There are three types of executives, namely Strategic Executive, Tactical Executive and Strategic-Tactical Executive. - Strategic Executive: Someone who has the big idea, seeing from the big picture, and visionary. - Tactical Executive: Someone who is keen on doing and run a plan set by a strategist, knows every little detail in the field, acts as an executor. - Strategic-Tactical Executive: Someone who comes up with the big idea and strategy and has the capability to conduct the plan in real field, executes the plan with a smooth success. Strategy and tactic are complimentary to each other, we want to be a marketing master who are both strategic and tactical. By the classification above, we can conclude the main task of each executive. Strategic Executive will determine the vision and mission of the company, market positioning, long term strategy and goals, broad view set amongst the community. Tactical Executive has to deal with daily -activities and to-do list, actionable plans and marketing tools. Those main tasks make a Strategic-Tactical Executive the best and rarest combination. Each tactic deployed has to serve for the accomplishment of strategic objective. The more strategic objectives can be accomplished by one tactic, the more it is proven to be effective. For example, hiring an excellent Customer Service in a company is a tactic to strive for gaining customers’ trust, loyalty, satisfaction, happiness. An excellent CS can also produce a referrals to new customers (WoM), induce more sales, elevate the credibility of the company, and this can lead to many other good things. That way we don’t just sell our products, but our company as well. Another important thing in marketing is creating a core story. Core story is a tool to gain the perspective we want to be perceived by the market and to arouse the urgency or the needs for our products. This tool is created by combining market data, education to our potential clients, and undeniable story to prove the significant role of our product in problem solving. By doing that, we can feel the shift of buying criteria from product and price matter, to education and needs. This tactic is also effective to diminish other competitor, as we are the one that gives comprehensive education of what is happening, the root cause of a problem, and show that we understand how to solve and with what. Steps to build a marvelous core story: Educate audience with current situation and market data, tell from the big picture. Create the needs for something to solve the existing and growing problem. Give bad news of failure in the society to overcome the problem (without relating the failure to our products and services). Tell more buying criteria. Tell actions need to be taken. Introduce our business. Give our best offer. In doing marketing it is also important to yield the position our product services from basic view to broadest possible view. That is because of all segments in the market share, only 3% are entitled as immediate buyers and 6% are open to it. The rest percentage is divided into segments that claim to not buying, not interested and definitely not buying. With only using the basic view, chances are we can grab the 3% immediate buyer. Think about broadening the possibility of gaining benefit from doing business with one’s company or simply by using its products and services. One can definitely grab the rest of percentage and drive it to become immediate buyer. To do that, we need a massive stadium pitch, something that gives value of our prospects rather that focusing only on our products and services. For instance, it is less effective to say, “A Brand New and Cheap Printer for Your Big Office” than to say, “One Device to Save 40% of Your Wasted Paper and Ink”.

If Introverted Intuitor Thinker Judgers (INTJ) teamed up with all the extroverted intuitor thinker judgers (ENTJ) they'd probably conquer the world. INTJs are Ni (internal intuition) Te (external thinking) The NiTe’s functions are: 1. Ni - internal iNtuition Ni is like a background processor that can compute and process information without needing to consciously work through each part of the thought. It’s easily able to see ten steps ahead and predict what might happen in the future because. Ni-dominant types are able to access many parts of their brain at once to find an optimal solution to new problems. 2. Te - external Thinking Te allows NiTe’s to operate efficiently in all areas of life. It is the NiTe’s primary decision-making process, which means that if a decision is needed in the moment, they will rely on what makes the most sense objectively. Because Te is the primary external function, it is usually the first thing other people will notice about NiTe’s. 3. Fi - internal Feeling Fi is the NiTe’s third function. It is the NiTe’s secondary decision-making process and can take longer to come to a conclusion than Te does. Because it’s an internal process, it likes to mull over all the details before deciding. Fi is what tells the NiTe how they feel or how others might feel about a particular thing. 4. Se - external Sensing Se is the NiTe’s last function. As a last function, it is inherently not as strong as the other functions. Se is the NiTe’s more concrete side that lets them connect to the world around them. Having Se last means that NiTe’s can easily get drained if they have to actively engage with the people or the world around them for long periods of time. ENTJs are Te (external thinking) Ni (internal intuition) The TeNi’s functions are: 1. Te – extroverted Thinking Te is the primary way TeNi’s interact with the world around them. Te is all about efficiency and getting things done. It is the TeNi’s primary decision-making process, which means that if a decision is needed in the moment, they will rely on what makes the most sense logically. 2. Ni – introverted Intuition Ni is the way that a TeNi perceives their inner world, it dictates the way they store information and how they perceive that information. It also heavily dictates the path that their train of thought will take. 3. Se – extroverted Sensing Se helps the TeNi use their senses to understand the world around them. They enjoy living in the moment and are capable when it comes to dealing with things that they can experience and touch in addition the purely hypothetical. 4. Fi – introverted Feeling Fi is their last function. Fi helps them to assess situations to see how things match up to their values and beliefs. They may think of their Fi as their “gut instinct”. It helps them learn to be sensitive to the values and feelings of those around them. Once you've taken the test you will know whether you are an: Extravert (E) or an Introvert (I) - Do you draw energy from connecting with others (extravert) or from being in isolation (introvert)? Intuitor (N) or a Sensor (S) - Do you focus on facts, the five senses and the present (sensor) or do you rely on your intuition with a focus on possibilities for the future (intuitor)? Thinker (T) or a Feeler (F) - Are you people-oriented (feeler) or logic-oriented (thinker) when it comes to your decision-making process? Judgor (J) or a Perceiver (P) - Are you a decisive person who likes to get right to the bottom line (judgor) or someone who likes to keep their options open (perceiver)? With this knowlege you will be able to determine which of the 16 personality types you embody: INTJ - "Architect" - Imaginative and strategic thinkers, with a plan for everything. INTP - "Logician" - Innovative inventors with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. ENTJ - "Commander" - Bold, imaginative and strong-willed leaders, always finding a way - or making one. ENTP - "Debater" - Smart and curious thinkers who cannot resist an intellectual challenge. | INFJ - "Advocate" - Quiet and mystical, yet very inspiring and tireless idealists. INFP - "Mediator" - Poetic, kind and altruistic people, always eager to help a good cause. ENFJ - "Protagonist" - Charismatic and inspiring leaders, able to mesmerize their listeners. Collaborative leadership and policy making are critical skill sets for public employees, particularly executives and mid-level managers. You will have an opportunity to learn from Sacramento State University's Center for Collaborative Policy -- a nationally-recognized consensus-building organization working statewide on California's thorniest conflicts. Attendees will learn how to develop collaborative leadership competencies and how to apply them following a collaborative policy making method. You will also learn how to build networks and manage collaborative groups. Presenter: Dorian Fougères, Ph. D., Senior Mediator, Center for Collaborative Policy Dorian Fougères is a consensus-building practitioner with 14 years of experience in natural resource policy and management, including six years with the Center. He is a Senior Mediator and the Director of the Center’s Southern California Office. He uses a broad array of skills and tools to help parties reach agreement on how to address challenging policy, scientific and engineering, and cross-cultural issues. "The system does not work well, there are boycotts, there is corruption, there is falling standards, people who get ahead for the wrong reasons - nobody's saying the Bar is a great place. But let me tell you there are very fine people in the Bar. I don't think there is room for a lot of pessimism. Provided that some things are taken care of, it is a viable profession." Senior Advocate Sriram Panchu said that boycotts are intolerable. "Why do we exist as a legal profession? Because, if something happens to someone that is unjust, then they can approach us. If a person is beaten up by a cop, or if a law is passed that is unjust to a section of people, then they can approach us. The very fact that there are boycotts shows that lawyers themselves do not believe that the system they are supposed to be part of can sort out the problem." He clarified however that it was the right of a lawyer to boycott the courts provided that lawyers who chose to boycott courts return their briefs. Nothing matches the power of the Indian judiciary in terms of its range. Judges have complete control and the executive and legislature are powerless. "In the nineties I wrote that the judiciary can keep this control only if it does a good job. Unfortunately that has not happened. Corruption has grown." "Corruption demoralises youngsters, and even us who have been in the profession for so long. It demoralises the huge number of honest judges because everyone gets tarred by the same brush." He said that the time has come for the appointment of a National Judicial Commission. "It can have a majority from the court, but it should have representation from outside. But the more important things are the processes being followed in the National Judicial Commission. There should be openness, and it will go a great deal in cleaning up the mess we have got into over some very unwise appointments." The second matter, he said, was discipline. "I am focusing on integrity over competence. If we do not deal with this, it will drag us down." He said that the focus should be on the top - the leaders, that is, ministers, bureaucrats and senior judges. He said that there should be independent investigating machinery that is not subject to government. If a prima facie case is made out, that person should step down till that case is heard. "This case should be processed expeditiously. Don't go through the lower rungs of the judiciary. After expeditiously processing the case, follow the trace of the corruption and recover the assets. If you deal with corruption at the top, that improvement will percolate." About being called to the Bench, he said that it was important that lawyers accept the call. His tryst with judgeship of the Madras High Court a few years ago faced quite a few obstacles and the process dragged on for two years. He had to place his life on hold and could not accept a lot briefs. "But I am happy for all those obstacles because without that I could not have done work on mediation."

Making the Network Work: Competition, Innovation and Broadband for Business and the Communities they Serve Wednesday, December 04 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. When the Telecommunications Act of 1996 ended the local Bell monopoly, an explosion in broadband services quickly reshaped the communication and business landscape. Competition from new businesses and entrepreneurs unleashed innovations across all sectors of the economy, creating jobs while providing a platform for connectivity andnew ideas. Today, competitive innovations - such as VOIP, Ethernet and the cloud-related services are leading the industry into the future and driving new investment into networks and the economy at large. While the consumer market has seen some migration to wireless communication, the business marketplace has more complex needs, in particular, the need for sustained quality and reliability of wired networks, as well as the ability to customize systems to meet growth needs. But as technology advances, the competitive policies that fostered this innovation are at risk. chapter 15: A People's History (Of The United States) Howard Zinn. ~ Chapter 15, "Self-Help in Hard Times" covers the government's campaign to destroy the IWW, and the factors leading to the Great Depression. Zinn states that, despite popular belief, the 1920s were not a time of prosperity, and the problems of the Depression were simply the chronic problems of the poor extended to the rest of the society. Also covered is the Communist Party's attempts to help the poor during the Depression.

The Young Adult Committee of the NAACP Milwaukee Branch started the New Year in a positive direction. Over 500 attendees throughout the day were engaged in a discussion of the direction of the African American community in Milwaukee. The Presidents Breakfast started the day's discussions. President Willie L. Hines of the Common Council, who attended the breakfast and also hosted the network mixer at City Hall later that day, was impressed with not just the number of participants but the energy of the day. Hines stated, "I am truly impressed with the work of the young people who bring new energy and are using new technology in addressing the issues this community faces." Kwabena Nixon addressed the crowd at the town hall meeting with a very powerful spoken word piece that challenged many. Mayor Barrett and County Executive Chris Abele spoke to the attendees concerning the political realities of making a healthy community and the challenges they face in office in dealing with unemployment, health, and public transit. Local attorney Warren E. Buliox of Gonzalez, Saggio and Harlan LLP, also Vice-Chair of the NAACP Milwaukee Young Adult Committee, who volunteered and participated in the town hall meeting stated, "There are many people who are here to work together and address the community challenges and that is powerful." Senator Lena Taylor, Dr. Greg Thornton of MPS, Curtis Marshall Chair of the Health of the local NAACP Branch, Rev. Brisco of MICAH, Ralph Hollmon President of the Milwaukee Urban League and Attorney Hall, President of the NAACP Milwaukee Branch, answered questions that were texted live to the moderators. The Intergenerational Luncheons created an intimate atmosphere for selected young professionals to interact with corporate leaders to discuss mentoring and succession planning for developing strategies for developing and retaining "home grown" talent for our Community. Thelma Sias, VP of Local Affairs of WE Energies, addressed the woman and William Jenkins, Chairman of the Board for North Milwaukee State Bank addressed the men. In the afternoon, there were six sessions that focused on: Health, Economic & Workforce, Development, Political Action, Media, Youth, and Faith Based. Al Smith of Vangard Construction, LLC was a co-presenter, for the Economic & Workforce Development session, and stated, "There has to be more of this type of dialogue because there are so many are interested in changing the landscape of our community using these economic tools and resources." The day concluded with the ONE MKE Mixer hosted by: The NAACP Milwaukee Young Adult Committee, FUEL Milwaukee, the National Pan Hellinc Council, Joint African American Networtk, and Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals. RIIS from Amnesia, is a short documentary on the Regina Indian Industrial School (RIIS), its descendants and legacy. Run by the Presbyterian Church of Canada, the school opened its doors in 1891, drawing students from 43 First Nation communities in the North West Territories. The students came from across all three prairie provinces, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, to the school located on the outskirts of Regina, Saskatchewan. Many Canadian First Nations and Aboriginal organizations are using digital media to revitalize their languages and assert control over the representation of their cultures. At the same time, museums, academic institutions, and individuals are digitizing their ethnographic collections to make them accessible to originating communities. In this presentation I will explore how the term "virtual repatriation" is being applied to the digitization and return of heritage to Aboriginal communities, and draw attention to the opportunities, challenges, and critiques associated with digitization, circulation, and remix of Aboriginal cultural heritage. I will discuss recent projects including the collaborative production of a Virtual Museum of Canada exhibit with the Doig River First Nation, a Dane-zaa community in northeastern British Columbia, and a current collaborative production of a virtual exhibit with members of the Inuvialuit community in the western Arctic and curators at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History. I will show that while access to cultural heritage in digital collections can facilitate the articulation of intellectual property rights to digital cultural heritage----including the right to restrict circulation----it also amplifies the difficulty of enforcing those rights. Kate Hennessy is an Assistant Professor specializing in Media at Simon Fraser University's School of Interactive Arts and Technology (SIAT). She has a PhD in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia and an MA in the Anthropology of Media from the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies. As the director of the Making Culture Lab at SIAT, her research explores the role of digital technology in the documentation and safeguarding of cultural heritage, and in the mediation of culture, history, objects, and subjects in new forms. Her video and multimedia works investigate documentary methodologies to address Indigenous and settler histories of place and space. She is a founding member of the Ethnographic Terminalia Curatorial Collective, an international group exploring the borders of anthropological, curatorial, and artistic practice (http://ethnographicterminalia.org). As assistant editor of the journal Visual Anthropology Review, she designed its first multimedia volume. Her work has been published in journals such as American Indian Quarterly, Museum Anthropology Review, and Visual Anthropology Review. She was a Trudeau Foundation Scholar from 2006-2010, a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Graduate Scholar from 2005-2009, a Canadian Polar Commission Scholar in 2006-2007, and a Commonwealth Scholar in 2001-2002.

SEC Rule 10b5-1, codified at 17 C.F.R. 240.10b5-1, is a regulation enacted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in 2000. The SEC states that Rule 10b5-1 was enacted in order to resolve an unsettled issue over the definition of insider trading, which is prohibited by SEC Rule 10b-5. Different courts of appeals had come to different conclusions about what constituted insider trading under Rule 10b-5 — specifically, whether someone could be held liable for insider trading simply by trading while in possession of inside information, or whether a trier of fact must find that the person actually used that inside information when making the trade. These fragments form a mosaic portrait of Einstein the man. Each one is, in a sense, complete in itself; it presents his views on some aspect of progress, education, peace, war, liberty, or other problems of universal interest. Albert Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist and philosopher of science. He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics (alongside quantum mechanics). He is best known in popular culture for his mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc2 (which has been dubbed "the world's most famous equation"). He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect". The latter was pivotal in establishing quantum theory. Near the beginning of his career, Einstein thought that Newtonian mechanics was no longer enough to reconcile the laws of classical mechanics with the laws of the electromagnetic field. This led to the development of his special theory of relativity. Through his work involving the “need to achieve”McClelland gained many insights into when and why field research is important, how field research gets funded, interviewing techniques, and the need for an interviewer to have a knowledge of local situations in the research area. McClelland discusses his work helping to train Naval personal on race relations, the differences between field researchers and anthropologists, and his involvement in trying to help individuals with Type A Behavior personalities. McClelland goes on to explain why a field researcher must think outside the client’s question and the political and ethical problems he has faced. The interview concludes with McClelland talking about the skills needed for good field research, where he sees himself in the future, and what he finds most satisfying about his work.
