Using a strong tea from the root of blackberry helps to reduce swelling of tissue and joints. A decoction from the roots, sweetened with honey or maple syrup, makes a great cough syrup. Even chewing on the leaves of blackberry can sooth bleeding gums. It's not true chronic fatigue syndrome or CFS for short is not an excuse to be really lazy and it's really a medical condition. This includes things such as trouble remembering people's names and getting distracted very easily. A person could also experience head pain and even some big sadness. One of the best ways to treat any medical condition is to figure out what is causing the problem. Just like a relationship eliminating what is causing problems can improve the relationship right? Unfortunately the smartest people in the science community have had a challenging time finding the real culprit to this disease, but they do have some ideas. One idea would be problems to a person's ability to fight off viruses, harmful bacteria, diseases and this is causing the CFS. Another idea has something to do with hormones. Medical researchers have noticed that people with this health problem sometimes make fewer hormones, such as cortisol and this might negatively influence the immune system. In a nutshell the immune system is acting up. The best way to deal with CFS, improve the immune system and give yourself more energy has to do with your lifestyle. Drinking water is huge for your body's defense system and your energy levels. A lot of health experts recommend the 8 by 8 rule. Drink 8 glasses of water that are 8 ounces in size. Another idea is food. Sugary foods, energy drinks, greasy or fried foods can all sap a person's energy like a hot summer afternoon, as well as harm the immune system. The next idea that I'm going to throw your way is vital for life and some people don't get enough of them. Do you have any idea what it is? Yep being deficient in a vitamin, this can easily happen if you rely only on your diet to get them. I highly recommend a high quality multivitamin supplement. Another idea is something called coq10. In an article published by Neuroendocrinology Letters, researchers noticed that coq 10 levels are significantly lower in individuals with chronic fatigue syndrome. A person can increase their levels of coq 10 through a dietary supplement. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Well, seeing as one of the functions of the kidneys is to keep the fluid levels in the blood stream balanced, by drinking a full glass of water at once you are essentially dumping a large amount of water into the blood stream, which the kidneys now need to balance out (i.e. increase urine production). By drinking slowly, a mouthful at a time, you reduce the pressure on the kidneys and increase hydration. Sound too simple to do any good? Good. Now try it. 2. Sunshine: As you are probably aware, when sunlight touches the skin, light sensitive receptor cells are activated to produce the active form of vitamin D. Vitamin D has many benefits in the body, the main benefits being: cancer prevention, immune system enhancement, bone health, and regulation of phosphorus and calcium levels (which is important in kidney disease). Did you know then that one of the key functions of kidneys is to active vitamin D too? True. By spending just 15 mins a day under the light of the sun, you can let the sun and your skin do all the work. Your kidneys will be saved the extra work, and at the same time you get to enjoy the open air. Let me explain what an electrolyte is, if you ever take salt and put it in the water and dissolve it, the sodium and chloride disconnect and they become two separate minerals and that fluid is very electrically conductive. Basically electrolytes have to do with minerals that help conduct electricity in the body. They help with a lot of different things. As far as the electrolytes, it will be like potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, chlorides, and all those minerals. Potassium out of all the electrolytes is the one that we need in a very large quantities. Why is that? Why do we need potassium in a large amount? I am talking 4,700 mg to 6,000 mg every single day and that is equivalent to 7 to 10+ cups of salad or vegetables every single day. Let’s go dig further into exactly to why we need potassium. There are something in the body called sodium-potassium pump. It is built in a little protein connected to an enzyme, it forms a whole enzyme in the surface of your cells and you will have between 8,000 to 30million of this little tiny pumps and they are little generators that generate electricity to allow things to go through the cell so it take a lot of energy, in fact the energy of 1/3 of your diet goes to running those pumps. You also have another pump in the stomach called the hydrogen potassium ATPas, it is basically another pump that is built with a potassium that allows you to create stomach acid to help you digest. This pumps are also in the muscles, nervous systems and the pumps in the nervous system used about 60% of your body’s chloric intake of energy. In other words, these pumps are really critically important in exchanging nutrition, glucose, amino acids and other minerals to allow them to transport in other cell. Potassium is essential for building the pumps to allow these functions right here, they charge the cell electrically, so your cells have a certain voltage to allow things to work and go in and out of the cell to create different energy. In fact your energy that you have that controls your metabolism is controlled partly by these little pump. So it charges the cell electrically, it gives you energy. It helps the muscle contracts and relax because it allows calcium to go into the cell as well. It controls the transport of calcium. DR. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. Are you having trouble getting a good night’s rest? We all do at times. With all the stress around us, it can be hard to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling rested. Stress and electromagnetic frequencies from cellphones, computers, and other electronics don’t help the case. Bright lights, and other things, can change our nervous system and sleep hormones, and lessen how much good sleep we get. When you don’t get enough sleep, you lose out on what your body can do to work properly. Your cognitive thinking skills get worse, your motor skills slow down, your energy drops, and you’re at more risk for diseases and health conditions like obesity, diabetes, and cancer. You’ll feel better, work better, and block disease by getting at least eight hours of sleep each night. The easiest thing to do is grab a sleeping pill, but is that a good idea? It may work for a little while, but it’s really harming your body’s health and natural abilities. Sleeping pills can come along with dizziness, constipation, stomach pain, a hard time paying attention, memory problems, and harm to the central nervous system. If you do not want the bad things that come with sleeping pills, what can you do? The answer is banana cinnamon tea. Using the soothing value of banana, the banana peel, and cinnamon is a great way to push insomnia and other sleeping disorders aside. Bananas are full of potassium and magnesium. Most people do not know that the banana peel has even more potassium and magnesium than the banana, and they just throw it away. Not anymore! With this simple recipe, you can get the help from the potassium and magnesium in the banana peel. Potassium and magnesium are helpful to the nervous system and are great for soothing the muscles. In fact, magnesium is the most important mineral to ease muscles and can lessen muscle cramps and other aches and pains. Cinnamon is great because it evens out blood sugar levels. When blood sugar levels are even, your hormones can work in a way that lets you sleep better. If your blood sugar levels are off, then you may have energy at night, or be tired during the day. Here’s the recipe: Ingredients: 1 organic banana (with peel) 1 small pot of water A sprinkle of cinnamon (if you’d like) Step 1: Cut off both ends of the banana (top and bottom) Step 2: Put the banana into a pot of boiling water. It’s even better if the water is spring water or filtered in some way. Boil it for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle some cinnamon in the water as well. If you’d like to add some stevia for sweetening, do so. Stevia helps to even out blood sugar levels, and will not raise blood sugar levels before bed. Step 3: Add more cinnamon if you’d like, and enjoy! Studies show that taking a NO supplement improves tolerance of both aerobic and anaerobic activity, especially among inactive individuals just beginning a workout regimen. 1. Nitric Oxide Lowers Blood Pressure According to the Center for Disease Control, roughly one in three American adults (75 million people) have hypertension. Too many adults simply aren’t moving their bodies enough and are eating all the wrong foods in excessively high quantities. One of the benefits of nitric oxide is its ability to keep blood pressure in the normal range. NO is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels and allows for more ample blood flow. Studies show that impaired NO bioactivity leads to arterial stiffness, leading to hypertension. Studies also show that a diet high in nitrate-rich foods promotes healthy blood pressure. 2. Nitric Oxide Boosts Stamina Increased blood flow means more oxygen circulating in your body. Naturally, this improves your endurance when engaging in aerobic activity. One study found that subjects that consumed nitrate-rich beet juice for 15 days saw an increase in output during bouts of intense cycling exercises. Furthermore, research from the University of Exetershowed that nitric oxide supplementation can enable subjects to exercise up to 20% longer. Subjects on average also increased their race time by 1% to 2%. This may make NO useful when getting through those brief but grueling bouts of sprints or HIIT workouts. 3. Nitric Oxide Aids In Correcting ED Are you having a hard time getting hard? That’s a near-lethal to your manhood, no doubt. One of the greatest nitric oxide benefits for men is its ability to produce healthy erections. This is because NO allows the chambers inside the phallus to fill with blood, allowing it to harden. Studies show that the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline, both known for elevating NO levels, are effective for this, as well as the ingredients in supplements like Redwood. 4. Nitric Oxide Improves Memory and Learning The brain requires blood flow the same way as every other org-n. A nitric oxide booster is mainly taken as a workout-enhancing supplement. However, it’s also good for your mind. NO synthesis actually begins in the brain and is especially abundant in the hypothalamus where most of the memory-related tasks take place. We won’t get into all the complicated science, but one way NO works in the brain is by suppressing potassium ion channels, or Kv3. Kv3 is believed to be responsible for reducing the length of the electrical signals between the synapse across neurons. Studies show that NO may improve the brain's computational ability and also be a valuable aid in the treatment of age-related degenerative diseases. 5. Nitric Oxide Promotes Heart Health Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in America. We mentioned earlier the benefits of nitric oxide for relieving hypertension. In the same vein, it also promotes a healthy heart by preventing atherosclerosis (plaque formation in the arteries). NO is also needed to keep the heart pumping. If the heart isn’t pumping at a healthy rate, this inhibits blood flow and NO to all other parts of the body. Studies have confirmed NO’s role as an important signaling molecule in the blood vessels and heart. 6. Nitric Oxide Promotes Fat Loss A study published in The Journal of Nutrition found that L-arginine supplementation reduced white fat gain. White fat is the visceral fat that manifests primarily in the belly in men and in the buttocks, and thighs in women. In this instance, nitric oxide increases the uptake of glucose in the muscles, thus allowing connective muscle tissue to burn more calories as energy. Another study revealed that NO may play an important anti-obesogenic role and increase fat oxidization in the liver and skeletal muscle. 7. Nitric Oxide Improves Digestion One of the lesser-known nitric oxide benefits is its ability to regulate gastric motility. It helps shuttle food along the digestive tract by promoting the movement of food from the stomach to the pyloric sphincter. Studies show NO mediates gastric blood flow and maintains the integrity of the mucus barrier. Other studies also suggest NO may heal stomach ulcers. In any case, don’t be surprised if you notice smoother movements and less constipation within weeks of taking a nitric oxide booster or consuming more nitric oxide foods.

How can I “unclog” and clean my arteries, naturally? I heard this can’t be done unless I have surgery or take really harmful drugs. You always seem to know a natural way to heal the body, anything for this?” Prevent & Unclog So the first thing we must do is PREVENT future plaque build up and then, we can work on removing the current buildup. Now, this can take 6-12 months or longer, depending on your current situation. However, at end of today’s video I’ll reveal a proven formula that can speed up this process. By the way, this is a very important topic because plaque buildup reduces blood flow and circulation, which can cause a heart attack or stroke obviously. However, it also causes things like - Headaches - Fatigue - impotence/erectile problems - numbness to your extremities (hands and feet) - high blood pressure - inflammation - and a host of other health problems. How To Prevent Future Buildup There’s no point in trying to clean your arteries, if you keep clogging it up daily. So, here are 3 simple tips in preventing future plaque build up… while at the same time, helps UNCLOG current plaque. 1 -- Eat a heart-healthy diet Diet can play a big role in improving your heart health and reducing your risk for a buildup of plaque. It’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked. Eliminate “unhealthy” and artificial sources of trans fats. Most artificial trans fats are found in processed, packaged foods like cookies and snack cakes. These have been heated and are hydrogenated. They are also high in omega 6 fats, which causes inflammation. Increase your fiber intake. Soluble fiber helps prevent and remove plaque buildup. You can find soluble fiber in foods like vegetables, lentils, beans, and oats. I would also add in fiber supplements as well, especially if you have a hard time getting it all from food. Cut back on sugar. The sugar found in processed foods like cookies, ice cream, and sugar-sweetened beverages has no nutritional value. Unfortunately, sugar is hidden in almost all “man-made” foods. They increase your blood sugar levels... Which when combined with the unhealthy fats, clogs your arteries. 2 -- Exercise First, we all need to move more. All we tend to do is sit all day long -- computer, phone, driving, eating, work, etc. The reason exercise is important is because it helps improve your youth hormones, which then helps your body naturally get rid of toxins - this includes plaque. And in my opinion, “resistance exercise” is more important than cardiovascular. This means lifting weights - which can be with free weights, machines, cables or simply your own bodyweight. And if you workout quickly, it will also give you a very strong cardiovascular workout at the same time. You only need 3x weekly and I would add in daily walking as well. 3 -- Take Specific Supplements Taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help improve blood flow and circulation, will give you the biggest and fastest improvements in preventing AND removing plaque buildup. ======================================== ========================================­ Thank you for watching.
