Several studies recommend that women consume 2.8 quarts of water and men consume 3.9 quarts every day. 4.Increase your fiber intake. Fiber helps you to cut your food cravings and act as natural appetite suppressant. Also most of the fiber rich foods are low on the fat content Try to eat at least 5 serving of fruits and vegetables per day. Fruits that are high in fiber include apples, bananas, strawberries, citrus fruits, prunes, pears and tangerines. Switch to whole grain or whole wheat bread. White bread is low in fiber. Switch to a high fiber cereal or oatmeal for breakfast. Some cereals that are high in fiber include Raisin Bran, Cracklin' Oat Bran, Grape-Nuts, All-Bran and Fiber One. Make sure to include peas, beans and legumes in your diet. Foods that will help you add these to your meal plan include: lentil soup, bean burritos, chili with beans, split pea soup, 3-bean salsa, and refried beans. Switch from regular pasta to whole wheat pasta, and from white rice to brown rice. Choose high fiber snacks, such as popcorn or whole grain crackers, instead of candy bars or other high-fat, sugary foods. 5.Increase Your Metabolism -- Eat 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours daily. It has been scientifically proven that by eating frequently, you will raise your body's natural metabolism. That means your body will burn more fat naturally. And You become a fat burning machine all day long. 6.Eliminate processed foods. Such as burgers and Pizza, cakes, pastas, and get more good carbohydrates such as oats, brown rice and jacket potatoes to ensure that your blood sugar levels are kept even and you have plenty of energy. 7.Don't eat at nights. At nights the body prepares itself for sleep and it naturally begins to slow down. So you are more likely to gain weight when you eat at nights because your metabolic rate slows down and you are no longer active so you don't burn many calories. So avoid eating food after 9 pm. 8.Exercise Everyday. Do aerobic exercise four to five days a week. Several studies show that aerobic activities cause your metabolism to stay at an elevated level for a period of time after you have finished exercising. 9.Running (link) running Every day is best, but try to run at least 3-4 times a week. If you are lacking motivation, join a running group or ask your friend. 10.Bicycling Get out and ride a bike, but remember to pedal fast. Riding your bike around the track, or on a dirt track in your neighborhood, can burn as much as 500 to 1,000 calories an hour. 11.Squats. Do about 2-3 sets of 20-30 repetitions. These are important because they target the buttocks and leg muscles. A person who includes exercise with their diet will lose more than someone who is just dieting. Guys have more muscles than girls, they also have a higher metabolism rate and therefore will be able to lose weight faster than girls. Furthermore, if you are a physically active person, you will also lose more weight than if you are physically inactive. Your diet will also affect how much weight you can lose. If you are eating food that is high in calories, you will naturally take longer to lose weight. Weight loss totally depends on the calories you consume. If you take less calories than required by your body, you will lose weight automatically. There is no magic in losing weight. If your body needs 3000 calories per day and you start taking 2500 calories per day (500 less than required), you will lose 1 pound weight every week. Yes, taking 3500 less calorie will lose 1 pound of your weight. A safe amount of weight to lose is 1 - 2 pounds per week (approx. 0.5 - 1 kg). This equates to 3500 - 7000 calories per week. That means a calorie deficit of 500 - 1000 calories per day, which can be achieved by changing your routine only slightly. Many studies have shown that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to work at it slow and steady. Remember you don't just want to quickly lose weight that you are likely to just gain right back, you want to CHANGE your lifestyle so that you can remain at a healthy weight throughout your entire life. If you try to lose a lot of weight in a month by not eating, all of your weight loss is going to come back once you resume your normal eating habits again. Only now because of the lack of food you were eating your metabolism rate is going to very low and your will not be able to burn as many calories as you used to. The most effective way to burn a significant number of calories in a short amount of time is to do Aerobic exercise. Such as cycling, running, swimming, brisk walking or kickboxing. Choose an activity that you enjoy and perform at least 30 minutes of activity on most, if not all, days of the week. For diet, get lean proteins, whole grains and low-fat dairy products to make sure you get the energy you need to fuel your workouts and maintain a healthy metabolism.

Believe me I get it we would all prefer to wake up tomorrow with the body of our dreams, and a rippling sick pack by doing some super secret program that nobody else knows about. However, unfortunately there's no such thing as an overnight fix. Ever since I made a video about man boobs I've been getting non stop questions from younger guys about how to get rid of their chest fat. Well with this video I intend to give you all you need to get rid of chest fat, belly fat, build some muscle, and in general shoot for the physique you want and deserve to have. The points that I make in this video will apply the same way to teenage girls as they do to boys. First I want to go back to the biggest benefit of being a teenager...you have time! You are living in a body that's growing and always changing. When you become a full grown adult it's like things just get locked into place. That's not to say that it's impossible to burn fat or completely change your body as an adult, but the really cool thing about being a teenager is that you have so much control over what you're going to look like as an adult. I always found it was a lot easier to make muscle gains, strength gains, and burn fat when I was younger and still growing. If you're body is in the middle of growing, I personally believe that it's that much easier to grow your muscles and in general effect what your ultimately going to grow into. As a teen especially if your a younger teenager like 13 or 14 you have so much time in which you can effect what you will look like as an adult. This is actually exactly the age that I started working out, and let me tell you when I started I was not by any means, athletic, lean, muscular, or genetically gifted. The #1 thing that I did to turn this all around, and I want you guys to really focus and pay attention to this, the #1 thing that I did was I just got started, and...this is important... I didn't stop. Being and looking fit is a lifelong process, and the cool thing is if you start early in your teens it's gonna pay off big time when you get older. As an adult there is so much confusing information out there about fitness, and as a teenager since your probably brand new to the fitness world it's even more confusing. You don't need the ultimate teenage workout program to start you just need to stop making excuses and get started on almost any program. When I was 14 I probably benched less than everyone in my high school gym. Even though I felt embarrassed, I still came in and did it again and again and again. And after a few years, I was benching way more than most of the people that started off stronger than me. Listen to me...consistent action will beat natural or genetic advantages over time. You may think it's unfair that somebody in school can eat whatever they want and not workout hard and still be so much more fit than you are. In reality the truth is that these people might not have a genetic advantage, they may have been working hard playing sports their whole life or they may just have been more active than you without you even knowing it. All the while you were playing video games. Regardless if you put in the work daily starting now, by the time you're all grown up you could easily come out way further ahead even than the truly genetically gifted in any area of life you choose including fitness. Okay so now that you know it take daily consistent action to have long term success, I want to give you the 3 action steps that you should take daily to get to your goals. #1 Try to avoid eating anything that isn't real food that grew naturally from the Earth. If you have a box with a picture of food on it and you look at the ingredient list and there's a bunch of ingredients that you can't even pronounce, that does not fall under the category of real food. Real food is brown rice, wild caught seafood, yams, chicken, turkey, quinoa, oat meal, fruits, vegetables, and pretty much anything that is the single ingredient. It's not made up of ingredients it is what it is. Salmon is salmon, and rice is rice. Pasta is not pasta. Its flour, and a whole bunch of other ingredients. The core of the course is a 15 page pdf describing exactly how to follow the diet, and then you can use things like the recipe library and meal plans to help you make sure you stick to your daily calorie allocation. It also gives you a calculator which works out how many calories you need to eat to lose weight and then gives you a random 7 day calorie allocation to follow in accordance with the diet guidelines. There are lots of nice features on the site like a goal setting system which emails you daily to remind you of what you said it will feel like to achieve the goal, but the site does not look like it is regularly updated so while the core system for $4.95 is excellent value then we are not sure about staying on as a member longterm. You do get a forum and access to a panel of coaches for support, but the forum is not that active.
