Learn about how it works! http://www.thomasdelauer.com How does whey protein affect insulin and fat loss? Isn't whey a protein, not a carb?? Effect of Whey Protein on Insulin Whey is one of the two main proteins in milk - the other is casein. Whey, like all proteins, is made up of amino acids, the building blocks of protein. When we consume protein, we then break down these amino acids and use them for muscle growth and tissue repair. Whey contains all three BCAAs along with all of the essential amino acids. Whey is highly insulinogenic - consuming whey leads to a sharp increase in insulin levels. This response does not have to do with blood sugar levels - when a food has a high glycemic index, consuming it will cause a large increase in blood sugar levels. In response to this, the body produces insulin to combat the high blood sugar and allow glucose to enter our cells for energy. This is not what is happening when we consume whey - insulin release is responding to amino acids, not glucose levels. Insulin binds to cells to allow them to take up energy, which can be glucose or amino acids from proteins. The amino acids in whey cause an insulin release. Whey also leads to the release of GIP and GLP-1, two gastrointestinal hormones that also raise insulin levels. This increase in insulin is actually a good thing! Whey is a fast acting protein, and the spike in insulin allows amino acids into the muscle cells to encourage repair, helping us to gain muscle and heal quickly. Consuming whey protein has actually been shown to lower blood glucose levels when consumed during or directly before a meal. A 2005 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that when whey was combined in a high-sugar meal, individuals with type-2 diabetes had a lower blood glucose level following the meal than if no whey was consumed. This is thought to be because the increased insulin aided the body in glucose digestion. Generally, the better the whey, the higher the insulin spike and thus the more effective at delivering building blocks into the cells for the purpose or repair and growth. Best to consume whey directly following exercise. It is quickly broken down and made available to muscle cells for repair post workout. Whey protein isolate contains 90% protein and thus has less lactose, fat and cholesterol than whey protein concentrate. To get the most out of your protein, go for the whey protein isolate. You will experience less bloating and get more of the benefits - lean, ripped muscles. Too much protein is dangerous, so be sure not to consume excess protein. Excess protein can lead to increased fat storage and calcium loss, which can lead to osteoporosis. References: 1. Gluten intolerance, also called gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease- when it’s in its most severe form- can have symptoms that range from no symptoms to life threatening or debilitating chronic health problems and anywhere in between. Often, these symptoms are not consistent from person to person and this is part of what makes gluten testing or Diagnosing Gluten Sensitivity so difficult for medical professionals. Gluten sensitivity and intolerance can manifest as much more than just IBS-like symptoms and stomach problems. That’s why doctors are more likely to dismiss the idea that you even have this because if they don’t hear about digestive problems as your chief complaint, then it must be something else. More than 55 diseases have been linked to gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It's estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed. But how can you tell if you really are gluten intolerant? For some, eating this mainly wheat-derived protein is just fine, while others experience a full range of symptoms, some of which can make life nightmarish. If you have experienced at least 7 of these 10 symptoms after eating foods containing gluten, it might be time to think about modyfying your diet. Butter has a bad reputation for being high in fat, and even worse for being a much feared dairy product. But I'm hear to let you know butter is okay to eat even if you are dairy free. Here's why - Yes, butter is a dairy product of course. Anything made from milk is dairy, and butter certainly is made from milk. BUT, dairy isn't some magical substance that causes allergic reactions and digestive issues, it's just that a few components within dairy can irritate people. Namely, the protein and carbs within diary. People who are allergic to diary are likely allergic to the proteins within it. The two proteins in milk are casein and whey. Guess what, butter has near 0 casein and whey in it! People who ware lactose intolerant can't effectively digest lactose (the carb in milk also known as milk sugar). Folks with digestive issues such as crohn's, colitis, ibd, etc can also struggle with lactose digesting. Guess what, butter has near 0 lactose in it! Milk on its own has a little bit of everything. It's about 85% water, with a few percent fat (buttermilk), protein (casein and whey), carbohydrate (lactose aka milk sugar), and trace minerals as well. Not surprisingly it is a little of everything a baby would need to grow. Butter is about 80% of the fat from milk (buttermilk), and the remaining 20% is water. Notice that there is no protein or carb. None of the stuff in dairy that typically irritates people. So butter is good to go! Even on a dairy free diet most folk shouldn't have adverse reaction to butter. Butter is even included on thy hyper restrictive Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) I assume because the authors recognized that it does not contain any lactose. For this reason SCD allows properly made yogurt and some cheeses for they too don't contain any lactose. Enjoy your butter!

Casein Allergy. What is a casein sensitivity?. Casein is a protein found in drain and other dairy items. A casein sensitivity happens when your body erroneously distinguishes casein as a risk to your body. Your body at that point triggers a response trying to ward it off. This is not quite the same as lactose narrow mindedness, which happens when your body doesn't make enough of the compound lactase. Lactose bigotry can influence you to feel awkward in the wake of devouring dairy. In any case, a casein hypersensitivity can cause: *hives. *rashes. *wheezing. *severe torment. *food malabsorption. *vomiting. *breathing issues. What causes a casein hypersensitivity?. Casein hypersensitivities are most regular in newborn children and youthful kids. This sensitivity happens when the invulnerable framework botches casein as something the body needs to fend off. This triggers an unfavorably susceptible response. Newborn children who are bosom nourished are at a lower danger of building up a casein hypersensitivity. Specialists aren't totally certain why a few babies build up a casein hypersensitivity while others don't, yet they trust hereditary qualities may assume a part. Ordinarily, a casein sensitivity will leave when a kid achieves 3 to 5 years old. A few youngsters never exceed their casein hypersensitivity and may have it into adulthood. Where is casein found?. Warm blooded animal's drain, for example, cow's drain, is comprised of: *lactose, or drain sugar. *fats. *up to four sorts of casein protein. *other sorts of drain proteins. The measure of each of these substances in drain relies upon: *which creature the drain originates from. *where in the draining cycle the creature was. *how long the creature has been lactating. *what the lactating creature was eating. Numerous dairy items contain casein, yet not all do. Since casein is a protein, it's discovered for the most part in dairy items with direct to-high protein substance, for example, *low-fat drain. *yogurt. *kefir. *cheese. *ice cream. Dairy items containing not so much protein but rather more fat, for example, spread and cream, contain next to no casein. Illuminated spread, or ghee, contains no casein by any stretch of the imagination. Casein can likewise be in different sustenances and items that contain drain or drain powder, for example, saltines and treats. This makes casein one of the more troublesome allergens to maintain a strategic distance from. This implies it's critical for you to peruse nourishment marks painstakingly and ask what's in sure sustenances previously purchasing or eating it. At eateries, ensure you caution your server about your casein sensitivity before requesting sustenance. You ought to stay away from items that contain drain or may have been presented to sustenances containing milk in the event that you or your tyke has a casein sensitivity. A nourishment's fixings rundown will express this. Moreover, some sustenance bundling may willfully list explanations, for example, "may contain drain" or "made in an office with drain." You ought to maintain a strategic distance from these nourishments also in light of the fact that they may contain hints of casein. What are the hazard factors for building up a casein hypersensitivity?. One in each 13 kids under 18 years old has sustenance sensitivities. A casein sensitivity will regularly show up when a newborn child achieves 3 months of age and will resolve when the tyke is 3 to 5 years of age. It's not known precisely why this happens. Nonetheless, analysts have discovered that a few kids with casein hypersensitivities who are presented to little measures of casein in their weight control plans seem to exceed their sensitivities more rapidly than youngsters who devour no casein. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) prescribes that kids not be acquainted with bovine's drain before 1 year of age in light of the fact that a child's body can't endure the large amounts of protein and different supplements found in dairy animals' drain. The AAP proposes all children be nourished just bosom drain or equation until a half year of age, when you can start presenting strong sustenances. By then, abstain from nourishing your tyke sustenances containing milk, and keep giving them just bosom drain or recipe. How is a casein sensitivity analyzed?. You should summon your specialist right if your youngster is demonstrating any of the indications of a casein sensitivity. They'll get some information about your family's history of nourishment sensitivities and will play out a physical exam. There isn't a particular test that will analyze a casein sensitivity, so your kid's specialist will play out a few tests to ensure another medical issue isn't causing the side effects. Is WHEY PROTEIN really better? http://ironchestmaster.com/ Hey Guys, This was a question we had, so I'm going to answer it! Thanks and God Bless, Ron Williams - Mr. Universe, World & Olympia 7x, 7x, 7x http://ironchestmaster.com/ What Is Whey Protein? Whey protein is a mixture of proteins isolated from whey, which is the liquid part of milk that separates during cheese production. Milk actually contains two main types of protein: casein (80%) and whey (20%). Whey is found in the watery portion of milk. When cheese is produced, the fatty parts of the milk coagulate and the whey is separated from it as a byproduct (3). If you've ever opened a yogurt container to see liquid floating on top — that’s whey. Cheesemakers used to discard it before they discovered its commercial value (4). After being separated during cheese production, whey goes through various processing steps to become what people generally recognize as whey protein — a powder that is added to shakes, meal replacements and protein bars (5). Whey protein doesn't taste very good on its own, which is why it’s usually flavored. Chocolate-, vanilla- and strawberry-flavored powders are popular. It's important to read the ingredients list, as some products may have unhealthy additives like refined sugar. Taking whey protein is a convenient way to add 25–50 grams of protein on top of your daily intake. This can be important for bodybuilders and gym enthusiasts, as well as people who need to lose weight or are simply lacking protein in their diet. Most flavored whey proteins are also rather delicious and can be used to add an incredible taste to healthy recipes like smoothies. Whey is generally well tolerated, though people with lactose intolerance need to be careful, and some people may even be allergic to it (6). SUMMARY Whey protein is a mixture of proteins in whey, which is a byproduct of cheese production. It’s usually sold as a flavored powder, which is added to shakes, meal replacements and protein bars. Whey Protein Supplements Can Help Boost Your Protein and BCAA Intake Proteins are the main building blocks of the human body. They're used to make various important things, including tendons, organs and skin, as well as hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and various molecules. Proteins are also the building blocks of the contractile elements in your muscles. They’re assembled from amino acids, smaller molecules that are linked together like beads on a string. Some amino acids are produced by your body's cells, while others are supplied by the food you eat. The ones that you must get from foods are termed essential amino acids. Proteins that supply all nine essential amino acids are the best, and whey protein is loaded with them. It’s particularly high in important branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) like leucine, and also contains a high amount of cysteine (7). Studies show that leucine is the most anabolic (growth-promoting) amino acid, and cysteine can help boost levels of the cellular antioxidant glutathione (8, 9). Whey protein appears to be particularly effective at stimulating growth in humans. In fact, human breast milk is 60% whey, compared to 20% in cow's milk (10). SUMMARY The proteins in whey are of a very high quality. They’re loaded with essential amino acids, including leucine and cysteine. Types of Whey Protein: Concentrate vs Isolate vs Hydrolysate There are several popular types of whey protein. Their main difference is in the way they have been processed. Concentrate: About 70–80% protein; contains some lactose (milk sugar) and fat and has the best flavor. Isolate: 90% protein, or higher; contains less lactose and fat and lacks a lot of the beneficial nutrients found in whey protein concentrate. Hydrolysate: Also known as hydrolyzed whey, this type has been pre-digested so that it gets absorbed faster. It causes a 28–43% greater spike in insulin levels than isolate (11). Whey protein concentrate seems to be the overall best option. It’s the cheapest and retains most of the beneficial nutrients found naturally in whey. Many people also prefer the taste, which is probably due to the lactose and fat. If you have problems tolerating concentrate, or you're trying to emphasize protein while keeping carbs and fat low, whey protein isolate — or even hydrolysate — may be a better option. Keep in mind that even though concentrate is the most popular form, most studies have examined whey protein isolate. SUMMARY The main types of whey protein are concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate. They can vary in protein content, taste, digestibility and price. Effects of Whey Supplementation on Muscle Mass and Strength The best-known use of whey protein supplements is for the purpose of increasing muscle mass and strength.

Because regardless of what we're trying to do, getting the best protein sources (plant or animal) into our diet is a staple of our overall fitness. But that's the hard part, right? What are the best protein sources? Because not all protein sources are created equal. Some are lean and some are high and fat. Some are only good choices if you get them from a quality source, while others are less risky. But how do you make sense of it all? Well, it starts with the in-depth look in this video at all the best protein sources and the different categories you can find them in. ** Best Whole Food Protein Sources (2:41) When it comes to whole food protein sources, one of our absolute favorites is fish, especially for weight loss. And the main reason is because it has a relatively high ratio of proteins to fats. For every 3oz of salmon there's around 17gs of protein and roughly 5gs of fat. Whereas something like a 3oz sirloin steak might have 23gs of protein but around 12gs of fat. Now, as with any animal product, make sure the fish comes from a quality source. And it's also a good idea to stay away from eating larger fish like swordfish and tuna because of their higher mercury levels. More notable whole food protein sources: - Pasture-raised eggs/egg whites (contain l-leucine that stimulates muscle growth) - Grass fed ground beef - Pasture-raised organic chicken For some quick & easy recipes get your FREE 1-Day Meal Plan here → http://www.fitfatherproject.com/get-free-meal-plan ** The Best Protein Powders and Supplements (5:30) Now, if you’re looking for a more convenient protein source to fit into your busy schedule, these are a great choice. While not necessary, protein shakes are a great way to hit your protein target each day without having to prepare a meal. When choosing the best protein powder for you, the first thing to consider is that there are 3 main types. Whey, casein and plant protein. They're all effective sources of protein, but some studies show that both casein and whey protein can have negative effects, especially for those with a dairy allergy. Here are our favorite protein powders: - Whey Protein- Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard (1-5lb bottles available) - https://amzn.to/2MQAvOM - Plant-Based Protein: Vega Protein & Greens (Large bottle has ~1 month worth of servings) - https://amzn.to/2PdWocA For more details on these, click here: https://fit-father-project.helpscoutdocs.com/article/48-best-protein NOTICE: Daily protein target for muscle building (0.8-1g of protein per 1lb of body weight (0.45 kg)). Alternative & Snack Food Sources (9:19) Some other great protein sources that are also convenient (but not necessarily pure protein) are things like nuts and seeds. They're portable, require zero preparation and are filled with the right kind of protein and healthy fats we want in our diet. If you want to use nuts as a daily snack for weight loss, don't eat much more than a 1/4 serving (roughly a cupped handful, 1oz). And the reason is because of that high fat content . While they are good fats, eating any more than 1/4 cup is gonna have at least 15gs of fat which can really set you back. So if your goal is weight loss, make sure you’re aware of that. More notable recommendations include: - Black Beans - Hemp seeds - High quality jerky So, the big take away is this. There are a ton of great protein sources out there. And we believe the best approach is to try and incorporate them all (with the exception of animal products for vegetarians and vegans). And if you want even more help putting together your proper diet that incorporates all these protein sources in the right way, then download your free 1-day meal plan below to see how it’s done. To join my dairy free challenge and future challenges, join Facebook group here https://www.facebook.com/groups/508601599218142/ Lactose intolerance VS dairy allergy In this Q&A session I address Natasha's question: "Am I allergic to dairy if I'm gluten intolerant?" And the answer is pretty easy -- the fact that you are lactose intolerant has nothing to do with you being allergic to dairy. Here is the difference: 1. When you are lactose intolerant you are missing the enzyme (lactase) to break down milk sugar (lactose) properly. So since it is not broken down it causes all sorts of digestive issues. 2. When you are allergic to dairy you would be allergic to one (or both) of the dairy proteins -- casein or whey. In fact, all food allergies are immune system reactions to a protein in that food. And all foods have proteins of different kinds. So as you see, lactose intolerance doesn't mean allergy to dairy. However, I invite everyone to join us on one week dairy free challenge through my Facebook group to see if you, in fact, have allergy or sensitivity to dairy regardless of lactose intolerance. Love, peace, baby greens Nadia

Sign up for the Bulletproof Diet book list, and receive a free preview of the 1st chapter of the Bulletproof Diet Book as soon as it's ready! http://bulletproofdietbook.com/ Dairy is one of the most controversial and confusing food groups, but the simple truth is that the vast majority of dairy is not healthy for you. Many people have allergies or sensitivities to dairy proteins (whey, casein) and sugars (lactose), and they can be a very inflammatory food that causes cravings and a decrease in performance. Most dairy is produced from unhealthy grain-fed cows that are given antibiotics and hormones, and then the dairy products are pasteurized, homogenized and loaded with additives. Organic farming doesn't solve many of these issues, and while raw milk might be fine for most people, it is hard to find. Cheese is also very inflammatory due to the toxins created in the fermentation process, and it can cause all sorts of issues with poor skin quality and contribute to fat storage. Butter, particularly from healthier grass-fed cows, is low in milk proteins and sugars so that most people can tolerate it, and contains a ton of beneficial nutrients that help you perform better, and is the best form of dairy most people can eat. To support our channel and level up your health, check out: Our Fast Weight Loss Course: http://thehealthnerds.com/the-science-of-fast-weight-loss-course Our Better Health Basics Course: http://thehealthnerds.com/food-health-happiness In this short video, you will learn exactly how to use whey protein for weight loss and better health! Men and women can both use whey protein shakes to lose weight, find out how! A lot of people think whey protein is only for bodybuilders, bros, and super jacked stick figures like myself. Not true. Whey protein is actually a tremendous tool for those of you looking to lose weight. That’s why today, I am going to show you exactly how to use whey protein for weight loss. Here are the 7 best tips and steps for beginners. 1. Understand what whey protein actually is. Whey is the liquid part of milk that gets separated when cheese is made. If you’ve ever opened a yogurt container and have seen a watery substance at the top, this is whey protein. This liquid substance is what is turned into powder form to create whey protein. Just in case you’re wondering, this process also cuts out the 95% of the lactose so if you’re allergic to dairy, you really have nothing to fear. 2. Understand the different types of whey protein powder. There are three main forms of protein powder: whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolestate. Concentrate is about 70-80% protein with some milk sugar and fat. Isolate is 90% protein and has a little less sugar and fat. Hydrolysate is also known as hydrolyzed whey, has virtually 0 sugar and fat, and is mixed with enzymes for the faster digestion into the blood stream. So, you may be wondering, does the type of protein matter? Not really. The minute differences between to two are not enough that it should cause you any stress or concern. Leave that sort of worrying for your overall diet and exercise routine. For what it’s worth, most of the studies are done using whey isolate and it’s what I use as well. 3. Understand why protein works so well for weight loss There are 3 reasons are particularly compelling… #1. It will keep you full. Protein can cut down sugar cravings by as much as 60%. #2. It’s easy. As long as you have a blender bottle on hand, all you need to do is add water. Which is great to have on the go or at work where eating healthy is more difficult. #3. It preserves lean muscle tissue when dropping weight. This ensures that when you do lose weight the majority of it is fat. We talk a lot about protein on this channel and this is just the short list of reasons why. 4. Whey protein has lots of other proven health benefits, which helps the body function better and makes weight loss easier. Things like: Improves muscle performance Lowers blood pressure Reduces symptoms of stress Helps you get in more water naturally And contains a small amount of antioxidants. Are additional reasons why whey protein is important and helpful for weight loss. 5. What are the best times to take whey protein? In order of importance. Take 30 minutes before or after your workouts. This has been shown to help with muscle development and recovery after a workout. Take 30 minutes before meals or dinning out. This will help you keep you from binge eating and give you more control over what you eat when out with friends or family members. Finally, you can use it as a healthy snack. Whenever my chocolate cravings hit mid day, I use it to get in my chocolate fix without all the sugar. 6. What should you mix it with? Water or unsweetened nut milks like cashew, almond, and coconut work best. Try to avoid using milk as it has a good amount of sugar. Other great places to use protein is in oatmeal, Greek yogurt, and smoothies for a flavor boost. This really adds a great taste to the otherwise bland healthy foods. 7. How much should you get in? Best Brands: The best brand of whey protein that we like is ISO 100 Hydrolized by Dymatize, and it can be found here: http://amzn.to/2iVZrt7 Need a vegetarian/vegan option? The best brand of non-whey that we like is Vega Sport Performance, and it can be found here: http://amzn.to/2imXwwr The Health Nerd is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com. https://www.ars.usda.gov/research/publications/publication/?seqNo115=209388 http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0921448806002574 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18469287 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19640952 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11838888 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20847729 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18469287 http://www.smallruminantresearch.com/article/S0921-4488(06)00257-4/abstract https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2289832/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24724774

A lot of foods aid in removal of the pain (garlic, ginger, turmeric), but lots of them also worsen the issue. IN CASE OF JOINT PAIN, AVOID THESE: RED AND PROCESSED MEAT Both have chemical purine and nitrite that make pain and inflammation worse. These foods also have toxins called glycation end products AGEs and they make inflammation more serious. A 2014 study of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences said that red meat glycan develops more inflammation and progress of cancer. Another study of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition made a link between red meat and inflammation markers. Replace the red processed meat with veggies and fruits. SUGARS AND ARTIFICIAL SWEETS. Too much sugar makes more AGEs and inflammation. Sugar triggers cytokines, the inflammation agent triggers. Also, the sugar causes weight gain and pressure on every joint. Also, avoid sodas and sweet drinks. A study of 2014, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition said regularly eating these things makes rheumatoid arthritis in women. Avoid the sodas, sweets, cereals with sugar, snacks, punches, pastries and candies. As healthy options consider stevia, honey or molasses. DAIRY. They worsen the pain because they have high amount of the protein causer of inflammation. The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine said this same protein also irritates surrounding joint tissue. That pain is also linked to saturated fats in dairy (cheese, milk, butter). Replace the pasteurized milk with almond, soy milk, tofu, margarine or similar. CORN OIL. This oil is full of omega 6 acids that are harmful for us. The Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism stated in one study that more omega 6 acids make more inflammation. Such foods are salad dressings, grapeseed and safflower oil, peanut, soy. Do not remove the omega 6 fully, it is still needed but in moderation. Eat more omega 3 acids of olive oil, flaxseed, nuts and pumpkin seeds. GRAINS AND REFINED FLOUR. Due to high glycemic index they trigger more AGEs and inflammation. Nutrients study published that daily eating wheat items and grain cereals can develop autoimmune diseases chronically. Such grains have little B vitamin and have empty calories. Eating them daily means more risk of diseases like heart issues, diabetes and even cancer. Replace the pasta, white flour, white rice, white bread with coconut/almond/whole grain/brown rice. EGGS. Eating them regularly means more pain and swelling in joints. The yolk in the egg makes inflammation since it has arachidonic acid that makes prostaglandins (causers of inflammation). They also have saturated fats, harmful too. For breakfast, at least remove the yolk and have just the whites. WHEY PROTEINS. The casein and gluten make the inflammation serious. The casein makes uric acid inside us. Too much of this acid inflames the joints and other parts too. This is called gout and can be serious up to the point of damage to the joints. Those sensitive to gluten foods can have chronic problem with this. A study of the Journal Nutrition Biochemistry, 2013, was said gluten free foods aid in inflammation reducing, adiposity and insulin resistance. Opt for the healthy options like lean proteins (beans, seeds, nuts) and less whey. REFINED SALT. This is the table salt we use daily. It is full of additives and chemicals that impair fluid balance inside us. Also, this salt has no natural minerals like phosphorus or silicon. Limit this salt use and you will keep all the calcium needed for healthy bones, against fractures or osteoporosis even. Eat it in minimal doses or buy Himalayan pink salt or sea salt. Also, avoid junk food – it is too salty. MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE FOODS. The MSG additive makes better flavor in store bought foods like frozen snacks, chips, frozen dinner, Chinese food, salad dressing and soups. It is especially bad for those with rheumatoid arthritis. Eat fresh and natural, homemade foods. Avoid the aspartame foods too, like artificial sweeteners. BEER. Too much alcohol impacts the joints first. Those having beer often and too much, have worse joint health. the purines of it turn to uric acid and this inflames the joints. Beer also has gluten in it and those with fragile joints must avoid it all the time.

https://word2speech.com/medical/ Allergy, cow milk Allergy, cow milk: Casein and whey are the two major proteins of human milk and most milk-based formulas. Some (less than 8% of) infants have a true allergy to the cow proteins that are in milk-based formulas. Infants with true cow milk allergy can develop abdominal pain, diarrhea, rectal bleeding, skin rash, and wheezing when given milk- based formulas. These symptoms will disappear as soon milk- based formula is removed from the diet. (Allergy to cow milk protein is different from lactose intolerance). The treatment of cow milk protein allergy involves using formulas that contain no cow milk, or using formulas that contain predigested casein and whey proteins. The predigesting process breaks the whole proteins into smaller pieces or into amino acids. The amino acids and smaller protein pieces are non-allergenic (do not cause allergy). Soy protein formulas contain no cow milk, and are reasonable alternatives for infants with true cow milk allergy. However, some infants have allergy to both cow milk and soy proteins. These infants require a formula in which the cow milk protein (casein) has been predigested and specific amino acids added to provide a formula that can provide proper nutrition.
