How to avoid Asian-Glow!
@monkeyeatsworld and I put Reedee patches, an alcohol flush support product to the test. Can we drink a bottle of sake without turning red? Check out the video to see if this is the miracle cure for Asian-Glow that you have been searching for. Disclaimer: The views expressed are my own. The actions of one person need not affect your own. Do your own research, question the “facts”, and proceed with caution. According to google: “H2 (histamine) blockers (like Zantac and Pepcid) slow the metabolism of alcohol, increasing peak blood alcohol concentration to potentially dangerous levels.” In other words, antihistamines increase the rate at which blood alcohol levels rise, and can cause you to reach your limit much more quickly. If you’re not careful, you can reach toxic levels more quickly than you anticipate, making it more likely to experience alcohol poisoning and requiring hospitalization”. I myself have been using this method for years and have encountered no issue. Nonetheless please proceed with caution. Treat and Stop Acid Reflux with Natural Medicine - Dr. Patti Kim, ND
Low stomach acid causes most Acid Reflux symptoms, according to Dr. Patti Kim, ND (Naturopathic Doctor). In this video interview, Dr. Kim discusses: 1) The symptoms of Acid Reflux, including burning, heat or pain sensation in chest and/or throat area, regurgitation, belching due to the sphincter being weakened, feeling full sooner than normal, chronic sore throats or laryngitis. 2) The conventional treatment for Acid Reflux, including calcium carbonate antacids such as Tums, Maalox, Mylanta; or proton pump inhibitors such as Prilosec, Nexium, Prevacid and Protonix. 3) That neutralizing stomach acid or stopping stomach acid production with artificial drugs can be harmful to the body because of the numerous side effects associated with the drugs, and that this type of conventional symptom treatment does not treat the root cause. 4) That stress is a primary cause of lowering stomach acid. 5) That stomach acids leak into the esophagus because of a weak sphincter (often due to stress). 6) Factors that influence acid reflux: poor nutrition, foods that cause inflammation, eating spicy foods and alcohol. 7) Natural Medicine treatment of acid reflux includes: stomach pH may be tested; goal is to raise stomach acid (or lower if too high) through dietary changes, exercise, herbs, nutritional supplements, digestive supplements and Homeopathic remedies. 8) Especially important is removal of processed foods and eating whole, organic foods. 9) Dr. Kim has a great success rate of stopping acid reflux: most of her patients are symptom free within a week. what can i take for heartburn while pregnant | How to Treat Heartburn during Pregnancy
what can i take for heartburn while pregnant | How to Treat Heartburn during Pregnancy For many people, pregnancy can cause different problems and heartburn is one of them. Uncomfortable and frustrating, heartburn can make you forget about the pleasure of being pregnant as your mind becomes occupied by the pain and burning sensation in your chest. There are two main causes of heartburn during pregnancy – the ongoing hormonal changes in the body and the increasing pressure on the stomach from the growing womb. The hormonal changes in the body can cause the muscles in the esophagus to relax more frequently. This allows stomach acid to flow back up into the esophagus, especially when you’re lying down to take a nap or after you’ve eaten a large meal. With each passing day, your uterus expands to accommodate the growth of your baby. This means your stomach is under more pressure, which also results in food and acid being pushed back up into your esophagus. It’s common to have heartburn during the first and third trimesters, but it doesn’t mean you have to just bear with it throughout your pregnancy. While medicines are not recommended for pregnancy-related heartburn as they can have lasting effects on the unborn baby, there are many simple things that can help you deal with this problem and maintain a healthy pregnancy. Here are the top 5 ways to treat heartburn during pregnancy. 1. Eat Less, But More Often When you are pregnant, you start paying more attention to your diet so your baby stays healthy. But this does not mean that you need to eat for two, it is just an unwarranted pregnancy myth. In fact, overeating is a big “NO” as it can worsen the symptoms of heartburn. 2. Sleep on Your Left Side Whether it is during pregnancy or any other time, health experts recommend sleeping on your left side. Lying on your left side at night may decrease acid reflux, as it is more difficult for acid to flow into the esophagus while you’re in this position. 3. Chew Gum Chewing gum after eating can help prevent heartburn, which is just one of the many discomforts that you will face during pregnancy. It stimulates your salivary glands, and saliva can help neutralize the acid that has backed up into the esophagus. 4. Elevate the Head of Your Bed To prevent heartburn while sleeping, you can raise the head of your bed. Elevation will prevent acid from flowing back up into the esophagus. Plus, it will prevent swelling in the legs. 5. Sip on Water Sipping small amounts of water throughout the day is another simple and effective way to keep heartburn under control during pregnancy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Links: For more tips see our blog: https://naturalhealthcarenhc.blogspot.com like us in Facebook: https://goo.gl/MmjtyD Follow us on twitter: https://goo.gl/USDg3k Google plus: https://goo.gl/B5B2oz Special thanks to: http://www.top10homeremedies.com If you found this information cool, useful or valuable please hit share and let your friends benefit from this as well!

Living Life Without Prilosec and Other Acid Blockers!
If you are having an ongoing battle with heartburn, acid reflux or GERD (not totally sure of the difference) like I was over the last few years, and wound up taking more Prilosec, Nexium, Prevacid, etc. (acid blockers) than you care to, tune in! Acid blockers are NOT A CURE, they are just a short-term solution (contrary to what doctors may have led you to believe). Tune in to hear what I am hoping is a long-term solution that allows me to eat what I want without the problems of excess stomach acid. Who knows, it just might help you as well. Check with your doctor first though. :-) One last thing... I forgot to mention that a doctor I saw on the Dr. Oz show said that she recommends 2 mg of melatonin one hour before bedtime for her patients that suffer from acid reflux symptoms. Supposedly, this helps wean them from acid blocking drugs. According to Dr. Oz it will also help you sleep more soundly, as well as help with GERD symptoms WITHOUT stopping stomach acid production. Check out his website for more details, and TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR before trying it. Hope it helps! www,eformationqueen.com https://www.facebook.com/eFormationQueen

Medications that can Cause Depression (2018 Update)
Needed medications can be life-savers, and should never be discouraged. But, very often, a medication with significant side effects can be substituted with a medication which gives the same therapeutic effect, without the unwanted side effects. A single pill can have hundreds of listed "possible" side effects, these can be very hard to keep up with. But, when you take 2 or 3 pills daily, the possible side effects don't just double or triple, they multiply. One medication may not cause depression alone, but when combined with another pill, it might lead to significant depression. Acid Reflux Zantac 150
Acid Reflux Zantac 150 http://acidreflux.product-truths.com - Acid reflux and gastroesophageal reflux illness (GERD) are closely related, however the terms are not necessarily interchangeable. Acid reflux may be the backward flow of stomach acid in to the esophagus - the tube that connects the throat and stomach. Acid reflux is additional especially known as gastroesophageal reflux. Through an episode of acid reflux, you could possibly taste regurgitated food or sour liquid at the back of the mouth or feel a burning sensation in your chest (heartburn). Occasionally acid reflux progresses to GERD, a more severe type of reflux. By far the most common symptom of GERD is frequent heartburn. Other indicators and symptoms may possibly include things like regurgitation of food or sour liquid, difficulty swallowing, coughing, wheezing and chest pain - specifically when lying down at evening. In case you have occasional acid reflux, way of life changes might help. Lose excess weight, consume smaller meals, and stay clear of foods that appear to trigger heartburn - for example fried or fatty foods, chocolate and peppermint. Avoiding alcohol and nicotine may perhaps aid, also. If essential, occasional acid reflux could be treated with over-the-counter medication, including: - Antacids, including Tums - H-2-receptor blockers, for example cimetidine (Tagamet HB) or famotidine (Pepcid AC) - Proton pump inhibitors, like omeprazole (Prilosec OTC) Should you suspect that you have GERD, your signs and symptoms worsen, or youexpertise nausea, vomiting or difficulty swallowing, speak for your doctor. Prescription medications may perhaps enable. Within a handful of instances, GERD might be treated with surgery or other procedures.

How to Reduce Excess Stomach Acid
How to Reduce Excess Stomach Acid Your stomach is full of naturally produced acid that helps break down food and protects the GI tract from infection. But, excess stomach acid can cause uncomfortable symptoms, pain, and even severe health problems. The most common symptom is heartburn (a.k.a. gastroesophageal reflux), which occurs when stomach acid leaks into the esophagus. Frequent heartburn suggests gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), which can damage the esophagus and throat. Reducing excess stomach acid is the best way to manage these problems. Seeking Medical Attention for GERD 1 See a doctor if necessary. If you make the lifestyle changes suggested above but see no change in symptoms, it's time to see a doctor. Long-term GERD can cause esophageal injury and is associated with other severe health problems. Prolonged inflammation and repeated injury can also increase the risk of developing esophageal cancer. Don't hesitate to seek medical treatment if lifestyle changes don't fix your stomach acid issues. 2 Ask your doctor for medication recommendations.[1][2][3][4] Medical treatment for GERD is broken down according to severity of symptoms. Many of medications are available over-the-counter (OTC). You should still consult your doctor to ensure a proper treatment regimen. If he or she can write you a prescription for an OTC medication, you might even be able to get it covered by insurance. Follow the dosage and timing instructions carefully for each different drug to prevent potentially severe side effects. • For mild to moderate GERD: Take antacids as needed (Tums, Maalox) to neutralize acid if your symptoms occur once weekly or less. They provide relief within minutes, but only last for about one hour. Take surface agents (sucralfate/Carafate) to protect esophageal and stomach lining and promote healing. Take histamine 2 receptor antagonists (Zantac, Pepcid) to decrease acid secretion. • For severe or frequent (2 or more episodes per week) GERD: take proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, lansoprazole, esomeprazole, pantoprazole, dexlansoprazole, rabeprazole) to prevent acid secretion in the stomach.[5] Some of these are available OTC, and the standard dose is one pill daily for 8 weeks. Side effects include: bacterial infections and diarrhea, anemia and osteoporosis, and interactions with other medications. 3 Discuss the option of an endoscopy. In a screening upper endoscopy, doctors use a camera on a flexible tube to look at the throat, esophagus, and stomach. During the procedure, they might take biopsies to assess inflammation, check for H. pylori (a type of bacteria), and rule out cancer.[6] Discuss whether your symptoms call for an endoscopy with your doctor. 4 Be open to surgery if your doctor recommends it.[7] Rarely, GERD symptoms don't respond to any medications, in which case you may need surgery. One surgical approach (fundoplication) wraps the upper part of the stomach around the esophagus, then sews it in place to reinforce the esophageal opening. A second approach wraps a string of magnetized beads around the point where the esophagus meets the stomach. This closes the lower esophagus, but lets it expand when swallowing so food can get through. • Young people who will suffer from life-long GERD symptoms can also consider surgery.

What are the signs of acid reflux?
Acid reflux is something that can affect many children. In the past there wasn't a treatment for it. Kids that have acid reflux, instead of being what we call happy spitters (because a lot of baby's will spit up), they will have pain when they spit up. So, they will be fussy when they eat, they will often arch, often have challenges when they are laid flat, because when you are upright then gravity helps keep some of it down into the stomach. You don't treat every kid with medication who has acid reflux. Sometimes some simple maneuvers, keeping kids upright, and small frequent feeds is enough. However, if a kids isn't gaining weight, if they're very very irritable with it, or if they have any breathing problems because of it, these are all things that you should consider getting medical treatment for. It's just a medication that is taken every day. There are several different medications - again, it is rare that they will take medication for this. The different medication name brands that people would recognize would include Zantac, Pepcid, Prevacid, Prilosec, are the name brands that people use. The kids that have the most severe reflux - something called "failure to thrive", where they are not able to grow or if they have continual breathing issues from it - actually see a specialist, a gastroenterologist, and there are some procedures that can be done to help. But again, that's very rare.
