One of the problems with insulin resistance is the body will make a lot more insulin to try to create the effect. We have this protective mechanism and when you don’t change your ways, your body just makes more insulin to drive it through to make it connect because it is trying to lower the sugar so eventually you become a diabetic type 2 and your sugars starts getting higher and higher. Wenn ich Diabetes hätte, egal ob Typ 1 oder Typ 2, würde ich auf jeden Fall Vitamin D3 nehmen. 10-15 Tage täglich 40 Tropfen Vitamin D3 auf 1000 Einheiten. Danach würde ich 10 Tropfen weiternehmen. 2.) Würde ich noch K2 nehmen. 10 Tropfen täglich. 3.) Um dem Körper die Gelegenheit zu geben den Zucker auszubauen, weil Vitamin C und Zucker gleich sind, würde ich täglich 600 - 1000 mg Vitamin C nehmen. 4.) Würde ich OPC nehmen. OPC ist ein Traubenkernextrakt. Traubenkernextrakt ist ein Mittel, welches das Blut verdünnt dadurch kann der Zucker abgebaut werden. Ich würde täglich eine Kapsel OPC nehmen und nach einer Woche 2 Kapseln. Danach würde ich Chrombicolinat nehmen. Chrom ist sehr wichtig für Diabetes, die wenigsten Diabetiker kriegen sie. Kein Diabetiker bekommt Vitamin C. Kein Diabetiker bekommt Vitamin D3. Kein Diabetiker bekommt von den Ärzten Traubenkernextrakt verschrieben und natürlich Chrom überhaupt nicht. Das Diskakanabina ist ein homöopathisches Mittel für Diabetiker, wenn sie vielleicht fülliger sind. Warum? Natürlich fülliger nicht durch Diabetes sondern durch Vitamin D3, weil das zur Fettleibigkeit führt. Ich würde Diskakanabina nehmen Potenz D2 3x5 Kügelchen täglich. Halbe Stunde vorher/nachher würde ich nichts essen! Ich meine mit diesen 5 Mitteln (Vitamin D3; Vitamin C; OPC; Chrombiconat & Diskakanabina) wirst du gut versorgt sein! Würde eine Insulinresenz auftreten, was bei den meisten Menschen mit Diabetes passiert, würde ich auf jeden Fall 2x2 MSM oder 3-4 Kapseln Alphalibonsäure nehmen.
