Peoria IL Chiropractic Clinic Peripheral Neuropathy Relief That Works | Dr. Justin Tuttle
http://www.tuttlechiropractic.net/ At Tuttle Chiropractics in Peoria IL the goal is to help patients achieve pain relief and reach their optimum health potential for peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral Neuropathy is a condition affecting the nervous system, where the nerve fibers become damaged as a result of an injury or disease. It is often called peripheral neuropathy because it affects the peripheral nervous system. Think of it this way. The brain is the central computer for your body and controls all of its functions. The nervous system is the network of nerves that run from the lower part of the brain down through the spinal cord relaying message and carrying impulses back and forth to different parts of the body, such as your arms and legs. The various nerves that branch out to the entire body make up the peripheral nervous system. Peripheral nerves are responsible for the body's senses and movements. These peripheral nerves send messages to your brain and spinal cord, so that you can feel certain sensation. For example, if you burn your finger, your sensory nerves will transmit this information to your brain and you will feel a hot burning sensation. Because the peripheral nerves transmit signals to so many different parts of the body, the symptoms of neuropathy can vary depending on which nerves are damaged. Peripheral Neuropathy can be short-term, rapid onset (acute), or long-term, slower onset (chronic), and many nerves may be damaged or just one (mononeuropathy). Those with peripheral neuropathy suffer from the following symptoms, numbness and burning pain, leg cramping, pain when you walk, prickling or tingling feelings of the hands and feet, and sharp electrical-like pain. Through chiropractic, peripheral neuropathy can often be controlled or eliminated. The first goal of treatment is to manage the condition that is causing your peripheral neuropathy. If the underlying cause is corrected, the neuropathy often improves on its own. The second goal of treatment is to alleviate the painful symptoms through chiropractic adjustments, electric muscle stimulation, thermal modalities, and vibration therapy. Patients have my word...after an examination, if I find their case to be a chiropractic problem; I will inform them and do everything in my ability to help them. If I find their condition is not chiropractic, I will refer them to a resource I feel that can further help them. To learn more please contact Tuttle Chiropractic at 309-693-9200 to request additional information or to schedule a free spinal screening. www.tuttlechiropractic.net

It produces more physicians than any other medical school in America, it’s on the cutting edge of medical research, it’s a leader in treatment for both health and social diseases, and it’s in our back yard. It is the University of Illinois College of Medicine and the new WTVP documentary, Lessons Beyond Medicine, looks back at the history of the Peoria campus (UICOMP) and the many ways it touches Central Illinois residents today. In Lessons Beyond Medicine, WTVP looks back at the growth of the Peoria-based college, one of four campuses of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, from its first two-room office at the then-First National Bank building to today's expansion of world-class research facilities. The special explores the many ways in which the College of Medicine affects Central Illinois, including the only full-service HIV/AIDS clinic, assistance at community health clinics, medical care at autism and cerebral palsy centers, a clinic for abused children and a rural physicians training program. Talk for learning: Lower Primary Maths (Odia commentary)
A teacher organises her students into pairs to encourage them to create and solve problems together. This video is one of a series produced by TESS-India to support teachers in developing learner-centred classroom practices. Filmed in primary and secondary schools in India, the aim of the videos is to inspire teachers to experiment with using similar approaches in their own classrooms. The videos are intended to complement the text-based TESS-India materials for teachers and school leaders. However, they may also be viewed independently of these materials. TESS-India (Teacher Education through School-based Support in India) is an Open University, UK led teacher education project that has collaboratively developed a large repository of freely available, adaptable Open Educational Resources (OER) that support national education priorities in India. The resources are accessible in a range of media and languages, for use in multiple initial and continuing teacher development contexts. TESS-India is funded by UK aid from the UK government.
