WELCOME AT MY CHANNEL ! THIS CHANNEL is always showing tips - health tips. Ranging from, the fact - the facts of the human body, the unique facts of the human body, food ingredients that make the body always healthy and simultaneously display the tips so that we are always beautiful. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC24KiP9XYnVUqk5UNCT77SA Eating Shrimps and Vitamin C Can Together Cause Death.? Not a few beliefs that circulate widely in food-related communities. But not all can be justified truth. One of them is rumors about eating shrimp and vitamin C simultaneously that supposedly can lead to death .. In fact, until now none of the studies that prove that the inclusion of shrimp and vitamin C together in the body can lead to death. Arsenic compounds once made a scapegoat in the news of someone's death after eating shrimp and vitamin C together. Arsen itself is a harmful chemical compound when entering into the body in a certain amount. Health problems that can be caused include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, tingling, cramps, to convulsions, and death .. Shrimp, shellfish, and various other types of seafood can indeed contain arsenic. Especially if the sea habitatnya much contaminated waste products from the factory. The average seawater contains 1 to 2 micrograms per liter. While the minimum dose required to cause death is 70 to 200 micro grams. Thus, the consumption of seafood in a reasonable amount, generally will not result in arsenic poisoning .. However, some people believe that the content of the arises in seafood will increase if consumed with vitamin C. In fact, this rumor is completely untrue. Because, vitamin C has nothing to do with the content of arsenic in seafood .. In fact, eating a fair amount of shrimp will benefit the body. For seafood this one is a very good source of protein. Likewise with vitamin C is indispensable for the repair of body cells. Not only that, this vitamin also serves as an antioxidant .. This explanation reveals another myth that can mislead the public. So, eating shrimp and vitamin C together is not proven to lead to death.

"Overdose"-Top 10 Unexpected Things You Can Overdose On

13:02
The word “overdose” typically brings illegal drugs to mind. But it is not only street drugs or the abuse of prescription medications that can overwhelm the body and cause damage or death."overdose" Substances that are considered harmless or even healthy can become poisonous when misused. The items listed below range from benign to beneficial in small amounts but become toxic in higher quantities. These seemingly harmless substances can land you in the hospital—or the morgue—if you overdo it. A 2001 study conducted by the National Cancer Institute resulted in a similar outcome. The study assessed the effectiveness of vitamin E in preventing prostate cancer. The findings showed that men who took vitamin E supplements were actually 17 percent more likely to develop prostate cancer than those who did not. Water-soluble vitamins such as vitamin C are typically flushed from the body before toxicity occurs, but there can still be negative effects from high doses. Overdoing it on vitamin C can result in diarrhea, stomach cramps, and even kidney stones. The items listed below range from benign to beneficial in small amounts but become toxic in higher quantities. DESCRIPTION: Iron is a double-edged sword. If we don't absorb enough, we risk anemia, but if we absorb too much we may increase our risk of cancer, heart disease, and a number of inflammatory conditions. Because the human body has no mechanism to rid itself of excess iron, one should choose plant-based (non-heme) sources over which our body has some control. This is another reason why Plant Protein is Preferable (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/plant-protein-preferable/). Vitamin C a magical pill-what happens when you take Vitamin C daily

03:57
Vitamin C a magical pill-what happens when you take Vitamin C daily Also known as ascorbic acid, vitamin C is a water - soluble vitamin that’s exceptionally easy to absorb and can be taken in quite high doses. It has a venerable history and was made famous in the 1980s when Dr. Linus Pauling (the only person to receive two Nobel prizes in a lifetime) pioneered its use for treating terminal cancer patients and preventing the common cold. By using doses of 20 grams or more a day (20,000 milligrams), he was able to keep terminal cancer patients alive for much longer than others with the same cancers who didn’t dose up on vitamin C. Those who have followed in Pauling’s footsteps have also shown how vitamin C can help prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease (heart attacks). Dr. John Ely, a brilliant researcher at the University of Washington, told me years ago: “ Ten grams of vitamin C on the fi rst day of a cold always works. After that it never works. ” I’ve found his words to be true, as have many of my patients. Vitamin C is vital for the proper functioning of our white blood cells, which fight off the invading bacteria and viruses that lead to colds and flu. Eating sugar and smoking cigarettes robs our bodies of this invaluable nutrient. So does breathing in toxic air in cities. It’s been estimated that one cigarette uses up as much as 200 milligrams of vitamin C. This might not sound like much, but the RDA for vitamin C is only 60 milligrams — the amount needed to keep us from developing scurvy! Vitamin C is also necessary for the functioning of the phase 1 enzymes in the liver, enhancing the clearance of toxins from the bloodstream; a deficiency of vitamin C leads to diminished clearance from the blood and greater toxic effects. Besides aiding in clearance, vitamin C helps increase the excretion of these compounds from the body. And along with vitamin E, vitamin C also protects us from the lung damage that ozone causes. So if you live in a city, especially if you’re a runner or a cyclist, you need to be taking vitamin C daily. I tell people that if they live in a city, they should take at least 3,000 milligrams of vitamin C a day. And if they’re smokers or are in traffic. In a word, vitamin C is indispensable. I’ve been taking 4,000 milligrams a day for the past twenty years. Vitamin C is also important for excretion and the production of bile acids, which are toxins ’ actual means of transport out of the liver. In a study of guinea pigs (the other mammals besides humans that don’t manufacture their own vitamin C), short - term vitamin C deficiency reduced the levels of vitamin C in the liver by 25 percent and led to a 50 percent reduction in both the amount produced and the effectiveness of the bile that was present. Why Spend Money on Vitamins and Minerals That Don't Provide Benefits

03:56
Popular vitamin and mineral supplements didn't provide any measurable health benefits to prevent cardiovascular disease, stroke or early death, according to a new study. The study published in the peer-reviewed Journal of the American College of Cardiology found no helpful or harmful outcomes for people who took multivitamins, vitamin D, calcium and vitamin C. Results were based on analysis of existing information, mainly published between January 2012 and October 2017. There were some exceptions: Folate and other B-vitamins (B6 and B12) did surface some minor evidence of reducing heart disease risk and risk of stroke, largely because of a Chinese study included in the overall research. Meanwhile, niacin and antioxidants showed a very small effect that might signify an increased risk of death from any cause. Authors note that participants involved in some of the studies, might not be representative of the general population. So, consult a medical professional before tossing or buying any recommended vitamins. The study was funded by the Canadian federal government and by food retailer Loblaw Companies. Generally, vitamin and mineral supplements are taken to add to nutrients that are found in food. Instead of opting for supplements, it is advised to consume needed nutrients through a more plant-based diet of less processed food. Existing trials haven’t shown that supplements can capture the nutrients in the same way food does, said an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, who is not affiliated with the study. These findings suggest that people should be conscious of the supplements they're taking and ensure they're applicable to the specific vitamin or mineral deficiencies they have been advised of by their healthcare provider. It’s important for people to tell their doctor what supplements they are taking to be sure of no side-effects or risks. Also, because most supplements are not FDA-regulated, it is advised to be aware of other substances that could be included in the actual pills. Instead of relying on a multi-vitamin, consider making important natural health choices at mealtime. In addition, vitamins and minerals from food sources are usually more easily digested and used by the body than synthetic vitamins. Save money by buying fewer nutritional supplements. Buy only the vitamins whose requirements are difficult to meet at mealtimes. This isn't the first time medical professionals have questioned taking supplements. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has said there is insufficient evidence on benefits or harms of multivitamins to prevent cardiovascular disease or cancer and actually recommends against taking β-carotene or vitamin E. In 2013, a group of professors at John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health told people to "stop wasting money on vitamin and mineral supplements." More research must be done to determine overall findings and they hope to look at links between vitamins and cancer outcomes in the future. K DOSE Vit C Against Brain Cancer: High dose VITAMIN C is SAFE & Effective Cure Brain CANCER

11:42
K DOSE Vitamin C Against Brain Cancer High dose vitamin C found to be a safe and effective addition to cancer treatment . Clinical trials found that it is safe to regularly infuse brain and lung cancer patients with 800 -- 1000 times the daily recommended amount of vitamin C as a potential strategy to improve outcomes of standard cancer treatments. In a work presented March 30, 2017 in Cancer Cell, University of Iowa researchers also show pathways by which altered iron metabolism in cancer cells, and not normal cells, lead to increased sensitivity to cancer cell death caused by high dose vitamin C. "This paper reveals a metabolic frailty in cancer cells that is based on their own production of oxidizing agents that allows us to utilize existing redox active compounds, like vitamin C, to sensitize cancer cells to radiation and chemotherapy," says co-author Garry Buettner, who was one of the first to propose that cancer cells might have a vulnerability to redox active compounds over 40 years ago. Buettner, along with study senior authors Bryan Allen and Douglas Spitz, are faculty members at the University of Iowa's Department of Radiation Oncology, Free Radical and Radiation Biology Program, in the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center. The 11 evaluable patients enrolled in the brain cancer safety trial received three infusions of vitamin C a week for 2 months followed by two infusions per week for 7 months while receiving standard care radiation and chemotherapy. The goal of each infusion was to raise the concentration of vitamin C in a patient's blood to 20,000 μM, as compared to a blood level of about 70 μM found in most adults. The high dose is necessary because vitamin C has a half-life of about two hours in the circulation of humans. The treatment was generally well tolerated; with modest side effects including frequent trips to the bathroom and dry mouth. Rarely, some patients developed high blood pressure that subsided quickly following infusion. Why is this approach safe? Vitamin C, even at high levels, isn't toxic to normal cells. The research group at Iowa found, however, that tumor tissue's abnormally high levels of redox active iron molecules (a by-product of abnormal mitochondrial metabolism) react with vitamin C to form hydrogen peroxide and free radicals derived from hydrogen peroxide. These free radicals are believed to cause DNA damage selectively in cancer cells (versus normal cells) leading to enhanced cancer cell death as well as sensitization to radiation and chemotherapy in cancer cells. "This is a significant example of how knowing details of potential mechanisms and the basic science of redox active compounds in cancer versus normal cells can be leveraged clinically in cancer therapy," says co-senior author Douglas Spitz, who focused on the biochemical studies. "Here, we verified convincingly that increased redox active metal ions in cancer cells were responsible for this differential sensitivity of cancer versus normal cells to very high doses of vitamin C." The safety study sets the stage for phase II clinical trials looking at whether high dose vitamin C is effective at extending overall lifespan and quality of life for patients undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. The researchers are currently enrolling patients with stage 4 lung cancer and will soon begin enrolling people with glioblastoma multiforme (brain cancer) in these phase II trials. They are hopeful that brain cancer responses to radiation and chemotherapy can be enhanced in these phase II trials. This guarded optimism is based on the phase I trial data showing an increase in overall survival of 4-6 months in 11 glioblastoma multiforme patients (18-22 months) versus the 14-16 months survival typically seen with the standard treatment. "The majority of cancer patients we work with are excited to participate in clinical trials that could benefit future patient outcomes down the line," says co-senior author Bryan Allen, who led the clinical side of the study. "Results look promising but we're not going to know if this approach really improves therapy response until we complete these phase II trials." The cost per patient above standard insurance billing for the phase II vitamin C glioblastoma multiforme protocol is approximately $8000 spread over 9 months of test infusions. This cost can be less than a single dose of some immunotherapy and/or chemotherapy drugs.

However this has to be in intravenous form for it work, hence the reason why people don't see see results when they take vitamin c capsules. If you can't get your doctors to administer this, then I recommend vitamin C in lypospheric form. 1 gram of lyospheric vitamin C is equal to 6-8 grams in intravenous. This is important because when you normally injest vitamin C your body can only absorb 15% on a cellular level. In intravenous form this jumps to %100 percent. Time Release Vitamin C is of Crucial Importance to Your Health

01:07
http://bit.ly/ERvitC Time Release Vitamin C: Organic natural sources and its crucial importance to your health Ahead of reasons for a time release vitamin C, let's see why you may need a vitamin c supplement. The high demands of time your daily life make it so difficult to eat properly. Most likely you are not getting the right quantity of vitamins and minerals from a desired spectrum of fruits and vegetables. Ask yourself the question: Has there been a day this week in which I have eaten 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables enough to give me 22 vital vitamins and minerals? If the answer is no, then you definitely need to supplement your diet. Why a time release vitamin C? Many studies suggest that for the antioxidant protection of vitamin C we need as much as 500 mg a day. Vitamin-C is one of the water soluble vitamins. This means it cannot be stored in the body because it comes out in the urine every day. Because of this, even more than 500mg vitamin C can be very hard to overdose. With doses under 1000 mg there is no risk. Other studies have shown that vitamin C can be transported into the blood more efficiently when it is consumed gradually, in small quantities. So, a considerable dose, such as vitamin c500 mg could be mostly wasted if taken all at once. Thus, a supplement with vitamin C time release ensures you get maximal utilization of your vitamin. How to choose the best time release vitamin C supplement t? Three factors are very important. First is the source of the supplement. Chose natural vitamin C made from organically grown plants. Second is the manner in which the supplement has been manufactured. Third is the way vitamin C is released in your body. It is highly desirable that the release be slow and steady to avoid waste. Ideally the vitamin should be released into your system during at least 8 hours to ensure small amounts at the time. Choose a vitamin c 500mg supplement made of concentrated plant extracts, which have been processed carefully to ensure their quality and potency, and made with a time release mechanism to ensure its maximal utilization and benefits. Vitamin c time release also means it should be gentler on your stomach. Find an organic, natural, and time release vitamin c at: http://bit.ly/ERvitC

Healing Health Ailments and The Power of Vitamin C by Tom Levy, M.D. Tom Levy, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist and a bar-certified attorney. After practicing adult cardiology for 15 years, he became aware of the enormous toxicity associated with much dental work, as well as the pronounced ability of properly administered vitamin C to neutralize this toxicity. He has written three books on the wide-ranging properties of vitamin C, addressing its ability to neutralize all toxins and resolve most infections, as well as its ability to resolve or substantially curtail many chronic degenerative diseases, including cancer and coronary heart disease. Additional books have addressed optimal nutrition, the specifics of dental toxicity, especially root canals, and the importance of glutathione as an antioxidant inside the cells of the body and as an important partner to vitamin C in the antioxidant matrix of the body. http://www.svhi.com/may-1-2013-health-ailments-vit-c/ Visit the Silicon Valley Health Institute (aka Smart Life Forum) at http://www.svhi.com Silicon Valley Health Institute Smart Life Forum Palo Alto

Vitamin C & the New Age of Enlightenment

32:43
Vitamin C & the New Age of Enlightenment It has been alleged, perhaps even proven, that vitamin C supplementation beyond the normal recommended daily allowance (RDA) can be vastly supportive of overall good health and longevity. Most species in the animal kingdom will produce their own vitamin C in their bodies as an essential hormone. This is true of cats, dogs, mice and most species and without the internal production of vitamin C, all these species of animals would have greatly shortened life spans. Humans only have 3 of the 4 essential enzymes to produce vitamin C in the body internally. Sometime in the past humans have switched off the gene for gulonolactone oxidase (GLO) enzyme and thus has greatly shorten the normal lifespan of humans. It may be that the Bible, that some say embellishes facts, may be historically dead on accurate when the recorded lifespan of Noah was 950 years. Descendents after Noah, had decreased life spans with succeeding generations. Shem lived to 600 years, then Arphaxad lived to 438 and the generations later to Abraham who lived to 175 years. On to the time of Moses who lived to 120 years. This would correlate to the slow mutation and switching off of the gulonolactone oxidase (GLO) gene. Actually a small percentage of humans can still manufacture a small amount of vitamin C in the body. This further indicates that this may likely have been a normal human capability many centuries ago, as it exists presently in most of the animal kingdom. Currently humans still have the GLO gene but it is non-functioning. Scientists have estimated that with the switching back on of the GLO gene human may again live to be hundreds of years old. Some may think this could have negative social and medical implications but on the flip side it could be a major boon to prosperity due the vast amount of knowledge, experience and skills an older productive generation would possess. But aside from gene therapy, it may be that vitamin C supplementation could have some beneficial anti-aging effects on it's own. Studies have shown that vitamin C slows down the shortening of the telomeres on the DNA by over 50%. Telomeres protect the ends of the DNA and help preserve vital DNA information during cellular division. Another benefit of vitamin C is collagen production. Not only is collagen a major component of the skin, but it is present throughout the body in the tendons, ligaments and all connective tissue. Vitamin C also plays a major role as an anti-inflammatory.In the case of cigarette smokers, large amounts of vitamin C become depleted in the body from smoking cigarettes and this is a major reason for early aging and wrinkles in the face. Cigarette smokers could greatly benefit with additional vitamin C supplementation. In some ways extra vitamin C supplementation could provide some of the same benefits as hormone replacement therapy but at greatly reduced cost. Controversial as it is vitamin C has outperformed AZT in trials on HIV infected human cells. In the New Optimum Nutrition Bible I report on ‘in vitro’ trials on human T-cells infected with HIV, comparing the anti-viral effect of AZT with vitamin C. I say that “AZT, the first prescribable anti-HIV drug, is potentially harmful and proving less effective than vitamin C in suppressing the virus in chronically infected cells (Ref 23).” Ref 23. These ‘in vitro’ studies on human T-cells shows that vitamin C suppresses the HIV virus in both chronically and latently infected cells, while AZT has no significant effect.. The real crime here is that no full scale human trials have been funded on vitamin C to follow up Jariwalla’s important finding probably because it is non-patentable and hence not profitable. Until such a trial is done we will not know to what extent vitamin C can act as an anti-retroviral agent. The non-toxicity of vitamin C, compared to AZT, make the need for this research of paramount importance. Finally, with respect to the conventional cocktail of antiretroviral drugs (which include AZT), it is well known that although these drugs can lower HIV viral load in the bloodstream, such drugs do not restore or reconstitute the immune system, indicating the need for other immunotherapeutic approaches. Why then is vitamin therapy not taken seriously in AIDS? The reason cannot be lack of medical evidence as several peer-reviewed clinical studies support a beneficial role for vitamins in AIDS.

IRON_ You May Not be Low! A Fun video by Markus Rothkranz

IRON- Learn all about it ! Our Raw Vegan Health Cookbook: http://www.markusworld.com/healthycookbook/iron Facebook: http://www.markusworld.com/facebook/iron Instagram: http://www.markusworld.com/instagram/iron Markus Rothkranz website: http://www.markusworld.com/Markus/iron Online Health Store: http://www.markusworld.com/products/iron German website: http://www.markusworld.com/german/iron Markus Rothkranz takes you on an entertaining Steampunk journey to learn all about iron, where to get it, the benefits and the dangers. You may not be low, in fact, you may have too much. Learn the facts. Low iron may be from internal bleeding caused by NSAIDs, parasites or leaky gut from eating refined foods, especially sugar, bread, wheat, pasta, baked goods etc. Yeast from these things mutates into fungus which eats holes in the digestive tract and colon, causing leaky gut, IBS, Crohns Chrons Crones disease. IRON is in almost everything. It is very essential for the body to have the proper amount of it. Most of the time the problem is not that the body doesn’t have enough; it’s that the body is not absorbing it efficiently. You must have ample stomach acid to absorb iron properly. Symptoms of iron deficiency are you being tired a lot, muscle weakness, dry hair and other things. Having the proper amount helps strengthen the immune system, creates blood, heals wounds, and keeps hair young and much more. Too much iron can be toxic to the body https://www.urmc.rochester.edu/encyclopedia/content.aspx?contenttypeid=19&contentid=iron Iron is very toxic in large amounts. In just three to four days, toxic levels of iron can cause death. In a severe overdose, iron quickly destroys the lining of the intestinal tract. It may lead to perforations of the intestine. Free iron ions in the bloodstream destroy the lining of the blood vessels, endothelium. This leads to irreversible shock. Too much iron can also cause severe liver damage. Coffee and tea, due to tannins, taken with meals blocks iron absorption https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2598894 The aims of the studies were as follows: To study the effect of small phenolic compounds with different hydroxylation patterns, gallic acid, catechin, chlorogenic acid, on iron absorption, To study the effect of different amounts of a hydrolysable tannin containing ten gallic acid residues, tannic acid, on iron absorption. To study the degree of inhibition of iron absorption by some foods and beverages, oregano, spinach, coffee and tea, in relation to their respective content of iron-binding phenolic groups, measured by a newly developed method. The inhibition of iron absorption by tannic acid was strongly dose-related. http://www.nutritionist-resource.org.uk/nutritionist-articles/is-your-daily-cuppa-leaving-you-lower-in-iron One study has shown that tea consumption may reduce iron absorption by as much as 60% and coffee reduces its uptake by 50%. The tannins in both tea and coffee adversely affect iron availability, which could lead to iron deficiency anemia. Calcium blocks iron absorption http://www.nutritionmd.org/health_care_providers/hematology/ironanemia_nutrition.html Caseins from milk and certain forms of calcium inhibit iron absorption. http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/supplements-can-interfere-iron-absorption-9091.html Calcium makes it harder for your body to absorb either supplemental iron or iron from food, according to the National Institutes of Health. Calcium competes for absorption with iron in your intestines and reduces its uptake. Low stomach acid is one cause of low iron http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/healthlibrary/conditions/hematology_and_blood_disorders/iron-deficiency_anemia_85,P00077/ Malabsorption of iron is common after some forms of gastrointestinal surgeries. Synthetic ascorbic acid, commercial “vitamin C”, depletes iron, while herbal vitamin C helps absorption http://www.naturalnews.com/043035_vitamin_C_nutritional_supplements_ascorbic_acid.html Synthetic ascorbic acid does not have the same biological properties and therefore benefits as true vitamin C found for example in fruits, berries, vegetables and many other natural sources. Here are just a few ways in which supplemental vitamin C can bring adverse health consequences. • Reacts with iron in "enriched" foods, causing neurological conditions.• Can cause thickening of the arteries. High Doses of Vitamin C Makes Cancer Treatment More Safe and Effective by Weakening Cancer Cells

04:58
Research reveals that Vitamin C can not only be safely combined with conventional cancer treatment, but it can lead to better survival outcomes, and a longer life, for people suffering from brain and lung cancer. Common treatment options for cancer, such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy, can be expensive and sometimes ineffective. However, a new clinical trial tests the effect of high-dose vitamin C in combination with standard treatment on health outcomes for patients with cancer. In the 1970s and 1980s, Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling, together with surgeon Ewan Cameron, first hypothesized the clinical benefits of vitamin C for treating people with cancer. Since then, further studies in animals and cancer cell cultures suggested that a high concentration of ascorbic acid might prevent and treat cancer. Laboratory studies have shown that high doses of vitamin C may slow the growth and spread of prostate, pancreatic, liver, colon, and other types of cancer cells. A nine-month study explored the effects of high-dose vitamin C on cancer. To obtain a high dose in these studies, vitamin C is usually administered using intravenous infusion. Vitamin C has a short half-life of only 2 hours in the human body, which is why it must be administered in high doses as a treatment. In a Phase I safety trial published in Cancer Cell, researchers at the University of Iowa gave brain cancer patients three infusions of vitamin C a week for two months, then two infusions a week for seven months. Patients also received standard cancer care, including radiation and chemotherapy. The results of this Phase I safety trial were extremely encouraging. Patients experienced an increase in overall survival time of 4 to 6 months – thereby allowing them to survive for a total of 18 to 22 months – almost two years – as opposed to the typical 14 to 16 months. Researchers noted that the vitamin C was well tolerated, and featured only minor side effects such as dry mouth along with rare, short-lived episodes of elevated blood pressure. Vitamin C, even at high levels, isn't toxic to normal cells. Calling the results “promising,” the study authors said they were “guardedly optimistic” about vitamin C’s cancer-fighting potential. Of course, one can only wonder how these patients would have done with additional non-toxic cancer therapies. For the upcoming phase II of the clinical trials, the scientists will examine the effects of vitamin C in participants with stage 4 lung cancer as well as in those with highly aggressive brain tumors (glioblastoma). Vitamin C works against cancer by selectively targeting the “Achilles heel” of cancer cells. According to researchers, the mechanism that might explain the potential efficacy of vitamin C in treating lung and brain cancer relates to the cancer cells' metabolism. As a consequence of the faulty metabolism that occurs inside the cancer cells' mitochondria, these cells produce abnormally high levels of so-called redox active iron molecules. These molecules react with vitamin C and form hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen peroxide-derived free radicals. Scientists think that these free radicals drive cancer cell death by damaging the cells' DNA, all without harming normal, healthy cells. The free radicals are also thought to weaken the cancer cells and make them more susceptible to radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Although this is the most recent study on vitamin C’s cancer-fighting powers, it is by no means the only one. Past research has shown that a combination of intravenous high-dose vitamin C and chemotherapy drugs helped to slow the progression of cancer, while alleviating side effects of chemotherapy drugs. The entire nine-month protocol of vitamin C treatment carried an $8,000 price tag above standard insurance billing, less than the cost of a single dose of some immunotherapy and chemotherapy drugs. Safe, non-toxic , low-cost and effective, vitamin C seems poised to take its place as a promising cancer treatment of the twenty-first century. It’s so important to everyone’s health Dr Peter Langsjoen a prominent US cardiologist recommends that people over 30 increase their intake of CoQ10. Dr. Stephen Sinatra America’s #1 Integrative Cardiologist said ‘CoQ10 is critical to your health—especially as you age. This compound is the spark that fuels energy production in every cell in your body, including your heart, which is your body’s biggest energy user.’ What is CoQ10? CoQ10 is a substance similar to a vitamin, it’s found naturally in almost every cell in the body. It helps maintain a healthy heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. As we age the body produces less CoQ10 naturally, Dr Peter Langsjoen a prominent US cardiologist recommends that people over 30 increase their intake of CoQ10. What are the health benefits of CoQ10? CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant, fighting damaging particles in the body known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. Antioxidants, such as CoQ10, can neutralize free radicals and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause. CoQ10 can help with the following: • Post Heart Attack - One clinical study found that people who took CoQ10 daily, within 3 days of a heart attack, were less likely to have subsequent heart attacks and chest pain. • Heart failure - There’s evidence that CoQ10 may help treat heart failure when combined with conventional medications • High blood pressure - Several clinical studies suggest that CoQ10 may lower blood pressure • High cholesterol - People with high cholesterol tend to have lower levels of CoQ10, so CoQ10 has been proposed as a treatment for high cholesterol • Diabetes - CoQ10 supplements may improve heart health and blood sugar and help manage high blood pressure in people with diabetes • Gum disease - Clinical studies show that people with gum disease tend to have low levels of CoQ10 in their gums. 5 Things you must consider before buying CoQ10 1. Should I take Hard or Softgel Capsules? Researchers from Canada’s KGK Synergize compared formulations from both forms and concluded that taking the softgel form resulted in 3.3 fold higher blood level concentrations of CoQ10 than the hard capsule. 2. Is it Manufactured in the USA? Look for CoQ10 that is manufactured in the USA. Manufacturing in the USA also guarantees certified GMP processes are used. Imported supplements are often manufactured in sub-standard facilities that do not follow quality control and hygienic manufacturing. 3. How Much Should I Take? Healthy people under age 60 take a minimum daily dose of 100 mg of CoQ10 to improve the metabolic efficiency of their cardiovascular system. If you’re over 60 increasing your CoQ10 intake to 200 mg daily is recommended. 4. Can CoQ10 Help Reduce Blood Pressure? High blood pressure cause blood vessels to constrict and reduce the flow of blood through the veins, CoQ10 relaxes the layers of blood vessels, opening more space for the blood to flow thereby reducing blood pressure. And finally the single most important point, you should consider this very carefully when buying your CoQ10 supplement. 5. Which CoQ10 is best Ubiquinone or Ubiquinol Ubiquinol makes a claim that it can be absorbed better than other forms of CoQ10. Dr. Stephen Sinatra conducted a study of CoQ10 ubiquinone vs. ubiquinol. He checked the CoQ10 blood levels of his test group each month and found that both groups achieved excellent results. Dr Sinatra concluded ‘I’m sticking with hydrosoluble ubiquinone as the best kind of CoQ10 supplement’. ******************************************************* Incoming search terms: coq10 ubiquinol coenzyme q10 q10 co q 10 coq10 benefits cq10 co q10 benefits of coq10 ubiquinol coq10 coq10 weight loss ubiquinol benefits coq10 ubiquinol coq 10 cq10 vitamin cq10 benefits q10 vitamin coq10 vitamin vitamin q10 vitamin coq10 ubiquinone coq10 coq10 ubiquinone ubiquinon best coq10 best coq10 supplement what is the best coq10 coq10 supplement coq10 supplements co q 10 nature made coq10
