Vitamin B For Anxiety | WHAT!? Does Vitamin B Help With Anxiety !?!

06:10
The Vitamin B Complex my friend and I use for stress and anxiety: ►http://naturalhealthevolution.com/does-vitamin-b-help-with-anxiety/ Link to the B vitamin for anxiety study on PubMed: ►https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4290459/ Todays subject: Vitamin B For Anxiety | Does vitamin B help with anxiety? Does vitamin B help with anxiety? Hey it’s scandinavian Bob here for Natural health evolution. Are you aware of the fact that we can use vitamin b for anxiety and stress? If not then stay with me to the end of the video as this is an important one. And if you want more tools and natural remedies for anxiety remember to subscribe so you’ll get notified when I release new videos on how to crush anxiety. Can we really use vitamin B for anxiety? Well, let’s talk about it. In the B vitamin family there are eight members. Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12 I’m surprised that so few people know that supplementing with a good vitamin b complex actually can be really helpful for reducing anxiety levels. Vitamin B12, for example, is very important for the regulation of stress and anxiety responses because it is highly involved in the function of the central nervous system. Vitamin B12 along with vitamin B9 is one of the major players for (maintaining the health and correct functioning of the nerve cells.). Vitamin B12 is also a key player in neurotransmitter signaling and if we have low levels of vitamin B12 our thinking processes and cognitive functions can not work as well as they should. This will often result in depression, anxiety or stress. And speaking of low levels...some experts estimate that over 30% of people in the United States are deficient in this vitamin. Vitamin B For Anxiety | Using a Vitamin B Complex to Help With Anxiety Then we have vitamin B9 which has a key role in the production of serotonin in our brains. Serotonin is what we call a neurotransmitter and having healthy levels of serotonin makes us feel relaxed, safe, satisfied AND it even makes us have higher self esteem.... ...kind of funny how a chemical in the brain can give us better self esteem but that’s just the way it works...we humans are pretty funny creatures. You probably heard about serotonin as there are anxiety and depression drugs that targets the serotonin system. for example SSRI’s.(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. And SSRI’s are frequently safe, satisfied AND it even makes us have higher self esteem. So if we can find healthy alternatives to those nast drugs...then hey, I’m all for it! Using A vitamin B complex for anxiety There was an interesting double-blind, randomized and placebo controlled study made on 60 people. They put the participants on a three month vitamin B regimen and the results showed that the people who supplemented with a vitamin B complex noticed a significant reduced anxiety levels at work. This particular study was aimed at workplace related anxiety but there are other studies that shows the same stress reduction in “non-work” situations as well. I want to tell you about my friend. Just like me,she also suffers from anxiety and depression. She is a middle aged woman who has been struggling with panic attacks starting 6 years ago as a result from a nasty divorce she went through… ...watch the video to know what happened to her. (There is not enough room in the description box to write everything down) If you want to know what brand me and my friend use you can click the link under this video and go read about it on my website. Now will the vitamin B work to reduce YOUR anxiety? I don’t know! Everyone is different and what works for one might not work for another but it is certainly worth a try as it could potentially be another very effective tool to put in your anxiety toolbox...so, I guess the only way to know is to try it out. That’s all about vitamin B for anxiety and using Vitamin B12 for anxiety... ...remember to subscribe and I’ll be back with more tools and natural remedies for anxiety later. Have a happy and awesome day. Thank you for watching the video “Vitamin B For Anxiety | Using a Vitamin B Complex to Help With Anxiety” -Natural Health Evolution-

What Is Vitamin B- Guide To B Vitamins

04:46
Thank you for watching **Useful Information** * From providing a useful information channel. What Is Vitamin B- Guide To B Vitamins The B vitamins are a class of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in maintaining normal physiologic and metabolic functions. In all, there are eight individual members of the B family that are commonly referred to as B-complex. Although each B vitamin is unique, they have closely interrelated functions. The body does not store B vitamins well, and the need for them is increased by stress, smoking, use of alcohol and drugs, unhealthy dietary practices, shift work, illness, and demanding travel schedules. The B vitamins play important roles in energy production, the synthesis and repair of DNA and RNA, and carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. They may also help calm and maintain a healthy nervous system, and can be important in the maintenance of healthy skin and muscle tone. Vitamin B Food Sources Animal-derived foods and meat are major sources of several of the B vitamins, for example: poultry, liver, fish, shellfish, and eggs. Vitamin B12, for instance, is only found in animal products. Plant sources of B vitamins include whole grains, potatoes, beans, and lentils. Green leafy vegetables are particularly high in folate (vitamin B9), while biotin (vitamin B7) is found in small amounts in a wide variety of foods, including eggs, pork and leafy greens. Vitamin B Deficiency Even in developed countries it is possible to become deficient in one or more of the B vitamins, which can result in deficiency symptoms or disease. For example, a vitamin B6 deficiency can cause depression and swelling of the tongue, while a vitamin B12 deficiency can produce a type of anemia, fatigue, and memory and cognitive impairment. Symptoms of biotin deficiency, although rare, might include dry skin, brittle nails, hair loss, and fatigue. Too Much Vitamin B Although most B vitamins are eliminated in the urine, if taken in excess some can present problems. For example, high doses of niacin (vitamin B3) – more than 2-3 grams per day – is sometimes used to help lower cholesterol, yet can cause nausea, jaundice, and elevated liver enzymes. These typically disappear once niacin is discontinued. Too much pyridoxine (vitamin B6) can be toxic, resulting in numbness, tingling, and even nerve damage. The current recommended maximum daily intake for B6 is 100 mg. Findings from a recent study suggest that men who take high does of vitamin B6 or vitamin B12 may be at increased risk of lung cancer, especially those who smoke. Vitamin B Supplements If you choose to supplement, there is no reason not to take the whole complex of eight B vitamins in supplement form, but also no reason to take them apart from a daily multivitamin / multimineral supplement. Multivitamins commonly contain the full spectrum of B vitamins. There are also instances where taking additional individual B vitamin may be appropriate. For example, vitamin B12 may be useful for those who use stomach-acid controlling drugs, including H-2 blockers and proton-pump inhibitors, or who take Metformin to treat type 2 diabetes. Consult with your doctor before beginning any new supplements. The Vitamin B list: B1 Thiamin B2 Riboflavin B3 Niacin B5 Pantothenic Acid B6 Pyridoxine B7 Biotin B9 Folic Acid B12 Cobalamin

How to Naturally Overcome Vitamin B12 Deficiency

07:33
For more on Vitamin B12 foods, you can check out my article: https://draxe.com/top-10-vitamin-b12-foods/ In this video, I’m going to talk about how to overcome Vitamin B12 deficiency and the health benefits of Vitamin B12. Surprisingly, about 40% of the population is deficient. Some of the big warning signs that you are Vitamin B12 deficient are if you struggle with low energy, fatigue, lack of focus, poor memory, poor cellular function, autoimmune disease, anemia, or thyroid condition. The biggest reason most people have Vitamin B12 deficiency is because they don’t have a healthy digestive system to digest this vitamin properly, also known as leaky gut. If you can’t absorb nutrients and vitamins properly, then you won’t be able to absorb the vitamins you need for optimal health. People who struggle with leaky gut or digestive issues, vegans or vegetarians, and people who don’t have enough probiotics in their diet all tend to have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Some of the benefits of Vitamin B12 include red blood cell formation, which is vital to heart health, cellular function, and supporting the brain and nerve system. If you want to overcome Vitamin B12 deficiency, then you must follow these specific steps: 1. Consume more Vitamin B12-rich foods (liver, wild-caught fish, grass-fed lamb and beef, and raw dairy products) 2. Take a Probiotic (increases absorption) 3. Heal your gut (getting inflammatory foods out of your diet) 4. Supplementation (Vitamin B12, B complex, desiccated liver supplement) If you can follow these steps, you will notice improvements immediately and overcome your Vitamin B12 deficiency. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Is Vitamin B Complex Good For Diabetes?

03:20
Is Vitamin B Complex Good or Bad For Diabetes Download Diabetes Management Book: http://bit.ly/2g0NDAH Hello, I'm Ty Mason from TheDiabetesCouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes. Today I'm going to answer the question, is vitamin B complex good for diabetes. But before we get into that, make sure you download my free diabetes management book which also includes a diabetes grocery shopping guide (foods to eat and avoid). Most vitamins, minerals, nutrients, etc we need we can get from foods. However, in our world of getting things now, many of the foods that house these items are slowly disappearing from the shelves. Because of this many are turning to supplements to do just that, supplement their diet with nutrition lost in the world of high processed foods. When it comes to Vitamin B, we discuss the word “complex.” This simply means something with every B vitamin in it. How many B vitamins are there? Well, there are 8. Each one has different ways in which they help the body. Some maintain healthy skin and muscle tone, others enhance your immune and nervous system functions, while still others promote cell growth and division. The eight B vitamins are B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12 - and they all have other names that you're probably more familiar with. And please don’t ask me what happened to Vitamins B4, B8, B10 and B11 because I have no idea. All B’s are water-soluble vitamins. This means that your body can't store them. B Vitamins need to be added daily because whatever the body doesn't use, gets flushed out in your urine. Most people get these vitamins in the food they eat. If you have food restrictions, whether you don't eat meat, dairy products, eggs, or whole grains for whatever reason, you may need to take supplements. There are specific B Vitamins that are beneficial to those with diabetes. B1 (thiamine) helps the body convert carbohydrates and fat into energy. In foods this is found in whole grains, mainly green veggis and livers. B2 (riboflavin) is required by the body for the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. This is found in many dairy products. B6 (Pyridoxine) aids in the protection of nerve cells. This is especially important to fight diabetic neuropathy. This is found in nuts, fish, salad greens and bananas. B12 (Cobalamin) is crucial to good blood health. This is mainly found in animal products. So is B complex good for diabetes? Yes it is. If you don’t eat a lot of meat or dairy, you especially need to supplement your diet with a good B complex. I hope this answered your question is vitamin B complex good or bad for diabetes. Don’t forget to get your diabetes management book. Let me know if you have any other diabetes related questions.

Those suffering from B12 deficiency are pale in complexion due to the lack of red blood cells. The body releases excess bilirubin, which zaps those rosy cheeks and leaves behind a pale, yellow visage. 5. Pins and Needles. Experiencing pins and needles throughout your body when you haven’t compressed your body could be signs of B12 deficiency. Numbness or the feeling of electric shock waves could be a result of nerve damage in B12 deficient patients. Nerve issues in the body can be traced back to low oxygen levels, due to poor red blood cell production, which the B12 vitamin largely affects. 6. Unexplained Fatigue. Fatigue felt for days even though you regularly get a good night’s sleep may be the result of a B12 deficiency. This is due to lack of red blood cell production, which is one of B12s responsibilities. Lack of red blood cells means oxygen transport to your organs is lacking, which is what is causing extreme fatigue. 7. Vision Issues. Low B12 stores over the long term can lead to vision changes and damage your vision. Retinal damage can be results of the blood vessels in the eye are blocked. As a result, you may experience light sensitivity, blurred or double vision, tracers or shadows, which all result from damage to the optic nerve. Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency | Stay Healthy

05:11
Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency | Stay Healthy Vitamin B12 is vital for the formation of red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body. It is also needed for the proper functioning and health of nerve tissue, as it is involved in producing the protective myelin sheath that covers the nerves and conducts nerve impulses. It works together with folate in the metabolism of cells, especially affecting DNA synthesis and fatty acid and amino acid metabolism. This particular B vitamin also helps our bodies absorb folic acid, which facilitates the release of energy. Since your body doesn’t make vitamin B12, it is important to get it from food sources (especially animal-based foods, fruits with vitamin b12) or supplements on a regular basis, vitamin b12 serum, b12 energy or vitamin b12 supplement. Always consult your doctor before starting any supplement regimen. Here are the top 5 signs of vitamin B12 deficiency. 1. Fatigue and Low Energy This vitamin plays a prominent role in energy metabolism, hence its deficiency has a direct impact on your energy and endurance levels. Vitamin B12 enhances your body’s ability to make DNA for new cells to provide energy. It is also needed to form healthy red blood cells that carry oxygen to the whole body. Without proper oxygen levels, you feel tired and lethargic. Plus, B12 is needed to turn the food you eat into energy to power your metabolism. Low metabolism prevents you from feeling your best and performing at your highest energy level. 2. Numbness and Tingling Sensations Vitamin B12 plays a key role in keeping your nervous system healthy. Thus, neurological signs like numbness or a tingling sensation in the hands and feet can indicate its deficiency. Vitamin B12 helps in the manufacturing of nerves and, moreover, it has a key role in helping oxygen reach different parts of the body. Poor oxygen supply is one of the main causes of numbness and tingling sensations. Its deficiency can also cause balance problems. 3. Low Blood Pressure Deficiencies of vitamin B12 and folic acid can cause anemia, which can lead to low blood pressure, also known as hypotension. Vitamin B12 helps your body produce red blood cells so that adequate oxygen reaches each and every part of your body, including the heart. A 2012 study published in the Texas Heart Institute Journal reports that vitamin B12 deficiency is well known among neurologists but is often overlooked by cardiologists when treating low blood pressure. If you suffer from low blood pressure, opt for a B12 test. Even moderate forms of low blood pressure can cause shortness of breath, dizziness, weakness, fainting and risk of injury from falls. 4. Skin Lesions Low vitamin B12 can also cause skin lesions and hair changes. A 2008 study published in Canadian Family Physicians reports that vitamin B12 deficiency is linked to skin lesions. Unexplained and non-resolving skin lesions can signal vitamin B12 deficiency, hence you need to visit your doctor as soon as possible. Along with skin lesions, its deficiency can cause hyperpigmentation of the skin, which leads to uneven skin color and dark patches on the skin. 5. Depression This particular B vitamin is also essential for mental health. Its role in forming red blood cells in turn helps support a healthy nervous system. Plus, it helps lower the level of homocysteine, a by product of protein metabolism. A high level of homocysteine in the body can lead to depression. This is why it is important to consider the possibility of B12 deficiency, especially among the elderly suffering from depression, according to a 2009 study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry emphasis upon. In fact, a 2013 study published in the Open Neurology Journal shed light on the importance of vitamin B12 supplementation in the treatment of major depressive disorder. The study found that people with depression experienced significant improvement in symptoms when treated with vitamin B12 supplementation as well as antidepressants. Top 5 Vitamins to Build Muscle & Gain Weight [HD]

04:07
http://HowToGainMuscleForMen.com/Build-Muscle-Guaranteed Frequently, our diets are perfectly balanced in amount of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats ingested. However, having a deficiency of just one of any of the important vitamins can be the reason why your muscles grow so slowly. This video presents the Top 5 Vitamins that can make your muscle mass increase more quickly, improve your overall health, and keep you fit. Nº 5: Vitamin A This vitamin is very important in protein synthesis, the process responsible for making muscles grow and look bigger. It also improves physical performance, because it contributes to glycogen production, which as you already know, is our source of energy for weight training. Foods high in vitamin A: Carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, butter, liver, among others. Nº 4: Vitamin E Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes and keeps them healthy. This process is essential for muscle recovery and growth. Foods high in Vitamin E: Sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts. Nº3: Vitamin We need Vitamin D to improve muscular strength. This vitamin helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorous, two important minerals that allow the muscles to contract with power. Foods high in vitamin D: Salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna fish, and others. Nº2: B vitamins B vitamins are an essential group for muscle growth, because they are involved in the absorption and metabolism of nutrients that generate energy and muscular growth. I will now describe the specific benefits of each of the nutrients belonging to this group: Thiamine (B1): Essential for the metabolism of proteins, encourages muscle growth, and helps provide them with oxygen. Riboflavin (B2): Very important nutrient in the metabolism of glucose and fat-burning. It increases energy reserves. Niacin (B3): Increases energy reserves while working out, and takes part in more than 50 metabolic processes. Pyridoxine (B6): The presence of this vitamin enables the body to use available carbohydrates, metabolize proteins and build muscle. Biotin (B7): Important in the metabolism of amino acids. Cobalamin (B12): Metabolizes carbohydrates and keeps the nervous system, partially responsible for muscular strength, healthy. Foods high in B vitamins: Meat, fish, eggs, whole grains, dried fruit, and others. Nº1: Vitamin C Vitamin C is the main responsible for quick muscular growth. It contributes to testosterone production, a hormone that helps muscles grow faster, and burns fat as well. It is essential in collagen formation, which is very important to keep joints and cartilage healthy when exercising with heavy weights. And, as it is a powerful antioxidant, it speeds up muscle recovery and growth. Foods high in vitamin C: Red peppers, parsley, kiwis, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, oranges, and others. Is it convenient to take a multivitamin supplement? Yes, I strongly recommend it because, although we may include a great variety of foods in our diet, you might have a deficiency of any of these vitamins. Taking a supplement will ensure this won't happen. Try getting a high absorption multivitamin supplement. Liquid presentations are more effective than tablets and powder forms. Pay attention to the amount of Vitamin D, E and A you ingest because, as they get stored in your body fat, taking excessive supplemental amounts can be toxic. Vitamins B and C dissolve in water, so any excess is eliminated through urine. I hope you enjoyed this video. Remember to subscribe if you want to continue receiving valuable information about building muscle and changing your body once and for all. Signs You're Not Getting Enough Vitamin B12 In Your Diet

02:51
Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is an important water-soluble vitamin. It plays an essential role in the production of your red-blood-cells and DNA, as well as the proper functioning of your nervous system. Vitamin-B12 is naturally found in animal-foods, including meats, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy. However, it can also be found in products fortified with B12, such as some varieties of bread and plant-based milk. Unfortunately, B12 deficiency is common. You’re at risk of deficiency if you don’t get enough from your diet or aren’t able to absorb enough from the food you eat. Here are 5-signs and symptoms of a true vitamin B12 deficiency. 1.Pale or Jaundiced Skin People with a B12 deficiency often look pale or have a slight yellow tinge to the skin and whites of the eyes, a condition known as jaundice. This happens when a lack of B12 causes problems with your body's red blood cell production. These red blood cells are too large to pass-out of your bone-marrow and into your circulation. Therefore, you don’t have as many red-blood-cells circulating around your body, and your skin can appear pale in color. 2.Weakness and Fatigue Weakness and fatigue are common symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency. They occur because your body doesn’t have enough vitamin B12 to make red blood cells, which transport oxygen throughout your body. As a result, you are unable to efficiently transport oxygen to your body’s cells, making you feel weak and tired. 3.Mood Changes People with B12 deficiency often report changes in mood. In fact, low levels of B12 have been linked to mood and brain disorders like depression and dementia. The “homocysteine hypothesis of depression” has been suggested as a potential explanation for this link. This theory suggests that high levels of homocysteine caused by low levels of B12 could cause damage to the brain tissue and interfere with signals to and from your brain, leading to mood changes. 4.Breathlessness and Dizziness If you become anemic due to a B12 deficiency, you may feel short of breath and a bit-dizzy, especially when you exert yourself. This is because your body lacks the red-blood-cells it needs to get enough oxygen to your body’s cells. However, these symptoms can have many causes, so if you notice that you are unusually breathless, you should speak to your doctor to investigate the cause. 5.Disturbed Vision One symptom of vitamin B12 deficiency is blurred or disturbed vision. This can occur when an untreated B12 deficiency results in nervous system damage to the optic nerve that leads to your eyes. The damage can disrupt the nervous signal that travels from your eye to your brain, impairing your vision. This condition is known as optic neuropathy. Although alarming, it is often reversible by supplementing with B12. If you’re at risk and have any of the symptoms above, speak to your doctor. For most people, a B12 deficiency should be easy to prevent simply by ensuring you are getting enough B12 in your diet.

Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter.
