How to get rid of swollen legs feet and ankles fast naturally due to fluid retention and edema. Home remedies for swollen feet. Our body can eliminate the excess fluids on its own, through urine, or sweat. However, when its function is affected, the fluid starts accumulating in the tissues, and causes swelling. The swelling is most prominent in legs, feet, ankles, hands, and sometimes even in face. This is known as peripheral edema. There are two types of edema. pitting edema, and non-pitting edema. In pitting edema, an indentation is formed, when pressured is applied on the swollen area. This indentation will persist for sometime, even after the pressure is released. The causes for pitting edema are: Sitting for too long. Congestive heart failure. High intake of Sodium. Deficiency of Potassium and magnesium. Pregnancy. Medication side effects. Wearing tight socks, etc., In non-pitting edema, indentation is not formed when pressure is applied. Non-pitting edema is caused due to disorders in lymphatic system. Non-pitting edema is more serious, and difficult to treat, than pitting edema. Whatever might be the reasons for swelling and fluid retention, you must consult your doctor, immediately. However, there are some home remedies you could take, to reduce swelling in the body. 1. Drink water. Drinking less than the recommended amount of water, which is 6-8 glasses a day, can dehydrate your body, and is very dangerous to your health. In cases of dehydration, the body tries to rehydrate itself, by taking water from different tissues, which may lead to fluid retention and other serious health problems. 2. Reduce the intake of sodium. Sodium is present in almost any of the foods we eat every day, so it’s really hard to avoid. However, consuming too much of it can cause numerous health problems, including fluid retention. 3. Avoid processed foods. Processed foods are rich in sugar and sodium, which are among the main risk factors for fluid retention, and a variety of other diseases and conditions. You must avoid processed foods as much as possible. 4. Eat potassium, and magnesium rich foods. Potassium deficiency has been linked to fluid imbalance, as well as improperly functioning organs. Magnesium is very important for our health, and we need about 200 mg of it a day. In case of these deficiencies, the body will experience fluid retention. So make sure to eat nuts, seeds, whole grains, and avocado, in order to optimize the levels of the minerals in your body. 6. Eat Vitamin B6 rich food. Lack of this vitamin, is one of the main causes of fluid retention. Eat more tuna, pistachios, bananas, chicken, and sunflower seeds, in order to resolve the problem. 7. Exercise. In order to prevent fluid retention, exercise is key. Start being physically active today, in order to keep the levels of fluids in your body regulated, and keep everything functioning properly. Go for a walk, run, or swim, and aim for 30 minutes of exercise per day 3 times a week, or more, if you have the time. 8. Elevate your legs. While sleeping, or resting, elevate your legs with a pillow, to reduce the swelling in your ankles, and prevent accumulation of fluids in your joints. 9. Don't wear tight clothes. Wearing tight clothes can impair your circulation, and cause numerous problems. Also, don't wear socks which are too tight. If you follow these tips, you may steer clear of the condition and stay healthy. About HomeYog: HomeYog is here to help you live life to the fullest. See how to dramatically and naturally, improve your blood flow and circulation in 30 days or less: ►► http://DrSam.co/yt/LegCirculationExercises-BF =============================================== Best Exercises For Increasing Blood Flow & Circulation To Your Legs & Extremities =============================================== I completely understand because my mom has had similar legs pains, but no varicose veins. Actually, my dad has the varicose veins in the family. In today’s video, I’ll quickly discuss 3 best exercises for increasing blood flow and improving circulation to your legs and your entire body. You can do them anywhere and anytime, regardless of your age or fitness level. And it will not cost you anything! Primary Cause Of Heart Attacks & Strokes Poor blood flow and circulation is one of the primary causes of a heart attack or stroke. This is because it can lead to: -Hypertension and high blood pressure -Hardening and narrowing of your arteries -Higher cholesterol and plaque build up Warning Signs Some of what “warning signs” that you may have circulation problems include Frequent pain and cramping in your legs Tingling or numbness in your feet Tired, aching or weak legs and feet Slow-healing wounds Thickened toenails Varicose and “spider” veins Why Circulation Is So Important Now, improving circulation to your legs is very important because you have to pump the blood uphill to your heart… going against gravity! When you walk, your foot and leg muscles are contracting and relaxing and basically acting like a “second heart”, to continually pump blood back up through your legs and to your heart. Unfortunately, if you are sedentary for prolonged periods of time … like sitting for too long, on a long flight or bedridden… your “second heart” is inactive and blood can gather in your veins and around your ankles and this can lead to pain in the lower legs… and worst case scenario it can lead to a life-threatening blood clot. The good news is that by performing regular leg exercises, you can promote healthy blood flow from you legs to your heart and thus, help prevent blood clots and leg pain. Exercises Walking I think walking is one of the best exercises you can do and almost anyone can do it, any where, any time of the day and it doesn’t cost you anything. Ideally you would walk outside in fresh air if possible. First thing morning and/or late evening are good times but, whenever you can is a better than nothing. To start, all you need is about 15 minutes, 3x weekly. Ideally you would work up to daily walks of about 30 minutes. And if you have pain or trouble walking, even 3 minutes is a good start. Try your best to walk just a little bit every single day. Rebounder A rebounder is basically a mini trampoline. I like this because it is very low impact and super easy on your joints. It also helps clean your lymph nodes, which helps prevent many cancers and illnesses. I put mine in front of the TV while watching a favorite show and do it for about 10-20 minutes daily. You don’t need much at all. By the way, you’re not trying to jump high on it and try to touch the ceiling. You only need to go up a few inches. Just enough for your toes to be off the roubound. It’s just a light up and down motion. Again, almost anyone can do it, any time and anyplace. You can even travel with it. Body Weight Squats This last exercise is great for building and strengthening your entire lower body … From your ankles to your leg muscles and all the way to your lower back and stomach. You can simply use your own bodyweight and do sets of about 15-20 repetitions. Of course, if you’re first starting out, simply doing even 2-3 comfortable repetitions is a great start. Go down as far your comfortable and without pain. Over time, as you get stronger and more flexible, you can do more repetitions and go deeper. Ideally, you would do maybe 1 set of 15 or more repetition, 2-3x daily. Maybe in the morning, noon and night time. More often and throughout the day helps keep the blood flow regular and continuous. And if you don’t have good coordination, simply hold onto a wall or something sturdy as you squat down. Summary Poor blood flow is bad for your health, if affects your entire body. The best exercises for improved circulation, especially to your legs is: -Daily walking -Using a rebounder -Bodyweight squats Click here: ►http://drsam.co/yt/legcirculationexercises-bf ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. Insulin Resistance & Potassium: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1AOt... Dr. Berg talks about restless legs syndrome (RLS) and what to do about it. There are 2 main causes, one is a vitamin B1 deficiency due to lactic acidosis, and the second cause being a potassium deficiency. Dr. Berg then talks about insulin resistance and how this alone will keep your potassium from being absorbed. So the cause may be dietary but it may be an insulin problem. The other problem is stomach acid - if you do not have the acid in your stomach, you will not be able to absorb potassium from that alone. Potassium Citrate is a good remedy. How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. They might not sound very life threatening, but a blood clot that develops in the deep veins of your leg, if left untreated and unable to dissolve of its own volition, may detach and travel to your lungs, causing a pulmonary embolism (or PE). In most cases, a leg blood clot will form due to lengthy periods of travel, for example if you remain immobile in cramped spaces—such as an airplane or bus—with few opportunities to stretch your legs or get up and walk around. Here are ten signs that you may have a dangerous blood clot in your leg… FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK www.facebook.com/tabkhat twitter www.twitter.com/miamolosiva source: http://atrending.net/symptoms-signs-blood-clot-need.html http://www.activebeat.com/your-health/10-signs-you-may-have-a-blood-clot-in-your-leg/

http://bpgolow.com/Virginia-Sturm-30-Ways-Naturally-Lower-BP How to Lower Blood Pressure Fast with feet soaking, breathing and meditation. That's what this video is all about. They say high BP is a silent killer. But you can feel it when your BP is dangerously high. It's an unpleasant feeling. That something isn't quite right. That something is seriously off. Perhaps a slight headache, or a ringing in your ears? And you're mentally foggier, perhaps more anxious. You're breathing probably gets heavier. So it's not quite silent. It whispers to you. This feeling doesn't happen too often, but when it does, I pull out all the stops to bring my BP down. Feet soaking worked for me a few months ago. But one YouTube subscriber commented he tried it, and it failed. And it failed for me too when I tried it just recently. Use a larger volume of water to hold the temperature warm! That was my takeaway lesson. Also, focusing on the breath helps tremendously. Slow the breathing down and extend the outbreath. The outbreath is the vehicle for calming you down. I made this video so you have an option in knowing how to lower blood pressure fast and naturally.

Important facts about leg ulcers, what causes them, how they can be prevented and cured. http://theveincarecentre.co.uk/ 01935 873 951 https://www.facebook.com/theveincarecentre https://www.iwantgreatcare.org/doctors/dr-haroun-gajraj Leg ulcers are common -- approximately 2% of adults will have a leg ulcer at some stage in their lives. Literally thousands of people develop a leg ulcer each year in the United Kingdom and many of those get more leg ulcers as the years go by. Despite the misery they cause, leg ulcers remain a neglected problem. I am going to tell you the 7 essential facts should you know about leg ulcers. Number 1 -- What is an ulcer? The medical definition of an ulcer is a break in the epithelium of a body surface or lining. Many of us will be familiar with a mouth ulcer. This is a break in the cell lining the mouth. It can be caused by an injury such as biting the inside of the mouth by accident. Well if the skin breaks down anywhere on the body it is called an ulcer. If the ulcer is on the leg and has been present for more than 6 weeks it is called a chronic leg ulcer. Number 2- What causes a leg ulcer? Four out of 5 ulcers -- that's 80% - are caused by a problem with the leg vein pump and they are called venous ulcers. The leg vein pump is the mechanism by which blood flows out of the leg back to the heart. So problems with the deep veins such as obstruction from a deep vein thrombosis, superficial vein reflux or perforator vein problems can cause venous leg ulcers. The leg vein pump depends mainly on good ankle movement, good calf muscles and healthy leg veins. A minority of leg ulcers - about 15% - are caused by problems in the arteries that carry blood into the leg. About 95% of venous leg ulcers can be correctly identified by their appearance, by checking for pulses in the feet and by checking sensation. As most leg ulcers are venous -- that's what I am going to concentrate on. Number 3 -- Where on the leg do you get venous ulcers? Well venous leg ulcers appear on the lower part of the leg usually just about the ankle. Often, there are varicose veins or thread veins around the ulcer and the leg is usually swollen. The skin is often thickened and discoloured by varicose eczema which may actually develop many months or years before the ulcer as a warning sign that the vein circulation is not normal. Number 4 -- Who gets a venous ulcer? Well these ulcers affect people who have deep vein problems, usually from a past deep vein thrombosis (DVT), people who have superficial venous disease or those with ankle mobility problems. Leg ulcers are more common as we get older. Number 5 -- How do you treat venous ulcers? The aim of treatment is to get the ulcer healed as quickly as possible. This usually means graduated compression either with bandages or compression stockings. In most cases, antibiotics, creams and ointments are not necessary. Once the ulcer is healed it is very important to identify any problems with the superficial veins or perforator veins and that these are treated to reduce the risk of another ulcer. This means getting a full assessment with a duplex ultrasound scan. Number 6- Can you cure a leg ulcer? Well this is controversial. Some would say that if the problem is only in the superficial veins, the veins under the skin, or in the perforator veins that connect these superficial veins to the deep veins, then the ulcer can be cured. While there is good evidence that such treatment will greatly reduce the risks of getting another leg ulcer, if the skin has been very damaged and the ulcer has healed with a lot of scarring, this area of the leg may remain vulnerable and a trivial knock or injury might cause another skin breakdown even though the vein abnormality has been completely eradicated. Number 7 -- How can we avoid leg ulcers? Well there are 3 things I would suggest. Firstly, if you are unfortunate enough to suffer a deep vein thrombosis (DVT), it should be treated promptly to limit the damage to the deep veins. Unfortunately, damage to the deep veins cannot be reliably reversed by surgery. So, prompt treatment with anticoagulants -- blood thinning medication -- reduces the extent of the clot and the damage to the deep veins. Secondly, if you have had a DVT, you should consider wearing good quality medical grade compression socks -- some studies suggest that doing so may reduce the risk of leg ulcers after a big DVT. Thirdly, if you have superficial vein reflux have it treated early to reduce the chances of progression to varicose eczema which is itself a warning sign that the skin is damaged and liable to ulceration. Now I hope you have found this useful. Don't forget to subscribe to keep up to date with the latest on veins. Thank you for watching my video. When we are talking about increased pressure in the eye, we are talking about glaucoma. Headache will also be associated with the glaucoma. Numbness, tingling and burning sensation means there is some excitation on the nervous system. Then the diagnosis becomes more into an auto immune disease. Auto immune disease is the disease where our immune system is attacking us. In auto immune disease along with fatigue, skin discolouration it will also be associated with the eyes. In eyes there will be inflammation and glaucoma. The main problem is inflammation. Here our cells which should be actually attacking on bacteria is attacking us. Multiple sclerosis is one of the most common auto immune disease. There is no good treatment against auto immune disease. We can get the diagnosis by MRI or cerebrospinal fluid tap. The MRI will show certain areas of inflammation which we will relate well as plaques which can happen in the optic nerve, brain or in any of the areas. Then we will be able to target our medicines more towards that area. However, I would like to try and treat these conditions. If we can give back the person his own increased immune system. Most medicines in the conventional system will try to treat an auto immune disease by suppressing the immune system. Simple medications like steroids or non-steroidal anti inflammataories wherever we can cut the inflammation. However in the long run immune suppressant drugs don’t prove efficacy. To make an immune booster system we take one drop of the patient’s blood, make the patient’s own stem cells and healthy fetal DNA and give this back as sub cutaneous injection to the patient. This is a molecular based study and treatment. Along with the patient’s own stem cells we have a much wider area of treating the condition. It has been seen that there is an increase in the statistics of auto immune diseases. Usually a patient associated with an auto immune disease also has some food allergies. He will also be associated with a leaky gut. There will be diarrhoea, vomiting, some bouts in and out. They will also have muscle spasm, joint pains all related to some sort of food poisoning. That means its a food allergy. Most of the food allergies comes from nuts like peanuts, almonds etc. They can come from cereals like wheat maize, millet or legumes. There is something in the grains and legumes called lecitins. To find out this we need to take a blood analysis and stool analysis. In stool analysis we are searching for good bacteria. If the good bacteria is there this will prevent the leaky gut. That means if peanut allergy is there, to help us break down these peanuts we need these good bacteria. If the good bacteria is missing huge chains of the proteins is getting into the blood. This is causing allergic reactions. Diet, medications all of these mechanisms help us to improve our immune system. One of the most important thing is to have some probiotic in our diet. Indian diet is filled with yogurt and curd and this would be a good idea. Fruits are also very important. Increase them in your diet. Diet and exercise should be able to tackle a situation that most medicine is not able to.

7 causes of night sweats Waking up in the night hot and in a sweat is one of the most unpleasant feelings. These waves of intense heat can interrupt a good night's sleep and leave you feeling sluggish the next day. So understanding what could be causing your night sweats is the first step to treating them. Below we've listed some of the most common causes of night sweats. It's important to note, though, that your night sweats might be caused by the hot climate you're in, too many blankets or even a mattress that retains your body heat. If that's not the case, one of these seven causes might explain why you're experiencing night sweats. 1. Menopause Essentially, your night sweats could be night hot flashes. MedicineNet explains that women who are in the perimenopausal state often experience hot flashes, which can occur in the middle of the night, waking you in a hot sweat. 2. Medications Some medications might be causing you to wake up in a sweat. WebMD explains that certain antidepressants, psychiatric drugs and even aspirin can cause night sweats. Talk to your doctor about the medication you take to see if it could be causing your night-sweat symptoms. 3. Cancer Night sweats can be an early symptom of cancers like lymphoma. WebMD says other symptoms that usually accompany cancer-caused night sweats are unexplained weight loss and fever. 4. Infection MedicineNet says an infection like tuberculosis, an abscess, endocarditis (inflamed heart valves) or osteomyelitis (inflammation in the bones) can cause night sweats. Other serious infections, such as AIDS, can also cause night sweats. 5. Anxiety Stress and anxiety could be causing your body to sweat in the night. The Mayo Clinic says other symptoms of anxiety include nervousness, tension and sleep trouble. 6. Sleep disorders Destructive sleep apnea or another sleep disorder could be causing your night sweats. Other symptoms that can accompany destructive sleep disorder include waking abruptly to gasping or choking, daytime sleepiness and high blood pressure, among others. 7. Hypoglycemia Low blood sugar levels can cause sweating, according to MedicineNet. People with diabetes might experience night sweats due to hypoglycemia at night. __ Ascending the Vale Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

Why treat hypertension? Studies have shown that hypertension may shorten life by 20-30 years. Experts say that half of all heart attacks and two-thirds of strokes occur in people who have high blood pressure. Appropriate treatment can result in fewer and milder effects. When high blood pressure leads to hardening and blockage of arteries in the heart, heart attacks or severe pain can result. With hardening of the arteries, the heart may not be able to continue to pump adequately, and the lungs and other body tissues may become congested. When the body retains fluids, a person may feel out of breath and tired after engaging in the mild activity. When the arteries leading to the brain are clogged stroke, or brain damage can occur. High blood pressure can lead to hardening of the arteries in the legs and poor blood circulation. When poor circulation is combined with diabetes, infection and sores on the feet and legs can be more difficult to treat and heal. If You Do Have High Blood Pressure If you have high blood pressure, it will be important to control it along with your diabetes to safeguard your vital organs, especially your kidneys, heart, brain, and eyes. It is important for nondiabetics to treat hypertension, too, but it's even more important for diabetics because of the combined menace the diseases present. Your health care team will explain the significance of weight loss, if you are a little heavy, salt and cholesterol limitation in your diet, and exercise for cardiovascular fitness in fighting high blood pressure along with diabetes. If you smoke, you will be advised to stop. If these methods do not bring your high blood pressure under control, you will be advised to follow a program of drug therapy under your physician's careful supervision.

Tingling in the hands and feet seems trivial but it may be an important warning symptom of peripheral neuropathy and diabetes. http://www.theveincarecentre.co.uk/contact Tingling or numbness affecting your feet may seem like a trivial symptom of no real importance. However, in this video, I will explain why this symptom may be very important with regard to your health in general and why you should not ignore it. Tingling hands, feet, or both is an extremely common and bothersome symptom. Such tingling can sometimes be entirely innocent and temporary. For example, it could result from pressure on nerves when your arm is bent under your head as you fall asleep. Or it could be from pressure on nerves when you cross your legs too long. In either case, the "pins and needles" effect -- which is usually painless -- is soon relieved by removing the pressure that caused it. In many cases, however, tingling in the hands, feet, or both can be severe, occurring at irregular times or continuously day and night. It also can accompany other symptoms. such as pain, itching, numbness, and muscle wasting. In such cases, tingling may be a sign of nerve damage. Such nerve damage is known by doctors as peripheral neuropathy because it affects nerves distant from the brain and spinal cord, often in the hands and feet. There are more than 100 different types of peripheral neuropathy. Over time, peripheral neuropathy can worsen, resulting in decreased mobility and even disability. Diabetes is one of the most common causes of peripheral neuropathy, accounting for about a third of cases. In diabetic neuropathy, tingling and other symptoms often first develop in both feet and go up the legs, followed by tingling and other symptoms that affect both hands and go up the arms. About two-thirds of people with diabetes have mild to severe forms of nerve damage. In many cases, these symptoms are the first signs of diabetes. So here is the main point I want to make, tingling and numbness in the feet may be the first signs that you have a serious peripheral neuropathy and that you may have diabetes. Diabetes puts you at risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, blindness and a long list of other serious complications. So that tingling you have could be your only warning sign of a serious complication developing elsewhere in your body. Don’t ignore this symptom and please get a check up.

Blood thinner medicines prevent blood clots from forming. Also, they keep existing blood clots from getting larger. Blood clots can stop the flow of blood to the lungs, heart, or brain which may lead to stroke or a heart attack. However, blood thinner medicines have some side effects such as - bleeding gums, nosebleeds, vaginal bleeding, heavier than normal menstrual, coughing up blood, brown or pink urine, vomiting blood, and black or red stools. Also, because these medicines work by interfering with the blood's ability to coagulate, you may also have trouble stopping the blood flow if you sustain even a minor injury. Luckily, there are a few natural blood thinners you can have in your diet to prevent blood clots, such as: #1 Turmeric - it comes from the Curcuma longa plant, that grows in India and other Southeast Asian countries. Curcumin, the main component of turmeric, has a variety of health benefits, including being a natural blood thinner. Moreover, turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, a natural immune modulator, and is increasingly being acknowledged as a potent cancer preventive and cancer fighter. #2 Bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapple, is a natural blood thinner, as it can help lower the excessive adhesiveness of blood platelets. In addition, it promotes a healthy complexion and hair, overall lower weight, and increased energy. #3 Garlic - it has a mild inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation (one of the first stages in blood clot formation), according to a 2001 study issued in "JAMA Internal Medicine." Some individuals also use garlic for the prevention of prostate cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, and rectal cancer. #4 Ginger - it is packed with salicylates, natural chemicals which help protect plants from disease and insect damage. Salicylates are also a major ingredient in aspirin and other pain-relieving medications. Foods containing salicylates are effective blood thinners since salicylates block vitamin K in the human body, hence, thinning the blood. #5 Ginkgo biloba, also known as gingko or ginkgo, has a compound called - Ginkgolide B which is known to reduce coagulation and increase blood flow to the brain and enhance memory. #6 Foods High In Vitamin E - vitamin E helps to prevent blood platelets from sticking together and causing clots. Vitamin E rich foods include - mustard greens, broccoli, blackberries, Swiss chard, almonds, sunflower seeds, spinach, collard greens, avocados, kale, kiwi, red bell peppers, mangoes, papaya, olives, apples, mamey sapote, and cranberries. #7 Foods High In Omega-3 Fatty Acids - omega-3 also decreases platelet aggregation, therefore, it acts as a natural blood thinner and lowers the chance of the formation of blood clots. The best source of omega-3 fatty acids is flax seeds. Other sources include - chia seeds, pinto beans, kale, red kidney beans, navy beans, pistachios, macadamia nuts, soybeans, mung beans, rice bran, walnuts, sesame seeds, and pecans. #8 Cayenne Pepper - it is a fast-acting natural blood thinner which in large quantities has the effect of a clot buster. Moreover, cayenne pepper has been used for heart attack recovery and relief from angina. It also helps increase the amount of heat the body produces, making it burn more calories for a few hours after consumption. #9 Cinnamon - it contains coumarin, a chemical which acts as a strong anticoagulant. Coumarin also has been used as both a food additive and as an ingredient in perfume due to its aromatic and sweet odor. #10 Tomatoes - they contain carotenoids, like - lycopene and lutein - which can protect the eye against light-induced damage. Also, lycopene inhibits platelet aggregation, thus, reducing the chance of blood clots. Tomatoes are also a good source of vitamin C, that can help combat the formation of free radicals. Notes - Staying hydrated can help thin your blood and sustain your cardiovascular system to function properly. It is recommended to drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. For example, if you weigh 200 lbs., drink 100 ounces of water per day, which is 3 - 4 quarts a day or one gallon. Moderate daily physical exercise will also help thin the blood. Thank you. http://curehighbloodpressure.aedvz.com ◄◄ VISIT MY WEBSITE. HERE YOU WILL FIND THE MOST POWERFUL NATURAL TREATMENT THAT EXISTS TO REDUCE HIGH PRESSURE!!! THE ABCS OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - INFORMATION ON A DISEASE YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND Hi. And welcome once again to cure high blood pressure. This time we will see Information You Need to Understand About High Blood Pressure. It's amazing that a disease that affects so many people is so misunderstood by most. Everybody knows that high blood pressure is a bad thing to have but they probably know more about restless leg syndrome (thanks to T.V.) than they do about this silent killer. Let's start with the basics. What Is Blood Pressure?. Our bodies are "fed" nutrients and oxygen by our blood vessels. Arteries are the super highways for blood distribution branching off to surface streets called veins which ultimately pull into individual cell driveways called capillaries. This system of blood vessels is essential for life. When our heart pumps blood it encounters a certain amount of resistance from the blood vessels and this is what we call blood pressure. Blood pressure can be measured using a blood pressure cuff which determines the systolic pressure, when the heart contracts and pumps, and the diastolic pressure, when the heart relaxes. The amount of pressure that exists is measured by the blood pressure cuff as millimeters of Mercury or mmMg. A normal ready is 120 systolic and 80 diastolic. What Is High Blood Pressure?. Our blood vessels are designed to be flexible so they can expand to accommodate those times when we need more blood faster. For example, when we run our muscles, lungs, and other organs need more oxygen as we are burning it up faster than normal. The heart will beat faster to accommodate this need and a greater volume of blood will pass through the vessels. If those vessels have lost some or all of their flexibility because they have hardened, or if the interior of the vessel has material clogging the vessel and decreasing the diameter, the heart will have more resistance and will pump harder creating higher pressure. This additional pressure can cause a vessel to rupture. When this happens in the brain it causes a stroke. When it happens in the eye it causes blindness. When it happens in the kidney it can cause kidney failure. What Causes High Blood Pressure? No one knows for sure what the root cause of this disease is but everyone agrees on three contributing factors: " Diets heavy in salt, fats and low in potassium. " Sedentary Lifestyle. " Stress. What Cures High Blood Pressure?. First of all, drugs do not cure HBP; they treat the symptoms, sometimes with disastrous results. The only way to cure HBP or avoid it is by adjusting the three contributing factors. Eating right, getting exercise and managing stress will prevent the onset of the disease in 90% of the population. Those that already have the disease will see a tremedous benefit if they can make the adjustments to their lifestyle. Particularly those on medication. Simple changes in diet can greatly improve HBP and at some point the medications, and their side effects, wil no longer be required. We all know that there are no miracles when it comes to eliminating varicose veins. However, through good nutrition and exercise, we can reduce its incidence and avoid deep vein thrombosis (otherwise known as a blood clot). If your varicose veins are at a very advanced stage, be sure to speak with your doctor immediately so that he can help you find the appropriate treatment for them. But if they don’t yet require a doctor’s care, you should really know that this beet and parsley drink can be useful, whether you have simple superficial varicose veins or the deep ones. Its benefits are exceptional and very specific: it helps improve the circulation in the legs, as well as the health of the veins. Varicose veins tend to occur because of a combination of genetics and lifestyle. However, there are many ways to prevent them or at least fight against them. For example, if your mother suffers or has suffered from varicose veins, you need to consider this so you can either keep them from cropping up or getting worse. Something as simple as avoiding a sedentary lifestyle and maintaining a diet rich in antioxidants, water, fresh fruits, and vegetables can help tremendously. Among all these foods that you can consume in your everyday diet, there are two that you can’t leave out: beets and parsley. Not only will you see quick, overall health benefits through this natural drink, it’s very effective in fighting varicose veins. Beets take care of our blood vessels. If your legs have been feeling really heavy for several days, or if they are always tired and swollen, don’t hesitate to try this beet and parsley juice. Because beet juice is rich in nitrates, it improves your circulation. Natural beet juice is rich in nitrates, which open the blood vessels thanks to nitric oxide. This nitric oxide lets oxygen flow freely and lowers blood pressure. In addition, this colorful root contains betaine, a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties that also has anti-fungal properties and works to detoxify the body. The beet helps take care of the liver, giving priority to basic processes like the purification of the blood and the synthesis of certain hormones. Also, don’t forget that the magnesium present in its pulp will greatly facilitate the correct blood circulation. Parsley leaves contain two very powerful elements to reduce and treat our varicose veins: luteolin and vitamin C. These two components act as great anti-inflammatory agents that, consumed regularly, will reduce the possibility of thrombosis, as well as alleviate the swelling and weight of the legs. Parsley contains a large "arsenal" of antioxidants capable of purifying our body and maintaining blood circulation. Parsley is rich in potassium, a mineral essential for regulating blood pressure and fighting hypertension. Ingredients - 1 beet - 1 tablespoon of parsley (5 g) - 1 glass of water (200 ml) - The juice of ½ lemon Preparation Choose a medium, not overripe beet. The best way to benefit from its properties is to consume it fresh. You only have to wash it well, peel it and cut it into 4 pieces to make the process easier. Then, thoroughly wash the parsley leaves. Although they have a very strong flavor, it is worth it to include them in this natural drink to reduce the incidence of varicose veins. In the blender, just add the water, the lemon juice, the parsley and the beet. Blend well until you get a smooth drink. We recommend drinking this juice in the mornings, about three times a week. That way, our circulation and endurance will be improved, and we’ll start the day with more energy. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. Swelling in legs is a very common symptom of pregnancy. When you become pregnant, you have extra amount of water in your body. From five liters of non-pregnant levels, the blood increases to about six and a half liters in pregnancy. . Because of gravity, the extra water goes in to your legs and it manifests as swelling.. At the end of the day, you can dip your feet in warm water and add a bit of salt to it. When you are sitting in office or at home, you can keep a stool or a dust bin in front of your leg, keep your leg up. At night you can keep a pillow beneath your ankles. . All this will help you put the water in your legs back in circulation so that the swelling will decrease.. The blood pressure monitoring is done every antenatal visit, if you blood pressure is not high, you need not get worried about your swelling in legs at all..

Peripheral neuropathy is basically when you have damage to your peripheral nerves from either a trauma or disease. This can cause your hands and/or feet become numb and tingly. I'll focus on the feet/legs for this video. See Doctor Jo’s blog post about this at: http://www.askdoctorjo.com/peripheral-neuropathy-feet-legs Peripheral neuropathy can be caused from diabetes, medications, or even chemotherapy, as well as many other things. Having good flexibility and strength in these areas will help. The first stretch will be a calf stretch. Sit on the ground with your legs straight out in front of you. You can bend the leg you are not stretching towards you. Put a belt, towel, or dog leash around the ball of your foot. Keep your back and knee straight, and relax your ankle. Pull your foot towards you with the strap until you feel a stretch. Hold this for 30 seconds, and do it three times on each side. Next are ankle pumps. With your legs straight out in front of you, place a roll just under your ankle so your heel can move freely. Trying to keep your leg straight and moving only at your ankle, pull your foot up towards you, and then push it down like you are pushing on a peddle. Then you will do ankle circles. Again, try not to move your whole leg. Keep the movement at the ankle. Do ten one direction, and then reverse it and do ten the other direction. Now you will do a simple straight leg raise (SLR). You want to squeeze your muscles tight to lock out the knee and pull your toes towards your head to keep the whole leg straight. This will work your hip flexor muscles when you lift your leg off the ground. Use slow controlled movements to make sure you are using the muscles and not momentum. Start off with ten, and work your way up. Then, you are going to lie on your side. The top leg is going to stay straight and pull your toes up towards you. Keep your body in a straight line as well. This is going to work your hip abductor muscles. Then you are going to work the bottom leg working your hip adductor muscles. Same as above, keep the leg straight. Start with ten of each of these, and do both sides. In standing, you will do a heel/toe raise off the ground. Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, come up on your toes as high as you can. Try not to lean forward, but bring your body straight up and slowly come back down. Push off as much as you can so your heel leaves the ground. Then lift your toes off the ground, alternating back and forth. Start off with ten and work your way up to 20-25. The last exercise will be a balance series. Stand on one foot, but hold onto something sturdy. Try to balance for 30 seconds to a minute. When that becomes easy, just use one finger one each side. Then just one finger for balance, and finally try balancing without holding on at all. Hypertension relates to rush of blood pressure in the arteries. Constant high blood pressure can lead to life-threatening complications like: • Heart attack • Stroke • Kidney failure • Eye damage • Arteriosclerosis, etc. Normally, systolic and diastolic blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm/Hg. However, when it shoots up to 149 mm/Hg and 90 mm/Hg or more, then it is referred to as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract. Diastolic reading refers to the pressure exerted on the artery walls between heartbeats as the heart relaxes. The most common symptoms of this condition are: • Severe headache • Shortness of breath • Nausea • Dizziness • Nosebleed • Palpitation However, many people do not experience the symptoms even when the blood pressure readings are alarmingly high. Hypertension cannot be attributed to one single factor. It can be caused by a combination of factors such as: • Smoking • Alcoholism • High-salt diet • Lack of exercise • Stress • Obesity • Genetics • Increasing age • Chronic kidney disease • Pregnancy • Adrenal diseases • Certain medications, antidepressants, decongestants, oral contraceptives, etc. But don't lose heart. To keep the 'silent killer' at bay, some simple home remedies can be of use to you: Home Remedy 1 • Take a cup of warm water. • Squeeze half a lemon in it. To reduce sourness, you can add honey. • Mix it well. • Drink this on empty stomach, regularly. Home Remedy 2 • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). • Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening. • If you do not have poppy seeds, just add ground watermelon seeds in warm water and steep for half an hour. Strain the solution and drink it. Home Remedy 3 • Have 1-2 crushed garlic cloves daily. • If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Tips • Include watermelons and bananas in your diet. • Coconut water is also good for high blood pressure and nausea. • Have oats. • Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. • Reduce salt intake. To avoid salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices, even lemon.

Legs seem to have a mind of their own. Who hasn’t been ready to slip off to dream world when suddenly your legs begin to contract and cramp? Strangely, they don’t seem to cramp during the day. These nocturnal cramps are common and can prevent a good night’s sleep. They can also generate pain in the feet, calves and thighs. Cramps last anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. Occasionally, they last for days. In today’s video, we’ll explore ways to prevent leg cramps. The 3 major causes of leg cramps are: - Lack of exercise - Dehydration - Poor blood flow Let’s look at a few ways to prevent leg cramps: Magnesium deficiency Magnesium is an all-purpose mineral and works wonders in alleviating leg cramps. To add magnesium to your diet, eat plenty of dark leafy greens, bananas and dates. Other magnesium-rich foods include pumpkin seeds, yogurt, and dark chocolate. Another way to add magnesium is to use its oil form. Simply massage on your legs before turning in for the night. Make Your Own Magnesium Oil Ingredients ½ cup Magnesium Chloride Flakes; ½ cup distilled water; Directions Pour water into a pan and bring to a boil; Add magnesium flakes; Stir continuously until they are dissolved; Remove from heat and cool; Pour mixture into a spray bottle; Apply 5 – 10 sprays to each leg one hour prior to bedtime. Get Your Daily Dose of Vitamin D If you are eating healthy and drinking enough water and still have leg cramps, you may have a Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is what prompts the body to properly absorb calcium. Without enough vitamin D, the calcium isn’t able to balance fluids in your body. One source of vitamin D is exposure to the sun. Another way is to eat seafood. Still one more way is to simply take a supplement. Stretching Exercises Performing a few slow and easy stretches can stimulate blood flow, which will then transport oxygen and vital nutrients throughout your muscles and body. Here’s an easy stretch: Find a small ledge/incline (think – vehicle gas pedal); Rest the ball of your foot on it and allow your heel to touch the floor; Slowly shift your weight forward (pressing the pedal); Hold this position for 2 seconds; Return to starting position and rest for 10 seconds; Repeat 6-8 times on each foot. This exercise should allow you to feel a good stretch. It can stretch calves, which is where most cramps originate. A note of caution; keep the incline low. Perhaps just stack one book on top of another. Otherwise, you will put too much pressure on your calves. Need Instant Relief from Cramps? Try this simple exercise: First, extend your cramped leg straight out in front of you and flex your ankles Point toes up, toward your knee Grab your toes for a good stretch Stand up straight and take a few slow steps to increase blood flow Massage your calves with your fingers, in a circular motion. Electrolyte Imbalance If you aren’t drinking enough water, you may have an electrolyte imbalance. Here’s an easy recipe to make your own effective electrolyte beverage. Ingredients 1 quart of water; 6 tsps sugar (or ¼ cup organic honey); ¼ to ½ tsp unionized sea salt; Juice from one lemon; 2 limes; Add a few cubes of ice and enjoy this drink daily. Click here to get 3 Easy Exercises Drop Blood Pressure Program https://bit.ly/2yrqIss =============================================== Lower Blood Pressure Naturally - 8 Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure Most people with high blood pressure will not experience any symptoms. It is often known as the "silent killer" for this reason. However, once blood pressure reaches about 180/110 mmHg, it is considered a medical emergency known as a hypertensive crisis. At this stage, symptoms will show. 1.Headache. Headaches are a sign of high blood pressure. Be conscious of how frequently you have migraines, too. Malignant hypertension is exceedingly high blood pressure that creates a force in the cranium, the part of the skull that surrounds the brain. As the blood pressure increases to dangerous levels, pain builds up in the head, often causing migraines or severe headaches. 2. Nausea. When blood pressure increases, the heart pumps out less blood, and as such, your organs may receive less oxygenated blood. A lack of oxygenated blood to the brain causes uneasiness and nausea. If you have nausea for no other reason you can identify, you may have hypertension. 3. Brain Fog. As you age, you may believe that slower brain function is normal, but it can also be a sign of high blood pressure. Some people completely lose interest in carrying out daily activities. Don’t ignore this symptom; consult your doctor right away. 4. dizziness. People with hypertension usually experience dizziness. A lack of oxygen to the brain sometimes causes you to feel off balance. While dizziness can be a side effect of some blood pressure medications, high blood pressure does not cause dizziness directly. Sudden dizziness, loss of balance or coordination, and trouble walking are all warning signs of a stroke, and high blood pressure is a leading risk factor. 5. blurred or double vision. High blood pressure can cause parts of your brain to swell, which leads to blurred vision. The part of the brain directly connected to the nerves of the eyes expands — this connection is especially sensitive to heightening hypertension. More the inflammation in the brain worsens, the optic nerve may also swell, which will cause vision impairment, as well. 6. Nosebleeds. Hypertension can cause nosebleeds. If the nose occasionally starts to bleed and it worsens, it may be a sign of hypertension. If you start noticing your nose bleeds more frequently, have your blood pressure checked; more than one nosebleed a week might be a sign of hypertension, occurring because the increased blood flow harms the tiny blood vessels in your nose. 7. Swollen Feet. Pulmonary arterial hypertension or PAH is an extreme byproduct of high blood pressure. The swelling of your feet, legs, and ankles could be the result of your kidneys malfunctioning. Fluid retention is more likely the longer you have PAH. Swollen feet can also be a sign of heart disease. Seek medical attention if you have this symptom of high blood pressure. 8. Breathlessness. Difficulty breathing is an indicator of high blood pressure. hen heart chambers thicken, there is not as much space for the blood, which pumps out to the rest of the body. If easy tasks suddenly leave you short of breath, take this as a warning and immediately seek medical hypertension treatment as you may have intracranial hypertension. How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets: ►► http://drsam.co/yt/BloodFlowSolution =============================================== What Causes Poor Blood Flow & Circulation =============================================== Today’s question is from Mrs Wilson and she asks, “What really causes poor circulation?” What’s important to know is that poor circulation isn’t a “condition” itself. It’s the result of OTHER health issues. Poor blood flow and circulation is one of the primary causes of a heart attack or stroke. This is because it can lead to Hypertension and high blood pressure Hardening and narrowing of your arteries Higher cholesterol and plaque build up The good news is that this can be reversed and avoided naturally, without prescription medications, crazy diets or exercise. And I’ll reveal to you how in a minute… Because this is exactly the problem my dad has had for many years. In fact, he had a stroke a few years ago and why I’m making this video… To help you avoid the mistakes, pain and suffering that we had to go through. But let’s first talk about... Warning Signs Some of what “warning signs” that you may have circulation problems include2 Frequent pain and cramping in your legs Tingling or numbness in your hands and/or feet Tired, aching or weak legs and feet Slow-healing wounds Thickened toenails Varicose and “spider” veins Cold hands Causes of Poor Circulation There are several different causes of poor circulation1, but here are the top 5: Peripheral artery disease Peripheral artery disease (PAD) can lead to poor circulation in your legs and it generally affects people over the age of 50. PAD is a circulatory condition that causes narrowing of your blood vessels and arteries. Which eventually decreases blood flow to your extremities and can result in pain… but more importantly can cause a heart attack or stroke. Blood clots Blood clots block the flow of blood, either partially or entirely. They can develop almost anywhere in your body… but a blood clot that develops in your arms or legs can lead to circulation problems. Varicose veins Varicose veins are enlarged veins caused by valve failure. They’re most often found on your legs. These damaged veins can’t move blood as efficiently as other veins, so poor circulation can become a problem. Your genes largely determine whether or not you’ll develop varicose veins. Secondary is a change in your hormones due to aging. This is why women are more likely to develop them, especially after menopause… As are people who are overweight or obese. Diabetes You may think diabetes only affects your blood sugar… but it can also cause poor circulation throughout your body. People with advanced diabetes may have difficulty detecting the signs of poor circulation. This is because diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by prolonged exposure to high blood sugar 3) … can cause reduced sensation in your extremities and feel similar to poor circulation. People with diabetes are also at an increased risk for Atherosclerosis high blood pressure heart disease. Obesity Of course, carrying around extra pounds puts a burden on your body. If you’re overweight, sitting or standing for hours, will eventually lead to circulation problems. Being overweight also puts you at an increased risk for many other causes of poor circulation... including diabetes, varicose veins and blood vessel problems. See Part 3: ►► http://drsam.co/yt/SeePart3 Or see my recommended solution for better blood flow: http://drsam.co/yt/BetterBF =============================================== Causes & Natural Solutions For Improving Blood Flow & Circulation - PART 2 =============================================== In my previous video, Martha, a subscriber... wanted to know how to improve blood flow to her legs and feet because she was having numbness and tingly sensations. Sometimes her hands and feet were cold and clammy. Other times she had restless legs or pain and heat - especially at night. Today I’m going to continue about this important topic because when you have poor blood flow and circulation, you’re in danger of suffering from numerous health problems and disease, such as: Heart Disease – stroke or heart attack, blood clots High Blood Pressure and kidney damage Diabetes – numbness in your extremities (hands and feet), amputation Mental & Memory – slow thinking, poor memory, Alzheimer’s, depression Muscle Loss – lack of nutrients to the muscles, weakness, fatigue as you get older Sexual Problems – erectile dysfunction affects most men over the age of 40 Accelerated Aging – skin, hair, poor eyesight, varicose veins, etc. Poor Sleep, insomnia, sleep apnea, etc. All of this is because your blood carries oxygen and nutrients to every organ and cell in your body. When there are restrictions, such as the narrowing of the arteries, plaque build-up, thick blood, and so forth… your body is not functioning optimally and nutrients aren’t being delivered to your cells, muscles, heart or brain. The Cause As stated in the previous video, aging makes blood flow worse and this is because of the negative changes in your hormones and neurotransmitters, due to aging. However, additional causes of poor blood flow and circulation7, which exacerbates this situation are Smoking Diabetes Obesity Poor diet Very little or improper exercise Stress Management Not enough sleep or rest Lack of key nutrients, vitamins and minerals The good news is that all of these causes are fixable and are under YOUR control. And that’s what I’m going to quickly discuss next… All Natural Solutions So there are lots of natural ways you can improve poor blood flow and circulation. You don’t have to take harmful drugs like Plavix or Coumadin or even Aspirin. Stop Smoking I think by now everyone knows how bad smoking is because it increases cholesterol, hardens the arteries and causes blood vessels to constrict. So if you smoke, make a decision and commit to STOPPING once and for all! Exercise Exercising daily is vital. Cardiovascular “aerobic” exercise is very important – jogging, running, swimming, biking are all great. Of course, daily brisk walking can be done by anyone, so you have no excuse not to get outside and take a 20-30 min walk daily or at least 3x weekly. But most people don’t know or realize that “anaerobic” muscle-building exercise, is just as important and maybe even MORE important than anaerobic. The more muscle you have, the better your blood flow, the bigger your arteries, the more flexible your blood vessels… Which all translates into greatly improve circulation from head to toe. Additionally, “resistance exercise” improves your hormones. And you don’t need much. Just 20-30 minutes, 2-3x weekly using cables or dumbbells at home is great. Even your own body weight is a fantastic start. Diet So the first thing to do is reduce or eliminate animal protein and animal fat. You should also reduce your sugar intake because high insulin levels corrodes your arteries and blood vessels. You should focus on eating more natural whole grains, sweet potatoes, fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish and nuts. And don’t forget the water… You should also eliminate all caffeine beverages because caffeine constricts your blood vessels and also increases the stress hormone, cortisol. Stress Management Speaking of the stress hormone, Cortisol … Even though we can’t stop or eliminate stress, you can certainly learn to manage how you REACT to stress, which is very important. This is because when you’re under heavy emotional stress, your adrenal glands secret lots of different hormones, which end up causing constriction of the blood vessels, arteries and so forth … causing anxiety and panic attacks. And if you’re not in the best of shape, this can easily lead to a heart attack or stroke. ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. Please watch: "6 Reasons You Should Stop Eating Red Meat." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHjsdYgIi8M --~-- Major Side Effects Of Abortion And Related Care Tips Side effects and complications After Abortion. Abortions are common in the United States, with an average of 3 out of 10 women in the United States having an abortion by age 45. Whether you undergo a surgical abortion or take the abortion pill, it’s important to take care of yourself following the procedure. However, many women will experience some side effects, after an abortion including abdominal cramps, light vaginal bleeding, nausea and vomiting, sore breasts and fatigue. While both medical and surgical abortions are generally considered to be safe, but they can sometimes result in serious complications. One of the most common complications is infection. This can be caused by incomplete abortion or exposure to bacteria vaginally, such as by having sex too soon. You can reduce the risk of infection by waiting to have sex and using pads instead of tampons. Symptoms of infections include strong-smelling vaginal discharge, fever, and severe pelvic pain. Untreated infections can result in pelvic inflammatory disease, so call your doctor for treatment as soon as you notice symptoms. Other potential complications that a woman may experience from or after an abortion include; #1. Incomplete or failed abortion, in which the fetus is still viable or was not fully evacuated from the womb. This can cause serious medical complications. #2. Uterine perforation, which has symptoms of severe abdominal pain, bleeding, and fever. #3. Septic shock, which has symptoms that include fever, chills, abdominal pain, and low blood pressure. Some symptoms can indicate an emergency complication stemming from your abortion. If you experience any of these symptoms, seek emergency medical care: fever, excessively heavy bleeding (as discussed above), strong-smelling vaginal discharge, chills, and severe abdominal pain. Care Tips after Abortion. To reduce side effects and increase your comfort after an abortion, you can: #1. Use heating pads, which can ease cramps. #2. Stay hydrated, especially if you’re experiencing vomiting or diarrhea. #3. Have a support system in place, as some women experience emotional changes from the drastic hormone shift. #4. If possible, plan on staying in for a day or two, so that you can rest and recover in the comfort of your own home. #5. Take medication like ibuprofen to lessen cramps and pain. #6. Massage your abdomen at the site of the cramps. #7. Wear a tight-fitting bra to relieve breast tenderness. If your body's pH is highly acidic most of the time, you can increase your risk for a variety of diseases. A pH balance of 0 to 6 is acid, a pH balance of 7 is neutral, and a pH balance of 8 to 14 is alkaline. If you have been eating a lot of acidic foods, you can adjust the balance by learning how to correct high acid pH with high alkali foods. Monitor your stress level If you made dietary changes and included less acidic foods in your diet and still notice a high acid pH balance, stress could be the culprit. Utilize stress reduction techniques to help reduce acidity. Change your diet Acidic foods may include meat (animal protein), dairy, white rice, wheat and white flour, including pasta. Amaranth, millet, and quinoa are good grains. All meats are acidic though beef, pork and shellfish are the worst. Soy milk is alkaline, green tea and tisanes are alkaline, but black tea and alcohol are acidic. Raw spinach is great, but cooked spinach not so much (though it’s not the worst). Check your medications as certain medications can cause your pH balance to be acidic If you are not sure, speak to your doctor. If the medication is necessary and you cannot avoid it, you may help combat the acidic pH by eating alkaline foods. Use a pH testing strip to test your pH balance. You can either test your urine or saliva. Test 60 minutes before eating a meal and 2 hours after eating. This will give you the best range of pH. Test twice a week. Monitor your alcohol consumption If you have problems with stomach acid, you may need to reduce or even stop drinking alcohol. The biggest culprits are beverages with a low ethanol concentration 5%, such as beer and wine. Fermented alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, champagne, sherry, etc.) are considered powerful stimulators of stomach acid production. No direct link has been discovered between alcohol and stomach ulcers, but people who have ulcers are also more likely to have cirrhosis of the liver, a condition often caused by heavy alcohol consumption. http://karmavision.tv/video/452/peripheral_artery_disease.html Seventy-year old Steve Johnson is getting his blood pressure checked, not just on his arms, but he's having his leg pressure checked as well because he suffers from what is known as P.A.D. EMILE R. MOHLER, M.D., director, Vascular Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System: "P.A.D. is a narrowing artery in the leg that can cause not only trouble with walking-muscle pain, discomfort -- but can also double the risk of heart attack or stroke." The symptoms for P.A.D. can be different for everybody. From heavy or tired legs after exercising, to no symptoms at all. But for Mr. Johnson it was his leg pain that was too painful to ignore. STEVE JOHNSON, 70-year-old, Peripheral Artery Disease sufferer: "I would walk a block and I would get pains in my calves. Both legs, left and right, and that was one of the first symptoms and if I continued walking the pain would get greater." P.A.D. is detected by taking the blood pressure of the legs and arms. EMILE R. MOHLER, M.D., director, Vascular Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System: "The arm and leg pressure should be equal if you have a decrease in the leg pressure you have a blockage in the leg which indicates you have P.A.D." To help raise awareness, the P.A.D. coalition has launched a campaign featuring Phylicia Rashad — who has lost several family members to the disease. PHYLICIA RASHAD, actor: "I want everyone to be aware of it. Testing for P.A.D. will become a regular part of a routine visit to your doctor. Just like taking your blood pressure is a regular part of that visit." Risk factors include those over age 50 with a history of diabetes or smoking. High cholesterol or high blood pressure, and anyone over age 70.

Learn how to recognize Deep vein and Superficial vein thrombosis and what to expect.BLOOD CLOTS -- HOW TO RECOGNIZE 1)Superficial-reddness, mild burning if along the Saphenous vein. Other surface veins may have a visible or palpable lump usually feels like a hard cord or pencil under the skin. Could continue into a DVT You can expect to be put on coumadin and will have only minor impairment if at all. It can be deceptively symptom free until the entire Saphenous vein becomes like a cord most of the way from your thigh down to the ankle. You most likely will not experience any leg swelling but you should see the vein become more prominent and then become hardened. 2)Deep vein-If in calf, dorsa flex the foot. If sharp pain then suspect thrombosis. 3)Deep vein- If between the thigh and knee-Femoral vein Can be difficult to detect at first because it tends to become established before symptoms develop. Symptoms may present as a lower muscle pain or pulled groin muscle. Further these pains may not always be present. They can be intermittent at first misleading you into thinking it's just a pulled muscle.Experience feelings of fluid build up upon standing and weakness in Quads at first . Later a feeling of dizzyness AFTER mild exertion. A craving for sweets for energy. DO NOT attempt to treat with anti-inflammatory NSAIDs like Aleve or Ibuprofen. Tylenol okay to use. Take a couple of aspirin a day until you have a chance to get to a doctor's offc. Do the pinch test to see if you are dehydrated...if skin does not snap back immediately start drinking fluids now. One you first feeling fluid building up and/or dizzyness upon standing you are probably within three days of requiring admission to the ER at the hospital. You will know you have reached a critical stage when your thigh muscles become weak, feel more and more pressure each time you stand and you feel dizzy after walking just a few yards. At this point you must go to the ER but try to have a bowel movement and pee before you go....you probably won't be able to for the next week or so. Just the physical swelling will cause that.DO THESE THINGS RIGHT NOW (TODAY) BEFORE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL FIRST THING: Laxative-If you even think you may have a thrombosis-Start immediately on either All-Bran cereal or Mira-Lax with each meal SECOND THING: Plan ahead-Transport (911=$900)/meals, grocery shopping, business now SECOND THING: Buy a pair of thigh high compression stockings 20-30mm Hg-no Rx nec. WHAT TO EXPECT: At the ER they will put an IV line in you to keep fluids going into your body. Your leg diameter will continue to swell for the next few days. Be sure you ask for a doppler to confirm thrombosis. Your pain levels will increase...you won't be able to walk but a few meters without passing out from orthostatic hypotension. If you are on diuretics for BP CONTINUE THEM. ASK THE HOSPITAL DOC (DAY 1) IF YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE BRING YOU 20-30 mm thigh high COMPRESSION STOCKINGS FOR IMMEDIATE USE. You will need measurements of your ankle, calf, and thigh at the widest part. You will only use these until about two or three weeks after you get home then order some stockings at 30-40mm for the next 4-6weeks and then go to 40-50mm. As soon as you can (when the 30-40mm began to stretch and lose compression. The hospital may give you some short knee high compression socks which are useless and just slow your progress or they may use a machine with a pressure cuff to stimulate circulation---they usually don't get the cuff adjusted tight enough to do any good....take some control here and do it yourself. Each day, Ask your hospital doc if your vital signs have returned to normal (such as kidney function). If so then don't let the hospital keep putting IV fluid into your body...that just makes your leg feel like it is going to burst plus it makes it almost physically impossible for you to use the toilet in your room no matter where it is. They will argue the IV is for your benefit. Tolerate what you can but take control. You will also feel your upper body begin to retain fluid as well. This will also make going to the toilet a lot more difficult. Until you can get the fluid in your body down (ask doc to use lasix for that) you will be in great pain and pretty immobile and severely constipated and unable to pee. You will be put on Coumadin or Warfarin accompanied with a few shots of Lovenox injections for about ten days. The Coumadin you may be on forever. You will also be given medication for pain.

Improve your blood flow circulation naturally in only 30 days… Or receive a full refund + an additional $100.00 cash back: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/BoostBloodFlow Or go and watch this video revealing the best exercises for improving the blood flow to your legs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yH8fxEhguk =============================================== 💗 The Most Powerful, All-Natural Solution For Improving Your Blood Flow Circulation =============================================== Today I’m going to quickly discuss one of the most important aspects of your health, fitness and longevity … and that has to do with improving your blood flow and circulation… Not only will this help you avoid a heart attack or stroke you’ll ALSO look and feel younger! Improving your blood flow, is one of the most valuable and natural, “anti-aging” solutions! You see, most people don’t realize or have taken for granted, the fact that your blood contains Oxygen, which gives life to every cell in your body Proteins, to help repair and grow muscle, hair, skin, organs, bones, etc. Anti-aging hormones, which make you look and feel young … And enzymes, nutrients and everything you need to live… To grow, heal and thrive! Problem With poor blood flow Unfortunately, as we age and due to the negative changes in your hormones, your blood flow isn’t as strong as it used to be. Plaque, heavy metals and calcium builds up in your arteries, veins and blood vessels… Reducing circulation and thus, there’s less “life-promoting” oxygen getting to all your cells. Unfortunately, this results in less youthful hormones and nutrient-rich blood, being delivered to every muscle, organ and moving body part. And because of poor blood flow, your body slows down its internal healing and cleansing process. So, you begin to get sick more often. You feel tired and fatigued. You become more forgetful. You have more aches and pains and eventually, you start to get injured more readily and often. You skin loses that elasticity and youthful shine. Your hair begins to thin and look brittle and dry. And men, decreased blood flow is a primary reason you’re not performing as well in the bedroom anymore. Basically, you start to LOOK and FEEL “OLD”!... All because of poor blood flow and circulation! Now, when it comes to improving blood flow, doctors will either prescribe blood thinners (anticoagulants), such as Xarelto, Heparin, Warfarin or Coumadin. Or they’ll prescribe antiplatelet drugs, such as Plavix or aspirin. This is because there’s “plaque” buildup in your arteries and the opening gets smaller and thus, there’s less blood flow, which causes more pressure on your heart and body. By the way, this is a primary reason your BLOOD PRESSURE also goes up…. Because your arteries are smaller and it’s harder to get the blood through.! BUT, none of this addresses the MAIN problem – the actual plaque buildup and WHY the artery opening is SMALLER to begin with!?? … So what you REALLY want to focus on and why I formulated Blood Flow Optimizer™, is how you can -Decrease the plaque buildup and increase the openings in the vascular system – so you have better and bigger blood flow. -Strengthen the walls of your arteries and blood vessels, so they’re more pliable and flexible, to help prevent a rupture or tear. -Prevent future buildup of plaque, heavy metals and calcium. And that's why Blood Flow Optimizer™ is so effective. because you DON’T want to keep thinning your blood… Only focusing on “thinning your blood” is a faulty way to fix this problem. It’s a temporary “Band-Aid” and not a good one … Now, I formulated Blood Flow Optimizer™ based on what scientist have discovered in clinical research on humans… That about 9 specific vitamins and minerals… 5 natural herbal extracts 4 essential amino acids… that when combined together, in the correct ratio (very important!)… creates a synergistic effect that naturally helps improve your blood flow & circulation! And it does this through 7, scientifically proven mechanisms: Naturally thins your blood and helps improve circulation -Supports proper fibrin function and healthy blood clotting -Helps move calcium and other excess minerals out of your arteries and into your bones, where it belongs -Promotes strong, flexible blood vessels ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. A specific compound produced during this process is 1-propenesulfenic acid, which is rearranged by another enzyme, called lachrymatory factor synthase, to produce syn- propanethial-S-oxide. Production of this gas peaks 30 seconds after mechanical damage to the onion, and it stimulates sensory neurons in the eye causing a stinging sensation; the eye therefore produces tears to flush it out. Thiosulfinates are the primary flavour and odour producing molecules in an onion. These compounds are not present in intact bulbs, but are formed via enzymatic reaction from sulfur amino acids. Allicin is one of these compounds, which in turn quickly breaks down to form other sulfur-containing compounds SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/SubChefMamaRosa WATCH MORE: https://youtube.com/watch?v=TblPuZDp9Ag&list=PLC_cYkbNBKaBT9Vk6V0Iescc6QoZI0gN6 Healing Remedies: https://youtube.com/watch?v=VZLP3Cllo0g&list=PLC_cYkbNBKaB5S0ojZgU_DcR41ieRCYFs Vegetarian Cooking: https://youtube.com/watch?v=TblPuZDp9Ag&list=PLC_cYkbNBKaCAiwjQ5hHHkr9EoG4Dah1Z Product Reviews: https://youtube.com/watch?v=RbfVtwgkAOM&list=PLC_cYkbNBKaApvBjzhNJszRPucEaRIHIG Most Popular: https://youtube.com/watch?v=yjYznXXnYH8&list=PLC_cYkbNBKaCUeTvV_eG7LApASRCLFbQ4 FOLLOW ME: Facebook: https://facebook.com/Chefmamarosa Twitter: https://twitter.com/hairnailsbeauty My Website: http://www.treeofknowledgeministry.com ABOUT CHEF MAMA ROSA: Welcome to my channel full of knowledge about living life clean, healthy and full of love. This video will give you a tip on possibly healing swollen legs, feet with diet. I'm not a doctor so consult with your physician before any changes in lifestyle. Originally I thought I was suffering from deep vein thrombosis DVT which blocks the arteries going to and from your legs and feet. UPDATE: 6/1/2015 After my feet continuing to swell for almost a year I got health insurance and went to the doctor and did an EKG, blood work, etc. & showed no signs of something wrong. I decided to go to the cardiologist and they did an echocardiogram & stress test. My heart was functioned at 100%, no enlargement, blockages, etc. However they discovered I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve. You suppose to have a tricuspid valve. Next they are going to do a CatScan to see if there is calcification of my aorta. There is probably leakage so the reason for the edema. Overall I'm happy to know what is going on.
