Adrenal fatigue - Brain function and low blood pressure Schedule a FREE Consult: http://www.justinhealth.com/free-consultation In this video, Dr. Justin Marchegiani talks about the effects of adrenal fatigue to your brain and body functions. Do you feel like your adrenal fatigue is preventing your brain from functioning optimally? One of the biggest symptoms of adrenal fatigue is low blood pressure. When your blood pressure is low it's more difficult to deliver blood to your brain. With adrenal fatigue, you won't be able to have optimal brain function and you may even have brain fog because of adrenal fatigue. Watch this video to learn more about the effects of adrenal fatigue and the things you can do to help prevent it. Low Blood Pressure caused by Adrenal Fatigue

06:03
https://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-low-blood-pressure-causes-correlation-adrenal-fatigue/19097/ This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and today we are going to talk about low blood pressure consistently. Now, blood pressure is an automatically regulated mechanism in our body. It is designed to provide oxygen through blood, through our brain, as well as various parts of our body. The regulation of blood pressure falls within many factors. Blood volume can effect the blood pressure, the endothelial wall of the blood vessel itself constricting and dialating through what we call baroreceptors or blood pressure sensitive receptors can help modulate the blood pressure, and of course electrolytes and the sodium balance can also play an important factor. The organs responsible including the kidneys, the adrenals, as well as the brain, can also make a big factor in regulating the blood pressure on a 24/7 basis without us knowing. Of course we can not discount the role that the heart plays as well. So maintaining normal blood pressure is a very important part of survival. Just going from a sitting to a standing position requires that it activates all the systems in various degrees so that we can stand up, not feel dizzy, and are able to walk and not feel dizzy and then have normal activity. Any time the blood pressure is not regular the brain is not getting enough profusion or blood flow, and then the body will suffer. In the case of adrenal fatigue, what happens is, because the adrenal glands regulate the sodium and potassium balance, there is a tendancy, as the adrenals get weaker, that the body is not able to regulate this as much as it should. As a result, the sodium is usually lost through the deficieny or the subclinical effectiveness of aldosterone: the hormone that is regulating the blood flow and the water flow. Now this hormone is critical because in adrenal fatigue this hormone aldosterone tends to be low. As a result the sodium is not going to be easily maintained in the body. At this time the labratory values may be the same, or when I say the same I mean normal. People come in a lot of them with low blood pressure because they are losing sodium, and without sodium your water does not flow. So in other words the water stays with the sodium, wherever the sodium goes the water goes. So as long as the sodium is high the water will be retained in the body. When the sodium is low then the body will tend to lose water, and if you lose water, then your blood pressure will go down; it will stay down consistently. That is why many people with low blood pressure tend to do better when they eat more salt they can be perked up and feel much better. But of course, you have to be careful because too much salt can lead to another set of problems including hypertension, as well as swelling in the legs, what we call edema. So first we have to understand that low blood pressure is a symptom and not a disease. Number two you have to look at the big picture of how everything else comes together. In an adrenal fatigue situation, oftentimes low blood pressure does not stand alone; it comes along with other clinical signs and symptoms that you have to put the pieces together. It is one of many symptoms that presents itself. Usually the more advanced the adrenal fatigue the more prominent this is. A very interesting thing that you also have to understand is that in the early stages of adrenal fatigue, blood pressure tends to rise because of the vessel constriction of blood vessels narrowing as a result of hormones; and then in later stages it tends to go down. So if you look at the blood pressure, it can be high and still have adrenal fatigue in early stages, if it stays low consistently then it could mean the body is in a state of advanced adrenal fatigue if all other medical workup is normal. So, low blood pressure constistently is an important symptom to look for in adrenal fatigue and it points us to the underlying dysfunction that is maybe happening in the adrenal glands. How to Test Yourself for Adrenal Fatigue

09:02
Take Dr. Berg's Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz Dr. Eric Berg talks about a test for adrenal fatigue. The adrenal fatigue symptoms include insomnia, fatigue, achy, brain fog, low tolerance, breathing issues, sinus, libido, dizzy when standing up. The adrenal gland is the survival gland which helps the body to cope up with stress. Standing up fast or walking up the stairs may cause adrenal exhaustion. Exposure to News, Media, Physical Trauma, Loss can be reasons for adrenal crisis. For adrenal fatigue recovery, give your body some space, go out for a walk which will cause an instant adrenal fatigue treatment. There is a test you can do on yourself called Raglands. Lie down for several minutes and take your blood pressure. Then stand up and take your blood pressure. Normally the top number (systolic) will raise by 6-10 points. With adrenal fatigue is go lower or might even spike higher. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 50 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. The dangers of low blood pressure

06:49
Most people worry about high blood pressure, and with good reason as it portends numerous health risks, such as the possibility of an increased risk of heart attacks and strokes. But… Low blood pressure brings a different set of problems, such as reduced brain function and increased mortality risk. If the upper or lower number deviates by more than 10 from 120/80, it pays to be aware low blood pressure may be affecting your health. Think of it like this. The function of your blood pressure is to push the blood out of your blood vessels by permeating out of them to the rest of the body. High blood pressure is often a compensatory response to something that is going on in the body. If you cover up the end response of your body you can get other symptoms. Such as, a very common side effect of blood pressure medications is brain fog or mental “unclarity”. Which really makes perfect sense. Your brain is now not getting the blood (or oxygen) it needs to function, which equals……uhhhhhhhh? What? As a side note I often find that in the elderly, if they have not taken care of themselves and their arteries are already starting to harden, this will lead to decreased permeability of the blood vessels. As a result, blood pressure goes up to compensate and get blood to the brain. If you lower blood pressure too much, you no think too much! ;-) Blood pressure pushes blood through about 100,000 miles of veins, arteries, and capillaries in the body, carrying oxygen, nutrients, immune cells, hormones, neurotransmitters, and other vital compounds. High blood pressure strains blood vessels. However, low blood pressure means not enough blood is getting to capillaries and tissues, particularly in your hands, feet, and brain. This deprives those tissues of sufficient oxygen and nutrients. You may have chronic nail fungal infections and cold hands and feet if so. These can also be signs of an immune system that is deficient as well. So it pays to check both. Adrenal fatigue as a cause of low blood pressure The most common cause of low blood pressure (other than taking blood pressure medications) in a functional medicine model is poor adrenal function. The adrenals are two walnut-sized glands that sit atop the kidneys. They produce stress hormones and help regulate blood pressure. Many people today suffer from adrenal fatigue due to chronic stress. Other causes of adrenal fatigue are poor diets, low blood sugar, chronic infections, gut problems, inflammation, and unmanaged autoimmunity — all stressors. What Are the Symptoms of High vs. Low Cortisol?

Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the symptoms of high cortisol versus low cortisol. Your adrenals might start out with high cortisol due to stress, then trigger the cell receptors to downgrade and develop cortisol receptor resistance or glucocorticoid receptor resistance. This makes the adrenal make more cortisol. This could lead to chronic fatigue, chronic inflammation, low stress tolerance, high blood pressure, blood sugar problems, high cholesterol and belly fat. Adrenal Glands and Cortisol Balance

11:20
This video discusses the role of adrenal glands and how the stress hormone, cortisol, can be managed. One thing I failed to mention above is that if you tend to have more of the hypoadrenal (low adrenal) symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, low blood pressure, drops in blood sugar (hypoglycemia), can't maintain sleep, etc. you will need to eat like a hypoglycemic. This means eating food every 3 hours regardless of your level of hunger. Each of your meals should include some form of protein such as meat, eggs, legumes, nuts and seeds in them. However, if you tend to have more of the hypercortisol picture where you are more anxious, gain weight, feel like you have climbed a mountain by the end of the day, can't fall asleep at nights, etc, you will need to only eat when you feel hungry and in moderation. Some people have both hypo- and hyper-adrenal (cortisol) symptoms in which case having an Adrenal Stress Index (ASI) done would be invaluable. Also in all cases, you have to evaluate your life and eliminate or reduce all the energy robbers out of your life.

When you're body has low blood sugar, your adrenals and liver counter this effect and raise the glucose back up to a normal level. If your adrenals are weak, then the sugars drop too low and you can experience the effects of low blood sugars. However, if your adrenals are strong, then you won't have low blood sugars usually when you do intermittent fasting. IF is not damaging to your adrenals, it just makes it hard to do intermittent fasting in the presence of weak adrenals in which case you need to do it more gradual, adding more fat, B vitamins and potassium. Are You Suffering From Adrenal Dysfunction?

04:44
Your adrenals are important because they help you respond to stress. If you have chronic stress, your adrenals get beat up, , and your energy plummets and it becomes difficult to manage your life. You could feel tired and wired, all at the same time. You might get palpitations or feel anxious or have trouble sleeping. You might crave salt. You may get dizzy when you stand up. You might have low blood pressure. You might even have sugar cravings, because your body can’t regulate your blood sugar properly. All these are clues that you could have adrenal problems.

What is Hyperaldosteronism Causes, Dangers, and Treatments

10:03
Books about hyperaldosteronism - http://amzn.to/2gPJ3FJ What is hyperaldosteronism? What is aldosterone? What is renin angiotensin? Aldosterone helps control blood pressure by holding onto salt and losing potassium from the blood. The increased salt increases the blood pressure. Hyperaldosteronism is a disease in which the adrenal gland(s) make too much aldosterone which leads to hypertension (high blood pressure) and low blood potassium levels. Primary hyperaldosteronism can be caused by either hyperactivity in one adrenal gland (unilateral disease) or both (bilateral disease). Unilateral disease is usually caused by an aldosterone producing adenoma (benign tumor) and less commonly by adrenal cancer or hyperplasia (when the whole gland is hyperactive). Bilateral disease is usually caused by bilateral hyperplasia (when both glands are hyperactive). There are rare genetic syndromes like familial hyperaldosteronism type I and II which may cause both glands to be hyperactive.

Quick Tips for Adrenals: Low Cortisol

05:52
http://jenspringer.com/4-pillars-webinar Quick Tips for Adrenals: Low Cortisol. Let's talk about adrenals! Tips for low cortisol, most people are treating adrenals as if they have high cortisol when the problem may be low cortisol. Low cortisol happens when the stressor sucks up all the raw materials to make cortisol. All of the pregnenolone and progesterone have been stolen and there is nothing left to make cortisol. What happens here is strange. These are a few things you may see with low cortisol: 1. Weird / tremor anxiety 2. Feelings of "tension" 3. Feel like blood sugar is always low. Cortisol helps blood sugar get into the cell. Feeling of hunger and low blood sugar even after meeting. The best test is 4x Cortisol plus DHEA. Can find through a practitioner or go to http://canaryclub.org and order the test. Most people talk about high cortisol and the herbs to treat that. But if you have low cortisol you need to do different things, not lower it even more. My favorite things for low cortisol: 1. Licorice root extract. Use as a tea or tincture. Do in morning shot. Can do before bed if waking during the night. Take during the wake ups too. Keep next to the bed. 2. Vitamin C. Adrenal cortext is where vitamin C is stored. Lipspheric C is optimal, you can make it or buy it. 2000-5000 mg of vitamin C. Higher for some people. 3. VItamin B5 - pantothenic acid. 1500-2000 mg per day. 4. Remove the stressor that caused the adrenal issue Some people use herbs but be mindful if you're in the stage 2 or 3 state you may not be able to do any stimulating herbs at all like rhodiola, decaf tea/coffee, or chocolate. Calming herbs like chamomile, passionflower, valerian, and holy basil (tulsi). Diffusing essential oils to create tranquil feeling. Calm the body out of sympathic overdrive. There is a lot more, but these are BIG TIPS. Get the test! Watch this again: https://youtu.be/eOfnJj4tDXs Share with others going through this. Stages of adrenal stress: Stage 1, cortisol is high. Stage 2, cortisol is high and low Stage 3, cortisol is low Find Jen on Facebook: http://facebook.com/jenspringerpage Find Jen on YouTube: http://youtube.com/jenspringerchannel Find Jen on her blogs: http://jenspringer.com or http://livegreen.solutions

Is Adrenal Fatigue Real: Symptoms and Treatment: Thomas DeLauer

08:47
Be Sure to Subscribe for 3x Videos per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Adrenal Fatigue ad Cortisol: Is Adrenal Fatigue Real: Thomas DeLauer Adrenal fatigue is characterized by relentless, debilitating fatigue and can also include muscle weakness, decreased appetite, and weight loss - some people even experience nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Adrenal fatigue occurs when your adrenal glands aren’t able to produce enough of certain hormones, such as norepinephrine, cortisol and DHEA, which allow you to respond to the conditions of your daily life in healthy and flexible ways. Simply put, the theory behind adrenal fatigue is that your adrenal glands are unable to keep pace with the demands of perpetual fight-or-flight arousal. As a result, they can't produce quite enough of the hormones you need to feel good (1) So, What are Your Adrenal Glands? Located at the top of each kidney, the adrenal glands are two, triangular-shaped organs that measure about 1.5 inches in height and 3 inches in length They are also known as your body’s shock absorbers - produce hormones that help the body control blood sugar, react to stressors like a major illness or injury, and regulate blood pressure. Cause(s) of Adrenal Fatigue Adrenal fatigue is caused when your adrenal glands cannot cope due to you being overly stressed – basically, the main cause is stress The adrenal glands are an essential part of your body's responses to any kind of physical, emotional or psychological stress. Many different types of stress can cause adrenal fatigue. Examples of physical stress include any severe or recurrent infection or illness, having an operation, poor diet or a severe injury. An emotional or psychological stress may be caused by many situations, including relationship, family or work difficulties. (3) However, there are 3 specific hormones that can be a cause of adrenal fatigue: Norepinephrine Also called adrenaline is commonly thought of as the fight-or-flight hormone. It’s produced when something is (or you think it is) threatening. This hormone makes your heart pound, your blood rush to your heart and large muscle groups, your pupils widen, your brain sharpens, and your tolerance for pain increase—basically, it prepares you for battle. Cortisol Cortisol increases your appetite and energy level while toning down your immune system’s allergic and inflammatory responses. This hormone stimulates the storage and release of energy in the body, helps the body resist the stressful effects of infections, trauma, and temperature extremes, and helps you maintain stable emotions. Ideally, cortisol is released into the system only on an occasional basis, rather than in response to chronic stress. If cortisol levels become too high for too long, they may have undesirable side effects, including muscle wasting, kidney damage, fluid retention, spiking blood sugar levels, weight gain, and increased vulnerability to bacteria, etc. Solutions Rid the diet of excess sugar and processed grains These are very hard on the adrenal glands. Eating excess sugar/starches will cause blood sugar to spike and insulin to come to the rescue due to excess glucose in the bloodstream. Blood sugar then drops or plummets, causing the adrenals to work to bring levels back up. When you are suffering from fatigued adrenal glands, cortisol levels drop and make it difficult to maintain normal blood sugar levels. People with adrenal fatigue tend to have low blood sugar. Consume Natural Salt like Himalayan Sea Salt Natural salts contain many trace minerals, which help to support the adrenals. Adrenal fatigue reduces the production of the hormone aldosterone, which helps regulate salt in the body. Optimize DHEA Levels When your adrenal glands are out of whack, your DHEA production will suffer greatly, and your stress hormone cortisol can roam freely inside of your body, destroying all the hard work you are doing to get your endocrine system back in shape. One of the best ways to support DHEA in the body is through magnesium supplementation. (5) References 1) Adrenal fatigue: What causes it? - Mayo Clinic. (n.d.). Renin angiotensin system regulates blood pressure

10:03
You can support the work of campbellteaching, at no cost whatsoever to yourself, if you use the link below as your bookmark to access Amazon. Thank you. If in the US use this link http://goo.gl/mDMfj5 If in the UK use this link http://goo.gl/j0htQ5 One of the proteins present in the blood is called angiotensinogen. This is a short protein produced by the liver and is inactive; it just circulates in the blood. However, when renin acts on angiotensinogen it converts it into another shorter protein called angiotensin I. As angiotensin I passes through the lungs it is converted into angiotensin II by an enzyme called angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE). Angiotensin II is a powerful vascular vasoconstrictor; this will increase peripheral resistance which will in turn increase blood pressure. In addition to increasing BP by direct vasoconstriction angiotensin II also stimulates the secretion of aldosterone from the adrenal cortex. This will increasethe amount of sodium reabsorbed from the renal tubules and so increase levels of sodium in the blood. As mentioned, increased levels of sodium increases the osmotic potential of the blood and so it attracts more water. This means more water is retained in the plasma increasing blood volumes. These increased volumes will increase venous return and so blood pressure. Conversely, lower amounts of angiotensin II will reduce aldosterone secretion leading to more sodium excretion. This will lower sodium levels in the blood leading to lowered blood volumes and so lower BP. If the systemic blood pressure is increased the pressure in the afferent arteriole will also be increased. This will be detected by the JGA cells which will respond by reducing renin secretion. When less renin is present in the blood, more angeotensionogen will remain in inactive form. This renin-angiotensin-aldosterone mechanism allows the kidneys to regulate their own blood flow to an extent. When an organ regulates itself in this way it is called autoregulation. If for any reason the kidneys over-secrete renin blood pressure will be raised. An abnormally high BP is termed hypertension. Renin excess probably explains most cases of chronic hypertension. You may have come across ACE inhibiting drugs; these inhibit ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) and so inhibit the conversion of angiotensin I into angiotensin II. If there is less angiotensin II there will be less vasoconstriction and less secretion of aldosterone and so blood pressure will be lowered.

Millions of people are on toxic pharmaceutical drugs for high blood pressure. Reversing this WITHOUT medications is easy, God's way! Blood pressure is mostly an issue with minerals/dehydration and/or problems with the kidney/adrenal area. This is addressed in the video, and does including lifestyle changes. We must choose to submit to man's system and live on drugs as a band-aid that works against God's design, or choose to get on God's ground by aligning with creation and embracing that which brings the life of God back into our body. 7 Signs That Adrenal Fatigue is Behind Your Anxiety, Sleep Problems And Joint Pain

05:03
7 Signs That Adrenal Fatigue is Behind Your Anxiety, Sleep Problems And Joint Pain Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 Adrenal fatigue is a condition when the adrenal glands are struggling to manage stress and an extremely busy schedule and causes feelings of tiredness, dullness, and a burnout. Your doctor won’t diagnose this condition, but we will reveal its symptoms and things you should change in order to treat them. In case one surpasses the 4 stages of adrenal fatigue, an adrenal insufficiency might appear, which can be medically diagnosed. Therefore, make sure you treat the symptoms on time and avoid even more aggravated issues. Stress leads to increased cortisol levels and weakened bodily functions, as the adrenals cannot cope with the burden. The following 7 signs indicate that you suffer from adrenal fatigue: 1. Poor Digestion. Stress does not allow the body to digest the food properly and inhibits the absorption of nutrients. In this case, the metabolism and digestion are poor, and you might experience bloating, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, and weight gain. You should eat a healthy diet, drink sufficient amounts of water, take probiotics and minerals regularly, and take the time to savor your meals. 2. Insomnia. Every night, you should sleep for at least 8 hours without interruptions, in order to help the body to reset, recharge, and recover. This will make you wake up fresh and energized. Moreover, never give up sleep for more work, as it will throw you off balance and make you struggle to fall asleep. Also, try to be in bed by 10:30 pm, even if you can’t fall asleep, stay in the dark to help the body release melatonin, the sleeping hormone. Also, warm baths, relaxation techniques, and yoga calm the body and mind and help you fall asleep. 3. Anxiety or Depression. The pressure of deadlines and a busy schedule might lead to various complications, changes of mood, and a poor cognitive function. Anxiety and depression are directly linked to stress, so make sure you find some way to control it and reduce it in order to preserve your health. 4. Stiffness and pain. When the body is not recharged due to stress, you might suffer from stiffness and pain, as well as stress in the back, jaw, and neck. Try to change the sleeping habits, and practice stretching exercises and yoga. Furthermore, warm baths offer potent anti-inflammatory effects – as the natural magnesium alleviates the muscles and the crystal blend detoxes and balances the body.       5. Feeling Overwhelmed By Life. Sometimes, things definitely can be easier and better, but you should not apply too much pressure on yourself. You should always reserve a time to dedicate to yourself, and do not just work to achieve the goals, regardless of the efforts and time needed. Therefore, add some self-care into your daily routines, and make sure you give your body a chance to recover and function properly.       6. Exhaustion After Working Out. Exercise should provide body energy, but physical stress might also lead to adrenal fatigue, as it can have negative effects on the body.  You sometimes need to try some gentle exercise, walking, yoga. Yet, if you need to lose weight, make sure you are aware of the fact that 80% of the effects will come from proper nutrition.         7. Wacky hormones. The thyroid gland can be damaged in stage two of adrenal fatigue, and you might start experiencing signs of a hypothyroid (poor circulation, fatigue, weight gain, dry hair, and skin). In the case of imbalance of the adrenals and the stress levels, the hormone precursor material will be redirected for use in cortisol production. Prolonged periods of stress might increase the PMS symptoms or lead to occasional loss of the cycle. Therefore, make sure you eat healthy foods, drink enough water, sleep enough, avoid caffeine, and use adaptogenic herbs. ============================================ adrenal fatigue ,adrenal fatigue symptoms ,adrenal fatigue cure ,is adrenal fatigue real ,adrenal fatigue symptoms in females ,adrenal fatigue diet ,adrenal fatigue recovery ,causes of adrenal fatigue ,essential oils for adrenal fatigue ,adrenal fatigue test ,adrenal fatigue syndrome ,adrenal fatigue treatment ,adrenal fatigue supplements ,Anxiety ,Sleep Problems ,Joint Pain , Poor Digestion, Insomnia, Depression, Stiffness and pain, Wacky hormones https://youtu.be/uRdhI0nx39I Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11

Adrenal Fatigue Related Health Conditions

11:13
http://www.drlam.com/blog/adrenal-fatigue-related-health-conditions-2/2854/ - The normal stress response by the adrenal gland is to increase the blood sugar level. However, glucose release is slowed as the output of cortisol reduces during later stages of Adrenal Fatigue, such as what happens in adrenal exhaustion. - Hypoglycemia itself is a significant stress on the entire body, especially on the adrenal, so you have a vicious cycle that goes on. While this can be overcome by sugar fixes initially, in mild Adrenal Fatigue – and that’s why people take Coca-Cola, or Pepsi Cola, or pop drinks, as well as donuts or juices to give themselves that little boost, this is only a quick fix, and usually the symptoms will come back after only a short time, usually within one or two hours. - Hypoglycemia is also related to the autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Secondly, we have a musculoskeletal system breakdown. Now, collagen and protein are broken down in a catabolic state of function during Adrenal Fatigue. This can lead to chronic pain syndromes, joint pain, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. - As cortisol goes up, one of the side effects of this hormone is the breakdown of protein, resulting in an overall net catabolic state, meaning the amount of buildup of the muscle is less than the amount of breakdown, so as a result, broken down muscles are not adequately replaced. Collagen is broken down without significant replenishment. Outwardly, wrinkles start to develop as premature aging sets in. Internally, organs and muscle breakdowns tends to lead to chronic muscle and joint pains of unknown origin, especially after strenuous exercise or heavy lifting. - Adrenal Fatigue therefore is often associated with poor ability to digest protein, as well as the gastrointestinal systems tend to slow down. This will only add to the musculoskeletal pain and syndromes. It should come, therefore, as no surprise that that secondary fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue are commonly associated with adrenal exhaustion. - Because Adrenal Fatigue can lead to insomnia, sleep disturbances, brain fog, anxiety and depression if the central nervous system is involved. Peripheral nervous system dysfunction is often associated with orthostatic hypertension, dizziness, lightheadedness, temperature intolerance, fainting spells, tingling and numbness sensation of extremities, as well as sweating disregulation. - Chronic lack of sleep is strongly associated with decreased immunity, as well, and impaired glucose intolerance, as well as the decreased alertness and concentration. Cortisol, DHEA, testosterone, and estrogen are key hormones produced by the adrenals, - Those with advanced Adrenal Fatigue are strongly associate with an increase in fear, anxiety, depression, as well as difficulty concentrating. - A lot of people also complain of brain fog, which is a mental state where the memory becomes clouded or unclear. The exact physiology is not clear, but it’s postulated that excessive metabolite buildup in the brain over time, due to poor clearance is a major factor. It brings up a point that many people try to do detoxification to get themselves better from Adrenal Fatigue, but improper detoxification can make the body worse, and make brain fog more decompensated, and also can even trigger a retoxification reaction, if not done carefully. - Oftentimes what happens during Adrenal Fatigue, is what’s responsible for many of the common symptoms, including heart palpitations, blood pressure irregularity, as well as sweating. - You can also have estrogen and progesterone imbalances leading to a continuum of estrogen dominance, such as PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fibrocystic breast disease, breast cancer, as well as irregular menstrual cycles. Hormone imbalances can also include thyroid imbalances, which are very common, as you can see. Adrenal Fatigue is commonly associated with secondary hyperthyroidism, where the thyroid laboratory tests may be normal, but the person is clinically sub-functioning in terms of high thyroid, and can be considered hypothyroid. There can also be cortical hormone imbalances, such as aldosterone imbalances, leading to irregular blood pressure, as well as salt and fluid retention problems. - There could be androgen imbalances, including masculinization effects from testosterone, with symptoms such as seborrhea, dermatitis, acne, hirsutism, as well as velvety light brown to black markings, usually on the neck. In men, a low libido is often associated. - We have immune system dysfunctions with symptoms such as allergies. The weaker the adrenal, the stronger the effects of allergens because of the histamine release, and the less the cortisol is being secreted. Therefore, you have less anti-inflammatory response. Number two, you also have autoimmune disease. These become more prevalent, such as Hashimoto’s disease, as well as rheumatoid arthritis, because of the cortisol effect.

LICORICE ROOT - THE WONDER HERB

07:00
Licorice root is a wonder herb for adrenal fatigue, low blood pressure, ulcerated tissue, and so much more. If you're wondering how to raise your blood pressure in a healthy way this is the way to do it. Repairing adrenal cortex after years of eating acid forming foods can take some time. An alkaline diet will fix the adrenal glands over time, and licorice root will help repair the adrenal glands as well. This is the fast track to reversing adrenal fatigue and low energy of all kinds. Using licorice root in tea also makes for a good coffee replacement. Coffee stimulates the adrenal glands and creates adrenal burn out. Licorice provides smooth energy and fixes the underlying issue. I hope this shares some insight on the incredible benefits of licorice root. ↠ Consultation Information ↞ https://rawbwild.com/pages/detoxification-services ↠ My Website ↞ https://rawbwild.com/ ↠ JOIN THE WILD CLUB/SUPPORT ROB'S WORK ↞ https://www.patreon.com/rawbwild ↠ Social Media ↞ 📸 INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/rawbwild/ 💙 MY FACEBOOK PAGE: https://www.facebook.com/RAWBWILD/ 👻 ADD ME ON SNAPCHAT: RAWBWILD 🐦 FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER: https://twitter.com/rawbwild ↠ Shop ↞ ☼ APPAREL: https://rawbwild.com/collections/apparel-collection ☼ RAW SNACKS: https://rawbwild.com/pages/superfoods-snacks ☼ KITCHENWARE: https://rawbwild.com/pages/kitchenware ☼ BODY CARE: https://rawbwild.com/pages/body-care ☼ FAVORITE BOOKS: https://rawbwild.com/pages/favorite-books ↠ Education ↞ 📖 EATING RAW: https://rawbwild.com/pages/eating-a-raw-food-diet 📖 PROTEIN: https://rawbwild.com/pages/the-protein-scam 📖 EAT IN SEASON: https://rawbwild.com/pages/seasonal-fruit-guide 📖 DISCLOSURE: https://rawbwild.com/pages/diclosure ☆IF YOU'RE TAKING CONTROL COMMENT "I GOT THE POWER"☆

PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA Symptoms, Causes & Treatments

06:44
PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA Symptoms, Causes & Treatments OVERVIEW A pheochromocytoma (fee-o-kroe-moe-sy-TOE-muh) is a rare, usually noncancerous (benign) tumor that develops in an adrenal gland. Usually, this type of tumor affects one of your two adrenal glands, but it can affect both. If you have a pheochromocytoma, the tumor releases hormones that cause either episodic or persistent high blood pressure. Untreated, a pheochromocytoma can result in severe or life-threatening damage to other body systems, especially the cardiovascular system. SYMPTOMS Signs and symptoms of pheochromocytomas often include: • High blood pressure • Heavy sweating • Headache • Rapid heartbeat (tachycardia) • Tremors • Paleness in the face (pallor) • Shortness of breath (dyspnea) Less common signs or symptoms may include: • Anxiety or sense of doom • Constipation • Weight loss CAUSES Researchers don't know what causes a pheochromocytoma. The tumor develops in specialized cells, called chromaffin cells, situated in the center of an adrenal gland. These cells release certain hormones, primarily adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine), that help control many body functions, such as heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar. The role of hormones Adrenaline and noradrenaline are hormones that trigger your body's fight-or-flight response to a perceived threat. The hormones prompt higher blood pressure, a faster heart rate and a boost in other body systems that enable you to react quickly. A pheochromocytoma results in the irregular and excessive release of these hormones. Related tumors While most chromaffin cells reside in the adrenal glands, small clusters of these cells are also in the heart, head, neck, bladder, back wall of the abdomen and along the spine. Tumors in these chromaffin cells, called paragangliomas, may result in the same effects on the body. TREATMENTS The primary treatment for a pheochromocytoma is surgery to remove the tumor. Before you undergo surgery, your doctor will prescribe specific blood pressure medications that block the actions of the high-adrenaline hormones to lower the risk of developing dangerously high blood pressure during surgery. Pre-operative medications You will likely take two drugs for seven to 10 days that help lower blood pressure before surgery. These drugs will either replace or be added to other blood pressure drugs you take. • Alpha blockers keep smaller arteries and veins open and relaxed, improving blood flow and decreasing blood pressure. Alpha blockers include phenoxybenzamine (Dibenzyline), doxazosin (Cardura), and prazosin (Minipress). Side effects might include irregular heartbeat, dizziness, fatigue, vision problems, sexual dysfunction in men and swelling in your limbs. • Beta blockers cause your heart to beat more slowly and with less force. They also help keep blood vessels open and relaxed. In preparing for surgery a beta blocker is added several days after starting the alpha blocker. • Beta blockers include atenolol (Tenormin), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol-XL) and propranolol (Inderal, Innopran XL). Possible side effects include fatigue, upset stomach, headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, difficulty breathing and swelling in the limbs. • High-salt diet Alpha and beta blockers widen (dilate) the blood vessels, causing the amount of fluid within the blood vessels to be low. This can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure with standing. A high-salt diet will draw more fluid inside the blood vessels, preventing the development of low blood pressure during and after surgery. Surgery In most cases, the entire adrenal gland with a pheochromocytoma is removed with laparoscopic, or minimally invasive, surgery. Your surgeon will make a few small openings through which he or she inserts wandlike devices equipped with video cameras and small tools. The remaining healthy adrenal gland carries out the functions normally performed by two, and blood pressure usually returns to normal. In some unusual situations, such as when the other adrenal gland has been removed, surgery might remove only the tumor, sparing some healthy tissue. If a tumor is cancerous (malignant), the effectiveness of surgery might rely on removing the tumor and all cancerous tissue. However, even if all of the cancerous tissue isn't removed, surgery might limit hormone production and provide some control of blood pressure.

Thanks for 100K Subscribers! Please Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Morning Drink Recipe: Weight Loss and Adrenal Fatigue: Thomas DeLauer Coconut Cranberry Smoothie Ingredients - Coconut Water/Milk - Cranberries - Pink Himalayan Sea Salt - Cream of tartar - Maca Root (powder) Coconut Water or Coconut Milk One side effect of adrenal fatigue is high blood pressure A 2005 study found that when subjects were given coconut water for two weeks, their systolic blood pressure was 71% lower and their diastolic blood pressure was 29% lower than those who drank plain water. The high potassium content of coconut water has led researchers to investigate the potential benefits for reducing cardiovascular disease risk. Cranberries It is the high levels of the specific substance proanthocyanidins (PACs) that are found in cranberries that helps the body’s immune function to ward off illness and disease. Proanthocyanidins refers to a larger class of polyphenols - these powerful polyphenols are able to nurture the lining of the gut, where a large majority of the immune system is actually located. Because cranberries can ward off harmful bacteria from accumulating and growing in the gut lining, healthy immune-boosting bacteria are able to thrive and create a powerful defense against sickness. The polyphenols may help prevent the build-up of plaque on vessel walls, and the antioxidant components of cranberries are also linked to a reduction in blood pressure. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt It supplies an astonishing 84 unique trace minerals. There are 21 trace minerals that are widely agreed upon to be necessary for the body's metabolic processes Himalayan salt is mined from 200 million year-old seabeds; it is completely free of the heavy metals and other toxins that show up in sea salts harvested from today's oceans. When the adrenal glands are fatigued, they fail to produce adequate amounts of several hormones, including aldosterone. Lack of aldosterone can disrupt the sodium balance at a cellular level. This can actually increase your needs for natural sodium and helps explain the salt cravings many people with adrenal fatigue experience (could explain why certain people favor salty foods more than others). (3) Cream of Tartar Cream of tartar, also called potassium hydrogen tartrate, is an acidic natural by-product of winemaking. Adrenal fatigue can cause hypertension, or high blood pressure, and can lead to heart attack and strokes. If you do suffer from low potassium, however, cream of tartar is a simple fix, packed with 16,500 mg of potassium in a mere 100 grams of cream of tartar (4) Secret Ingredient: Maca Root (powder) Clinical trials have shown that maca has positive effects on energy, stamina, and mood. Maintaining positive energy levels is related to having lower levels of anxiety and depression, both of which maca has been shown to positively help achieve. Maca root is an adaptogen herb, which means that it helps only where it is needed. For instance, if your body is overproducing a hormone, it regulates it back to normal and if your body under-produces a hormone, it helps raise the level until it is balanced. The adrenal glands are part of the endocrine system and are managed by the hypothalamus and the pituitary glands. When someone is suffering from adrenal fatigue, their adrenal glands are unbalanced causing excessive tiredness and horrible stress. Maca root, when used consistently, has the power to nourish and stimulate the hypothalamus and the pituitary glands which in turn brings balance to the adrenal glands References 1) Electrolytes & The Adrenals - Metabolic Healing. Low Blood Sugar, Intermittent Fasting & Your Liver

05:05
Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY Dr. Berg talks about low blood sugars, intermittent fasting and your liver. When you have hypoglycemia, your adrenals compensate to raise in sugar but ALSO your liver. Your brain is the number one target for symptoms from hypoglycemia. If you have liver scar tissue as in cirrhosis or a fatty liver, this can lessen the function of the liver. The liver normally makes glycogen, which is stored sugar and releases it between meals to stabilize low blood sugar, and having damaged liver can lessen this function causing more low blood sugar problems. Your liver also makes a hormone called Insulin-Like Growth Factor (IGF-1), which mobilizes the fat and stored sugar for energy, when you are not eating. Again, if you have a damaged liver, you can suffer the symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). To remedy this, its vital you consume enough VEGETABLES. 10 Warning Signs of Low Blood Sugar | Home Remedies

04:28
10 Warning Signs of Low Blood Sugar Hypoglycemia can cause both short- and long-term complications. Know the signs so that you can treat the condition as soon as you're aware of it. Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, is common among people with diabetes and can occur even when you're carefully managing the condition. To prevent hypoglycemia and its dangerous side effects, it's crucial to monitor your glucose levels and treat low blood sugar as soon as you become aware of it. Pay attention to these telltale signs of dipping blood sugar levels to make sure yours stays under control: 1. Ravenous Hunger If you've already eaten but still aren't satisfied, or if you suddenly, inexplicably feel as if you're starving, your body is signaling that it needs more glucose. Work with your healthcare team to determine the exact amount of sugar your body needs. A good starting point is the American Diabetes Association's recommendation to eat between 15 and 20 grams (g) of sugar or carbohydrates with each snack, and between 40 and 65 g at each meal. Some good options include 2 tablespoons of raisins, 4 ounces of fruit juice, or some hard candy — check with the package to determine how many to have. 2. Feelings of Anxiety When glucose levels fall too low, your body tells the adrenal glands to release the hormone epinephrine (also called adrenaline), which signals the liver to make more sugar. The excess epinephrine creates an "adrenaline rush," which can cause feelings of anxiety. 3. Restless Nights Nocturnal hypoglycemia, which is very common, can cause a number of sleep disturbances. "Symptoms include night sweats, nightmares, episodes of waking suddenly and crying out, and feelings of unrest and confusion upon waking," says Palinski-Wade. "A snack before bed can reduce the frequency and severity of sleep disturbances." 4. Shakes and Tremors The central nervous system starts to malfunction when glucose levels are off balance. As a result, it releases catecholamines, chemicals that encourage glucose production and also produce these symptoms. 5. Emotional Instability Mood swings and sudden emotional episodes not typical of your normal behavior are among the neurological symptoms of hypoglycemia, including irrational outbursts, random or hysterical crying, uncontrollable anger, and a strong desire to be left alone. Mild mood changes that may not be as severe, such as general irritability or becoming easily annoyed, can also be a signal that your blood sugar may be dropping. 6. Sweating This symptom is controlled by the autonomic nervous system — the part of the central nervous system that governs the skin, among other things — and is usually one of the first signs of hypoglycemia. The excessive perspiration comes on without warning, regardless of how warm or cold the external temperature may be. 7. Dizziness and Light-headedness If you experience these common symptoms of hypoglycemia, heed them and treat the hypoglycemia quickly. Dropping blood sugar levels can also cause you to faint, so if you feel yourself start to swoon, sit or lie down immediately to avoid injuring yourself. 8. Wandering Thoughts Because the brain is especially sensitive to a drop in glucose, you may experience a sense of confusion and an inability to concentrate on one thing at a time. 9. Vision Problems If your vision suddenly becomes blurry or you see double, a drop in blood sugar may be to blame. 10. Slurred Speech Your sugar-starved brain may not allow you to detect a change in how you sound, but other people will likely notice a difference. To someone else, you may sound as though you've had a few too many cocktails, even though you haven't touched a drop.Web: http://www.top10homeremedies.com/ Video my channel - 10 Signs of Skin Aging and How to Fix Them : https://goo.gl/L9ttsR - 15 Good Calories to Eat and Still Lose Weight : https://goo.gl/a9KjBC - 7 Health Benefits of Eating Good Calories :https://goo.gl/R2ccHw - 20 Foods That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally : https://goo.gl/Z7s8RP ...........................................
