Nothing helps the body work like it should than when its hormones are perfectly balanced. The key to making sure that women’s bodies are hormonally balanced is making sure that their estrogen levels are where they need to be. Estrogen also plays an important role regulating the menstrual cycle. Bloating and a decreased sex drive are just two indicators of estrogen dominance—what takes place when your estrogen level gets and stays too high. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of too much estrogen can help you know to make sure your hormones stay regulated. Weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, and pregnancy are some of culprits of estrogen dominance. Let’s take a closer look at these and more. Here are 10 signs that you have estrogen dominance: 1. Weight Gain Putting on more than a few extra pounds can be an indication of too much estrogen. It causes bloating and makes it even harder to lose the weight. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, your estrogen can’t suffer rapid changes. 2. Heavy Menstruation When your estrogen levels rise, it can have the unwanted side effect of giving you a heavier period than normal. So, if that happens, you might want to consider having your estrogen level checked. 3. Decreased Sex Drive When you just don’t want intimacy with your significant other, it could mean a significantly increased amount of estrogen. High amounts of estrogen point to a lowered sex drive; however, you don’t want your estrogen to fall too low. It can also affect your desire for sex. 4. Irregular Period As we’ve already seen, your hormones and your period are closely related. When your estrogen fluctuates more than it should, the time between your period becomes unpredictable also. 5. Swollen Breasts When your hormone levels change, your breasts can become overly sensitive. So, when your breasts get tender to the touch, it might mean that you’ve got too much estrogen. 6. Changes in Mood Estrogen can affect your mental health. Too much of the female hormone has been attributed to panic and anxiety attacks as well as depression. 7. Frequent Headaches Have you recently experienced migraine headaches? Have you begun to get headaches more than normal? These issues could be cause by estrogen dominance. 8. Hair Loss When your body produces too much estrogen, your hair begins to thin. As it thins, it begins to fall out. Balancing your estrogen levels can take care of this irritating problem. 9. Insomnia When you’re having trouble sleeping, the cause could be too much estrogen. Our bodies know when there are problems and often times has problems adjusting. Sleep loss can be a reflection of that. 10. Cold Extremities Estrogen levels can affect circulation too. If your hormone levels are abnormal it could be the reason you're having a hard time keeping your hands and feet warm. Balance Your Hormone Levels with These 5 Foods 1. Rosemary Rosemary doesn’t just add flavor to your favorite recipes. It can also improve memory function, boost your metabolism, and contribute to a properly functioning thyroid. Best of all, rosemary is one of the foods responsible for producing estrogen. 2. Cruciferous Vegetables I3C, or indole-3-carbinol as this nutrient is properly known, is found in cruciferous vegetables like spinach, bok choy, kale, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli. These all have the important job of ridding the body of excess estrogen because the I3C converts into a substance that helps the liver flush the body when it has too much estrogen. 3. Flaxseed Another food that assists in getting rid of excess estrogen is flaxseed. The lignans and phytoestrogens present in these tiny seeds help regulate estrogen in the body by controlling how much of the hormone is able to bind to estrogen receptors. 4. Isoflavones Found in several herbs such as Trifolium pratense, Puerari montana, and Pueraria lobata, isoflavones have antioxidant properties that boost low estrogen levels. These herbs can be found in certain teas and are a great way to balance estrogen levels. 5. Activated Folic Acid You often hear about the importance of folic acid in women’s health. That’s because it’s present in the same leafy green vegetables that are high in I3C. It’s able to change estrogen into a form that actually lowers the risk of some forms of cancer. Breast Actives Side Effects Cancer? Find out more here: http://tinyurl.com/BreastActivesOfficial Breast enlargement pills contain a proprietary blend of ingredients that are specific to the manufacturer. With each ingredient comes the potential for side effects. Mayo Clinic identifies one common ingredient in breast enlargement supplements as phytoestrogens, a herb that could increase the risk for some types of breast cancer. Essentially, all nutrients, herbs and other natural ingredients can become toxic if you take them long enough in very high doses, cautions the FDA. Breast Actives contains phytoestrogens. But the good news is, it is only available for a very small amount that will not cause you toxicity even if you use it for a year! If you have breast cancer, it is important that you don't take breast enlargement pills. The pills could interfere with breast cancer treatments, such as hormone therapy, and stop them working. How to Use and Apply Progesterone Cream (for more information, visit www.MenopauseReliefToday.com) When you get around your late 30s all the way to your premenopause, perimenopause and menopause years, your hormones will likely become imbalanced. This hormone imbalance produces many symptoms in your body as well as your emotions. One of the very common symptoms women encounter during this period of time is called estrogen dominance. Now, many of you may question this thinking "hey, isn't menopause the time of life when my estrogen starts to decline?" And yes, that is true most often. But what we're talking about here is estrogen DOMINANCE -- meaning that the ratio of estrogen is too high compared with it's counter-balancing hormone progesterone. So even if you have very low estrogen, your progesterone can still be to low to counterbalance it. Some of the symptoms one can encounter when they have estrogen dominance are: fat gain, water retention, decreased sex drive, fatigue, depression, fibrocystic breasts, headaches, insomnia, hair loss, osteoporosis, breast cancer and uterine cancer. Estrogen dominance does make you more prone to these types of cancers. Natural progesterone cream is an easy remedy for estrogen dominance. A lot of people get confused when trying to determine what is considered "natural" these days, since manufacturers can proclaim all kinds of features on their labeling that may not be 100% true. But the progesterone cream we are talking about is bio-identical... the same molecular structure as is found within the human body. For more information and clarification on natural progesterone cream, visit the Resources section of our website at www.MenopauseReliefToday.com Also note, cream is the best way to take natural progesterone (aka "transdermal") HOW TO APPLY PROGESTERONE CREAM In the morning and at night, you put two pea-sized dollops of cream on your skin, typically in areas that you blush. Rub it in. The best places to apply are your face, neck, chest, breasts, inner forearms, palms and the soles of your feet if they're not too calloused. Rotate your application so the area does not get too over-saturated. In other words, if in the morning, you applied it to your face, in the evening, apply it to your inner forearms. If you accidentally skip a dose, it is okay to take the full daily dose (four pea-sized dollops) all at once. WHEN TO TAKE THE PROGESTERONE CREAM If you are still menstruating somewhat regularly, start to take the cream on day 10-12 of your cycle (counting the 1st day of your period as Day One). From day 10-on, apply the progesterone, morning and night, up until the first day of your next period. This way, you cycle your usage just as your body normally should. If you are in menopause (not having periods anymore), you will take the cream 24-26 consecutive days per month. The way most people find easiest to remember this is to skip the first 5-6 days of each month. FINAL THOUGHTS It is best to apply the progesterone cream after you have showered. You don't want to apply the cream and then just wash it all off. We hope this information helps you out! Leave a comment below and Subscribe, if You Are not part of Us Yet... Increase Estrogen: Estrogen is a natural hormone found in both men and women. Keeping estrogen at a healthy level is important for both sexes, but women need more estrogen for normal bodily functions, such as conceiving children. During menopause, estrogen levels in women decrease significantly. Learn about how simple changes to your lifestyle and diet may increase your estrogen. Watch for symptoms. If you are experiencing symptoms that indicate that your hormone levels are imbalanced, or symptoms that interfere with your well-being, visit your doctor. Remember that hormonal changes are quite common, particularly in women going through menopause. Visit your doctor. Before you start an estrogen treatment program, ask your doctor about the effects of estrogen on your body. While estrogen insufficiency can result in problems, estrogen levels that are too high (or prolonged exposure at the wrong times) can lead to menstrual disturbances, ovarian cysts, and breast cancer. Have your estrogen levels tested. There are a variety of tests available for determining hormone levels. Your doctor will likely have you take a blood test. Your blood may also be tested for FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone), which is responsible for regulating estrogen and progesterone production in the ovaries. Try estrogen therapy. There are a variety of estrogen therapies available, including pills, skin patches, and topical gels and creams. There are also vaginal estrogen available in the forms of tablets, rings, or creams that are inserted directly into the vagina.Talk to your doctor about the option that would be best for you. http://www.IntegratedHealthDenver.com estrogen hormone replacement therapy Dr lindy Vaughn of Integrated Health Denver Colorado What You Should Know Before Starting Hormone Replacement Therapy Menopause, it's something that all women get to look forward to in this life, but most aren't looking forward to it at all. It's probably because of the stories we've all heard; mood swings, hot flashes in the middle of the night, waking up in cold wet sheets and not being interested in sex. These are just a few of the symptoms that some women experience during this pivotal time of their lives, and it leaves them feeling like they've lost control of their bodies. Many women turn to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to ease their symptoms. Initially heralded as a miraculous cure for the symptoms of menopause, it's no longer clear as to whether hormone replacement therapy is a healthy choice for treating symptoms of menopause. HRT falls into two categories; synthetic and bioidentical. Synthetic hormone replacements are usually made from molecularly altered horse hormones. The Women's Health Initiative in 2002 reported many dangerous side effects resulting from synthetic hormone replacement. These included increased risk of breast cancer, stroke and heart attack. During this time, some of the studies were even halted because preliminary study results indicated that the health risks of the synthetic hormone replacement exceeded the benefits. Due to the public outcry resulting from these reports and others with similar findings, bioidentical HRT has become a popular alternative. Bioidentical hormones, sometimes referred to as natural hormones, are those that are molecularly identical to the hormones that are produced by humans. Although bioidentical hormones are generally regarded as a safer alternative, they are not without risk. One of the more common risks associated with bioidentical HRT is taking too much. Hormone creams, a popular method of administration of bioidentical hormones, can cause a gradual build up of hormone levels in the tissues over time, leading to toxicity. Symptoms of hormone toxicity will often mimic symptoms of hormone deficiency. For this reason, it is extremely important for women taking any form of hormone replacement to have their hormone levels checked on a regular basis. While hormone replacement can be an effective tool in helping women through this trying time in their lives, it's not always necessary and in some cases can do more harm than good. If a woman is experiencing symptoms of menopause, it may indicate another underlying health concern such as adrenal fatigue or blood sugar imbalance. Once these root causes are addressed, most women will not only be free of symptoms, but will feel better than they have in years. visit us today http://www.IntegratedHealthDenver

Bio-identical does not mean it is safe! It is a plant estrogen that increases estrogen dominance, EVEN when used with progesterone! My favorite, clinically proven formula for naturally increasing your testosterone and sex drive: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/RaiseTestosterone 4 clinically proven ways to increase your testosterone levels, naturally: ► http://drsam.co/yt/SeeThisVideo =============================================== Don’t Even Try To Increase Your Testosterone Levels Unless You Do This ONE Thing! =============================================== Testosterone has many benefits. It helps: -Build muscle and strength, including your heart muscle and stronger bones -Decrease body fat, especially the unhealthy belly fat and “love handles” -Improves your mood and mental wellbeing -Decreases your risk for heart disease, diabetes and even cancers such as prostate. -Improves cognition and memory -And YES, it increases your libido, sex drive and improves erections. By age 40, most men are producing on average about 20% less testosterone and it gets much worse in your 50’s and 60’s1,2 So if you’re not feeling and looking the way you want to, it may not be your fault - it could be low testosterone. And the media, doctors and the world has finally acknowledging this “problem” and has in fact, labeled it as “andropause” … similar to “aging” women and menopause. And because of this, lots of guys are wanting to improve their testosterone levels, which is a good thing, IF you know what you’re doing. Then all the “benefits” of testosterone that I mentioned earlier, can actually turn into the opposite -- many NEGATIVES such as -More body fat, especially belly -Moodiness, anger and/or depression. -Increase rate of cancer, both prostate and breast (YES, guys get breast cancer too!) -Higher levels of insulin, cholesterol, less blood flow, cardiac problems, etc. - impotence. Now, before I get into the “why” and the “solutions” to prevent these negative side-effects, I want you to know that this is my area of expertise for over 20+ years. I’m an anti-aging, endocrinology doctor -- which is the “study of hormones”. I’ve especially been fascinated with hormones because the way you look and feel is based on your genetics and more importantly, your HORMONES! So with that said, how can the “king of all hormones” and all of its benefits, ALSO be so negative? The problem stems from the “cause” of your declining testosterone as you age. As you get older, due to genetics, environmental factors, diet, bodyfat, stress levels, etc. … your estrogen levels INCREASE. This change in your estrogen levels, also increases “Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin” (SHBG), which further DECREASES your to total testosterone and more importantly, your “free testosterone”. Think of “total” testosterone as your “gross income”, and “free” testosterone as your NET income… Also, as you get older, most men convert more testosterone to a hormone called “Dihydrotestosterone”, also known as DHT This is the hormone that causes hair loss, body hair growth in all the wrong places and also, prostate cancer. Finally, with the extra stress in our modern lives, you have higher levels of adrenal stress hormones, such as Cortisol. Most people make the mistake and think that the opposite of testosterone is the female hormone estrogen, but it’s NOT -- It’s the stress hormone Cortisol! … AND, the testosterone will also convert to more DHT, which means more body hair, accelerated hair loss and increased risk of prostate cancer. So now you have higher “negative” hormones of estrogens and DHT. LESS “positive” total and “free” testosterone levels. Simply stated, you’re now screwed because of have -More estrogen (fat, depression, man-boobs) -More DHT (hair problems, prostate cancer) -More Cortisol (stress, belly fat) -LESS total and “free” testosterone levels (less muscle, strength, sex-drive) To make things even worse, your testicles and other “muscles” will shrink! My suggestion is that BEFORE you start taking “exogenous” (external) testosterone (injections, pills, creams, etc.), try to increase your testosterone levels NATURALLY, from within! The benefit is you won’t have the negative side-effects … or the increased risk for disease and cancer. Plus you get to KEEP all the benefits because it’s natural, not artificially induced. What is an aromatase inhibitor? It's an enzyme that is found in estrogen producing cells. Those cells are everywhere: testes, ovaries, adrenals, fat cells, etc. What they do is they convert testosterone and progesterone to ESTROGEN. Good thing under normal circumstance. When Jen looks at labs and sees low progesterone, low DHEA, low testosterone could be estrogen shunting. PMS, fibroids, breast cancer, feminizing of men (moobs), migraines, and weight gain can be contributed to estrogen (estrone). How can I balance and block estrogen from estrogen dominance? What is an aromatase inhibitor??? A substance that blocks progesterone and testosterone from becoming estrogen. It cannot cascade over abnormally. #1 is diet. Anything containing sulfur, cruciferous veggies. Broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, etc. Good food, low cal too! Onions too. #2 Detox home and body from estrogenic chemicals. Estrgoenic compounds called xenoestrogens contribute to estrogen dominance. #3 High anti-oxidant foods protect against estrogen dominance. Bright red, purple, blue, green, yellow and orange. These anti-oxidants help the body detox estrogen. EX: chlorella, purple asparagus, blood oranges, blueberries. #4 Nutrients: Vitamin E helps 400 IU a day. Zinc 50 mg a day. DIM: Di-Indole Methane can help rid of estrogen but some people it shuts estrogen to the more powerful. Calcium D-glucarate also helps the body dump toxins and estrogen metabolites. Chrysin: a passion flower extract but you cannot take it orally. Must be used topically for women 60mg chrysin/25 mg of progesterone (not 50 ) and for men 200mg chrysin / 15 mg progesterone. Compounding pharmacies can make this custom for an individual per physician prescription. https://www.naturallybetter.com/ also has chrysin cream. #5 Exercise. Working out in the moment is not necessarily how people lose weight, aka: burning of fat running on the treadmill. Weight-loss is from the significant hormone changes like HGH, improved insulin receptor sensitivity, but the conversion to weaker 2-oh is most important. Exercise helps the body shift from 16-oh to 2-oh estrone. Cruciferous veggies help this to. Weight bearing exercise helps the body shift the estrogen metabolites to the 2-oh estrone. All of this shifts the body from an estrogen dominance state to a balanced state. 5 Natural Aromatase Inhibitors To Help Block Excess Estrogen Conversion https://youtu.be/AkhQ57Orq3w Find Jen: http://facebook.com/rebelhealth http://jenspringer.com http://youtube.com/jenspringerchannel 5 Natural Aromatase Inhibitors To Help Estrogen Dominance in Women & Men

An effective treatment for non-invasive breast cancer. One in 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime. You have probably either had, will have, or know somebody who has had breast cancer. Why one person gets the disease and another doesn’t is not completely known. What doctors do know is that breast cancer can be caused by damaged DNA inside a cell. That cell mutates and multiplies over and over. The good news is earlier detection, increased awareness, better treatments and technology means it’s more likely than ever before patients will survive it. “Many women have a phase called non-invasive cancer,” said Seema Khan, a surgical oncologist at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Non-invasive cancer is confined to a woman's milk ducts or breast lobes and has not spread beyond the breast tissue. Anti-hormone drugs are a common treatment for this type of breast cancer. And now, oncologists at Northwestern are developing a gel for the skin that goes on the outside of the breast to kill the cancer. The gel is made out of the drug, Tamoxifen — that’s already used to treat and prevent breast cancer. “You could put Tamoxifen in a gel and apply it to the breast skin, and it would get through the skin in sufficient concentrations that it would actually do what it needed to in the breast, but the exposure to the rest of the body would be low,” explained Khan. Unlike other typical cancer medications, the gel treatment is confined to the breast—lowering the risk of damage to other organs. “There are many reasons to expect that this would be a really positive change in the way we deliver drugs to the breast for these early problems,” said Khan. Early studies have found the gel form of Tamoxifen stopped cancer cell growth just as well as tamoxifen pills and caused fewer side effects. It could be several years before the gel is on the market. But early study results are giving it the thumbs up in the fight against some non-invasive cancers.

Estrogenic essential oils (EEOs), are plant estrogens, which increase estrogen dominance, Low T, early puberty when ingested or applied directly to the skin. We are some of the first doctors to publish this medical evidence, so it will take time to be accepted, but it doesn't mean it isn't true - YOUR breasts can't lie! Breast thermography evaluates the health of the breast and is proving plant estrogens increase estrogen dominance, which causes PMS, symptoms of menopause, infertility, weight gain and risk of breast cancer.
