What It Took To Beat Raynaud's Phenomenon (Cold Hands & Feet)

10:55
More details on treating Raynaud's in this article: http://renaissancehumans.com/raynauds-phenomenon-disorder/ I got my first case of frostbite on my toes when I was a 15-year-old shoveling my parent's driveway in Connecticut. Cold hadn't been a problem when I was a kid, but suddenly my thick boots and socks were failing to keep out the winter chill. My second case of frostbite came a few weeks later when I was again out shoveling my parent's driveway, this time with two pairs of socks and thick boots. When my mom took me to the doctor, he told me I had Raynaud's Phenomenon disorder, which is a mystery condition where our bodies overact to cold, closing down blood flow to the the hands and feet and opening you up to numbness, reduced use of your fingers, frostbite, and pain when the blood eventually flows back in. For most of my adult life I've tried out possible fixes, but none have worked. But last fall I started fooling around with a solution that's proved effective, and after more work with it this year confirms that it actually works. In this video I tell you about my solution.

4 Groups Of People Who Should Never Use Ginger ! It Can Cause Serious Health Problems, Side Effects Of using ginger. You are surely aware of the numerous medicinal properties of ginger, and the beneficial effects of its use in numerous treatments. It has excellent effects in the case of digestive disorders, as it is high in enzymes which help digestion and food decomposition, and also detoxify the body. Yet, you should also be aware of the fact that there are also cases when people should avoid this root. Despite the potent bioactive compounds and nutrients, it contains, ginger is not beneficial in certain medical conditions. You should avoid ginger in the following 4 cases: 1. Blood disorders. This root boosts the blood flow and stimulates circulation, so it is beneficial in the case of obesity, diabetes, Raynaud’s disease or peripheral artery disease, but should be avoided by people who suffer from hemophilia. This is a genetic disorder in which the clotting ability of the blood is reduced, meaning that even a small bleeding injury can lead to death. Therefore, ginger can neutralize the effects of the medications used in this case and might aggravate the situation and cause deadly haemorrhaging. 2. Certain types of medications. People who take high blood pressure or diabetes meds belong to the special risk group as ginger can change their effects on the body. 3. Underweight people. In case you need to gain some weight, you should not consume ginger nor take ginger based supplements as this root is high in fibers and raises the pH of the stomach and stimulates digestive enzymes. Therefore, it leads to fat burning and lowers the cravings for food, and might lead to weight loss, menstrual irregularities, hair loss, and poor muscle mass. The 2 Causes of Tingling & Numbness in the Hands and Feet

B1 Deficiency is the first cause and it occurs from consuming a lot of refined carbohydrates and sugars, prediabetic or diabetic in which case it is recommended to consume Benfotiamine a type of B1 that is a fat soluble. Another cause is the calcium deficiency, take Calcium Aspartate Anhydrous this form of calcium absorbs about 98%. He also talks about how to know if you have B1 Deficiency or Calcium Deficiency. B1 Deficiency Symptoms: • Nervous • Poor Memory • Raising Thoughts • Increase Heart Rate • Restlessness Legs • Nightmares Calcium Deficiency Symptoms: • Cramps • Weak Nails • Fatigue • Spasm Larynx • Low Mood • Osteoporosis • Twitches • Black and Blue Spots Hey guys! In this video, we are gonna talk about the two causes of tingling and numbness in your hands and feet. Number 1 it’s a B1 deficiency and that usually occurs from consuming a lot of refined carbohydrates and sugars, usually when someone’s prediabetic or actual diabetic they will gonna have B1 deficiency in which case you are gonna have the type of B1 that is fat soluble because normally B1 is water soluble and the reason for that is you want to penetrate the fat layer around the nervous system because all the nerves have this insolation around them called myelin. So this is the form of B1 that you want to take its called Benfotaimine. If you have severe symptoms take more, like you would take 4 per day spread out. If you have mild symptoms you just take one per day. That’s B1. Another cause of this symptoms would be calcium deficiency in which case you would want to take this form Calcium Aspartate Anhydrous. Why? Because this form of calcium absorbs about 98%. Whereas other form of calcium only absorbs between 5 and 20%. This goes in like a rocket ship and it really helps you. But then the question is how do you know if you have a B1 deficiency or calcium deficiency? Well let’s take a look. B1 Deficiencies, you’ll feel Nervous, you’ll have Poor Memory, raising thoughts, Increase Heart Rate, and you might have tenderness when you press into your calf, Restless Leg Syndrome, Nightmares and there’s other ones as well. A calcium deficiency will create cramps in your legs and even the back of the a hamstring area, weak nails, fatigue, spasm in your larynx so you might have this chronic cough or tightness in the back of your throat, lowered mood so you might be depressed or have anxiety, osteoporosis, twitches and black and blue spots. So basically you would narrow down which one you have and you can take this one or this one to actually help yourself with this. So most likely it will be a B1 deficiency in which case you definitely need to change your diet to keto and intermittent fasting. But sometimes this doesn't work because you have a calcium deficiency. Alright thanks for watching! Inositol Hexanicotinate (NIACIN) Review - Benefits, Side Effects & Uses

CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO http://www.positivepanicattacks.com/inositolhexanicotinateniacinreviewbenefitssideeffectsuses.html Inositol Hexanicotinate Review – Side effects, Uses & Benefits Other names Hexaniacinate d’Inositol, Hexanicotinate d’Inositol, Hexanicotinate de Meso-Inositol, Hexanicotinyl cis-1,2,3-5-trans-4,6-cyclohexane, Hexanicotinoyl Inositol, Inositol Hexaniacinate, Inositol Hexanicotinate, Inositol Niacinate, Meso-Inositol Hexanicotinate, Myo-inositol hexa-3-pyridine-carboxyalte, Niacinate d’Inositol, Niacine Sans Rougissement, Nicotinate d'Inositol, Nicotinato de Inositol, No-Flush Niacin. Inositol nicotinate is a compound made of niacin (vitamin B3) and inositol. Inositol occurs naturally in the body and can also be made in the laboratory. Inositol nicotinate is used for treating blood circulation problems, including pain when walking due to poor circulation in the legs (intermittent claudication); skin changes caused by pooling of the blood in the legs (stasis dermatitis) when veins are ineffective in returning blood to the heart; narrowing of the blood vessels leading to cold fingers and toes (Raynaud’s disease); and blood flow problems in the brain (cerebral vascular disease). Inositol nicotinate has been used in conventional medical practice in Great Britain for improving symptoms of poor circulation for many years, although it is usually not the preferred treatment choice. Inositol nicotinate is also used for high cholesterol; high blood pressure; sleep problems (insomnia); migraines related to “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis); skin conditions, including scleroderma, acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, and others; inflammation of the tongue (exfoliative glossitis); restless leg syndrome; and schizophrenia and other mental illnesses. How does it work? Inositol nicotinate releases a form of niacin when it is processed by the body. The niacin can widen blood vessels, lower blood levels of fats such as cholesterol, and break up a protein needed for the clotting of blood.

However, if you are somewhere warm and the only part of your body that is cold are your hands, you should be worried because it can be a sign of some serious health conditions that requires an immediate medical attention. Here we will present you the 10 reasons which may be the cause for cold hands. Raynaud’s disease. This condition affects the blood supply to certain parts of your body like toes and fingers. The blood vessels in the fingers, ears, nose and feet are actually narrowed which leads to low temperatures or emotional stress. Due to insufficient blood supply, your fingers can become white or blue. You can recognize this syndrome by frequently cold and swollen fingers that hurt and tingle. The good news is that this condition is more unpleasant, rather than harmful. Poor circulation. According to many people, poor circulation has the major role for cold hands. In fact, poor circulation occurs when blood flow is reduced due to poor pumping of the heart or because of physical obstructions to blood flow, such as in narrowed blood vessels due to cholesterol blockages. This means that it is quite normal to feel coldness in hands and feet when the blood flow In the body is compromised. Moreover, there are some other common symptoms such as swelling and tingling, because the hands and feet are furthest from the heart. Autoimmune conditions. A disorder in which the immune system attacks its own tissue due to an inappropriate response of the body to certain substances inside is called an autoimmune condition. You should consult your doctor if you notice any symptoms of autoimmune disorders such as Raynaud’s disorder because it can be very dangerous for your overall health. You can keep the disorder under control with regular medications. Hypothyroidism. Thyroid gland dysfunction can also result in cold hands because it acts as a type of thermostat inside the body, so when it’s under-active, many bodily functions slow down. Furthermore, this leads to obesity, fatigue and continuing feeling of coldness. This condition is prevalent in people over 50. Anemia. When the hemoglobin in the blood is low and when the body lacks red blood cells, anemia occurs which leads to insufficient oxygen supply. This causes cold hands. The major reason why anemia occurs are: iron deficiency, sudden loss of blood (menstruation in women), ulcers, certain types of cancer, etc. Apart from cold hands, other usual symptoms of anemia are the following ones: shortness of breath, paleness, fatigue, headaches and dizziness. Medications. Many conventional medications constrict blood vessels, especially the arteries and the side effect is usually Raynaud‘s syndrome. Smoking. Nicotine from cigarettes causes recurring contraction and narrowing of blood vessels. Vitamin B12 deficiency. The formation of red blood cells depends on vitamin B12 which can be found in red meat, processed meat, eggs, milk and dairy products. Deficiency in this vitamin leads to their reduction. Vegetarians and vegans are the ones that are usually deficient in this vitamin, but people over 50 as well. In order to discover whether you lack this vitamin, you should do a simple blood test. Low blood pressure. Use of certain medications, dehydration, endocrine disorders and blood loss are all causes of low blood pressure. Due to low blood pressure, blood vessels direct the blood away from the extremities to the vital organs, leaving your fingers cold. Make sure to consult your doctor immediately if you suffer from low blood pressure accompanied with blurred vision, fatigue, nausea, weakness and confusion. Stress. As we all know, stress is the major cause for numerous health conditions, so cold hands are no exception. Chronic stress leads to the secretion of adrenaline that tightens blood vessels in the extremities, which leads to cold hands and feet. You might help someone in need, so don’t forget to share this with your friends and family, Subscribe for More Videos.

It’s efficient in the treatment of numerous digestive disorders, offers tons of great enzymes, and cleanses the body. However, ginger is not always good for you. Some people should avoid it at any cost. Ginger isn’t recommended for the following groups of people: Underweight Ginger is packed with fiber, and balances pH balances in the stomach. It stimulates the secretion of digestive enzymes, and promotes the fat burning process. This can cause loss of appetite, weight, muscle mass, and hair. Women are likely to deal with irregular menstrual cycles. Blood disorders Ginger improves blood circulation and it’s recommended to those who deal with obesity, diabetes, peripheral artery disease or Raynaud’s disease. But, patients diagnosed with hemophilia should stay away from it. Hemophilia is a condition in which the blood is unable to clot. Ginger will only make the problem even worse, as it neutralizes the effect of drugs prescribed for this ailment. Pregnancy Stimulants in ginger enhance digestion and strengthen muscles. But, ginger is not recommended to pregnant women, as it may cause uterine contractions and premature labor. Although some use it to relieve morning sickness, pregnant women should avoid it, especially if they are in the third trimester of their pregnancy. Ginger also affects the absorption of iron and fat-soluble vitamins. Medication Don’t use ginger if you are on prescription drugs for diabetes or hypertension. Ginger alters the effect of insulin, beta-blockers, and anticoagulants. It’s a natural blood thinner, and scientists have found that it also lowers blood pressure. Need an alternative? Use sweet peppers, red paprika or cayenne pepper. Milka Raicevic, a renowned nutritionist, believes that peppers and ginger share the same benefits. Add them to your lemonade, and enjoy your amazing detox drink. Never Use Ginger If You Have Any Of These Conditions It Can Cause Serious Health Problems

Never Use Ginger If You Have Any Of These Conditions- It Can Cause Serious Health Problems Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUxKlAVpt5s Please subscribe our channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/livehealthylifeofficial Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Live-Healthy-Life-1645151002425115 Follow us on Twitter : https://twitter.com/livehealthylif1 Follow us on Google+ : https://plus.google.com/+LiveHealthyLifeofficial Never Use Ginger If You Have Any Of These Conditions- It Can Cause Serious Health Problems Ginger is a flowering plant, native to China, and is considered one of the healthiest herbs on the planet. Its scientific name is Zingiber officinal and is a member of the family Zingiberaceae. It is extremely high in nutrients and bioactive compounds and therefore has a beneficial effect throughout the body, and can be used both in cooking and in medicine. Due to the fact that it is especially effective in the case of ailments with the digestive system, it is considered to be "a cure for everything". The high amounts of enzymes in their contents aid in the breakdown and digestion of food and the detoxification of the body. However, although it is useful in the case of countless problems and health conditions, ginger is not recommended in the following cases: Blood Disorders This root increases blood flow and stimulates circulation, making it beneficial in the case of obesity, diabetes, Raynaud's disease or peripheral artery disease, but should be avoided by people suffering from hemophilia. This is a genetic disorder in which the blood's ability to coagulate is reduced, which means that even a small bleeding wound can lead to death. Therefore, ginger can neutralize the effects of the medications used in this case and can aggravate the situation and cause deadly bleeding. Certain types of medicines People taking high blood pressure or medications for diabetes belong to the special risk group, since ginger can change its effects on the body. Combinations of ginger with anticoagulants, beta-blockers or insulin medications can be extremely harmful. That is, ginger stimulates the thinning of blood and reduces blood pressure, and these properties reduce the effects of these drugs. People with low weight In case you need to gain some weight, you should not consume ginger or take supplements based on ginger as this root is high in fiber and raises the pH of the stomach and stimulates digestive enzymes. Therefore, it leads to fat burning and reduces food cravings, and can lead to weight loss, menstrual irregularities, hair loss and poor muscle mass. The pregnancy Ginger is abundant in stimulants that help muscle health and aid digestion. However, its use during pregnancy can lead to premature contractions and premature labor. Keep in mind that its use is especially prohibited in the last trimester of pregnancy. Also, consider the fact that it inhibits the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and dietary iron. However, you can use it in small amounts to relieve morning sickness, but be sure to consult your doctor beforehand. Ginger Substitutes In case you belong to some of the groups of people mentioned above, you can substitute ginger for sweet peppers, cayenne pepper or red paprika. Milka Raicevic, a world-famous nutritionist, claims that the effects of peppers are similar to those of ginger. You can eat red paprika if you love spicy foods or sweet peppers if you do not. You can prepare cleaning drinks by adding them to your lemonade.

Gangrene: Types, Symptoms, and Diagnosis

09:31
Gangrene: Types, Symptoms, and Diagnosis What is gangrene? Gangrene is when part of your body tissue dies. This often occurs because the tissue is not getting enough blood from your circulatory system. Gangrene usually affects your extremities — the areas farthest from your heart, such as your toes and fingers. However, it can affect other parts of your body as well. Gangrene can even affect your internal organs. The condition typically starts in a specific body part, such as a leg, hand, or internal organ. Gangrene can spread through your body and cause you to go into shock if left untreated. Shock is a condition marked by a variety of symptoms including low blood pressure. Shock can be life-threatening and is considered a medical emergency. Gangrene is a medical emergency that could lead to amputations or death. Recognizing and treating the condition as fast as possible will improve your outlook. Types of gangrene Dry gangrene All of your organs (such as your liver, heart, and muscles) need oxygen to function properly and survive. The oxygen is carried to different parts of your body by your blood. Dry gangrene occurs when one of your body parts isn’t getting enough oxygen. Eventually, the body part will start to deteriorate and die. With dry gangrene, the skin is closed and there is no evidence of infection. Wet gangrene Wet gangrene happens when your body tissues become infected with some type of bacteria. The tissues react to the presence of the bacteria by growing moist and breaking down. This process causes the death of your tissues. It’s more of an emergency than dry gangrene because of the possibility of infection spreading to other parts of the body. Gas gangrene Bacteria called Clostridia cause gas gangrene. These bacteria create an infection that causes gas bubbles and toxins to develop inside the affected area. The resulting gases cause tissue death. This type of gangrene can be fatal, though it’s rare in the United States. Images of gangrene Who is at risk for developing gangrene? You are more likely to develop gangrene if you have a history of certain medical conditions, including: arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) in your legs or arms Raynaud’s disease diabetes blood clots appendicitis hernia Some other physical events could increase your risk of gangrene. You may be more likely to develop this condition if you: have lowered immunity because of a medical condition or cancer treatment have recently had surgery have suffered severe frostbite or a head injury, animal bite, or serious burn have been hurt in a traumatic way that includes the crushing of body tissues have had an injection of promethazine hydrochloride that led to tissue damage Smoking, drinking alcohol, and using intravenous drugs may also add to your risk of developing gangrene. Recognizing the signs of gangrene External gangrene Sometimes the first sign of dry gangrene is a reddish line that develops around the affected tissue. This line may later turn black. Other signs that might indicate you have gangrene include: a wound that is red, sore, or swollen a wound that is filled with pus or gives off a bad smell an isolated area of your body feels cold lacking a sense of touch in an isolated area sores that keep coming back in the same place on your body part of your skin has turned an unusual color (greenish-black, red, blue, or bronze) Internal gangrene It’s also possible to experience internal gangrene, which affects your inner tissues or organs. In this case, you may not have any symptoms on your skin or limbs. However, you may have pain, an unexplained fever that lasts a long time, or low blood pressure. You may also experience confusion. How is gangrene diagnosed? Your doctor may suspect that you have gangrene based on your medical history and symptoms. They may also use a combination of additional diagnostic methods to determine your condition. Lab analysis of tissue or fluid samples A scraping of tissue from your affected body part may be examined with a microscope to look for dead cells. Blood tests An abnormally high white blood cell count can indicate a gangrenous infection. Medical imaging Some kinds of imaging are helpful in diagnosing the spread of gangrene in your internal tissues. These tests could include X-rays, MRI scans, or CT scans. An anarteriogram test may be performed if doctors suspect that your gangrene is related to a circulatory problem. This test uses X-rays to monitor the flow of a special dye through your arteries, showing whether any arteries are blocked. Gangrene treatment Antibiotics Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics if bacteria are present. These are typically given intravenously, or through a needle directly into the bloodstream.

People who take high blood pressure or diabetes medications belong to the special risk group as ginger can change their effects on the body. I made a huge mistake by not focusing on improving blood flow and circulation. I spent a lot more time on improving my parent’s and client’s Cholesterol levels Blood pressure Blood sugar Losing unwanted body fat Memory and cognition I did this because I have a family history of heart attacks and strokes and these are all primary contributing factors. In fact, heart disease kills more people each year, than all the other diseases combined.7 However, what I mistakenly overlooked was the fact that all of these factors have ONE thing in common: poor blood flow and circulation Most people, including myself and other doctors, take for granted how crucial healthy blood flow is to your longevity and vitality. Most people don’t realize that poor circulation can lead to1-6 Peripheral artery disease (PAD), which causes numbness, nerve and tissue damage. Heart disease and atherosclerosis, which can cause a heart attack or stroke. High blood pressure, blood sugar and diabetes. Memory and cognition problems. Remember, blood runs through your entire body AND brain. Raynaud’s disease, which having cold hands and feet. Accelerated aging -- hair loss, wrinkling, varicose veins, fat gain and muscle loss. For guys, erectile dysfunction and impotence. Even shrinkage of penis size! In fact, there are many other problems associated with poor blood flow, but I think you get the point. Vital Nutrients In Your Blood What you and I both need to remember is that your blood contains: Oxygen, which gives life to every cell in your body Proteins, to help repair and grow muscle, hair, organs, bones, etc. Anti-aging hormones, which make you look and feel young … And enzymes, nutrients and everything you need to live… To grow, heal and thrive! Of course, babies have the best blood flow and you can clearly see it in the glow of their skin, eyes, hair and how quickly they heal and grow. Problem With poor blood flow Unfortunately, as we age, your blood flow isn’t as strong as it used to be. Plaque, heavy metals and calcium builds up in your arteries, veins and blood vessels… Reducing circulation and thus, there’s less “life-promoting” oxygen getting to all your cells. Unfortunately, this results in less youthful hormones and nutrient-rich blood, being delivered to every muscle, organ and moving body part. Because of poor blood flow, your body slows down its internal healing and cleansing process. You begin to get sick more often. You feel tired and fatigued. You become more forgetful. You have more aches and pains and eventually, you start to get injured more readily and often. You skin loses that elasticity and youthful shine. Your hair begins to thin and look brittle and dry. Basically, you start to LOOK and FEEL “OLD”!... All because of poor blood flow and circulation! Whole Blood Viscosity: Links to Cardiovascular Disease

05:28
Blood viscosity is the only biological parameter that has been correlated with all of the major cardiovascular risk factors including male gender, age, smoking, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and LDL cholesterol. It is inversely correlated with HDL cholesterol. However, blood viscosity is a statistically independent — and in certain ways, much stronger — biomarker for cardiovascular disease. Blood viscosity predicts heart attacks, strokes and mortality from heart disease independent of these other risk factors. The role that blood viscosity plays in cardiovascular health is highly significant. Thicker, stickier blood is more abrasive and damages arterial walls. Thus, it not only affects how hard the heart has to work to circulate the blood, but also contributes to inflammation of the intimal lining of the vessels. It contributes to endothelial dysfunction, growth of atherosclerotic lesions, and plaque rupture. In addition, blood viscosity directly modulates peripheral vascular resistance. Impaired blood flow due to hyperviscosity leads to decreased oxygen and nutrients delivered to the tissues, affecting critical areas such as the brain, eyes, and kidneys. Do you have symptoms of high blood viscosity? ◾Personal or family history of heart disease, stroke, hypertension or diabetes ◾Signs of decreasing cognitive function ◾Migraines ◾Sensorineural hearing loss ◾Ocular disorders such as macular degeneration or glaucoma ◾Rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation or chronic joint pain ◾Raynaud’s syndrome ◾Lupus ◾Women with a history of taking oral contraceptives, especially those designed to decrease the frequency of menstrual periods ◾Women who have had a hysterectomy, have irregular periods or are menopausal ◾Women with a history of pregnancy-induced hypertension or preeclampsia, especially those who are currently pregnant ◾Cirrhosis of the liver ◾Gout If you have any of the listed symptoms, ask your doctor about the Meridian Valley Lab Complete Blood Viscosity Profile.

Never Use Ginger If You Have Any Of These Conditions- It Can Cause Serious Health Problems. Ginger is a flowering plant, native to China, and it is considered to be one of the healthiest herbs on the planet. Its scientific name is Zingiber officinal and is a member of the family Zingiberaceae. It is extremely high in nutrients and bioactive compounds and thus has a beneficial effect on the entire body, and it can be used in both, cooking and medicine. Due to the fact that it is especially effective in the case of ailments with the digestive system, it is considered to be “a cure for everything”. The high amounts of enzymes in its content help the decomposing and digestion of food and detoxification of the body. However, despite the fact that it is useful in the case of countless health issues and conditions, ginger is not recommended in the following cases: Blood disorders: This root boosts the blood flow and stimulates circulation, so it is beneficial in the case of obesity, diabetes, Raynaud’s disease or peripheral artery disease, but should be avoided by people who suffer from hemophilia. Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) Anatomy, Nursing, Heart Disease, Pathophysiology, Treatment Part 1

19:57
Coronary artery disease (also called coronary heart disease) NCLEX lecture video on the nursing, anatomy, pathophysiology, treatment, and signs and symptoms of coronary artery disease. CAD is the build up of fatty plaques due to atherosclerosis that causes the arteries of the heart to become narrow. This leads to restrictive blood supply to the heart muscle which leads to chest pain (stable or unstable angina) to myocardial infraction (MI). The main coronary arteries that supply the heart with blood include the left and right coronary artery. The left coronary artery branches off into the left circumflex artery and left anterior descending artery. The right coronary artery branches off into the right marginal artery and posterior descending artery. If ischemia has been present for a long time collateral circulation can develop as well. This is where tiny blood vessels re-route the blood supply to the heart to pass the blockage. Signs and symptoms of heart disease include: chest pain (especially with activity and is relieved with rest which is known as stable angina), shortness of breath, and feeling very tired. Coronary artery disease is diagnosed in various ways: lipid profile which measures the cholesterol levels, EKG, stress test, and heart catheterization. CAD is treated with medications (discussed in part 2 of this series), heart catheterization (most commonly with stent placement) or coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Don't forget to check out part 2 of this lecture which covers nursing interventions and pharmacology aspects of CAD. Don’t Use Ginger If You Have Any of These Conditions! – Must Watch

03:01
Don’t Use Ginger If You Have Any of These Conditions! – Must Watch !! You should avoid ginger in the following 4 cases. 1. Underweight: Ginger is high in fiber and boosts the pH levels in the stomach, as well as the production of digestive enzymes, leading to better fat burning process and reduced appetite, weight loss, poor muscle mass, hair loss, and menstrual irregularities. 2. Blood Disorders: This nutritious plant boosts blood circulation and is, therefore, useful in the case of obesity, diabetes, peripheral artery disease or Raynaud’s disease, but not in the case of hemophilia, a condition when the blood has lost its ability to clot. Ginger might even worsen the situation and it neutralizes the effects of the drugs for this condition. 3. Pregnancy: Ginger is rich in stimulants which help digestion and support muscle health, but in pregnant women, it can cause premature contraction and labor, so its use during the last trimester of the pregnancy is strictly forbidden, even though it might soothe the morning sickness. Also, this plant also disrupts the absorption of dietary iron and fat-soluble vitamins. 4. Certain Medications: You should also avoid ginger if you take diabetes or high blood pressure medication as if combined with insulin, beta-blockers, and anticoagulants might alter the effects of the drugs. This is due to the fact ginger stimulates blood thinning and reduces blood pressure. However, you can find some proper ginger replacements if you belong to these 4 risk groups, such as sweet peppers, red paprika, or cayenne pepper. The world-popular nutritionist Milka Raicevic claims that the effects of peppers are similar to those of ginger. You can even add them to lemonade and prepare an amazing detox drink.

Q&A - 472 - Yeast Infection, Raynaud’s, Breathing Techniques, Cancer Returning.

01:15:35
12:50 – Lily - A few years ago I got a yeast infection, it seemed to pass but still often reoccurs and hasn’t been the same down there.. Around that time I started getting acne, only very mild. The acne progressed and me not knowing about natural health at the time went on antibiotics. After 2 years of being on them I realised being on them wasn’t living in alignment with who I am and my beliefs for natural living and health. I came off them around 6months ago and my skin is at an all time low. Every square inch of my face is covered in acne and scars. I got an iridology scanning and show Sulfur, my eyes have had yellow around the pupil since I was a kid. I also have a a lot of digestive issues. I had anxiety and mild depression before the acne came back but now it’s debilitating and I’m even considering antidepressants because I don’t know what else to do. I know what I need to do to heal myself but everytime I try and go on a detox i always fall off. It’s almost like subconsciously I don’t want to heal, and that I want to suffer. Could emotional conflict with myself be an underlying cause of my issues ? Any tips to help get into a positive mindset to heal? 30:53 – Sue - I have had Raynaud’s for almost 20 years. I am currently detoxing with one of your specialists and wondering if you have ever 100% rid someone of this dis-ease. What strategies have you found to be most effective? 34:01 – Deltareum - We are both diabetics and we want to do your lymphatic cleanse to get rid of mucus, but we have a problem with eating fruit all day and protein at night. Is it OK to eat protein in the morning and fruits the rest of the day, or will this destroy the process? 38:57 – Florence - Please forgive my poor english, Im a french woman and I will try to explain simply the situation I am in. I know eating fully raw feels like being ALIVE, FINALLY but two years ago I got a parasite infection (giardiasis) during a trip in Africa. Since then my gut can't absorb properly which leads to many symptoms hard to live with. I have to say this little giardia is a great teacher to understand the body ! But whatever I try, even if I see improvment, I can't get rid off it. Please tell me what I need to do. Could it be helpfull to take goldenseal ? And is it safe while breastfeeding (my baby is five months)? Thank you in advance for your help. God bless you, your clinic and all your patients 42:45 – Gleb - What's your opinion on breathing techniques? Have you ever heard of Buteyko's method? The main idea of it is that a reduction of breath leads to a better oxygen saturation in blood, because of the Verigo-Bohr effect (less CO2 - less oxygen binds to hemoglobin). The most interesting point is when a patient increases CO2 in his blood he starts to experiencing detox symptoms in reverse but then goes to normal state. ( Sounds familiar to me ;) ) This method is primarily designed to cure such conditions as astma, hypertension, anxiety; tends to cure even cancer and diabetes. What are your thoughts on that? 53:51 – Sudhakar - want to know is healing is possible only if we eat raw food. Is it not possible if we eat healthy cooked food along with fruits and vegetables without animal products and your tinctures. I have 8 years boy with Autism, we couldn't live on raw food. 59:19 – Miranda - Having beaten left side breast cancer two years ago with no chemo and radiation it has returned in the lymph at the same side. My friend noticed these large black dots around the pupil in the colour part of my eye and when she pointed them out to me I remember someone mentioning them over two years ago when I was first sick. Are they an indicator of cancer or something I need to get out of my system that is contributing to the cancer and its return? I have just purchased weeks 1-8 of your herbs course and will buy weeks 9-14 when the time comes. I hope you can provide me with some insight to the connection if there is any plus some guidance on the steps I should take.

They Told You That Ginger Is Good For You, But They Didn’t Tell You This

They Told You That Ginger Is Good For You, But They Didn’t Tell You This Ginger is a flowering plant, native to China, and it is considered to be one of the healthiest herbs on the planet. However, despite the fact that it is useful in the case of countless health issues and conditions, ginger is not recommended in the following cases: Blood disorders This root boosts the blood flow and stimulates circulation, so it is beneficial in the case of obesity, diabetes, Raynaud’s disease or peripheral artery disease, but should be avoided by people who suffer from hemophilia. This is a genetic disorder in which the clotting ability of the blood is reduced, meaning that even a small bleeding injury can lead to death. Therefore, ginger can neutralize the effects of the medications used in this case and might aggravate the situation and cause deadly hemorrhaging. Certain types of medications People who take high blood pressure or diabetes medications belong to the special risk group as ginger can change their effects on the body. The combinations of ginger with anticoagulants, beta-blockers or insulin drugs can be extremely harmful. Namely, ginger stimulates blood thinning and reduces blood pressure, and these properties lower the effects of these medications. Underweight people Ginger stimulates digestion, which is why it is so effective against an upset stomach and other gastrointestinal issues. If you are significantly underweight, you want to slow digestion and absorb as many nutrients as you can from the food you eat. High fiber content in ginger root moves foods through the digestive system and other compounds in the root can raise metabolism and promote weight loss. PREGNANCY Ginger root tea in early pregnancy has been found to relieve nausea and vomiting. After the first trimester, however, ginger root should be taken infrequently in very small doses (if at all) because it can induce uterine contractions. This, in turn, may result in premature delivery or miscarriage. On the other hand, it can be useful when your delivery date has passed and you’re ready to meet your little one face to face. GINGER SUBSTITUTES In case you belong to some of the groups of people mentioned above, you can substitute ginger with sweet peppers, cayenne pepper, or red paprika. You can consume red paprika if you love spicy foods, or sweet peppers if you don’t. You can prepare cleaning drinks by adding these to your lemonade. Paprika can be found in different varieties with spiciness ranging from mild to hot. It contains all the nutrition of a whole pepper and is very versatile in cooking. With significant amounts of iron, vitamins A, B6, and E, paprika has a lot to offer.

Raynaud’s Syndrome and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

00:42
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome It’s already well understood that carpal tunnel syndrome is not (strictly speaking) a repetitive strain injury. Rather, it is caused by repetitive strain. If somebody is prone to getting carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitively straining the wrist joint, hand and fingers will bring it on. Carpal tunnel syndrome is one of the more difficult conditions to treat, but most of the time regular and frequent myofascial release massage will effectively manage all symptoms. Raynaud’s Syndrome Raynaud’s syndrome is a disorder where the blood vessels of the hand become spastic. This decreases the blood supply to the hands and fingers causing them to become cold and discolored. It is not well understood as a condition and it is not known why it occurs in some people but not others. Occupationally, it is known to develop among users of vibrating machinery and it has been classed as an industrial injury when sufferers have been using hand held vibrating tools in the workplace. If you already have carpal tunnel syndrome…. Carpal tunnel syndrome can be terrible. And while you cannot do much more for Raynaud’s Syndrome, the most acclaimed way to completely eliminate the pain and other symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome is to use a traction brace, like the CPR. CPR stands for “Carpal Pain Relief” and it’s proven to be highly effective in relieving the pain, numbness and tingling. The CPR is a traction brace, and when you wear it, it widens your wrist joint to relieve pressure on your median nerve. The CPR is AFFORDABLE therapy that goes right to the problem inside your wrist joint, so pain and other symptoms shrink away for good. Patients find the CPR to be the best and most effective treatment they can get. http://www.CarpalPainRelief.com

Long term complications Improvements in short term treatments of diabetes mean that patients should no longer die from hyperglycaemia or ketoacidotic coma. However, over time long term complications of diabetes may develop in type 1 and type 2 DM. The likelihood that long term complications occur largely depends on the degree of glycaemic control that can be achieved. Do you suffer from cold feet? Here's how to get rid of it.

04:30
Welcome to our channel Believe it or not. Do you suffer from cold feet and find it extremely hard to sleep? Do you wonder why does your feet turn cold and simply wont heat up? In this video, I am going to present you the reason why your feet turn cold and how can you get rid of it. Cold feet are simply that, cold feet! They are extremely common in all age groups but become more problematic as we age due to a decrease in circulation. Cold Feet mostly occur in the winter months and can lead to chilblains, poor healing and even frostbite. Cold Feet can be troublesome and uncomfortable and even stop you from sleeping at night. As those of us who experience cold feet know, if our feet feel cold then we feel cold. Causes There are many reasons why some people get colder feet than others, but on the whole cold feet are a result of cold temperature having a constricting affect on blood vessels in our limbs, which will decrease the flow of blood to the hands and feet. When this occurs, our hands and feet may even change colour, first they turn to white, and then if severe enough they may eventually turn blue and be accompanied by feelings of burning, tingling, itching, numbness and pain. This phenomenon is more common in girls toes as they tend to naturally keep their core body temperature at an even temperature at the risk of their limbs as part of a physiological baby protector mechanism. In addition to cold weather, a poor functioning thyroid, anaemia, Raynauds Disease, Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, high blood pressure and poor circulation can also lead to cold feet and hands. Please note that if your circulation is bad enough, if you notice your feet and legs become discoloured, that they are painful when at rest or when trying to walk short distances, or if you get burning or tingling sensation when sitting still then this may be a sign of poor circulation and medical attention may be required. Treatment The best treatment is prevention. However, if you suspect that you may have an underlying medical reason as to why your feet are getting cold, it is often worth getting it checked out by your local GP or Podiatrist as you may be suffering from one of the aforementioned problems. What Can I do to prevent Cold Feet? - Wear warm clothing. Its quite simple, if you feel cold it generally means you're cooling down. It means not only keeping your feet warm but keeping your core warm as well. You may also notice that by warming up your hands, you can often warm up your feet and vica versa. - Do not smoke. Smoking affects your blood vessels just like the cold does, by causing the blood vessels to constrict (get smaller) so that less blood (and warmth) goes down to your feet. Over the years smoking can lead to something called arteriosclerosis (hardening of your arteries) that can cause long term effects on your feet and a permanent decrease in blood supply to your entire body. The effects are often worse in the feet and legs due to their distance from the heart. - Eat warm food. Sounds simple but warm food is not only comforting and instantaneously warming, but it also requires less body energy to be digested than cold food leaving more energy to keep you warm. - Avoid coffee. The caffeine in coffee constricts blood vessels in the feet and legs, causing less blood and consequently warmth to get down to where it is needed. Instead, drink caffeine free tea or coffee as it contains flavonoids which help support blood vessel health. - Nutritional supplements. Magnesium and some herbs may also help to increase circulation by maintaining the integrity of your blood vessels. It is best to speak to a medical practitioner before starting any new medications or supplements. - Exercise. What better way to promote better circulation to your feet than a nice long walk or some exercise, just make sure you don't go walking around with bare feet on wet grass or splashing around in puddles or you might find your feet are colder after the experience. - Pamper your feet! When all else fails, sit back and soak your feet in some warm water (never hot) and add a few tea spoons of your favourite foot soak or aromatherapy oils. Q&A 475 - Handling Detox, Blood Pressure, Dermatographism, Car Accident.

01:23:30
00:56 - Article submitted by Logan - Alternative medicine double risk pf cancer patients dying - study. 15:15 - Rapunzel - Could you confirm/explain and helpful hints on handling the detox cold and flu-like symptoms while working a full-time job without slowing down the detox? Is there any slight difference in detox symptoms versus cold/flu symptoms so that one could know that oneself is detoxing and just didn't catch a cold or was run down during the detox… 45:29 - I'm 20 years old and for some reason my blood pressure is having fluctuations sometimes it is as high as 150/90 and sometimes it is low. Feels like everything is like a roller coaster. Sometimes my mood is good and other times I'm depressed. Doc did a TSH test which came out with the value of 2.5 he said you're fine. Currently facing brain fog, anxiety and all kinds of depressive stuff. For some reason I'm loosing weight from body too. One thing which I Would like to mention is that sometimes my extremities are very cold but core body temp is more this goes in hand with the rise in blood pressure. 52:47 - Amandine - My son has dermatographism. I know thanks to your videos that it might be an immune system reaction. Could you tell me more please ? I am 100% convinced and applying a full fruit/veggie diet for me (raw as much as possible), but my husband is too addicted to meat and dairy. He also refuses that our son eat this way at 100%, and we cannot impose a diet at his daycare. Breakfast are fruit, snacks are dried fruits + fresh fruits, sometimes dinner are fruit too because my son is now addicted to fresh fruit (1 victory for me!) HELP ME convince my husband that it is the only way to cure my son's dermatographism !!! 01:01:16 - E - I just discovered you on YouTube a couple months ago. I have watched some of your videos and just blown away by all the awesome info. I am a 43 year old female and I was in a car accident, rear ended by a drunk driver over 2 years ago. I still suffer from upper back pain but the main problem is the MRI scan shows I have a nerve sheath tumor on my cervical spine between C3-C4 on left side. It's right next to the vertebral artery. My neurosurgeon suggested I do stereotactic radiation because the tumor is growing close to the spinal cord. He really doesn't want to do surgery because it's high risk. The radiation oncologist told me it would be reasonable to wait another year to see if the tumor has grown. She said if I experience pain, numbness or tingling then they would discuss moving forward with radiation. She doesn't want to start treatment yet because of my age. She indicated to me how sometimes radiation can trigger new cancer growth years later and since Schwannomas are usually slow growing benign tumors, she thinks I should wait…

Don’t Use Ginger If You Have Any Of These Conditions! || Natural Remedies

02:35
Don’t Use Ginger If You Have Any Of These Conditions! || Natural Remedies You are surely aware of the numerous medicinal properties of ginger, and the beneficial effects of its use in numerous treatments. You should avoid ginger in the following 4 cases: Underweight Ginger is high in fiber and boosts the pH levels in the stomach, as well as the production of digestive enzymes, leading to better fat burning process and reduced appetite, weight loss, poor muscle mass, hair loss, and menstrual irregularities. Blood Disorders This nutritious plant boosts blood circulation and is, therefore, useful in the case of obesity, diabetes, peripheral artery disease or Raynaud’s disease, but not in the case of hemophilia, a condition when the blood has lost its ability to clot. Ginger might even worsen the situation and it neutralizes the effects of the drugs for this condition. Pregnancy Ginger is rich in stimulants which help digestion and support muscle health, but in pregnant women, it can cause premature contraction and labor, so its use during the last trimester of the pregnancy is strictly forbidden, even though it might soothe the morning sickness. Also, this plant also disrupts the absorption of dietary iron and fat-soluble vitamins. Certain Medications You should also avoid ginger if you take diabetes or high blood pressure medication as if combined with insulin, beta-blockers, and anticoagulants might alter the effects of the drugs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prunes - 7 Amazing Prunes Benefits The Dry Fruit You've Ignored For Too Long: https://youtu.be/Xlaq1JtVB5o How To Gain Weight Quickly: https://youtu.be/PMJSDY0UYjk Puffy Eyes - Easy Homemade Treatment To Reduce Eye Puffiness Permanently : https://youtu.be/CZVCsQKbEBw Oral Care - The Top 10 Foods That Severely Harm Your Teeth: https://youtu.be/RLO1IaUOWLY ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Music: https://www.bensound.com/ Subscribe to Natural Remedies: https://goo.gl/eb3Fnm ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Instagram: https://goo.gl/iF5RHG Facebook: https://goo.gl/3hoXid ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. So many are plagued with slighthly virus diseases, while the "doctors" only think, it is stress, psychosomatic, or a hypochondriac. If you gonna want heal something: think also about toxification by metals like aluminium and mercury, which can cause weakened immune system, opening for virus attacks. I am quite sure that most diseases in general are connected to toxification by other stuff (not exaggerated)! A health body is a body without toxification, and a clean body can do much against everything, so that you dont recognize health problems, because its getting never to that stadium where you got ill. Of course i am talking about heavy diseases, and not about simple cold or hangover. Another reason for illness often is grounded in attitudes and bad routine of building up stress and fear. Also pressure is very bad, dont think, you owe something to the world. You are a free human. Do what they want you do to, but what you think and feel is your take. Overview of Raynaud's Re-warming Techniques

01:25
A Raynaud's episode can happen anyway and is important to respond to it immediately with re-warming until circulation is restored. Never become complacent about an episode because just one prolonged instance of untended Raynaud's can lead to necrosis, gangrene, and amputation. Each episode should be considered an emergency. Learn proper re-warming techniques and stock your home, car, and office with warm clothing and re-warmers. Don't bang your hands against a hard surface or rub them vigorously, this actually damages blood vessels. Firstly try motion because you can do this immediately. Secondly try moist heat which is better than dry but in moderation, never overheat as too much heat also shuts down blood vessels prolonging the attack. Raynaud's in scleroderma can become so severe as to require amputation so keeping aggressively warm as well as promptly treating all Raynaud's attacks is essential for all people with scleroderma. Presdented by Amanda Thorpe for the nonprofit International Scleroderma Network at SCLERO.ORG.

Overview of Raynaud's in Systemic Scleroderma

01:52
Raynaud's in Scleroderma is a vascular disorder commonly found in scleroderma. It is an extreme spasm of blood vessels in response to cold or stress. The fingers and/or toes become white and/or blue, and may become red on re-warming. Raynaud's by itself is called primary Raynaud's, with other autoimmune diseases it is called Raynaud's Phenomenon or Secondary Raynaud's. In primary Raynaud's, the blood vessels return to normal after an attack, in Raynaud's Phenomenon, or secondary Raynaud's there may be blood vessel scarring which can make medication ultimately ineffective. Digital finger ulcers can result. As Raynaud's progresses slight drops in temperature may trigger attacks with a longer duration. Raynaud's in scleroderma can become severe and require amputation of fingers and/or toes so keeping aggressively warm and promptly treating all Raynaud's attacks is essential for all people with scleroderma. Presented by Amanda Thorpe on behalf of the nonprofit International Scleroderma Network at sclero.org.
