My blood pressure readings over only a couple of weeks. For those that are not aware this video is here purely to be linked up to my blog on corruption. I am now at a precipice of something big but I am getting a great deal of stress from several directions and I am not supposed to great stressed out ... hence the video. I have suspected that very recently certain groups are getting back into their comfort zones after about a year. Last time it ook 7 months and before that it took 3 months ... That is the nature of the beast I am afraid and these are the periods I have to wait to get them to start doing their corruption thing again so that after a while I can remind them for the umpteenth time that nothing in my methods have changed one bit! Ooh dear! Basically I have been placed on pills that can kill me and I have long suspected this and now proved it. Three separate times I have been placed on Ramipril. First time it stopped I was then placed on Amlodopine. They were stopped and I was put back on Ramipril. This was then stopped because my blackouts increeased and turned out I had Postural Hypotension thge last twenty years?! Strike tree NHS!! OOPS!! Yeah well I have been getting a lot of stress and pressure from various people, groups and have had a bad day today. Now I can show you, interested in corruption and what is wrong with the UK, of how ridiculous this can get for just about anyone. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. When the heart contracts and pumps blood into the aorta, during systole, the aortic pressure RISES, and so does the systemic arterial pressure. The maximum pressure following an ejection is called the SYSTOLIC pressure. In between heart beats, when the ventricles refill, blood pressure FALLS to its lowest value called the DIASTOLIC pressure. THESE are the 2 numbers on a blood pressure reading. Blood pressure normally shows a daily pattern and is usually lower at night. During day-time, it fluctuates with physical activities and emotional states. Hypertension refers to a PERSISTENT HIGH blood pressure. In the US, high blood pressure used to be defined as greater than 140/90, but recent guidelines have changed these values to 130/80 to better prevent and treat the condition. Normal blood pressure is BELOW 120/80. In practice, blood pressure is considered TOO low ONLY if it produces symptoms. Hypertension does NOT cause symptoms on its own, but it slowly DAMAGES blood vessels, and in the long-term, is a MAJOR risk factor for a variety of cardiovascular diseases such as stroke, aneurysm and heart attack; as well as end organ damage such as renal failure or vision loss. For this reason, hypertension is known as the “SILENT killer”. Hypertension can be classified as primary or secondary, with the former being responsible for over 90% of cases. Primary hypertension has NO apparent cause and may develop as a result of old age, obesity, high-salt diet, lack of exercise, smoking and drinking. Most commonly, the blood vessels are hardened with age or unhealthy diets, making it harder for blood to flow. Secondary hypertension, on the other hand, is caused by an underlying condition. Many conditions and factors can cause hypertension; most notable are kidney problems and endocrine disturbances. Regardless of the cause, the INcrease in blood pressure is produced by EITHER an INcrease in vascular resistance - narrower or stiffer blood vessels; OR an INcrease in cardiac output – larger volume of blood pumped out by the heart. These 2 factors are the targets of antihypertensive drugs. Treatments must start with life style changes such as healthy, low-sodium diets, physical exercise and stress management. On top of that, antihypertensive agents may be used to control hypertension. These include: - Vasodilators: these drugs DILATE blood vessels, thereby DEcreasing vascular resistance and reducing blood pressure. - Diuretics: diuretics promote sodium and water removal by the kidneys and thereby DEcrease blood volume. - Drugs that DEcrease cardiac output by decreasing heart rate or contractility, may also be used to treat hypertension.

Most people diagnosed with high blood pressure (HBP) need to be treated with medications (unless it can be controlled by lifestyle changes). This article will present some easy steps you can use to lower your blood pressure without medications. Cook your own (or buy) low-salt or unsalted foods. Avoid excessive table salt (sodium chloride, NaCl). You definitely need a small amount of salt (both sodium, Na, and chloride, Cl) in your diet. Sodium helps regulate electrical processes in the nerves and muscles but excess can cause you to retain excess fluids (edema), which makes your blood have more fluid volume. When your blood has more volume, your heart has to pump harder to move that excess volume throughout the body. This causes the blood pressure to go up. 2 Avoid ordinary processed-foods with salt and other additives, prepared, canned and bottled foods such as meats, pickles, olives, soups, chili and such, bacon, ham, sausage, bakery products and mono-sodium glutamate (MSG), and meats with added water (will have higher/added sodium content). Also avoid condiments such as prepared mustard, salsa, chile sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce and other sauces. Many American diets include up to 5,000 milligrams (5g) of sodium daily which nearly all medical professionals consider extremely unhealthy. Try to get to below 2 g (2,000 mg.) per day. 3 Avoid using excessive amounts fake salt/salt substitute (usually potassium chloride, KCl). Like sodium, potassium is an electrolyte required in the diet in small amounts for your nerves and the heart to function. Caution: Excessive potassium in the blood (hyperkalemia) is a common cause of life-threatening heart rhythm changes (cardiac arrhythmias). It can cause a heart attack called ventricular fibrillation where the lower parts of your heart beat so fast or flutter so that it cannot pump blood. Globally, high blood pressure affects 27% of the population and the stats are even worse in the US, about 35% of the population! And get this, it has been estimated that 90% of Americans are expected to develop high blood pressure by the age of 65. I’m very familiar with the stats because I have a family history of high blood pressure (my dad’s side), causing heart attacks and strokes. “Normal” Is Still Too High The newest research suggests that even “normal” blood pressure (120–129 / 80–84 mmHg) increases the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 46% on average. For women, the risk was slightly lower. But for men, it was much higher—80%, regardless of age. These results are alarming in light of the fact that 33% US citizens have a blood pressure in the normal/high range (129–139 / 84–95 mmHg).... Drugs Don’t Even Work Making the problem worse, studies have shown that prescription drugs for “high normal” blood pressure and even mild hypertension are not effective. A large review of randomized, clinical trials (performed by the prestigious Cochrane Collaboration) found that anti-hypertensive drugs used to treat mild hypertension (140–159 / 90–99 mm/Hg) did not reduce disease complications or the risk of death. What Does All Of This Mean For You?… Even mild hypertension, while still in the “normal” range, can nearly double your risk of heart disease and thus, potentially leading to a heart attack or stroke. This is my personal review of the high blood pressure medication medicine Lisinopril. Lisinopril also is used to treat congestive heart failure CHF, medication after a heart attack and stroke. Is it dangerous safe to take? I have had a few comments stating that Lisinopril is bad for you and will give you bad side effects. What is the alternative? I'm not saying you shouldn't research your medicine and try to get off of it but you have to consider the 2 evils. Would you rather have a dry cough and dizziness or high blood pressure that can give you a stroke, wear your organs out, and eventually kill you. If you have been prescribed the medicine talk to your doctor and try another medicine, try to lower it by natural means WHILE still taking the medicine. Please just don't quit cold turkey because of something you read on the internet. Take it slowly. Sodium and the opposing mineral potassium works together and our body needs 4x as much potassium that we do with sodium. To lower sodium, increase the potassium that will automatically give the ratios the body needs. Potassium helps lowering or normalize blood pressure, we need to take at least 7 to 10 cups of leafy greens per day. A calcified artery usually comes after a chain reaction from damage of high sugar and high levels of insulin because the calcium and the cholesterol is triggered by the damage on the artery wall. Cause of High Blood Pressure: • High sodium higher fluid volume – Potassium helps lowering or normalize blood pressure. Increasing potassium will also help lower insulin and improve insulin resistance. • Artery Calcified – hardening of the arteries and plaquing. Coronary Artery Calcification scan is a great test to detect any calcification in the artery. Vitamin K2 with D3 – helps decalcify and helps remove excess calcium from either the joints or arteries and puts it on the bone where it should belong. Hey guys today we are gonna talk about keto (ketogenic diet) and blood pressure, probably should add in there IF or intermittent fasting as well.
