Or coolsculpting....yeah...coolsculpting lets freeze the fat off...Or do you think maybe just maybe you burn it the same way that you burn any other fat on your body? I want to make this video about how to lose thigh fat because after doing a quick Google and YouTube search I realized that there is so much wrong information on this topic. Unfortunately these myths take advantage of women the most because women are most effected by excess fat in their lower body due to the fact that women tend to store fat in the hips and the thighs while men store it in their belly. One of the most common myths is that you can burn fat from the thighs by targeting the fat with specific exercises. Exercises like squats lunges hip Bridges and especially inner thigh exercises are believed to burn fat right off the thighs. I mean that's why you feel the burn in your legs right? Nope that's actually completely wrong. When you're working your legs or any other muscle in your body lactic acid is a by-product of relaxing and Contracting muscles. These lactic acids are actually whats responsible for that burning feeling so it's not thigh fat being burnt it's just muscle being broken down. Building muscle is not necessarily going to result with thinner legs. In fact building muscle without burning fat can lead to even bulkier thighs. And the worst thing is that a lot of the exercises that women are told to do to burn fat from the thighs are inner and outer thigh exercises that don't require a lot of energy to perform which means unfortunately there's not going to be that much fat burnt even if you have a good diet. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying that you shouldn't workout your legs with resistance training exercises to improve your lower body. The only way to give your legs a nicely defined shape is to build some muscle on your thighs. Also when you do weighted compound exercises like squats you recruit a lot of very large muscles which will make you burn more calories which could ultimately lead to burning more fat. However the ultimate deciding factor of how much fat you burn from your thighs isn't about how much exercising you do, it's about how much fat you're burning from your diet. Any kind of Target fat burning approache or spot reducing approache cannot work because we know that fat gets burnt across your whole body and not from any one specific concentrated area. This means that inner thigh exercises, body wraps, fat burner pills, and detox drinks arent going to do much for you. Fat burning creams believe it or not have shown to have some minor results in studies. However the results are so insignificant and that they might as well be considered negligible. Also I have a feeling that if you're applying something to your skin that's burning your fat underneath, it probably isn't that great for you health-wise. But I mean if losing an eighth of an inch from your thighs is worth sacrificing your health for then by all means go for it. And then there's CoolSculpting which is becoming more and more popular by the day for the quick fix Crowd. Here they apparantly will freeze the fat off with "controlled cooling". Many claim that its impossible to freeze fat cells without destroying skin cells and getting frost bite in the process. Whether that's true or not, it is well known that you have to have more than one treatment to see any kind of results, and even after multiple treatments results are described as mild. So the only way to really effectively burn thigh fat is by burning fat from your whole body through diet modification. There are a lot of diet plans out there you just have to find one that works for you. There's intermittent fasting, carb cycling plans, theres the ketogenic diet, you can do calorie counting or if it fits your Macros. 8 Simple Exercises To Lose Thighs Fat In Just A Month

Many people struggle with having fat on their inner thighs. While you cannot get rid of fat from only a specific part of your body, you can do exercises to build the muscles in your thighs to make them look toned. 1.Squats Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Lower yourself toward the ground as if you were about to sit in a chair. When your thighs are parallel to the ground, stand back up, returning to your starting position. Make sure your behind extends behind you so that your knees don’t move forward past your toes. You should be able to see the top of your sneakers throughout the whole workout. If you don’t see your shoes, shift your weight back. 2.Forward Lunge Stand with your feet flat on floor. Step one foot forward as far as you can while dropping the back knee toward the ground. Be sure to lower yourself toward the ground instead of forward toward your toes. You should see your front toes throughout the entire movement, so be sure you don’t extend forward. Complete the same number of reps on the other side. 3.Side Lunge Stand with feet slightly wider than hip distance. Step one foot out to the side as far as you can while lowering yourself toward the ground. Your opposite leg should remain straight, and you should feel a stretch in the inner thigh of that leg. Push powerfully off the bent leg to return to your starting position. Complete the same number of reps on the other side. 4.Abduction Lie on the ground on your side. Lift your top leg as high as you can, and lower to start with control. Roll over and complete on the other side. You may rest a dumbbell on your leg near the outside of your knee to add resistance, or wear a set of ankle weights. 5.Adduction Lie on your side. Cross your top leg over your bottom leg. Avoid putting your hands on your thighs. Instead, keep them overhead or down at your sides. 8.Jump Squats Stand with your feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart. You should be able to see the top of your sneakers throughout the whole workout. If you don’t see your shoes, shift your weight back. Outer thigh fat - like any other fat on your body - is a form of long term energy storage. It's not inherently bad and it's not out to get you. That said, it may be more stubborn than fat on other parts of your body - say your arms. The reason for this is that this type of lower body fat is particularly affected by estrogen. In general, the higher your estrogen levels, the more fat you'll store in your hips and thighs. This is why when many women are losing weight, they'll find their waist getting tighter, arms getting leaner, their entire upper body getting more definition - but their thighs and butt are the last to get on the weight loss wagon. If your estrogen levels are within a healthy range, you shouldn't experience any major issues. However, excess fat as well as a bunch of environmental factors can throw your estrogen levels out of whack causing you to gain and store fat in these particularly stubborn areas. With that said - today's workout will focus on: cranking up the intensity to burn more calories and help you lose excess fat AND building lean muscle. Significant fat loss takes time - particularly in stubborn areas like these, so if we build muscle as we go, this will help sculpt and reshape these areas even quicker!! Remember - outer thigh fat - as stubborn as it may be - is still fat. Working out will help, building muscle will help, learning about hormones will help, but one thing you cannot ignore is your nutrition. Balance here for at least three seconds before pushing-up 2.Attempt the seated pillow squeeze. • Sit on a sturdy chair and rest your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent at a right angle. Place the pillow between your knees and thighs. • Exhale as you squeeze the pillow between your thighs. You should imagine it as if you are attempting to squeeze the stuffing out of the pillow. Hold this squeeze for 1 minute, and breathe normally while doing this. 3.Increase your cardio workouts. Cardiovascular exercise is a great way to burn-fat. In order to lose overall body-fat (and thereby also lose-fat in your inner-thigh region), you should increase the amount of time that you do cardiovascular exercising or increase the days that you do cardiovascular-exercise. Cardio workouts are particularly well-suited to assist with the appearance of your thighs because most cardio exercises work the lower-body, which can tone and shape your thighs as you lose-weight. 4.Eat a clean diet. In order to lose weight, you should get most of your calories from low-calorie and nutrient-dense food sources. Make sure to include foods such as high-quality proteins (including lean meats and nuts), fruits, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates (including whole wheat breads, legumes, and brown-rice) 5.Eat small meals throughout the day. Eating multiple (four to five) small-meals throughout the day instead of three large meals can help keep your metabolism elevated and suppress your appetite so that you don’t overeat. 6.Skip the red meat and go for lean-protein. Simply put, lean protein sources have less saturated fat and fewer calories. • Replace beef and pork with chicken and turkey. Fish is also lower in fat than most red meat and has additional health benefits. When possible, you should opt for fresh fish over sardines, tuna, or other fish packed in oil 7.Avoid diet-busters. While there is some room for forgiveness in your diet, there are certain foods and drinks that are more likely to throw your diet off altogether. These should be avoided as much as possible. Take foods with empty-calories and no nutritional benefit out of your diet. Drinks like soda and foods like frozen French-fries and sweet breakfast cereals should be avoided. 8.Limit your intake of saturated-fats. Saturated-fats are less beneficial to your body than unsaturated fats and are usually found in animal sources, like dairy and meat, as well as hydrogenated-oils. Many of our favorite desserts are filled with saturated fats, so make sure you limit your intake of sweets. How To Lose Thigh Fat and Tone the Legs Fast https://youtu.be/sOt300BhBiA Workout - 2x Per Day - 3 Sets - 20 Reps Each 2x a day, six days a week. Once in the morning and once at night. 1. Sumo squat and calf raise 2. Reverse lunge and knee lift 3. Close/wide squat jump 4. Side squat with knee raise How to do the exercise: Sumo squat and calf raise: Feet should be double shoulder width apart. Feet should point in a 45 degree angle. Squat down as low as possible or until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Raise up to the start position standing on the balls of your feet. Repeat Reverse lunge and knee lift: Lunge one leg backwards until you form a 90 degree angle in both legs. Keeping feet shoulder width apart come back to the start position raising knee as high as possible. Come back to the reverse lunge and repeat Close/wide squat jump: Squat with feet shoulder width apart. Raise up into a hop and spread legs into a squat where your feet are double shoulder width apart. Continue to alternate back and forth until you reach the desired reps Side squat with knee raise: Lunge to to the side until keeping knees behind the big toe. Touch the ground if possible then raise back up bringing the lunged leg up into a high knee. Repeat until you reach desired reps and switch sides. As I was growing up, sports were a big part of my life. After attending college for Nursing, I began to have a slightly unhealthy lifestyle for the first time. I began to eat 'convenient' food and was socializing over beer and wings. Because I had a busy full time career, I didn't make time for sports and because I didn't know anything about thigh exercise machine workouts. I gained 15 pounds of fat, mostly around my mid-section. My husband says I could have been the face for "Flabbylicious Fitness" if I didn't change my ways. I lost 12 pounds within the first month of working out. On the contrary, these medicines and creams only increase the problem by making the thighs bigger. # Let us get a clearer picture as to how one should perform this particular exercise in order to lose inner thigh fat: Here in this video we will be showing you a combination of different thigh reduction exercises such as: # Spot jogging :- Step 1: In the spot jogging exercises, you have to simply start jogging slowly and then increase the speed and also swing your arms simultaneously while jogging. Continue for a count of 10 and stop. Step 2: Continue spot jogging for a count of 10 and stop. # Toning exercise: Step 1: For the toning exercise of the legs, start by first spreading your legs wide apart with the toes pointing outwards. Lift both your hands straight above the head and interlock them. Stabilize your body. Step 2: Now lower your back in such a way that both the thighs are parallel to the floor. Step 3: Hold this position for a few seconds and then come up. Continue doing this exercise for a few counts by inhaling and exhaling. # Alternate leg raise: Step 1: For this exercise, start by standing with the legs spread shoulder width apart. Keep your hands above your head. Step 2: Then slowly lift the right leg sideways and simultaneously touch the right hand to the right leg. Do the same with the left leg. Step 3: Continue this process at a fast pace for a counts and relax. With this we come to the end of the alternate leg raise exercise. # Cross over lunge + leg raise: Step 1: In this workout, we start by spreading the legs shoulder width apart. Step 2: Lift your right leg sideways and then cross it out at the back. Then lift it up and get back to the starting position. Step 3: Similarly do the same with your left leg. This brings us to the end of the alternate leg raise exercise. # Wide jog and narrow jog: Step 1: Start the wide jog by spreading the legs wide apart and jogging at a fast pace for 4 counts. Step 2: Then bring your legs close to each other and again jog for 4 counts. Continue alternating by first doing the wide jog and then the narrow jog. # So let's look at the benefits of reducing unwanted flab and cellulite from the thighs: 1. By following the correct exercise plan, you can reduce cellulite, making the lower body look toned and smoother. 2. Avoiding junk food can decrease the deposits of fat content in the thighs. 3. Preferably consume food which is rich in fiber and protein. Avoid fried stuff as it will only add to heavier and bulkier looking thighs. 4. A point to be noted is that while exercising; work your lower body muscles from every possible angle. This workout will give your thighs a taut and firm appearance throughout. This is a really fun & effective way to tone your inner thighs and abs in bed using a pillow. To really engage your inner thighs, remember to squeeze the pillow firmly in between your thighs through the exercises. You can also perform this workout in the gym using a weighted medicine ball. Exercises: 1) Pillow Pass 2) Crunches 3) Reverse Crunches 4) Ab Circle 5) Hip Bridge Sequence: 10 Intervals (20secs Workout - 10secs Rest) Total Time: 5 minutes (2 sets) Best Results: Do this workout 3 to 4 times weekly on alternate days. Do this workout first thing in the morning or in the evening before bed. Remember to include total body strength training and also cardio exercises.
