Fast Plant with Vitamin C Time Lapse
A biology experiment for my BBIO 220 class at the University of Washington. This time lapse was taken over the course of 10 days, May 22 - May 31, 2013. I have 4 set ups: 1 control, watered with just filtered water and 3 dose experiments each watered with filtered water contained either 250 mg, 500 mg, or 750 mg of vitamin C. Plant Growth Experiment
This is an experiment to determine what effect human supplements of mega vitamins and minerals has on plants. See: http://auldaney.blogspot.com conducted an experiment many years ago and found that fertilizer made plants grown larger and more full. This experiment was done over about a month, it produced negative results with fertilizer, however I believe I used too much. It made the plant grow long vertically. When I used that same pot the spider plant turned black. However, I found that the one with only water, the Control did better. The one with the human supplements was dramatic. The plant grew wider, with larger leaves. This supports my theory that there was more elements in the soil before the Flood of Noah, when plants, humans, and animals grew larger, were healthier, and live 10 times as long. This fact is also supported by the fact that dinosaurs, which us creation scientists believe lived with man before the Flood, had almost no diseases according to secular paleopathology research. Wounds and broken bones were found, but only two minor cases of arthritis.
