Honey Mustard Sauce: 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt lemon juice to taste salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard and yogurt. In a separate small bowl or spouted cup, combine soy sauce, chicken broth, ginger, coconut sugar, sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Whisk and set aside. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the pink is gone and the chicken in opaque. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add onions, garlic and green onions; cook for a couple minutes, stirring frequently. Add broccoli along with a splash of water, pop on a lid (if you have one) and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the broccoli has turned vibrant green. Remove cover from the pan and add in chicken and sauce. Cook until sauce starts to thicken, about 3-5 minutes. Serve over brown rice, cauliflower rice, or zoodles and enjoy! Serves 4. Crispy Chicken Strips 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2 large eggs 1/2 medium clove garlic, peeled and grated 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour 1 cup whole wheat or regular panko (Japanese) breadcrumbs 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil Fresh lemon juice Salt and pepper Remove any extra fat from chicken breasts and cut into six strips each. Sprinkle strips with salt, pepper and paprika on all sides. Pour flour into a shallow dish or cake pan and season with salt and pepper. Whisk together eggs and garlic; pour into second shallow dish. Pour breadcrumbs into third shallow dish. Preheat oven to 350. Take one chicken strip and dredge in flour, then shake off excess. Dip strip in egg wash and then dredge in breadcrumbs. Place on plate and repeat with remaining strips. Heat oil over medium heat in an oven-safe, nonstick pan. When oil is hot, add strips. Sauté until breadcrumbs are crispy and brown, about 2 minutes. Do not crowd pan. Flip strips and sauté for 1 minute on second side. Place pan in oven and bake until strips are cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve hot. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with some cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese. In a separate medium bow, whisk your egg. Pat your chicken cutlet dry with a paper towel and then season both sides with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg (allow excess to drip off) and the coat both sides of the chicken with the breadcrumbs. Lay on the baking sheet, being sure not to over crowd the pan, and pop into the oven for 6-8 minutes on each side. Remove from oven and top each cutlet with a couple tablespoons of tomato sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Pop it back into the oven (or under the broiler) until the cheese has melted. Remove the skin from each drumstick and place in a baking dish. Buffalo Wings are probably one of my all time favorite appetizers and all around foods. But when you go out to eat wings they are guaranteed to be deep fried in Hydrogenated soy or vegetable oil 99% of the time. One of the biggest reasons for me to get an airfryer was to be able to make air fryer buffalo chicken wings and hopefully be able to get something that came close to the deep fried wings I got from restaurants or made at home. I think I was able to accomplish that with these wings. Since they are not breaded, they are also perfect for keto diet and paleo. You can eat as many of these as your heart desires and not worry about ceasing the production and use of ketones for energy since these have no carbs and neither does the sauce. Healthy King Ranch Chicken Casserole Ingredients 2 cup(s) of chicken tenders (one small package) cut into bite sized pieces 2 tsp Creole seasoning spice 1 medium onion, diced 1 diced red pepper 1 tbsp of finely diced jalapeno peppers 2 cloves minced garlic 1 cup(s) of canned stewed tomatoes 1/3 cup(s) of Salsa 1/2 tsp. of cumin 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened Greek Yogurt (at room temp) 2 cups grated cauliflower florets 1 tin niblets corn 1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed) 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 1 tsp fresh lime juice 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup crushed taco chips Directions Saute the grated cauliflower in an un-greased non stick pan for 5 minutes over medium high until just beginning to go toasty and golden. Add the black beans, corn, cilantro, green onion, and fresh lime juice. Set aside. Sprinkle the chicken tenders with creole spice and saute with the onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper in a non stick pan treated lightly with oil over medium high heat. When the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are soft and translucent, add the minced garlic and saute another 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes, salsa, cumin, and continue to stir. Cover and remove from the heat. Let rest 10 minutes. Add a little sauce at a time to the yogurt, stirring well in order to temper it. Gently stir the tempered yogurt into the chicken and tomatoes. Place the cauliflower rice mixture in a 9x13 casserole treated lightly with cooking spray or oil. Cover with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle the top with the cheese and the taco chips. Place under a preheated broiler until the cheese is melted. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

What started that would be the high levels of insulin, not necessarily consuming cholesterol. Cholesterol is made by almost every single cell in the body. Place carrots on a rimmed baking sheet and season with two teaspoon of olive oil, sweet paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Roast until soft and tender 15-20 minutes, adding garlic cloves during final 10 minutes. Let cool. Meanwhile, place chickpeas in a food processor with remaining olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, and two tablespoons of water and blend. Add more water as needed until smooth. Once the carrots and garlic have cooled, add to processor and finish blending until smooth. Scoop into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, honey and season with cinnamon. Serve with raw veggies, crackers, and/or chips. Hummus will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Slice each side of bacon in half horizontally and then slice each half in half again, vertically. You will end up with 4 thin strips of bacon when done (See video for an example). Brush each slice of bacon with the maple syrup. Wrap the bacon around the brussels sprouts and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until you have finished wrapping all the brussels sprouts in bacon. Brush the tops of the bacon wrapped sprouts with some more maple syrup and season with black pepper. Pop in the oven for thirty minutes or until the bacon has cooked and brussels sprouts are tender. Serve and enjoy! Turn the heat all the way down, as low as it can go, and add in the butter, hot sauce, honey, salt and rosemary. Toss again until the nuts are coated in all the yummy goodness (you can also do this by mixing with a rubber spatula). Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet to cool. Enjoy! Cut into cubes. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat; add chicken and cook until chicken is browned and just tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Add cream and stir to scrape up any browned bits.. Spray a 7x11-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray; add grated cauliflower. Sprinkle cauliflower with a little salt and pepper, onion powder, basil and thyme or a combination of herbs, and parsley. Top cauliflower with chicken; drizzle with the cream. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 325° (see video, it took much longer than this!)
