Natural Blood Thinners that Prevent Blood Clots Doctors prescribe blood thinners for numerous reasons. It might be because you suffer from a heart or cardiovascular disease, an abnormal heart rhythm called atrial fibrillation or a congenital heart defect. Or perhaps you’ve had a heart valve replacement or you’re at risk of blood clots occurring after having surgery. Blood thinners are medicines that prevent blood clots from forming and help blood flow smoothly through your veins and arteries. As the name suggests, these prescribed medicines don’t actually make your blood thinner or break up clots. These medicines help keep your blood from getting thicker and forming new clots. They can also slow the growth of existing ones, thus reducing your risk of dangerous clots. While blood thinners are helpful in many ways, they can also cause side effects in some people. Excessive bleeding is the most common reaction and can occur in several ways, including heavy periods, bloody or discolored urine or feces, nosebleeds, bleeding gums and prolonged bleeding from a cut. A 2014 study published in PLOS ONE found that a blood thinner commonly prescribed to prevent blood clots after a hip or knee replacement is associated with an increased risk of post-surgery bleeding or infection. Some other possible side effects include dizziness, muscle weakness, hair loss and skin rashes. Blood thinners should be taken as suggested by your doctor or it can lead to serious consequences. To be on the safe side and reduce the risk of blood clots, you can always try some foods and herbs that are natural anticoagulants and can help prevent your blood from clotting. Caution: Anticoagulant foods and herbs should not be used as a substitute for prescription anticoagulant medication. In addition, some natural blood-thinning foods and herbs could interact with prescription medicines. Consult your doctor to determine what’s best for you. Here are some of the best natural blood thinners to prevent blood clots. 1. Ginger Ginger is an herb that can effectively help reduce blood clotting. It can also prevent new clots and reduce your risk of a stroke. In addition, it promotes healthy blood circulation throughout the body. 2. Turmeric Turmeric is best known as a natural anti-inflammatory herb, but it also works as a natural blood thinner. This happens mainly due to its curcumin content. Curcumin can help prevent your platelets from clumping together and forming clots. 3. Garlic Garlic is good for your heart health and is even more beneficial if you are at a higher risk of having blood clots. Sulfur-containing compounds like adenosine, allicin and paraffinic polysulfides in garlic act as blood thinners. 4. Cinnamon Cinnamon is another effective natural anticoagulant. It contains coumarin, a chemical that acts as a powerful anticoagulant. This sweet spice is even capable of lowering blood pressure and relieving inflammatory conditions. Cinnamon also reduces the chances of having a stroke. 5. Cayenne Pepper Cayenne pepper has a powerful blood-thinning effect on your body and also increases circulation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our Social Links: Subscribe To Our Channel : https://goo.gl/7YPKcz For more tips see our blog: https://naturalhealthcarenhc.blogspot.com like us in Facebook: https://goo.gl/MmjtyD Follow us on twitter: https://goo.gl/USDg3k Google plus: https://goo.gl/B5B2oz Special thanks to: http://www.top10homeremedies.com If you found this information cool, useful or valuable please hit share and let your friends benefit from this as well!

Alcohol intake can affect how the body metabolizes certain medications. Patients undergoing medication therapy should avoid drinking alcohol on a daily basis. Alcohol should be limited to no more than 1 to 2 servings of alcohol occasionally. The antiplatelet effect of alcohol increases the risk of major bleeding, even if the INR remains within the target range. In this video, Jennifer Friend, ANP, from Henrico Cardiology Associates, discusses the role alcohol can play in magnifying the effect of blood-thinning medications, commonly prescribed for heart problems. It potentially results in hemostasis, the cessation of blood loss from a damaged vessel, followed by repair. The mechanism of coagulation involves activation, adhesion, and aggregation of platelets along with deposition and maturation of fibrin. Disorders of coagulation are disease states which can result in bleeding (hemorrhage or bruising) or obstructive clotting (thrombosis). LIKE ON FACEBOOK : The coagulation factors are generally serine proteases (enzymes), which act by cleaving downstream proteins. There are some exceptions. For example, FVIII and FV are glycoproteins, and Factor XIII is a transglutaminase. The coagulation factors circulate as inactive zymogens. The coagulation cascade is therefore classically divided into three pathways. The tissue factor and contact activation pathways both activate the "final common pathway" of factor X, thrombin and fibrin Tissue factor pathway (extrinsic) The main role of the tissue factor pathway is to generate a "thrombin burst", a process by which thrombin, the most important constituent of the coagulation cascade in terms of its feedback activation roles, is released very rapidly. FVIIa circulates in a higher amount than any other activated coagulation factor. The process includes the following steps: Following damage to the blood vessel, FVII leaves the circulation and comes into contact with tissue factor (TF) expressed on tissue-factor-bearing cells (stromal fibroblasts and leukocytes), forming an activated complex (TF-FVIIa). TF-FVIIa activates FIX and FX. FVII is itself activated by thrombin, FXIa, FXII and FXa. The activation of FX (to form FXa) by TF-FVIIa is almost immediately inhibited by tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI). FXa and its co-factor FVa form the prothrombinase complex, which activates prothrombin to thrombin. Thrombin then activates other components of the coagulation cascade, including FV and FVIII (which activates FXI, which, in turn, activates FIX), and activates and releases FVIII from being bound to vWF. FVIIIa is the co-factor of FIXa, and together they form the "tenase" complex, which activates FX; and so the cycle continues. ("Tenase" is a contraction of "ten" and the suffix "-ase" used for enzymes.) Contact activation pathway (intrinsic) The contact activation pathway begins with formation of the primary complex on collagen by high-molecular-weight kininogen (HMWK), prekallikrein, and FXII (Hageman factor). Prekallikrein is converted to kallikrein and FXII becomes FXIIa. FXIIa converts FXI into FXIa. Factor XIa activates FIX, which with its co-factor FVIIIa form the tenase complex, which activates FX to FXa. The minor role that the contact activation pathway has in initiating clot formation can be illustrated by the fact that patients with severe deficiencies of FXII, HMWK, and prekallikrein do not have a bleeding disorder. Instead, contact activation system seems to be more involved in inflammation. Final common pathway The division of coagulation in two pathways is mainly artificial, it originates from laboratory tests in which clotting times were measured after the clotting was initiated by glass (intrinsic pathway) or by thromboplastin (a mix of tissue factor and phospholipids). In fact thrombin is present from the very beginning, already when platelets are making the plug. Thrombin has a large array of functions, not only the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin, the building block of a hemostatic plug. In addition, it is the most important platelet activator and on top of that it activates Factors VIII and V and their inhibitor protein C (in the presence of thrombomodulin), and it activates Factor XIII, which forms covalent bonds that crosslink the fibrin polymers that form from activated monomers. Following activation by the contact factor or tissue factor pathways, the coagulation cascade is maintained in a prothrombotic state by the continued activation of FVIII and FIX to form the tenase complex, until it is down-regulated by the anticoagulant pathways SUBSCRIBE https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOmrniWfKi-uCD6Oh6fqhgw WATCH AGAIN https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVYmV5mK6QI -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- CHECK OUT NEWEST VIDEO: "Nucleic acids - DNA and RNA structure " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lZRAShqft0 -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Resuming blood thinning therapy with warfarin following an episode of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract reduces the risk of experiencing a potentially fatal blood clot, according to research published online ahead of print in the Archives of Internal Medicine. Blood thinning drugs like warfarin are given when the risk of developing a blood clot is known to be high, such as in patients with: • Certain heart valve abnormalities • A history of heart attack • Certain types of heart arrhythmias Researchers from Kaiser Permanente of Colorado used administrative and clinical databases to identify more than 400 patients who experienced bleeding in their gastrointestinal tract while taking the blood thinning drug warfarin. The investigators divided the patients into the 60% who were restarted on warfarin after the bleed and the 40% who did not restart warfarin. They then compared outcomes between the two groups for the following 90 days. Restarting warfarin therapy reduced the risk of having a blood clot in the following 90 days by 95% and the risk of dying during this period by 69%. The risk of having a second gastrointestinal bleed during the 90 day follow-up period was not significantly increased by restarting the blood thinning drug. Today's research suggests that the vast majority of patients taking warfarin who experience a gastrointestinal bleed will benefit from having the drug restarted.

Like all drugs even blood thinners have a few side effects. However these side effects re due to prolonged use, used without proper monitoring, so what are the side effects? These side effects are usually due to bleeding at various sites. So there may be bleeding form the gums, bleeding form the teeth or even bleeding in the stools or vomitus or bleeding even during passing urine. Sometimes very rarely there may be bleed at the placental site. Hoverer this is very rare. Apart from this some of the not so common side effects include osteoporosis or increased bone loss or also hair loss or in some cases there may be also birth effects with the use of warfarin. But this is again with warfarin which tend to cross the placental barrier. But drugs like heparin or low molecular weight heparin are injectable or not cross the blood placental barrier and thereby their side effects are almost negligible on the fetus. Apart from this you may also have some local allergic reactions or even skin necrosis or skin discolouration. So it is every important that these side effects are made as minimal as possible. So these can be done by the following measures, one we use PTT or Prothrombin time or the APTT. These are certain blood tests that can be used to monitor the blood coagulation during the pregnancy and thereby we can prevent the bleeding complications. Apart from that it is also important that the doctor choses the right blood thinner for the right patients and it is also important that the patient is aware of the side effects and report immediately. At the most we may have to stop the blood thinner and start the antidote.

6 Natural Blood Thinners 1. Garlic Aside from giving your grandmother’s spaghetti sauce the “kick” it needs, garlic can also be good for your health. For one, it’s capable of limiting the collection of platelets, one of the primary steps in the formation of a blood clot. In small amounts, it’s unclear if garlic actually has the potential to prevent a devastating heart attack or strokee caused by a blood clot. However, in much larger amounts — such as when taken in supplement form — garlic may play a role in helping limit platelet aggregation. In short, if you’re in a position where blood clots may present a health problem, it’s a good idea to work more garlic into your diet. 2. Fish Oil There’s a good chance that, by now, you’ve heard about the health benefits of fish oil, and specifically that containing omega-3 fatty acids. These acids, which can be found in many types of fish, such as salmon, have been shown to help boost brain functionality and work against serious health problems, like strokee. But omega-3 fatty acids can also help thin the blood by preventing the formation of substances that encourage platelet formation. For people who need to be aware of the threat posed by blood clots, this makes fish oil a valuable contribution to their diet. Should you not be a fan of the taste of fish, omega-3 fatty acids can be found in supplement form. 3. Vitamin E When you were a kid, chances are your parents spent much of their time encouraging you to get all your vitamins, either through a health diet or physically taking a multivitamin. But they may not have explained that each type of vitamin is different. Take vitamin E for example. Available in a wide range of foods, including almonds, whole grains, sunflowers, eggs, seeds, and nuts, it’s been shown to help discourage the formation of blood clots and limit the chances of heart attack or strokee. Not a big fan of eggs, nuts, seeds or whole grains? Like most vitamins, vitamin E is widely available in supplement form. 4. Herbs with Coumarin There are literally hundreds of thousands of medications available to help prevent or treat serious health problems, like heart attack or strokee. But do you know where many of these medications come from? You may be surprised to hear that some, such as the medication warfarin — which is designed to help prevent blood clots — are made from easily acquired herbs. In fact, warfarin contains a compound known coumarin, which can be found in plants like angelica root, arnica flower, anise, chamomile, fenugreek, licorice root, parsley and red clover. That said, consuming these herbs may be a problem if you’re already on a blood-thinning medication like warfarin, so be sure to talk to your doctor before adding them to your diet. 5. Ginger You’ve probably heard that ginger can help reduce digestive inflammation and aid someone in overcoming mild upset stomach or indigestion, but did you know it can also help thin the blood? That’s because ginger contains salicylate, a type of acid that’s found in a few types of plants. In fact, salicylic acid is the technical name for aspirin, which can help reduce inflammation in the human body and may event assist in preventing a strokee. Ginger is readily available in root, spice or tea forms, so it’s easy to make it a regular part of your diet. Just be sure to check with your doctor to ensure it doesn’t present problems for any medications you may have been prescribed. 6. Avocado Avocado can help prevent blood clots in two ways: first, it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to limit the formation of platelets and the development of blood clots. Second, like ginger it contains salicylate, which has also been shown to limit the chances of blood clots from forming. Avocadoes are easy to find at most grocery stores and make an excellent addition to just about any dish, from guacamole to sandwiches and salads. Just be sure to check with your family doctor to ensure it won’t interact negatively with any blood-thinning medications you may have been prescribed.

Via America’s Lawyer: On this episode of America’s Lawyer, Mike Papantonio and Attorney Gary Douglas talk about how the makers of Xarelto were recently ordered to pay more than $27 million to a patient that had experienced severe internal bleeding from taking their drug. Mike then talks with Tyrel Ventura about how some online journalists are taking payments from advertisers for positive coverage. Then Farron Cousins, Executive Editor for The Trial Lawyer Magazine, talks with Mike about new lawsuits aimed at challenging the Trump administration’s decision to allow dumping of fracking waste into the Gulf of Mexico. These medications are typically taken to prevent the formation of blood clots that can lead to heart attacks and strokes. Some of these products, like Warfarin, have been on the market for decades, but as the number of Americans taking these medications increase, so did the number of different drugs available to prevent blood clots. The market for blood thinners in the United States is overwhelming. Each year this country spends more than one billion dollars on blood thinners with most of those prescriptions being written for people over 65, in some cases people as young as 18 years old are given this medication. One of the most popular blood thinners on the market today is Xarelto. The drug officially made it into the blockbuster category with sales that have topped well over a billion dollars. Right now, Janssen and Bayer are facing close to 20,000 lawsuits from patients who took Xarelto and developed very severe internal bleeding as a result of the drug. Currently there's no known potential cure to reverse the type of blood loss caused by Xarelto other than possibly emergency dialysis. Individuals with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension are at great risk for experiencing a Xarelto related fatal bleed. Doctors can only wait for Xarelto to be flushed out from the patient's body when extensive blood loss begins. Not even dialysis can be sufficient. Even a simple gastro-intestinal bleed can become a fatal hemorrhage and yes, the drug remains on the market, not because we really need it, but because it's a cash cow for big pharma. Joining me now to talk about this is Attorney Gary Douglas who tried the first case with one of my partners in full disclosure. Gary, start by telling us some of the side effects that have been observed with Xarelto, if you would. What do you see, the worst side effects have taking place here? Sure Mike, and first, thanks for having me on. The major side effect is internal bleeding as you mentioned earlier in the show and that's common with all blood thinners like Xarelto. Xarelto's no different except the thrust of our case and what we learned was that your risk of bleeding, of these internal bleeds, the type will put you in the hospital, require blood transfusion, potentially kill you ... the risk of bleeding with Xarelto is far greater than they led folks to believe. The label says, for example, that the risk is 3.6% per year per patient but we have learned and what the thrust of our case was, was that it's really double and triple and for some patients, way higher than even that. Triple, quadruple, and even 10 or 1,000 times higher than what's stated on the label for some unfortunate patients.

Blood thinner doses are hard to get correct for patients. Common blood thinner medications like Warfarin or Coumadin are common, great blood thinners. Warfarin does a good job at preventing blood clots after surgery, which is why you’re on blood thinners after a hip or knee replacement in the first place. The problem with Warfarin or Coumadin is that it can be really finicky and difficult to get the dose right after surgery. Blood thinners interact with a lot of different medications and foods, making it more difficult to find the correct dose for each individual. To help get your blood thinner dose right, a relatively consistent diet is beneficial. Not changing your other list of medications too much after surgery can help stabilize your blood level. Getting your blood thinner dose right can require some adjusting after surgery. Follow-up with your care team after a surgery like a joint replacement if your blood thinner dose is not right for you in your recovery. Blood Thinners for Heart Disease. What are blood thinners?. Blood thinners counteract blood clumps, which can stop blood stream to the heart. Find out about how they function, who should take them, symptoms, and common cures. Blood thinners are meds taken orally or intravenously (through a vein) to keep a blood coagulation. Blood clumps can stop the stream of blood to the heart, lungs, or cerebrum. They can cause a heart assault or stroke. Your specialist may suggest taking a blood more slender in the event that you have coronary illness, including heart valve malady, and unpredictable heart rhythms. Blood thinners must be taken precisely as coordinated. When you don't take enough, the drug won't be as viable. Taking excessively can prompt extreme dying. What blood thinners do. Some blood thinners thin the blood to keep platelets from staying together in the veins and conduits. Others counteract blood clusters by expanding the measure of time it takes for blood clumps to shape. These are known as antiplatelet and anticoagulant sedates separately. Antiplatelet drugs avert platelets (called platelets) from bunching together and shaping clumps. Cases of antiplatelet drugs are: *aspirin. *clopidogrel (Plavix). *dipyridamole (Persantine). *ticlopidine (Ticlid). Specialists frequently recommended drugs called anticoagulants to individuals who have been determined to have a few types of coronary illness. "Coagulate" is a therapeutic term that signifies "to clump." These blood thinners anticipate blood clusters by expanding the measure of time it takes your blood to clump. Anticoagulants keep clusters from framing. Basic anticoagulant blood thinners include: *warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven). *enoxaparin (Lovenox). *heparin. More up to date anticoagulants with less danger of draining include: *dabigatran (Pradaxa). *apixaban (Eliquis). *rivaroxaban (Xarelto). Your specialist will precisely screen your dose of blood-diminishing solution. They may every so often run a prothrombin time (PT) test for a few drugs. This blood test measures your worldwide standardized proportion (INR). INR is the rate at which your blood coagulations. A fitting INR rate fluctuates from individual to individual as indicated by their restorative history. Remaining inside your INR range can keep you from draining too much or coagulating too effortlessly. Conceivable reactions of blood thinners. Blood thinners may cause reactions in a few people. Over the top draining is the most widely recognized response. It can happen in an assortment of ways, including: *heavy periods. *bloody or stained pee or excrement. *nosebleeds. *bleeding gums. *prolonged seeping from a cut. Opposite reactions can include: *dizziness. *muscle shortcoming. *hair misfortune. *rashes. The nearness of blood thinners in your framework can build your danger of interior seeping after damage. Go to the doctor's facility immediately on the off chance that you encounter any of these reactions in the wake of falling or knocking your head — regardless of whether you don't have outside dying. Your specialist may instruct you to confine your support in contact games to lessen the danger of dying. In any case, this doesn't mean you can't practice or carry on with a typical life. Swimming, strolling, and running are magnificent types of activity and are ok for the vast majority taking anticoagulants. Talk about with your specialist which sorts of activity might be best for you. Tell your dental practitioner that you're taking blood thinners to maintain a strategic distance from over the top seeping amid consistent teeth cleanings. It's additionally essential to secure yourself when utilizing blades, scissors, or yard hardware. Conceivable medication connections. Different nourishments, herbs, and meds can meddle with blood thinners. These substances can make the medication pretty much successful than your dose would recommend. Be that as it may, not all blood thinners are influenced by similar substances. It's essential to talk with your specialist or cardiologist about your eating routine and how it might affect the adequacy of your medicine. Vitamin K. Many patients are visiting the dentist when the tooth is more decayed, and you cannot save the tooth by root canal, then you have to go for extraction. So in extraction, in patients above 40, 50, 60 years, we have seen patients having cardiac problem. In patients having cardiac problem, they must have undergone angioplasty, or having high BP or undergone a bypass surgery. In that usually their cardiologist will give them blood thinners. These blood thinners have to be stopped before doing any extraction or minor surgical procedures. Treatments like tooth fillings, root canal treatments are quite safe. You don’t have to stop your blood thinners. But when you have other surgery, or tooth extraction, you have to stop the blood thinners 2 days prior and stop 2 days post extraction. So prior 2 days and post 2 days of extraction is very important to stop these blood thinners. If we don’t stop these blood thinners, there is high chance that the blood loss will be more as often blood will not stop immediately. Then the doctor has to stop the blood by hemostatic agents. So just to be on a safer side, it is not a big complication. Just to be on a safer side, it is better to stop and the patients can resume back after 2 days with these medications.

One of the most common treatments for several diseases associated with increased risk of thromboembolic complications is to prescribe the anti-coagulated medical Waran. Patients who are treated with Warfarin need regularly controls to check the INR value -- the viscosity -- of their blood. The controls are in their present form both complicated and time-consuming. They also take up a significant part of the health care center staff resources. With that in mind, it is important to improve the traditional way to handle routine checkups of Warfarin treatment -- both from a safety and an economic point of view. The new technology, in this case in form of CheckUp Care designed as a bag, simplifies both the regular control and the Warfarine dosage. The system can easily be performed at hospitals, health care centers and even in the patient's home

During pregnancy, there is an increased chance of blood clot to occur. This is due to hypercoagulability. Due to several factors and changes in pregnancy, the blood tends to clot a not more than in an ordinary person. It is about 5 times than in an ordinary person in pregnancy and probably 20 times more following delivery. So this blood clot formation can cause complications during pregnancy. Because of which a lot of doctors ask the patient to use blood thinners or anticoagulants. This may be in the form of warfarin or heparin or low molecular weight heparin. However warfarin is used quite rare and lot of times we use heparin or low molecular weight heparin. Now what are the cases in which we use these blood thinners. Generally it is not used in all pregnancies even though there is a hypercoaguable state. So we use only in specific conditions in conditions where the patients has a tendency to more blood clot formation as in thrombophilia or when the patient has a recurrent pregnancy loss, so it is seen in APLA syndrome or in patients who have a strong family history of thromboembolism or if the patient himself has had a past history of thromboembolism or clot formation. It is also used in certain patients who are aged or are multiparous or pregnant several times or also in patients who are supposed to undergo operative delivery and therapy require a prolonged bed rest. So in all these cases we tend to use these blood thinners.

Your body has a way of protecting you from bleeding. Most of the time your blood’s ability to clot is a good thing. But there are times when blood clots can be dangerous. The thickness of your blood can depend on a number of factors. Your red blood cell count has the most influence on the viscosity of your blood. Thinner blood may improve your overall circulation and lower your risk of vascular issues and accidents such as blood clots and hemorrhages that can negatively affect your heart, brain, intestines, eyes, limbs and other organs. But keep in mind blood thinning is not meant for everyone. Here are 7 best foods that helps to thin your blood naturally. Turmeric Turmeric is a spice, which can work on blood platelets to prevent clots from forming. Ginger Contains salicylate, the chemical acetyl salicylic acid, derived from salicylate, is what makes up your common everyday aspirin. Garlic It as long been known to help thin the blood, reduce blood pressure, and stop platelet aggression in order to ease blood flow. Onion Contain adenosine, which acts as an anticoagulant. Anticoagulants prevent your blood from clotting. Cinnamon Powerful anti-coagulant, capable of lowering blood pressure and relieving inflammatory conditions. Almonds Very good source of vitamin E. Vitamin E has anti-clotting properties and can act as an effective blood thinner. Pineapple Contains the enzyme bromelain, acts as a natural blood thinner due to its ability to help lessen the adhesiveness of blood platelets. GAINESVILLE, Fla. --- Researchers have discovered a way to make a blood thinner safer for about 40 percent of African-Americans taking the drug by linking a common gene variation to the dose. These findings, published June 4 EDT in The Lancet, are the latest results from ongoing collaborative work by 42 researchers from 17 institutions in the International Warfarin Pharmacogenetics Consortium led by University of Florida Health researcher Julie A. Johnson, a distinguished professor of pharmacy and medicine and director of the UF Center for Pharmacogenomics. A highly effective blood thinner taken by patients at risk for strokes caused by clotting, warfarin also contributes to nearly one-third of all hospital admissions for adverse drug events. https://ufhealth.org/

Improve your blood flow circulation naturally in only 30 days… Or receive a full refund + an additional $100.00 cash back: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/BoostBloodFlow Or go and watch this video revealing the best exercises for improving the blood flow to your legs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yH8fxEhguk =============================================== 💗 The Most Powerful, All-Natural Solution For Improving Your Blood Flow Circulation =============================================== Today I’m going to quickly discuss one of the most important aspects of your health, fitness and longevity … and that has to do with improving your blood flow and circulation… Not only will this help you avoid a heart attack or stroke you’ll ALSO look and feel younger! Improving your blood flow, is one of the most valuable and natural, “anti-aging” solutions! You see, most people don’t realize or have taken for granted, the fact that your blood contains Oxygen, which gives life to every cell in your body Proteins, to help repair and grow muscle, hair, skin, organs, bones, etc. Anti-aging hormones, which make you look and feel young … And enzymes, nutrients and everything you need to live… To grow, heal and thrive! Problem With poor blood flow Unfortunately, as we age and due to the negative changes in your hormones, your blood flow isn’t as strong as it used to be. Plaque, heavy metals and calcium builds up in your arteries, veins and blood vessels… Reducing circulation and thus, there’s less “life-promoting” oxygen getting to all your cells. Unfortunately, this results in less youthful hormones and nutrient-rich blood, being delivered to every muscle, organ and moving body part. And because of poor blood flow, your body slows down its internal healing and cleansing process. So, you begin to get sick more often. You feel tired and fatigued. You become more forgetful. You have more aches and pains and eventually, you start to get injured more readily and often. You skin loses that elasticity and youthful shine. Your hair begins to thin and look brittle and dry. And men, decreased blood flow is a primary reason you’re not performing as well in the bedroom anymore. Basically, you start to LOOK and FEEL “OLD”!... All because of poor blood flow and circulation! Now, when it comes to improving blood flow, doctors will either prescribe blood thinners (anticoagulants), such as Xarelto, Heparin, Warfarin or Coumadin. Or they’ll prescribe antiplatelet drugs, such as Plavix or aspirin. This is because there’s “plaque” buildup in your arteries and the opening gets smaller and thus, there’s less blood flow, which causes more pressure on your heart and body. By the way, this is a primary reason your BLOOD PRESSURE also goes up…. Because your arteries are smaller and it’s harder to get the blood through.! BUT, none of this addresses the MAIN problem – the actual plaque buildup and WHY the artery opening is SMALLER to begin with!?? … So what you REALLY want to focus on and why I formulated Blood Flow Optimizer™, is how you can -Decrease the plaque buildup and increase the openings in the vascular system – so you have better and bigger blood flow. -Strengthen the walls of your arteries and blood vessels, so they’re more pliable and flexible, to help prevent a rupture or tear. -Prevent future buildup of plaque, heavy metals and calcium. And that's why Blood Flow Optimizer™ is so effective. because you DON’T want to keep thinning your blood… Only focusing on “thinning your blood” is a faulty way to fix this problem. It’s a temporary “Band-Aid” and not a good one … Now, I formulated Blood Flow Optimizer™ based on what scientist have discovered in clinical research on humans… That about 9 specific vitamins and minerals… 5 natural herbal extracts 4 essential amino acids… that when combined together, in the correct ratio (very important!)… creates a synergistic effect that naturally helps improve your blood flow & circulation! And it does this through 7, scientifically proven mechanisms: Naturally thins your blood and helps improve circulation -Supports proper fibrin function and healthy blood clotting -Helps move calcium and other excess minerals out of your arteries and into your bones, where it belongs -Promotes strong, flexible blood vessels ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. Please watch: "10 Home Remedies For A Burned Tongue!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrB8jSRufkw --~-- 6 Side Effects Of Chia Seeds You Should Heed https://youtu.be/BzsKVWsxKmI The tiny chia seed can help with weight loss, diabetes, and hypercholesteremia. Each serving gives you a healthy dose of fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. Unfortunately, it may bring on constipation, flatulence, diarrhea, and an allergic reaction. Chia seeds can also cause thinning of your blood. They could even be a choking hazard if you don't prep the seeds correctly. 1. Can Cause Constipation Or Diarrhea: Chia seeds are very high in fiber content – at nearly 11 gm per ounce serving, it takes care of a sizable chunk of the American Dietetic, Association’s recommended fiber intake of 38 g for men and 25 g for women for the day. But a high-fiber diet doesn’t work for every body type. Too much fiber in one go can lead to flatulence, constipation, and diarrhea. 2. Can Make You Choke: Chia seeds have gained notoriety as a choking hazard. As one Time magazine report highlighted, incorrect consumption can lead to complications. When you don’t presoak your chia seeds or eat them without roasting, you run the risk of gagging or choking on them. You may even end up in the ER as a result. 3. Can Prevent Blood Clotting: As they are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, chia seeds can act, as natural blood thinners, preventing your blood from clotting. If you are already taking blood-thinning medication like warfarin, steer clear of chia. For the same reason, avoid chia seeds right after a surgery to avoid excessive bleeding. 4. Can Worsen Your Diverticulitis: People with diverticulitis develop bulging sacs, or pockets called diverticula along the lining of the large intestine. These get inflamed and try to push out through the colon wall, causing pain (usually on the left side of the abdomen), bloating, or diarrhea. 5. Can Set Off An Allergic Reaction: Chia seeds have a lot of protein in them and that’s bad news if you are allergic to the protein in chia. For those with a nut or seed allergy, chia seeds may be off the table. Reactions can range from skin rashes and hives to watery eyes, vomiting, and diarrhea. Also watch out for repetitive coughing, wheezing, difficulty swallowing, and a hoarse throat. 6.
