What Will Happen If You Start Eating Oats Every Day

10:07
Doctors and nutritionists highly recommend making oatmeal a part of your diet and having it as your healthy morning meal. The secret is simple: good-quality environmentally-friendly oats help you feel and look better on the inside and out. Oats have some unique properties thanks to the wide variety of vitamins and minerals they contain. Zinc helps cleanse the skin and remove toxins and other harmful compounds. Iron is one of the most important elements for the nutrition and saturation of moisture in skin cells. Magnesium promotes blood circulation and noticeable skin cell renewal. While protein is extremely important, your body also demands carbohydrates and fats, both of which you can find in oatmeal. Oats are also rich in antioxidants that help alleviate itching, inflammation, and high blood pressure. The slow carbohydrates found in oatmeal help curb your appetite and maintain normal blood sugar levels. All those nutrients in oats not only boost your metabolism but also prevent the accumulation of fat and toxins in the body. Thanks to the antioxidants present in oatmeal, the probability of damage to the walls of blood vessels by free radicals is reduced significantly. If you find it boring to just have oatmeal for breakfast every day, you’ll love the recipes we have put together to help you turn a boring oatmeal breakfast into something way more flavorful. I Ate One Meal a Day For 30 Days And Here's What Happened

03:57
▶ Subscribe to the channel - https://goo.gl/nJ8d6r Ever heard of the one-meal-a-day diet? Yes, no? Whichever the case may be, I'll recommend you sit tight as I walk you through just about everything you need to know. First off, the one-meal-a-day diet is exactly what it sounds like — it's a plan that restricts you to just one meal a day. In essence, you'll get to eat whatever you want but of course, you can't go beyond a single meal. For the most part, the diet plan is created to challenge your traditional views on food intake and nutrition. And according to a few doctors, it could be the key to sustainable weight loss. Well, guess what? I decided to try the diet plan for 30 days and figured I should make this video to let you in on the pros and cons. Of course, at the end of the day, you'll decide if the plan is for you or not. Let's jump right in! Pros • It's simple and straightforward As mentioned earlier, the one-meal-a-day diet comes with one simple rule — just eat one meal a day and you're good! Essentially, there's no need for calorie counting, complex meal planning or special ingredients, weighing and the likes. You just have to stick to the simple rule! • You'll get to eat all your favorite food This is perhaps the biggest highlight of the one-meal-a-day diet — it gives you the freedom to eat whatever you want, say sweet potato chips, ice-cream, cheeseburgers and more. Well, I wouldn't recommend you eat everything at once though! • Reduced appetite Well, I don't know if you're going to experience this but I discovered that after fasting for most of the day, I didn't have the urge to eat too much afterward. Well, at this point, I'll just stick to the claims that fasting shrinks your stomach and make you want to eat less. You can give the plan a shot and of course, see if you feel the same way. • Sustainable weight loss Finally, the whole idea of eating one meal a day can be incredibly effective for weight loss. But of course there's a pretty reasonable catch — you have to try not to overeat at your one meal. Remember, weight loss is the plan, so do your best to stick to it! Cons • Hunger Pains Yes, this is clearly the biggest drawback of the one-meal-a-day diet. To be honest, I felt the hunger pains at first but of course, it got better as I grew more used to the routine. So what's the point? Well, the diet plan requires you to tolerate a certain level of hunger right off the bat; this is the only way to start the journey and stick with it! Note: I wouldn't recommend you try the one-meal-a-day diet if you're prone to binge eating — you may actually end up seeing little to no result. • Low energy levels As most of us know, any diet that restricts your calories can make you feel lethargic. When you start the one-meal-a-day plan, there's a good chance of feeling more tired than usual — I also experienced it. What's more, people who rely on sugary snacks to get an energy boost may find it hard to stick with the plan. Parting Words The one-meal-a-day diet plan is clearly not for everyone but, of course, you won't be wrong to try it if you can keep up with the rule. After 30 days on the one-meal-a-day diet plan, I actually lost a couple of pounds and I felt really good about it! Who wouldn't? If You Eat an Avocado a Day For a Month, Here's What Will Happen to You

09:20
What Will Happen to Your Body If You Eat Avocado Every Day. The avocado is a unique fruit with multiple nutritional and health benefits. How would your body respond if you ate just one avocado a day? In fact, it would transform your life as you’d get amazing results: your breath will be fresh at all times, your kidneys and liver will work more efficiently, your blood pressure will become lower, just to name a few. There's a miraculous mineral to be found in avocados: potassium. It helps your system keep a healthy fluid balance through chemical channels for cells and organs. Avocados are also a great source of vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is known for its involvement in the creation of collagen and elastin, which help to maintain the skin's elasticity and firmness. Vitamin E takes it to a whole new level, reducing the damage of excessive sun exposure and counteracting aging. TIMESTAMPS How to get fresh breath. 0:37 How to make your kidneys work more efficiently. 1:26 How to decrease your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. 2:20 How to make your liver function more efficiently. 3:16 How to lower your blood pressure. 4:13 How to improve your vision. 5:07 How to get extra protection from cancer. 6:03 How to lose weight easily. 6:52 How to make your skin glow. 7:49 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -Avocado has antibacterial and antioxidant flavonoids, which kill bacteria in your mouth and make your breath fresh. -Potassium helps your system keep a healthy fluid balance through chemical channels for cells and organs. A good fluid balance allows your kidneys to function better. -Eating avocados regularly lowers the “bad” LDL cholesterol and blood triglycerides by up to 22% and increases the “good” HDL cholesterol by up to 11%. -This fruit is actually one of the best products for a liver-friendly diet, and that's all thanks to its ability to help your body produce glutathione! The liver desperately craves this antioxidant to filter out harmful substances and protect its cells from damage. -Potassium in avocados helps regulate the fluid balance benefits your blood pressure too. In this case, potassium prevents osteoporosis and, most importantly, lowers your blood pressure. -Avocados are high in antioxidants, especially carotenoids called lutein and zeaxanthin, which protect our eyes against harmful blue light. -The ability of avocados to give that extra bit of protection from cancer comes from the carotenoids and monounsaturated fat they contain, both of which make their own contribution to the impressive reduction of cancer. -Avocados are rich in fiber, which is essential for making those unwanted pounds disappear. Fiber is incredibly filling and digests slowly. -Thanks to vitamins C and E avocados help to maintain the skin's elasticity and firmness. Avocados are also rich in omega-9 fatty acids, and they’re crucial for maintaining moisture in the epidermis and regenerating epidermal cells. 5 Health Benefits of Salt in the Diet- Thomas DeLauer

06:10
5 Health Benefits of Salt in the Diet- Thomas DeLauer How Much Salt do You Need? You can learn this and so much more at http://www.ThomasDelauer.com You have no doubt heard about the dangers of salt and the need to stay away from it, but this is not a universal truth. We crave salt because we need it… -We need to replace what we lose through sweat and urination -Think about when you work out and you taste your sweat - it is salty. We must replace this when we excrete it. Recent research has found that there are not only dangers of too much salt, but too little salt (2). -The daily recommended intake of sodium continues to decrease, some citing below 2.3 grams per day. (2) -Based on a study of over 100,000 people in 18 countries, it was found that blood pressure effects of sodium were seen at excess of 5 grams per day, with moderate impact at 3 to 5 grams and not existent at levels below 3 grams, which is still higher than the daily recommended amount. (2) Sodium has positive effects on the body as well, including having an impact on the levels of certain hormones (2). These positive effects are why we need and crave salt. Let’s go over 5 reasons salt is important in a diet. 1. Fluid balance and cardiovascular function (1) a. Sodium is a component of your extracellular fluid and is crucial in tissue perfusion and cellular metabolism. The extracellular fluid volume is partly controlled by sodium and plays a role in cardiovascular health. 2. Nervous system function (1) a. The nervous system is full of neurons firing messages to one another. This is made possible by changing concentration of sodium and chloride ions (salt is made up of sodium and chloride). This is how your brain lets your body know to move! 3. Digestion (1) a. Salt is used to transport chloride ions in the form of HCL in your gastric fluid. This HCL plays roles such as eliminating food-borne pathogens during digestion. 4. Mood (3) a. On a study on rats, it was found that those with a sodium deficiency displayed some symptoms of depression, such as not seeking out things that would normally provide pleasure. 5. Minerals (4) a. Naturally occurring salts, such as pink Himalayan sea salt, are known to contain abundant different trace minerals. Why then does salt have a bad reputation? Consuming too much salt and too little potassium is the opposite of how our ancestors would have eaten. This balance, or ratio, in the body, is important to health (1). Consuming more fruits and vegetables while moderately decreasing salt intake may be a better approach than just cutting out salt, as it is important to have some salt in the diet to keep you at your healthiest. Another tip: consume natural salts, such as pink Himalayan sea salt, to take advantage of the trace minerals. Resources: 1. Greek Salad good diet : Health Benefits of Greek Food Starting With a Greek Salad

04:02
►►►http://loseweightfast.eilii.com/secret-trick-to-lose-10-lbs-in-just-1-week.html Greek Salad good diet : Health Benefits of Greek Food Starting With a Greek Salad Health Benefits of Greek Food Starting With a Greek Salad When coming up with a good Greek salad, certain ingredients are a staple of this dish. These would include sliced cucumber, green bell peppers, pieces of tomato, red onion, sliced or cubed feta cheese and Kalamata olives. It would be seasoned with salt and dried oregano, and the dressing would be olive oil. This is the authentic Greek salad, and as with any native regional dish would include only those ingredients locally grown or produced. But as Greek restaurants and therefore Greek cuisine have taken on a world-wide flavor, variations have developed from the authentic Greek salad. In North America, the United Kingdom and Australia lettuce will be the base ingredient with Greek-inspired vegetables plus of course feta cheese as the standard. These are also selections that have not been toasted, dry roasted or salted, but are minimally processed straight from the tree or plant from which they are derived. Potatoes Nutrition Facts: Carbs, Lose Weight, Health Benefits

07:18
Potatoes: Why Are They So Awesome? Reason 1: Vitamins & Minerals Potatoes might seem a dull and lifeless root, that doesn’t contain much of anything but my friend you would be mistaken. Potatoes are packed full of many beneficial vitamins and minerals that are necessary for human life. Potatoes are full of many B vitamins, vitamin C, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Sulphur, Potassium, and Sulphur. Making it a powerhouse for human health, and has even been shown to outrank onions, carrots in terms of antioxidant activity. Potatoes have even been shown in studies to be able to reduce inflammation, and help with cardiovascular health, most likely because of the high amounts antioxidants they contain. There is one catch however when it comes to obtaining the great nutrients that these tubers contain, and that is that most of the beneficial vitamins and minerals are found in the skin. Yes I know we have all had that baked potato that we tried to eat with the skin and got nothing but a mouthful of what tasted like pure delicious dirt. The best thing that you can do for that is number one clean your potato before you cook it, next you should try different kinds of potatoes (I have found that russet potatoes are the ones that taste like dirt most often), and finally try cooking them differently occasionally you will see that the skin can be the best part! Reason 2: Starch Starch isn’t just something that you use to get the wrinkles out of your jeans when you iron them. Starch is a carbohydrate that is found in many plants, and is broken down into the main fuel source that our bodies use called glucose. Potatoes are high in a specific kind of starch called resistant starch. The reason it is called resistant starch is because it isn’t broken down in the gut, but makes its way to the microbiota and is a good form of prebiotic to feed the bacteria of your microbiome. Resistant starch has been shown to help with helping improve insulin sensitivity, digestion issues, risk of colon cancer, help with absorption of minerals, and increases butyrate in the microbiome. Potatoes regularly have a good amount of resistant starch in them, but an easy way to allow them to gain even more is by cooking them and letting them cool down. No you don’t have to eat cold potatoes, because even when you heat them back up the resistant starch remains and you can still get the beneficial effects. Reason 3: Satiety Potatoes above other carbohydrates are extremely satisfying when it comes to overall satiety. What I mean by this is that you stay full for longer and have less hunger after consuming potatoes rather than other carbohydrate sources. I have found this to be true on a personal level. I have tried to use the classic chicken and rice bodybuilding diet, and found myself starving after about an hour after eating even though my calories were in point. Once I got away from that and started to eat potatoes with my main meal however this all changed. Once I get finished with my main meal of the day that contains a hefty portion of potatoes I don’t even think about food for hours on end because I am completely satisfied, but don’t just take my word for it, let’s look at what the research says. In one study that looked at the satiety index of 38 different foods boiled potatoes actually scored the highest. It’s also been shown that consuming potatoes with a meal resulted in less overall energy (caloric) intake than a meal with either rice or pasta. So if you are trying to stay satisfied on a low calorie diet, or are trying to maintain your weight but still find yourself being hungry I highly recommend putting some good organic potatoes into your diet. What They Do Not Have Makes Them Awesome Too! In a lot of foods, such as nuts and many leafy greens, there are things called antinutrients. Antinutrients are things in certain foods that have an adverse effect on the absorption of key micronutrients in the body, or bioenergetic system of the body. Some examples of antinutrients are things like phytic acid which has been shown to absorb minerals from the body leading to micronutrient deficiencies, phytoestrogens which have been shown to lead to excess estrogen in the human body, and goitrogens which have very detrimental effects on the health of the thyroid gland. Potatoes on the other hand contain little to no phytic acid whatsoever, making all of the nutrients in them completely available for the body to be able to use, with no adverse effects on the hormonal balance, or micronutrient content of the body. They do not naturally contain any phytoestrogens, although if they have been left in the heat in plastic or are ladened in pesticides this could easily change. They also do not contain any goitrogens, allowing them to contribute to optimal thyroid health and skyrocketing your metabolism, as long as you don’t fry them up in PUFAs, which ruins almost all benefits they have to offer.

The Amazing Health Benefits of Beans

03:11
Visit http://www.sunwarrior.com/news https://youtu.be/gbF6U0a6BK8 Sunwarrior recently had the pleasure of hosting one of our world-class Ambassadors, Marzia Prince, for a visit to Sunwarrior HQ in St. George Utah. Marzia started as a top notch athlete that transitioned over time to a competitive body builder, a highly sought after health and fitness coach and spokes model. She says early in her career everyone told her that “you can’t compete without consuming huge amounts of animal protein and some even spiked their diet with performance enhancing chemicals.” So Marzia became a carnivore, and felt she had to sacrifice balance in her life to compete. An array of unintended consequences accompanied this lifestyle, the major one being that her health suffered, and she overall just felt terrible. In 2010 she knew she had to make a change. She took a 30 day vegetarian challenge and felt amazingly better, even in ways that she hadn’t recognized were a problem. She progressed to a vegan lifestyle and continued to feel increasing health and vitality. Since elevating her own life she has helped countless others discover the good life. We all wanted to know what her secret is. Hard work is certainly one of them, but I was surprised when she said “Beans.” Beans have become her meat substitute. On their own, beans don’t contain all the essential amino acids, but when combined with a complementary protein like brown rice, they become complete. Beans are full of vitamins, minerals, and protein to maintain lean muscle mass. They are naturally low in fat, high in fiber, cholesterol and gluten free. Beans are high on the heart healthy scale as they lower cholesterol, and blood pressure. They digest slowly so are helpful to diabetics in lowering blood sugar levels. Beans are included in many of the anti-cancer diets, and important to weight loss plans because they give a feeling of fullness. They are also helpful in maintaining regularity. Worldwide, beans are only surpassed by grains as the primary daily source of calories and protein. So the next time you go out to eat, try the black bean burger! I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It’s sure done wonders for Marzia Prince. -- Subscribe to our channel: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=sunwarriortribe -- Visit us at: http://www.sunwarrior.com/ Like us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/sunwarrior Follow us on Instagram: http://instagram.com/sunwarriortribe ‪Follow us on Twitter: http://twitter.com/Sunwarrior Hang out with us on Google+: https://plus.google.com/+Sunwarrior/posts Follow us on Pinterest: https://pinterest.com/sunwarriortribe/

Synopsis: A recent study at Oxford University included 45,000 subjects and revealed that you can cut your risk of heart probelms by one-third if you eat a vegetarian diet. Subjects in the test who followed vegetarianism lowered their blood pressure and cholesterol levels versus those who ate meat and fish regularly. As a result, they experienced 32 percent fewer hospital admissions due to heart attacks. The study was among the first to isolate vegetarianism in the research. WHAT POTASSIUM DOES TO YOUR BODY ! Health Benefits from Potassium Rich Diet

00:58
Potassium Health Benefits The main benefits realized by eating foods containing this mineral are somewhat interrelated. Among other things, potassium: • Helps your muscles contract, including your heart muscle. Because potassium helps your heart beat regularly, problems with an irregular heartbeat may be stabilized by eating more foods containing this mineral. Studies indicate that higher potassium intake is linked to lower risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease • Regulates the fluids in your body and, along with them, your electrolyte balance • Transmits nerve impulses. One review revealed that maintaining the stability between potassium and sodium releases nerve impulses; a "differential" compromises the system and leads to diseases and physiological imbalances • Improves blood pressure. In another study, more than 80 percent of people on hypertension medication were able to cut their doses in half just by increasing their dietary intake of potassium Balances low blood sugar. A decrease in potassium can trigger a plunge in blood sugar, causing trembling, sweating, weakness and confusion. Potassium intake can provide almost instantaneous relief

Cutting fat out of your diet or eating very little fat can be harmful to you. Eat fat as part of a well-balanced diet. There is no need to eat a carton of ice cream in one sitting, but a bowl is fine. Everything in moderation - garlic pills benefits. 8. 3:44 Uses of Garlic: A great nutrition tip is to bring your own healthy snacks with you to the movies. Movie theaters are notorious for the unhealthy food they sell such as popcorn and candy. The butter they use on their popcorn is extremely unhealthy. It's much healthier to bring your own snack - garlic medicinal uses. 9. 4:14 Raw Garlic Benefits: Raisins and other dry fruits make for a great addition to hot cereals. Keep a box or two around so you can always take advantage of the vitamins they pack. Simply sprinkle them into your oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat or any hot cereal after you've cooked it. They will quickly absorb moisture and release part of their flavor right into your bowl. 10. 4:44 Garlic Benefits for Men: Bake, broil, grill or roast your meats to keep them healthy. Use cooking spray instead of butter when cooking your food. If you brown beef, keep in mind that you should stain it and use hot water for rinsing. This helps to reduce the fat content that is on the beef. 11. 5:14 Benefits of Raw Garlic: Breakfast truly is one of the most important meals of the day - if you take the time to eat it. A healthy, balanced morning meal that includes proteins, carbohydrates, and calcium sets the stage for a more productive and energized day. Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches are quick and easy. Opt for a whole grain bread, preferably one with nuts and seeds in it. Make sure that your peanut butter is of the natural sort without added oils or sugar. Lastly Get real fruit spreads, not jellies. 11 Wonderful Benefits Of Butternut Squash Health & Nutrition

06:47
11 Wonderful Benefits of Butternut Squash Butternut squash is beloved around the world, not only for its versatility as a food item, but also for its many health benefits, including the ability to protect the skin, promote eye health, reduce chronic disease, improve digestion, lower cholesterol, built strong bones, reduce blood pressure, and so much more! Butternut Squash The versatile and uniquely shaped butternut squash is a type of winter squash that is native to North America, and is believed to have been specifically cultivated in Massachusetts. Butternut squash grows on a vine and has the peculiar shape of an elongated bell. Scientifically known as Cucurbita moschata, it was made by cross-breeding Gooseneck squash and Hubbard squash. The squash has pale brown or yellow skin, and rich orange flesh inside, along with a nutty flavor that many people compare to pumpkin. At the bottom part of the “bell”, you can find a seed compartment, and these seeds are edible, and can be roasted, just like pumpkin seeds. As the squash ripens, the color of the flesh becomes even more orange and the sweetness of the vegetable increases. You should choose butternut squash that have a matte color to the skin, rather than a glossy coat, as this indicates that it was picked too early and will not be as sweet. Butternut squash is not found all over the world, but it has made its way into the culinary creations of certain countries, including South Africa, Europe and Australia, but it is primarily found in the United States. Aside from the ease of preparing butternut squash as a delicious meal, people also seek out this squash for its rich concentration of nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin C, dietary fiber, zinc, protein, folate and potassium, among many others. There are also key antioxidants that can be found in butternut squash, making it highly desirable for those looking for a healthy diet. Now, let’s take a closer look at some of those impressive health benefits. Health Benefits of Butternut Squash Blood Pressure: When it comes to protecting heart health, few things are as critical as keeping your blood pressure in check. Fortunately, the high levels of potassium found in butternut squash are able to do precisely that. As a vasodilator, potassium is able to reduce the tension in blood vessels and arteries, thereby lowering your risk of heart attack, stroke, atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular system issues. Eye Health: That orange color of butternut squash should tell any health-conscious person one very obvious fact – there is a lot of vitamin A in the vegetable! However, this comes due to the fact that butternut squash contains four important types of carotenoids – beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. Those latter two carotenoids both work directly in the retina to prevent oxidative stress and macular degeneration, while the first two are converted into retinol, which is the form of vitamin A that the body can use. Digestive Efficiency: As an excellent source of dietary fiber, butternut squash can help optimize the digestive process and relieve problems like constipation and bloating. Dietary fiber can bulk up stool and stimulate peristaltic motion, while also lowering your risk of inflammation in the colon. Fiber can also help scrape excess cholesterol from the body and protect heart health! Birth Defects: Many people overlook the role of certain vitamins for development, particularly in pregnant women. High levels of folic acid, for example, are required to prevent certain birth defects, such as neural tube issues and spina bifida. Butternut squash has ample amounts of folic acid, as well as other key B vitamins to ensure that your baby is born healthy and happy! Circulation: Having a high level of iron is important for everyone’s health, considering that iron is required for the creation of red blood cells. If you don’t get enough iron in your diet, you will likely suffer from anemia, a condition characterized by fatigue, weakness and cognitive confusion. However, having enough red blood cells in the body improves circulation and oxygenation of organ systems. Bone Density: Butternut squash, like many gourds, are rich in minerals, such as potassium, manganese, magnesium and calcium, all of which can help with the strength and durability of your bones. As you age, adding mineral-rich foods like gourds and squash to your diet is critical to counter the natural effects of aging and the onset of osteoporosis. Chronic Disease: Many of the nutrients and organic compounds found in butternut squash act as antioxidants, which means that they seek out free radicals in different tissues and organs of the body and eliminate them before they can cause healthy cells to mutate and cause oxidative stress. These antioxidants include lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene and alpha-carotene.

KETO DIET 101: This is a basic but comprehensive KETOGENIC DIET PLAN for beginners including Foods To Eat, Health Benefits, Supplements Side Effects and and use for Weight Loss. The ketogenic diet, also called the keto diet, is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake, and replacing it with fat. The reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy. It also turns fat into ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain. Ketogenic diets can cause massive reductions in blood sugar and insulin levels. This, along with the increased ketones, has numerous health benefits. What I Learned From Eating Oats Every Day

03:41
My breakfast is never complete without a healthy serving of oats. My love for oats started while I was still in college and it became stronger when I realized that oats are very healthy. They are mainly eaten in the mornings with breakfast as porridge, but you can find oats in healthy snacks and biscuits which taste even better with the oats. Discovering the health benefits of oats made me so excited, I also found out that you can either buy the processed oats which are quicker to cook or the real oats also called the oat groats which require more intensive cooking. I am still enjoying the benefits of including oats in my daily meals, and I will like to share some of the amazing goodness that you can get by eating your favorite oat porridge brand daily. Oats contain important nutrients You can make up your body’s nutrient requirements to start the day in the morning by eating oats. In its different forms (porridge or snacks) oats is a reliable source of nutrients such as carbohydrates, Vitamin B1, Zinc, Iron, protein. Oats aid your digestive system The fiber content in oats is very high. Having oatmeal every day will improve the functions of your digestive system due to the high fiber content. It also promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria culture in your gut which aids internal processes. You can prevent uncomfortable conditions such as constipation by eating oats regularly. Oats can reduce bad cholesterol There are many reasons why you should get rid of bad cholesterol in your bloodstream. This is the cholesterol that tends to clog your arteries causing circulatory issues. Oats contain sufficient amounts of Beta-glucan which is a water-soluble fiber. Beta-glucan is known to help the body eliminate cholesterol that can lead to health complications in the future. Eat oats to lose weight The fiber content in oats can make you feel less hungry for longer periods. This means you can effectively reduce the amount of food you consume by eating a normal serving of oats porridge with your breakfast. While the porrid ge will make you feel satisfied, you will also benefit from the calories in the oatmeal which will provide enough energy needed to have a productive day at work. Oats provide a natural remedy for constipation If you are feeling constipated, you probably need a serving of oat porridge. The fiber content in oats will aid your digestive system to become free, providing you much-needed relief from constipation. This is one of the reasons oatmeal is recommended for older adults who may be prone to experiencing constipation due to the degenerating capacities of their digestive system. There are many more benefits you can get from eating oats daily. Moreover, the best part is that oats are very affordable and easy to prepare. You can make a bowl of steaming oats porridge in less than ten minutes (only for processed oats). There are also many brands of processed oats in the markets. Some brands have smoother oats, while others are quite coarse. However, trying out the different options will help you decide on a preference. Start enjoying the benefits of oats today. ▶ Subscribe to the channel! - https://goo.gl/nJ8d6r Royalty free Pictures from www.pixabay.com www.pexels.com Royalty Free Music from Audio Library – No Copyright Music
