You don’t need medication. You don’t even have to change your diet or exercise either. One very simple way to do this is to increase your magnesium. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, especially your heart. Playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. Unfortunately, researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.1 Magnesium & Blood Pressure If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.3 However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. These are medicines which relax and widen blood vessels, therefore allowing the blood to flow through the blood vessels smoothly, lowering blood pressure. The good news is that magnesium acts like a calcium channel blocker, easing blood vessel flow and lowering blood pressure – naturally, without any synthetic drugs. It was found in a human clinical study6 of more than 8,500 people that a higher intake of magnesium may decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Where To Get Your Magnesium From FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli Brussels sprouts Kale Bok choy Romaine lettuce Raw seeds: Pumpkin, sesame and sunflower have the highest Raw nuts: Cashews, almonds and Brazil nuts are the best sources Fatty fish: Wild-caught Alaskan salmon and mackerel are the best sources Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Plus, most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. So What’s The Best Form? Over the years, I’ve tested many different forms and combinations and I’ve discovered the best is a combination of 4 different magnesium's, which are clinically proven for maximum absorption: TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate Amino Acid Chelate Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate Magnesium Citrate ======================================== Thank you for watching. In fact, research has demonstrated1-3 the vital role this mineral plays in your cardiovascular health, by reducing your risk for hypertension, stroke, heart attack and plaque build-up in your arteries. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. So what mineral am I speaking of?... It’s Magnesium! When magnesium levels are low, you can have major problems in your muscles and organs. Symptoms of a deficiency can include unexplained fatigue or muscle weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, eye twitches, muscle spasms, restlessness, insomnia and even hair loss. It is quite possible to be unaware of a deficiency, which is why it has been dubbed the "invisible deficiency." Some researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.(1) I bring this up because studies have shown that less than 25% of US adults are getting the minimum requirements for magnesium - which is only about 300 mgs for women and 400 mgs for men.(2) Magnesium & Blood Pressure I could go on and on about the importance of Magnesium, but I hope you get the point. However, today I want to focus on lowering your blood pressure. If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.(3) In fact, having high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because there are no real symptoms. Other than getting your blood pressure tested regularly, it’s hard to tell if yours will be elevated or if it’s normal. However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. And most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli -Raw seeds -Raw nuts -Fatty fish SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. » Best Supplements For Removing Calcium Deposits On Arteries

04:10
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets! ►► http://drsam.co/yt/CleanYourArteriesNaturally =============================================== Best Herbs, Vitamins and Supplements For Removing Calcium Deposits & Plaque Buildup From Your Arteries =============================================== When attempting to remove calcium deposits from the arteries, most people mistakenly stop taking calcium supplements. This is wrong and counterproductive because calcium has many benefits and it’s a very important mineral, especially in your BONES… But NOT in your arteries and heart. In fact, calcium deposits and plaque buildup is a sign of early aging. So you really need to be proactive and reverse and remove calcium and plaque buildup For anti-aging purposes For improved blood flow and circulation To help reduce your risk of a heart attack or stroke. And the good news is that no matter how old you are or how “bad” things may seem in your arteries, you can DEFINITELY help reverse and remove calcium and plaque buildup… quickly and easily. And the best part is you can do it naturally – no need to ever take medication. I’ve done it over and over again with hundreds and thousands of my clients, including my father! Best Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals Regular, daily exercise and a healthy diet of natural foods is very important for overall health. Unfortunately, there’s no way you can get all of your vitamins and minerals from food, unless you ate thousands of calories daily. And when it comes to plaque and calcium removal, there are some very specific, potent and effective supplements that will give you dramatic results in just a few short weeks. -Vitamin C, D3, E and especially K2-7 (MK7) and Magnesium are very important at removing calcium OUT of your arteries and putting it in your bones where it belongs -Nattokinase reduces Fibrin buildup, which is an insoluble protein that impedes blood flow and thickens your blood. -White Willow Extract and Ginger Extract are anti-inflammatory and also reduces thick, sticky blood and improves circulation. They work great together. -NAC reduces heavy metals, toxins and pesticides from your body and also strengthens your liver… all of which is very important for healthy and clean circulation of your blood. There are a few other good ingredients specific for our goal -- such as green tea extract and a blend of L-Carnitine (Acetyl + Glycine Propionyl) Of course, I’m not expecting or advising you to go out and buy all of these ingredients individually and take them daily because it’s just way too expensive and inconvenient. I know from personal experience because I tried it myself and my parents. It’s not a long-term solution and if you don’t stick to something long-term, you won’t get lasting results. The good news is that under this video you can get access to a simple, proven and effective solution, which eliminates the need to take all of these ingredients by themselves. So it’s easy and it’s what I do myself. Supplements to lower blood pressure -High blood pressure four supplements to lower hypertension risk

Sources: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4266250/ supplements to lower blood pressure -High blood pressure four supplements to lower hypertension risk supplements to lower blood pressure blood pressure supplements vitamins for high blood pressure vitamins to lower blood pressure natural supplements for high blood pressure FAR SASA: USE PRODUCT IMAGES FOUND IN THE LINKS BELOW Hey everyone this is Sean White, health researcher at Natural Health Crusader. Today I want to talk to you about 4 supplements you can take to help with naturally lowering blood pressure levels. These are supplements that I take daily, as well as a few family members who have struggled with hypertension. Now if you need more information about lowering blood pressure levels I have a few videos on this channel that I'll link to below, but this video will focus mainly on the 4 daily supplements. I'll also link to the exact products for each of these that we use, so you can go out and purchase if you wanted to. So with that being said let's jump right into it. Garlic (https://amzn.to/2Ifzq00) Garlic has a wide-range of documented health benefits. Aside from high blood pressure, it can help with cardiovascular health, cholesterol, immune system support, and digestion. In double-blind studies with garlic preparations providing a daily dose of at least 10 mg allicin, blood pressure readings dropped with typical reductions of 11 mmHg for the systolic and 5 mmhg in the diastolic within a 1 to 3-month period. Allicin is an enzyme that is released when fresh garlic is cut, and to get 10mg a day you would need to eat 1-4 cloves. However, we know that may be difficult and also not the most pleasant smelling, so we found an odorless garlic supplement that helps us get our daily intake. It's called Odorless Garlic by BRI Nutrition and we'll link to it in the description. Spirulina (https://amzn.to/2K8zG2I) Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is one of the oldest life forms on Earth. It's one of the most nutrient-rich superfoods in existence. According to Nutrex Hawaii, "Spirulina has between 55 and 70% protein (which is more than beef, chicken, and soybeans), 8 essential and 10 non-essential amino acids, as well as high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), beta-carotene, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, vitamin B12, iron, calcium, phosphorus, nucleic acids RNA & DNA, chlorophyll, and phycocyanin, a pigment-protein complex that is found only in blue-green algae." Taking spirulina daily can help with boosting energy, immunity, cardiovascular health, eye health, brain health, and lowering blood pressure levels. We use Pure Hawaiian Spirulina by Nutrex Hawaii, and you can find the link in the description. Fish Oil (https://amzn.to/2MhphlE) Fish oil is a rich source of two long-chain, omega-3 fatty acids: the first is EPA [eicosapentaenoic acid] and DHA [docosahexaenoic acid]. Most people have caught on to the many health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids and taking a fish oil supplement. But if you're not aware, some of the benefits include supporting the health of heart, brain health, joints, mood & mental state, skin & hair. When taking a fish oil supplement, the body converts these omega-3 fatty acids into substances that help with reducing inflammation in the body. It also helps to prevent arterial hardening which is one of the key causes of hypertension and high blood pressure. CBD Oil (http://www.lnk123.com/aff_c?offer_id=2597&aff_id=386029) Last on the list is one of our favorite supplements, CBD Oil. CBD Oil, which stands for cannabidiol, has been somewhat controversial in that there are many health benefits, but it's not widely accepted yet. You can find a link to it in the description. So that wraps up this video on 4 supplements that can help with lowering blood pressure and hypertension. If you liked this video make sure you comment below and share this video with friends and family. That's going to wrap it up and I'll see you in the next video. hypertension risk high blood pressure symptoms what causes high blood pressure hypertension low blood pressure what is high blood pressure signs of high blood pressure hypertension symptoms blood pressure symptoms diastolic blood pressure hypertension causes high blood pressure diet foods that lower blood pressure low blood pressure symptoms high blood pressure treatment hypotension high bp symptoms what is hypertension systolic blood pressure what causes low blood pressure high blood pressure symptoms in men effects of high blood pressure high diastolic blood pressure high blood vitamins for blood pressure supplements to lower blood pressure fast natural supplements to lower blood pressure best supplements for high blood pressure natural blood pressure supplements supplements to reduce blood pressure what vitamins are good for high blood pressure supplements for hypertension what supplements lower blood pressure

One Drink That Kills Blood Pressure Permanently || Cure Blood Pressure without Medications

Kill Blood Pressure Permanently https://tinyurl.com/y9ob4zl4 Cure Blood Pressure without Medications https://tinyurl.com/y9ob4zl4 Eat calcium-rich foods milk being poured People with low calcium intake often have high blood pressure. While calcium supplements haven't been conclusively shown to lower blood pressure, calcium-rich diets do seem linked to healthy levels For most adults, the calcium recommendation is 1,000 mg per day. For women over 50 and men over 70, it's 1,200 mg per day Take natural supplements Some natural supplements may also help lower blood pressure. Here are some of the main supplements that have evidence behind them: Aged garlic extract: Aged garlic extract has been used successfully as a stand-alone treatment and along with conventional therapies for lowering blood pressure Eat foods rich in magnesium Magnesium is an important mineral that helps blood vessels relax. While magnesium deficiency is pretty rare, many people don't get enough. Some studies have suggested that getting too little magnesium is linked with high blood pressure, but evidence from clinical studies has been less clear Still, eating a magnesium-rich diet is a recommended way to ward off high blood pressure You can incorporate magnesium into your diet with vegetables, dairy products, legumes, chicken, meat and whole grains. Quit smoking breaking a cigarette in half Among the many reasons to quit smoking is that the habit is a strong risk factor for heart disease. Every puff of cigarette smoke causes a slight, temporary increase in blood pressure. The chemicals in tobacco are also known to damage blood vessels. Surprisingly, studies haven't found a conclusive link between smoking and high blood pressure. Perhaps this is because smokers develop a tolerance over time

7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home

04:06
7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home : Heart attacks are caused by the blood supply to the heart being suddenly interrupted. Without this supply, heart muscles may be damaged and begin to die. fatty deposits called plaque buildup in your arteries, they can narrow the vessels and raise your risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease. Several supplements are available that, over time, might help dissolve plaque and improve the function of your arteries, lowering your risk of chronic circulatory problems. Here are 7supplements that can help you unclog your arteries 1. Take fish oil supplements. If you don’t like fish or don’t have access to fish, you can simply take fish oil supplements to help get omega-3 fats. Look for fish oils that contain EPA and DHA oils. Although you might expect consuming fat to increase arterial plaque, omega-3 fatty acids may help slow plaque deposition and, over time, reduce its amount, according to experts at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Consuming supplements containing these unsaturated, healthy fatty acids can lower levels of blood triglycerides while raising levels of HDL, helping to keep your blood cholesterol in a healthy range. They may also help prevent inflammation of the arterial lining and reduce the risk of blood clots, both of which promote plaque deposits. 2. Take psyllium supplements. If you have difficulty getting enough fiber from foods, you can take psyllium supplements. Psyllium is a water-soluble fiber available in pill and powder forms. 3. Increase soy protein through supplements. Soy proteins are commonly available as powders that you can mix into a variety of foods and beverages (juices, smoothies, etc.). Several studies have shown that soy protein supplementation can have a beneficial effect on your cholesterol levels. 4. Take niacin supplements. You can also take niacin (vitamin B3) to help lower cholesterol levels. However, talk to your physician and monitor niacin supplementation closely. Common side effects at high doses include: • Flushing of the skin • Stomach upset • Headaches • Dizziness • Blurred vision • Increased risk of liver damage 5. Garlic Supplement. Garlic isn't just a culinary herb but is also a useful supplement if you're concerned about arterial plaque and atherosclerosis, according to evidence summarized at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Garlic contains a compound that's converted into allicin when cloves are crushed. Allicin could help lower blood levels of cholesterol by suppressing a liver enzyme that makes cholesterol. This eventually reduces plaque so You can simply add more fresh garlic to your food or take garlic supplements if you don’t enjoy garlic in foods. 6. Take plant sterol supplements. Beta-sitosterol and sitostanol are two additional supplements that may have a positive impact on cholesterol. You can find these options in supplement form at most vitamin shops or health food stores. 7. Take coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) supplements. CoQ-10 is an essential nutrient used to treat a variety of heart and blood vessel conditions. It can also counteract muscle pain resulting from other cholesterol-lowering medications called “statins.” Consider taking CoQ-10 if your doctor has prescribed one of these medications. check out my other similar videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFE8MFBZURI 😍 15 Foods That Unclog Arteries Naturally And Protect Against Heart Attack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-yVQyl2k4s 😍 7 Lifestyle Changes That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart Attack NOTE: The materials and the information contained onNatural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. My Theory on Dementia, Blood Pressure & Stroke - Dr. Eric Berg DC

06:36
Take Dr. Berg's Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about his theory on dementia, blood pressure control and stroke. There are a lot of unknowns about dementia. But there is an interesting associated factor, i.e. the build up of calcium in the arteries of the brain. Also, if the arteries get packed with calcium packing, the arteries get hard and it might be one of the causes for high blood pressure. Stroke is a situation of blocking of vascular blood flow to the brain. Dosages to try: Healthy normal person: Vitamin D3 (10,000 IUs) + Vitamin K2 (MK-7) (100mcg) per day Unhealthy person: Vitamin D3 (30,000 IUs) + Vitamin K2 (MK-7) (300mcg) per day Vitamin D and K2 work together and help to mobilize calcium. You may want to consume both vitamins, in the morning with butter or coconut oil for better absorption (due to being fat soluble). Vitamin D3 is about absorption of calcium and vitamin K2 is about directing where calcium goes - both working together to keep your arteries and soft tissues clean and your bones strong. Unless you have osteoporosis, I would not recommend taking extra calcium. Instead consume some cheese on a daily basis. Most of the calcium in the body is recycled so adding more, is not needed. Never consume calcium carbonate (limestone) as your calcium. If you take calcium and vitamin D without K2, you may be in danger of excess calcium build up - calcification of your vessels. Yet K2 is a powerful inhibitor of calcification of soft tissues. Potassium & Blood Pressure: MUST WATCH!

Become a Heath Coach: https://www.drberg.com/health-coach See if you qualify for a scholarship for our training: https://www.drberg.com/strategy-consult Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. HOME REMEDIES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - INCREASE CALCIUM CONSUMPTION

02:49
http://curehighbloodpressure.aedvz.com ◄◄ VISIT MY WEBSITE. HERE YOU WILL FIND THE MOST POWERFUL NATURAL TREATMENT THAT EXISTS TO REDUCE HIGH PRESSURE HOME REMEDIES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - INCREASE CALCIUM CONSUMPTION Hi. And welcome once again to cure high blood pressure. This time we will see Home Remedies For High Blood Pressure - Increase Calcium Consumption. Many people who are faced with issues of hypertension look for more natural remedies to this condition than that which doctors can provide. For many people these home remedies for high blood pressure are highly effective and much more favorable than prescription medications. There are many different home remedies which a person may choose to try however not all of these home remedies for high blood pressure will be effective for all people. This is because every person is different and what works well for one may not work for someone else. For this reason it may be necessary for a person to try several different natural remedies before finding the one that is effective at helping them to control their blood pressure. Increasing calcium in your diet is one method that is believed to be effective at reducing high blood pressure. One reason for this is because calcium deficiencies are thought to be one of the contributing factors of hypertension. It therefore stands to reason that if a person increases the level of calcium in their body then it will thus reduce the levels of the blood pressure. There are many ways in which a person can increase their levels of calcium quite easily. One way is through the use of calcium supplements taken daily. Other ways include increasing the consumption of various foods which are known to be high in calcium content. Dairy products such as milk are well known for their calcium content. The important thing to remember when consuming dairy products, however, is to watch the fat content. Increasing the calcium level will have little effect if you consume too much fat because this can lead to weight gain. As a result this can lead to even more serious high blood pressure issues as excessive weight is thought to be a contributing factor of hypertension. You also want to reduce the amount of cholesterol that you consume. Eating high cholesterol foods can also increase your hypertension levels. That is why it is very important to watch what you eat. Along side cut down on the amount of salt you consume per day. This sounds like a difficult thing to do but it can be done easily and without much sacrifice. Another natural cure for hypertension is garlic. You can take this in capsule form so you don't have to taste the garlic. Garlic has a compound in it which has been proven medically to lower hypertension effectively. Fact of the matter is that this is very serious and very deadly disease. You should do whatever you can do to lower it to normal levels. In fact, did you know that you can reverse this condition enough so that it no longer is a problem for you? If you are sick and tired of taking prescription pills and paying your doctor to have your prescription extended, you should look towards alternative remedies that are proven to work. If you need more information or want a definitive solution to high blood pressure, you can visit my website. 11 Signs Your Body Needs More Magnesium

03:49
Magnesium is a mineral found in many types of foods, it plays an essential role in human DNA production, repair and in maintaining healthy bones, nerves and muscles. Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. 7 Foods That Are Good For High Blood Pressure

02:03
7 Foods That Are Good For High Blood Pressure Eating more foods rich in potassium, calcium, and magnesium. In general, you should eat more low-fat protein sources, whole grains, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. The following slides present some of the best foods you can eat to lower your blood pressure. Leafy Greens Foods high in potassium give you a better ratio of potassium to sodium. Improvements in this ratio can help with lowering blood pressure. Leafy greens like romaine lettuce, arugula, kale, turnip greens, collard greens, and spinach are high in potassium. Try to opt for fresh or frozen greens, as canned vegetables often have added sodium. Frozen vegetables, on the other hand, contain just as many nutrients as they do when fresh and are easy to store. Berries Berries, especially blueberries, are rich in natural compounds called flavonoids. One study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that consuming these compounds may prevent hypertension, and possibly help to reduce high blood pressure as well. Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are easy to add to your diet. Put them on your cereal every morning. Keep frozen berries on hand for a quick and healthful dessert. Potatoes Potatoes are high in both potassium and magnesium, two minerals that can help to lower your blood pressure. They are also high in fiber, which is necessary for an overall healthy diet. Enjoy a baked potato as the centerpiece of your dinner. Instead of fattening and salty butter and sour cream, try adding plain yogurt or salsa for flavor. Beets Researchers at the Queen Mary University of London found that patients with high blood pressure saw significant improvements in blood pressure from drinking beetroot juice. The study authors concluded that it was the nitrates in the juice that brought down the participants’ blood pressure within just 24 hours. You can juice your own beets or simply cook and eat the whole root. Beetroot is delicious when roasted or when added to stir-fries and stews. Remember to use caution when handling beets—their deep red color will stain your hands and clothes. Skim Milk The DASH diet recommends increasing the amount of calcium-rich foods that you eat. Skim milk is an excellent source of calcium and is low in fat, another important element of a diet for lowering blood pressure. Swap out your higher-fat milk for skim milk, or if you don’t care for milk, eat more low-fat or non-fat yogurt. Just watch out for those that are high in sugar. Oatmeal High-fiber, low-fat, and low-sodium foods are just what you want for lowering your blood pressure, and oatmeal fits the bill. Oatmeal for your breakfast is a great way to charge up for the day. On its own, oatmeal can be bland, but refrain from adding too much sugar. Instead, add fresh or frozen berries to sweeten it up, and maybe just a touch of honey. Bananas Bananas are a great way to add potassium to your diet. Adding foods that are rich in this mineral to your diet is better than taking supplements, and it’s easy. Slice a banana into your breakfast cereal or oatmeal, or take one to work every day for a quick, easy, and inexpensive snack. Bananas Bananas are a great way to add potassium to your diet. 3 NATURAL CURES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE YOU CAN ADOPT

03:53
http://curehighbloodpressure.aedvz.com ◄◄ VISIT MY WEBSITE. HERE YOU WILL FIND THE MOST POWERFUL NATURAL TREATMENT THAT EXISTS TO REDUCE HIGH PRESSURE 3 NATURAL CURES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE YOU CAN ADOPT Hi. And welcome once again to cure high blood pressure. This time we will See 3 Natural Cures For High Blood Pressure You Can Adopt. With the known side effects of pharmaceutical drugs, more people are looking for natural cures for high blood pressure. If you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure you may need to take prescribed medication to correct the problem. There are several medications that are used to reduce blood pressure. Each of these medications may have adverse side effects and should only be used under a doctor's care. Diuretics flush the body of salts. Unfortunately, this may deplete your body of potassium and other minerals valuable in maintaining a healthy heart. Some diuretics interfere with uric acid excretion, causing or exacerbating gout and arthritis. Some diuretics increase cholesterol and others can cause sexual impotency as a side effect. Sympathetic nerve inhibitors or alpha-blockers interfere with the message sent by the sympathetic nervous system and cause the vessels to contract thereby reducing the blood pressure. Alpha-blockers create swelling of extremities, chest pain, nausea, weight gain, vomiting, loss of bladder control, continuous and painful erections or impotence, joint and back pain, insomnia, stuffy nose, blurred vision and restlessness. Calcium-channel blockers, another treatment for hypertension, make the arteries expand and allow the blood to flow more easily by slowing the rate that calcium enters both the heart and vessels. Some side effects of calcium-channel blocker are exhaustion, flushing, increased swelling in the feet, abdomen or ankles, heartburn, stomach upsets, difficulty swallowing, numbness, fainting, headaches, constipation, jaundice and chest pains. If you take a calcium channel-blocker, make sure that you don't smoke and reveal all medications you are taking, including herbal supplements, to your doctor. Mixing several drugs or smoking while taking hypertension medication can create other problems like tachycardia - rapid heartbeats. Beta-blockers reduce the rate and decrease the force of the heart's contraction. Sexual impotency in men is one of the most common side effects. Fatigue, depression, nightmares and increased wheezing in asthmatics are other side effects of beta-blockers. Many people with high blood pressure often stop taking their medication to avoid these side effects. This is extremely dangerous. If you choose to implement alternative methods of control, work with your doctor to wean you from the drugs and monitor your progress as your pressure begins to drop naturally. The first natural cure for high blood pressure is increased physical activity. The activity should be something that you enjoy and should also increase the heart rate and help you to lose weight. This natural cure improves the blood pressure several ways. It increases your overall health and stamina. It reduces stress by releasing the 'fight or flight' hormones accumulated in your system from daily stress, and promotes weight reduction. The second natural cure involves monitoring your diet on a daily basis. Some foods reduce cholesterol, a prime cause of artery blockage and increased blood pressure. Eliminate caffeine and nicotine, from your life. Reduce the intake of salt and increase natural fibers like those in whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables. The third way to reduce hypertension is the use of herbal remedies and supplements. Increase your intake of calcium, vitamin C, CoQ10 and Flaxseed. Herbs that lower blood pressure include coleus forskohlii, hawthorn and mistletoe. Always speak with your doctor before starting a regimen of herb supplements. Pharmaceutical drugs don't have to be the only option in fighting hypertension. These are three natural cures for high blood pressure you can adopt that will help you live a longer and better life. If you need more information or want a definitive solution to high blood pressure, you can visit my website. What REALLY Causes High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)?

03:53
Give Dr. Berg a Review: http://bit.ly/DrBergReviewGoogle VIDEOS ON INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8h... Dr. Berg talks about the link between high blood pressure and insulin resistance. Insulin resistances, which is high insulin stiffens your arteries, disrupts the endothelial layer of your arteries, which start the hardening of the arteries as well as the cascade effect of cholesterol and calcium to accumulate in the arteries. High insulin (insulin resistance) creates inflammation in the arteries. This condition also causes sodium retention and a loss of potassium because insulin is necessary to allow this mineral in the cell. Diuretics also have a side-effect of causing insulin resistance. The treatment of hypertension is mainly medications because we are told that there is no cure, only treatment. The pathophysiology is in reality a disruption of the artery wall creating vasoconstriction, stiffness and less elasticity. The additional symptom of hypertension is headaches and a risk for stroke and heart attack. The home remedies involve actions to lower insulin - cutting out sugar, adding vegetables to get your potassium and even apple cider vinegar can help. Dr. Tom Roselle discusses research that supports a link between vitamin D and high blood pressure. Individuals with higher vitamin D levels are less likely to develop high blood pressure. Studies show that taking a vitamin D supplement may help people lower their blood pressure. However, there are several factors that are evaluated in this research analysis. Dr. Roselle also discusses other vitamin supplements, herbs and food that may help lower high blood pressure. However, blood pressure drugs can and should be used if your blood pressure is dangerously high. Unfortunately, as I’m sure you already know, blood pressure drugs cause lots of negative side-effects, such as Depression and anxiety. Impotence Fatigue Kidney and liver failure Anemia Colon problems Negative changes in your blood sugar levels Skin problems and hair loss 4 different types of blood pressure drugs and natural alternatives to them. 1. ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) Inhibitors These suppress a powerful enzyme that causes arterial walls to constrict and cause high blood pressure. This keeps arterial walls relaxed, reducing blood pressure and decreasing the work that the heart has to do. Natural alternatives are French Maritime Bark Extract and one of my favorites, Celery Seed Extract at 300 mgs daily, which has multiple clinical studies backing it up.1,2 2. Beta Blockers These work by blocking the beta limb of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which is responsible for raising alertness, heart rate, and blood pressure in flight-or-fight situations. Beta blockers blunt this physiological response to stress, reducing high blood pressure. There are two, natural solutions that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure and work similarly to beta blockers. The first is an amino acid called L-Arginine. A more potent version being Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (AAKG). The second is an amazing herb called English Hawthorn Berry Extract, which has over half a dozen human clinical studies proving blood pressure lowering results at 900 mgs daily.3-10 3. Calcium-Channel Blockers Similar to beta blockers, they improve blood flow and vascular tone through narrowed vessels. Some calcium-channel blockers reduce blood pressure by encouraging smooth-muscle relaxation in the inner lining of your blood vessels—preventing spasms and helping them dilate. One of the most important vitamins you should be taking daily, is Magnesium. One of its benefits is that it works as a calcium-channel blocker. However, there are lots of different forms of magnesium and each has its various benefits, depending on your health goals. When it comes to lowering blood pressure, a patented blend of Magnesium Glycinate Chelate, Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide which is highly absorbable and has been clinically shown to lower blood pressure.10-13 4. Diuretics These drugs reduce edema and water retention in your body and lungs, by increasing urine output and the end results is lower blood pressure. You need to eliminate or reduce regular table salt and use natural salts such as Himalayan and Celtic. ======================================== Thank you for watching. 💔 Salt Does NOT Cause High Blood Pressure, It LOWERS It - Backed By Clinical Studies

I’ve listened to my doctor, I’ve changed my diet and I’ve removed all the salt and still, there’s barely any improvement! ” However, in regards to salt and hypertension, that’s a myth! So here’s the reality check based on facts and clinical studies - not what so-called “expert” or “website” said. High quality salt is essential for life. So logically it makes sense that salt is important and needed. As far as clinical evidence, in one study of over 6250 people, cutting salt intake did NOT reduce the risk for heart attacks, strokes or death.1 In another study in 2013, it showed that lower salt consumption actually INCREASED your risk of death from heart disease.2 A review of the available research reveals that much of the science behind the supposed link between “salt and high blood pressure” is dubious and doubtful at best. According to Scientific American:3 "Intersalt, a large study published in 19884, compared sodium intake with blood pressure in subjects from 52 international research centers and found NO relationship between sodium intake and the prevalence of hypertension. In fact, the population that ate the most salt, about 14 grams a day, had a lower median blood pressure than the population that ate the least, about 7.2 grams a day... For every study that suggests that salt is unhealthy, multiple ones reveal that it does not." So what about the studies that show lowering salt is good for blood pressure? A 2004 analysis of 11 salt-reduction trials found that over the long-term, low-salt diets decreased systolic blood pressure by 1.1 millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and diastolic blood pressure by 0.6 mmHg. That equates to reducing your blood pressure from 120/80 to 119/79.6 A 2006 study in the American Journal of Medicine study compared the reported daily sodium intakes of 78 million Americans to their risk of dying from heart disease over the course of 14 years. The study concluded that lower sodium diets led to HIGHER death rates among those with cardiovascular disease!7 I can go on and on, but I hope you see where this is leading. Salt is good for you. Not only is salt relatively benign, it's actually a nutritional goldmine,... Regular table salt will damage your health, while natural salts are profoundly healing. Here's a quick break-down of their basic ingredients: Natural salt: 84 percent sodium chloride, 16 percent naturally-occurring trace minerals, including silicon, phosphorous, vanadium, magnesium, potassium, etc. Processed (table) salt: 97.5 percent sodium chloride, 2.5 percent man-made chemicals, such as moisture absorbents and flow agents. These are dangerous chemicals. Processing table salt also radically alters and damages the structure of the salt. While natural salts, containing the minerals and electrolytes, are vital for water balance, enzyme production, stress reduction, immune system, adrenal and thyroid function. What’s The Best Salt? You want to use unrefined natural salts, such as Himalayan Salt or Celtic Sea Salt. Celtic salt is slightly better because it has a little less sodium and more magnesium. HOW To Reduce BLOOD PRESSURE Naturally with THIS SIMPLE HERB? Natural CURE For HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

10:49
Reduce Blood Pressure Naturally with Parsley. The Natural Treatment For High Blood Pressure everybody must know. High blood pressure can increase your risk for heart disease, kidney disease, stroke and blindness. One-third of American adults have high blood pressure, and another 28 percent are prehypertensive, or at risk for high blood pressure, according to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. A healthy diet supports lower blood pressure, and parsley can be a flavorful component of a blood pressure-lowering diet. Parsley as a Low-Sodium Flavoring Ingredient A low-sodium diet can help lower or prevent high blood pressure, according to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. Fresh parsley is a low-sodium herb containing only 34 milligrams of sodium per cup. It can fully or partially replace salt and other high-sodium seasonings and condiments to flavor your food. Healthy adults should consume no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day, and a low-sodium diet for individuals with high blood pressure should limit intake to 1,500 milligrams. Try a soup with low-sodium broth, beans, vegetables and parsley. Weight Control and Blood Pressure Maintaining a healthy weight can help prevent high blood pressure, and losing weight if you are overweight can help you lower high blood pressure. To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you expend. Fresh parsley can be part of a weight-loss diet because each cup contains only 22 calories. Use it to replace higher-calorie flavorings, such as butter in mashed potatoes. Parsley and the DASH Diet The Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension eating plan may help lower high blood pressure, according to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. The plan limits meat and sugars, and it includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, reduced-fat dairy products and nuts. Use parsley to make DASH-compliant dishes, such as fish stew with parsley and tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and onion. Another option is tabouleh, which contains parsley and the whole grain bulgur. Nutrients in Parsley Diets high in dietary fiber, calcium, and vitamins A and C may help prevent high blood pressure, according to a study published in June 2013 in “Nutrition Research and Practice.” A cup of chopped fresh parsley provides 3 grams of dietary fiber, or 12 percent of the daily value based on a 2,000-calorie diet, 8 percent of the daily value for calcium, 101 percent of the daily value for vitamin A and 133 percent of the daily value for vitamin C. For a snack high in these nutrients, dip raw vegetables into a mixture of Greek yogurt, parsley and chives.

Do NOT Take Calcium If You Have a Heart Condition or Atrial Fib

Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY Dr. Berg talks about calcium and atrial fib (atrial fibrillation). Even one of the medications for high blood pressure is calcium channel blockers. Taking calcium supplements can spike your risk of getting atrial fib by 3.9 times. Thats not percent, but times - a huge increase. 800 mg of calcium has been associated with an increase risk of cardiovascular event (heart attack). RESEARCH: https://www.vitamindwiki.com/Calcium+... However, you do not have to worry about dietary calcium as that will not effect the heart in a negative way. But always take D3 and K2 if you are going to take calcium. Calcium Deficiency Symptoms

07:05
http://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-free-food-sources/max-digest/ultra-cal-mag-gluten-free-calciummagnesium-supplementation/ Nutritional deficiency is a common side effect of gluten sensitivity. Often times patients going on the diet fail to improve because of long term vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by years of food induced gastrointestinal damage. The problem with this phenomenon is that many patients go gluten free and still continue to have health issues yet their doctor fails to properly evaluate and monitor nutritional status. Calcium deficiency is one of these more common nutritional deficiencies. Causes and Consequences of Calcium Deficiency Click on picture to enlarge... Low Calcium Levels Contribute to Disease There are many medical conditions linked to calcium deficiency. The following list are some of the more common symptoms and side effects: Early bone loss (osteopenia) Muscle spasms and cramps (especially night time calf cramping) Heart palpitations Depression Fatigue Joint pain High Blood pressure Hormone abnormalities Blood clotting problems Gum disease Headaches The above problems are often times medicated before a doctor performs the proper nutritional evaluation. Keep in mind that serum calcium levels are not an accurate representation of calcium stores within the body. Too Much Calcium Can Also Be a Problem Calcium is a very commonly used nutritional supplement. Many doctors instruct their female patients to take calcium as a preventative for bone loss. Without monitoring and checking calcium, taking too much can contribute to many problems. Therefore; it is not recommended to take excessive calcium without need. Some symptoms of too much calcium include: Confusion Fatigue Irritability Constipation Magnesium and iron loss Heart Arrhythmia Kidney damage Drugs That Interfere with Calcium There are a number of prescription medications that can interfere with calcium absorption or metabolism. It is not the single or short term use of medication that one has to worry about, but taking some of the following medications long term (6 months or greater) can interfere with this mineral. Examples include: Corticosteroids -- these are commonly used for control of pain and inflammation. Some steroids are used to treat chronic fatigue, chronic muscle pain, and inflammatory joint pain. Additionally, some steroids are used in the treatment of asthma. Antacid medications -- these drugs are commonly used to treat gastric reflux, heartburn, and indigestion. Examples include Nexium, Tagamet, Tums, and Rolaids. These prescription and over the counter medications suppress and interfere with stomach acid production. Calcium requires acid to be absorbed properly. Sometimes people take Tums with calcium to as a calcium supplement. I have had patients whose doctors actually recommended this! Bad advice -- Don't take antacids for a source of dietary calcium. Foods High In Calcium Despite popular belief, milk and dairy products are not a necessity for calcium in the diet. Foods rich in calcium are kale, broccoli, turnip greens, mustard greens, collards, figs, salmon, sardines, arugula, spinach, kelp, bone marrow and broth, and citrus fruits. High Quality Gluten Free Calcium When you have the need for calcium supplementation, you have to be careful not to take excessive calcium without magnesium, because doing so can contribute to magnesium deficiency. Additionally, it is important to ensure that your vitamin D levels are normal as calcium absorption is low when vitamin D is deficient. Many supplements have been found to contain gluten cross contamination.

Magnesium Reduces Blood Pressure Naturally Without Side Effects

http://preventdisease.com/news/12/021412_Magnesium-Reduces-Blood-Pressure-Naturally-Without-Side-Effects.shtml http://www.nature.com/ejcn/index.html http://preventdisease.com/news/10/040110_magnesium_essential.shtml Magnesium Reduces Blood Pressure Naturally Without Side Effects Pharmaceutical interventions in patients with high blood pressure leads to an inevitable deterioration of health in the long-term. In addition, the side effects associated with blood pressure medications may lead to hospitalization. Supplements of magnesium may offer natural and clinically significant reductions' in blood pressure, says a new meta-analysis from the UK. There is significant evidence that magnesium supplementation ameliorates insulin resistance in obese, insulin resistant subjects. Mixing commonly used antibiotics with common blood pressure medications may cause hypotension (abnormally low blood pressure) and induce shock in older patients, requiring hospitalization, according to a study published in CMAJ (Canadian Medical Association Journal) (pre-embargo link only) http://www.cmaj.ca/embargo/cmaj100702.pdf which has led many physicans to question prescribing blood pressure medications at all while prescribing antibiotics. The Natural Way A diet rich in magnesium may help reduce the incidence of metabolic syndrome, the cluster of conditions that can lead to diabetes and coronary heart disease. Data from 22 trials with magnesium supplements revealed that the mineral may reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure, researchers from the University of Hertfordshire report in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Combined with diet and lifestyle changes, magnesium supplementation may lead to an overall reduction of up to 15 to 20 mm Hg. Systolic function relates to the contraction of the heart, whereas diastolic relates to the filling of the heart with blood. "Magnesium supplementation appears to achieve a small but clinically significant reduction in BP, an effect worthy of future prospective large randomised trials using solid methodology," wrote researchers, led by Lindsy Kass. Minerals and Stroke Diet is known to have an impact on a person's risk cardiovascular disease, and in particular a connection has been made between intake of sodium and hypertension. Conversely, more magnesium, potassium and calcium have been inversely linked to hypertension in some observational studies. Dietary sources of magnesium include green, leafy vegetables, meats, starches, grains and nuts, and milk. Earlier dietary surveys show that a large portion of adults does not meet the RDA for magnesium (320 mg per day for women and 420 mg per day for men). Recently, scientists from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden reported that, data pooled from seven prospective studies revealed that, for every 100 mg per day increase in magnesium intake, the risk of stroke was reduced by about 9% (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition). Kass and her co-workers analysed data from 22 trials involving 1,173 people. Magnesium supplementation doses ranged from 120 to 973 mg with trial duration ranging from three to 24 weeks. The overall data indicated that magnesium supplementation was associated with a 3 to 4 mmHg reduction in systolic blood pressure and a 2-3 mmHg reduction in diastolic blood pressure, with the best results observed for doses over 370 milligrams per day. Data from pharmaceutical trials has revealed that a reduction in systolic blood pressure of between 0.8 and 2 mmHg was "clinically significant in reducing the incidence of coronary heart disease, heart failure and stroke. "The clinical significance in the reductions found from this meta-analysis is potentially very important," said the researchers. High blood pressure (hypertension),defined as having a systolic and diastolic blood pressure (BP) greater than 140 and 90 mmHg, is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD).
