7 Signs That Adrenal Fatigue is Behind Your Anxiety, Sleep Problems And Joint Pain

05:03
7 Signs That Adrenal Fatigue is Behind Your Anxiety, Sleep Problems And Joint Pain Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 Adrenal fatigue is a condition when the adrenal glands are struggling to manage stress and an extremely busy schedule and causes feelings of tiredness, dullness, and a burnout. Your doctor won’t diagnose this condition, but we will reveal its symptoms and things you should change in order to treat them. In case one surpasses the 4 stages of adrenal fatigue, an adrenal insufficiency might appear, which can be medically diagnosed. Therefore, make sure you treat the symptoms on time and avoid even more aggravated issues. Stress leads to increased cortisol levels and weakened bodily functions, as the adrenals cannot cope with the burden. The following 7 signs indicate that you suffer from adrenal fatigue: 1. Poor Digestion. Stress does not allow the body to digest the food properly and inhibits the absorption of nutrients. In this case, the metabolism and digestion are poor, and you might experience bloating, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, and weight gain. You should eat a healthy diet, drink sufficient amounts of water, take probiotics and minerals regularly, and take the time to savor your meals. 2. Insomnia. Every night, you should sleep for at least 8 hours without interruptions, in order to help the body to reset, recharge, and recover. This will make you wake up fresh and energized. Moreover, never give up sleep for more work, as it will throw you off balance and make you struggle to fall asleep. Also, try to be in bed by 10:30 pm, even if you can’t fall asleep, stay in the dark to help the body release melatonin, the sleeping hormone. Also, warm baths, relaxation techniques, and yoga calm the body and mind and help you fall asleep. 3. Anxiety or Depression. The pressure of deadlines and a busy schedule might lead to various complications, changes of mood, and a poor cognitive function. Anxiety and depression are directly linked to stress, so make sure you find some way to control it and reduce it in order to preserve your health. 4. Stiffness and pain. When the body is not recharged due to stress, you might suffer from stiffness and pain, as well as stress in the back, jaw, and neck. Try to change the sleeping habits, and practice stretching exercises and yoga. Furthermore, warm baths offer potent anti-inflammatory effects – as the natural magnesium alleviates the muscles and the crystal blend detoxes and balances the body.       5. Feeling Overwhelmed By Life. Sometimes, things definitely can be easier and better, but you should not apply too much pressure on yourself. You should always reserve a time to dedicate to yourself, and do not just work to achieve the goals, regardless of the efforts and time needed. Therefore, add some self-care into your daily routines, and make sure you give your body a chance to recover and function properly.       6. Exhaustion After Working Out. Exercise should provide body energy, but physical stress might also lead to adrenal fatigue, as it can have negative effects on the body.  You sometimes need to try some gentle exercise, walking, yoga. Yet, if you need to lose weight, make sure you are aware of the fact that 80% of the effects will come from proper nutrition.         7. Wacky hormones. The thyroid gland can be damaged in stage two of adrenal fatigue, and you might start experiencing signs of a hypothyroid (poor circulation, fatigue, weight gain, dry hair, and skin). In the case of imbalance of the adrenals and the stress levels, the hormone precursor material will be redirected for use in cortisol production. Prolonged periods of stress might increase the PMS symptoms or lead to occasional loss of the cycle. Therefore, make sure you eat healthy foods, drink enough water, sleep enough, avoid caffeine, and use adaptogenic herbs. ============================================ adrenal fatigue ,adrenal fatigue symptoms ,adrenal fatigue cure ,is adrenal fatigue real ,adrenal fatigue symptoms in females ,adrenal fatigue diet ,adrenal fatigue recovery ,causes of adrenal fatigue ,essential oils for adrenal fatigue ,adrenal fatigue test ,adrenal fatigue syndrome ,adrenal fatigue treatment ,adrenal fatigue supplements ,Anxiety ,Sleep Problems ,Joint Pain , Poor Digestion, Insomnia, Depression, Stiffness and pain, Wacky hormones https://youtu.be/uRdhI0nx39I Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11

10 People Who Used “Superhuman Strength” To Save Others

10:46
10 People Who Used “Superhuman Strength” To Save Others Hysterical strength is defined as a display of extreme strength by humans. They usually come in urgency, when someone is facing death. The savior comes into action, blood pumping, adrenaline racing, and somehow does the impossible. To witnesses, it appears as if they’re superhuman. To Scientific American, there’s a science behind it: “Under acute stress, the body’s sympathetic nervous system prepares the body for sustained, vigorous action. The adrenal gland dumps cortisol and adrenaline into the blood stream. Blood pressure surges and the heart races, delivering oxygen and energy to the muscles. It’s the biological equivalent of opening the throttle of an engine.” How boring. I’d rather enjoy the thought of miracles. The following stories exhibit feats of strength that are seemingly impossible. When one considers that record-holding professional weightlifters barely eclipse 1,000 pounds during deadlifts, it boggles the mind that—given the right circumstances—normal people have lifted four times that. Call it science, call it the criticality of a life-or-death situation, call it what you want. The fact remains these people are superheroes.

Adrenaline Rush | KAATSU Corporate Wellness

01:10
10 key points for a KAATSU Corporate Wellness Adrenaline Rush workout performed in your office or cubicle are as follows: 1. Do the KAATSU Cycle modality where the KAATSU Air Bands are inflated for 20 seconds and then deflated for 5 seconds 8 times in sequentially higher pressures. 2. This 3 minute 20 second KAATSU Cycle can be repeated as desired. Limit your KAATSU workout to 15 minutes on your arms and 20 minutes on your legs. 3. Movements should be gentle and steady even with push-ups or leg extensions. This allows you to exercise without perspiring or being uncomfortable or having to change out of your work clothes. 4. As the KAATSU Air Bands inflate, move slowly as desired (from stretching to twisting). As the Bands deflate, rest and relax. 5. The KAATSU Air Bands should only be placed in two locations: around your upper arms near the armpit immediately below your shoulders (deltoids), but above the biceps and triceps for an upper body workout, and around your upper legs immediately below the groin, but above your quadriceps and hamstrings for a lower body workout. 6. Be well-hydrated before doing KAATSU and confirm with your physician that you are ready for exercise and KAATSU. 7. The KAATSU Air Bands should be placed on your arms and legs snugly and moderately to allow normal arterial flow into your limbs. As a result, your skin should have a pinkness or redness to it and your pulse should continue normally. Your veins may become distended (more visible). The Bands are neither a tourniquet nor BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) Occlusion Bands. They are not designed or intended to occlude or cut off any blood flow. The arm and leg bands should not be used simultaneously. 8. You should feel comfortable throughout your KAATSU workout. If you have tightened the Bands too much, there may be a whiteness or paleness to your skin or you may be lightheaded. In these cases, immediately remove the Bands or loosen the Bands appropriately. The Bands are BFM (Blood Flow Moderation) equipment that enables adequate and safe blood flow to the limbs during exercise.

Is Adrenal Fatigue Real: Symptoms and Treatment: Thomas DeLauer

Be Sure to Subscribe for 3x Videos per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Adrenal Fatigue ad Cortisol: Is Adrenal Fatigue Real: Thomas DeLauer Adrenal fatigue is characterized by relentless, debilitating fatigue and can also include muscle weakness, decreased appetite, and weight loss - some people even experience nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Adrenal fatigue occurs when your adrenal glands aren’t able to produce enough of certain hormones, such as norepinephrine, cortisol and DHEA, which allow you to respond to the conditions of your daily life in healthy and flexible ways. Simply put, the theory behind adrenal fatigue is that your adrenal glands are unable to keep pace with the demands of perpetual fight-or-flight arousal. As a result, they can't produce quite enough of the hormones you need to feel good (1) So, What are Your Adrenal Glands? Located at the top of each kidney, the adrenal glands are two, triangular-shaped organs that measure about 1.5 inches in height and 3 inches in length They are also known as your body’s shock absorbers - produce hormones that help the body control blood sugar, react to stressors like a major illness or injury, and regulate blood pressure. Cause(s) of Adrenal Fatigue Adrenal fatigue is caused when your adrenal glands cannot cope due to you being overly stressed – basically, the main cause is stress The adrenal glands are an essential part of your body's responses to any kind of physical, emotional or psychological stress. Many different types of stress can cause adrenal fatigue. Examples of physical stress include any severe or recurrent infection or illness, having an operation, poor diet or a severe injury. An emotional or psychological stress may be caused by many situations, including relationship, family or work difficulties. (3) However, there are 3 specific hormones that can be a cause of adrenal fatigue: Norepinephrine Also called adrenaline is commonly thought of as the fight-or-flight hormone. It’s produced when something is (or you think it is) threatening. This hormone makes your heart pound, your blood rush to your heart and large muscle groups, your pupils widen, your brain sharpens, and your tolerance for pain increase—basically, it prepares you for battle. Cortisol Cortisol increases your appetite and energy level while toning down your immune system’s allergic and inflammatory responses. This hormone stimulates the storage and release of energy in the body, helps the body resist the stressful effects of infections, trauma, and temperature extremes, and helps you maintain stable emotions. Ideally, cortisol is released into the system only on an occasional basis, rather than in response to chronic stress. If cortisol levels become too high for too long, they may have undesirable side effects, including muscle wasting, kidney damage, fluid retention, spiking blood sugar levels, weight gain, and increased vulnerability to bacteria, etc. Solutions Rid the diet of excess sugar and processed grains These are very hard on the adrenal glands. Eating excess sugar/starches will cause blood sugar to spike and insulin to come to the rescue due to excess glucose in the bloodstream. Blood sugar then drops or plummets, causing the adrenals to work to bring levels back up. When you are suffering from fatigued adrenal glands, cortisol levels drop and make it difficult to maintain normal blood sugar levels. People with adrenal fatigue tend to have low blood sugar. Consume Natural Salt like Himalayan Sea Salt Natural salts contain many trace minerals, which help to support the adrenals. Adrenal fatigue reduces the production of the hormone aldosterone, which helps regulate salt in the body. Optimize DHEA Levels When your adrenal glands are out of whack, your DHEA production will suffer greatly, and your stress hormone cortisol can roam freely inside of your body, destroying all the hard work you are doing to get your endocrine system back in shape. One of the best ways to support DHEA in the body is through magnesium supplementation. (5) References 1) Adrenal fatigue: What causes it? - Mayo Clinic. (n.d.). TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY This video is full of important and useful information about your body and health. You will learn why you shouldn’t clean earwax with cotton buds, reasons why you shouldn’t squeeze blackheads, what kind of products are harmful to your health, why you should sleep at least 7 hours a day and a lot more! Remember that you should drink a certain amount of water every day? The main thing is that you should know the correct way to drink water. Here are the main rules: drink water when you sit and drink in small gulps. Did you know that there is no need to clean earwax with cotton buds? Earwax plays an important role as it protects the ears from foreign objects and chewing and growing of new skin naturally push old wax out of the ear canal. It's a natural process that helps keep your ears healthy and cotton buds may cause harm. Pores are tiny openings in the skin that release oil and sweat. Pores on your face can get clogged with oil, dry skin cells, and everyday dirt if you do not wash your face properly. When the pores are clogged, it can result in blackheads and acne. There are a lot of reasons why you shouldn’t squeeze your blackheads. Firstly, the core won’t fully come out but you risk to get more bacteria from your fingers. And it may cause long-lasting and more harmful skin issues. Don’t forget to take care of your skin on daily basis, to cleanse your skin with a mask 1-2 times a week and select high-quality cosmetics. Have you ever questioned yourself what happens to your body when you drink a cup of coffee? Let’s take a look at this process: -After 10 minutes your heart rate and blood pressure start to rise -After 20 minutes you start to feel more focused and can handle hard tasks -After 30 minutes your vision might improve because of an adrenaline rush -After 40 minutes muscle strength increases -After 4 hours there is an increase in the production of stomach acids and you are become hungry -After 6 hours coffee causes a diuretic effect Remember that women shouldn’t drink alcohol during pregnancy! Why do so many of us struggle with fatigue on a daily basis? For some, this isn’t simply a symptom of too many late nights, but could be a condition known as adrenal fatigue and it’s a much misunderstood but worryingly common condition. What is adrenal fatigue? The human adrenal glands are associated with our “fight or flight” response. These tiny organs sit on top of our kidneys and are there to help protect us from immediate danger. They do this by pumping adrenaline and cortisol into our bodies in response to a threat. These chemical changes in our bodies are essential in prompting us to take action against the threat, but as a side effect the rush of chemicals increases our blood sugar and our blood pressure. The problem comes when we are in a near-perpetual state of stress. If our bodies perceive us as always being in some level of danger, our adrenal system never switches off. This is how adrenal fatigue develops. The glands produce excessive cortisol and other hormones either due to the body misinterpreting daily stresses as regular threats or through a number of other potential contributors including heavy metal toxicity, caffeine, cigarettes, or other stimulants, a poor immune system, or low blood pressure. Some people have suggested that electromagnetic fields from WiFi signals and mobile phones could also be interfering with our adrenal glands, but studies are yet to prove this is the case. How do I know if I have adrenal fatigue? The condition is not easy to diagnose as it is easy to misinterpret the symptoms. However, if you are experiencing multiple symptoms from the list below, then you may have adrenal fatigue and might wish to talk to a health professional to find out more: Trouble concentrating, regularly experiencing ‘brain fog’ Restless sleep or difficulty in falling asleep in the first place Fatigue on a regular, almost daily basis Feeling as if you are constantly in overdrive Digestive difficulties Food cravings, particularly for sweet or fatty foods Frequent colds or flu High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes Hormonal imbalances, PMS, fertility problems, menopause symptoms Inflammation, joint pain, fibromyalgia Irritability, anxiety, or depression Weight gain SUBSRCIBE & SHARE: BLOG: www. freshbodymind.com FACEBOOK: www. freshbodymind.com/Facebook TWITTER: www.freshbodymind.com/Twitter PINTEREST: www. freshbodymind.com/Pinterest

How to control heart rate during Panic Attack? - Dr. Sulata Shenoy

05:38
A panic attack is felt by some people because of extreme or unwarranted agitation due to stimuli which are perceived or unreal. This can case the person to lose control over oneself, feel very agitated and the physical or physiological concomitants of panic disorder are increased heart rate. This happens because of two reasons. The first is the sudden rush of adrenaline to enable your body to go through the fight or flight mode. The brain perceives a threat and prepares your body to either fight the enemy or flee from the scene. Any case your body needs to be sufficiently prepared to take either of these options. So the sudden rush of adrenaline can cause your heart rate to increase or to be irregular. The second is hyperventilation. When you are in panic you may not that your breath tends to be shorter and irregular as a result the insufficient carbon dioxide that is required is lowered and your heart has to pump several times more frequently or faster in order to maintain the blood supply or the circulation to all parts of the body. As a result the psychological stimulus is causing a physiological response which can have deleterious effect on your overall health. These irregular heartbeats can be experienced by one as tachycardia, arrhythmia, extra systole and palpitation which are sudden spurts in your heart beat, missed heart beat or irregular or dysfunctional beating of the heart. First of all you need to take a medical check up to check whether something is really the matter with your heart or is it due to the panic disorder. If it is panic disorder there are number of things you can do. First is remain calm because it is the opposite of getting agitated and one is agitated the heart beats get irregular. When one is calm the heart beats become stable and functional. So you have to be calm and the best way to do that is breath normally, easily, focus on your breathing, calm your mind down and just think of your breath. This is the simplest and most effective way of bringing down your heart beat. Doing meditation regularly can have a very good effect on not only your heart beat but also on your anxiety and panic disorders. Look at your lifestyle and see what are the modifications or changes that you may need to bring into. Sleep the number of hours of sleep per day, eat right, diet is very essential, exercise regularly, maintain healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle, cut down on caffeine, alcohol and smoking and give up on any habits which you feel are undesirable or detrimental to your lifestyle. Once your lifestyle is set in a particular pattern you will find that your body is better able to cope because anxiety and stress are the main ingredients of increased heart rate. Suppose your heart rate is still irregular then you may need to consult a doctor and see what can be done. Also check all your prescriptions and medications that you are currently taking because these could also contribute to irregular heart beat. Once you are done with these you can lead a happy and healthy life.
Why It's Hard to Turn Stress (Cortisol) Off

Get Dr. Berg’s Adrenal & Cortisol Relief: https://shop.drberg.com/adrenal-cortisol-regular THIS WAS FORMERLY CALLED “ADRENAL DAY FORMULA” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_VFR0HZs7g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5eWshrxBCY http://www.drberg.com Dr. Eric Berg DC walks you through a step-by-step procedure to quickly improve vocal cord stress. Dr. Berg's patients include opera singers, vocal coaches, professional singers and professors of music. Use this technique at the first hint of irritation or loss of voice. Dr. Eric Berg talks about cortisol and how to turn off cortisol and stress. Cortisol is a stress hormone that is located in a layer which is on top of the adrenal gland. Cortisol acts to stress and helps to adapt the body to stress levels. All stress is accumulative in the body and as people experience stress (even though it tends to reduce after some time), it begins to accumulate inside our body as the adrenal gland only has the "ON" switch. What you need to do is manually apply the "OFF" switch to reduce cortisol levels which is illustrated below. I have used this technique on professional opera singers, professors of music, singers and even people with laryngitis, when their medications have no effect. Here's the procedure: First locate the soreness, tickle, or hoarseness by pointing on the front of the neck. Next, draw an imaginary circle around the neck to the back. Lastly, press into the neck segment and hold for at least 2 minutes. You will know you have the correct point when you feel that it is at least twice as sore as the soreness in the throat -- interesting. If it is not sore, then move up or down until you find the most tender area on the back part of your neck. After a minute of pressing, evaluate the severity of your symptom and you'll notice something very strange -- it's gone. All we are doing is removing stuck stress in the vocal cords to allow your body to function correctly. In many cases, I also have the person make one to two kale shakes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TREbQo...) per day. Kale has loads of vitamin A, which the vocal cords and the immune system need to function. The last thing I check for is making sure your "stress" that originally lowered your immune system gets handled or improved. Shortness of Breath caused by Adrenal Fatigue

05:34
http://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-adrenal-fatigue-breathlessness-causes/18836/ This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com, and today we are going to talk to about some rather severe and important symptoms, which are shortness of breath. Now people with adrenal fatigue can sometimes present with shortness of breath despite a normal work up. In other words, they feel that they are not catching a full breath of air, especially on exertion and when under stress as well. After extensive work up for the lungs and the heart, they are given a clean bill of health. What is really going on? As far as conventional medicine is concerned there is no clear explanation, and sufferers are universally sent home with no solution. Sometimes they are put on some form of an inhaler to help the breathing mechanism, but generally speaking, this doesn't really help it as well. Now, we don't have the exact physiological basis to know why, but what we do see is this shortness of breath usually happens in two situations; in the setting of adrenal fatigue, one is when the person is extremely nervous with anxiety and this can have some trouble of shortness of breath associated, but this usually is more associated with panic attack-like symptoms where the person is breathing rapidly, and the intake is shallow, resulting in the build up of carbon dioxide. Therefore, this shortness of breath is a vicious cycle that propagates itself. There is another possibility; it's that those people with advanced adrenal fatigue who are in a catabolic state, these people tend to lose muscle mass; now usually by the time that this comes upon, the person is rather skinny. They not only lose muscle mass in their big muscles such as their biceps or the triceps, but the intercostal muscles, the muscles that hold ribs together are also decompensating. So, when a person wants to take a deep breath, it does not happen because when you have wasting of the intercostal muscles the muscle strength becomes compromised. When this happens the ribcage can not be expanded as it normally can. So, there are physical and structural limitations to this breathing when this happens. So this is usually presented as I said earlier in a person who is already somewhat catabolic, losing weight, severe fatigue, not necessarily doing a lot of exercises, mostly housebound, and in the advanced stages of adrenal fatigue. Normally when this happens there are also signs of GI disturbances, gastric slow down, palpitations in the heart, neurotransmitter imbalances, so we are getting with a clinical picture that is rather serious in terms of presenting itself in an abnormal fashion. The shortness of breath is just one of those things that goes along; by itself it is not indicative of anything because the person still can breathe, its just that when under stress they feel that they are very tight. They try to take a deep breath and there are some limitions, but by and large normal breathing mechanisms in terms of oxygen saturation are still intact, but the complaint is there. So if a person has this complaint of shortness of breath, and you look at the person and there is an adrenal fatigue setting, you have to really think about whether it is an issue of catabolism undergoing as well as whether it is an issue of other triggering factors. Together, put the whole clinical picture together, and when you put the clinical picture together, you will be able to see that it is really a bigger problem going on underneath. Now, the good news is that usually as the adrenals recover and the muscle rebuilding and the catabolic process is reversed then this will improve. Nevertheless, it is an important symptom to recognize because an unresolved catabolism can lead to shortness of breath which can then lead to many other structural problems because if the lung cannot expand then it is more prone to getting infections, etc. So, you don't want to leave this unturned, uninvestigated. Stress can kill. It can destroy our mind and our body, silently and secretly. But stress originally evolved to help us survive. Now scientists have discovered how we can control and even reverse and its harmful effects. Stress can kill. It can destroy our mind and our body, silently and secretly. But stress originally evolved to help us survive. At a traditional Spanish bull festival, firefighter Andy Mintner, is wired up to show how his body responds in the face of mortal danger like being chased through the streets by a herd of rampaging bulls. As the bulls draw nearer his body is flooded by powerful stress hormones, adrenaline and cortisol, that fire his body into action allowing him to think and run faster than he ever has before. Stress saves Andys life but switch it on hour after hour, day after day and the effects can be fatal. The demands of modern life are leaving one in four of us permanently stressed. No longer concerned about predators, today were getting stressed about work, relationships, money and health. Over time the powerful stress hormones cripple our immune system and put dangerous pressure on our hearts. Jude Meadows is a highflying businesswoman who allows the stress of her job to push her dangerously close to the edge. Although she loves the adrenaline rush of corporate life, sleepless nights and high blood pressure are having an impact on her health. The final alarm bell comes during an important business meeting when Jude bursts a blood vessel. She decides its time to do something about her stress levels. It seems that Jude may be predisposed to stress. Science is just discovering that personality could be the key in controlling our stress response. Jude is whats known as a type A personality a perfectionist, an impatient, ambitious, fast talker, somebody who cant switch off. But incredibly the work thats revealing these links isnt being done on humans but one of our close ancestors. In the Serengeti in Africa, Professor Robert Sapolsky, is discovering that when it comes to stress we have a lot in common with baboons. For the past 26 years he has been measuring the levels of hormones in male baboons and has shown that stress-related diseases such as heart disease are dependant on personality. Type A personalities are more susceptible to stress. But if youre a type A personality like Jude it doesnt mean youre stuck with it forever. Jude is working hard to deal with her stress. Twice a day she takes twenty minutes out to meditate. After six months her blood pressure is normal. Meditation, it seems, is very effective at controlling the stress response. At Harvard University, Dr Herbert Benson and Dr Sarah Lazar are trying to find out why. Using an MRI scanner they are looking inside the meditating brain and discovering that meditation not only controls our heart and breathing rates but allows us to become more alert. Dr Herbert Benson calls this the relaxation response the bodys innate ability to deal with the harmful effects of stress. And you dont just have to meditate to do it. Dancing, prayer and exercise are just some of the ways we can all deal with our stress and improve our health. Stress can kill. It can destroy our mind and our body, silently and secretly. But stress originally evolved to help us survive. Now scientists have discovered how we can control and even reverse and its harmful effects. One page description Stress can kill. 7 Facts About Coffee You Probably Didn’t Know

06:48
How to drink coffee the right way and healthy? Why is coffee good for you? Here are 7 surprising reasons why you need to get yourself a cup of coffee right now. TIMESTAMPS Coffee boosts brainpower 0:40 Coffee increases blood pressure 1:46 Coffee makes your immune system stronger 2:24 Coffee relieves a headache 3:16 Coffee reduces stress 3:51 Coffee improves your memory 4:40 Coffee helps you lose weight 5:30 An amazing coffee cocktail recipe 6:06 SUMMARY - Coffee with sugar can turn you into a little genius for a while because the combination of caffeine and glucose activates certain sectors of your brain. The caffeine in coffee acts as a mild stimulant to the central nervous system. This neuronal activity triggers the release of the adrenaline, that will affect your body in several ways: your heartbeat increases, blood pressure rises, breathing tubes open up, sugar is released into the bloodstream for extra energy. - You might want to keep off the coffee if you are going to have a blood pressure test within the next 2 days. If you have high blood pressure, ask your doctor whether you should limit or stop drinking caffeinated beverages. - Coffee is known for its energy-boosting caffeine effect -- is an abundant source of nutrients and healthful chemicals that can aid your immune system. According to scientists from several countries, coffee reduces the risk of premature death. This is because coffee alters your immune system, making it stronger and healthier. - The caffeine can cure headaches and migraines. People are aware that caffeine is found in coffee, tea, soft drinks and chocolate, but may not know that caffeine is also contained in a variety of over the counter medications. That’s why it’s an ingredient in a lot of traditional pain relievers. - Coffee acts well as an anti-stress substance due to the release of dopamine and serotonin, which "trigger" a good mood. One cup, or even just the smell of coffee, can calm your nerves. This could explain a lower risk of depression among coffee drinkers. - Coffee can positively affect mood, enhance alertness, and memory abilities. The stimulators and neuro-mediators obtained from coffee not only boost your mood and productivity but also improve your memory. Of course, this only works with your short-term memory. - Coffee can keep off and help you lose excess weight. It can temporarily suppress your appetite and may stimulate minimal calorie burning. When the level of the hormone leptin is low, your body starts storing fat, and you gain weight. Coffee, however, increases the hormone levels in your body. BONUS If you're looking for something sweet to pair your milk, this cocktail recipe is a must. It is deliciously smooth and refreshing and, if bottled, ready to take on the go. • Make your favorite coffee. • Let it cool off, then fill an ice cube tray with the coffee. • Place it in the freezer. On a hot day, add the coffee cubes to a glass of milk. Sip a delicious mix and feel wonderful! Share the video with your friends to keep them caffeinated and hit the like button below the video! Understanding dysautonomia and POTS

09:43
Today I want to talk about a poorly condition called POTS which causes a lot of young patients (children and women mainly between the ages of 14-45) a lot of debilitating symptoms and distress and because POTS is a relatively newly recognised condition, many doctors don’t know very much about it and attribute symptoms to anxiety or psychological issues and therefore the poor patient’s distress is compounded by having to find a doctor and support system that takes their symptoms seriously. Basically what happens in POTS is that the patient develops Orthostatic intolerance which means that they don’t tolerate standing up for any prolonged period very well and therefore have to sit down and the reason for this is that their heart speeds up excessively when they stand up and that feels very uncomfortable and they get palpitations, dizziness, sometimes headache and feel worn out. POTS is thought to be a disturbance of the autonomic nervous system which s that part of our nervous system that regulates body functions such as our heart rate, respiratory rate, pupillary response, digestion and urination. The way the autonomic nervous system works is by 2 contrasting systems… The parasympathetic system which controls our body processes during ordinary situations and the sympathetic system which prepares our bodies for stressful situations. So for example, if we are suddenly scared, the sympathetic system is activated and immediately our heart rate goes up, we start breathing harder, our pupils dilate and blood starts going to our muscles rather than our gut and therefore any digestion slows down and we recognise this as an ‘adrenaline rush’ However after the initial stressor has been taken away, slowly our body slowly returns back to normal and this is done via the parasympathetic system and the autonomic system comes back to achieve an equilibrium. An analogy I think which may help explain what happens in POTs is that of a see saw with the pivot point in the middle. A stressor is like pressing down on one side of the see saw and this activates the sympathetic system which causes all these changes within the body to prepare you for flight or fright. Now what happens in POTS is that the pivot has been moved so only a small stressor causes an exaggerated rise in sympathetic activation and therefore the patient notices this florid flight or fight response which feels really strange and uncomfortanble because it is happening when the patient is not really doing anything to trigger such a reaction. SO lets see what happens when we stand up from a lying position. As we stand up gravity starts taking effect and therefore because our blood vessels are stretchy, Immediately blood starts getting sucked down by gravity and if nothing were to happen then our brain which is the furthest away from ground will be drained of blood and we would collapse.

I wanted to share with you how I resolved my copper toxicity issues years ago, what symptoms copper toxicity causes, why we people have excess amounts of copper in the body, what foods you need to avoid temporarily to avoid copper issues and much more. Copper Toxicity is a condition that is increasingly common in this day and age, due to the widespread occurrence of copper in our food, copper fungicides, e-cigs, Copper IUD's, hot water pipes, along with the common nutritional deficiencies in Zinc, Manganese and other trace minerals that help keep levels of Copper in balance. Birth control pills increases a woman's risk of having a Copper toxicity condition due to the effect that estrogen has on the body, increasing copper retention in the kidneys. Estrogen stimulates similar receptors to Aldosterone receptors in the kidneys, increasing Sodium, Copper and water retention. Both estrogens and Aldosterone can increase swelling, Cyst formation, increasing the blood volume which can cause hypertension, stroke, or death if the Liver and Adrenal glands are not able to regulate these hormones in the body. Copper builds up in the soft tissues of Liver and disrupts the Liver's metabolic abilities to detoxify and cleanse the blood in general. Copper toxicity in the liver is therefore disrupting to the Liver's Glucoronidation pathway, that helps to eliminate excessive amounts of Estrogen by making it water soluble. Other toxic heavy metals like Lead, Mercury, Aluminum, and Cadmium will also buildup in the Soft tissues, as a result of Copper competing with Zinc in many enzymes and binding sites in the body. When Zinc gets displaced by Copper, there will be a reduction in Metallotionein production, which is the main heavy metal binding protein in the body. The production of the body's main detoxifying agent and antioxidant, Glutathione will also decline when too much Copper gets stored in the Liver organ's tissues. Other sources of chemicals which mimic estrogen, known as xeno-estrogens, may also increase the retention of copper. These include pesticides, plastic bags, Volatile organic compounds (VOC's), growth hormones used on animals, and all petrochemical waste products used in the manufacturing of plastic, gasoline and other petrochemical derivatives. These are all referred to as Xeno-estrogens. Copper is a very stimulating mineral to the nerves and nervous system. Copper increases the production of norepinephrine, adrenaline, while also implicated in a decrease of histamine. These effects on neurotransmitter levels can give rise to many psychological imbalances such as mood swings, depression, mental agitation, feeling over-stimulated, restlessness, anxiety, insomnia and a racing mind with too many thoughts are all hallmarks of elevated Copper toxicity. Elevated Copper in the body acts like caffeine or even amphetamines. It constantly keeps the conversion of dopamine into norepinephrine going so that you have a constant adrenaline rush to help you be on the go, but you also are unable to settle down or turn off your mind. Effects of Stress and Natural Stress Relief

06:14
Adrenaline gives you the strength and speed to fight or flee from impending danger. It raises your heart rate, elevates your blood pressure, tenses your muscles, boosts your mental processing and speeds up your nervous system reaction time so that you can quickly get out of harm’s way. This rush of hormones has probably saved your life while driving, but when released too frequently due to the constant barrage of modern life stresses it can cause serious health problems. One key mechanism responsible for many of these beneficial effects appears to be “flipping” the metabolic switch Our system needs to identify a different kind of "fuel." That is when the body begins to convert certain types of body fat into fatty acids, which are easily absorbed by the blood. Fatty acids, in turn, produce molecules called ketones, which the body uses as its new source of energy. A Harvard study shows that IF’s food-free period manipulates the energy-producing mitochondria of your cells and increases your lifespan. As you age, your body is in a natural decline that affects your cells. But the study showed that the lower levels of energy produced during fasting times caused the mitochondria to shift and maintain their functions longer than normal to promote healthy aging and a longer lifespan. One of the most agreed upon benefits of the IF diet is the fact that it promotes healthy brain function and wards of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. he fasting period gives your body more time to deplete your body’s glycogen stores and causes you to burn fat instead of sugar (hello, weight loss!). This fat-burning process produces ketones, which boost your energy and banish brain fog. We experience sporadic inflammation on a daily basis, from stubbing a toe to coming in contact with allergy-triggering dust mites. But suffering from chronic, long-term inflammation can lead to weight gain and unwanted belly fat. The proposed benefits of IF in animals and humans read like a laundry list of “look better,” “feel better,” “live longer” physiological changes. These include Reduced blood lipids (including decreased triglycerides and LDL cholesterol) blood pressure (perhaps through changes in sympathetic/parasympathetic activity) markers of inflammation oxidative stress (using markers of protein, lipid, and DNA damage) risk of cancer (through a host of proposed mechanisms; we’ll save them for another review) Increased cellular turnover and repair (called autophagocytosis) fat burning (increase in fatty acid oxidation later in the fast) growth hormone release later in the fast (hormonally mediated) metabolic rate later in the fast (stimulated by epinephrine and norepinephrine release) Epinephrine, also called adrenaline, has powerful effects on the body. These include: increased blood sugar levels increased heart rate increased contractility (how hard the heart squeezes) relaxation of smooth muscle in the airways to improve breathing These effects are designed to provide your body with extra energy. When you’re very stressed or afraid, your body releases a flood of epinephrine. This is known as the fight-or-flight response, or adrenaline rush. Norepinephrine Norepinephrine, also called noradrenaline, has effects similar to those of epinephrine, such as: increased blood sugar levels increased heart rate increased contractility Norepinephrine can also cause your blood vessels to narrow, which increases blood pressure. The main difference Both epinephrine and norepinephrine can affect your heart, blood sugar levels, and blood vessels. However, norepinephrine can also make your blood vessels become narrower, increasing blood pressure. Improved appetite control (perhaps through changes in PPY and ghrelin) blood sugar control (by lowering blood glucose and increasing insulin sensitivity) cardiovascular function (by offering protection against ischemic injury to the heart) effectiveness of chemotherapy (by allowing for higher doses more frequently) neurogenesis and neuronal plasticity (by offering protection against neurotoxins) Still Energy Balance Shift Work Real Life Examples 1.Keep Track of calories 2. Protein 3. Focus on the fast but extend the feeding window 4. Don’t put fat in your coffee 5. Don’t drink Bcaas 6. Set an Alarm 7. Exercise Just prior to your eating window if possible References PrecisionNutrition.com

How to Control Anger With Meditation

03:27
How to Control Anger With Meditation It is natural to experience an anger. Anger is a usually a normal emotion that stems from a prevised hazard to a part of our identity, our self-image, our property, our loved ones, or us. Anger is a far higher complex feedback than people give it credit for. Many of the people will say that “I am angry,” but that does not fully describe them what they are feeling inside. The entity with which a person feels anger can be wildly different. Anger can vary between the frustration and less irritation all the way to full-blown rage. By letting anger out means different things for different people, some may trim out of the room, crack the door, freeze up, hike their voice, turn red, look and sound angry, or express most of the other physical symptoms. With this Anger Meditation, instead of trying to control the suitation or crush your angry feelings, you will be revetment them head-on. You will just go with the strength of the feelings, respectfully, instead of resisting them and pushing them away. If you want that this process work for you, you will need firstly in concert with yourself not to duct or act out your anger while performing this exercise and for a short while afterwards. It might be possible for you might be even feeling more angry than usual at first, as you become more linked to your anger. This is often an explanation that it is appearing and coming closer to the surface. Here are the some of the best things of the meditation as given below and you will come to know how to control anger with meditation. 1. Meditation Equalizes the Stress Hormone i.e. Cortisol: Anger often begins with physical responses such as tightening muscles, increase in the blood pressure level, increasing heart rate, and a rush of adrenaline which all are linked to enhance the amount of the stress hormone, cortisol. It is usually discharged by the adrenal glands during times of fight of flight; excessive cortisol can bring out the havoc on your mental, physical, and emotional health, including causing you to fly of the handle over anything. By practicing the meditation re—balances this hazardous hormone; provide your body the need biochemical environment for a clear, calm, serene level of thought. 2. Mediation Fixes the Dysfunctional Emotions Which Can Cause Anger: By decreasing away years of stratified stress and anxiety, two main anger causing culprits and meditation gives you a certain mastery of mind, free of stress and all of its awful derivatives. On top of that, the roof for what you personally find to be stressful becomes permanently lifted, ma king 3 temper-losing the condition near impossible. The meditative mind is a cool mind. 3. Meditation is Good for Boosting Up the Feel Good Hormone i.e. Serotonin: A neurotransmitter is well known to supply feelings of happiness and well- being; serotonin has a profound influence on our mood. Most of the anti- depression and anti-depression pharmaceuticals are good in restoring this ultra important biochemical. When healthy serotonin levels are refreshed in the brain, the mind influences a higher state of awareness, leaving you at one with former anger activate the stimuli. Go for count to 10. Sit down comforta bly and take a few minutes to take slow, deep breaths. Find that place where you can feel calm—the ocean, the forest, your home, whatever works for you. Go for walk. Think of other things that help you to calm down. If you are anger at some, try to balance the anger by focusing on that person’s positive qualities. Try to think positive as opposing to negatively—the worst possible scenario is not the most likely outcome. Think of what you might do to resolve the condition or prevent similar situations from arising in the future. Talk with someone who is a good listener. Create an awareness of early warning signs of a blow-up coming. Eliminate yourself from the temporary situation. If you are angry on someone, you can say, “I’m too angry to talk right now.” Disclaimer We make videos of selected useful heath related articles from the different sources the only Purpose are to help humanity to overcome health related problems. How to get rid of stress in just 5 minutes! 6 quick and simple exercises / Natural Master No.1

03:13
Comment and like the video clip Your body in response to stress launches a natural protection mechanism. However, if this mechanism all the time it can harm health. The adrenal glands are located just above the kidneys and consist of two parts - the cortex and medulla. The main function of the adrenal gland is the regulation of stress response through the synthesis of stress hormones - cortisol and adrenaline. When the nervous system feels psychological or physical danger, the adrenal glands begin to empty into the blood adrenaline and noradrenaline. Stress hormones immediately tighten blood vessels and raise blood pressure. The blood vessels in the intestine at the same time are tightened. This causes strain stomach muscles and stops all digestive processes.

Reason for fear | what science says for fear | hindi fear |

look at what actually happens in our brains when we get scared. Bytesize Science talked with Abigail Marsh, professor of psychology at Georgetown University, to find out how the brain processes fear. We feel fear because we see or hear something that makes us anticipate harm. Say you're walking through a haunted house this Halloween and a spooky skeleton jumps out at you. That skeleton acts as a stimulus that triggers a signal in your brain. The signal travels to the amygdala - a region near the base of the brain. The amygdala fires a brain chemical called glutamate out into two other regions of the brain. The first region makes us freeze or involuntarily jump. These reactions are so automatic because the signal is sent deep into the base of the brain to an area that we have little control over. The second signal is sent to the hypothalamus and triggers our autonomic nervous system - the system responsible for the fight or flight instinct - when our bodies go into superman mode. It elevates our heart rate and blood pressure and pumps adrenaline throughout our bodies. That's the rush you feel when scared. We experience fear in three stages: 1. Freeze . This is the evolutionary response designed to keep us hidden from the potential predator we sense near us. 2. Run away . If we've already been spotted, the adrenaline coursing through our bodies helps us run away quickly. 3. Fight . If running away is no longer an option, that same adrenaline helps us fight off - or at least try to fight off - whatever threat we're facing. If we aren't in a real life-threatening situation, luckily our bodies have a quick way of reversing this fear response. The parasympathetic nervous system is the counter to the fight or flight instinct - it reverses the flood of adrenaline and lowers our heart rate back to its normal state. That's why every time we jump during a scary movie our bodies are not suddenly coursing with adrenaline. After the initial reaction our brains recognize the threat is not real and the parasympathetic nervous system calms us down.
