FIND YOURSELF (BEST MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO 2018) Figuring out who we are and what we want out of life can be challenging if at any point you, like me, veered off the course of self-exploration and self-acceptance. But eventually, life smacks us in the face enough times that we’re forced to admit the truth: we’re totally lost. In that moment, there is surrender to something much bigger than our individual selves, and we start this journey again. Only this time, we’re present; we’re tuned in to what’s up, and we’re ready. The path to figuring it all out requires a determination to stay committed to the trail, to hang on and keep moving forward, even when it gets tough – which it does. We travel to our darkest depths inside ourselves and see everything we’ve hidden, covered up, locked, and repressed. It all surfaces and it’s a wild ride. But, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel: our perspectives about our selves and this life shift tremendously and open the doors for some miraculous opportunities, love, and peace. I’ve learned some of these lessons the hard way, but once I learned them, life became a lot clearer and the road to wherever I’m going piqued by becoming effortless and enjoyable in more moments than not. There are still times that arise which aren’t so picturesque, I’m just better equipped to ride that rocky wave and can remind myself to settle into what I know. *CREDIT Tony Robbins, TOM BILYEU, Les Brown, Gary Vaynerchuk Visit Tony Robbins' websites: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/ http://www.unshakeable.com/ Follow Tony Robbins @: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TonyRobbins Twitter: https://twitter.com/tonyrobbins LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ajrobbins Google+: https://plus.google.com/+TonyRobbins Instagram: https://instagram.com/tonyrobbins/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/TonyRobbinsLive ► Subscribe to Gary Vaynerchuk’s Channel Here --https://www.youtube.com/user/GaryVaynerchuk Follow Gary Vaynerchuk Online Here: Instagram: http://instagram.com/garyvee Facebook: http://facebook.com/gary Snapchat: http://snapchat.com/add/garyvee Website: http://garyvaynerchuk.com Soundcloud: http://soundcloud.com/garyvee/ Twitter: http://twitter.com/garyvee Medium: http://medium.com/@garyvee Planet of the Apps: http://planetoftheapps.com Podcast: http://garyvaynerchuk.com/podcast Wine Library: http://winelibrary.com Subscribe to Gary Vaynerchuk’s VIP Newsletter for exclusive content and weekly giveaways here: http://garyvee.com/GARYVIP http://lesbrown.com/ More Info - http://www.lesbrown.com/ Email - firstname.lastname@example.org Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Brown.Les FOLLOW TOM BILYEU TWITTER: http://bit.ly/2iyjY5P INSTAGRAM: http://bit.ly/2j7vqX8 FACEBOOK: http://bit.ly/2hPStWo FAIR-USE COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER * Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. How To Change Your Negative Mindset. 6 Steps. https://youtu.be/_01YRaYEc1k 1. Let's NOT Cherish Destructive Thoughts. Often we don’t realize how much we subconsciously cherish negative thoughts. It may seem counter intuitive, but often a negative frame of mind occurs because we won’t let go of the negative thoughts and ideas. Sometimes the mind clings on to these thoughts with a feeling of self-pity or injured pride. We don’t like the negative frame of mind, but at the same time are we consciously trying to overcome it? The problem is that if the negative thoughts go round and round in our mind they can become powerful and we lose a sense of perspective. Just make a conscious decision to ignore the negative flow of thoughts and sentiments and be persistent in these attempts. 2. Ask Yourself: Do I want to be Happy or Miserable? We firmly need to know and understand that a negative mindset is a choice you make. If we feel a victim to our own emotions and thoughts, nobody else will be able to help us. We should feel that by holding on to a negative frame of mind, we are inevitably choosing to be unhappy; each negative is a conscious decision to be miserable. If we really value the importance of our own inner peace and happiness, we will aspire to cultivate this through good, uplifting thoughts. Next time you feel the onset of a depressed state of mind, just ask yourself the question: Do I want to be happy or Miserable? 3. Surround Yourself With Positive People. Usually the best antidote to negativity is simply to spend time with positive happy people doing positive, uplifting activities. Sometimes if we analyze and examine our own negativity it does nothing to reduce it. By engaging in useful fun activities with positive and happy people, we forget about the reasons for our negativity; this is often the most powerful way to overcome a depressed state of mind. Positive Happy people often melt away all the negativity around them. 4. Don’t Accept Negativity from Other People. There is little difference in people, but that little difference makes a big difference. The little difference is attitude. The big difference is whether it is positive or negative. There will always be people who can find the negative in life; but, there is no reason why we have to ascribe to their world view. For example, often in an office environment there is a negative attitude to the workplace, but, even if there are faults and limitations we don’t have to allow them to make us a negative person. right? 5. Let Go of Thoughts. If you can learn to control your thoughts, you can control the experience and emotions of life. The best antidote to negativity is learning the art of meditation. Meditation is more than just relaxation; it is a change in consciousness. We move from the limited perspective of our mind and discover an inner source of happiness. Making your mind quite is meditation enough. Just a few minutes of a quite mind can help tremendously in letting go of negative thoughts. Tony Robbins The MONEY MINDSET: Conditioning Yourself for Wealth (PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT) #1 Creating Wealth. Decide on a specific number that you must have. Notice the keyword – “must have”, not should have, not would like to have but must have. This is not an easy exercise but it is all about setting up temperature on your thermostat. Look at your own life and see that we only do things that we must not should. Must, should, would like to or wish are all standards. The difference between people who have and do not have is just standard, so pick your specific number. #2 Creating Wealth. Condition your mind daily A powerful incantation that Tony Robbins teaches is: “God’s wealth is circulating in my life. Wealth flows to me in avalanches of abundance. All my needs, desires and goals are met instantaneously. For I am one with God and God is everything.” #3 Creating Wealth. Get role models The fastest way to get what you want is to find someone who has already done it and then ask many questions, watch and model them. Also if you are not sure about what you are good at, ask yourself these questions: – what do I love? – how can other people benefit? – how can I do it massively – leverage – how can I do it intelligently so there is some profit left Wealth = Value x leverage. So start first with value and once you discover it, learn to leverage it to as many people as possible. #4 Creating Wealth. Experience yourself as a giver, otherwise wealth will not stay around. Find someone who is less fortunate than you are and give (time, money, skills, etc) You will teach your subconscious mind that there is more than enough and that you are a giver not a taker. Last night I had a great conversation with my younger brother who is just 13. He has been saving money to buy himself a mobile phone for the last 6 months, and when I asked him if he was willing to do something uncomfortable and take 10% of his savings and give it as a gift to someone who is less fortunate that we both know. He said yes, “I will do it”. I asked him why he decided to do it and his answer was “because I can”. I had tears in my eyes, I was touched. He has experienced real wealth at the age of 13. #5 Creating Wealth. Create positive experiences with money And after all that, remember to use part of the money to have fun and play. Teach your nervous system that it is great to have money, give it a good meaning. Go fishing, take your family/friends for dinner, go sky diving whatever you love. Create the play jar and teach yourself that you deserve. *CREDIT Tony Robbins Visit Tony Robbins' websites: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/ http://www.unshakeable.com/ Follow Tony Robbins @: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TonyRobbins Twitter: https://twitter.com/tonyrobbins LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ajrobbins Google+: https://plus.google.com/+TonyRobbins Instagram: https://instagram.com/tonyrobbins/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/TonyRobbinsLive FAIR-USE COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER * Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Most people HATE making mistakes! And in math especially, students (and teachers) are TERRIFIED to make mistakes because in most situations, the answer is either correct or incorrect. That is why it is IMPERATIVE to create a safe space and set the tone that making mistakes is necessary in order to learn and grow. We’ve seen our 4th and 5th graders speak up with comments like: “I thought the answer was _____ , but now I realize that my mistake was ______.” “I understand the first step, but I don’t get why _____.” “Hey, [insert student’s name], way to go taking charge of your learning!” “What if the problem was changed a little bit like this…” Teachers, let’s be intentional starting all lessons like this. 5 tips To Make a Killer First Impression - personality Development & English lessons by Niharika Most people will judge you within the first few seconds of meeting you and their view will most likely never change. Making a good first impression is utmost important, because you only get one chance at it. It takes just a quick glance, maybe three seconds, for someone to evaluate you when you meet for the first time. In this short time, the other person forms an opinion about you based on your appearance, your body language, your attitude, your mannerisms, and how you are dressed. So, whether they are in your career or social life, it's important to know how to create a good first impression. This lesson by Niharika provides some useful tips to help you do this. 1. Set an intention. The most important thing to do for giving a good impression is to set your intention. This is especially important before any kind of big event where you would be meeting a lot of people — i.e. conferences, networking events or friend's parties. As you get ready or when you are driving over think about what kind of people you want to meet and what kind of interactions you want to have. This can be an incredibly grounding experience and works very well to focus on what kind of energy you want to have for your event. 2. Present Yourself Appropriately Of course physical appearance matters. The person you are meeting for the first time does not know you and your appearance is usually the first clue he or she has to go on. But it certainly does not mean you need to look like a model to create a strong and positive first impression. The key to a good impression is to present yourself appropriately. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and so the "picture" you first present says much about you to the person you are meeting. Is your appearance saying the right things to help create the right first impression? Start with the way you dress. What is the appropriate dress for the meeting or occasion? In a business setting, what is the appropriate business attire? Suit, blazer, casual? And ask yourself what the person you'll be meeting is likely to wear -- if your contact is in advertising or the music industry, a pinstripe business suit may not strike the right note! For business and social meetings, appropriate dress also varies between countries and cultures, so it's something that you should pay particular attention to when in an unfamiliar setting or country. Make sure you know the traditions and norms. And what about your grooming? Clean and tidy appearance is appropriate for most business and social occasions. A good haircut or shave. Clean and tidy clothes. Neat and tidy make up. Make sure your grooming is appropriate and helps make you feel "the part". Appropriate dressing and grooming help make a good first impression and also help you feel "the part", and so feel more calm and confident. Add all of this up and you are well on your way to creating a good first impression. 3. Be Open and Confident When it comes to making the first impression, body language as well as appearance speaks much louder than words. Use your body language to project appropriate confidence and self-assurance. Stand tall, smile (of course), make eye contact, greet with a firm handshake. All of this will help you project confidence and encourage both you and the other person to feel better at ease. Almost everyone gets a little nervous when meeting someone for the first time, which can lead to nervous habits or sweaty palms. By being aware of your nervous habits, you can try to keep them in check. And controlling a nervous jitter or a nervous laugh will give you confidence and help the other person feel at ease. 4. Be Courteous and Attentive It goes without saying that good manners and polite, attentive and courteous behavior help make a good first impression. In fact, anything less can ruin the one chance you have at making that first impression. So be on your best behavior! One modern manner worth mentioning is "turn off your mobile phone". What first impression will you create if you are already speaking to someone other than the person you are meeting for the first time? Your new acquaintance deserves 100% of your attention. Anything less and you'll create a less than good first impression. 5. Close on a good note. Keep them wanting more. Show that you had a really good time and would like to see them again. Maybe even text them saying so when you get home. People on a first date not only want to have a good time, but they want to know that you did as well. They want that reassurance. Don't be over clingy though! Enjoy the lesson!

No matter what our goal is, whether it is having enough money to investing in real estate, buying shares in a company or having a rainy day fund, we are all aware that saving money is something we should do. There are some of us that enjoy saving money, but most of us, if we do it at all, view it as a necessary evil. I like to equate managing personal finances with the sport of running. Using running as an analogy, here are the three lessons that I learned as a fund manager and how we can apply it to investing: Lesson #1: Maintain focus and have a positive mindset Over five years ago, I decided to learn how to run long distance and join an actual race. Three months before the actual race itself, I realised that I haven’t been putting much effort into learning and training. That being said, I was still able to finish the race and learned a valuable lesson while I was at it. Sure, we need physical stamina to run a long distance, but mental stamina and strength is even more important. No matter how much physical training I did, if I had not remained focused, optimistic and rational throughout the run, I would never have been able to complete the race lap after lap. The same thing goes for investing. If we don’t have focus and a positive mindset, success will not be within our reach. Lesson #2: Manage risk Running carries all sorts of physical risks. Stress fractures, blisters, shin splints and pulled muscles are all common injuries. While we can’t avoid all risks in running, we can minimise them. In the world of investing, we need to do the same. Diversifying our portfolio across asset classes, instruments and geographies will minimise the risk. If we focus on only one type of investment, we increase our chances of losing it all. Lesson #3: Slow and steady To finish a long distance run, we need to set a healthy pace. By figuring out what pace we need to maintain in order to go the distance, we are likely to cross the finish line and achieve our desired time. Translating this into the language of investing, if we have the proper long-term mindset and not taking too many risks on any particular trade, we will be able to achieve success. On the other hand, if we throw everything that we have into any one investment without thinking of the long-term goal then we risk not reaching our investing goals. To summarize, here are the 3 investing lessons I learned as a fund manager: ● Lesson #1: Maintain focus and have a positive mindset ● Lesson #2: Manage risk ● Lesson #3: Slow and steady Just as running has provided me with a lot of important lessons both inside and outside the sport that helped me finish the race. You can use the investing lessons listed here to also be able to reach your investing goals. Thanks for watching! I’d like to invite you to attend my online live masterclass for FREE!
