When it comes to "the best diet to lose weight" (also known as a "cutting diet"), you'll get A LOT of suggestions as to which diet to lose weight fast you should follow. However, the truth is that whether it's keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, and so on, all of these diets work by making it easier for you to eat at a calorie deficit. These diets don't have a "secret" fat loss effect which has been proven time and time again in the literature. Simply meaning that the best weight loss diet or the best diet for abs for example is the one that you can adhere to the best. However, weight loss is one thing and fat loss is a whole other variable which is MUCH more important when it comes to improving your physique. When it comes to optimizing the best fat loss diet, you need to pay attention to how much protein,fats, and carbs you're ingesting on a daily basis. I go through how to optimize each of these factors to create the best fat burning diet in my video. I also show a daily nutrition/meal plan (full day of eating) for fat loss with various examples/macros of what I personally eat on a daily basis. महिलाओं के लिए संतुलित आहार Santulit Aahar (Balanced Diet for Women) Healthy Diet for Women (Diet Plan and Diet Chart for Women) प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए भोजन की आवश्यकता अलग-अलग होती है उसी प्रकार पुरुषों तथा महिलाओं में भी आवश्यकतानुसार भिन्नता होती है महिलाओं का पेट तथा स्वस्थ रहना बहुत जरूरी है। महिलाएं स्वस्थ रहने के लिए अपनी डाइट में जरूरी पोषक तत्वों को शामिल करें उनकी भोजन में विटामिंस, कैल्शियम ,खनिज तत्व इन सभी का मिश्रण होना आवश्यक है। स्वस्थ महिला के लिए निम्न डाइट को फॉलो करना आवश्यक है सुबह के नाश्ते को सबसे जरूरी माना जाता है । सुबह का नाश्ता प्रोटीन युक्त होना चाहिए ।नाश्ता करने से दिनभर शरीर में उर्जा बनी रहती है सुबह के नाश्ते में विटामिन ए वाले फलों को अवश्य सम्मिलित करें सुबह के नाश्ते में आप दूध, दलिया, अंकुरित दालें, अंडे, कॉर्न फ्लेक्स, मुट्ठी भर ड्राई फ्रूट्स तथा मैच स्कोर सुबह नाश्ते में अवश्य शामिल करें। इस तरह की चीजों को आप नाश्ते में ले सकते हैं। लंच नाश्ता तथा लंच के बीच कम से कम चार पांच घंटे का अंतर रखें सात्विक , कम तेल तथा कम मिर्च-मसालों वाला भोजन करें। लंच में दाल , हरी सब्जियां, दही, चपाती , ब्राउन राइस को शामिल करें । साथ में सलाद अवश्य लें। यदि आप अंडे खाते हैं तो लंच में आप अंडा भुर्जी , अंडे की सब्जी को ले सकती हैं। लंच में मौसमी सब्जियों को अवश्य शामिल करें। स्नैक स्नैक्स लेने से आपकी दिनभर की ऊर्जा बनी रहती है इसमें आप फ्रूट्स, जूस, नट्स को शामिल कर सकते हैं डिनर रात का खाना सोने से दो-तीन घंटे पहले लें रात के खाने में आप रोटी ,पनीर ,हरी सब्जी लें। सलाद को भी रात के भोजन में शामिल करें जिससे कि आप कम खाना खाएंगेे जिससे फैट कम बढेगा। यदि आप मछली खा सकते हैं तो रात के खाने में आप मछली को ले सकते हैं।
