become ill with Rocky Mountain spotted fever die from the infection. Antibiotics has reduced the number of deaths. Before the discovery of tetracycline and chloramphenicol during the latter 1940s, as many as 30% of those infected with R. rickettsii died. Spotted fever can be very difficult to diagnose in its early stages, and even experienced doctors who are familiar with the disease find it hard to detect. People infected with R. rickettsii usually notice symptoms following an incubation period of one to two weeks after a tick bite. The early clinical presentation of Rocky Mountain spotted fever is nonspecific and may resemble a variety of other infectious and non-infectious diseases. Initial symptoms: Fever Nausea Emesis (vomiting) Severe headache Muscle pain Lack of appetite Parotitis in some cases (somewhat rare) Later signs and symptoms: Maculopapular rash Petechial rash Abdominal pain Joint pain Conjunctivitis Forgetfulness The classic triad of findings for this disease are fever, rash, and history of tick bite. However, this combination is often not identified when the people initially presents for care. The rash has a centripetal, or "inward" pattern of spread, meaning it begins at the extremities and courses towards the trunk. The rash first appears two to five days after the onset of fever, and it is often quite subtle. Younger patients usually develop the rash earlier than older patients. Most often the rash begins as small, flat, pink, non-itchy spots (macules) on the wrists, forearms, and ankles. These spots turn pale when pressure is applied and eventually become raised on the skin. The characteristic red, spotted (petechial) rash of Rocky Mountain spotted fever is usually not seen until the sixth day or later after onset of symptoms, but this type of rash occurs in only 35 to 60% of patients with Rocky Mountain spotted fever. The rash involves the palms or soles in as many as 80% of people. However, this distribution may not occur until later on in the course of the disease. As many as 15 percent of patients may never develop a rash. Abnormal laboratory findings seen in patients with Rocky Mountain spotted fever may include a low platelet count, low blood sodium concentration, or elevated liver enzyme levels. Serology testing and skin biopsy are considered to be the best methods of diagnosis. Although immunofluorescent antibody assays are considered some of the best serology tests available, most antibodies that fight against R. rickettsii are undetectable on serology tests the first seven days after infection. Appropriate antibiotic treatment should be started immediately when there is a suspicion of Rocky Mountain spotted fever on the basis of clinical and epidemiological findings. Treatment should not be delayed until laboratory confirmation is obtained. In fact, failure to respond to a tetracycline argues against a diagnosis of Rocky Mountain spotted fever. Severely ill patients may require longer periods before their fever resolves, especially if they have experienced damage to multiple organ systems. Preventive therapy in healthy patients who have had recent tick bites is not recommended and may, in fact, only delay the onset of disease. Doxycycline (a tetracycline) (for adults at 100 milligrams every 12 hours, or for children under 45 kg at 4 mg/kg of body weight per day in two divided doses) is the drug of choice for patients with Rocky Mountain spotted fever, being one of the only instances doxycycline is used in children.[13] Treatment should be continued for at least three days after the fever subsides, and until there is unequivocal evidence of clinical improvement. This will be generally for a minimum time of five to ten days. Severe or complicated outbreaks may require longer treatment courses. Doxycycline/ tetracycline is also the preferred drug for patients with ehrlichiosis, another tick-transmitted infection with signs and symptoms that may resemble those of Rocky Mountain spotted fever. more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Mountain_spotted_fever

What Is Keto Rash?

02:09
Get Purified Biles Salts Here: https://shop.drberg.com/gallbladder-f... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about keto rash. When you release more fat than usual. Fat is the substance that stores all sorts of toxins. And if your liver or gallbladder is not releasing toxins in a regular manner, your body could back up with toxic slug causing a reaction in the skin. Hi guys its Dr. Berg, in this short video I want to discuss this thing called keto rash. Here you go in this ketogenic diet and you end up with this terrible rash. If you look this up there is not much information about this and it’s hard to know what it is and so people try all sorts of things and they would start eating more carbs. This is my theory about what it is, if you look at a rash it is usually itchy called pruritus. Itchiness is coming from the liver. High levels of histamines are dumped up in to the liver because when you switch over to ketogenic and or you are running on ketones, you are releasing tons of fat that is coming out through the liver and if you don’t consume enough vegetables you are going to actually have a fatty liver but you are dumping more fat and that fat holds a lot of stuff like chemicals and toxins. If you don’t have enough bile in your gallbladder and you do a ketogenic diet, you might not be able to release the toxins that are coming out with the fat in the proper matter and you are going to create a little bit of the immune reaction with the histamines. One of the purposes of bile is to break down fats but the other purpose is to eliminate toxins. The solution is to add purified bile salts, you can use my formula which is the gallbladder formula or you can just find purified bile salts but it will increase the flow of the bile to the liver and gallbladder so you will eliminate the toxins a lot better and reduce the rash reaction that is occurring.
