♥ What Causes Poor Blood Flow & Circulation In Your Body

05:15
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets: ►► http://drsam.co/yt/BloodFlowSolution =============================================== What Causes Poor Blood Flow & Circulation =============================================== Today’s question is from Mrs Wilson and she asks, “What really causes poor circulation?” What’s important to know is that poor circulation isn’t a “condition” itself. It’s the result of OTHER health issues. Poor blood flow and circulation is one of the primary causes of a heart attack or stroke. This is because it can lead to Hypertension and high blood pressure Hardening and narrowing of your arteries Higher cholesterol and plaque build up The good news is that this can be reversed and avoided naturally, without prescription medications, crazy diets or exercise. And I’ll reveal to you how in a minute… Because this is exactly the problem my dad has had for many years. In fact, he had a stroke a few years ago and why I’m making this video… To help you avoid the mistakes, pain and suffering that we had to go through. But let’s first talk about... Warning Signs Some of what “warning signs” that you may have circulation problems include2 Frequent pain and cramping in your legs Tingling or numbness in your hands and/or feet Tired, aching or weak legs and feet Slow-healing wounds Thickened toenails Varicose and “spider” veins Cold hands Causes of Poor Circulation There are several different causes of poor circulation1, but here are the top 5: Peripheral artery disease Peripheral artery disease (PAD) can lead to poor circulation in your legs and it generally affects people over the age of 50. PAD is a circulatory condition that causes narrowing of your blood vessels and arteries. Which eventually decreases blood flow to your extremities and can result in pain… but more importantly can cause a heart attack or stroke. Blood clots Blood clots block the flow of blood, either partially or entirely. They can develop almost anywhere in your body… but a blood clot that develops in your arms or legs can lead to circulation problems. Varicose veins Varicose veins are enlarged veins caused by valve failure. They’re most often found on your legs. These damaged veins can’t move blood as efficiently as other veins, so poor circulation can become a problem. Your genes largely determine whether or not you’ll develop varicose veins. Secondary is a change in your hormones due to aging. This is why women are more likely to develop them, especially after menopause… As are people who are overweight or obese. Diabetes You may think diabetes only affects your blood sugar… but it can also cause poor circulation throughout your body. People with advanced diabetes may have difficulty detecting the signs of poor circulation. This is because diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by prolonged exposure to high blood sugar 3) … can cause reduced sensation in your extremities and feel similar to poor circulation. People with diabetes are also at an increased risk for Atherosclerosis high blood pressure heart disease. Obesity Of course, carrying around extra pounds puts a burden on your body. If you’re overweight, sitting or standing for hours, will eventually lead to circulation problems. Being overweight also puts you at an increased risk for many other causes of poor circulation... including diabetes, varicose veins and blood vessel problems. Welcome, this is the VitaLife Show and this episode is all about vein health. I share a number of great health tips about how to improve your varicose veins, spider veins and swelling in the legs. What causes Varicose veins? The following is a list of the most frequent causes for varicose veins and spider veins. • obesity, even being as little as 15 pounds overweight can put undue stresses on the valves and circulation in the legs, especially the veins • pregnancy -- the extra weight and fluid volume causes more pressure in the venous system, causing spider veins and varicose veins • menopause -- hormonal changes affect the veins strength • standing and sitting a lot during the day compromises circulation • women are affected more than men • inherited, if your parents and grandparents had varicose veins, you may have a slight predisposition to developing them too Tips to improve varicose veins and spider veins: 1. Elevate the legs 2. Exercise, especially exercises that involve the leg muscles, like walking. 3. Diet- high vitamin C foods, especially citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and making sure you include the rind (the white part coating the flesh of the fruits as it contains citrus bioflavonoids which rejuvenates blood vessels and improves blood flow. 4. Varicose Vein Radio Frequency Ablation

Education on Varicose Veins, Veins, & Venous Insufficiency by world renown vascular surgeon Mitar Vranic DO owner of Western Vascular Institute. Venous (Vein) disease treatments (Symptoms, Causes, Diagnosis, Treatment, i. Varicose Veins – Varicose Veins are more than just a cosmetic issue. These large bulging and gnarled veins can cause pain as well as blood clots, skin ulcers and other serious problems. Our body has a system of veins that carry blood from the body tissues back to your heart. Once in the heart the blood is sent to the lungs to be oxygenated then delivered to arteries which take this oxygen rich blood again throughout your body. When the system of valves within the veins become “incompetent” and no longer push the blood upward toward your heart blood begins to pool within the vein. Because many veins are near the surface of the skin the pooling of blood creates visibly full veins that push outward creating the Varicose Vein. Symptoms: Symptoms of Varicose Veins can be pain in the legs, itching, swelling, burning, leg heaviness or tiredness, & skin discoloration. Generally, symptoms worsen throughout the day (especially in hot temperature) when individuals are standing and the veins are having difficulty pumping the blood back to the heart. Causes: Varicose veins are caused by weak or damaged valves in the veins that are not able to work properly against gravity and push the blood back up to the heart. This inability of veins to function properly is called venous insufficiency and is the main problem behind varicose veins. There are several potential causes for Varicose Veins and risk factors that an individual may be more likely to get them. Risk Factors: Pregnancy, menopause age over 50, standing for long periods of time, sedentary lifestyle, obesity-which increases the pressure on the legs and makes it more difficult for the veins to pump the blood upward. Diagnosis: Will be done during a physical examination while standing with a vascular surgeon. The physicians of Western Vascular Institute will also request that you have a Doppler ultrasound scan to check the blood flow in the superficial and deep veins. Treatment: a. Compression stockings: prescription grade compression stockings usually knee-high with 20mmHg-30mmHg of compression will help relive some of the symptoms of Varicose Veins and are generally required as conservative management for a period of 3 months before more aggressive treatments are considered. b. Ablation therapy: After a 90 period if the more conservative therapy is unsuccessful at providing optimal relief ablation therapy is an option. Western Vascular Institute uses the Covidien Venefit (ClosureFast) Radio Frequency Ablation option for ablation therapy c. Ambulatory Phlebectomy – minimally invasive procedure to remove varicose veins in the legs. In this procedure a very small incision is made in the skin at the tip of the large bulging vein and the vein is pulled out through the incision. This is procedure allows for speedy recovery and very little down time. d. Sclerotherapy ( for Spider veins ) -using an ultrasound to direct the placement of a small needle the provider will inject a sclerosing agent into the spider vein that will help the vein break down naturally and be reabsorbed by the bodies natural processes. Staying Healthy: to prevent getting more varicose veins make sure to maintain a healthy weight by eating a balanced diet and exercise. Avoid wearing high heels or shoes that put undue stress on your leg muscles. Also, avoid long periods of standing or sitting.

Home Remedies For Menopausal Discomfort | How to Get rid of Menopausal Discomfort Yay! That means no more cramps, surprises, mood swings, or birth control. But – menopause comes with its own set of problems, and some of them can be as bad as during the reproductive years. 1. Vitex or Chaste Berry. This comes from the vitex shrub. It’s a great landscape plant with it’s purple spires of flowers during the summer. The berries, or a preparation of the berries, are used over time like black cohosh. 2. Hawthorn. Hawthorn berries are like little crab apples, but they come from a different tree. Hawthorn works to strengthen veins and arteries, helping blood to flow better to vital areas. 3. Saw Palmeto. Saw plameto has been used in men for a long time to help with the prostate gland. Now it’s been found that some women in menopause can benefit from it too. 4. Clary Sage. Clary sage helps during the menstruating years to balance hormones. It can help in much the same way, on a different part of the spectrum, during menopause. 5. Eliminating Caffeine. Some women benefit from cutting caffeine during menopause. Some say it stops hot flashes entirely. Being a coffee drinker, I haven’t tried it yet. Eliminate Varicose Veins & Improve Blood Circulation with these Natural Home Remedies

10:47
Veins carry about 64% of your blood from the body back to the heart. Those in your legs have one-way valves that keep the blood moving in one direction –to your heart. If they deteriorate, the blood flows back into the veins causing swelling. Varicose veins become enlarged. They stick out from under the skin, appear raised & twisted. Blood consists of plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. An adult has an average of 5-6 quarts (4.7 - 5.7 L) of blood, representing around 7% of body weight. Vascular diseases include diseases of your arteries, veins, lymph vessels, and blood disorders which affect your circulation. Blood flows continuously through your body as long as you live. In the process arteries can become rigid and narrow (atherosclerosis) while veins' walls & valves weaken causing health problems. IMPORTANT: Varicose veins, if not hereditary, can be prevented, treated or controlled by the natural or nutritional changes I mention in this video clip. They will improve and preserve the health of your circulatory system. Varicose Veins are bulged, twisted, purple or blue, enlarged veins that typically appear in the legs and feet, under your skin. They can occur anywhere on the leg but they are most common in the superficial veins of the calves & thighs when standing still or sitting for a long time. Damaged valves do not close properly which allows blood to flow back-wards when muscles relax. This in-creases the pressure in the vein causing it to become swollen with excess blood. They are usually benign. If aching pain & discomfort occur, an underlying circulatory problem could be the cause. Treatment: compression stockings, exercise, or surgical procedures to close or remove the veins. AVOID complications: phlebitis (inflammation of the veins), skin ulcers & blood clots by following the diet & life style I describe in this video clip. Main causes of varicose veins: -Heredity & Age. -Lack of Exercise & Obesity. -Smoking & Excess of Alcohol. -Constipation. -Puberty or Menopause. -Birth control pills. -Pregnancy hormonal changes. -Tight clothes & high heels shoes. -Dehydration, excessive sun expo-sure, solarium, sauna. Varicose veins can lead to: -Skin ulcers hard to heal. -External bleeding. -Life-threatening superficial thrombophlebitis or deep vein thrombosis if the blood clot travels to the lungs. If your veins cause pain, swelling, discomfort, heaviness or itching in your legs, consult a phlebologist (vascular specialist.) There is a clear connection between the food you eat, your life style and your general health, including your blood circulation. You can strengthen your immune & circulatory system by eating the right food. Many of these diseases can be prevented, alleviated, slowed down or cured by following my advice. You will regain your optimism and joy of living.

Questions & Answers 224 - Uterine Fibroids, Fibromyalgia, Candida, Tumor, Amines

02:17:53
Questions & Answers 224 12:51 - Farhana -- I am currently 53-years-old and I am suffering from uterine fibroids. I am near menopause but don't know when I will reach it. I am being urged by the allopathic community to undergo hysterectomy or endometrial ablation. 25:07 - Peter -- My wife has a very low tolerance to foods that are high in amines. Things such as kale, avocados, citrus fruits, etc. These foods give her bad migraines. I would like to get her to detox as she also has Fibromyalgia. Is there a way to detox successfully and overcome these sensitivities? 38:51 - Tanya -- I am 229 pounds and only 5 ft. 4 in. I was not always big. Not at all. I was the skinny one in our family. I had four children and still wasn't overweight. However, a serious bout of dealing with hard times in life lead me to eat my emotions. I had quit all other forms of addiction to cope (cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, etc.) and turned to food. 58:51 - David -- I am 24-years-old and have a past of being really sick at least 4 times a year when I was younger. I would always get fevers, Bronchitis and strep throat like symptoms, but every time they tested me for strep I came up negative. They gave me antibiotics anyway of course and I was diagnosed with Asthma. 1:17:18 - Erin- I'm 47, vegetarian at 19, sometimes pescaterian from 29, candida eruption and full on food allergies at 34, inconsistent with yoga/running/walking, have been relatively healthy/sturdy throughout my life until mid 30's. I've been called to raw foods for several years now and it was "screaming" at me since last January 2013. 1:23:30 - Gina -- My name is Gina, I am seventeen, and have an orange sized tumor seated in the muscle of my right calf. My father, after lying several times and threatening my partner, called authorities and police came to my residence and forcefully took me to the hospital. They did a full body scan, and are going to operate on me tomorrow or start chemo. I have stated clearly to all this is completely against my will. I am afraid, but protected. 1:40:50 - Alan -- My question to you is about vitamin D. I know your thoughts on isolate vitamins, but I was wondering if vitamin D might be an exception. Would it be wise to take a vitamin D supplement, or maybe Cod Liver Oil, since its not an isolate, during winter months. 1:43:41 - Alchemist -- The doctors are about to pull the plug on my cousin tomorrow, he's in a diabetic coma. My grandmother just passed recently as well. My mother tells me that death happens in threes so I'm just worried about myself. Been getting high by smoking sense I was 20. I am now 35. How can I do a lemon fast, and not feel tired, hungry, and yet still be able to perform at my job? 1:53:20 - Chelsea -- I wanted to ask your opinion on a career path for me. I have always been passionate about animals, our planet, and about achieving optimal health in the body. I have been on my own journey since 2008 starting as a vegetarian, then to vegan, and now I am almost 100% raw. 2:05:28 - Jal -- Can we use tap water for enemas, or is it harmful for the body? I have just read a pdf stating that Vitamin C absorption could repair nuclear radiation induced injuries in the body, what do you think? Could a regenerated body be harmed by nuclear radiation? I've lost a lot of weight and my breasts now sag really bad and have a lot if excess skin on them. Doctors say I can only fix it through surgery. What do you think?

Get Rid of Varicose Veins

06:50
http://goo.gl/Wo0mDZ - How I got rid of ugly varicose veins. Turns out it is easy to do! Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about Getting Rid of Varicose Veins. Also don't forget to check out the link below, to find out, how I got rid of varicose veins fast and easy! I didn't believe it at first! But back to our topic. Varicose Veins (or Spider Veins as they are sometimes referred to) are gnarled, enlarged veins. The word varicose comes from the Latin root varix, which means "twisted." The most commonly affected veins are in the legs and feet. The force of gravity, the pressure of body weight, and the task of carrying blood from the bottom of the body up to the heart make legs the primary location for varicose and spider veins. The majority of people with varicose veins are mainly concerned about their appearance. Some are concerned about varicose veins because of aching pain and discomfort that they can cause. Sometimes this condition leads to more serious problems. Varicose veins may also be a sign of higher risk of other disorders of the circulatory system. Varicose veins is a common condition in the United States, affecting about 50 to 55% of American women and 40 to 45% of American men. Cause of Varicose Veins: the heart pumps blood filled with oxygen and nutrients to the whole body. Arteries carry blood from the heart towards the body parts. Veins carry oxygen-poor blood from the body back to the heart. The squeezing of leg muscles pumps blood back to the heart from the lower body. Veins have valves that act as one-way flaps. These valves prevent the blood from flowing backwards as it moves up the legs. If the one-way valves become weak, blood can leak back into the vein and collect there. This is called venous insufficiency. Pooled blood enlarges the vein and it becomes varicose. Spider veins can also be caused by the backup of blood. Factors which can increase the person's likelihood of developing varicose or spider veins include: Increasing Age. Having family members with vein problems or being born with weak vein valves. Hormonal changes. These occur during puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, and taking birth control pills and other medicines containing estrogen and progesterone. During pregnancy there is a huge increase in the amount of blood in the body. This can cause veins to enlarge. The expanding uterus also puts pressure on the veins. Obesity, leg injury, prolonged standing and other things that weaken vein valves. Sun exposure, which can cause spider veins on the cheeks or nose of fair-skinned people. Varicose Vein symptoms include: aching pain; easily tired legs; leg heaviness; swelling in the legs; darkening of the skin (in severe cases); numbness in the legs; and itching or irritated rash in the legs. Spider veins do not usually require medical treatment. However, varicose veins usually enlarge and worsen over time. Severe varicose veins can cause other health problems including: Severe pooling of blood in the veins which slows the return of blood to the heart - this can cause blood clots and severe infections. Sores or skin ulcers can occur on skin tissue around varicose veins. Ongoing irritation, swelling and painful rashes of the legs. Prevention of varicose veins and spider veins can include: Wearing sunscreen to protect skin from the sun and to limit spider veins on the face. Exercise regularly to improve leg strength, circulation, and vein strength. Weight to avoid placing too much pressure on the legs. Not crossing legs when sitting. Elevating legs when resting. Not standing or sitting for long periods of time. Wearing elastic support stockings and avoiding tight clothing that constricts the waist, groin, or legs. Eating a low-salt diet rich in high-fiber foods. Eating fiber reduces the chances of constipation which can contribute to varicose veins. Varicose Veins Treatment - may include self-help measures, or procedures by a doctor to close or remove veins. Treatments include: Sclerotherapy - This is a non-surgical procedure in which a solution is injected into the problem varicose veins or spider veins in order to cause its disappearance. Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT) -works by heating the inside of the vein, which causes it to seal shut and disappear. This treatment requires that a very thin laser fiber be inserted into the damaged underlying vein. Radiofrequency Occlusion - this method treats the vein by heating them, causing the vein to contract and then close. Ambulatory Phlebectomy - this involves making tiny punctures or incisions through which the varicose veins are removed. The incisions are so small no stitches are required.

Every Finger Is Connected With 2 Organs: Japanese Methods For Curing In 5 Minutes!! There is a fascinating alternative medicine method that is very popular among the Japanese and is based on the idea that every finger of one’s hand is linked in some way to 2 organs in the body. This method owes its popularity and wide practice to its high effectiveness and fast results – the results are felt in just a few minutes! Let us introduce you to the ancient method of healing that is also known as Jin Shin Jyutsu. It helps balance emotions by stimulating certain points in the hands. The practice of this healing method rests upon the belief that a balance of the body energy could be sustained by stimulation of certain essential points of the fingers and consequently physical and emotional health could be promoted. To be specific, this method involves grasping a finger of your hand tightly and holding it for at least 3-5 minutes. During this short period of time, you should concentrate on your breathing and try to breathe deeply and slowly. Once you let go of your finger, you should gently massage all your fingers on both of your hands. By doing this, you will target the organ you want to heal. It takes only 3-5 minutes – nothing more! In addition, it is very important to mention that each organ is also connected to a certain emotion. Below you will find more information about which finger is connected to which body organ and thus you will be able to help yourself. Thumb: Organs: spleen and stomach Emotions: depression and anxiety Physical symptoms: headaches, skin issues, nervousness, stomachache Index finger: Organs: kidneys, urinary bladder Emotions: confusion, discontent, fear Physical symptoms: digestion issues, muscle pain, toothache, back pain Middle finger: Organs: liver, gallbladder Emotions: irritability, rage, indetermination Physical symptoms: circulation issues, headaches (in the frontal area in particular), tiredness, menstrual pain, migraines Ring finger: Organs: lungs, large intestine Emotions: fear, pessimism, sadness Physical symptoms: skin conditions, digestion issues, asthma and other respiratory problems Little finger: Organs: heart, small intestine Emotions: anxiety, nervousness, lack of self-confidence Physical symptoms: heart disease, bone issues, pain in the throat If you have any health issues regarding some of these organs, try using this Japanese method and experience its benefits.

How to tell if the palpitations you are getting are serious or not

11:40
York cardiologist, Dr Sanjay Gupta discusses palpitations and how to work out if the palpitation represent a heart rhythm problem by tapping out the different beats. www.yorkcardiologist.co.uk. Hello, my name is Sanjay Gupta and I’m a cardiologist in York. Today I thought I’d do a little video on the subject of palpitation. Palpitations are really common symptoms that I see in my clinic and majority of palpitations are not serious. The big worry when people experience palpitation is whether they may have a heart rhythm disturbance. Even if they have a heart rhythm disturbance, most heart rhythm disturbances are not serious. So, that’s a little bit of reassurance. The first thing that I would like to talk about is what is a palpitation? I suppose palpitation is a rareness of one’s heartbeat to the extent that it feels abnormal. So, the hart could be beating normally but us sensed abnormally. Now, there are many normal causes of palpitations, so to speak. So, for example, if you were walking down a dark alley and someone jumps out suddenly, then that would cause palpitation; that would cause the heart to beat very fast and that would be felt as a palpitation. But that doesn’t signify a problem with the heart itself; the heart is just doing what is meant to do, it is beating fast in response to the adrenaline that is circulating around the body. Similarly, anxiety and stress can cause palpitation; caffeine can cause palpitation, people who drink a lot of caffeine; alcohol can cause palpitation; exercise can, obviously, cause palpitation. So, these are the plan that of sort of normal things that can cause palpitations which don’t signify anything to be worried about.

For more info: https://draxe.com/10-ways-balance-hormones-naturally/?utm_campaign=Youtube-May-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=hormones In today’s video I’m going to talk about how essential oils can naturally balance your hormones. I will talk about specific oils that can benefit progesterone balance, estrogen balance, thyroid issues, and naturally boost low testosterone. The three main essential oils we will cover are clary sage, thyme oil, and sandalwood oil. Clary sage’s biggest benefit is that it helps balance estrogen in the body. If you have infertility or estrogen-induced cancer, clary sage helps balance your estrogen levels and hormones. Thyme oil benefits the body by producing more progesterone, which helps balance the body’s hormones. Finally, sandalwood oil helps balance testosterone levels in both men and women. A few additional essential oils that help balance the body’s hormones are rose oil, lavender oil, and chamomile oil. And for thyroid issues, one of the best essential oils to use is frankincense oil. Varicose Veins: Causes, Symptoms, and Diagnosis

07:55
Varicose Veins: Causes, Symptoms, and Diagnosis What are varicose veins? Varicose veins, also known as varicoses or varicosities, occur when your veins become enlarged, dilated, and overfilled with blood. Varicose veins typically appear swollen and raised, and have a bluish-purple or red color. They are often painful. The condition is very common, especially in women. Around 25 percent of all adults have varicose veins. In most cases, varicose veins appear on the lower legs. Causes of varicose veins Varicose veins occur when veins aren’t functioning properly. Veins have one-way valves that prevent blood from flowing backward. When these valves fail, blood begins to collect in the veins rather than continuing toward your heart. The veins then enlarge. Varicose veins often affect the legs. The veins there are the farthest from your heart, and gravity makes it harder for the blood to flow upward. Some potential causes for varicose veins include: pregnancy menopause age over 50 standing for long periods of time obesity family history of varicose veins Symptoms of varicose veins The primary symptoms of varicose veins are highly visible, misshapen veins, usually on your legs. You may also have pain, swelling, heaviness, and achiness over or around the enlarged veins. In some cases, you can develop swelling and discoloration. In severe cases, the veins can bleed significantly, and ulcers can form. Diagnosing varicose veins Your doctor will likely examine your legs and visible veins while you’re sitting or standing to diagnose varicose veins. They may ask you about any pain or symptoms you’re having. Your doctor may also want to do an ultrasound to check your blood flow. This is a noninvasive test that uses high-frequency sound waves. It allows your doctor to see how blood is flowing in your veins. Depending on the location, a venogram may be done to further assess your veins. During this test, your doctor injects a special dye into your legs and takes X-rays of the area. The dye appears on the X-rays, giving your doctor a better view of how your blood is flowing. Tests such as ultrasounds or venograms help ensure that another disorder like a blood clot or a blockage isn’t causing the pain and swelling in your legs. Treating and preventing varicose veins In general, doctors are conservative when treating varicose veins. You’ll probably be advised to make changes to your lifestyle, instead of trying more aggressive treatments. Lifestyle changes The following changes may help prevent varicose veins from forming or becoming worse: Avoid standing for extended periods of time. Lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. Exercise to improve your circulation. Use compression socks or stockings. If you already have varicose veins, you should take these steps to prevent new varicose veins. You should also elevate your legs whenever you’re resting or sleeping. Compression Your doctor may advise you to wear special compression socks or stockings. These place enough pressure on your legs so that blood can flow more easily to your heart. They also decrease swelling. The level of compression varies, but most types of compression stockings are available in drugstores or medical supply stores. Purchase compression socks or stockings on Amazon » Surgery If lifestyle changes aren’t working, or if your varicose veins are causing a lot of pain or damaging your overall health, your doctor might try an invasive procedure. Vein ligation and stripping is a surgical treatment that requires anesthesia. During the procedure, your surgeon makes cuts in your skin, cuts the varicose vein, and removes it through the incisions. Although updated variations of vein-stripping surgeries have been developed, they are less commonly performed because newer, less invasive options are available. Other treatment options Currently, a wide variety of minimally invasive treatment options for varicose veins are available. These include: sclerotherapy, using a liquid or foam chemical injection to block off a larger vein microsclerotherapy, using a liquid chemical injection to block off smaller veins laser surgery, using light energy to block off a vein endovenous ablation therapy, using heat and radiofrequency waves to block off a vein endoscopic vein surgery, using a small lighted scope inserted through a small incision to block off a vein You should always talk to your doctor about your treatment options and the risks before choosing a method. The method recommended can depend on your symptoms, size, and location of the varicose vein. Outlook for people with varicose veins Varicose veins normally get worse over time. This is true even if you make the necessary lifestyle changes to control them and manage your pain. While they may be unsightly, they usually don’t cause any long-term medical problems.

Can Ayurvedic Massage of legs help in curing Varicose Veins? - Dr. Mini Nair

03:49
There are veins and arteries in the body, the veins usually carry blood from the periphery to the heart and the arteries from the heart to the peripheries. These veins they flow against the gravity and they have valves which help in the upward thrust of the flow. So these valves sometimes becomes weak and collapses and lead to pooling of blood within the veins and that is seen as swelling or varicosities. This varicosity is itself a serious issue but sometimes it can lead to other serious issues like pain, swelling, redness and thus becomes a complication, so before this we need to treat the tissue.so why does it cause this varicosities. There are various factors like standing for longer period of time and sitting for longer period of time. Sometimes it can be because of pregnancy, post-menopausal and obesity is also seen as a contributing factor for varicositites. When you see for Ayurveda, prevention is the aspect here. When we see for the prevention of varicosity, once it sets in, then it is very difficult to reverse the condition. So when we are sitting for longer periods of time we have to take smaller beaks or if you are standing then you have to shift the pressure from the right leg to the left or go around walk, keep your legs elevated for some time these are some of the methods to prevent varicosities from happening to your veins. So it in some cases we even advise massages. The massages are done usually in the reverse order. Unlike the usual massages, the direction has to be given towards the heart. We need to take care of some serious issues like deep vein thrombosis. If you have clots within the veins, the massages can act as more harmful than working as a preventive measure. Why because these clots tends to move and once they get lodged in the lungs, then they can lead to pulmonary emboli which are more serious than the varicosities. So care has to be taken or investigation has to be done. So we advocate these treatments of massages. Once it is ruled out that these clots are not within the veins. Massages can be done with pinda thailams, sahcahradi thailams or prapabhanjana vimardana thailam or kapasaswadi thailams. it care has to be given to see that obesity has to be ruled out and how we need to prevent this obesity and also healthy living style is also advocated.
Leg Swelling?

Varicose Veins - Causes and Treatments

http://goo.gl/Wo0mDZ - How I got rid of ugly varicose veins. Turns out it is easy to do! Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about Varicose Veins - Causes and Treatments. Also don't forget to check out the link below, to find out, how I got rid of varicose veins fast and easy! I didn't believe it at first! But back to our topic. Varicose veins are enlarged, discolored veins. They appear swollen and twisted. Varicose veins are typically 3 millimeters or more in diameter. They are commonly found on the backs of the calves or on the thighs. Varicose veins are often painful and itchy. Scratching them can cause open sores to appear. Varicose veins occur more frequently with women than men and with people over the age of 50. Despite the best efforts of researchers, the exact cause of varicose veins still remains a mystery, but there are some theories. A person who is overweight passes the additional weight in the abdominal muscle to the leg veins, which causes the veins to enlarge. In most cases varicose veins are found in the legs, which suggests that this condition comes from standing for long periods of time. Veins have valves that prevent the blood from flowing backwards as it moves up the legs. In a varicose vein, however, these valves fail or become weak and result in blood going away from the heart and leaking back into the vein and collect there. This pooled blood enlarges and stretches the vein and it becomes varicose. Weak vein walls can cause the vein to stretch and this can cause the vein valve to malfunction. This tends to occur with women who are pregnant, or on their period, because they produce hormones that can weaken the vein walls. It appears that varicose veins are hereditary. Studies have shown that people who have family members that have varicose veins are more likely to get it. Weak veins and walls may also be inherited characteristics. Arterio-Venous shunts can weaken the vein walls because it helps bypass the capillaries, which keeps the high blood pressure of the arteries from overwhelming the veins. The hormones created during puberty, pregnancy and menopause can create Arterio-Venous shunts. Researchers have not been able to determine a cure for varicose veins, but there are treatments that can alleviate some of the problems of varicose veins. Surgery can be used to treat severe varicose veins. This technique is called vein stripping. This is usually done under local or partial anesthesia. This surgery involves inserting a flexible implement through the varicose vein. When the implement is taken out, the varicose vein is removed with it. There are two endovenous procedures that can be used to remove severe varicose veins in the legs or thighs. These techniques are less invasive than vein stripping and do not require an overnight stay. Both procedures require the insertion of a device inside the varicose vein. The endovenous radio frequency closure procedure uses a catheter to transmit radio frequency energy to seal the varicose vein. The endovenous laser procedure uses a diode laser to transmit laser energy to seal the varicose vein. In both cases, the varicose vein will turn into scar tissue and eventually fade away in several weeks. After either procedure, a person could resume his or her normal routine the very next day. The most common treatment used to eliminate severe varicose veins is sclerotherapy. This procedure requires no anesthesia and does not require an overnight stay. A solution such as sodium tetradecyl sulfate, hypertonic saline, or aethoxyskerol is injected into the varicose vein. This solution will seal the vein walls and stop the blood flow. Then the varicose vein will turn into scar tissue and eventually fade away in several weeks. Additional treatments may be required for some cases. That's it! Thank you. Varicose veins are a common problem in which abnormally enlarged veins appear close to the skin’s surface. They usually occur in the calves and thighs when the veins develop weakened walls or poorly functioning valves, which regulate blood flow. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, varicose veins affect an estimated 25 percent of women and 10 percent of men. The condition can cause pain, fatigue, restlessness, and feelings of burning, throbbing, tingling, or heaviness in the legs. The appearance of bulging veins is also a concern for many people. Common factors contributing to varicose veins are heredity, occupations that require a lot of standing, obesity, use of birth control pills, constipation and hormonal changes in the body during pregnancy, puberty, and menopause. Medical and surgical treatments for varicose veins can be very expensive. You can try some home remedies to decrease the severity of varicose veins as well as reduce some of the discomfort they can cause. Here are the top home remedies for varicose veins. 1. What Happens To Your Body During Exercise!

10:26
Amazing things that happen to your body when you exercise! From reducing stress to improving your skin these are incredible fitness transformations that occur when you workout 12. Muscles- According to Livestrong.com, your muscles form some of the integral tissues in your body, and tissue changes occur with resistance exercise. Any form of exercise which includes lifting weights, jogging or doing pushups is some kind of resistance activity being placed on your muscles. When the resistance is greater than what your body can handle, muscle building or muscle hypertrophy is activated. So more blood is driven to the muscles being exercised to give additional oxygen. Without the supplemental oxygen, lactic acid will form in the body instead. But it is usually flushed out of the body within half an hour to an hour after working out. Tiny tears build in the muscle which helps them become active and bigger as the heal. This is perfectly normal. The greater the tear, the more you’ll be sore after exercising. This typically only lasts a few days as soreness means there are changes in your muscles. 11. Heart- As with any workout, your heart rate increases because you’re working much harder than you normally are. How much your rate will go up depends on how fit you are and the type of exercise you’re doing. Training experts vary on how high your heart rate should be when working out, but it does need to be significantly higher than your resting heart rate to enhance your cardiovascular fitness. As you begin your workout, your skeletal muscles compress the veins near them which push the blood towards your heart. They contract and relax, driving extra blood to your heart which causes your heart rate to go up. Within this process, it means you’re putting more labor on your arm and leg muscles which pump more blood to your heart. So when working out your heart will get used to high-level performance, and these changes will minimize your resting heart rate and boost your heart rate recovery after you exercise. 10. Lungs- During your workout, aside from your heart, another vital organ comes in action: the lungs. Your lungs provide energy, oxygen and eliminate carbon dioxide which is created when producing energy. When you have healthy lungs, you keep maintaining a large breathing reserve. You may feel out of breath after intense activity, but you will not be out of breath. When your muscles and your body start to work harder, you will use more oxygen and make more carbon dioxide. To bear with the extra demand, you will start to increase your breathing from about 10 to 15 times a minute. Your circulation will also increase to force oxygen to your muscles so they can keep moving. When your lung function is cut short, you use a larger part of your breathing reserve which can feel uncomfortable as you try to catch your breath. This is entirely normal, and this type of training helps with circulation. Regular exercise activity can improve the function and strength of your lungs, making it more efficient. 9. Skin- When you exercise your increasing blood flow which helps maintain skin cells and keep them nourished. Your blood transports nutrients and oxygen to the cells working throughout your entire body including the skin. In addition, it improves wrinkles and acne and can even reverse skin aging. Also blood flow aids in washing away any waste products which flushes cellular debris from your body. Think of it as cleansing your body but from the inside. Sweating can help drive draw out the toxins in your body, but don’t assume this is a quick fix to vanish pimples. Exercise then shower afterward. Working out also helps to flush out your pores. With aerobic exercise, oxygenated blood circulates throughout your entire body will cause you to glow because your blood vessels fill up closer to the surface. After an intense workout, your vessels dilate which gives your skin a vibrant and healthy look. Not only doing exercise boost your collagen but it’ll help keep your skin firm, elastic and supple.

Varicose Veins - Facts, Causes & Remedies

05:55
http://goo.gl/Wo0mDZ - How I got rid of ugly varicose veins. Turns out it is easy to do! Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about Varicose Veins - Facts, Causes & Remedies. Also don't forget to check out the link below, to find out, how I got rid of varicose veins fast and easy! I didn't believe it at first! But back to our topic. Facts . Varicose (derived from the Latin root "varix" which means twisted) simply means swollen. Veins, like arteries are blood vessels. Arteries carry blood from the heart to the rest of the body while veins carry blood back to the heart. Did you know there are more than 60,000 miles of blood vessels within the body? Deep veins are veins found deep in the leg muscles and when these muscles contract (e.g. when walking or jogging), they force blood flow upstream along the deep veins. This is how blood is delivered from the legs to the heart. There are small 1-way valves along the walls of the veins that prevent blood from flowing in the reverse direction. There are 3 types of such valved veins in the legs : deep veins, superficial veins found under the skin and perforated veins whose valves allow blood to flow from the superficial veins to the deep veins. Perforated veins means they pass through the thick leg muscles to each the deep veins. Varicose veins result when the 1-way valves become faulty causing a blood build-up in the veins. This stretches, enlarges and widens the veins. Varicose veins are visible near the surface of the skin and they appear as bulging bluish-colored twisted knots and even the skin feels bumpy. They can show up anywhere though mostly on the calfs and thighs, affecting both men and women alike. Varicose veins can cause aching, burning, heaviness, tiredness, cramps and itching in the legs or they may not cause any pain at all. Though deeper varicose veins are not visible, the skin above them may darkened and swell. In severe cases, varicose veins can burst or develop open sores (ulcers) on the skin around the ankles and heels (e.g. stasis dermatitis). Varicose veins occurring within the anal area are called piles (hemorrhoids). Spider veins are also known as thread veins, broken capillaries, spider hemangiomas or angiomas. They are the dilation of a small group of blood vessels located near to the skin's surface which leads to red, blue or purple discolorations on the veins. Causes. Family history. An inherited weakness of the valves in the veins. With age, the elasticity of the walls along the veins are weakened which stretches the veins. Hormonal changes within the body during pregnancy and menopause relaxes the walls of the veins. In addition, during pregnancy the veins may receive extra pressure from the expanding uterus (womb) causing dilation. Also, the use of birth control pills or estrogen replacement therapy alters the female hormone levels which might lead to varicose veins. Deep vein thrombosis (economy-class syndrome), a blood clot in the deep vein. Obesity and lifting heavy objects are also contributing factors. Varicose veins can show up as a result of liver disease. Treatment. Varicose veins are usually harmless. They can be treated with ligation surgery or sclerotherapy (injected medication to close affected vein so that blood moves to another vein). Spider veins can be treated with sclerotherapy and laser. Though newer and supposedly effective removal methods will surely be developed in time to come, it is always important to make sure you gather lots of information about these procedures and seek professional and sound advice before deciding what is good for you. Seek a physician if you cut a varicose vein, experience pain, swelling or develop skin ulcers near a varicose vein. How to reduce varicose veins. Do regular exercise. Walking, running, cycling and swimming keep blood vessels healthy. Stick to a high-fiber and low-salt diet. Kick off the high heels.

Varicose Vein

05:00
Welcome You to Medical Presentation Online. Today Topics: Varicose Vein Definition • Varicose veins are gnarled, enlarged veins. Any vein may become varicose, but the veins most commonly affected are those in your legs and feet. That's because standing and walking upright increases the pressure in the veins of your lower body. Symptoms Varicose veins usually don't cause any pain. • Veins that are dark purple or blue in color • Veins that appear twisted and bulging; often like cords on your legs • An achy or heavy feeling in your legs • Burning, throbbing, muscle cramping and swelling in your lower legs • Worsened pain after sitting or standing for a long time • Itching around one or more of your veins • Skin ulcers near your ankle. Causes • Age. As you get older, your veins can lose elasticity causing them to stretch. The valves in your veins may become weak, allowing blood that should be moving toward your heart to flow backward. Blood pools in your veins, and your veins enlarge and become varicose. • Pregnancy. Risk Factors • Age. • Sex. Women are more likely to develop the condition. Hormonal changes during pregnancy, premenstruation or menopause may be a factor. • Family history. If other family members had varicose veins, there's a greater chance you will too. • Obesity. Being overweight puts added pressure on your veins. • Standing or sitting for long periods of time. Your blood doesn't flow as well if you're in the same position for long periods. Complication • Ulcers. Extremely painful ulcers may form on the skin near varicose veins, particularly near the ankles. Ulcers are caused by long-term fluid buildup in these tissues, caused by increased pressure of blood within affected veins. A discolored spot on the skin usually begins before an ulcer forms. See your doctor immediately if you suspect you've developed an ulcer. • Blood clots. Occasionally, veins deep within the legs become enlarged. In such cases, the affected leg may swell considerably. Any sudden leg swelling warrants urgent medical attention because it may indicate a blood clot — a condition known medically as thrombophlebitis. Test and Diagnosis • To diagnose varicose veins, looking at your legs while you're standing to check for swelling.. • ultrasound test to see if the valves in your veins are functioning normally or if there's any evidence of a blood clot Treatment and Medication • Self-care Self-care —exercising, losing weight, not wearing tight clothes, elevating your legs, and avoiding long periods of standing or sitting • Compression stockings • Sclerotherapy. • Laser surgeries. laser treatments to close off smaller varicose veins and spider veins. Laser surgery works by sending strong bursts of light onto the vein, which makes the vein slowly fade and disappear. • Vein stripping. Life Style Changes • Exercise. Get moving. Walking is a great way to encourage blood circulation in your legs. • Watch your weight, and your diet. • Watch what you wear. Avoid high heels. Low-heeled shoes work calf muscles more, which is better for your veins. Don't wear tight clothes around your waist, legs or groin. • Elevate your legs. To improve the circulation in your legs, take several short breaks daily to elevate your legs above the level of your heart. • Avoid long periods of sitting or standing. Make a point of changing your position frequently to encourage blood flow. Try to move around at least every 30 minutes or so. • Don't sit with your legs crossed. Prevention • There's no way to completely prevent varicose veins. But improving your circulation and muscle tone can reduce your risk of developing varicose veins or getting additional ones. • Exercising • Watching your weight • Eating a high-fiber, low-salt diet • Avoiding high heels and tight hosiery • Elevating your legs • Changing your sitting or standing position regularly

6 Exercises to Kill Chronic Knee, Foot or Hip Pain

11:15
If you, just like 15 to 25 percent of people in the US, suffer from chronic knee pain, or just get tired sore feet from constantly being on the go, pay attention to these 6 exercises to cure chronic knee, foot or hip pain. You don’t need an expensive treatment if you regularly perform the simple workout at home. Knees are the second largest source of recurrent pain, and once you add in the feet and hips, it turns out that the legs can cause big problems for a lot of people. Simple tip-toeing, besides strengthening your calves, helps improve your balance by reducing the area in contact with the ground, which makes keeping your balance quite a challenge. It strengthens your glutes and core muscles, improves your posture while simultaneously relieving back pain, increases the flexibility of your ankles, stretches the muscles around your shins, which are an otherwise difficult muscle group to target. Heel raises, ankle circles, resistance training and toe games are all effective exercises for relieving pain in different parts of your legs. Try to do rolling foot massage on a daily basis and do as many reps as you want or have time for. It gives the bottom of your foot a nice stretch and prevents foot-related injuries in the long run. Music: Diamond Ortiz - Inevitable https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS Exercise #1. Heel raises 1:01 Exercise #2. Tip-toeing 3:22 Exercise #3. Ankle circles 4:34 Exercise #4. Resistance training 5:47 Exercise #5. Toe games 7:42 Exercise #6. Rolling foot massage 9:24 Bonus 10:04 SUMMARY -You’ll need to grab a chair for this exercise. Stand behind it and use the back of the chair to support yourself. This exercise helps strengthen your ankles and works the muscles around the knee. -Simply tip-toe around your house kind of quickly. This will strengthen your calves and give a little workout to your toes and the balls of your feet. Aim to do this exercise regularly for 5 to 15 minutes or until you get tired. -This exercise helps loosen up the tendons and muscles in your legs and ankles. It’ll improve your flexibility, range of motion, and overall comfort while walking or standing. -Resistance training targets the muscles in your calves and inner and outer thighs, not only toning but also strengthening them. -Toe games is an important exercise because it strengthens the tiny muscles in your toes and feet. They tend to be underdeveloped, which can be a big problem since they support your arches, keep your toes properly aligned, and even contribute to balance. -Rolling foot massage works the muscles in the heels and balls of your feet. It’s also a nice relaxing massage for your arches. -If your feet are killing you after a long day, use one thumb to put pressure on the spot between your big toe and pointer toe and use the other thumb to press the point between your ring toe and pinky toe. Gently massage these spots for up to 15 minutes for easy and quick relaxation. Questions & Answers 225 - Colon, Snoring, Asthma, Fibroids, Colicky Babies

01:46:55
1:07 -Paulus -- I've been ingesting the herbs and tinctures orally but also taking the tinctures rectally through a syringe, the prostate and kidney formulas. The first pic is a specimen that dropped out of the butt this evening without excrement, not sure what this gelatinous material is, do you? The second pic is of two specimens found in my poop, each are ¾" long with one ¼' wide and the other ½ wide, these are 3-D not flat. They have the texture of flesh and colored skin, kind of look like miniature white potatoes. 16:25 - Hilde - I am helping a woman with no colon, and only parts of her small intestine left. Do you know where Morse has spoken of this? I will do my best for her, she is in so much pain, and heavily medicated for pain, but very motivated. I am wondering about the Stomach and bowels formulas and the GI brrom in a case like that. Maybe a topic for a video? 31:27 - Debbie -- Questions about snoring, colicky babies and water. 50:08 - Renato -- I'm an asthma patient and I'm starting now to eliminate all the dairy products from the diet. I read that eggs are really healthy and not like most people say part of the dairy products, so I eat them everyday. I Would like to know your opinion on that. 52:23 - Nubia -- I am writing to you because I am in need of help to find a school to become a Natural Pathologist or Health Coach. For as long as I can remember I've been conscience of the food I eat but I see that there is more for me to learn. 58:35 - YouAreWhatYouEat247 -- My question is about using Pituitary glandular. If a 60-year-old lady with a very weak pituitary gland wanted to use the glandular could she also take the thyroid glandular at the same time? 1:18:01 - Sarah -- My symptoms (or should I say areas of weakness and lymph stagnation) are low thyroid (Hashimotos), adrenal fatigue, polychondritis (nose, ears, joints affected) swollen hands, lack of concentration, depression, lack of menstruation (2 years now) pituitary tumor (may be gone because prolactin is now normal), lower back pain, IBS of course, low blood pressure, low white blood cells, low blood sugar, candida. 1:34:36 -Kerry -- I'm scheduled to have an op to have very large fibroids removed (16+cm) Last June I started a course of injections to shrink them, it didn't work. I went through hell with the symptoms of menopause until I found Chinese herbs. Hot flashes went overnight. I've been on them for 2 months.

Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) - Bayonet Point, FL - Podiatrist Lawrence Kales, DPM - Pasco-Hernando Foot & Ankle http://www.footdrkales.com Phone: 727 868-2128 Podiatrist Dr. Lawrence Jay Kales, DPM of Pasco-Hernando Foot & Ankle - discusses Diabetic Foot Health Are your legs or feet experiencing hair loss, a feeling of weakness, changed skin color, sores or coldness? When the arteries and veins that lead to the lower extremities become narrowed, a condition called Peripheral Vascular Disease results. The passage way for blood circulation becomes smaller, and the flow in the arms and legs is reduced. PVD and Peripheral Arterial Disease are often discussed interchangeably. Around half of those with PVD do not have any indicators of this disease, but others experience discomfort when they walk. This may feel like cramping or pain in the muscle, and can fall anywhere on the pain scale. The calf is a common place where people experience these sensations, but the location depends on where the narrowing has occurred. When resting, the pain disappears, because muscles at rest require less blood. Other common symptoms include:  Pain, weakness or cramping  Sores, wounds or ulcers that are not quick to heal  Decreased hair growth on lower limbs  Change in color, blue or pale, and in temperature (coolness) when compared to the other limb. Left undiagnosed, the pain from this circulatory condition can increase to the point that it occurs all of the time. While this condition does not directly affect the brain and the heart, it is often a sign that atherosclerosis could be decreasing the flow of blood to these areas as well. These obstructions can lead to complete blockages. What is Peripheral Vascular Disease? Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) or Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) refers to an obstruction of the large arteries. These are not the coronary arteries and often refer to the arteries of the lower extremities. What are the causes and complications of Peripheral Vascular Disease? Certain habits such as smoking and a sedentary lifestyle can cause this condition. People withdiabetes, high blood pressure, and coronary artery disease are also at an increased risk. Those over age 50, men, and women who are past menopause may be more affected. Smoking and diabetes are the most significant issues, because these things by themselves also decrease blood flow. Combined with PVD, the impact on circulation is cumulative and great. People with PVD are three times more likely to suffer stroke. Heart attack and amputation are two other complications that can result. It is important to watch for the symptoms of this condition, and see your doctor immediately if you note changes and/or pain in your feet and legs. Delaying diagnosis and treatment can be life threatening. Does your family have a history of poor blood circulation? If your parents suffered from high cholesterol, elevated blood pressure, or had PVD themselves, you are at a higher risk for developing this condition of the circulatory system. If you are experiencing symptoms of poor blood circulation, contact our office and schedule an appointment before your condition progresses! What can the doctor do for me? The first goal of your doctor will be to stop the progression of this illness. Managing symptoms is another top goal. Diagnosis of this condition can include several tests ranging from blood work to imaging tools such x-ray and ultrasound. He may perform a vascular test so he will know how best to treat you. Your physician will suggest lifestyle changes that will have a positive impact. Other methods of treatment include blood thinning medications, vascular surgery or angioplasty, and treatment of other ailments that impact PVD. The most effective way to battle this condition of the circulatory system is by prevention. Exercise, eat right, maintain a healthy weight, stop smoking, and stay on top of other health conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. The doctor will talk to you and do a thorough history and exam. He will provide tools to help you to get healthier. The best thing you can to for yourself is to make an appointment to see how he can help you! Vericose Veins, Cervical Spondylosis cured in 10 Days Treatment Nadipathy

VARICOSE VEINS TREATMENT IN NADIPATHY Varicose veins are the superficial, visible, bulging, veins, felt under the skin. They generally are larger than one eighth inch in width, and are usually located along the inside part of the calf or thigh. Varicose veins develop due to weakness of the vein wall and because the valves of the veins no longer work. Under the pressure of gravity these veins can continue to expand and, in time, they may become longer, twisty, pouched, thickened and painful. Veins carry deoxygenated blood back to our heart. In our legs, blood is collected in the superficial veins, just below the skin surface, and delivered to deeper veins that run within our calf muscles. The muscular action of our calves helps to pump the blood against the force of gravity towards the heart. One –way valves inside the veins prevent the blood from the travelling backwards. If these valves fail to close properly, blood pools in the superficial veins and become darkish – blue in appearance. Causes of varicose veins:  Weight gain  Prolonged standing  A sedentary life style  Pregnancy  Weakness  Family history of varicose veins Symptoms of varicose veins:  Mild swelling of your ankles and feet.  Painful, achy, or "heavy" legs.  Throbbing or cramping in your legs.  Scaling and dry thinned skin.  Discoloured skin in the area around the varicose vein.  Large veins that you can see just under the surface of your skin.  Itchy legs, especially on the lower leg and ankle. Sometimes this symptom is incorrectly diagnosed as dry skin. Nadipathy- An ancient method of Holistic therapeutic treatment with more than 100 therapies, without using any Medicines, Tests, X-rays, Scanning and Surgeries. If any one of the Nadi not working properly it multiplies gradually (i.e. 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 ...) .decreases its energy .That reflects gradually in the subtle body and it change as disease on the Physical body. Modern Doctors can recognize diseases only at this stage. Our body is making up with 72,000 Nadi’s, all the Nadi’s are inter-linked to every organ function. If there is any blockage to such Nadi, it does not work properly. So those organs get lack of energy to function normally.
